Great service and friendly advisors! Normally, I'm in and out in a timely manner. The waiting lounge was cozy and quaint, too. This time, I had to leave my car and the customer service Jason provided was great. He explained everything that needed service, completed the paperwork for a loaner/rental seamlessly and made sure I was taken care of without a hassle.

I do not normally post reviews but I had to for this dealership. I have been searching for my dream car for over a year and have dealt with private sellers, low and high volume dealerships and some of the worst customer service you could possibly imagine. My search included over twelve states and twenty dealerships. I have to be honest, when I reached out to Ziegler my optimism was at an all-time low and I was ready to call it quits. I first made contact with Kyle Nagy from the sales department. Kyle was very prompt in responding and following up to my inquiries. Knowing exactly what I wanted, I made numerous requests and inquiries that most salespeople would have thought of as burdensome. Kyle always delivered and maintained his professionalism even in the most heated of discussions. When I returned to close the deal I noted that even Zieglers shuttle driver was a class act who shared a wealth of stories, pictures, and knowledge about cars. The *only* complaint I would have is that I was not informed that BMW ConnectedDrive would be discontinued on my car only a couple of months after my purchase. This rendered most of the safety features useless and absolutely would have been nice to know beforehand. Aside from that, I would recommend this dealership based on their promptness, professionalism, and inspiring inventory.

This dealership is totally fraud. There are many known issues with the vehicle which was not disclosed to me prior to sales. Total fraud Sales and Management practices. Lawsuit is under process to be filed.

I've been to this dealership numerous time as I favor going to them versus visiting the dealerships in Chicago. The service I received from James was top notch. He definitely over delivers and my car was ready ahead of schedule. He is very personable and knows what he is talking about. The facility itself is gorgeous and clean and the shuttle service dropped us off at a breakfast spot and came right back and picked us up. They even called to let us know their arrival time. The drivers were professional and the vehicles were in immaculate condition. Definitely will be requesting James again the next time I need some service done to my vehicle. Ask for James you won't regret it! ;)

You expect a dealer to be nice and accommodating before the sale. What I got was a totally positive experience both before and after from both Kyle Nagy and Orland Park BMW. I was an out of state customer and when a problem was discovered with the car, Nagy and the dealership took total responsibility and had the issue corrected for me where I live eliminating the need to travel back to the Chicago area. What a stress free experience!Nagy made it real easy to do business with his dealership by providing a variety of courtesies and services including loaner car so I could return my rental, airport pick up, etc. When I picked up the car, both Nagy and the BMW "Genius" helped acclimate me to the car. I can easily recommend Orland Park BMW along with Kyle Nagy.

Saturday 4/30/16 was our first experience at Zeigler BMW of Orland Park after purchasing several BMWs over the years at other dealerships. Luis was our salesman and did a great job answering questions regarding our purchase and trade in. We traded a 2014 X5 in for a 2015 528 as we had no need for the X5 any longer. Rarely does one ever feel they got a great deal when buying a vehicle, but a fair deal is all we ask for. We took a hit on trading in the X5 which left us sore, but we love the 528 so much, it cushioned the blow a bit. Upon leaving the dealership, I notice another customer with a "goodie bag" and thought, 'hey, we should get one too!' Now you may think, it's a dealership not a kids party, and you are right. I was joking about the 'goodie bag' however, a t-shirt would have been nice, and what harm could it do advertising BMW. I asked my salesman what he thought and he directed me to speak with the sales manager Pete. Pete told me "the other people spent more money on their vehicle than we did" and told me he couldn't give me a goodie bag. WHAT?!? Did he actually say that out loud? Yes, he did!! I think we learn early in during our childhood to treat everyone as equal or at least not insult a customer directly to their face. We usually purchase a new car every 2 years or so. Would be consider buying from Luis again? Absolutely, if he works at a different dealership

besides not know the product he is selling once the deal was completed he continued to fail me by not completing the license plate application through their third party vendor. unprofessional in email correspondence almost like some one gave him this job and it was more of a hobby or something to do. orland park bmw was great, with the exception of dealing with Mr Nagy. If I could do this sale over again I would have used a different sales adviser. Steer clear of this guy. And by the way I couldnt drive my car for a few days because of Mr. Nagys lack of professionalism due to expired temp tags before my plates arrived.

I just purchased a 1998 Ford Ranger and it is a great truck. Joe McFadden was excellent in helping me and my husband purchase it. He was very helpful and has a great sense of humor as well. He is very very pleasant! The dealership was very fair in helping purchase it also. Everyone was very nice and polite and on top of it all, they cleaned my truck AND filled it up w/gas before I drove the lovely truck home. I would definitely recommend BMW of Orland Park to anyone looking for a vehicle! Thanks again Joe for all your help! You're the best!

98% great experience---only small nit was we found a car online, called to see it and when we got there it wasn't available. Salesman was super apologetic. Thankfully they had the other car we were interested in - which we ended up purchasing. Salesman was knowledgeable and wanted to make a deal to get us in the car. Definitely recommend.

Bought my car from Perillo Bmw in downtown Chicago ,they could not fix the problem ifault code in 3tries. Took my car to Orland park Zeigler BMW and they fixed it in 1day. I'm just saying. I was very satisfied with Orland Park Bmw. Only thing I dislike was the car wash. Horrible car was indeed and scratches noticed on paint.

The best dealership I have ever dealt with. The service department is outstanding, and if you stop by on any given day, you can request a car wash and topping off of all your fluids. They have one of the most comfortable and accommodating waiting rooms I have ever seen. There is Starbuck's coffee and a huge television to bide your time with. The sales department is awesome. They make it absolutely painless to purchase a vehicle, and they go the extra mile to see that all your needs are met. They will work with you to find just the right car at just the right price. Just today I upgraded from an X1 to an X3. They were even able to put my paint protectant on while I waited. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a dealership that makes it a pleasure to buy and service a car. I can't say enough good things about them.

