I bought a car from them and within a week a headlight went out. I went back to their dealership to talk to them about it and rudely said it was my problem and that could not help me with any further problems.

Over the past few months I have been shopping around for a new vehicle as I previously had to sell my old one due to a knee injury and not being able to get as low into a car. When I first started shopping around my first call was to Aztec Motors, as my girlfriend got her care there and we have never had any major issues with it. I spoke with Drew when I called and explained to him what I was looking for and the reason. He started working right away and finding vehicles that were up higher off the ground. He first set me up with a Jeep that was in really good condition and he had pointed out some of the flaws that it currently had and stated he would repair them. At this time I did not bought the jeep and decided to look around at other dealerships. My experience with the other dealers were okay at best but when I pointed out flaws in the vehicles they just acted like I didn't know what I was talking about, told me the vehicle was supposed to make that sound, and just wanted the sell. I eventually called Drew back to see if he had the jeep still, unfortunately he did not but he worked with me over the phone for a half hour to 45 minutes on finding other acceptable vehicles. He even remembered name with out me stating my name. That's good customer service! He eventually got me set up with a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. I went in yesterday to take a look at it with my mechanic friend. My friend was very impressed with the vehicle but had noticed the few things wrong. When I brought this up to Drew while I was at his shop he listened and actually took note of the issues and is currently getting these repaired. I have bought this vehicle from Aztec and I am very pleased with my dealings with Drew and his patience while I went through my vehicle buying process. Thanks again Drew!!! I highly recommend Aztec Motors.

The salesman, Drew, would not return my calls when he said he would. He guaranteed approval, which I did not get. He also quoted an interest rate, which doubled when I applied. After he wouldn't return my calls I went in and he let me know that I wasn't approved. They have HORRIBLE customer service and do not work with people that have no credit. I would never recommend that anyone buys a car from them.

Today I spent 6 hours trying to find a car to take home but walked away very disappointed. Told the salesman the financial situation and what we were interested in. After the first hour he came back telling us that we couldn't qualify for the one we wanted. Which was fine, if we don't qualify for an amount we don't. We asked to come back in and look around for something we could qualify for and the salesman told us to "just view the inventory online". Did he not want a sale? But ok, we found a few we liked and came back. Every one we looked at that was in our price range had horrible and broken interiors, except one. I know its a used car lot and not everything was going to be absolutely perfect but still. Alas our second choice it too had a problem, it was too old. Why couldn't this have been told to us within that first hour when we were told what we could only be approved for? Again I ask did the salesman not want to sell to us? Absolutely no help! I wish I had walked away after he first offered no assistance. I will admit that the staff is very friendly and some of their most expensive cars are nice but if you're looking for help and guidance from the salesman or a cheap nice car, keep on moving.

This place lacks integrity. I bought a 2002 Lexus ES300 from them and within 3 days the tread came apart from 2 of my back tires. I inspected the tires prior to the purchase and then left and came back and the tires were changed and I did not notice! The tires were totally bald. On the third day of having the vehicle, the "check engine" light also came on. I called them and told them about the tires and the "check engine" light and they told me it was probably due to the tires. I then got a bit aggressive because I realized that they were trying to get over on me. I told them I was coming to drop the vehicle off and that I expected these issues to be corrected within hours and that I would be back to pick the vehicle back up. I then asked the service man to hook the vehicle up to find out why the "check engine" light was on. he connected it to the diagnostic machine and I find out that the catalytic converter was going out. I asked for a full refund and was granted the refund. I cleaned the car out and left with the refund check. I realized down the ride I had forgotten something in the car and went back to get it and they were sticking the stickers back on the car to put back out on their lot KNOWING that the vehicle still had issues with the catalytic converter. This place is awful. I wouldn't encourage my worst enemy to buy from here. I've been considering contacting the Attorney General on them but I feel like eventually this company will paint themselves into a corner operating in this manner. Now I just hope this refund check clears...smh

I STOPPED IN LOOKING FOR A TRUCK AND RAN INTO A SALESMAN WHO NEW HIS VEHICLES I WAS PLANNING ON GOING TO MY OWN BANK FOR FINANACING THESE GUYS ARE PROS. I HAVE FAIR CREDIT AND THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS GOLD. THANKS GUYS LOVE MY NEW TRUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have contacted these people 3 times about a Toyota Tundra. First I talked to a guy I couldn't understand & told him my concerns of the pics I seen. He told me there was nothing wrong in what I was seeing in the pic. Then I contacted them again, & someone was suppose to get back to me as I had made an offer for the same pickup online from CarGurus website. Never heard a thing back, so days later I called again, it rang 7 times before someone answered, then again I could understand him, he transferred me to someone I could talk to & guess what they hung up on me. Really if you want a vehicle don't shop here.

After finding two vehicles from Aztec that I was interested in I called, as opposed to stopping by as I am from out of state. It took 3 different transfers to find someone who spoke fluent english, and even then, they couldnt answer any of my questions. So I asked for the finance manager who told me all about their "special" financing and that it was only for locals. I ended up emailing them from their website to get pictures of a vehicle thats been on their site for a couple weeks, but no pictures. I also asked several other questions in the email. The response I received was..."there's pictures on the website." These people are lazy and a complete joke. Nevertheless, I really wanted information on this particular car so I called down today and immediately asked to speak to the owner, or Mike Simpson, the sales manager. Every person I spoke to gave me the runaround and refused to let me talk to him. I can only imagine how crooked they are in person.

I bought a Ford Excursion sight unseen from Aztec Motors. Mike Simpson was extremely helpful through the entire process - through several phone calls, I received an accurate description of the truck, had no problems with the paperwork, he pointed out a flaw in the interior that I did not notice in the pictures and had it repaired, and he even assisted in getting the truck shipped to the east coast. I am very happy with the Truck and the service I received. Would highly reccomend Mike and Aztec Motors.
