Took my Camry in for a warranty issue and my experience was top notch! I've been to other dealers in the past and was not happy with the customer service and lack of professionalism. I had my 2015 Camry in for the 20000 miles maintenance checkup and my 2000 Camry for a checkup as well. I was very pleased in that my advisor, Mr. Brad Barnett informed me of the work and price needed to fix my 2000 Camry. Squealing was coming from a belt and it turned out that the alternator belt needed to be tightened. I had also asked that all the belts be checked in case they needed replacing. Everything I asked was done and I am very pleased with the work that was done to both of my Camrys.

I took my Tacoma for a 6 month service. They are busy but the employees work very hard to take care of you in a timely fashion. The service was done efficiently and well. I would go back at any time. I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation on my 2013 Corolla, and ended up trading up to a new 2016 Corolla on a 6 yr 0% loan.I had to leave for an important meeting just when I decided to buy the new car and didn't have time to sign the papers right then. They accommodated me, let me get to my meeting and do the paper work afterwards.

For the 3rd time, when asked for some specific part replacement, someone at the dealership decided to put in what they had on hand, and ignored my request. The overall "mood" appears to be rabid about excellence in their overall customer service (signs on the wall for how important they want to make you believe it is), but when I called several of the "survey" people that were so persistent in bothering me post-service for help in getting the issue at hand corrected, I was basically told, I cannot help you. A suggestion for you.... Maybe you need to eliminate some of these useless survey people who pester you for wanting to have you tell how wonderful you are, and invest in training some of your techs to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE SERVICE REQUEST, AND DO NOT AD LIB ND PUT IN WHAT YOU JUST HAPPEN TO HAVE ON HAND. I will need to return to this pathetic dealership when the part they tossed and swapped out, at the expense of my personal time, to make what I had, right again. As they say in baseball, 3 strikes and you're out applies here. I will never be coming back to this Toyota dealership for any reason, AFTER they replace the part they messed up on.

I had been notified several times about the Toyota 2007 cars that had a recall on the airbags, however, didn't know where to take it (that I trusted) so didn't bother. Finally had a 'card' saying 'get it done'! so caled the number, told them why it wasn't taken care of - the dealer I've bought last 3 cars from (which I was satisfied) had moved into their new expanded bldg.., went up for an oil change just to test them - the young man 'greeter' I call him, said my car was ready then bean the sales pitch, intently, I said no, he persisted and looked very upset. Drove away, reached for my cell phone and it was gone. Evidently the 'shop' needed it more than I did. The Clearwater dealer, when shopping for my first Toyota, had me in the office the entire day, playing the back/forth to 'so called mgr.' for better deal game so I walked out. I don't like being treated like I'm stupid, don't know what I want, etc.; I may be dumb, but not stupid.. I don't like those 'get a better price' tactics and won't deal with them. They know what the price will be no matter how much dickering.. Your dealership was almost unbelievable - no bargaining, no pressure what so ever, recommended what needed to be done and out the door. EVERYONE was curtious, polite, smiling and working their....rear ends off, but had time to see if I needed help. Yes, I'll no doubt be back.

Good as always. Rates are similar to most dealerships. Service is usually better than most. Used to be great though, always rated them a five. In the last 2-3 years however there has been a lot of turnover in service agents. Seems to be a new set of faces each time I go there. Not good for building lasting relationships.

Since day 1 of dealing with the service dept. has been totally unacceptable!! Appointments mean nothing!! Oil changes and tire rotation on a average take 2-4 hours. Took my Avalon in for a recall on the Pre Collision System which 2 people told me they had the part. Also a tire rotation, replace a light in the door panel and check out the a/c in the drivers seat which didn't seem to be working very well. SEVEN HOURS later I get a call saying my car is ready. I get there and they tell me they have to order the part for the recall (PCS) WHAT!! They told me they had the part when I took it in!! So they say bring it back and the repair will take 2-3 hours when they get the part. My car is just about out of warranty so I will NEVER take it back to them unless its a recall issue!! My neighbor says he had the same problems with his Highlander so when he bought a new one he went to the dealer in Tampa, because of the service dept.

I bought my Corollas from Auto Nation in 2006, 2010, when I lived in Largo. I just brought home a 2016 S Premium as Zahid had worked with me for 2 weeks to make sure that I got the color I wanted and when it was coming in. Zahid kept the communications with me daily to answer any questions I had, he took time to explain the difference in the models so I had choices and wanted to keep me updated about the delivery. He also was willing to come in on his day off to make sure he personally greeted me when I came in. I live in Naples and I could have gone to 3 nearby dealers, but I wanted to go where I knew I would get the best deal. They have, and continue to treat me like family and always do their best to keep me happy. I love the S Premium!

I could not be happier with my experience at auto nation ,Pinellas Park. Larry and Gary were both knowledgeable and helpful with my decision to lease a Prius `16.I appreciate that Gary personally delivered a fob that I had left back at the facility.I really like this car. I find it a little more responsive to regenerative braking then the leaf I was driving.Most times I do not have to highway travel so I find that with a little tweaking I can crank out a few more miles. All in all I am quite satisfied with my vehicle .

There were two problems regarding the service experience. The first was that the tires I had ordered came in but they were the wrong size. Howard had a solution when he came to me with an upgrade to better tires.Although it took a lot of time to complete the repairs, 4 new tires, oil change and new wiper blade the service person, Howard, was empathetic and understanding. Overall, besides the time factor, being far to long - 4 hours and 15 minutes, I was treated fairly. I will be back.

I walked in signed some paper work and less the an hour had a new car. Besides the test drive I did my shopping 100% on line via websites and email. Great except some did not take me seriously. One salesperson told me I didn't want one car and offered another. With Gary at auto nation we agreed on price then he instructed me step by step what to do. I drove one hour each way to get the car. When I arrived the car was ready to go and had the keys in my hands in under 20 minutes. No surprises no bait and switch. I recommend Gary to anyone and I drive 2 hours again for my next car because of how well I wa treated.

I have been buying cars for 40 years and have never had such a smooth, hassle free transaction as I had at AutoNation Toyota in Pinellas Park FL. I started my search on-line and made contact with about 5 other dealers on 2 different trucks. These folks were not pushy and the deal was transparent with no hidden costs or 'oh that's not available now' like I got at some other dealerships. My salesperson was Brittany Schmidt. She was very knowledgeable about the process as well as the Toyota Tacoma I purchased. She is a good communicator and listener, so she quickly understood what I was looking for in a new vehicle and what I needed on my trade in for the numbers to work for me. Bob Haney (the Internet Manager) was easy to work with on my trade in. Businesses need to make a profit and I just wanted to be treated fairly. I did a lot of research and had a range I thought my trade was worth. They made me a very fair offer considering the mileage on my vehicle. I am very happy with my overall experience. I live in Bradenton, FL about 40 miles away, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase of a 2016 Toyota Camry XLE from Bob Haney at AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park. After a stressful two weeks of car shopping, I was fortunate to get an email from Bob Haney about a Toyota Camry. It was a great price, but neither the exterior nor interior color I wanted. I sent an email asking if he had the color and interior I was looking for. He called me within an hour to talk about what I desired. He told me he'd see if he could find one at another dealership. The next morning, he called back to tell me that he could get what I wanted within a day. Because the price was so great, there was minimal negotiation, and I had the car I wished for the next day! I was at the dealership for about two hours doing the paperwork and financing, and was out of there. Bob Haney was a pleasure to work with, and his professionalism, salesmanship and demeanor was top-notch. Again, what started out as a stressful two weeks, ended with a day and a half of stress-free relief of getting a new car with no buyers remorse! I am truly satisfied with Bob Haney and AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park, and would not hesitate to recommend or do business with them again.

