Jared and everyone at the dealership were very quick to respond to phone calls and emails. They quoted us a great price for our 2011 Honda Odyssey, and they stood by their word. We drove 100 miles to this dealership when we had a Honda dealership in our own town because we were so impressed by their professionalism. The entire deal was done via email, and the car was ready for us when we arrived. I can't recommend this team (Jared Stewart & Dan Welch) enough. We will definitely go back.

I was in a lease program with a different company. I was tired of leasing so decided to purchase a new vehicle. I checked out almost every dealership in the LaSalle-Peru area looking for a small SUV. I didn't like any of the vehicles either in the look or the price but especially with some of the sales personnel. Being a single female, I felt pressured and forced into buying from them. I was far from happy with most of the sales people treating me like a woman without a brain. From a suggestion from my daughter, who owns a Honda Civic, she suggested that I drive to Ottawa to check out the Honda CR-V. The minute I drove into the Honda lot and saw the CR-V, I fell in love with it. The look, the size and the price. Then Jared walked out of the showroom. I could not have asked for a better salesperson. He was very professional, patient but most important didn't make me feel that I had to buy from him. On the test drive, he drove first pointing out all the great features of the vehicle then let me drive and ask questions. What a great experience!!!!! I am so thankful that I took that drive to Ottawa and that Jared was the young man who walked out of the salesroom.

Jared was the best! He was very helpful without any pressure. I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted to purchase and he took the time to show me all different makes and models to find one that would work best for me. I would recommend him as a salesperson!

Jared disspelled all stereotypes about car salesmen! He was conscientious, polite and made us feel right at ease. I did a ton of research online, and contacted him before going in to drive the car. There was no pressure, and he delivered on everything he said. I even called dealerships nearer to Chicago and asked them to give me a reason to bypass my local dealer--of course, they didn't...they didn't even consistently return calls. Jared, on the other hand, gave me the personal attention that is deserving of someone making such an investment. Everything we experienced during the process actually made buying a car a pleasure. I would highly recommend you deal with Jared. He'll be fair and will treat you with respect. If he can't do something, he'll tell you up front. What more would you want from a car salesman?

Our experience at Bill Walsh Honda was fantastic. I saw a van advertised on the internet and it was exactly what I was looking for. To top it off the price was exceptional. I called and spoke to Dan Welch. Dan was very attentative and addressed my needs and concerns promptly. We drove almost an hour and we were not the slightest bit dissapointed. The van more than exceeded our expectations. Our transaction was quick. A very pleasant experience.

Although Bill Walsh Honda is 50 miles away from my house, I went there because I know that Greg Strasser, Business Manager of the Bill Walsh Auto Group, is a man of integrity. He knows the auto sales business inside and out. He deals with you straight. He takes care of your needs. He offers fantastic suggestions. Most important, he is not after your wallet. He is trustworthy. He is reliable. He is a man of integrity. Greg, of course, did not disappoint. Other than test driving my options at a local dealership, Greg made it very easy for me by working the deal with me over the phone and a few faxes. By the time I arrived at the dealership, everything was ready to go! Greg introduced me to the people at Honda. I signed a few key documents. I learned about my new 2011 Honda Accord SE (love my new car!) and off I went. It was very simple and very painless. I loved it. And, finally, a brief note about Bill Walsh Honda..... Bill Walsh Honda isn't a big and fancy Honda dealer. Bill Walsh Honda is, in fact, pretty small and it looks and feels more like a local mom and pop operations. It did not have that "corporate" feeling. That, however, is the charm. The employees there felt like they ere more friendly and laid back. They did not feel like the sales types that would try to push you into something you either don't want or couldn't afford. Although Greg did majority of the work, I truly enjoyed working with Jared and Jon. Greg was the difference, but, I wouldn't mind working with these gentlemen again. Good job Bill Walsh Honda and thank you Greg. I love my new Honda!

i was looking to trade in my truck for something more economical. i needed 2 conditions met before it was feasible so i talked/emailed back and forth with jared giving him my situation. i told him i didn't want to come in and listen to some sales pitch for something that wasn't right for me. he told me he was pretty confident he could make it happen and if i'd come in we could see one way or another inside of 30 minutes. he was true to his word and i walked out of there with a new car.

Jared was straight forward, and not high pressure, very informative and knew his product. I would talk to friend and recommend this sales team if and when the need would arise. When we did a test drive in the vehicle we eventually purchased Jared rode with us then stayed late past closing time to close the deal.
