Everything was great. Bobby Stanley was super friendly. Leslie was great and friendly financial person. No one was pushy. Only downside was we ordered the blackout package when we ordered it and it didn't come with it, so we have to bring it back to complete that process. Other than that, great experience!

Thorough demonstration of available models & features, extremely helpful and accommodating in arranging for spray-on bed liner prior to vehicle pickup, requiring only one visit to the dealership (this was imporatant as we are located over 100 miles away from the dealership). Very pleasant showroom. Good selection. Very quick & easy getting through the paperwork - simple explanations on what we needed to sign. Did not try to sell add-ons we did not need, but offered an attractive extended warranty plan that we did accept.

One minor issue: I asked that the tire pressure be checked and filled to specifications and was told this is done routinely every time my car is in for service. However the instrument display still shows several psi below specifications. Is the display incorrect?

My entire experience with every staff member I came in contact with from the moment I was contacted by Patrick McClain to when I took delivery of my new truck was fantastic!! I cannot thank Patrick and Bill enough for all they did for me. I was very specific as to what I wanted, and Patrick found my truck. I would definitely (and have) recommended Bob Stall Chevrolet. I did not have the stereo-typical "pressure" sales that we all hear about regarding car buying experiences. Rocky was great from the beginning. Truly, I had been to Bob Stall's Chevy dealership a few months before and interacted with a different salesperson and he was just OK. He wasn't overly pushy but I didn't feel as comfortable with him. Rocky was very low-pressure and I felt comfortable the whole time I was there.

I bought my Chevy Silverado LT Crew Cab through Costco. I was new to the process and after registering online, received a call from Tyler with Bob Stall. Tyler did what most salesman don't, he listened to what I wanted. I must of gave Tyler 12 different what scenarios to what I could afford and what I really wanted in my truck. Each call he had new information, but he was never pushing unnecessary sales. It took about a week then I came down to Bob Stall and found the truck Tyler new I wanted. Key word wanted, I did not settle by any means. This particular purchase was easy and with no hassling or major negotiating schemes. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, persistent with finding me the right truck and most of all personable. He even assisted my wife with Kitchen ideas because he used to own a custom cabinet company. Several weeks ago I took my Traverse into Bob Stall to be serviced. While I was there, I noticed a new 2015 Colorado pickup on the sales lot that I was interested in. The truck had already been sold but several days later a new one was available so salesman Ozwald McKenzie called me about it. I would like to recognize Ron Barnes, when I walked in he was there to first greet me before any other service agent. In contrast to my past visits, I had to wait until some service agent who was not with a customer would acknowledge me or at least say we will be right with you. He took his time to explain to me any details he had to go over with me, which I appreciated. He also gave me timely updates of my car. If he had a quick question, Ron would ask the service agent next to him, Simon, as he did not appear to be very helpful. Simon is a past agent that I had and would never request him because of his unhelpfulness. With that being said, I would hope that more individuals like Ron would be hired to be service agents.

Our vehicle was vandalized on the hood and front bumper. I contacted Marty at the collision center and was told to bring it in after claim filed with USAA and they would be able to handle the rest for me. I took the vehicle in to be repaired and Marty took over. I was contacted near the completion (day 2) with an update of the paint taking well and just attaching parts back. Upon picking up the vehicle from Marty the next day, I was very pleased to see the damages fixed and the color matched perfectly. Thank you for a job well done. We were told said services would take three hours and it took almost five hours total. I thought that it would be a little more accurate with the timing of being done since it os a dealership. A little frustrating sitting in the waiting room. They did offer me a ride however and I didn't sit the entire 5 hours, my wife came with me so we left for a while but my wife had to pick up the kids so she had to drop me off and wait the rest of the time until it was actually done.

Simon and the mechanic working on my car both came in to discuss my car, it was the wiring harness that needed to be replaced. We have one concern. The last two times we have brought the truck in we have complainedthat the truck is making this fuuny soun when turning left into a parking lot. Both times the mechanics have said it was okay but have failed to mention it on the repaair order. I believe it should be listed because it is similar to the noise it was making before the steering went out last spring. Please respond to this comment.

I was in a car accident and took it back to have the body work done. They did an excellent job repairing the damage and matching the paint. I also had an alignment done since it was already there.My only issue is that they didn't tell me that the battery needed to be replaced when I purchased it. Luckily I have AAA and was able to have it replaced easily.