We've been bringing both of our cars here for regular and required maintenance for years and don't have any complaints (which is rare in Florida). I usually make an appointment online and have a minimal wait while being checked in. The waiting room has donuts, coffee and wifi, plus vending machines and clean bathrooms. Service is usually quick and professional.

i enjoyed the buying process the salesman David Horton was very informative and went out of his way to make sure we were satsified another thing i would like to comment on is the finance person we dealt with was very pleasant and kind until we wouldn't buy extended warranty for tires etc all of a sudden he became very agitated and at the end we didn't even get a congratulations or a hand shake or thank you for buying a truck with us if it wasn't for the sales staff i wouldn't go back

Great experience getting our new car. Chris Heilman took care of us. Couldn't ask for a better Sales Rep. He was there with us from the beginning to the end of the process. We were not sure what kind of car we wanted, and Gary showed us several models. We were not hassled or rushed. When we selected a Prius, we took a test drive. Everyone there was polite and respectful. They even took care of our dog while we were testing the car. It was a good experience.

After much research, I found a low mileage, certified used Avalon at AutoNation. After a day of use, I had two minor concerns with the vehicle. Called the sales rep, Raymond Kervahn, about them and the car was immediately scheduled for service. Both were corrected with quality that met and exceeded my expectation. Both sales and service represented the dealership well.

a few hiccups signing what should have been a quick and easy deal, but they made an honest effort to straighten things out and got me out of there with my new truck in reasonable time after. i live closer to another dealer so will probably have car serviced nearer to me, but the showroom and facilities are nice so whatever time you have to wait there isn't bad. John Fulop handled the customer service aspect of the sale and was very conscientious.

We had a very good buying experience. Josh Keener was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was very professional. It took quite awhile (several hours) to complete the entire purchase, but we felt that everyone was being considerate and thorough. I forgot my laptop in the trade-in and called the store early the next day. The receptionist who was working on December 24, 2015 was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me locate the laptop before the store was even open. Montiva went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase! She was extremely helpful during all test drives and even stayed late so I could return with late that evening with my trade-in and complete the sale. Called my customer care advisor for a service appointment on my 4-runner. Told me to come in at 7 a.m. and lets get it done. Arrived at 7 a.m., the next morning, and my service advisor, Gary, greeted me. We discussed what service level I needed, filled out the customary paperwork and off the car went. Vehicle was ready in about 1 1/2 hours where Gary met me again to go over the services that we preformed. I was completely satisfied with the dealership and especially my advisor Gary, who made this whole experience pleasant. I highly recommend this facility, Auto Nation Toyota, Pinellas Park Florida.

I've recently purchased my new car at AutoNation Toyota. Bob Hayne was my sale man. He's really friendly and professional. He really did try to help me get my new car at the best price in Florida for sure. I've research about Corolla for about 2 to 3 weeks. I also constantly checks for prices online and made lots of phone calls. The answer that I got back from other dealer wasn't that good. Even though some other dealer listed online price lower than AutoNation BUT they do charge so many fees that are not necessary. In the end the price was pretty much the same as the MSRP price. But this AutoNation only charge me tax, dealer fee, and tag which make the price lower than other dealers. If you are looking for a new Toyota look no further come to this place and see Bob Hayne. He's work with you just like he did with me. I'm really please that he work with me to get the car that I really want. Over all it's a great experiment.

After my first visit I knew it was going to be hard not to purchase a SUV from them. The manager David went out of his way to make sure I got a great deal. My wife and I never once felt pressured or forced to buy. Richard was always working to get me the information I needed. I would highly recommend looking at this location if you in the market for a new Toyota. We went to three different Toyota dealerships and none of them were able to deliver the way AutoNation Toyota did. Everything they promised they delivered on. Prior to moving to St Petersburg FL. I researched online for a new Hybrid car; Auto-Nation Toyota was the first to respond with the information and a phone number to call when I get settled. I made a phone call prior to my arrival stating my interest in purchasing a new vehicle. In that very moment every accommodation that I could have thought about became a reality. An appointment was made and on my arrival I was greeted by the perfect representative for me. It was a very relaxing exchange of what I wanted and of what I could realistically afford. I was allowed a test drive just to confirm my suspicions of which car had appealed to me; my suspicions were confirmed! Within 2 hours the deal was confirmed and I very happily drove away in my 2015 "Hot Lava" Toyota Rav 4! I am absolutely enamored with this car and have chosen to name her, Lady Lava! They were very patient with me, I seemed pretty demanding. This was my first car buying experience so they were helpful and honest about how they did the pricing on the car. They lowered the price and raised my trade in value to give me the best deal ever on a new Corolla. I also love that they're pet friendly so I can take my dog with me, which is great. I haven't serviced my car there yet, and I don't plan on it cause I change the oil myself, but I will if there is a problem I can't fix. The only problem I faced after having the car for a few days, I noticed the headlights were aimed too high so other drivers flashed their lights at me and getting them mad. I think the dealership needs to check the angle of the headlights before selling it. We live in Pinellas county, not the country.

First one guy comes up and slaps a folder on my windshield and tells me to wait. When Drew finally ambled out, and I told him what the problem was (as diagnosed by a Pep Boys), he insisted they could do a better job, but wasn't sure if they had the part. When I asked if he could look it up, he said it could be any one of 80 different models, which to me sounds like scanning 2 pages of text to get a quick idea of how many of these parts they stocked, but he seemed to think that was an impossible, unknowable task. I decided to take my chances. We walk into his office. More waiting. He tells me it will be AN HOUR to look at my car. Pep Boys did it in 5minutes. But fine, because they have a shuttle. When he's finally done entering things, he points me to the service desk and says, "tell them you need a shuttle." This is not service. I'm leery this visit is still a good idea, but proceed. I waited 40 minutes for the shuttle, so when I was finally paged I found Drew to ask when my car would be "diagnosed." He said he'd have to check. I waited. Finally he got up and meandered toward the service area. More waiting. Finally, I walked toward the door to see what was going on, AND HE'S CHATTING W SOME DUDE WHO'S SITTING THERE SMOKING. He tells me it'll be a half hour. "Or 20 minutes?" I wonder, since he's wasted 10 in this process. In any case, I go for the shuttle. I'm not dropped off 10 minutes when I get a call, "your vehicle is ready." He quotes a price that's almost 50 percent higher than PepBoys. No thank you. I ask if he can send the shuttle, HE TELLS ME TO CALL THE DESK. Guys, this is service 101 here. Except for the actual shuttle driver, who was a peach, your entire team showed zero urgency, and little interest in service for me or my vehicle. You wasted my time and money. Never again. One star is too many.