I just purchased a 2013 Infiniti FX37 online from Denver, CO. I had the best car buying experience ever! Kyle worked with me first and once we agreed on the deal I completed the deal with Darrell Horowitz who was fantastic to work with. He made sure to send me a video of the car and talked me through what was needed to finalize the transaction. They received my check and paperwork on Tuesday and I received my car in Denver on Thursday of the same week. I had to rely on pictures and what Darrell told me about the car and when it arrived the car is exactly what I hoped for!!! I would definitely purchase another car from Ziegler BMW!!!

I returned for sole purpose of dealing with my great salesman, Joe. Great guy! My experience started with Pete Lazic, who wrote up my trade-in. We agreed on one figure but it resulted in a different figure. I returned weeks later to discuss the discrepancies. I had to return four additional times for my paperwork on Tire warranty, Gap and extended Maintenance warranty just to make the numbers add up on my paperwork. I then decided to just cancel my tire warranty and Gap. Between the Finance guy and Business Office..hence they are putting the blame on each other for the cancellations not processed. Then when it was done they used the wrong dates causing less to be returned. I gave up on that part and decided to just cancel everything and end ties with this dealership. Just called the 800 number to follow-up with the status of the refund for the Extended Warranty...guess what not done...they spoke to Bill O'Hara.. I was told he would get back to me with over 5 weeks delay. Again its been a week no call. I guess I will have to go back up there again. So disappointed with these guys. I wished I would've taken the time to drive to Indiana or a different location. I have already explained to Joe McFadden that I will never make another purchase from Zeigler BMW. He is great..just a pleasure but I will never get past the rest of crew. No professionalism, no sense of embarrassment on their part in their inability to get something right. No Apologies.. Bad way to do business. My guess is that they don't care about all their customers. I will not buy a third BMW from that location again.

I brought our car into the service department,without an appointment,and was greeted,my vehicle taken in for analysis all before I got my first cup of (very good)coffee. It was a simple repair,something I really should have been able to do myself,but it eased my wife's concern of the warning light on the dash. Yesterday at 9:30am I brought my 2004 BMW 330CI in for a repair, John helped me, he was extremely nice. It turned out there was nothing wrong with my car, and he didn't not charge me anything. While waiting for the the initial 'verdict,' Melanie Terrell asked me if I needed any help. She was super warm and friendly and even though I wasn't really thinking about getting a new car, I asked her if she could answer some of my questions regarding their lease program. Needless to say, a few hours later I walked out with he keys to my brand new 328i XDrive. Melanie and Will were fantastic, they went above and beyond to get me a great deal. Melanie was so knowledgable about the car, she answered all my questions, was extremely thorough , and very patient with me. I will definitely be leasing more vehicles from them in the future! What a great experience !

I absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone! The people were very professional and friendly. I personally worked with Luis Corral and Darrell Horwitz along with Will and Bill O'hara who simply put the icing on the cake. We were greeted by Bill who explained the financial aspect of the deal and how he would make sure everything went smoothly. Will was also exceptional to work with, he made sure the signing went quickly and smoothly while explaining the contract in the midst. Luis was very helpful, he did what ever he could in his power to make sure I left that dealership with a car. I told Luis my situation, although it took around three days to make it possible, Luis promised me he would get the job done and he did just that! Darrell and Luis were very professional in explaining everything regarding the car as well as ensuring I was making the right decision by offering a test drive. Overall, exceptional service! I will definitely be returning for another car in the future!! Good Job guys!!

We have been a longtime client of this dealership and have purchased several cars from the dealership over the years. I also gave them a great review and rating on this site. Back in January it was time to get a new X3 to replace our current X3. After several conversations as to what we were looking with our salesperson, we discovered this particular vehicle was not in their inventory, but they could locate one for us. On Saturday, we decided to move forward and went to the dealership to purchase the car. When we arrived we were met by Darrell Horwitz who informed us that Coleen, our regular salesperson, was not in today, but he could help us. We told him what we had discussed with Colleen, he found the vehicle, worked up the numbers with the manager (Pete) which we agreed to and gave him a deposit.On Monday Colleen called to thank us for the purchase and let us know they were going to pick up the vehicle. She called us back a little while later to review the numbers and confirm our desire to lease versus finance. This is when it goes bad. When we recapped what we had agreed to with Darrel Coleen said, The numbers dont make sense, and that Darrell was out today but she would speak with Pete since he was involved. Well as you can probably guess the numbers changed, and Pete stated he did not give those figures. Colleen asked that I give them an opportunity to speak with Darrell would be back the next day. Several days passed with no change. I called the dealership looking to speak with the General Manager and General Sales Manager, when I told them who I was I was told everyone was in a meeting, that I needed to leave a message. The return call came just before the dealership closed and I missed the call, the voice mail was that someone would call me back. When I did finally connect with Pete, I was told despite the fact they confirmed the numbers given and agreed to with Darrell, they would not honor that. If I wanted the car here were the new numbers. Since these new numbers were nearly 30% more than what we agreed to we said no thanks, and asked for our deposit back.Then I called BMW to inform them of my experience. I was told they would investigate and someone would get back to me. I also sent Mr. Aaron Zigler the owner, in Kalamazoo, MI a letter letting him know of my experience at his dealership. Its now nearly 4 months later. No call from BMW, no call from Zeigler, no call from anyone. My advice is to stay away from BMW. This was the second BAD experience with a BMW dealership and in both cases BMW did nothing more than say each dealer is independent and BMW has no authority over them. What I would suggest to save yourself the time and aggravation we experienced is to make your way to Audi of Orland Park. We did and purchased a Q5 from them. It was no hassle, the car was in stock and the people were great. The People were so great that I am going to purchase another vehicle from them in the next few days, and have referred several people to that same Audi dealer.

