After seeing a Chevy Cruze that we were interested in, my husband and I drove 30 minutes to Buck Chevrolet. We spent time on the lot looking at the cars and looking for someone to assist us and did not see any staff. We went into the showroom and saw one employee helping an individual. We stepped back to the lot and continued looking. We finally returned to the showroom and the same employee was still helping a customer. We saw someone at a desk and asked if he could help us and were told no he was helping three customers (there was not three customers on the lot) and that MAYBE Jenny could help us in a few minutes. We left after feeling that we were not important enough to help and stopped on our way home at another dealership and bought a car. Buck Chevrolet does not seem to value potential customers and does not seem at all trustworthy.

Buck Chevrolet made the first-time car buying experience worthwhile! Not only did they make it easy, they made it as stress-free as they possibly could.. Which was definitely something that I needed. After been hounded by so many different dealers, I was glad that Buck was a respectful dealership that took my needs and wants into consideration. Definitely a place that is to be recommended!

I had a very confusing experience here. The customer service seemed very friendly at the time. When we first came in Jonny Dallas the salesman who I had talked to on the phone was there to greet us. He started our paperwork right away to make sure that we could secure financing. I thought getting a car loan would be no problem. He gave the papers to their finance department which was a young woman behind the front desk and then he proceeded to take us on a test drive. He showed us the car out front and seemed pretty knowledgeable about it. We decided to buy the car after the drive. Jonny was very personable and charming...which kind of lured us into a false sense of comfort. When we started the paperwork things started to go down hill. Rather then showing us multiple options for financing he immediately came over with a payment amount. The payment initially looked right with an amount of $130/mo for a car that cost $8995 with $1000 down. But then...he's like no $130 is a bi-weekly payment. I am like $260/month? He's like yeah. I am like how does that work out the car is only $8995. He's like well we are still trying to get financing for you, but after all of the fee's it works out to be $260/month. My boyfriend and I sat there talking about it and we couldn't figure out how that all worked out. Jonny is like, I will explain all the fees to you before you sign the papers. He comes back and is like I don't think we can finish this sale today, it will have to be tomorrow cause the banks are taking to long and we are going to close. He is like but we can hold it for you with your $1000. I was like so if we change our mind tomorrow, we can get a refund. He's like now that would be non-refundable. He's like I have another guy coming to look at this tomorrow morning so if you want us to hold it we'd have to cash that $1000. We still weren't sure, but we wanted and needed this car. They say we have financing but no information was given and all the sudden they are like okay we can complete the sale today. We don't know who is financing us, we don't know our options, and we don't know the length of the loan. Finally this guy comes over wearing casual street clothes. He doesn't introduce himself and complains about having to be called into complete the deal tonight. He's got a bunch of papers for me to sign. Rather then going over them, he just rushes though and barely gives any information. He seemed very reluctant to answer my questions, he seemed less than interested and like he was put out for having to come in. He told us the bank who was financing us but no other details. He made us sign a print out ad for the car with the sale price of $8995. They never told us the final sale price of the car, or the length of the loan. He spoke super fast and pushed those papers at me so quickly... there was a point were I felt like I didn't really know what I was signing...but this was my first time buying a car so I thought okay this must be how it is. I read through the papers the next day...We bought our $8995 car for $14900 with dealership fees. They then taxed that amount and financed it...after 72 months we will have paid $19,900 for a car that originally cost $8995. I feel rather ripped off honestly! I hope the car turns out to be long lasting. What I learned from this don't rush buying your car, if it doesn't sound right back out!

I went in to buy a used 2011 Malibu LS. Jonny was friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person with getting me where I needed to go. Kenny, my salesperson, was very informative about the car and helped me get to my decision. I was very indecisive at first and it took me a few hours to decide but they never rushed me or forced my hand at all. The price was as posted online and would not be budged, but considering their prices are already generally a couple thousand lower than almost everywhere else around it wasn't a deal breaker.