Took in my Toyota Tacoma truck for a problem with the A/C (would not cool). It was totally replaced three years prior by Sears when I lived in a town that did not have a Toyota Dealership. AutoNation Toyota' mechanic opened the hood, took one look at the non-Toyota parts and gave an estimate of just under $2,000.00 for the repair. (Everything non-Toyota had to be replaced - regardless if it was working or not.) Took my Toyota to Crown Buick and they repaired it for $750.00 This was a year ago and my truck A/C is still running super cold. This is not the first time, but it is the last time that I attempted to give this dealership a chance on giving a sucker an even break. They are too big and too impersonal to care about anything except the profit margin in their favor. To add insult to injury, after it was all over, a customer service follow call was made to me to ascertain how happy I was with their service. I said, "Really, are you kidding?" Can't you read that I did not accept the service and left?" She then looked at the estimate of repairs and said, "I don't blame you."

Let me just say from beginning to the continued service with this dealer has been the best experience! First of all I have purchased 3 cars from this dealer in a period 2 years. And we have experienced everything you can with a dealer. Buy, trading and service. This dealer doesn't meet the needs of their customers, they exceed the needs of the customers. Matt is an awesome manager. He has a great attention to detail. But our highest praise would be for a sales\now service manager, Victor Neives. He goes far and above for his customers to ensure you come and go quickly, you get what you came for and leave with a smile. He is very knowledgable about the cars inside and out. We have sent countless customers his way, and plan on sending many more. We tell everyone we can about this dealership. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. Oh and one tip, come early cause there is alway fresh coffe, tea and fresh local donuts!!!

My rating and review is based on a new car purchase. I had a fabulous experience with this dealership. Let me say up front that I live in Texas and purchased a car from this dealership from ~1000 miles away, but it was the best new car purchasing experience I've ever had. From the first time I called the dealership to the day the car arrived on the car carrier, only 12 days elapsed. It was a VERY smooth transaction, including the signing of the paperwork through a notary service that I met at my work. My salesman was Yoannis Font, and he was awesome. He answered all of my questions, took pics of the car for me and made me feel at ease about the vehicle I was interested in. As far as price, this dealership was by far the cheapest for the car we bought -- a Prius C. The sales manager, Mark Bedell even knocked off another $500 from the price when I told him that we were checking with one more dealer here in the Dallas area. The finance person I worked with, Joseph Sobczak also was great to work with and did a great job handling the finance side of the transaction. The only small snag we had was getting the certificate of origin. I didn't know what it was, and Joseph didn't either. But, I finally got a hold of someone who did and I had it in hand the day after the car arrive.In a nutshell I highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership, even if you live in another state.

Came in today to pick up a vehicle for mom, and just lucked up and found something that we were thinking about. Chris Cuccorillo was amazing. Bought 2014 RAV4 and have it serviced under the Toyota Care Complimentary Maintenance Plan. Buying experience was as expected for a car (negotiation necessary...basically the usual process). All said and done I got a really great deal. No other dealer in the area could even match it. Walked out happy. Closing paperwork was smooth and did not feel pressured to purchase anything extra.Took the car in for first complimentary service a couple of months ago. Went smoothly. In and out within an hour or so. Had some extra stuff done. Customer Care Advisor was good. Will ask for him again.

We started looking in January for a new Toyota Sienna, we already owned an older model and knew we wanted a newer Sienna. Our only obstacle was to get the payment to a comfortable amount for our budget. Jonathan was very helpful in showing us our options and getting us through the credit process despite us starting our search later in the evening. After a couple weeks we were resolved to not purchasing as it was going to be more out of our pocket than we wanted to do to get the payment right. Then in February I started looking into leasing and we were able to afford that route as a lease with purchase option. The only critique I have is in how long the process should take! We had an 8:00 a.m. appointment on a Saturday as we were trying to beat the rush, so to say, and had other plans for later. The monthly payment for the lease had already been set, we had already been told how much we were getting for our trade, and the actual van was already picked out all before the appointment. Why then should it take 5 hours to do the paperwork?! They didn't tell us the banks don't open till 10 on a Saturday, which our credit should have already been rerun as we signed the online form? All that was to be done was a quick call to our car insurance company, choosing mats, and deciding on any extended warranties while they give the car a quick wash and gas as it was brand new. Still 5 hours?! My nerves were shot being away from my new baby for that long when I didn't expect it.Otherwise all went smoothly and we love our new van!

I went in to get the yaris oil changed? I started talking to Chris heilman,I talked about getting a van and not a new one! He had good advice on a 2008 Sierra van. I feel in love with it when he showed it to me. I then talked with Wayne from accounting. They both worked hard and for a long while and came up with a solution for my low credit score. I came home that day with the 2008 van! I loved there hospitality and courtesy. They both made me feel comfortable. I recommended for the both of them, the employee of the month. Pulled into to Service for my 25,000 mile and I was greeted immediately as always. After I was checked in, my service advisor Jason came out. He checked over the Prius V, and took me into the office. Jason is personable, professional, and goes the extra mile (like finding a coupon to discount an expense). The wait during service was a little longer than usual, but a good facility means lots of business, so hey. Jason updated me twice with the status of my car. Extras I wanted were done (new wipers, etc.), and I was out the door. Cashier as well as gentleman who pointed me to my car were pleasant, really good attitudes. Prius runs like new. Thank you!

I took my 2001 Toyota 4Runner down for its first time visit at Autonation Toyota to get a diagnosis on a hesitation issue that had yet to be diagnosed by other dealerships. I had an answer back in an hour, the throttle body was replaced, oil changed and tires rotated by the following day. I was treated great and I was made aware of all the little things beginning to need replacement. Service advisors were intelligent and not pushy. Overall I will be back!

David Horton located one of only a couple VW Eos vehicles available in the entire state and tracked it down for us. After having it transferred from Fort Lauderdale, we were able to complete the process of buy the car. My only complaint was having to pay just under 3x the cost of transferring the car in a non-refundable deposit., with only internet pictures to go by. I'd have gladly paid the cost of transfer as a non-refundable downpayment. Even if I didn't buy it once seeing it, I'm sure the dealer would have been able to correct whatever was wrong and sell it to another buyer.

After spending some time searching and researching different lightly used vehicles on the internet I found what appeared to be a diamond in the rough. It was a 2012 Nissan Altima SL with slightly more than 21,000 miles. I contacted AutoNation Toyota and was put in touch with Jonathan Plasky. My wife and I met with Jonathan shortly thereafter and could not be happier with the way we treated not only by Jonathan but by everybody we met at the dealership. Local repair shop contacted the dealership for me, as they could not figure out the problem. Dealership service department suspected it was a recall part that I had never bothered to replace, they had it in stock, and within an hour I was out the door. After extensive research to lease a new Rav 4 xle I contacted Auto Nation Pinellas Park Florida for an internet quote. Their rep Keith Hanson contacted me and from the start it was clear that this was going to be a pleasant experience. He listened and understood that I had done allot of homework and was looking for a specific lease and terms and that I wasn't in a hurry. Over the course of the next 4-5 weeks we exchanged emails and I made one visit for a test drive and to meet with Keith. In the end I did get the deal I was looking for, but what will be most remembered is the professional service and attention that I was given by Keith and the entire staff of Auto Nation Pinellas Park. When it came to signing the lease papers Wayne made the process clear and transparent; no headaches and no negative surprises. There are no sales people at Auto Nation only buyer consultants.