Everything went fine -- it just took longer than I think it should have. All I had done was a lube/oil change and SMOG test. I made a phone reservation and brought the RV in Tuesday morning. I didn't get the vehicle back until Friday afternoon. This is the second time a Lube/Oil change for this vehicle has taken several days. I've been told the problem is that you only have one or two service bays large enough for my RV. Now that this has happened two out of two times -- I figure it's "normal" and I just have to expect and anticipate it. The same service with you guys for my 3/4 ton diesel pickup only takes a couple of hours at most. So I'm sure it's the size of my RV that's the problem. But not-to-worry. I'll be back. You've always done good work for me.

A great place to go for a new truck, the agents will answer all of your questions and if they don't know the answer they will look it up or ask some one with more experience. One thing I will say tho is that if your selling the truck of the month I think you should have various types of colors. Clients will buy the truck no matter what but if they desire one color they will definitely buy it no questions asked. Overall the experience of buying my new truck was great.

Internet Sales Manager Adele Torgersen is fantastic - she took our order for a new Corvette over the Internet, tracked its build, and just delivered our new baby. We live in Los Angeles and after a three month wait on the waiting list with our local dealer (good guy, but doesn't move as many Corvettes as Bob Stall), we got in touch with Bob Stall's folks and they came through for us. Fifteen years ago, we bought a Corvette "sight unseen" from Bob Stall's inventory of new cars. When we drove 2.5 hours to pick it up - he had the car as promised for the price he said. This time, Adele did the same thing -- ordered what we asked for, gave us a price, and delivered on the deal. No problems. We TRUST this company and its staff to stand behind what they say and the cars they deliver.

Mr. Greg White, service adviser, scheduled my Tahoe for brake service and oil & oil filter change the following day after I called him. Brake work was done professionally, working fine although the labor rate and cost was expensive! Although my vehicle is an older model it seemed as the technician went looking for problems that did not exist. Such as leaks that do not show up on my driveway. I deferred such repairs and expense for another service visit. I'm grateful for the courtesy van service and the truck being washed before returning it to me! ACB

Well, I went on the weekend 5-17-14 I know you are all so busy. I needed my stickers of my registration place on my plate because I have a shield on it, only your service people know how to open it. It's always a pleasure to visit your dealership even when regular maintenance is not due. I had a problem with my driver's seat belt seat. It was somehow twisted so that you couldn't be comfortable when buckled. I explained the problem to your Service Technician "Simon" who was very receptive to my problem. I made an appointment with him for two days later and when I went for the appointment, Simon greeted me, took the car in and in less than 30 minutes, he had the problem fixed and I was on my way home. His courtesy and professionalism were outstanding and above reproach. My problem, as usual, was fixed in short order. I have never had any problems with any Staff, Service or otherwise, in either purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Your dealership is beyond adequate and a pleasure to visit.

I would like to add that, as a medical professional, my time is very precious and valuable to me. I got off work early one day and called for an appointment for an oil change. I was told to come in at noon. When I got there I was told that I had not made an appointment, and that I would have to wait for 2-3 hours before my truck could be worked on. So easy! I took my 2012 chevy cruz in for its free scheduled maintenence. Took it at the time it was scheduled, was helped by Kaitlyn who was extremely helpfull and knowledgeable. She took my keys and I ran errands and when I came back my car was done. I had thought I needed new brakes by was infomormed they still had some time before they needed changing. Kaitlyn informed me the techs found a water pump leak, which will be covered under my warenty and informed how to schedule the fix. I left within a few hours with my car running great, an apointment to get a new water pump and didnt spend a dime. One the best car maintenece experiences I have had.

The only negative thing was that I received an email from your dealership in March telling me that it was time to service my new vehicle. I visited Simon Freese, our service consultant, as I usually do. I had banged the mirror on the passenger side and needed to have it replaced. I was promptly greeted by Simon and the vehicle was inspected immediately. The part happened to be in, so I was able to get the work done right away. Simon stated that it should be about an hour. Within that hour time frame, Simon had returned to the waiting lounge to let me know the job had been completed. I inspected the workmanship of the new mirror and everything looked great...just as it did prior to the bang. I appreciate the realistic time frame and the accuracy of the completed task. I will be back to have any future work done at Bob Stall, as I am always pleased with the service I receive. Thank you Simon and the great tech team that supports him.

