I have always been impressed with their business model and the follow-on service they provide. In this instance my salesman was Nick Gohn. This is our 4th vehicle purchased at Bobby Rahal Toyota. From start to finish, the experience was top rate yet again. Olivia was wonderful to work with and made the process of buying fun and not stressful or worrisome. There was no added pressure ever, no idle waiting around (like at other dealerships we experienced), no wheeling and dealing... the entire process was easy. I recently bought a 4Runner trail premium. It was my second 4Runner but the first from this dealership. I researched the vehicle thoroughly and had spoken to several area dealers. None were as helpful or knowledgeable as Dave Engler from Bobby Rahal Toyota. I got the best deal from Dave and feel like I now have a personal representative at the dealership. I walked into Bobby Rahal Toyota Scion to test drive a 2014 Corolla S that I viewed online. I had the pleasure of meeting Nick Fox. He showed me the Corolla that I was asking for. WOW! This car is amazing. I was able to view the entire car and take it for a test drive. I loved it. Before viewing this Corolla, I originally was going to test drive another car at another dealership. The test drive changed everything. I love that the steering wheel is adjustable to move up and down. It also moves forward and backward. This feature is extremely helpful for my tall Fiance and myself. I am 5' 2" and he is 6'2". Prior to the purchase, we both had Toyota Corollas (2003 S and 2004 CE). In my 2004 CE the steering wheel only moved up and down and my Fiance had little arm and leg room available. In this 2014 my fiance has PLENTY of room. Honestly, this is the feature that sold us on purchasing this car. We also love our Toyota Corollas because of the dependability of their engines and the fine craftsmanship overall.

On 15 July my wife & I were looking at new Toyota Camry's. We were impressed by the new XSE CAMRY. We stopped at the show room to seek more information. Nicholas Pease, met us at the door. (much to our GOOD LUCK!). We told him exactly why we were interested in and we were in and wanted to know the walk-out price of the SXE. He crushed some numbers, and we signed the Sales Agreement Form. We insisted on the "NEW" Red Color, V6 and the Technology Package. None like that were in the Lot, and Nicholas initiated a computer search. Two days later he had our NEW CAR ready for pick-up. Mr. Pease stayed with us during the sale process, and professionally respond to all our questions and interests. Your sales assist staff were all equally helpful and professional. I recently bought a Toyota from Bobby Rahal Toyota/Scion. I have never experienced the level of professionalism at any car dealer that I found from my sales rep Brian Buehler and the Rahal Staff. Customer, courtesy and commitment seem to be the watch words there. I shopped at many dealerships this go-round and only Rahal seemed to truly value my business when other than the sales rep was involved. Brian Buehler was not only knowledgeable about all the different Toyotas, RAVs, Highlanders, Camrys and Avalons but he was genuine, courteous, professional and dedicated. Also, the dealership itself was clean, comfortable and had an overall friendly atmosphere. It is a place I won't mind waiting in when I have my car there for service. Some of the other dealerships I visited were like caves. One other dealership was fairly new but couldn't even keep the restrooms stocked or clean. Each sales rep at Rahal had a private work area to conduct business. It was nice not to have to sit out in the open while discussing finances. One last thing, I have to praise Jack Eshelman for his tech savvy, low keyed, no you are not an idiot for not being technology current, new car delivery review. So, no matter what car interests you, take time to stop at Rahal during your process and ask for Brian Buehler.

Looked at it on Friday and test drove it. Returned on Saturday and made the purchase. I am "elated"! It was extremely easy with the help of Mike DeRosa, who was my saleman and was able to answer all my questions and did not put any pressure on me to buy it. He just told me what I needed to know and the rest was up to me. I will say that after seeing the car for the first time, I went home and called two buying services which I can use and got quotes from both. Bobby Rahal had no problem matching the lowest one. Everyone one I dealt with at the agency was great including the gal that took us through ALL the paper signing and Brandon who sat in the car with me and showed me all the features. Good experience!