If you want to buy a vehicle in a "Cash Deal" you had better carry cash. This dealership was so lost in it's internal rules and regulations that I walked out without buying the vehicle that I went there for. It would have been a 'Cash Sale' except the dealer policies required either a "Cashiers Check" or "Cash." Even my available credit did not make the deal.. I ended up walking out with out a car and they lost the sale.

I went to Buck Chevrolet on 4/17/2015 with the intention on looking at a new 2015 Silverado. I was promptly met by the Sales Team Member Jeni. The entire staff was very welcoming and extremely professional. Jeni did not use any high pressure tactics and worked with me to get the price point I was looking for. I ended up getting a 2015 Silverado Crew Cab, 4WD, LTZ for substantially less than what the competition in this area were offering. When it came to financing they have over 50 different vendors with which they work to deliver the best rates possible. The small size of the dealership also made the experience the best I have had, the dealership is not a massive Blue Box, it is family run with a very down to earth staff that strived to make sure I got the best deal I could. I might also add that they appreciate Veterans Service and go beyond the standard to ensure Customer Satisfaction. They will be my first stop when it comes time for another Bow Tie in my driveway!

I was in the market for a vehicle and filled out a form online. I had several car dealerships contact me. I had a guy named Johnny Dallas contact me from a company called Buck Chevrolet. I never heard of this company before nor did I even know where Canal Fulton really was. I went there and dealt with Jenny in sales and I couldnt be happier with my experience!!! They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and went to work right away with my financing options. They got me GREAT monthly payments and put me in a low mile 1 yr. old Chevy Cruze that I love! I previously had never owned a Chevy and wasn't really interested in one. (FYI This thing is a great car if you have never owned a car before) The inventory was impressive and the overall experience was great. If you hate car shopping and want to go to a hassle free dealership that gives you the time to make YOUR OWN decision without pressure, this is the place to go.

My sells person told me no rust anywhere in the vehicle,but rust were 2 differents spots. That's not all told me he is gonna lower the price, when I got there he told me sorry that's nothing I can't do about the price. And sad part was they were very nice over the phone. I drove 3 n half hours to get there.

i was in need of car and just filing bankruptcy i was not confident that i would be able to get a vehicle. I received a letter from Buck Chevrolet in Canal Fulton stating they could help me. I really did not want to give them a call for I did not want my feelings hurt again. However, i gave them a chance and was transfered to Jenni she stated "come on in and see what we can do" and that's what I did. I ended up leaving the lot with a 2009 Haundi with very low miles. I was pleased with Jenni and everyone else at Buck Chevrolet.

Stay Away from Buck Chevrolet or at least know what you are getting into when dealing with a low end car dealer like Buck Chevrolet. The low prices are reflected in a severe lack of professionalism, customer service, and overall disrespect for the retail consumer. After spending nearly 2-hours at the dealership on June 11th looking at and test driving cars, my wife and I finally agreed on a used Chevy Cruze to purchase for our daughter. Once agreeing on a price for the car and completing the preliminary paperwork we thought we were pretty much done. That was until the sales manager (not our sales person) comes over to inform us that the car was purchased by an online buyer a few minutes earlier and that we would not be able to buy the car. Needless to say, I was angry; however, what came next blew us away. First, the sales manager never even introduced himself (still dont know his name). He never apologized for the mix up or even showed any concern or empathy for our time or situation. Secondly, he informed us that dealer to dealer sales (apparently the online buyer was another dealer) were more important to Buck Chevrolet than retail customers. He stated that he had more to lose by not selling the car to the online dealer than selling it to us. Secondly, he made unjustified and inaccurate accusations about our finances (We had ALREADY moved money from one account to another and were merely deciding whether we should pay cash for the car or finance the purchase). Finally, when my wife and I had had enough we said that it was probably best that we just leave. His parting words to us were: Good, that would make it easier for me. I have been purchasing cars for my family and business for many years. I have never been treated with so much disrespect. I can only imagine what it might have been like should we had purchased the car and had any problems with it. Be cautious when dealing with these guys or save yourself the hassle and just go to a more professional dealer. The $100 more you may pay at another dealer is worth saving yourself the frustration.

