Francisco (I believe that’s his name 😆) was an awesome salesman. I came in at closing time and he still ensured I had a great experience. When it was time for financing he had to get the manager because I was being difficult but not once did his cheerful disposition change. He made sure I was being heard and got the best deal possible! I bought Impala and transmission went out within a year. Took it back they fixedly the problem, well I thought within another year same problem happened. Took it back again. This the problem instead of replacing the transmission they replaced a part with this being said my warranty was very short verse replacing transmission and getting a 3 year extended warranty. I paid over $15,000 for garbage vehicle.

I own a 2013 chevy equinox. Homewood is not my original place of purchase,however, since my date of purchase in 2013 I've been getting my oil changed by the Homewood Dealership. I learned the days ago that my engine went out. Phillips chevy said that it was due to bad oil /non maintenance of oil. I went to Phillips to take a look at the engine and it was covered with a thick black mud - like substance. The service guy said that was burnt oil buildup. I retrieved all of my on time oil change receipts for the past three years! Long story short. ...Homewood had not been changing my oil properly and/or using bad oil. Got the engine replace under manufacturer warranty. I also called to cancel my extended warranty with Homewood and the finance guy was rude and annoyed. Did not listen. ...

This dealership and the people there are why I hate the buying experience. Not only do they say one thing and do another but they are the rudest group of people I have ever dealt with. I really cannot believe they are a Chevrolet dealership. Price promised was changed when I went to sign the paperwork. Then they conveniently forgot that they owed me on the deal. These guys are weasels. Not to mention the lies. They flat out lied to me. Now that I have experienced this place I will never return. Be aware of their business practices and unprofessional way of handling things not to mention how rude these people are. Lesson learned on my part.

For weeks afterwards I kept receiving emails and phone calls asking me to give high ratings on websites, asking me to sell my car, asking me to buy a car, asking me how they did, asking me how they did again, asking me how they did a third time. I unsubscribed from the emails and asked them to stop calling and two months later I just received another phone call and email.

I received 2 "recall" notices from Chevy for my car. They recommended that I contact Chevrolet of Homewood, so that's who I went with. From the very beginning, they were rude. They acted annoyed that I would want to bring my car in for a recall - even though the recall is due to Chevy making faulty parts! I scheduled to bring my car in but they refused to give an approximate time that it would be ready. Having only the one car, I asked them for a loaner vehicle so that I could get to work. They flat-out refused, saying "Because you did not buy your car from us, you will not get a loaner." So in other words, even if Chevy screws up and gives me a car with faulty parts, Chevrolet of Homewood wants nothing to do with fixing THEIR COMPANY'S MISTAKE! What an abysmal dealership. Avoid them like the plague!

While waiting I was served popcorn, watched Tv in a comfortable waiting room. They even washed my car for free. And was told I can get a free carwash anytime. I bought (paid for) extra protection for the paint on my 2015 Equinox, against natural hazard, dints from shopping carts, dings, tree sap, acts of nature etc. Made an appointment as required to have scratches and sap removed. Upon arrival service personnel were not aware of any such coverage. Told me there was no such coverage for paint. Told me to take car to car wash or they dont clean off sap. I then talked with sales person who told the service department I have paint protection so the repairs were covered under my policy however I got a call after I left the dealership to say I have to pay because they have to repaint my back bumper. I am so disappointed in the service and service personnel with their lack of knowledge on service of their products. My family bought 3 (Malibu, Impala (paid cash) & Equinox) 2015 vehicles in December 2014 but you can be assured if this is the type of service Chevrolet promotes we will not buy another Chevy product. I want my vehicle serviced without any additional cost to me as I was advised when I purchased this extra protection these type of repairs were covered.

