Great experience! Very friendly, and a good deal overall. Chris in sales made finding and buying a used truck easy and smooth. Very accommodating with my hectic schedule and I felt like he was actually listening to my needs and wants when discussing my target vehicle and budget. From the first phone call we made to check on the availability of the car, to the moment they handed us the keys, our experience with Bo Beuckman Ford was amazing! They were quick to reply to our questions and to set an appointment to test drive the car. Rory Foster was very friendly when we first arrived and made sure we got where we needed to go. He even gave us a $10 gas card just for stopping in! The vehicle was cleaned, sanitized and ready for us to test drive. We were given as much time as we needed to go over everything on the vehicle. Jeremy Guijosa was our sales consultant and made no effort to rush or pressure us into a decision. Very friendly and helpful guy! Paperwork and financing approval didn't take hours, and that was a big plus! Dominick Petrulli was our finance guy and was awesome! Super friendly and made sure we knew all of our options for extended warranties and any other extras we might've been interested in. These guys made sure everything went smooth and that our time there was stress free and enjoyable. From start to finish, we were there for about 3 hours. Not bad compared to our experience with other car dealerships in the past! Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience and the purchase of our Ford Expedition! It was definitely worth the hour drive to this great Ford dealership.

If I could give 10 out of 10 stars I would. I hate the car buying process so I was not very optimistic going in today. I was blown away at how wonderful everyone was. I met the manager, Rory right away, he introduced us to the Sales rep, Jeremy and away we went. I swear it seemed too easy and too good to be true. We were treated with respect and felt as if we were VIP’s!! We will definitely go back for future purchases. Thanks everyone. We highly recommend Rory and Jeremy.

Everyone was so nice. The general manager Larry even gave me a gas card just for coming out. I saw a car that I liked, test drove it with no issues and decided I had to have it. My sales rep AJ was awesome. He didn't try to hassle me and was straight to the point when it came to the numbers. I love it. I was in and out in no time and I will definitely him in mind when purchasing my next car..

Overall I had a great experience in finding a new vehicle with Bo Beuckman Ford. I was able to schedule a time to come and look at their inventory from their website during my lunch break at work. Once I came in, Rick was able to walk me through some different models that matched my preferences. It took a few days for me to make my decision and I never felt rushed in the process. Rick was great to work with, as he listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and helped me decide which one would fit best with my current lifestyle. I could see myself doing business with them again in the future based on the experience I had!

I can honestly say that I have never been treated as well as, Beuckman Ford treated me. I have purchased many new cars in my life and there was always that feeling did I really get a good deal. When I left Beuckman Ford I never had that feeling. Throughout the time that I was there I was treated with respect by my salesman as well as the entire staff. I almost bought my car from Beuckman. Bo's price was attractive. The salesman was good - honest with the right attitude. But the equipment I wanted wasn't on the lot. Another Ford dealer had the package, made a good trade but didn't give solid service. This is my second oil change with Bo. Both were good experiences. Clearly, I'm picky about price, attitude and service. The folks at Bo's are excellent. Having a home base for repairs is a good thing - a very good thing! I'll be back. And if they keep doing their "price, attitude, service" thing - I'll also have a home base for buying cars.

I took a 2004 F150 in that had a noise coming from the rear of the truck. It was determined that the parking brake shoes needed to be replace. When removing the side that did not have the noise it was discovered that there was a seal in the differential leaking and had leaked oil onto the parking brake pads. They fixed all of the issues for what I considered a reasonable amount. They called multiple times to explain my options including options that did not involve them doing the work. I have always been treated right by the Bo Beuckman service center and have total confidence that they are not trying to sell me services that are not needed.

Unfortunately a chipmunk went crazy eating up some of my 2014 Focus wiring. The Bo Beuckman Ford Service department did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle. I had some problems with a door latch on my 2015 F150. The Service Department took care of the problem quickly and very much to my satisfaction. They do a tremendous job caring for their customers. Even if you didn't buy from this dealership, I highly recommend their service group.