Johnny Dallas was the sales representative who helped me find my car. He was the best! I was really nervous about having to finance a car ( mine died) but Johnny was so amazing to deal with. He truly listened to what I wanted and never tried to show me something that didn't fit my needs. I know through all my research that I was given a great car for a great price and couldn't be happier. I had the best experience you can get from a car dealership. Johnny truly listened to what I wanted and only showed me cars that fit my needs. I felt very comfortable talking to him and asking any questions I had. Johnny was so nice and honest with me that it was almost shocking. I was looking foe a used car for my son. When my son and I pulled to Buck Chevrolet, Jonny Dallas came out immediately and greeted us. He was very friendly and was down to earth. In talking with Jonny, he helped us to figure which car was best for my son. Jonny let my son drive a couple cars until my son really liked a 2005 Red Chevy Impala. My son really liked Jonny as he treated us with so much respect and hit it off with my son where my son was comfortable asking Jonny many questions.I thought that was pretty good for a kid who really doesn't talk that much.Jonny was great and worked with us on price until we were able to work something out. We then came back in a few days and Jonny was there with the keys and my son was very happy. Jonny made sure that we understood everything on the car before we pulled out.My son and I had a great experience at Buck Chevrolet and with Jonny Dallas and would definitely go back. We bough this car 1.5 years ago and Jonny still keeps in touch with us routinely. This is great so we know who to call when looking for a car for my daughter in about a year!

We purchased a new Equinox last year. When we arrived the sales person greeted us but did not put a high pressure tactic sales pitch. She took time to ask us our needs, research what might suite us best and then introduced us to the Equinox. At the time, we knew that financing was not something we wanted to do so as soon as I mentioned that we did not want to fill out a bunch of forms, without knowing why She backed off and continued the presentation of vehicles. Their friendly low key way of doing business is what really sold us. Other dealers could offer the same price but were over bearing. Buck Chevrolet was not. We liked there way of doing business well enough to talk our daughter out of buying a Dodge and buying a new vehicle from Buck. I applaud there way of doing business and would suggest them to anybody.

I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership (and its predecessor) over the past 10 years. 3 of these have been from Jeni. Each time that I have dealt with Buck it has been a pleasureable experience. I always feel like I am getting a fair deal. There is always some give and take in every negotation but I have always walked out of the dealership happy. We have 2 Chevy's now that we plan to pass down to our kids in the coming years and will return to Buck for new Chevy's at that time.

Wow, reading the comment that Buck Cheverlet write for one of their customers pretty much sums up how Buck Chevy really is. I agree that people should conduct themselves in a certain manner in public but to call out a guys credit score for all to read? That sir was very and it extremely unprofessional. However I too had a disappointing run in with Buck Chevy. They were very helpful in the showroom but when time came they chose to ignore my wishes by only running my credit through 1 specific bank. Instead they chose to run it at 10+ other banks. It's about helping your customers and not getting a paycheck. Thank you but no thank you.

I became interested in a used 2007 sebring with mid-milage i found on autotrader.com. I called and set up an appointment that night, couldnt make it and rescheduled for the next day. Johnny met with me very polite, helpful and informative. We test drove the car i was interested in, he suggested some others i may be interested in based on what i was looking for and explained the buying process as it went to keep everything straight forward and easy. Sat on the phone with insurance for hours and got me finaced. I had one problem with the tire valve and i called him, the next day he had me an appointment to have it fixed free of charge . He took care of me through the entire process and then some. Definitally a great dealership with no surprises, great service and quality cars.