My experience at Homewood Chevrolet was really delightful. My salesperson, Zee was so helpful and really made me feel comfortable with the purchase of my car, and it didn't take all day. I love the dealership, the staff are very polite, pleasant and just fun to be around but my salesman, Aaron Lang is wonderful person. I have purchased two cars from him in just 2 months. I now have a 2015 impala and a 2015 Malibu. He is a wonderful person, helpful, compassionate, very knowledgeable and a understanding gentleman. He walks through and explains everything. He tells me if I need anything at a later date, I can call him. He even walked me around the facility to meet the staff and whom I should see if I need help in any department. I am so glad that I made the choice to come and spend my money with Homewood Chevrolet. Aaron is an excellent person, and on a scale of 1-10, I would give him a 100. Aaron hartman and the manager was so nice and personable. My time was not wasted I love my car. The finance department and customer relation department are top notched as well. I received correspondence to purchase and I made an inquiry. Even tho I was not immediately ready to go into the dealership the salespeople called me but they were not pushy. When I finally was able to go in I was treated with professional courtesy. Our Buick had a service engine soon light on and Chevy of Homewood found the problem and corrected it. They sent someone to pick up my wife and bring her to the dealership so she could pick up her car when it was done. My sales person (Aaron Lang) was courteous and friendly. I talked to him several times as he pursued the vehicle that I told him I wanted. We stayed in touch on his days off and even on Sundays. I was shown all the operation of the vehicle completely so I understood all the vehicle options and how to use them. My experience was fine. It didn't take long at all for repair and while waiting some of the Chevrolet team came to the customer service area, passed out tickets to participate in winning various prizes by playing the ball in the bucket game. It made your wait time seem less long and we actually had a lot of fun. There were several winners, young and old and the prizes were very good.

The only issue I had during this visit was that there was what appeared to be a lug nut or a part used for the tire rotation left in my vehicle in the cup holder. This is my second Chevrolet of Homewood vehicle and although I'm very happy with the deal I got on my car, I'm writing to talk about the AWESOME service I received. Recently, I had a check engine light come and scheduled an appointment on-line. When I got to the store, they didn't have my appointment on their books and couldn't get me in that day. When I called to complain I spoke with Darrick Harris who instantly escalated my problem to the powers at the store and found the time to pick up my car personally, bring it to the store, have it fixed, washed and cleaned and drove it back to my home. I do not live close, so this is a major inconvenience for me to come back to the dealer because someone failed to replace my merchandise. I will b looking into going somewhere else to get repairs done on my 2012 Chevy cruze, because I spent my whole day at the dealership Friday with my mother! I'm so angry I have been seriously thinking about trading my car and going with there compitors. I even made an appointment 2 weeks prior. Had almost $300 dollars in repair , my engine light is still on , the car is flithy, no mats was placed on the floor of my car, the service guy was very unfriendly, agitated, and rude as soon as we got there 9:30am. I asked for brake inspection but the paperwork had no indication that it was done. Now besides all this me and my mother used there shuttle service 2 take us 2 the local strip mall until all services was done , no call was place from them in the 6.5 hours we where out walking, shopping and eating lunch I had 2 call them 4x and although they said they where calling me it wasn't on my caller I'd no messages no text .....nothing. Me and my mother waited on the shuttle 2 pick us up from the restaurant almost 2 hours. We where only 6 minutes away from the dealership.

I recently took my car in for repairs (did not have an appointment which is my fault and I accept full responsibility for that part) and the customer service in the service department was terrible. I first said good morning to one of the porters who did not respond. There was not a smiling face in the place at 9:30 am, which is not good for a customer based business. After waiting my turn to talk to someone, I was told that because I did not have an appointment that they may not get to my car today, and when I asked what about tomorrow was told he could not promise that either. I decided to leave it, only because it is the only dealer close to my home. I purchased my car there but will not be returning for my next one, in 2015, and will make arrangements for service somewhere else as well.

I came to this Chevy after being offered numbers from Frankforts Phillips Chevy on a brand new 2014 Chevy spark Homewood Chevrolet quickly beat out the price but it didn't stop there I called the other Chevy and told them that they were beat and that Chevy gave me a lower price and beat Homewood. Homewood quickly beat Philips Chevy again this went on for about 30 minutes everyone was flustered I was excited!and when it came down to it Homewood Chevy offered me the lowest price lower than any other dealership. I appreciated the fact that they offered the lowest price after a course some hefty negotiating. Everyone there except for the guy who ran the numbers (I don't know what his name was but he was the guy who wrote all the paperwork up)were complete gentleman, the paperwork guy was a complete aZ hole. my 4 yr old son was getting on my nerves in his office because he just wanted a paperclip the man would not even give the boy a paperclip please tell this guy to loosen up other than that way to go homewood Chevy! for offering the best car at the lowest price oh by the way did I say that I had bad credit!YEAH BABY!