Took Camry in for brake check. Trunk latch lever inside car also inoperable. Steve at Autonation "repaired" trunk latch lever in 10 seconds ( key lock on trunk which I wasn't even aware of was on). Staff checked brakes which were found to be in satisfactory condition. As usual, staff was very courteous and professional. Love that place!

Went in for an oil change on our 1999 Corolla and while waiting, and after noticing a brand new Prius C that was on sale (including 0% financing for 4 years - woo hoo) went home with it instead! This was all on New Year's Eve....what a great way to end the year.The salesman, Tim Korth, was extremely helpful and the finance person, Wayne was informative and respectful. Our whole experience was "low pressure", making all the difference in our buying experience.

After doing my research on small SUV's I decided to lease a 2015 Rav 4 xle and contacted Auto Nation. From the first contact to the final step there was never one hint of pressure or arm twisting. The sales associate was professional, attentive, and followed-up without becoming over bearing. I tapped all the available resources for reviews and prices and actually ended up closing the deal well below what I had read was the fair value for this model. Do your own thorough researchm set your price and if it's doable then Auto Nation will make it work for you too.

This was my 2nd purchase from this dealer. I traveled a good distance to buy from them because their prices and service are much better than the local Toyota dealer in the county I live.. They don't start out with inflated numbers on a new vehicle like all of my other experiences when trying to purchase from other dealers. They cut right to the point with bottom line pricing and allowed me the fair market value on my trade in. The salesman, Joshua Keener, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The service department used to be a joy. Now it is absolutely horrible. You make an appointment for service only to be told after you arrive 10 minutes early that it's going to be hours before they can service your car. Was told by the "red shirt" "You made your appointment this morning" as if it's less important than an appointment made weeks ago. You service department made the appointment. Don't make appointments unless you can get to the vehicle! I asked to see a manager, was told there are none available at the entire Autonation complex, was told "they are in meetings". I have 2 or 3 prepaid $50 or $60 service coupons that I am forfeiting because your service department sucks and I will never be back. Also when it's time to purchase new vehicles our entire family will be looking elsewhere. Others in family have also had issues. YOUR SMUG SERVICE ADVISOR WASTED 2 HOURS OF MY TIME TODAY BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

We have taken my husband's Tundra in twice already for the same repairs. The truck won't shut off even after you remove the keys. And now the truck sits in the front yard dead because once again it won't turn off. Unfortunately we didn't catch it last night. Good luck getting someone to return a phone call. Now I just want my money back so I can take it somewhere to have it fixed correctly. Oh and did I mention that the first repair no one even bothered to call and get approval before charging us 1500.00.

Cannot believe how amazing and helpful everyone was! We went in to look at their inventory of the new Tacoma's because we already own one and love it! We found one with the xsp-x package, and instantly fell in love with it. Never test drove it, we told Syed that is what we wanted and what we were looking for payment wise. After a couple hours, I was driving home in my beautiful 2015 Tacoma! They are extremely helpful and will do anything to get you what you want for the price you want. From the time I walked into the door or 1 wk later Sammie was exceptional. He never pushed me into a car I didn't want. Anytime I asked to see a car, he had it out front waiting for me. At my recent dealing with Peter at AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park I was very surprised at the way I was treated. I was expecting to be put in a high pressure sales situation however when I was greeted by Peter he made me and my partner feel at ease from word one. He was very informative yet was also an excellent listener and did try to sell me something I could not afford. Peter was like an old friend by the end of the experience and I would recommend anyone wanting to use AutoNation in their future to ask for him. Wayne was the second person we dealt with, he is our finance expert. Wayne educated both myself and my partner and gave us some great advice moving forward with our credit. Wayne could have sold us some coverage that he would have benefited "commission" wise but he refrained because we didn't need it, he also said and I quote "I like you guy's" so there is no reason I would sell you something you don't need. I guess I would say about the whole experience that it was very pleasant and in closing, we love our new Rave4 and totally recommend asking for Peter and Wayne at AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park.

I was Disappointed at the service received at this particular location,I have owned a few Toyotas in the past i currently own a 2004 Toyota 4 Runner and i always use this particular dealer to service my Toyota however today 10/4/2014 i went in for a scheduled oil change and was being charged more then i had been charged 10 months before ,after speaking to the manager he said the oil has been going up and he couldn't do anything about that i would have liked for him to honor what i had paid i the past .one thing i can tell you is that the service adviser was not really friendly or polite.. at this point i am done with Pinellas Park Toyota i rather change my own oil..I wont be doing business or purchases thru this dealer .I know that customers come first no matter what and should always be polite to customers and always try to make that customer happy so they will be a loyal customer .I am sure that not everyone at this dealer is rude however todays experience was not to my satisfaction ..Thanks ,Disappointed customer

I did not buy that day but that did not stop Juan to persist in selling me a car. My husband and I bought our first car together, last week. We bought a Toyota 4 runner and could not be more happier. We were torn between the highlander and the 4 runner. Josh was our sales associate and we couldn't have asked for a better one. He was VERY knowledgable about both cars and let us test drive both. After the test drive we chose the 4 runner and told him what we wanted in it. We wanted a light interior but were unsure about the outside color. Josh showed us the only 4 runner they had that had light interior. When I saw it I fell in love with it despite the white color, because my last car was white, and it was sold. :( Josh went above and beyond to find the right 4 runner for us and for the right price :) He did an excellent job and made the experience painless and enjoyable. I was in the market for a 2014 Toyota Prius. Because I live in Lakeland, Florida, I decided I wanted to test-drive a new Prius. I had never driven one, let alone ridden in one. I figured I would head over to my local Toyota dealer for the test-drive. I decide on a silver Prius, and the salesman was nice enough to retrieve one from the lot. I test-drove it, and really liked the car. I knew I would likely NOT buy from "this" Toyota dealer, due to previous experiences. I figured I would see how they would value my trade-in along with lowering the price on the invoice for the new Prius. It was exactly how I figured it would be, insulting! When I returned home, I called up the new car sales department at Auto Nation Toyota in Pinellas Park, Florida. I spoke to salesperson Gary Lawrence. I told him I was driving over to discuss my buying a Prius, and if he had a silver Prius 2 on the lot. He told him he did have one. By the time I arrived, he had the car ready for me to view and test-drive. It was a pleasant experience. During the test-drive Gary was explaining everything to me about the Prius, and the eccentricities of this hybrid. I swear, he knew everything about the car. This was all going on while my trade-in was being evaluated. When we arrived back at the dealer, Gary had gotten the trade-in information along with the dealer's offer. I was floored, because Gary Lawrence not only gave me a very realistic fair offer, but he negotiated the price even lower on the Prius. We struck a deal within about 10 minutes. Everything was so smooth, non-pressurized, with a large helping of integrity on top! In summary, I must say that I am very happy with the automobile purchase experience at Auto Nation Toyota in Pinellas Park. Cudos to salesman Gary Lawrence!