I recently purchased a 2015 X5 from this dealership. I researched the purchase for about a month prior and had discussions with two other dealerships. BMW of Orland Park was the best, by far, of all three. BMW of Orland Park was fair and straight forward with their pricing, pleasant and courteous to deal with, did not try to sell me a vehicle that did not meet my requirements and utilized low-pressure tactics. My experience included interactions with Lila Odeh, Bill O'Hara, Pete Lazic and Guy Accettura. I would recommend potential customers seek out this dealership when considering a purchase.

I found the sales staff to be typical of most, if not every, car salesperson. I inquired about a vehicle and received seven separate responses from numerous different personnel associated with the dealership. Each one told me what they could do for me and all the intricacies of the dealership, but not one single person answered my questions. Even after numerous responses I still never received my answer. I do not know if this makes them a bad establishment or if this was the usual response one gets. I purchased elsewhere.

First time car buyer and ended up at Zeigler BMW of Orland Park. I already knew what car I wanted, a 2007 lexus IS250 awd, and lucky for me I was able to meet Bill Earnest there. Bill helped make that a great car buying experience. He was very helpful along the way, showing me the car and encouraging me to fully test the car out insuring it was a very reliable vehicle, I felt I was in excellent hands. Bill showed nothing less then the highest level of professionalism and integrity. I learned a lot in my time spent there with Bill and I fully intend to recommend BIll to anyone looking for a car, not only because he is a honest and trustworthy advisor, but also because he himself is a great person.

This was my first visit to BMW of Orland Park, but my second BMW purchase from Bill Earnest. Bill goes above and beyond for his customers and dare I say, I TRUST a car salesman! ;) I bought from Bill at another BMW dealership a couple of years ago and had a great purchasing experience, so I didn't think twice about making the drive to Orland Park to meet with him once again. Had a problem with my 328 convertible. "V" at service intake is always a pleasure to deal with. "Jeff" the foreman gave personalized service even providing his cell number. Randy Boomsma, service manager is a credit to the administrative staff at this dealership.I decided to trade off my 328 convertible and order a new 2015 428 convertible. I worked with Bob Hardy. Bob quoted me the rock bottom price immediately. There was no negotiation necessary. My new car is in production and I anticipate a quick and flawless delivery upon it's arrival at this dealership.

I purchased my 2011 M3 from BMW of Orland Park. After the purchase, I discovered that three of the four wheels were bent. I raised the issue to their sales manager Michael Messer and general manager Bill O'Hara, but they ignored me and refused to replace my wheels. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

I am especially impressed with how each customer appear to be given a specific service representative who is familiar with their vehicle. My representative has been Craig Lantz. I went to the Zeigler BMW dealership simply looking for a car, not quite certain if I would be able to purchase. From the moment Kyle Faiman introduced himself to my family, he gave us outstanding service. I went in with a 2003 Chevy and left with a certified pre-driven 2012 like new X3 of my dreams. I am so thankful that I went to that dealership and that Kyle worked with us. I would most definitely recommend Zeigler and Kyle to anyone in the Orland Park area, or for anyone looking for a BMW. I recently upgraded from a 2008 to a 2011 3 series. Gus was great. He took the time to show us some options for upgrades. When we selected an upgrade Gus helped us close the deal in a reasonable time. The experience at Zeigler was outstanding and I was totally satisfied.

First visit was fine. Based on that I went there for a second service. What a horrible experience! Car was there two days, when I called once just to check if it was done (based on what I had been told)..the 'service advisor' ( yeah right) told me that he would call me when it was...curtly. I let that one go. Next day got a call that it had been done. I drove for 45 minutes to get there and guess what, it was not. The work was very minor. ....people working there could not find the parts in their parts department even though they had been sitting there for 2 days.When I got there, they said they had misplaced the parts and told me " this is going to take some time," I waited for 1.5 hours more for them to install simple parts (Plastic mud shield).But it was the demeanor I encountered, absolutely no apology or empathetic statement or gesture whatsoever!! From the management or the workers. Am I going to take my 120 grand car there again??? I am livid.

What a great experience I had working with Bill Earnest. He is a true professional who has 15 years experience with BMW. He KNOWS the product. Bill went to great measures to find a BMW that would fit for me. In the end, I did not buy a BMW only because I was looking for a vehicle with a soft ride while the BMW is more of a sporty ride. To make matters even more difficult I stuck to my budget plans. Nevertheless, if you are shopping for a BMW or plan on buying one, your best bet is to seek out Bill Earnest at BMW of Orland Park. He will make your shopping or buying experience an enjoyable one.

Bad experience with first time BMW purchase/lease. If a car bought within 2 weeks has a problem, it should be covered by the dealer. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I do not plan to go this dealer ever again.

My indicator showed I had a low left rear tire. I was picking up my son and he looked at it and told me I had a large bolt in it. We drove to BMW or Orland and the service person told me he could not have it fixed because they were to busy. This was at 12;00 PM on a Saturday. He told me to go down 159th st and there were many tire places that could help me. Being surprised at what the person said, we got back in my car and went down 159th st and found a place that could help me. Since I have special tires I had to buy 2 tires. I did send a letter out and never received a kind word like "I am sorry" This is my 4th BMW I bought, 3 from BMW or Orland Park. Carole Guger

I have to admit, been to many dealers ships as I was trying to see what car I wanted to buy. Was not really into buying BMW in the beginning but upon arrival here I was sold and ended up purchasing Two BMW within two years periods from same sales person. Really, would like to thank Mr. Luis Coral for his outstanding knowledge and expertise in this field. He really does not make you feel obligated and walks you through the thought process. Now we are a proud owner of X6 and 535 GT. Secondly, I also want to thank rest of the team in the service department for the great service they have provide so far for last 2 plus years with both of my vehicles. They have been very courteous and always followed up with phone calls. Whenever I walked in, everyone there acknowledges you, which makes feel comfortable to be around. Before buying my new BMW, I had heard about the experience of buying from Bill Earnest. He used to work at Jacobs BMW in Naperville, but recently moved to BMW of Orland Park. Even though it was out of my way, I went to Orland Park so that I could have Bill as my salesman. Given the pre-purchase build-up, I thought it would be hard for Bill to meet my expectations. He not only met them, he exceeded them. Bill spent as much time as I needed explaining every detail of my new BMW. With all of the technology included in the car, this was no small feat. In fact, other customers in the showroom stopped and listened for a while. When Bill left me for a few minutes, other customers came up to me and commented about the service I was receiving. They had never experienced anything like it, and neither had I.In a completely different context, Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart said: "One knows it when one sees it." Bill Earnest has it. I will be recommending him to a number of my friends who are considering a BMW as their next car.