Spoke to Stephanie and she told me that I already had an approval from a bank and that my trade in wouldn't be a problem and that the manager had already signed off on the deal. I also asked her if they would need to run my credit again and she said no and that I would only need a down payment of $500. I came in and they needed to run my credit and the asked me for a $3k down payment and raised my monthly payment(!). They talked to me as if I was stupid or a child. I will never come back to this dealership! I wouldn't give them my business if they were the last dealership on the planet!

I took my car here because the A/C was out. I was told after about 3 hours that only my compressor and not the condenser (which had a small hole) was covered under the warranty.I drove my car ALL summer long with NO air conditioning because I was told it was going to be an $800 repair. I purchased a Major Guard extended warranty from GM...which covers everything except the exhaust system and catalytic converter. I had to call them to find out that the condenser IS covered.I took my car elsewhere for the repairs. And yes - the condenser was replaced under my extended warranty.I would NEVER recommend anyone go to Homewood Chevy for service. Their service department is uninformed.

I went to this dealer after reading reviews on this site. I had multiple bad experiences with Cadillac dealers and I live in an area where things can be dicey insofar as car repairs go. That said, a dealer review/rating has some merit for me. I have to say that I was wholly surprised. I have a vintage and pristine Oldsmobile that I thought was having some sort of transmission problem. I asked for diagnosis only, and a thoughtful recommendation as to what I should do. They had my car for 1 day. When I was called with a report on the vehicle, they took a great deal of time to explain everything to me. They went out of their way to tell me about the background of the mechanic that reviewed the vehicle. They had already priced any work that I may want to have dono\e in the future if and when I actually have a problem with the vehicle. There was no sales pressure of any sort. This was such a different experience for dealer level service on my car! Overall, this was an amazingly positive experience.

I worked with Guy over the phone for service issues. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with and helped me come up with a solution for our problem very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your car needs! You won't be disappointed!

The first dealership was so nice. They explained everything. they got the best deal for me. They offer the warranty and the rust proof. They have classes on your vehicle. This people was dull and didn't offer me nothing or explain anything. It was all about the sale. They didn't put the license plates on right. I haven't heard from them. They told me I can get free car washes. I took my car there to get wash and I had to wait 30 minutes and it was not a good job at all. I'll never take my car there agsin.

I had two of the same vehicles at two different dealerships, Chevy of Homewood had the vehicle with the most miles but the sales experience made the difference. Jack Momanti was straight forward in the end and provided the best customer service. I would definitely recommend him at the dealership to my friends and family.