So glad I found this dealership and Canal Fulton. First time I had fun and enjoyed my buying experience. If there was a zero star rating it would be applicable. I wanted to purschase a specific new truck at this dealership advertised on cars.com. The following contacts were made: (2) Emails - No response received (2) Telephone calls to sales person "Jenny". She was to call back with availability of the vehicle, etc.. No response received. (1) Telephone call to new truck sales manager connected to voice mail. Left voice mail. No response received. My conclusion after this frustating experience is that the truck was nothing more than a come-on to attract traffic.

Tried to talk to them on the phone twice during the day, was told i could come see the vehicle rather rudely by jenni. Johnny was much more polite. decided to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to see the vehicle because despite poor salesmanship it was still a very good deal. Then it got bad. The car was not pulled out front as promised to test drive. I was able to sit in the car but never test drove it. we took a look at financing, they recieved a favorable rate but came back and said i had to buy the warranty with it! They reminded me about 5 times there were other people who wanted the car to strongarm me into buying. i stated i did not want the warranty and they would not separate it from the vehicle. I understand needing to make a buck and dealerships make good money on warranties, but if the customer is sitting there finace and 1000 dollars in hand do you let them walk? this was the most ridiculous transaction ive ever partaken in buying a car. period. I highly suggest anyone stay away. Or if you have to deal with them see johnny.

Me and my wife had been looking for a way to get out of our old car into something new, and been to several dealerships just to get pushed around. Our friend introduced us to Jonny from Buck Chevrolet, and we are glad he did. No pressure, very upfront and honest, and helped get us into a car for a lot less money every month than what we were told by some of the other guys around. Me and my wife had been getting the run around from several dealerships in the Massillon area. They all seemed to try and take advantage of our financial situation. We were referred to Jonny Dallas at Buck Chevrolet in Canal Fulton, just down the road. They saved us money, Jonny answered all of our questions, and overall it was a fun time. In and out with no pressure, and before we even bought the car, Jonny takes us for a tour and even signed us up for a rewards program there so we can get free car washes and save money in service! They do not like to hear that you have your own financing. The salesmen will go as far as telling you that they "refuse to do business with (insert your financing company here)". When you ask why, or the finacer calls to ask why, they say they "cannot tell you that reason". They also send out "customer loyalty rewards" that they will refuse to honor at closing. If this happens, call GM directly and they will make it right. I highly recommend looking for the same vehicle you're interested in at another dealership.

I had been looking for my Malibu for quite a while. I always seemed to get jerked around by these bigger dealers in my area. I stumbled across Buck Chevy by accident, but I'm glad I did. I met with Jonny who knew more about the car than the other salesmen I had worked with in the past. Jonny told me he would beat any deal on a new Chevy, and hearing that so many other times from other places I really didn't believe it at first! He really worked hard and actually beat all the other dealers' "best price" without having to run back and forth. I would highly recommend Buck Chevy, and when you stop in, ask for Jonny D. Salesman Johnny wasted away our Saturday. Walking back to our car after visiting Canal Days in Canal Fulton, I stopped to look at the used cars. Johnny gave me a price on the car I was looking at, he said it was on the internet for that price. When I asked if it was the best price he said we'd never lose a customer over the price, when you decide you want it I'll get you the best deal. I drove back to my home 20 minutes away and came back with my son so he could drive the car. Johnny made sure the car was washed and seats cleaned while I was gone. My son drove the car, we were ready to purchase it and suddenly it was no longer available to purchase! I am so angry, It appears he was never going to sell it to me for the price he gave me. I was there to purchase a car, but obviously Buck Chevy isn't interested in selling it. I would not recommend this dealer to ANYONE!! It was a lesson for my son, he got to see a dishonest sales practice in action! This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. It's just wrong. My teenage son was ready to drive home his first car. Johnny stood there in front of that car and asked my son if he wanted to drive it home today, and asked me how we were going to pay etc. then said Ok let's go inside. When we went inside to purchase the car Johnny met with his sales manager and then informed us that the car wasn't available for purchase because a DEPOSIT was made via the internet. Johnny was suggesting they would call me next week to let me know if the car was available to purchase AS I WAS WALKING OUT THE DOOR!! I didn't stick around to find out what his game was, I don't believe it! WHY would an internet deposit take place while I was AT the dealership IN PERSON about to purchase that car. WHY not tell the person trying to place the deposit that someone is at the dealership to purchase the car, therefore that car isn't currently available! The sales manager could contact the person from the internet next week if we didn't buy! It was BAD business and that's all there is to it! During our visit, Johnny kept saying because your local it's all about you, we want you to be happy, however that didn't hold true when it came time to sell the car, because as this local person was about to purchase the car he then says an internet deposit just made this car unavailable until the internet person decides to buy! I call BS!