Do you want to avoid a lot of hassel? If you use this young man (Justin Stoner) you will recieve fast,efficient and effective service. My wife and I had been shopping for a truck and were about tired of other dealers and their best deal,2nd best deal,rock bottom deal and the phone you for next day deals. Justin had us out the door in 30mins and in the truck in 3. (Had to get our color at another location). As an aside, the calls from other dealers continued and I would say,"Sorry we've bought a Tacoma". The response was "Did you get it at Rahal's?", this without prompting...bottom line we highly endorse Justin Stoner for your automotive buying needs!!

The overall experience at Bobby Rahal Toyota Scion was great. The dealership was very clean, the vehicle was ready to test drive when I arrived and Jen, my sales person was very professional and friendly. The out of state purchase was a bit more detailed than expected, but they worked with my lender to complete the sale. The overall process took about a week to complete, but Jen remained in contact with me throughout the process to keep me informed of each step. On the day of delivery, the finance staff and the delivery staff were both very professional and friendly. Although, I traveled about 90 minutes for this truck, with the courtesy and friendly staff, I would definitely consider that trip again for my next purchase.

In the past, due to our steep driveway and snow and ice, I've had to park on the street, and even slid down backwards, once just missing a stone wall. After this past winter it didn't take much for my wife to convince me I needed an all-wheel drive vehicle. I looked casually for about 4 months and ended up at the local auto show. Toyota Highlander was not on "my list", but once I had the chance to sit in one and take a good long look, I was interested. I spoke briefly at the show with Mike DeRosa, a salesman from Bobby Rahal Toyota, and he was very helpful. A month later, when I got serious about it, I called Mike and it was smooth sailing from that point. Even when Toyota issued a recall on the vehicle and delivery was delayed 3-4 weeks, Mike gave me regular status updates. It seemed he couldn't do enough for me. The entire purchase experience was exceptional.

I recently purchased a new 2015 Siena from Justin Stoner at Bobby Rahal Toyota. From start to finish was a breeze. After doing considerable online research I called the dealership and they put me through to Justin. He was very informative and friendly. Through phone calls, email and text messages we sealed the deal w/o ever meeting until it was time for delivery. Since we had been searching for awhile, I had already seen a Siena in person and had no need to at this time. We negotiated over the phone and then he found my car another Toyota dealer. Ryan Loope is a excellent sales man he is very nice and easy to work with. Most of the time when you go to a car lot looking for a certain vehicle, the sales people bother you. Super impressed with Service Advisor Curt and the Rahal team! They diagnosed a check engine light and rumble sound in my college attending daughter's car. The car is a 2002 Camry with 204,000 miles on it. While it would have been very easy to take advantage of this situation and prey on a father's fear for his daughter's safety, they did nothing if the sort. Curt and the tech leveled with me to explain what each problem was and helped me to decide whether it would be better to: 1) invest in the repairs. 2) use the same money to buy something newer/better without pushing us towards their sales department. or 3)which repair was absolutely necessary and could help me squeeze another year out of the vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience and this dealership has absolutely earned my trust for any future service or auto purchases. Well done Curt and your team!