This dealer knows how to convert a typically stressful car buying experience into a fun transaction. Simply put, it was actually fun to deal with Mike Messer (used car manager) and Bill Earnest (our sales consultant) during the purchasing phase. Both went out of their way to fully understand our needs rather than just try to push a car out the door. How refreshing is that ?? It's almost as if these guys didn't know the word "no". Will (a true car guy), their finance/business manager was equally as accommodating. I think we extended the closing process by at least a half hour just because we we're seriously having a good time signing documents and just chatting about car stuff.A few days after purchasing the car, I had a confrontation with a pot hole. It required that the vehicle be moved via a flat bed to the dealership at 245 am. Fortunately the damage was confined to an shredded tire. Craig Lantz (service writer) took it upon himself to call me shortly after 8am the next morning. He said that he had seen the car parked in front of the dealership. I mentioned the the tire was damaged. His response "I know, I checked our inventory we have a tire in stock and i put your name on it." By 10 am I was back on the street no problemo.By the way, Bill, our sales consultant guy from paragraph one, is like a mother hen watching over his clients to a fault. WOW I'm really getting to dislike this guy since he's making it very difficult to purchase vehicles elsewhere. Get a life Bill :-)You might be getting the idea that my first buying experience through Ziegler BMW is a good one. Let me go on record........., THAT'S AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Oh, last but not least, before leaving the dealership. Bill O'Hara the dealerships GM, took time to introduce himself. Not knowing if I wanted a SUV or a sedan I spent several nights test driving. I always loved the X3, but was unfamiliar and thought too expensive. The last stop was Zeigler in Orland for a test drive. Gus Gertos met me and sold me almost instantly! He answered every question I had. He is so very knowledgeable and truly believes in his product. I had owned a BMW about 10 years ago and the sales staff had such attitudes, but Gus was great! I felt comfortable asking every and any question. He was patient and kind, and concerned I got what I wanted. When I realized I could not afford the 2014, he found me the perfect used X3, just right for my budget! I highly recommend dealing with Gus Gertos when shopping. He is the salesman of all time!!

Bought our first BMW at Zeigler's. This was the first BMW dealership we visited since it was the closests to us. Cary Dukes was our salesman and he was excellent. Did not like the back and forth which I told Cary at the beginning I wanted to avoid, but overall we are satisfied. The car has a brake issue that they thought might clear up with driving but it hasn't so we will see how well we are taken care of in the service department. The facility itself is very nice. We love the car.

We purchased our BMW from the former owners of the dealership. We love the car. Recently, however, the car experienced unusual electrical difficulties. After many, many tests and great patience, Zeigler diagnosed the problem and rectified the situation. Joe kept us informed throughout the entire lengthy process and assured us that the vehicle would not leave the service department until it was perfect! Upon taking delivery of the car, Joe sat down with us and showed us in detail the many tests that the service department had administered to the vehicle. I would highly recommend Joe Giuliano and the Service Department at Zeigler! They are truly UEber-dependable!!!

After purchasing many cars here over the years, the salesman would not work with me on the price and suggested I purchase I different vehicle, instead of the one I was interested in. I went to another dealership and bought the X5 M Sport I wanted at the price I wanted. I will NEVER purchase there again.

Outstanding selection with an incredibly knowledgeable staff. Although I ordered my specific car they had every option available for me to examine which is important considering the extensive list of options available . The pricing is great . There was no pressure and the sales staff were patient but exceedingly knowledgeable About BMW and the comparable models from the competition. Ziegler owns the 2015 BMW 40 that hit and pushed our Chevy Colbalt on to parking block. A Ziegler service customer with the initials M.N. refused to cooperate with C.R.P.D. to exchange information. Ziegler with FALSE promises had us go to store only to get our info. It took Zielger having 3 phone calls to get info that by law is required!! Beware of what you buy. A 2015 BMW 40 will be sold as new when its been in a hit and run. Sneaky unhonest typical car sales men!!

BMW is the ultimate driving machine. I love my car and was happy with the purchase. However the service department is bad. Poor details of what is wrong with my car. Be careful because they pad the bill with extras. The service managers were helpful. I was told I drive my car a lot. Isn't that the point? I thought I had purchased a reliable car. I thought there were experienced technicians to repair problems.