I had taken it to another facility closer to home and they couldn't find the problem and they charged me a huge diagnostic bill. I got online and found buck Chevrolet and im so happy I did! I called and made an appointment with Al that same day, and soon after it was fixed and I'm now able to drive my car without feeling like its going to break down on me. Will be back for any future service needs!

Don't shop here!! Shady business with terrible management! Kept trying to push me into something I didn't want, even though I told them I already secured my own financing since they wouldn't. I also asked for something in writing and instead was given a verbal guarantee from the "manager " with the sales rep as a witness. A couple days later he went back on what he said without reason! Wasted days of my time. Bad business practice, horrible service!!

I've been looking for a car for some time now and finally found one I liked on the Buck Chevrolet website. I called today at around 2:50, and asked if they still had the car on the website for sale. He said yes, and if I came in at 4:30 he would have it ready for me to see. I got there at 4:30 and he informed me that the car had been sold "just moments before" I had come in. He offered to show me other cars, but informed me that I would not be able to test drive anything if I didn't have the money (cash, specifically) on hand. When I returned home, I had my sister call and ask about the car I had wanted, and he informed her it had been sold--yesterday. I looked at a lot of reviews for Buck before going in, and most were positive, but I have a feeling that that's only if you are looking for a newer Chevy. All their used cars were clean inside but looked terrible on the outside (rust, bad paint jobs, etc.). He also told me that the used cars are only on lot for a few weeks before they send them to auction, so they don't negotiate on price. Bottom line, maybe they're okay for newer cars, but definitely skip this dealer for used vehicles.

If you plan on driving to this place to get a car. BEWARE! They tried to tack on $1000.00 of bull to the deal. I told them I have purchased sevreal used cars over the last few years and nobody has ever added these fees on a car deal.I also told them that I have been talking/working with one of thier salesman for a week and they did not say a word about the fees? Also I asked the salesman. "is the car as clean as the picture showes it to be?" as I will be driving 2.5 hr to see the car. He told me it was very clean. Not TRUE. Rust under both doors and the hood had big areas of paint damage! I think they thought because we drove 2.5 hr to look at the car that they would stiff us. Unfriendly, Unhonest, Unprofessional, what a Joke. Wasted 5hr of my life with these JOKES!

If you know what you want and are willing to walk away with it right then and there... but if you need time to think about dropping a large sum of money on a vehicle they can't accommodate you with that because I was very interested in an Equinox there but because I told them I wanted to think about it after I get all the numbers they refused to appraise my trade and give me numbers I could work with unless I was willing to walk out the door with it right then and there... needless to say I walked out because who wants to buy a car from a dealership where they use High pressure sales tactics. I found the entire ordeal to be a waste of time and money from the gas used to get over there.

I purchased my first car from Buck because I believed I was getting a good deal with the trade in I had. I was told I would be receiving a lifetime warranty on the Equinox I purchased however it was "financed through the bank." When I contacted the bank after the purchase they had no idea what I was talking about and said they did no such thing so I called the dealer back and they acted like I was a crazy person. I also lost any trade in money I should have received for my old car and payed full price even with the trade in and $1000 down. I was completely ripped off. Maybe I was ripped off because I'm a girl and I was buying my first car only they know. I would never ever recommend anyone go there.