Mike DeRosa was the salesperson who did a great job showing the vehicle, explaining features and answering my questions in an honest and straightforward manner. I had to have a car today. My wife and I were approached by Jen Alves and I told her our situation. She did everything to make this happen. I recently purchased a new 2014 Rav4 from Alan Phan at Bobby Rahal Toyota. From start to finish was a breeze. My browsing on line with many questions answered by Michelle went very well. Michelle then set an appointment for me taking into consideration my busy schedule to take a test drive. My appointment was with Alan Phan. Alan was very informative and friendly. He helped to direct my wants and needs for a new vehicle and after listing those he found exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle. He found it at another Toyota dealer that Bobby Rahal Toyota has a reciprocity agreement with and the car was in Mechanicsburg within 24 hours. No problem. With the great deal of 0% financing that Toyota offered my next step was to finance. Diane did an excellent job walking me through that process and answering any questions that came up. Brandon then followed up reviewing the many features of the Rav4 ltd. that I chose. Everyone from was friendly, professional and truly enjoyed making the customer feel at ease with their purchase. As the owner of a 2005 Toyota Matrix that I was totally in love with, deciding to purchase a new vehicle was a difficult decision. But with the enticement of a 0% interest rate, I started researching a new car. I knew I wanted another Toyota, but which dealer was the question. I had heard from friends that Bobby Rahal was an excellent place to deal with, so I looked at their website which was well done and very informative. From there my buying experience was awesome! I had e-mailed a question about the availability of a Pyrite Mica Rav 4 and received a response from Michelle almost immediately that the car was available.Then when I called to set up an appointment to test drive a Rav 4, the phone was answered by Justin Stone. He was extremely helpful in setting up the appointment and was very encouraging about making sure I was making the right decision to purchase a new car. He took his time with me and made sure I got the right deal. The excellent customer service I received from Justin and the extremely helpful young woman in the finance department and the one who went over the features of the car (I apologize for not remembering their names,) I would say this by far was the most awesome dealership experience I have ever had...thank you to everyone at Bobby Rahal!!!

I had Brian Buehler as my sales rep. He had a lot of personality and was very knowledgable. He took me on two test drives to figure out which car I liked more. Once I figured out which one I liked more he was able to find the right car/color for me. We were able to find quite a few different ones at multiple locations. The next day I got an email from Brian that my car was going to be in Thursday and he was going to be in Friday to check it out for me and make sure it was all fine. When I got my call from him on Friday I was glad to hear it was all fine and that they were all scheduled out for Friday. He offered me the first available time on Saturday and he made sure it worked for me. I want to say thanks to Brian for the great experience and I can't wait to get more traveling out of my new car. When we first arrived at Bobby Rahal Toyota, we were not initially impressed with the lack of service. However, when it was brought to the sales manager's attention, he found Nick Rodites. Nick wasn't even scheduled to start yet (it was around 10, and he was supposed to start at 11). He stayed with us the entire time, and helped us find a new Corolla with all the features we needed, and then some. The process took several hours from start to finish, but he acted as if he had all day to spend with us. We left there with the kind of car we wanted, at a price we could afford. We were very pleased with him, and with the young man who showed us the different features of the car, such as Bluetooth, keyless entry, etc. His name is Ryan Loope. Between him and Nick, the buying process came out as a positive experience.

Was in the market for a new car & my older brother suggested I look at a car like his (Corolla). I ended up taking a drive over to the lot with him and we found a stunning blue 2014 Corolla S+ towards the front and the wheels captivated me. No one bothered me until my brother asked for the keys for a test drive and I appreciated that so I could rove the lot and see for myself what I was interested in. Nick, the salesman, was friendly and as professional as they come. Diana took care of my paperwork, she was knowledgeable and courteous. I was well taken care of at Bobby Rahal Toyota and will be a repeat customer.

We had a 2008 Camry that needed factory recall service. We returned on 07/31/2013 to trade in our '08 Camry for a new one. We walked the parking lot to look over the cars in the lot. We were not harassed or approached once. Which is unlike many other dealerships where once they see someone, you know a salesman is coming to hunt you. We dealt with Sean Gilbert for our sales. He was professional and was not a cut and dry hard getter salesman that wanted to put you in any car regardless of budget, price, etc. He presented us with prices and worked with us on options. Once the sale was made, we also worked with Gwen Reeder to complete the financial information. Gwen was outstanding and a professional knowledgeable assistant. All paperwork was ready to go through. Once ready to get our new car [a 2013 Camry SE], we were met with a specialist to go over all of the features of the new car. That was extremely helpful now there are touch screens with navigation, telephone, satellite, etc. options. The facility was clean, service was professional and pricing information was all up front. No hidden information. We now have a local dealership we will surely return to for all future purchases.