I had a really pleasent experience. I wasn't able to get the vehicle the first day I was there because my bank had closed and the loan wouldn't allow for the amount of negative equity I had but my salesman brad called me back the next day to tell me the dealership was able to work with my bank to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. Really appreciated the efforts. I enjoyed the lounge area also - made the time spent there more enjoyable for my family while I was doing paperwork and shopping. Will defiantly come back for my next car if I am still in San Diego

We had actually stopped in at Jimmie Johnson a few days prior to stop by Bob Stall, at Jimmie Johnson not only were they haggling us but also making us wait for hours at a time to speak to someone from their sales department that they couldn't find after 5 hours we walked out with a worst thought about purchasing another car. I was advised that it would probably take 2 hours to work on my car. When it was evident that it was going to take longer, the service advisor let me know. I had elected to wait in the waiting room. The room was kept clean and supplied with water, fruit, coffee, and pastry. A driver was available to take people home or to work. My car was washed and ready for me. I was completely satisfied.

Tyler took the time to research different cars based upon the guidelines that I specified. I spent years working for Quick Lube plasces like Jiffy & Valvoline. I used to hate it when customers took their keys. I totally took my keys with me!!! I felt so silly, however, Davor sent the courtesy shuttle to come get my keys. That was really awesome! My wife would have been really angry if I had to have her come get them and bring them back. Thank you! Oh, yeah, and they did not make me feel silly about it. Thanks again, I know how annoying that is.

When I took our new Traverse home, just 2 miles from the dealership, we were rear-ended by a 17 year old boy. I called Oswald and he said to bring it into the body shop. I did. Then I had surgery the next day. A week later, they brought the car to my house, while my husband was at work. That was awesome service! The car is just as it was when I picked it up the first day! I still haven't driven it, as I am in a cast and can't. I can't wait to drive it.

I don't think I've ever gotten in and out of a dealership faster than I did at Bob Stall. The service we received from our Sales guys Bob was great. There was never any pressure, he answered all of our questions and never pushed anything on us like other places. We bought the truck of our dreams with no hassle and got a great deal. We even got called back by our Finance guy with even better news, they found a bank that lowered our original APR and payment, which was awesome!! Liked the new decor. Even has a picture of my yellow '55 BelAir on the wall! Drove up in my '67 Camaro on a rainy day and was promptly greeted and then was "allowed" to leave so that I could bring the wife back for a test drive. Eric at Customer Service did an exceptional job. He was very polite and patient with me. Even though the technicians had difficulty troubleshooting the problems with my truck, Eric continued to keep me informed, even if they didn't know what the issue was. This was comforting and I felt like he had my best interest in mind. When they did discover the problem with my truck he gave me options to fix it, instead of most places where they will stress the highest cost option. He didn't, he let me know what they could do for me without feeling pressured to opt for a certain method to correct the vehicle. He could have very easily told me there was only one way to fix it, ultimately costing me hundreds of dollars more. I was really skeptical about going back to Bob Stall, but the shop I normally go to recommended it due to the electrical issues that caused my truck to stop running. My truck was in the shop at Bob Stall about three years ago for major head work and the service was horrible. The service personnel I was working with never called to update me and I finally went to the service manager and it didn't get any better. I made numerous times to see the service manager regarding the lack of customer service. One of my trips down to see the manager, I had found out that they didn't even start on my truck for almost two weeks after dropping it off. I couldn't believe it. I tried to explain how critical it was to have my truck back as soon as possible since at the time I was a single Father and I had to borrow vehicles cause I could only afford a rental for two weeks. I asked the service manager time and time again if there was something we could work out for a loaner and I was denied multiple time, not even a consideration. Being active duty military and having a daughter in grade school was very difficult to manage without a vehicle. At the time it just seemed that no one cared about my situation and it was only just a business transaction. It took a good friend to write a letter to the management at Bob Stall when finally someone had a heart and approved a loaner for me. This was very appreciative and fortunetly my truck was done within the next following week. Over 2 1/2 Months and $4k later was truck was finally ready for me. I swore that I would never go back, but the recent issue involved some electrical issues and I took a chance. I am very glad I did. I had gone from the absolute worst experience with a repair shop to one of the best. Thanks to Eric and to the technician who got my chevy back on the road! He restored my faith with Bob Stall Chevy and I feel very confident that I couldn't have found better service or deal for the service that here.Thank you very much. The dealership has always been good to me. BUT four or five times I have complained about accelerator problems that still continue and I have always been told they can't recreate the problem. I have even received letters from lawyer's about this issue referring to the Lemon Law. They have stated that lots of folks have the same complaint. I am afraid that I am going to get rear ended at some point. I feel ignored and this is a serious problem.I always see Rose for my maintenance and she has always very good with me and is knowledgeable. Because of the accelerator issues I do plan on looking at other dealerships. My lease is up next month.