I have been searching for a nice Colorado for months and found exactly what I wanted at Buck. The price was good and the condition was excellent. Buck even showed me how to get 1.9% on my used purchase by joining a local credit union. They even did the membership paperwork so I didn't have to drive to the credit union to get this loan. I also appreciate the honest and fair treatment I received as well as they promise to give me free car washes whenever I am around and stop by their store. Well as similar reviews on here tend to go, I walked into the dealer and was greated by a very nice saleslady who seemed to be honest and friendly. After test driving a car which the price on the window was $12,500.00, we told her we would give that for the car. Heres where it went BAD. She came back with an overall price of $14,950.00. Now I know there are taxes and document fees BUT at every other dealer that adds up to about $1,500.00. So we were expecting total price to be about $14,000.00. When we asked for details on what fees were involved she would not show us anything showing what fees cost what. Then they add on a 5 year warranty which is ofcourse extra $, But you can NOT refuse to take it like you can elsewhere. After everything was said and done, we offered to pay $14,000.00 CASH for the car which was listed for $12,500.00....And then the called the next day and said the vehicle was sold.......BUT the vehicle is still there and i havnt heard back from them since. I even called the OWNER which NEVER called me back after leaving him 2 voicemails (nice ones). So like others have said, expect to pay way over the price advertised on the car, and if you have cash they will not take it because they want the throwbacks from the financing and Warranty which they MAKE you buy. Worst car buying experience ever, and we buy new carsd about every 3 years so we have had many other good experiences elsewhere. If you buy a car from here its a gaurentee yopu WILL be taken advantage of and sure they will smile and be nice, but thats about all you will get from BUCK Chevy. Tell me how I walked into BUCK Chevy with $14,000.00 CASH and could NOT take home a car they were selling for $12,500.00........Stay Away unless you like paying more for less.

What can I say. We test drove a 2008 Chevy Malibu and liked it. Went in to get a total and to sign the papers. After a few trips back and forth by Art, he came back and said they couldn't sell us the car. You could tell that he wasn't very happy about telling us that. Turns out that they wouldn't sell us the car because we were going to get a cashier's check drawn from our bank account to pay the car in full. We were told that we couldn't pay cash for the car. We had to use one of their own lenders and also add the warranty package to the cost. This was when we were about two steps from signing the papers to purchase. After a moment of disbelief, I asked again about paying for the car just in case maybe I had heard wrong. Nope. The owner/manager told us once again that there wasn't any money in it for him to sell us the car because we were paying cash, did not have one of their approved trade-in vehicles and were not purchasing the extra certified warranty. He further stated that the sale price given for their vehicles is only if you are using their financing. Not sure what he meant by that considering that he wouldn't even sell us the car because we weren't using their banks. After all this, the manager tried to cover it over by saying that he had someone coming in the next day to buy the car, with an approved trade(which we weren't trading to begin with), using their financing and purchasing their extra warranty. All I can say is that I wouldn't send an enemy there to buy a car. It was a waste of a couple hours from my day and I highly warn others against going there.

I stopped in the dealership on Tuesday Feb 28th to view a Used Dodge Durango. Looking to reduce my current auto payment. I met with Kyle and viewed the suv. Gave him all my credit information to pull my credit to see what i can afford. I am current rebuilding my credit so i know i won't get the best deal. I called later that evening only to be told i was just about to call you. (Which means oops I forgot) I asked him to find out about the interest rate I qualify for and terms and he stated he would return my call. It's friday March 2nd late Afternoon and no Call. I am in comission only sales myself and know that if i did not return a call from a potential lead I could not support my family. I don't know if I would have purchased that exact suv as I am looking at a few types but on more than one occasion a vehicle that I liked has been at Buck Chevrolet. And even if the credit did not work out a quick call to let me know would have kept me on the hook to come back in a few more months as I continued to rebuild my credit. You have now lost a potential customer. In my business if I come across a lead who is not credit worthy we recommend they work on there credit and come back. guess what we retain a lot of customers that way. Imagine That helping a customer and them coming back to work with you when they qualify. I admit it only works about 50% of the time but 50% is better than nothing.