It was such a relief to purchase a new car and not feel pressured. The salesman, Alan Phan, was well informed, courteous and helpful in every way. This is a top of the class dealership. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful from Diana to Rebecca.

Alan Phan, our sales consultant at Bobby Rahal Toyota in Mechanicsburg, was professional, honest, and respectful throughout what was an absolutely outstanding car purchase experience. The new car sales manager and the person who provided an orientation to our 2013 Toyota Prius were likewise helpful. It was definitely worth a 200 mile round trip to visit this dealership.

Alan Phan at Bobby Rahal Toyota on the Carlisle Pike is the absolute best!! I bought my Camry from him 3 years ago, and when it was time to upgrade to something with 4WD, he was the one I wanted to see. Everyone at the dealership is very pleasant and I'm loving my new Rav4!!!!

Nick Peace our salesman, was very impressive. He helped with getting what we wanted for our trade-in without a hassle. This helped make the decision that we would buy the RAV4 from Bobby Rahal. The buying process was easy the woman that overviews your purchase was helpful too! Had the RAV4 for 3 days and we love it! Lots of neat stuff and safety features which comes in handy when our 18yr wants to drive it too! Thanks again.

This makes car number 5 purchased from Bobby Rahal. I have never been disappointed in the quality and care provided by the Rahal Team. The service department is excellent and the work is performed with least amount of inconvenience. Brandon S. in the service department is a great service advisor keeping me informed of the repair process and costs involved so there are no surprises. The repairs are always justified and the outcome is always of the highest quality. I just purchased a 2013 Camry and Jeff E. is an excellent sales person making purchasing a new car a pleasurable experience. When I need to purchase another vehicle I will definitely return.

Our salesman, Dave Engler was friendly, personable, and easy to work with as we made our decision to purchase a new Sienna. The large inventory of vehicles that Bobby Rahal Toyota maintains on their lot was a plus when deciding where to start and end our search for our new vehicle. Everyone we came in contact with at Bobby Rahal was friendly and helpful and seemed like they enjoyed working there. We will certainly share our experience with family and friends when they are looking to purchase a Toyota.

I called the new car sales manager on the phone with an offer for a new avalon and was told it was doable. Drove 3 hours from Virginia and a few hours later drove off in my new avalon. An excellent buying experience! I only wish they had a dealership in Virginia!

I am 68 years old. I should know by now that when a car salesman's lips are moving he's lying. The salesman looked me right in the eye and told me that according to a recent TSB it is now Illegal for Toyota to reprogram/disable the car's autolock feature. Then later that same day, after I drove 60 miles back to my home, he called me and tried to walk me through the procedure wnen he should have known that the type of display in my car would not allow me access. On my car it can only be done by the dealer. The salesman called me later that day again and told me "If its the last thing I do" that he was going to have someone from the service department call me before the end of the day to arrange to have the autounlock feature disabled. No one ever called. This is the first year for the Venza to have puddle lights. After I arrived home I was unclear about how they worked. The owner's manual offered no help. So I called the service department. The person to whom I spoke in the service department responded with "What are puddle lights". Unbelievable! I also discovered on my home from the dealership that when the car is in motion the Bluetooth display screen would only show call history. I could not pull up the contact list. I called the delivery specialist who synched my phone to the car. He told me that was a safety feature engineered by Toyota to prevent people from using the phone while driving. I asked for clarification - "Are you telling me that the driver cannot use the Bluetooth feature when the car is in motion?". He responded in the affirmative. When I told him how stupid his answer was he asked me to call him back in five minutes. I called him back about 15 minutes later after I went online and discovered that a contact must be imported into speed dial in order to be called while the car is in gear. By that time he too had figured it out. This guy was trained? I made an appointment at a different dealership closer to home to have autounlock turned off. If you want honest salespeople and knowledgable staff, avoid Bobby Rahal Toyota. They will never see me again.

