I drove over a hour and a half, bypassing at least 6 other Chevy dealers because of the deal I was given through College. I was met by a great staff, (I was late, arrived 20 minutes before close) and they were more than happy to assist. Chuck, Ben, Jason and Dale went above and beyond, going over numbers several times and worked out the best deal for me. I cant say enough about what they did and the hospitality they showed. I got a great vehicle and my experience was one of the easier / hassle free purchases I made. Go with College, you will not be disappointed.

Awesome place very very friendly people willing to help out and go above and beyond to make you happy, I had an amazing experience with Rene the sales person plus all the others were helpful with my purchase of a new Tahoe, would defiantly recommend to anyone...Go there you will not be disappointed that's for sure, WONDERFUL PLACE!!! This one makes 20+ vehicles from College. I know friends who have also purchased from College who live in Northern Michigan and Texas and they delivered them to their door! The staff always makes it a great buying experience and I have never had their price beaten! I will keep coming back!

This place is amazing sales staff, especially Chuck Hiatt and Dale Bannister worked very hard to get my wife to see the value in her new vehicle. She is very pleased with the SUV and amazed at the pricing. We will not go to any place but College Chevy Buick to buy a car! Give them a try!

I had several small services to be done. I picked up my car at about 5:15p. I noticed that one of the services (replacing my taillight bulb) was not working. I called the service department and spoke to Kevin. He double checked and realized that the bulb was in fact not replaced. by this time it was about 5:25p. He asked how far I'd gotten, if I wanted to come back to have it done right then. I did and by the time i got there it was 5:35p (past the time for them to go home). They did not leave however, they replaced my bulb with smiles on their faces! It's easy to say a company is great if nothing had ever went wrong..... but every company will make a mistake eventuall. And the REAL great companies is shown with the customer service they provide following that misatke. I've been coming to College for a few months now & i've been completely satisfied. After this experience though, I think you've gained official loyalty! thank you for caring about your customers!

Very shady they use tactics that range from out right deception to gang up tactics to keep you from focusing on the transaction . the lure you in to feeling comfortable working with them and that they are giving you the best possible deal , when its anything but! READ YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN! MAKE SURE IT SAYS WHAT YOU AGREED TO. AND DO NOT LET THEM CONVINCE YOU THAT A LEASE IS THE WAY TO GO , ITS NOT! RUN DON'T WALK TO ANYPLACE ELSE THEY ARE CONS DRESSED IN SUITS MISLEAD LENGTH OF LEASE! AND THE INTEREST RATE OF WHICH THERE IS NO (INTEREST RATE) ITS A MONEY FACTOR ! WHICH THEY ARE NOT LEGALLY NOT REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE TO YOU ! BUT WILL COST YOU FAR MORE THAN WHAT SHOULD BE LEGAL ! I was quoted a 1.9% interest rate on this lease at 24 months eight months later I find out via a reminder my plates were coming up for renewal that I had 19 more payments on my contract upon further investigations I find I am paying an outrages money factor which has an equilivent of 6% interest rate my credit score is very high so I should have qualified for the very best rate available ! Chuck is very convincing and his side kicks are very good at keeping you distracted . if you experience this type of shenanigans when negotiationating your deal get up and walk out! Better yet run!

I would HIGHLY recommend College Chevy to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. I have had nothing but exceptional service from them, and I will definitely be a returning customer. My experience, with my most recent vehicle purchase, was with College Chevy and it far surpassed anything I have ever had with any other dealership. The customer service is excellent, but I cannot say enough about my dealings with both Rob & Mark. If it weren't for their willingness to help, I'm not sure I would have been able to make the purchase that I did. Thank you just doesn't seem like enough to show my gratitude to them, and to College Chevy as a whole. I pray that God blesses their business abundantly because they definitely deserve it!

We had an exceptional experience with everyone that we dealt with. They went out of their way to make certain we had all of our questions answered and then some. They have contacted us several times since we bought the Suburban to make certain we have no questions or problems. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. The salesman we had has been great. To sum it up, it was an awesome experience and I would recommend them to everyone.

Not recommended poor service lied to me . Drove 35 miles promised to pay for my gas. If they could n't help me and lied never offered to do anything. Would not recommend my family or friends to travel that far too any car dealer.

Bought a used 2006 Malibu from Tom. I have owned it for six months with no issues. Went in to test drive it and had a few concerns, all of which were promptly fixed before a deal was made. Great customer service as well as repair work. Tom was great to work with and I will be buying from them again in the future should they have another vehicle that catches my eye when I'm in the market for another one.

Tried to purchase a used Ram 3500 from this dealer. Spoke with salesman, received pictures, etc. The salesman was helpful and we agreed to a price. I am four hours away, so I left a deposit. A few hours later, I get a call saying the truck was sold to someone else.

After a long chase, I finally bought the perfect mazdaspeed3 from these guys. It was a fast process, as soon as I contacted them, they got back to me. They were also very willing to negotiate in person to my needs and budget. In addition, anything that I had asked for (such as the CARFAX) I was able to get immediately. They take care of their customers and are very professional.