I brought in my car for a routine oil change $79.00 for cars 2006 and older, what a great deal I thought! I was wrong! I should have known when I asked for shuttle service and that person did not to come back from lunch when is was already 1:30pm(they only have one shuttle person on Friday) that should have been a warning sign, but no I really wanted that $79.00 oil change. The second problem was it took 2 hours and 15 minutes longer than the one hour and fifteen minutes they promised(double the time). WIFI and free coffee were great, but I had to walk to the service desk of my service advisor two hours later only when I noticed people who came in after me were getting their cars back already. I finally asked her where my car was? She just had a blank face and said she didn't know, but she'll check? After about five minutes she told me that the car washing service was having problems and she will try to track down my car. I went back about 10 minutes later and she said the washing guys are vacuuming the car and should be done soon. I got my car back and they only vacuumed the driver seat and did not vacuum the passenger side. I asked my advisor and she said that's right, they only take care of the driver's side (why would you even offer this service?). At this point I just wanted my car so I could go to work I arrived at the dealership at 1:15pm, I paid my bill at 3:10pm and got in my car at 3:30pm. Still not not over, the next day I check under the car and it had a leak(about 1/4 quart), then I checked the hood, then I saw the guys at BMW opened with my cabin air filter, because it wasn't properly secured and the screws were all up. I called my service BMW Advisor and left a voicemail, she called back 15 minutes later and said my car was leaking due to the oil pan gasket. I have had numerous oil changes from multiple quick lube places from here to California and have never had an oil leak until now, she said it was probably excess oil after the service technician checked the oil pan gasket. I know the cold weather has affected car sales and Zeigler BMW has a high operating cost, but to have your guys sabotage cars getting their oil changed is pretty low. I called to complain, about the cabin air filter but the service advisor said it was my word against theirs and was quick to pass the buck to the service managers voicemail. Seeing that my cabin air filter was opened during a routine oil change really makes me not trust Zeigler BMW. I hope this helps out anyone who is reading this. This really happened to me on March 29, 2014. If you have an E46 BMW and you need service there is a place called Four Seasons Automotive at 11601 s. Ridgeland ave in Alsip, IL The managers name is Mike Feltman(708.361-2280) and he is an honest guy. He has replaced my thermostat, expansion tank and fixed hoses that came off and everything works great, you don't need to go to the dealership if you have an E46 BMW. Thanks for reading my review.

Bill is a great sales person. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. This is the second BMW I have purchased from Bill and about the sixth he has sold to my family. The service and facilities are excellent. I drove over 4 hours to deal with BMW of Orland Park and Bill. I will deal with them next time I'm in the market, they are just an excellent dealership.

Buying a car is always challenging, buying a used car can be even harder...unless you go to Zeigler BMW! I had the best car buying experience of my life at Zeigler. My sale associate was Bill Earnest and he was great (ask for him). He was helpful, conscientious, honest and professional. Chris, who handled the transaction, was warm and patient as he explained all the details of the sale. Mike went over all of the accessories and equipment of my car was thorough and clear. All in all, this was a 10!

Gus Gertos was our salesperson. We would recommend to anyone that is interested in a BMW to see Gus! He was very polite,helpful and very informative. He answered all our questions and explained every aspect of the car and did all the setting up of all the functions the BMW offers.He made us feel very comfortable in asking the many questions that we had.He gave us his card and offered 24 hour assistance if we needed him..no one does that! Everyone in the dealership as soon as you walk in acknowledges you and offers their assistance...I have to say that is very refreshing! We have done a lot of research and traveled to many BMW dealerships both in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana, but our overall experience prior to Orland Park have been rather unpleasant. I had one salesman at south bend BMW dealership flat out told me BMW is "not right fit" for me because it's too expensive . We stopped at BMW Orland Park one evening with intention only looking at some models. We were immediately greeted by Mr. Gus Gertos, who was very patient and pleasant to talk to. He asked our price range, our preference on options, showed us several X3s for us to compare and analyze. It was close to store closing, but Gus was very patient and didn't rush us. Because of Gus' professionalism and exceptional customer service, we purchased a new X3 at a great price and drove out the dealership on the same night! My wife and I have been very happy with our car and but even more importantly we just want to thank Gus for a great service. Will definitely visit your location again in the future.

I brought my car in for an oil change and a part for the air conditioning vent as I was asked to do on my last visit. When I showed up at the dealership I was told that I was not due for an oil change and the part never came in. J. Reynhout was my service advisor who does not work there anymore. The people at this dealership do not communicate with each other and their service manager should see that things like do not happen. I will never buy a BMW from this dealer again. They have a lot of excuses that I should not have to deal with.

I just purchased my 2013 BMW 535XI M Sport! It was a special order, and let me just say that it truly was special!! Luis was my sales person, and he was the best!! I am quite the picky individual--hence the special order, but I wanted to take the time and tell my story. Luis was quite helpful in the entire process, he carefully explained everything about the car, gave a very thorough explanation about the options, drivetrain, etc...He really made me feel comfortable during my purchase. No pressure, EVER!! This is my first BMW, and it won't be my last. This is greatly in part to the rest of the folks that I had dealt with during my experience at BMW of Orland Park. Every time I came into the dealership I was always greeted with warm and genuine smiles. Theresa is always smiling and always a pleasure to speak to, great customer service!! The purchase experience was grear and the salesman, Joe McFadden was knowledgeable and helpful. I was interested in either an X3 or X5. He gave me enough information and road test on each type vehicle making the final selection easy. It helped also that I am a previous BMW owner for 9 years back in the mid 80's. Overall, the experience was worth telling a friend.

The sales staff is very friendly and does not resort to high pressure tactics. When negotiating a price they do not say "take it or leave it NOW", they give to time to think about it and let them know your decision. I would recommend this dealership for the courtesy of their sales staff, howver, I had an unpleasant experience with the service department over work that I believed should have been covered by warranty that would somewhat temper my decision.

BMW of Orland Park is a Super Dealership and Joe McFadden is a superb salesperson. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from him and he is still just as knowledgable, friendly and professional as he was when I first met him. He answers ALL of my questions in a manner that pleases me and I ask lots of questions. Even after driving my new 2013, X3 for three weeks, I had further questions and he answered them just as he has always done. I am loving my new vehicle with all the updates that I am still getting used to. The new facility is an excellent showplace and I am enjoying everything and the people just as I did in the former place. Keep doing what you are doing and I will continue to refer clients to you.

I recently purchased a 2013 X5 and it was my first BMW purchase. My experience at BMW of Orland Park was very good. I selected them because of the fair pricing. I did my research before hand and was aware of what would be a fair price range and I knew exactly what I wanted. The dealership that could give me the best price with minimal hassle was going to win my business. Orland Park BMW has a friendly staff and the DJ Snyder my sales person was easy to do business with. My low tire light keeps coming on every time the temperature fluctuates. I was told by R. Boomsma that this is a common problem in BMW cars. I was told to put in the proper amount of air in the tire when this happens. My sensor light came on 3 times in the last 10 days and I dont have the time to keep going back to the dealership to correct the problem.Mr. Boomsma offered to send me a tire guage so I can properly check my own tires.I do not think this is the proper way to handle this situation when the warranty should take care of this problem.This problem has been going on since the fall of 2011 and still has not been taken care of.