You aren't paying for some over fancy showroom here, but good people, great prices, and excellent service. Mark Verbeck handled an update on our Escape and replacement of the spark plugs in my 05 F150 and the service was outstanding. Ford service and it was a better price than the chain discount services places I got prices from. Highly recommended.

I leased my 2015 Escape at this store and it was the most pleasing experience I've had at any dealership. I will recommend Michael and his crew to all of my friends/family. Today I brought it in for the 1st oil change and was thrilled again. They not only changed my oil and filter, they rotated my tires topped off everything and then did a wash & vacuum. I thought this would cost me over $100 dollars like it would at Dobb's. Nope, only $25. This was discounted as it was the 1st oil change on my new Escape. I asked how much for the next one and they told me regular price is $39.95 but they always have online coupons for $10 off. I love this place!!!

We have recently made out last two car purchases from Bo Beuckman. We traded in 2 BMW's for our Edge and our Escape. They people at Bo Beuckman always go an extra mile to help with anything we have called them for. From setting up a new car with Sync my Ride to making sure the Vehicle Health Report has been run and any issues have been addressed. We find everyone from the girl that answers the phone to the guy who brings our car out to us from service to be the most professional and courteous business people. Our most recent visit was for "The Works Package", and while it was there they noticed a brand new recall that came out that day, and dressed it immediately, that is EXCELLENT customer service!

I drive 40 miles to get my 2013 Ford Edge serviced here instead of 16 miles to another dealer. I think that pretty much sums up how I feel about Beuckman and it's service department. We are planning to lease a 2016 Fusion here in the Spring. This is a good place to do business.

I was having a problem with my car, was asked to continue driving and that nothing could be done until my check engine light came on. So after I broke down 4 times, in rush hour traffic I dropped it off to have work done. I asked for a loaner. I basically was told they had to save the loaner cars for other appointments.... so I had to pay for a rental car just I guess there were higher paying jobs they wanted to save the cars for. When you have to pay 50.00 a fay for rental and repair it gets expensive.

Time will tell if the reprogramming has been done correctly, but the service stall were easy to work with, they contacted me when the repairs were completed, and they have been great to work with. However the sales staff is not responsive, and they lost our business last October when we were purchasing a cross over. While I'm pleased with the service department, I doubt that I'll ever purchase another vehicle from Bo Beuckman.

I went to the service department on Tuesday 25 August to make an appointment to get my collision sensor look at on my 2011 Ford Edge. I was expecting an appointment to be made the following week. Had front brakes installed on my Lincoln aviator by this dealer,and was completely satisfied with the work done. I also had other things done on my suv over the last 6 month and each time the work was done on time and to my satisfaction Mrs. Chrisanna Jung the service advisor I dealt with each time is extremly helpful and knowable about the Ford products,she is very clear on the service that is going to be performed and the actual cost when completed. Was very happy with the way I was treated by the staff. I was dealing with four other dealers via e-mail and Ed was the only sales rep. that I felt was honest through out the complete process. They did not have the vehicle on the lot but were willing to trade for it from another dealership. Price discount for the truck was the best and I got a fair trade value for my vehicle. I would definitely recommend giving them a shot when purchasing a new Ford product. I will buy from them again!

great service and quality workmanship. only complaint is that their owners advantage rewards program isn't automatically referenced for use of any points earned to redeem them on services when completed. Customer has to give them number to look up and then they will credit or redeem rewards earned. We had an account and didn't even know it until started one at another dealer and asked them if they had it too. Our points had expired on theirs since we didn't know it existed or what points was on it. Started from new car purchase and that is how most points are accrued quickly on the account. This is a minor thing and their products and service is superior to most dealers.

From the time I walked on the lot to the driving away of my CPO they have exceedingly delivered the above noted. My last visit was for service on a company car not owned by me and the communication with Chrisanna was exceptional. Keeping me posted on the status of the AC part needed for the 2012 Fusion made all the difference. This kind of communication is not found much these days elsewhere and just knowing what to expect means a lot to me.