A month ago, I leased a new 2014 Toyota Sienna Van. I did not have to be "sold" on this van because this is the 5th Sienna I have had. My first being in 1998 when Toyota first introduced the Sienna. This time I had some specific "wants"on my new van. I wanted a red van with all ( or most) of the bells and whistles available on the Sienna XLE. I was very fortunate to be introduced to Chris Heilman, who very pleasantly worked to find me my Salsa Red Pearl Sienna Van. What I wanted was not available at this dealership, so Chris had to find my van at another location. He was able to do this in a very timely manner! And Chris did not stop there, he has worked extremely patiently with me to get my Pandora set up, and has continued to help me wrap up paperwork involving the 2011 van that I turned in for my new vehicle. Chris is extremely personable and very pleasant and fun work with, and also as I mentioned, patient!! My daughter will be looking for a new car soon, and my go to person will be Chris!!! I love my new red van and love the service Chris provided to me!

What a waste of time! High pressure finance guy who lied. Manager through a hissy fit when I returned the Platinum warranty and canceled financing and paid in cash instead. Now I cleared this before i came in to the dealership. He made a lame excuse that they gave me to much money on my trade. Really! They looked the car over 3 days in a row. He "undid" the sale. We repurchased the same car at the next dealer with the same exact price with no warranty or financing pressure. If you want to waste a lot of time, be pressured, and lied to, then this is your dealership.

My husband and I went in on 06/07/2014 to 'look around' or so we thought. No response at all after contacting them many times.. After more than a month , Southeast Toyota finance bank still did not make any adjustment for my account which means that they did not receive yet the document. So frustrating...

I found a Hyundai Accent on Truecar and not knowing much about the car I decided to look more into it; that's what led me to this dealership. I was greeted right away by Gary who was very knowledgeable about the car and also had a relaxed approach to the process. This meant a lot to me because this was my first car and previously I had dealt with other dealerships that were very pushy and made the experience not very enjoyable. Gary and his manager took their time to explain different warranties to me as well as extras that I could add but if I didn't feel that I needed something they quickly moved on to the next topic. I was surprised and excited to find myself signing for my very first car on that same day. Also Henson, the finance manager, was helpful and knowledgeable with getting the paperwork signed. I can't say enough great things about this dealership and it's staff and I look forward to returning there for my next car! I've told as many people as I can and will continue to tell people to check this dealership out!

All in all this was a decent car buying experience. I would prefer that the transaction could be made in about an hour instead of three hours. Also, found out after the purchase that Scion's "Pure Price" (no haggle) pricing is not the best way for the customer to get the best deal. Next time I will not purchase a "Pure Price"/"No Haggle" vehicle. The staff was great and I never felt pressured.

Right off the bat, these guys are willing to help you. I contacted them online about a car and these guys are determined to get you the car you want. When I was at the dealership I was there for a little over 4 hours and there were times where I wasn't sure if I would be leaving with the Scion I wanted. But the guy who worked there and who I talked to online prior to my actual visit really stuck his neck out for me, along with a guy in their financial department. I told them about my situation were I have to take care of my mother but I do so without a car and for the first time in a long time in my life, it felt like other people actually wanted to help me. The finance department gave me a very reasonable deal and I am now a proud owner of a Scion XB. I have already recommended this dealership to my co-workers and that's why I felt the need to write a review about them as well. Give this dealership a try. They have great people who will work with you and this is just an all around legit dealership.

Great sales team. I first contacted Chris for a used or new Corolla to fit my budget. Unfortunately, Chris wasn't there the day I bought my car, but Beth did an excellent job in his absence. She was so patient and understanding, especially when I was not happy with the first car she showed me. However, after pointing out my dislikes of the first car, she searched the lot and found one that I liked. I would have gave them 5 stars, but my brother, Eric, said I could have received the same car for $700 cheaper at Clearwater Toyota. Well, you can't get everything you want, but at least I was treated right. By the way, Chris, did an excellent job following up with my purchase. Thus, because of the friendly, first rate sales team and follow up, I definitely recommend AutoNation Toyota.

Jim Painter went over and above to insure I got the very best vehicle (a CPO 2009 Corolla, like brand new) andremained within the budget I was working with. I traded two used vehicles in for the Sienna Limited AWD and my experience was both pleasant and fair. The Salesman, Gary Lawrence, was an excellent negotiator and dealer representative. I recently purchased a 2014.5 Camry XLE Hybrid. I was unsure exactly what I wanted. I looked at the Avalon and loved the features, but the price tag was a bit steep for my budget. Scott Tanke was extremely helpful in guiding me through the choices and explaining the various options. He convinced me that the XLE Hybrid had most of the features of the Avalon but was definitely in my price range. I was able to take a lot of the guesswork out of the car buying experience by doing my shopping online to find a dealer. In this day and age, the consumer can find what they want quickly. That being said, once arriving at the dealership, you still need to feel welcomed once you actually get to the dealership. The people at AutoNation Toyota of Pinellas Park were very accommodating and took the time to give me all the help I needed to complete the sale. After the sale, they continue to stay in touch to make sure I am satisfied. I would recommend them when looking for a new vehicle. I drove past more than 50 dealers in my area which did not measure up to the level of customer service I expect when making a purchase.

On my initial visit to AutoNation Toyota my purpose was to check out an offer my wife and I had received by mail from the dealership. The offer was basically to upgrade your car a year or two and also lower the monthly payment. We ended up doing just that, going from a 2011 Highlander to a 2013 Highlander. The new Highlander had several features that the 2011 Highlander did not have, such as sun roof, homelink and power liftgate. The monthly payment dropped about $40 per month. Our salesman could not have been more courteous or helpful. The same goes for the sales manager and the finance person who worked with us. For the first time in quite awhile, I felt like we got a good deal.

I would give the rating an F or 0, but 1 is the lowest allowed. My service repair was done incorrectly & additional trip & time off work was required to get it redone. I went to Autoway Toyota Pinellas Park for diagnosis/repair of my Toyota Tundra running hot (3/4 on temp gauge), made appointment via internet for 7am & arrived on time. It was determined I needed a new thermostat & also had the rear brakes adjusted/lubed/cleaned. Total time spent waiting 3.5hrs+. Well, that evening I ran some errands & when I got home noticed coolant leaking & popped hood to find that the lower radiator hose to the thermostat was put on backwards & had been rubbing on the drivebelt/compressor causing the hose to be cut open, leaking coolant on the engine, etc. I had to take day off from work the next day & called first thing to have vehicle towed back to the dealership. Spent another 5 1/2 hrs from time of call to towing company (7am-12:30) until I made it out of the dealership again. Of course all I got was an apology & no compensation for my troubles & missed day of work. I thought taking it to an authorized dealer meant quality service from superior trained technicians, quite the contrary, they can't even do a basic radiator task that a blind monkey could have done. I knew I should have just done the work myself like I normally do (I am a competent diy'er). Stay away from them as there are better non-dealer mechanics with better skill set & level of service.

Already having experience with AutoNation Toyota Service, I knew it was a comfortable dealership. I shopped at 5 other dealerships before I decided to go back to there, just to be sure I was doing "due diligence". I wasn't going to just get another Toyota. Elizabeth and Jackson were so patient, knowledgeable, professional and most of all they each listen. I hadn't even considered the vehicle I ended up with and because they listened to my "wants & don't wants" and they didn't push for an instant decision, I again have an AutoNation Toyota. They are fair, professional and follow-through with what they say. I want to thank your sales manager Jackson Bender for his excellent service after the sale! A few weeks ago I ignored my Prius gas gauge and ran out of fuel just west of the Gandy Bridge. After calling Toyota Care, they advised I call my dealer about a possible loaner car. Not only did Jackson promise to have one available, he also said about three gallons of gas should get my Prius going again. And he was right! No loaner car needed, but it was so nice to learn that, and now I re-fuel well before the tank is low! Thank you for Jackson Bender! (From a customer who has purchased two Toyotas - so far!)