First time purchsing a car at BMW of Orland Park, I have had experience with Fields, Laurel and Knauz. Found this dealership overall above the other 3 with dealing in sales. Gus was my client advisor, he never pushed me, has extensive knowledge of the car X3. walked me through all relavent things on the car, set my phone up. Finance Manager Pete was great everything explained out to me. Even the general manage stopped by and said hello. My experince in past purchase from other dealers had been about average but this dealership took the time to explain everything to me did not rush me and help me make a decesion on a 50,000 investment in a car. It gave me great satisfaction and comfort.

The best compliment I can give is at no time during the three week process did I have "buyers remorse" or question my decision. Joe always annsered my questions quickly and accurately during the vehicle ordering and purchasing process and I got the exact options ordered correctly. I enjoyed tracking the vehicle build process as a member of the BMW US web site and receiving updates from Joe. Seeing the vehicle prior to the "pre Delivery Inspection" was an added bounse. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile by DJ Snyder. The dealership is clean. He showed me around the new facility. DJ came across as a person who really enjoyed working there. I never felt any sales pressure. I knew what I wanted and DJ was very helpful and knowledgeable of what I was looking for. The vehicle had to be ordered, which I was aware of before I walked in. He kept me abreast of the progress of the production. Upon taking delivery DJ went over the features of the vehicle in a step by step timely manner. My overall experience at BMW of Orland Park was phenomenal. I am by no means associated with any dealership or do I know DJ Snyder on a personal level. I took time out from driving my new BMW to write this review in hope of helping someone who's looking for a great BMW dealership and a great sales associate. I went to the BMW dealership in Orland Park after an oil light came on in my car. After asking the service advisor about it, ( D. Scaletta ) I was asked if I had an owners manual and that I should have read it then I would have known about my car burning oil. He was very rude in my opinion about how he answered my question. I would never recommend this dealership or its service department to anyone. This is not the first unpleasant experience that I have encountered at this dealership.

DJ Snyder is very easy to deal with and knows the answer to almost any question you might ask. Our new 3 series was delivered clean in the showroom. Every feature was explained in detail and believe me this car is filled with features that my wife and I have not seen before. Buying our BMW was a pleasant experience.

This was my first BMW experience. I've always wanted one and the opportunity presented itself. I negociated the entire deal over the internet while on a business trip in Louisville Ky. I worked with DJ Snyder. He was very professional, understanding and willing to work with me. I've been shopping for an X5 for over a year so I knew what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay for it. When returning from Louisville, the only left to close the deal was my trade. Although I did not get as much as I wanted, BMW OP game pretty close. This was probably the most pleasant experience I have ever had in buying a new car. DJ spent the better part of the day with me taking me on a demo and walking me through all the features of the car. I would highly recommend BMW Orland Park and DJ Synder.

They sold a vehicle leaking oil and now trying to claim my insurance to fix it when it should be fixed under warranty or fixed because the mechanic clearly did not complete the oil change correctly before selling. Blaming me for the leakage saying we damanged the oilcap and missing a part. Mind you this happened 2 days after i bought the vehicle. And not to mention this is the 5th bmw purchased from this dealership and will be my last.

Work done on car appears to be acceptable, but it's primarily related to a/c, and today is cool. Therefore, it's too soon to tell.However, this negative review is due to the fact that when my car was returned to me, my phone charger was missing. I have scoured the car three times looking for the charger, and it's nowhere to be found. Of course, the dealership's position is to wash their hands of the matter.Here's what my visit amounted to - pay dealer $1,960 for repairs, then be informed that I must now pay another $30 or $40 FOR SOMETHING WHICH HAS BEEN IN MY CAR FOR YEARS.For the record, Jason was unsympathetic and referred me to Randy, the manager, who didn't bother to return my call, and the cashier was rude.

It took me ten years to think about going into a dealership to look at new vehicles. As a woman, it is typically not a comfortable experience. I was giving my Honda to my granddaughter. The car had served me extremely well and I thought about replacing it with another Honda. I did a great deal of internet research and added a few higher end cars to my short list. Going into the BMW dealership in Orland Park we were welcomed by Guy Accentura. He was a wealth of knowledge and passionate about the vehicles that we were looking at. Our next trip in we met Doug Panko (Guy was off) and he helped us find the perfect color for our new vehicle. He too was incredibly knoweledgeable and it was at that point that my short list narrowed to one vehicle. I ordered my car without pressure and I am convinced that I got a great price. My car was delivered last Saturday. It is perfect. It supasses my expectations. Both Doug and Guy have been wonderful beginning to end. If I could rate them as a "10" I certainly would.

My experience with Orland Park BMW and sales person Gus Gertos was wonderful. For many, new car buying can be a very intimidating experience as it is for this single mom. Although I did some homework using the internet and visiting dealerships on Sundays to help make a decision on what car I would purchase, it was time to test drive and speak with a salesperson. My son and I was approached by Gus who came outside to talk with us. Immediately, Gus made me feel very comfortable with the process and was so down to earth and easy to talk to yet very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable answering all of our questions. He showed us every detail about the car. I felt good about how they valued my trade in and was happy with the financing part. Never once, did I feel overly pressured or that someone was spinning the intimidating car buying jargon at me. If every car dealership made people feel the painless process I had at Orland BMW and with Gus Gertos, they would do better. He really was again, wonderful to work with. Now I know why others try to compare themselves to BMW.

