I was taken care in a very professional and promptly manner. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. Wish the maintenance staff could be a little mindful of their hands and shoes, found some stains in the inside of my vehicle. Could be useful to use paper mats and a visual inspection afterwards. Overall it was great.

Sharon is great! I came in for the rubber near windshield wipers cracking. I have to repair that and was hoping it was covered under warranty but it's not. I also need an oil change so I did that too. I was over due for a flush which should have been done around 30,000 miles per the mechanic. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and would like to know what takes place in your shop before these cars are put on the lot for sale?. the flush should have been done before I bought this vehicle...which I purchased at 36,900 miles I think. Why was the flush not taken care of before I bought this car?. Now I need new rear tires and I have put 9,000 miles on this car since my purchase date. Wow...I'm just saying!the warranty did cover the fuel injection....thanks for that! Steve, Sharon and the technician were all great...keep all of them and give them a raise please. They work hard to please us bmw lovers!

My tire pressure warning light was on, for third time in as many months, Air was added I was on my way in <5 min, only to return 15 min later, it would not reset. Another person reassessed the tires and found a tiny nail.. My car was taken in immediately. Although it took another 2 hours, and cost me leave it was efficient friendly service on my return,

Sharon Jennings is truly an exceptional example of what BMW representatives should be. She was empathetic, professional, and helpful. Sharon was an excellent liaison for the mechanic as I understood what the issues were. My only gripe is with BMW as a whole (how the company does not have a database of services by VIN baffles me), but I cannot penalize this particular dealership for it. I received a loaner promptly, and the cost of the service was lower than the estimate: always a plus!

I meant to give my compliments to the team when purchasing the vehicle. The link expired and I could not comment. Stanley was wonderful to work with. I went in with my guard up from past experiences elsewhere and he immediately brought them down. He was confident in the brand and believed in what he was selling and did not have to be overly aggressive. His calmer, honest approach was exactly how it should be done everywhere. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The finance guy and the girl who did an overview of how the car functions were very nice and knowledgeable in their areas. Recently came in for a service, Prentiss was excellent as well. Entire staff handles all business with class. They are all assets to your branch their. BMW's are great cars .....love them but they also are expensive to maintain. To me a major factor in keeping a car is making sure you keep the service up to date. The service dept at BMW of Columbus has always been exceptional. I am always given upfront pricing and no work is done without my approval. I have never had an issue with the work they have done and the mechanics have no problems talking to me face to face to make sure I understand exactly what is going on. When I pick up my car its been washed and vacuumed ......without me even having to ask.

I've been coming to BMW of Columbus since I PCS'd to the area for Military Service, and the service staff has always been prompt and professional. They're a an excellent group and they give professional recommendations without forcing anything onto the customer. I began working with Prentiss, and then worked significantly with Sharon on this service experience, she was very professional and very prompt during the experience. Both are excellent service representatives and do great work with meeting deadlines and expectations. They both manage changes to service as well with maintaining communication throughout the process. Excellent service overall.

I purchased a 2014 X5 from this dealership in August of 2014. The salesperson, Jackie, was excellent. She was accessible, ready to answer questions, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. She worked very hard to ensure that I had all of the information that I need. The manage, Josh, was also pleasant and knowledgable. He made a fair deal on both the new purchase and the tradein that I had. I financed part of the vehicle, and the business manager, Tom, was very helpful in obtaining a good interest rate. To top it off, I made a mistake on the form for the title of the vehicle, and the entire staff bent over backwards to make sure that everything was right before the paperwork went in. They did not have to do this, and it could have been much more of a hassle. Because of them, everything worked out well. I highly recommend BMW of Columbus for any purchases.

I was very interested in getting a BMW...I decided to stop and take a look around....to make a long story short I was asked if I could put a certain amount down even prior to credit being checked...credit was checked and I was approved but like another review I read I never heard anything thing back even after numerous calls!!! It's extremely unprofessional not to touch base with a customer in my opinion....I've experienced better customer service at our local Wal-Mart! It was over a week of calling and still no answer......I see why people take their business to Atlanta, Ga!!!!

Bought a used 2010 Yukon XL 2500 and had it shipped to Seattle. The salesman David walked around the vehicle and described the only issues was a small hole in the side mirror. When the truck arrived I drove it and noticed that the steering was making a loud noise so I had our local dealer check it out. It turns out to be a damaged steering column and was about to break which could have been a major safety issue. Also both head lights and 1 taillight had moisture in them and I now have to replace. So I called Josh their sales MGR. to ask for them to at least pay the repair costs of the steering column which is around $1000 including labor. I will eat the $1500 cost to replace all the lights. He informed me that this truck was an "as is" and that he wouldn't help out at all.

My wife and I stopped by one day to test drive automobiles. We were not ready to buy that day. A month passed by and our tastes changed. The dealer had a 2011 new 335i that I wanted to look at. They needed to appraise my trade in again. I showed up to have my vehicle appraised expecting to be able to look at the 335i. I was told that it is out back by the sales manager, Josh, I believe. He drove my car, and I've yet to hear back from the sales representative, David (one week later). That night i drove to another dealership and purchased a car. I would have probably bought the 335i had I been served. I do not recommend this dealership for BMWs. I suggest going to Atlanta for that vehicle.

Just purchased a used 2001 M3 and took it to Columbus BMW to get a new key for it. Ordered the key and picked it up the next day. Was told a service manager would have to mate it to the car. Only one service manager was present at the time and he was with a customer. Another service manager came in and started helping the person ahead of me. Then the first service manager got through with the people he was helping, and then I heard him start answering phone messages, even though he had been told I was waiting. The second service manager finished helping his customers and started answering his phone messages. Once again, he had been told someone was waiting. Then the first guy comes out of his office and I thought I was about to be helped. He walked right by me and went out the door. A little while later he came back in with what was apparently his lunch. Walked right by me again and still didn't say a word. An assistant of some sort finally walked into the second guys office and said I was still waiting. This guy took my key and went out to my car and inserted into the ignition. Took him about 10 seconds to do what he had to do and then he just walked off. No, "Thank you for your busineess. Have a nice day." Nothing. I will not be going back to this dealership and I will be telling anyone I speak with not to go there. This was the worst service department I've ever seen.