This was my first visit to BBF and I was very impressed. I moved to Ballwin this year and needed a new Ford dealership for service and a state inspection. My back hatch would not open and it was time to get it fixed. I dropped my Mariner off in the evening and the next day I received a call indicating that they did not see a problem with my hatch opening. I said ok, I will pick it up but I have not been able to get it open for two weeks. They stayed on it and were able to diagnose the issue. My lock was freezing up. They had it all fixed by 2pm that day and my car was brought up washed and vacuumed. That was a nice treat and the first time that has ever happened when I had any car serviced. Everyone was very courteous and responsive which totals up to great customer service in my book! I will be back.

I always come to get the works package oil change done on my SUV and use their coupons they send through emails. They are always, fast, friendly, accommodating and offer to give my SUV a courtesy car wash and vacuum. They are very reliable and let me know if there are any problems that need attention. I drive from south city area to go to this dealer because they are always friendly and have my SUV ready quickly.

I bought a Ford F150 last year from Bo Beuckman Ford in Ellisville and have my truck serviced there, and only there. I called the service department asking for a favor to get my car in quickly for a state inspection and 20,000 mile service - while the schedule was very, they made room for me - much appreciated. At the time, the service team apologized for not having a loaner, but I didn't care, just so happy to get in. Well, on the afternoon before I was to take my car in Mark in the service department called me to say a loaner had become available! I never had that happen before! Thank you Mark for making my day a lot easier. Chrisanna helped me get my car into service and get the loaner car - and as always she did a great job. I appreciate the great attitudes and service minded style of both Mark and Chrisanna. The good service began even before I brought the truck in!

My vehicle is 15 years old. I have 175,XXX and trust the team at Beuckman to be sensitive to offering just what services I need to keep the vehicle in operating condition. They do an excellent job on quickly getting back to me with questions and more often than not, my vehicle is usually turned around in 5 hours or less. I continue to service the vehicle there and plan to continue... at least till 200,XXX!

Ever since I purchased my car new from Bo Beuckman Ford nearly 10 years ago, I have taken it there regularly for routine maintenance and troubleshooting. The reason for my consistent patronage: Early on I learned I could trust Beuckman's service pros not only to provide the level and quality of service my car needs, but also to show a genuine interest in the car's long-term performance. That trust went up a notch this week. Although I brought my car in for "just" an oil change and 2 new tires, during their work Beuckman's service pros discovered a crack in the car's engine mount. This "going the extra mile" prevented possible exacerbated mechanical problems (or disaster) in the future -- and gave me back a car that runs so smoothly, it feels brand-new. Kudos to Bo Beuckman's Service Staff for its CONSISTENTLY excellent work.

Enjoyed getting my car getting serviced at Bo Bueckman Ford, Their comprehensive service check identified a few things that saved me another trip, so I was thrilled about getting everything done at one time. I have the same comment for most waiting rooms with TVs. Please use the closed captioning. I like to read and I find the TV sound distracting. Most of the time the sound's not loud enough for people with poor hearing, and for those of us who aren't interested in watching, it's just plain distracting. Aside from my normal complaint, everything was just fine.

Buying is supper easy. The green tag on the window is what you pay! Simple! Sales let me take the truck home overnight, so I got to "play" with all the extra features on the truck. I was sold. I recommended Bo B. to my sister-in-law. She bought a new car too. Decided to go with the dealer financing of 0%. I always hate the financing part of buying a new car (wish I could pay cash). Finance manager worked fast and provided several options that I could choose from. Just had my first maintenance. 7qts of Oil and filter change, rotate tires, top off fluids, inspect vehicle and car wash - $33.03. The Quick lube shop would have been double that cost. See ya in 6000 miles Bo!

What an exceptional purchase experience I had when I just purchased my '14 F-150. Everyone my wife and I worked with were so personable we felt like we were working with our own family members. I brought my 2013 Ford Flex in for routine oil and filter change as well as "The Works." Also had a warranty issue which could not be immediately resolved due to lack of parts availability. Chrisiana offered to expedite the parts order and installation but, since we were leaving for an extended trip the next day I could not wait and delay our departure. The part will be available upon our return. Every effort was made to satisfy the need in the excellent Bo Beuckman customer care style for which I am very grateful.