I recently traded my BMW for a Scion because I commute long distance each day. I researched this make and model and after much deliberation, ended up trading my "ultimate driving machine" for the Scion tC. My salesman was wonderful, even deliveringthe car to my work and preparing the paperwork before his arrival. He swapped my license plate out for me as well. The negotiating process was not too painful and I appreciated the thorough follow through and follow up. I purchased an additional warranty through the dealer even though I work for a credit union and generally buy their back-end products. The warranty is a wrap warranty which is beneficial to me because of how much I drive. I look forward to working with them in the next few years when my daughter graduates.

Although the cost of service seems a bit high at times, I've found that this dealership does a good job with maintenance overall. My main complaint is that the service/maintenance menu and prices at their on-line website are not accurate nor up-to-date. At my last service appointment, the service manager could not find the service package I had found and requested on-line. He had not reviewed my car's service history and was pushing me to authorize services that (in hindsight) were not due or needed.

I bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla through the Costco Auto program. John Fulop was our salesman. He was very courteous and friendly. Price was fair and preestablished so no negotiations were necessary. Financing was very easy with Vinnie. Loved the fact that we got our plates right at the dealer and didn't have to spend extra time at the County Tax Collectors office. Overall very smooth and easy process. After sale contact has been excellent with Auto Nation, both verbal and email. I would give them an excellent score for the entire process.

I have to say that this was one of the more pleasant and fun car buying experiences I ever had. John was very helpful during my shopping experience and providing multiple suggestions for me within the criteria I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership he had no problem walking me from one end of the dealership to the other in search for my 'perfect' car. He even directed me in a more 'common sense' vehicle direction since I had explained my situation to him upfront. I went in with virtually no money down and a sub par trade in. I knew I probably wouldn't be walking away with my dream deal but to be honest the deal was not terrible considering the items I walked in with as I just mentioned. I also liked that even though I had my eyes on a more expensive model, Todd and John were still very interested in negotiating on the vehicle of MY choice. With that being said, the negotiating experience was not nailbiting or as stressful as previous ones I had in my life and the finance portion was a walk in the park as well. Hassan knew I wasn't made of money so didn't try to sell me any extras though he did go over the necessary add ons in case I opted to. Needless to say, I walked away very happy in a new Corolla that I know I will be driving for a very long time.

On April 4/2013 I contacted then sales manager Steve Davis regarding an ad on a 2012 Sienna Limited. After an enlightening conversation he passed me on to NICK PLATIDES. I'm calling from Canada so we're a few thousand miles apart. Nick immediately went to work on answering a ton of questions I had prepared. I was given accurate and honest answers to each of my ????? This whole process went on for a number of days and a countless number of phone calls with Nick removing all doubts, one at a time. Now that the deal was made this van had to come home. Nicks experience on import/export was quite limited as geographically few vehicles are shipped to Canada from his state. Nick did what Nick does and together we were able to successfully get the ton of paper work that's required to give this van a trouble free journey by transport home. There were absolutely NO PROBLEMS and when I received my van a month to the day this all started the real pay off was staring me in the eye. The van was everything Nick said it to be. I had many doubtful friends about this transaction being a good one and now they're asking the name of the sales person and dealership that employs this fine young man. I TRADED MY 2008 TACOMA FOR A 2004 HIGHLANDER WITH NO MONEY DOWN. BUT A COUPLE DAYS LATER THEY WANTED ME TO GIVE MONEY DOWN AND I TOLD THEM NO. SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE SCREWED UP AND WANTED ME TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR MISTAKE. ALSO DURING THE TEST DRIVE I NOTICED THE AC WASN'T BLOWING AS COLD AS IT SHOULD. THE SELLS MAN HAD THE SHOP LOOK AT IT AND SAID IT WILL BE REPAIRED. HE ADVISED ME THAT THEY FOUND A BAD O-RING AND IT WAS REPAIRED AND RECHARGED. HE SAID THAT THE SYSTEM WAS CHECKED AND I WILL HAVE NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH IT NOW. BUT 2 MONTHS LATER IT IS BLOWING SEMI COLD AIR. I BELIEVE THAT ALL THEY DID WAS ADD FREON AND DID NOT PREFORM ANY REPAIR WORK LIKE THEY TOLD ME. I FEEL LIKE I WAS SCAMMED WHEN I TRADED MY TACOMA AND WON'T BE DOING ANYMORE BUSSINESS WITH THEM.

I wanted to purchase a used Prius. I did my research. I visited 3 other local dealerships and walked out because of high pressure, high prices and not getting value on my trade-in. One dealer even 'cooked' the numbers and had my payments $70 more than the financed amount. I found Autoway on-line, I e-mailed and called ahead and Gary Lawrence responded - he had 5 lined up for me to test drive when I arrived. They gave me top Kelley Blue Book price for my trade-in, took some off of the sticker price, and Gary was matter-of-fact, no pressure, customer satisfaction oriented - I sure appreciated that, how refreshing after my previous experience. Recently leased a 2013 Toyota Camry, this is my third Camry and I have loved all three. A Camry with leather seats and pretty wheels makes you feel like you're driving a much more expensive car. The dash and interior are beautiful and simple. The best part is the comfortable seating. Great support, my back never hurts in a Camry. Have never had a mechanical problem with my Camrys and they've all driven quietly and smoothly. Just a fantastic all-around car. Hello my experience with autoway toyota/scion was in a word fenomenal,all the staff,that assisted me were on thier a game. Way back in 2003 I had ordered a new 2003 Toyota Tacoma S-Runner. Gary Lawrence was my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about this performance truck. Very knowledgeable. He was excellent to deal with, and I was actually surprised how honest and easy to talk to he was. Now I am in the market for a 2013 Scion tC. I am impressed that Gary is still at Autoway Toyota in Pinellas Park, FL.. Come to think about it, any automobile dealership would be happy to have such a high caliber honest man working for them. I am looking forward to having Gary find the Scion I am looking for, and having Autoway give me the fair market value of my trade-in, a 2011 Camry. I highly recommend Gary Lawrence and Autoway Toyota/Scion.

The reason I gave such high ratings as I did was because from the moment I walked in someone was eager to help me find what I needed and they listened to exactly what I wanted in a car. The price was great considering I'm a full time student and also work. Everyone was very friendly there and so attentive. I'm glad I bought my car from Autoway Toyota, Scion. I was so impressed and pleased with the service I would definitely recommend people to them.

II have used this dealer for 15 years. I had a service issue in April where I paid over $1,000 for a repair. The service did repair the issue I was having with my car. I returned the car to have the issue fixed. The service manager said I had to pay another $400 to fix the issue. When I spoke with Andy Spenik the manager on duty explaining that I did not believe they fixed the issue in the first repair, he was multi-tasking and entering informational the computer on another client rather than talking with me directly. This unprofessioanl behavior is not acceptable. I cannot believe that this auto dealer believes the best way to treat its customers is in this rude manner. When I pointed out that he was not even looking at me when I was speaking to him, he said he was multi-tasking. It was obvious that entering the other client's information (who was not standing there) was more important than speaking to a client who was stadning in front of him, It is unfortunate that this is the type of service this dealer provides to it's clients. Based on this experience, I will take my business elsewhere where maybe the Service Manager will take a minute to time discuss an issue with a paying client. I hope the manager of the dealership opens his eyes to the way his staff is treating clients. I can only hope that Scott will take some time to address his service issues before he loses more loyal clients.Update: After I posted these comments about my experience at Autoway Toyota, I spoke with the general manager of this company. He agreed to make the repairs on my car and I did not pay any additional money for the repairs.