I was welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. I originally talked to my salesperson over the phone who was very knowledgeable about my entire situation. When I finally met Jack face to face it was like a breath of fresh air. I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride, and was fully informed as to what was going on with every step of the deal and didn't feel taken advantage of at the end of the process. Jack had an awesome personality and I was treated with honesty and integrity, so did every other team member. If I ever need another vehicle or any of my friends and family are looking to buy I'm definitely sending them to Homewood Chevrolet. By the way, I absolutely love love my 2012 Chevy Traverse. I called the dealership to inquire as to whether or not a particular SUV I'd seen on their website was still there. It was a 2008 Saturn Vue with only 15,000 miles and it had just come in 2 days before. I called at 8:15pm and they were about to close at 9, but the General Manager was so friendly and told me to come on in and that he'd wait for me since I only lived 20 minutes away. I thought they'd rush me through or just hurry through everything so they could go home, but my experience was anything but rushed. Jason, my Sales Rep was professional, very calm and patient and answered all my questions. I'd been to 3 other dealerships in the last 30 days and had terrible experiences at all of them, so this was so refreshing. The entire Sales team and the Finance Manager J.J. all worked together to work out my deal, to get my car detailed, and get the contract signed - - and I left that night with an awesome SUV at a great deal. My overall experience at Chevrolet of Homewood was fantastic!! The staff was really friendly and the customer service was outstanding. Jason called the next day to make sure I was pleased with my new Saturn and he even sent me a nice thank you card in the mail later that week for doing business with him. I have several family members and friends looking to upgrade or replace their vehicle before the winter kicks in and I will gladly refer each of them to Chevrolet of Homewood. I went to Homewood Chevrolet to ride along with my daughter to purchase her new vehicle. She had found them online when searching for a Chevy Equinox. The dealership in our own town had not been able to meet their deal so on a Saturday morning we got up early and drove 90+miles to pick up her new Equinox. She'd been told the Sales Manager would be in a meeting when we arrived but it wouldn't take long and he would take care of us. When we arrived, we found Brandon Metz there ready to take care of her. He immediately made us feel welcome and got started working on looking at the trade and reviewing all of the paperwork. He stepped away from his desk to take care of things and every time he did other salesmen would come up and start talking to us making us feel welcome. Everyone in there was super friendly and we had a great time chatting with all of them while waiting. We laughed and joked with all of the guys and time just flew by. When it was finally time to see the new vehicle, we went out got in the vehicle as Brandon walked us through all of the options in the vehicle and assisted my daughter in getting her bluetooth set up. We then took the vehicle for a spin to make sure she didn't have any questions. All of this time Brandon was answering all of her questions and guiding her through the different options in her vehicle. We were completely blown away by the friendliness of all of the staff but especially Brandon. He was Salesman of the month twice in 2010 and we completely understood why after working with him. On our way home we were going to email him to let hin know how impressed we were with him but didn't have his email address on his business card. Both of us emailed him when we got back to town to thank him for his service. I would drive the 90 plus miles to Homewood Chevy again to buy a vehicle. I typically buy Fords but Chevrolet of Homewood could make me a Chevy girl with their awesome service. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have told all of my family and friends if they are considering purchasing a new vehicle to consider buying at Chevrolet of Homewood! Frank was very low key and allowed us to set the pace of our discovery. He did not hover or insist on involving himself as we walked around the lot, but made sure he was available when we needed him. I purchased a 2011 Equinox, and the entire purchase process was a professional, low key, and no pressure experience. Upon delivery, Richard provided me the best, and most through delivery orientation to my new vehicle that I have ever had. I found the dealership when I brought my vehicle in for service (my selling dealer has closed). The service team treated me as if I had been their customer for years. The manager Guy offered me a cup of coffeeand the next thing you know I was driving out in a new Equinox(wifes b-day present). To my suprise the truck I had just bought for my wife was not what she wanted! My suprise to her turned into anguish for me! I called Guy to tell him my problem but he was off that day. I thought that I was in deep trouble, I asked for the owner, and to my suprise he answered the phone. What I expected to be a fight turned out to be a pleasent experience! Mr. Phillipos took back the equinox and had my wifes Birthday present delivered to our house durint her birthday party with a big bow on it! She loves her 2010 Traverse. The employees at the dealership were welcoming and very helpful. The service was very perfessional. I was in and out with my new vehicle in a matter of two hours. Anything that good be completed prior to my arrival was done and waiting for me when I arrived. If you are looking for a freinedly, helpful and professional dealership I recommend Chevrolet of Homewood.

I've bought the last 3 cars I have owned from Guy Cesario and my Chevy Impala from Chevy of Homewood. From the owner, management and sales to the service department, these guys take Great care of their customers. We are loyal and will continue to buy from them because we know we will get a better deal here than anywhere else and we will be treated like family. It's nice to be able to walk into a store that sees hundreds if not thousands of customers and be recognized and called by my name. Five Stars to this dealership for knowing what it takes to run a successful business and doing what it takes to make the customer happy.

I drove by the dealer and saw the exact Corvette I had been looking for for years but wasn't prepared to spend the money on one. When I found out the price, I couldnt sign the papers fast enough, I didn't want this one to get away. I am still delighted.

I WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE A 2010 TRAVERSE (WHICH I TOTALLY LOVE), I DIDNT HAVE THE BEST CREDIT, I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THAT, I ALSO WAS A BIT UPSIDE DOWN ON MY TRADE IN. BRIAN MADE ME FEEL AT EASE AND UNDERSTOOD MY BUDGET AND FINANCIAL CONCERNS ON A PERSONAL LEVEL. I usually only have horror stories to tell about dealerships. Usually the thought of looking for a car makes me queezy. However, I just recently purchased a new Malibu from Chevy of Homewood, and I have to say they went above and beyond my expectations!! The staff was really friendly and my salesperson, Rebecca was especially helpful with helping me pick out the right Malibu. I came to the dealership very unprepared and nervous. I had TONS of questions and Rebecca had the answers. She introduced me to her Sales Manager Guy, who was also very helpful. I was not ready to purchase that paticular day, and they were not pushy at all!! They told me they had given me the best price and were not afraid of me shopping around. They were right! I had called around to their competitors Ridgeway and Phillips and Homewood was $1300 cheaper right off the bat!I called Rebecca the next day to tell her to have my new Malibu ready. I came in and she had it sparkling clean! The paperwork was not a hassle and I felt like I had been given the Red Carpet Treatment! I will definately be buying my next car from them!

WE BOUGHT A NEW 2010 CHEVROLET CAMARO FROM CHEVROLET OF HOMEWOOD. WHERE OTHER DEALERS WOULD NOT TALK DISCOUNTS , CHEVROLET OF HOMEWOOD NOT ONLY DISCOUNTED THE NEW CAR, BUT GAVE US TOP TRADE IN DOLLAR FOR OUR USED CAR. MR REED WAS VERY WELL VERSED ON THE PRODUCT HE IS SELLING. THE DEALER MUST BE PROUD TO HAVE HIM ON STAFF. THE DEALERSHIP ITSELF WAS VERY HELPFUL AS FAR AS GETTING THE CUSTOMER ACCLAMATED TO THE NEW SURROUNDINGS, WHERE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS LOCATED, CUSTOMER SHUTTLE SERVICE EVEN THE CUSTOMER LOUNGE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED SEVERAL PEOPLE TO THE DEALER. THEY ALL HAVE HAD THE SAME PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AS WE'VE HAD.

I have brought my vehicle to this service department for 5 years and they are excellent! They have always taken great care of my vehicle in a very timely manner, always giving me the best price and treated me like family. my wife and I were looking for a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse. We did our research via the internet to shop the best price around before stopping into a dealership. During our research we heard that Chevrolet of Homewood Garuanteed the Lowest price in the ares for any brand new vehicles. First we thought it was just talk to get someone into the store. After obtaining the lowest price for the Traverse, of which we were confident that we did, we made an appointment with Emanuel to visit. After meeting with Emanuel he didnot come across as a typical sales man. He turned out tobe a Sales Consultant. That made us feel more comfortable and trusted his guidence to find the right model of the Traverse. After spending time with Emanuel we were treated with the respect we were looking for and like family. We also found out that Chevrolet of Homewood did stand behind their word of having the Lowest Price Garuantee. We would strongly recommend people to visit Chevrolet of Homewood and make sure to ask for Emanuel.

I have been looking for an Equinox for over 5 weeks, I have been informed by many of my local dealers that " the price is the price". When first calling and negotiating with Brandon was sceptical to say the least. The price was low, so low I thought I was getting the runaround, I was even more surprised when Guy called me back and confirmed the price. I must say from start to finish when I got to dealership it was the best time buying a car I have ever had.

The people at chevy of homewood are the best. I had a problem with my daughers 07 malibu that I'm sorry to say I bought webb chevy. I had prevousy taken my car to webb 4 time and there jerk off sevice manager kept coming up with story. After store on what could be the problem with the Malibu. Chevy of home fixed my daugher car in 3 hours. I was warmly greated by the service manager Kirby. He kept me updated every step of the prosses. While waiting I had wondered around the show room and Richard and Branden were very helpful in anwsering my questions. I have to say I never felt to comfortable in a dealership. Later that night I was speaking with my wife telling what a great experience I had. She looked at me like I was an alien. About a week later her car was do for an oil change. I had suggested she take the car to chey of homewood. After what seemed like a 5 hour discussion. She reluctantly took the car in. As luck would have it during her 20 min wait she was greated by Richard and asked some questions about a traverse. After leaving the dealer she called me and sounded as if she was in shock. Tammy (my wife) proceeded to tell me how great everone was. The next day we bought the traverse. We receive very warm and friendly service before, after and during the sale process. Love these guys. If ever deal was like chevy of homewood people would be trading there car every year!!!