So I use to go to Pundmann with my '03 Ford Escape. The last time I got an oil change with the works, they told me I needed to get 1400.00 worth of repairs and then I bring it to Bo and get a green light. There is one issue but I plan on testing their Loaner service for that.

Each time i have brought our Freestyle in for service it has been a great experience. Chrisanna and Mark are always helpful, and explain what we can probably expect. They are thorough and ask the right questions to pin point the problem. They have gotten back to us in a timely manner, and explained what was found, what was done, and what might need looking at down the road. The guys in the service bays also deserve credit for they are the ones who see things that we don't hear, feel, see and are able to correct the problems. Thanks to everyone.

Fantastic, efficient, friendly, the service personnel are not only friendly, but they care about you and your car and making sure that you are completely satisfied. With the oil change, I received a complimentary car wash and vacuuming. Wow!!! I have leased from Beuckman Ford for years. Mike Bradford, the manager, took care of a problem on the bumper of my car, now it looks like new!! They are a great team at this dealership. They have a forever customer with me!!!

They have always done everything over the top! We have purchased more than 13 cars through the years for our family. The folding seats weren't working properly. They had it fixed with in 20 minutes.They were outstanding explaining all the electronics .What awesome features the new Explorer has!.Everyone at the dealership is very friendly.

I have purchased cars and trucks for Beuckman Ford for years. Their is a reason for that. I know I'm getting the best possible price. I'm an educated consumer and always do my homework when it comes to make important purchases. Just brought home a 2013 F-150 platinum. After searching for 4 months Jeff Liberty found the truck I was looking for. Just brought my truck in for oil change. I was in and out on a busy Monday. They even rotated my tires and washed and vacuumed. I can say truthfully, this is the place to buy!

I had a 4:30 service appointment, got there at 4:20 & was taken to the lounge for T.V. & coffee. My car was not only serviced in a timely manner, but they let me know how long before it would be ready, as well as washing it, at no charge. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional. All my vehicles will be serviced there from now on.

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from Bo Beuckman Ford. My salesman, Dave Montrey, was great to work with. I knew the type of vehicle I was looking for and Dave showed me all of the available options. He helped me get the exact car I was looking for in my price range. I had just come from another dealership where I almost purchased a vehicle, but I didn't like their high pressure approach. My experience at Bo Beuckman was the exact opposite. I appreciated Dave's low pressure and no hassle approach. Thanks for the great service and I will be back.

This is my second service experience since buying our Ford Edge last year. The service team at Beuckman is an impressive group. I am comfortable walking in the door knowing things will be handled perfectly. Yesterday, I arrived for an oil change appointment and asked if it was possible to be out the door in an hour for a meeting that was added to my schedule a few minutes earlier. I was done and gone in an hour plus the service team was able to complete the accompanying car wash within the limited time. Thanks guys and lady. Next time we meet the weather should be a little warmer.

We had both our vehicles at Bo's this past couple of weeks. The repairs were made in a very timely manner and the service men and woman are great with tying everything they can think of to pin down the problem I was having..The other vehicle went in for a routine check up and there was a leak in the transmission area, so they got that taken care of and so we're good for the rest of the year. :)

I don't expect anything but perfect from Bo Beuckman Ford. Every visit I've had with them has been enjoyable. They always go out of thier way to make me feel like welcome and make sure that them servicing my call will not impact my work. The work has always been done extremely fast and always without a problem. It's also nice that their shop will work on any make car. Makes it must easier going to one location for all the car service needs then having to "shop around". The service department also has never suggested doing any service to my vehicles that isn't needed. I won't go anywhere else for a vehicle or service. Hands down Bo Beuckman Ford is the best dealer I've ever worked with. They make purchasing and owning a vehicle a very pleasant experience.