I received a promotional letter from Toyota through the mail stating they would buy back my car at its original price if I would purchase a new car. I brought the letter to Autoway Toyota,Scion of St. Petersburg, Fl. I went to the dealership and asked for a female salesperson. I was introduced to Vickie Henderson. She asked me what type of vehicle I was interested in but also let me know that she had an appointment coming in. We spent some time together and them she had to go to her appiontment and introduced me to Matthew Henry who told me about several vehicals and then took me out and let me test drive two of them. When back in the dealership, Vickie stopped by to make sure that everything was going okay with Matt and did I decide on a vehicle. I stated I like the Tacoma truck, the Camry, and wouldn't mind seeing a Prius. She asked if I intended to purchase a vehical that night and I told her that my credit was not that great and I didn't know if I would qualify. She said she had a better program for me than the one I brought in with me. I had a leased vehical and only had five months left on my contract. She stated that the balance of my contract could be waved (forgiven). She left and Jorge Diaz, the general manager, came by and want to make sure that I was not being lead into a vehical that I may not really want. He asked me several questions to get a better idea of my needs for a vehical and them together we decided that the Camry was the best choice. He left to work the numbers with whoever works the numbers. After a lot of back and forth and a lot of attention from Matt, Vickie, and Jorge we finally came up with a contract that worked for everyone. I was then sent to see the financial closer, I don't remember his name but he was great. He explained everything, went over everything, encouraged me to ask any questions and answered them for me. He gave me copies of the paperwork and stated if I need to ask anything else to just call or stop in and see him.The reason I am writing this letter is to let you know I have always hated buying a car because I would feel trapped by the salesman/dealership, I would be highly pressured into making a decission right then, and sometimes would feel rushed even though I would have been there for four to five hours. I hated everything about buying a car and always told people about it when it came up in conversation.My dealings with Vickie, Matt, Jorge, and the financial closer has been my BEST automobile buyiing experience in my life and I am 64 years old and have bought many cars. All of them were professional, informative, polite, caring, interested in me and my decision, and very helpful with every step of my buying experience. THEY have changed my mind about buying a car. Jorge told me this is the Auto Way of doing it and that the customer is put first. I totally appreciate each and everyone of these individuals and will be more than happy to send business your way. This Camry is the fourth Camry that I have owned. The main reason I buy a Toyota Camry is because of its safety features, the feel of its ride, the power I get from a 4 cyllinder engine is unbelieviable. I also like its looks and style, the trunk space, interior room, ease of handling, and all the basic features it comes with.I would like each one of these individuals to receive a copy of this letter for review and then to have it put into their employee file.Thank you again for an experience that I will not easily forget. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car in my entire life! I can't express how friendly and helpful the entire staff was. They were nice, and not pushy at all. They answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns. They were very personable and made me feel comfortable. I can honestly say I never encountered a more helpful and friendly group of people at a dealership. I am very pleased with my experience. I couldn't have asked for anything more. This was the first time I ever purchased a brand NEW car, and I was very nervous. Sean Ryan went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and at ease, and was just as excited for me as I was myself! Jovo was so helpful and explained ALL the paperwork to me in a way I could easily understand. And without Chad, I wouldn't have even made it into the dealership. He made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. I can't say enough wonderful words about the people I encountered at Autoway.

I purchased on 12/28. Using the internet sales department was able to negotiate the price and terms without ever walking into the dealership. I was communicating with three dealership, and this one by far was the easiest to work with, and offered the best price.After the purchase a very substantial issue was found in the paperwork. This problem had me questioning every decision. This was the time that the dealership shined. The salesman quickly involved Dawn David (assistant to the GM), who quickly involved management of SET (Southeast Toyota) and Toyota National - some even while on holiday. It took nearly 2 weeks to resolve, but I can tell you they followed through and made it all right. Dawn communicated almost daily. She truely took a bad situation and turned it around.Wayne was the sales person that I dealt with. He has been around this dealership in several capacities through the years, and was extremely helpful.Nearly two months after my purchase, I was able to work with these same folks to negotiate a twin to my vehicle for my mother. Again smooth transaction, and great service.

Ken was very prompt in contacting me once I had used internet access to do some homework on a possible purchase. My credit wasn't perfect but they were willing to work with me instead of sending me to some fly by night outfit like Drive Time ,or whatever. Vehicle had everything I wanted and reasonably priced. Ken actually came to my address to advise me when I was unfamiliar with the workings of my 2005 Prius purchased in December 2011. When the battery in my remote failed he made sure it was replaced very quickly at the dealership, with no waiting. I had some difficulty with input on the GPS and other features, and he was courteous in providing learning assistance. I would recommend him and the dealership to everyone.

Why I reccomend your dealership to others is because Bill Kardas was great. He went over everything about car, introduced me to serviceman,where drop off key box was, where to take vehicle if needed sevice. BK could not DO ENOUH for me. I tell others to ask for BK. He gets a 100% from me in everythig because I was a saleswoman to and a hard customer with all the details and all (many)questions answered. Bill is just what I would expect in a car salesperson. Thank you for hiring such great employee's and takes care of every detail. Oh just to let you know this is my 4th new Toyota. All of them were Camery's but my budget at this time was somewhat limited so I bought a new Corolla and I'm so pleased with it and the ride is so smooth and great. In my humble opinion, this dealership has been the best dealership in the area for the past two years. I purchased a new Camry two years ago and a new Corolla a couple of months ago because they gave me the best offer out of ALL the dealerships in Tampa, and out of select dealerships in Bradenton, Brandon, Sarasota and two others in the area. When they found out that my wife and I were military, they offered a military discount, and worked hard to earn our business, no matter what it took. I have family in the car industry and I can tell you that they worked hard to gain our business and took very good care of us throughout both purchases. Very courteous, attentive to our needs and my unique work schedule which required frequent email back and forth and a couple of trips to the dealership - but they were always waiting and ready to attentively listen to our requests and needs. They took their time after the sales to ensure we understood the vehicle inside and out - all of the options, even setting up the hands free option in both our vehicles. We traded in a vehicle and a motorcycle, we were given fair trade in values for both. We were very satisfied and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Since the sale, we have received various follow up emailings - even a holiday greeting. This is service - during and after the sale...not just the typical, "thanks for the sale" and once they have your money you never hear from them again, even to make sure that things are going well with the vehicle. A very nice buying experience for both my wife and I. Great Job Chad, Gary and the gang!