Justin Stoner was an excellent salesman. He answered every question I had and helped me get down to a payment that was suitable for me. I would highly recommend him to anybody; he tells you the truth and doesn't pressure you to buy a vehicle. Everyone there was very respectful and willing to help if you had any questions. They also go over every inch of your vehicle with you and show you how things work before driving off. All in all, Bobby Rahal is an excellent dealership to go to. I love my 2013 Toyota Tacoma!

The best buying experience for a used car (new car to me). The staff was really busy, but everyone got taken care with a smile,a hand shake and a warm welcome. The cleanest facilities all the way from the garage to the parking lot.(and of course the cars) I just can't put it into words how pleased I am. MY RAV4!!!

I have been to many dealers to look for used cars both for myself and my friends but have never seen a treatment that I get every tme from Bobby Rahal Toyota. I am surprised to see even one or two comments here that says about cutomers not being treated and finding it hard to believe. I bought my car there and regularly service in their service center. Each and every visit was a pleasent experience and they are too polite to be true but I should agree to the face that they do not negotiate when it comes to price. They have something called "Market Driven Price" but its just a fancy word to justify the price they determine for used cars. Overall Bobby Rahal Toyota is a great dealer is my city.

It's both good and bad: they DO NOT NEGOTIATE AT ALL. Check out the price and inventory online and be prepared for the salesman to be a smug, casually dressed cashier. Typically a young dude or old man. My cashier told me that Toyotas were so in demand that they do not negotiate. Which is good because you don't have to come armed with reports and such like I did. They offer very little financing - do you own first. The facility is gorgeous, majestic even, with soaring cielings, glassy offices and very clean. As for the service, I have had very little done here, but it is quite an experience. You drive up and sit in your car in this grand bay until you get tired of waiting, then approach the row of about 10 service writers, all furiously busy talking on the phone or ignoring you. From that point on you do get good service, but the prices are hefty, and they usher you into a modern lounge. There's a room for laptops, and plenty of seating, as well as lots of senior citizens slurping steaming coffee to keep themselves alive, and reading the newspaper. Sadly, many of them are the type who only take a bath on Saturday, so between their musky old people stink and the coffee, it's rather unpleasant. Good thing you can walk into the car area and dream of a new car, without being approached. One time I asked the old man running the supplies shop if I could get paint in my color, and he said he'd have to order it. I never received a call back. I do believe their facility is very high tech, but you never see where they do the work, it's very CIA-like, doors beyond doors. I think the salespeople should be a little more friendly and should dress up. The drive in should be handled better for service.

They were amazing!! After stopping at 2 other Harrisburg dealers first and dealing with a couple sales people that could not answer product questions. I then went to Rahal, and the salesperson answered every question I had and also I loved the market driven pricing....which was better than the others prices without playing the game of "let me see what my manager can do"

We were looking for a Toyota Prius with gas prices hitting $4.00/gallon. We also had specific requirements for color and equipment packages. We used cars.com and connected with the sales staff at Rahal. We had also visited 3 other dealers in central PA. Nobody had what we needed. The salesman was just super! Held a car until we could come and see it, and was very knowledgeable about vehicle. Deal was much better than we expected!

Unfortunately, my past experience with Bobby Rahal is no longer valid. They went out of their way to take advantage of me as a buyer. Prices way too high. Never returned calls and everything was deceitful.

4Runner No More

We had previously purchased a Prius from Rahal and have an older 4Runner. The service department takes care of both and does an excellent job. However, we are looking to replace our 4Runner and on 2 trips to the showroom have yet to interact with a salesperson. Not even "good afternoon, how can I help you?" On our last trip, three salesmen were sitting together in the middle of the show room and were too busy shooting the breeze to get up and talk to us. Even after I opened the car doors and lift gate and moved the seats to access the 3rd row. I guess it's up to the customers to seek out the salesmen and force our money on them. I will be buying elsewhere.
