Walked in prepared to keep them away from selling me something I didn’t want and walked out with something I really really had to have. Great customer service. No in between the line and no crazy push with additional upgrades. Really didn’t think I was to walked out of there with my new vehicles.

One parking space is available for car charging. I own a Mitsubishi, and service is usually prompt. This location has a good crew working there. It is a dealership, so expect sticker shock pricing on most things. For as much as you pay in prices, you'd want to expect facility accommodations to be better than just barely above bare-bones, (looking at you customer lounge). But I like this place because it is run by prompt, reliable people.

I had a drunk driver total my Honda CR-V. My rental was a Mitsubishi Outlander. I loved it! I also had my father on hospice at home and didn't have much time to be away from home. Our salesperson who helped us who was also the manager was very respectful and very fast and got me the best car for myself and my family in less than an hour I was extremely pleased with the service he provided for us! We live about 2 hours away, so before we left we called ahead to see if it was still available. So, we got on the road, with traffic it took about 3 hours to get there, and when we do get there the car isn't even ready. In fact, it hasn't even been inspected, smogged, or even detailed. So they said they'd give me a call when it was ready. When they called me back I went back to check it out it still hadn't been detailed or smogged, and it still needed an alignment. I would never go back to this dealership, and I don't recommend it for anyone else.

Horrible experience! Their salesman made lots of promises over the phone, regarding a truck they had listed on autotrader. We drove 100 miles to purchase the truck they had listed and we got to the dealership, they refused to honor anything that was promised to us over the phone. Basically their salesman told us whatever we wanted to hear over the phone, just so he could get us into their dealership and hope we would still make a purchase even though his promises would not he honored. We wil never again, even consider doing business with this dealedship!