A couple weeks ago i purchased a 1994 Suburban from the used lot at Buck chevrolet. Jeni the salesperson was very polite and helpful and helped me get into the truck within my tight budget. I really appreciated her assistance through the buying process. I was also impressed to receive an extra set of keys in the mail a couple days later. However, apparently they believe in only putting enough gas in a vehicle for you to get off the lot. So i pulled into the gas station a few miles up 21 toward home. When i pulled in there was gasoline pouring off the frame of the truck. I crawled underneath and found the fuel supply line leaking at 3 different places, and the return line leaking at one. I was also informed by another polite driver that was following me that I had no brake lights. So when i was told they do a "safety inspection" on used vehicles before they are sold, apparently i had been lied to, the technicians lie about things because they are lazy, or lack of brake lights and dumping gasoline out the fuel lines are not safety concerns. I understand i bought an 18 year old truck with 170k miles as-is, but i would expect any vehicle sold to me by a Chevrolet dealer to at least not leak fuel and have working brake lights. I contacted the dealer via their website 3 days after purchase to inform them of the issues i had, and let them know i had missed several hours of work the next morning repairing them, and never received a reply. Not even an email or call back telling me to buzz off. I asked for nothing. No money for compensation, did not ask them to repair anything, just figured i would at least get some sort of correspondence and possibly a small "sorry our bad" for selling me a truck that should have not left their lot in the condition it was in.

Very easy to deal with. Nice group of people at Buck, can't say enough about the staff. I always feel comfortable when I'm there. Everyone has cars for sale, everyone has deals, but being treated like a person instead of a sale, is most important to me. That's where Buck is different. I think having a smaller size dealership lets you be more personal with your customers. When I walk in, they remember my name, and even what vehicle I bought. I like that.

Some of the nicest sales people I've ever met. Not once did I feel pressured. They had such a willingness to work with people on finances also. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Outstanding satisfaction.!

I went to look at a used vehicle and walked the lot and looked at car and nobody said anything. I waited with my boys for about an hour before someone came to us and showed us the car. The man talked to me and gave me information. I asked several questions, but when the salesman called back he never did answer the questions on the vehicle. Nice place and salesman was not pushy at all. Nice people.

The dealership is close to where I live. I stopped on way home from work to have an oil change and it was done quickly and I was on my way in no time.

Locating the vehicle on cars.com and taking that to the dealer was exceptionally easy. The dealership contacted me and set up an appointment and a few hours later I was home with my new Traverse. The only down side was that I have always purchased cars with more than an 1/8th tank of gas and the detailing on the interior was sloppy.

My experience at Buck Chevrolet was simply the best experience I have EVER had purchasing a vehicle. From the initial greeting all the way to the delivery of my new Chevrolet, I had an unbelievable and very enjoyable experience. I am already looking forward to returning to Buck Chevrolet to purchase my next vehicle. I have referred several people to this dealership and they have also had the same amazing experience as I did. Whether in sales, service, the office, courtesy transportation or speaking with management, everyone was extremely friendly, respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable. This dealership has it all!

We purchased a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer. While driving it home we came to a stop and the speedometer stuck at 70 mph while sitting still. As the owner of an automotive repair shop I know in order to correct this, the instrument cluster needs to be replaced with a remanufactured unit. The instrument cluster is $250. Instead of making it right Buck Chevrolet said I should have bought the extended warranty. I say that it should have at least made it home without problems and that good customer service dictates that they should have at least taken care of this. I would take care of the labor, all they needed to do was take care of the cost of the instrument cluster. They refused.As a result of my experience, I will not be doing business with them any more and I can not recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle from Buck Chevrolet.