Even though I was picky with the specification I was looking for in my new 328i, which are also rare in this model, Doug was very understanding. I drove in from Michigan based on a great advertised price of a 535xi demo. What I did not expect was the level of service and attention to detail provided by BMW of Orland Park. I visited this dealership over a 5 year period as I was interested in owning a BMW, but had not bought a car in this class before. I was an American car buyer who broke away and bought Honda's for the past 10 years. I wanted the next step up. I reviewed every car on the market including Lexus, Audi, BMW, Honda, Ford; you name it. I looked at them in detail and could not find anything I honestly liked. I kept coming back to BMW as the best overall quality and design styles I liked. Doug Panko probably seen me 20-30 times over a 3 year period. Although at anytime I could have easily purchased the car, I was in no rush and did not want to make an emotional purchase. In fact the incentives and programs had no real determining facor in my purchase as I needed to feel good about the car and the dealership before I bought. When I overcame my concerns about the vehicle then I focused on the deal. Orland Park BMW was easy to work with and in the end they price matched the best deal I could find by beating it by $200.00. It was important to me to work with my local dealer, but I also needed to feel good about the deal. I am loyal to where I buy and I did not want to travel to far for service, but was willing to do so if need be. I think if your looking at buying a BMW you should visit with Doug Panko. His deamanor and knowledge of the vehicles is as good as it gets. He's non threatning, very knowledgeable and professional. He always had the latest information and reviews to share with me when I randomly came into the showroom. In the end I bought a 2012, 528xi. The paperwork and finance details were easy to do and quick. I really was amazed when Doug took me through the car upon delivery. He did not seemed rushed and did a excellent job of explaining the car to my wife and I. In the end Doug made me feel that his job of selling me the car was just the beginning. The way he explained things at delivery I feel as though he is a long term customer care advisor that is there to help me with anything associated with my experience, including scheduling service visits. I've only owned the car for three days and am still in the honeymoon phase, but from what I've seen so far Im happy.

I had the best experience working with Luis Corral and BMW Orland than any other dealership. Luis was very professional and friendly which made me feel at ease. He gave me a great deal on my new X3 which was a christmas present to myself. We have now created a lasting work relationship. If you are looking to buy a BMW, Luis is definitely your guy.

It was my first time to this dealership. It was by far my best car buying experience ever. There was no pressure at all. My salesman Doug was very passionate about BMW safety and technology and was very informative. The paperwork was over in about 15 minutes. They definitely have that part streamlined also. Overall it was great and I would highly recommend them

This was a trouble-free purchase. I had the chance to meet with a couple members of the dealership outside of the lot and then made the choice that this would be the dealer to move forward with and more then worth my drive from Chicago. I spoke with the people I had met and they introduced me to Joe who was easy-going and very personable. We discussed what I was looking for took a couple of test drives and I left my first visit just waiting for Joe to locate the color I had chosen. He called back the next day and I had the car a few days later. Joe's insight, experience, along with his laid back style made this a great buying experience.

Being a younger customer, I always experience judgement due to my young age while buying a car, especially from a company like BMW. Mr. Gertos approached me with a friendly face, and I didn't feel judged. He showed me the car that I saw online, and explained everything about it in great detail. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Two days later, I purchased the car (2012 X5 35i). He did everything he could to help, and even got us a discount. I really felt very comfortable with Mr. Gertos. He is really a great salesman. After purchasing the car, he further explained everything about it and how to use it, I left the dealership being able to control everything in the car with ease, I didn't even need to use the manual! All the employees were nice as well, I would really recommend BMW of Orland Park, and recommend Mr. Gertos even more! I love my new car, thanks!

I visited BMW OF ORLAND PARK. I had no intention of buying a BMW, I was met at the door by Mr Louis Corral, I told Mr Louis that am here to see the Newly Redesign 5 series. He took me on a Test Drive. Politely, Mr Corral Answered all my Questions. He's Approach is Outstanding, I am so delighted and very satisfied with the Service I recieved. This was my fourth purchase from BMW of Orland Park in the past couple of years. Each experience was as good as the first. I feel that my business is truly appreciated, and Guy Accettura has been excellent. The service department is great as well, as they have been very attentive to any needs that I have. Whether it was buying my second 750Li or my second X5, the experience from beginning to end was no-nonsense and handled very professionally. My experience with BMW of Orland Park has ben very positive, and I will continue buying my cars from this dealership and from Guy Accettura.

We came to BMW after disappointing visits at Audi, Infinity and Volkswagen. I have to tell you we walked in the door at Orland Park BMW and there was Colleen. She greeted us with a big smile and asked how she could help us. After hearing what we were looking for she offered some suggestions, from ordering, to a locate. From Colleen's suggestions, we found the vehicle we wanted in their inventory. With a little help from Jim Subka, the general manger, we agreed on a fair price for the new BMW and our trade. Everyone we encountered here was great, from Colleen, to Jim Subka and the sales manager Dave Bosco. If you are looking for a salesperson that helps you and a dealership that trys, I would give these folks an opportunity. Also, Coleen has already called both my wife and myself wanting to make sure everything is ok and to see if we have any questions now that we have had the car for a few days.

I went to BMW of Orland Park, because I always took my 328i in there for service because it was the closest dealer to my house... I knew what I was looking for when I walked in the door, but they really helped me narrow down my search. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the price range I could afford. They weren't pushy or hassling. I got exactly what I wanted for a great price. Thank you so much for everything... It was a great transation that went very smoothly.

Dealer Rater,I have to say that Joe McFadden made my BMW experience one that I will never forget. My situation is not perfect as I have been affected greatly by the financial crises over the last few years. So, I was very pessimistic when first entering the dealership. I purchased my BMW series 3 at BMW OF Orland Park last week. The transaction went smooth with no unexpected problems. My sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very pro and explained all my new car features in detail. He showed me exactly what work needed to be done and why.This guy really gets the job done!! Joe goes out of his way to be prepared, competitive and informative. He knows his product as well as the competition. We called ahead and told him what we were looking for. When we arrived, he had cars ready and waiting for us to drive. He pulled the ones that fit our description of what we were looking for with the best value as far as packages/equipment. Once we decided on a car, he worked hard to show us all options for financing and payments. He was willing to negotiate and we came in informed so we knew what the price should be. He met that price and we received exactly what we wanted. This is the second car we have purchased from him and it won't be our last.