All went well. We didn't feel hassled at all with the transactions and Dennis OBrien provided us great incentives. Well be back when its time to purchase another truck. The only hiccup I can think of was waiting for financing. We waited about an hour.

The entire purchase process was handled very professionally and smoothly. My first inquiry was by E-Mail and I got an immediate response and an offer. The vehicle wasn't exactly what I wanted but they agreed to have one built to my specs for the initial offered price. I accepted delivery about 8 weeks later. I'm very satisfied with the entire process.

We were well overdue for an oil change. Hubby usually does it himself, but he is remodeling our house and never found time to do the oil change. As a savvy faithful wife, I suggested I take the car to Beuckman and have them do the oil change. It was an "A-ha" moment. I followed through, made the appointment and enjoyed a serene hour, reading in the comfortable waiting area. When the car had been serviced, the rep came out and explained the conditions that were found. She made some suggestions on dealing with eliminating the critters that have eaten a hole in the rear seat and made a mess inside the car. I paid my bill (had a great discount coupon) and happily went on my way. I will certainly do this again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Moochie.

On line scheduling is convenient. Also, they planned ahead and ordered the part needed before I came in so we didn't have to do 2 visits. Loaner car is a plus for the dealership.

I believe his name is Mark and her name is Chris...they are truly amazing when it comes to 'Customer Service' ~ and every time I pick my vehichle up, everything is complete and in satisfactory. Very good experience. The appointment was for 8am and the car was pulled into service right on time. The estimated time for the service was 1 hour and the work was completed within the hour. The wireless connection in the waiting area was strong and I was able to work as if I was in the office.

Hassle-Free doesn't even cover it! From the first day we looked at and drove the car, to days later when I picked it up to check it out for a second day, there was never any pressure. Our vehicle was located at the Autorama in Pacific and our experience from beginning to end was fantastic. We were truly treated with a "customer service" approach. We really enjoyed working with Mark, Kenny and Tim.

This was my first service for my vehicle I purchased from Bo Beuckman back in February. The appointment was easily made from their web site at the time I wanted. I waited for the service and the car was completed very quickly. Further, they had washed the car and vacuumed the interior before returning it to me. A great experience!

2010 Ford Escape Throttle Replacement I went to another dealership and they advised me that they would have to keep my car for approximately a week to replace the throttle. Being a single woman, that meant I would have had to rent a car from Enterprise. Right now I'm unemployed and times are very tough for me as well as for many others and that would jack up my cost tremendously. I almost went with the aforementioned dealership until a friend of mine mentioned calling around. I called Bo Beuckman Ford and right off the bat they were so friendly and seemed to care about my car stalling on the highway much, much more than the other dealership. I wasn't treated just like another car tag number. At the other dealership, they seemed to be put out right away that I was calling and that led me to be annoyed because I also scared about my vehicle stalling. Bo Beuckman had a customer service sign stating their philosophy behind the register and I thought to myself, let's just see how this works out. Well, much to my surprise, they lent me a loaner car and called me the same day stating that my car was ready for pick up. Not only was my car fixed, it was cleaner than I have had it in months. At first I thought maybe they pulled up the wrong car. I would recommend Bo Beuckman Ford to a friend and, if I buy another Ford, it will be from them. I would like to add that I heard the employees laugh and they had smiles on their faces. I could be wrong about the work environment there, but to me that is a significant indication of a well run company that respects their employees and customers alike. You don't find strong positive managers much any more, if at all, so I'm thinking that kind of attitude does run down hill. Thank you Randy and the staff at Bo Beuckman.

My wife and I worked with Sara Beuckman who patiently showed us all of the vehicles we were interested (7 overall!) and was able to answer all of our questions. We decided on going with the 2013 Ford Flex and have been extremely happy with it since we purchased it. Not only does the Flex look good in our driveway, it also is a smooth drive with all of the space and safety features we need for our growing family. We were very impressed with the willingness of the rest of the Bo Beuckman staff to help out during the buying process and look forward to working with Joe Beuckman again on future purchases!