The only complaint I have with your service was the time it took to preform an oil change, rotate my tires, complete a twenty-four thousand mile inspection and wash my vehicle. I was at your waiting area for almost two hours and I had an appointment. While in the waiting room I was asked by couple of your costumers I long I had been waiting since they also were not happy with the time it was taking to change the oil in their cars.The first time I had service done by your company I was in and out in less than hour with the service being taken care of. I'm willing to give your dealership one more try but if it takes another two hours for basic service I'll move on to another dealership.

Your employees were more concerned with my wishes than their commission. They didn't play games or try to overcharge me like Courtesy Chevrolet did. Bob Stanley is very professional, easy to work with, and mostimportantly kept me well and accurately informed while myvehicle delivery was pending. Since delivery I have had two significant problems with mynew 2014 Corvette Roadster. Bob and Davor in service were excellent, concerned, and prompt in assisting with the troubleshooting for a cooling fan issue and security lockdownof vehicle (spontaneous) and after On Star failed to assistthey assisted in getting tow assistance for the security lockdown of the vehicle in the center of downtown San Diego

Excellent, attentive and understanding customer service. Took the time to explain work thoroughly. Very reasonable in efforts to work out price of repair (of door lock actuators). Also fixed unexpected and recent problem with door hinge, which occurred in relation to the actuator problem.

My wife had just recently passed away. Brad Jadwin backed off a little to give me time, and then checked back in. When I went in to look at the vehicles, Brad had the truck if been looking at ready to text drive. Entire experience was great. Final touch was when I turned on the radio as my favorite station was already programmed in. Someone had taken the time to check my trade in. Very nice touch!

Had a 3 inch screw lodged in my left rear tire and it slow leaked overnight in front of my house. Called Chevrolet Roadside Assistance to put the spare on so I could take it to be repaired. They were there in less than 30 minutes. Took it to the dealership and got excellent service, Simon apologized for the wait since they were backed up a bit. Love the waiting room with snacks and a big screen TV. I also had a spare key cut and programmed while I waited. I bought my 2012 Impala LTZ here and love it. I will always return here for repairs or parts needed. You all are wonderful!

Bob Stall really made me feel comfortable. I've been to dealerships where the sales people were cold and just looking for the commission. I loved the Bob Stall family feeling. Tom Lopes is an excellent salesman who took care of all our questions and needs. Will definitely refer to him and Bob Stall. Only drawback to my experience purchasing two new vehicles at once was the 5.5 hour "visit" to Bob Stall by myself, wife, daughter, and two granddaughters. The outstanding sense of humor of Rosalind in contracts left us with a smile on our faces and a relief that the experience was in the final event. On the bright side, the youth play area kept my 7 year old granddaughter occupied for the entire length of our stay. Looking forward to the reinstatement of inviting new purchasers back to Bob Stall for a show and tell of the service dept and other necessary features of the Chevrolet Experience. Have been buying from Bob Stall since 1980's at previous location. Thank you for a job well done. My wife and I keep admiring our purchase of two Traverse's. Keep the water in supply and cold.

Adele Torgersen and Janine Richardson in the internet sales department listened to what I wanted and then went out and found the exact truck I wanted. They made the car buying process simple and painless, never pressuring me or trying to sell me more than I wanted or needed. Initially rough but a few people went above and beyond to make us happy. Bobby Stanley was great to work with and it was nice to work with someone over the phone and via email initially. Patrick Dockett (lot attendant) stayed until 2315 while we wheeled and dealed and even offered to help us clean out the old truck. Billy Shaw was the sales manager and was AMAZING! Billy smoothed over the rough water that has been made and was super easy to work with. Oswald McKenzie worked with us on our SECOND vehicle of the day and was easy to work with also. Leslie Camarino was our finance manager and was fun to work with. She never made a promise she couldn't keep and even worked to get us a lower monthly lease payment on our second vehicle of the night! Considering we ended up with ~$100,000 in trucks? Hands down, we will never go to another dealership as long as this one is in reasonable driving distance!

Ziggy and Adele made the buying process a BREEZE! Talk about service! I called ahead and all the paperwork was filled out! I brought 2 little ones and everything went smoothly.