Fantastic experience from initial contact to point of sale and follow up!!! Darrell and the Team at BMW of Orland Park have been so great to work with! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new BMW! After a horrible experience with another high end car dealership in the city it was worth the drive out to Orland Park to deal with fantastic professionals that care about their customers and potential customers! This dealer wanted my business and sold me the vehicle. My client advisor was the best, the sales manager accommodating and the finance guy made it painless. I tend to be brand loyal and tho' I didn't get the loyalty discount they made the deal like they wanted me in the "family". I value a dealer that has the same sales people for a long time and it appears this dealer is like that.

It is always a great experience working with Orland Park BMW. They are friendly, courteous and always are prepared with our paperwork when we lease a new vehicle so that are time there is brief. They do a great job explaining the details of the car and follow up to make sure that we are pleased with our lease. My experience working with BMW of Orland Park has been excellent. While I have given other BMW dealerships in the Chicago-land area a chance to earn my business, no one has come close to providing an overall great experience and value like the team at Orland Park. For me, it's worth driving the extra 45 minutes to get the best deal on a car (new or used). Doug Panko was my sales consultant working closely with the sales manager James Subka. Doug will provide the highest level of customer service and product knowledge while James thoroughly evaluates the deal and will truly beat any price you can find on a new or used car (I've purchased both new and used from BMW Orland Park). Great job guys and keep up the good work!

I shopped for vehicles in Orland Park and visited approximately 10 prior to arriving at BMW. It was a cold winter evening, and every sales person I met reflected the weather. Joe McFadden was courteous, incredibly knowledgable and helpful. I purchased a vehicle shortly after arriving. He spent 20 minutes familiarizing me with every aspect of the vehicle and customizing settings for all options. I am very pleased with the vehicle, and the sales portion of the purchase was the best I've ever experiences in the times I have purchased cars.Thank you Joe.

So far so good...I've had the pleasure of working with Joe Galante from BMW of Orland Park. He literally told me "What do I need to do to sell you this car?" AMAZING! I got an amazingly low price (I compared with 2 other dealers) and I have been updated with emails and phone calls as to where my car is in the production process. They gave me a cute little BMW baseball cap when I signed too... I can't wait for delivery of my baby!

Ordered a 335i convert. and made it a point to say "I'm in no hurry". CA still mislead me as to how long the wait was. When I tried to cancel order I was threaten with legal action!!. After 2 days of back and forth they tossed in a car alarm(I have to pay for install) and wood shiftknob. But still no production number after month and a half. Call BMWUSA and spoke to customer service and THE NEXT DAY I had a production number!! I will keep you informed when I attempt to pick up car (beginning of Oct.) I say attempt 'cause I'm not taking anymore stuff off these guys.

I went to this dealer tonight to possibly buy a new 3 Series. I walked inside their showroom - nobody greeted me, nobody said anything to me. It was not busy. I am clean-cut, well dressed wanting to spend 40k, and I was ignored. I tried to grab someone but they said they would be right back, but never came back.

I took delivery of my car finally at the dealership this Friday, Aug 1. The delivery was quite disturbing and I thought I would let you know of my experience.<br><br>My dealership is BMW of Orland Park in Orland Park, IL. My dealer (Mike Messer) was not there at time of delivery, and he told me to talk to any sales representative and they would deliver the car for me considering that all of the paperwork was already taken care of. So I walked in, talked to a sales rep named Renaldo, and he walked me to my car. Everything looked ok, but it looked like the car was simply washed through a touch free car wash. <br>- Some bug remnants from my Europe trip were still in the grille.<br>- Owners manual was missing, Renaldo later got me one from the parts dept.<br>- Wheels were dirty<br>- Renaldo asked me if I had the keys, I obviously said No and he had to go on a wild goose chase to find the keys. 30 Mins later we had both keys.<br><br>After we received the keys, I found out that the vehicle memory and key memory were not already programmed for us as Mike Messer said it would be, so then I had to spend another hour waiting for them to program that. Again, nobody knew where the memory checklist was so I had to fill out another one.<br><br>After the keys were programmed, I noticed that there were some deep scratches on the inside of all of the 4 door handles. In europe we didn't even use the back doors, so this couldn't have been caused by us. So I asked for the Sales Manager, Guy Accettura, and showed these to them. He said that they happen from fingernails?!?! I can understand light scratches, but these were pretty deep, and he said, "well, you can only see them when the sun hits it." To which I replied, "I know that but the fact of the matter is that they are there, and this is a practically new car." So then he said he would try to get a technician to rub some compound to cover them up. Since he was the sales manager I thought that I could express my concerns with him, so I then went on to say, "you know, the service around here isn't as good as I had expected..." To which he responded, "Alright then, I won't help you anymore." He walked away! I followed him in to get my family to go, and he turns around and says, "You can't expect to criticize us and expect any service." Hearing this from the Sales Manager really bothers me, which is why I'm contacting you today.<br><br>From this experience, it is clear that BMW of Orland Park does not want my current business and my future business. I'm a fairly young buyer, and I thought that the 3-Series was designed so that younger buyers will buy and then eventually move up to the 5 or 7, after this experience, I think my money whould be better spent on another brand, at a different dealership. My Honda dealership treats me much better, I should be expecting more from BMW. Additionally, the presentation of the vehicle upon delivery was unimpressive. Honda gave my wife flowers, a bottle of champaigne, keychains, and T-Shirts. At BMW I had to beg for a keychain, and they just gave us a dealership keychain.<br><br>So this has been my delivery experience. The pre-delivery experience was just as painful as I had discussed with you in my earlier email. I've already made quite a few payments on my car already, and just received my vehicle, delivered with scratches, which I would like rectified.<br>