Everyone at Buck Chevrolet has offered great customer sevice. They were willing to find what we were looking for since the new vehicle we were interested in was not available on site. All of the people we dealt with have always been very helpful, informative & friendly. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from them personally & 3 of our children have also purchased cars/trucks from them and all were extremely satisfied. We will never go anywhere else.

In my opinion, Buck Chevrolet is the ONLY dealership to purchase or service a car. The entire staff is very professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. Buying a vehicle has never been more comfortable or easy! My entire family will only be going to Buck Chevrolet in the future for all of their automobile needs.

I have been buying cars for over 40 years now and what an absolutely WONDERFUL experience I had at Buck Chevrolet!!!! Jeff answered all my financing questions without hesitation and even after we bought the car Jeni spent all the time I needed going over everything about the car and answering all my questions. We have been dealing with Buck Chevrolet for over 4 years. Our entire family has purchased cars, and had service performed at the dealership. Dan Buck, owner, and the entire sales staff have always made purchasing a very pleasant experience. Al, the service manager, has always been very accommodating to our service scheduling needs. The service personnel are all knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of maintenance and repair. We have never had a bad experience in either automobile purchase or repair at Buck Chevrolet

VERY RUDE AND HAVE ABSOLUTE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DON'T TRUST THEM, IF THEY CAN'T GET CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT, I AM SURE THE PAPERWORK WILL BE ALL SCREWED UP TOO! BUYER BEWARE! OH AND GET A LOAD OF THIS,,,I SPOKE TO THE OWNER/MANAGER/WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL HIM "DAN". HE WAS A REAL PIECE OF WORK TOO! HE HAD TO THE NERVE TO ASK ME IF I WAS ANGRY? THE ANSWER....ABSOLUTELY! HE WAS EVEN WORSE THAN THE SALES STAFF. BUT HEY, IF THE MANAGER/OWNER OR WHATEVER HIS TITLE IS RUDE THEN THAT WOULD EXPLAIN THE SALES STAFF. THANK GOD THEY SHOWED THEIR TRUE COLORS! WON'T BE GETTING MY MONEY FOR SURE!

I've never had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I found the vehicle on www.cars.com with a very thorough description, pictures and pricing. The vehicle was exactly as described and shown on the web site. They were friendly, helpful and I got a great vehicle at a great price. I'm sure I sound like a commercial but it's true. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

ALL OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH BUCK CHEVEROLET HAVE BEEN GREAT. I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER DEALERSHIP TO DEAL WITH. ALL OF THE PERSONAL ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO WORK WITH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHER PLACES I HAVE CHECKED.

In my search for a used vehicle on the web of many different dealerships, I found Buck chevrolet to have the must units at a reasonably price. Once contacting the dealership by phone the salesman was friendly and had the answers for the questions I asked. Once at the dealership I was treated with great respect.

after researching the internet for weeks looking for a cobalt, i decided to call buck chevrolet because of their great prices! i am very happy that i did! when i called in , i was transfered to sales and talked to jeni. she was very helpful and answered all my questions, so i set an appointment to go see her. when i got there i was very pleased with the selection of cobalts! after looking at a couple of them i made my decision to buy the silver coupe! i am in college and can't afford to much of a payment but the financing options were great and i even got a 5 year warranty in my budget!i will defintely recommend buck chevrolet to my family and friends! thanks buck

We drove 3 hours to buy our Suburban. The dealership was busy on that Saturday so all the sales people helped eachother so we didn't have to wait too long to drive back home. The deal was great and the financing was really great!!!We have told our friends and family to go to Buck's website for their next vehicle purchase.Thanks to all the people at Buck's for making our first Suburban purchase so fun and exciting.Thanks Jeni, Bob and Nick and we are sure to tell our family and friends to buy from you guys.

After living in the Middle East for the past eight years and returning to buy a car, I was quite nervous. However, with the help of Nick Huff and his ability to find what I needed in my price range, it made my trip to Buck Cheverolet very nice. I would recommend visiting Buck for my cars to anyone and especially working with Nick because he is a very nice guy who makes you feel comfortable.