After shopping for a new vehicle for more than three months and looking at more than three vehicles, I finally knew the vehicle I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. I was prepared to continue to search until I got what I wanted and I was comfortable with the payments. I visited the AutoWay website for the first time after contacting their Internet department and having Wayne contact me within about 5 minutes of submitting my request. This was a big plus for me because I have received, for months, many "mass emails" that were not meant for me, my name was changed from the last person. Many other dealerships didn't even have the correct vehicle. I went the first day and spent about 4 hours with Wayne. He was very helpful, very patient and was willing to work with me. He explained in much detail the differences in the models I was looking at, the different features and he continued to make sure I was understanding everything. When I was trying to decide if leasing vs. purchasing was the best for me, Wayne offered me to take home the vehicle to think about it. There was no pressure, it was totally up to me. This helped me make the decision. The next day, I returned the vehicle with some additional questions and another 3 hours of going over details. I agreed to a vehicle - not at the dealership - and Wayne kept in constant contact with me to tell me what was going on and he went and picked up the vehicle for me the next day. I came back on the third day to inspect the vehicle and sign the paperwork. I was extremely pleased with the whole process and highly recommend AutoWay Toyota and Wayne Ramos.

The quality of the Staff at Autoway Toyota is surpassed only by the quality of their products. Courteous, patient, informative are just a few words to describe the staff I encountered at Autoway. My salesman Fernando Ahumoda (Andy) spend seven hour with me on a Sunday afternoon/evening to personally make sure that I received the vehicle I wanted, and equipped the way I wanted it. Upon my return two days later I was treated like I owned the place. After nearly thirty years of driving GMC products and dealing with GMC dealerships this was certainly and unexpected and most appreciated change. I would recommend Autoway and especially Andy to anyone who might be considering the purchase of a new vehicle. You won't find better service anywhere.

Be ready for all of the old car dealer tricks at this dealership. The bait and switch to get you in the door. Then the disappear with your keys on the trade. They will come back with numbers over sticker and than a trade value half of other dealerships. Save your time and go to a dealership that will treat you fair.

Staff was very friendly from the receptionist to sales to managers to parts department.Sales rep only showed us cars we might be interested in. There were no threats to make up our mind before the deal might go away.Sales rep worked with us without pressure to remove items not wanted from the sale inventory.Only downside was it took a bit long for the sales rep to take a new offer to a manager and return with the results. Average wait was around 10 minutes.Sales rep provided a thorough vehicle operation presentation before the test drive (first time for us in a hybrid car so operation was new to us) and also took time to check out the prepared vehicle and provided a refresher operational talk before we drove away.Jorge made this car buying experience one of the most pleasant we have had.

I had been to this dealership 4 times prior to working with Vicky and her manager Chad. I really didn't feel like anyone went the extra mile to help me in those prior visits. I recieved a letter in the mail initially for a deal that was being promoted to trade in 2009 camry's to get into a brand new one. Until I met Vicky, it felt as if no one would help me. She and her manager, Chad, went beyone the call of duty to get a manageable deal put in place for me and I really appreciated that. I felt like I meant something to her and even if she couldn't ultimately work something out, I would have walked away feeling like I mattered as a consumer. Fortunately, I got to drive away in a new car and it's all thanks to her. She's a great employee and is an asset to the dealership.

Actually went in for an oil change for my RAV-4 and left with a new Sienna at a WAY WAY lower interest rate. Great idea to approach customers regarding lowering interest rate or re-financing or getting new vehcile while they wait for service. Don't know how in the world they got my interest rate so low but I am very thankful. Also, being I had my kids with me, they were great about considering the little ones too including getting crayons and coloring pages for my son and moving things along quickly so we could get on our way. Great service!

From the first time we contacted the dealership until we visited and purchased our new Camry everyone was exceptional Throughout the whole process all the attention was focused on myself and my wife and that we were satisfied with the service we were receiving. I have believed in Toyota my whole life. Its the only car I drive. In October 2010 I purchased a 2011 Sienna. Sadly a few months later I was in a car accident and damaged my Sienna. I brought it to Toyota to fix and was disappointed at the number of times I had to bring it back to get to the level of service I expected from Toyota. Last week was the 4th time AFTER the original repair I had to bring it back. To say I was furious does not come close. Eventually I spoke with the VIP manager at this dealership and within one day they had made an offer to me that was mind blowing.Toyoya actually traded in my 2011 Sienna with 7700+ miles on it for a brand new 2011 Sienna with 12 miles on it.To say that Toyota went above and beyond is putting it mildly. I honestly don't feel any other dealership, be it Toyota or a competitor, would have gone to such lengths to satisfy a customer and retain a long standing customer. My partner and I had purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership, plus we had sent family to this dealership for their purchases. When I said I didn't think I would purchase from them again, they went into mach speed and high gear.The best dealership around!! Thank you David Bertoncini (VIP manager) and Autoway Toyota. You have maintained the standards I have come to expect, and then some!!

Hello I have just recently bought a Toyota Tundra from Autoway Toyota Scion in Pinnalas Park. The Service there was amazing. Wayne Ramos was the sales man helping me find the truck I wanted. He was very knowledgable, he was able to awnser all my questions and was very patent. This means a lot to me since I just had a horrible experiance from Germain Toyota of Sarasota. Please keep in mind with this is Germain Toyota is 5 mins down the road from me, where as Autoway Toyota is almost an hour away. We did not know if we should lease again or buy out our current lease, but Jim & Jovo made it very easy to lease again. They where very competent, professional and enjoyable. I wasn't planning on buying when I visited, just test driving, but when I took a test drive, Jorge did such a good job telling me how dependable the Toyotas are from his experience that the comments he made, made me start thinking about purchasing. I need to be put in a car so I would be able to travel to college and home. My first idea to get into a used car did not work becausei could not get financed by any banks. Being a 23yr old with no credit and no co signer it seemed impossible to get into a reliable car. Wayne Ramos helped me out alot. He constantly stayed in contact with me and kept looking for ways to get me into a reliable car. He did exaxtly that! Im now driving a brand new corolla with payments I am able to pay comfortably. Autoway Toyota I definly would refer people too along with requesting Wayne Ramos as their salesman.

Nice to see a female sales person. She made me comfortable buying from a no-pressure standpoint. She did everything to accommodate my request and find the right vehicle. Have bought many new vehicles in the past and would definitely buy from a female sales person in the future.

Aaron got me my 2011 Prius in sooner than expected and did a good job of getting me set up with the car and the options I requested. He came in on his day off to make sure I got delivery on my car. Dealership was not gouging people like other dealerships in state on Prius model.

This was our second "New" purchase at Autoway Toyota of Pinellas Park within 6 months. My fiancee purchased a new Toyota Tacoma in December 2010, and I purchased the Toyota Tundra on June 26, 2011! We returned to this dealership primarily because of the wonderful service we received in December from GARY LAWRENCE! I had been contacted by the Internet Sales Guide Michael Alt, but on Saturday when we showed up without an appointment Michael was actually busy with another customer.We were excited to find Gary Lawrence was available to help us with the purchase of the Tundra!Gary has such a wealth of information about the trucks that we were interested in purchasing. This was key in our truck comparisons endeavor! Besides Gary's knowledge and friendliness, we appreciated Gary's honesty and patience with us.We so enjoyed the simple fact that Gary wasn't the "typical pushy salesmen" that we have experienced at other dealerships. We sincerely felt that Gary had our best interest at heart. That difference helped me with my decision to purchase the Tundra!I have always been a Nissan truck owner (3 Frontier's), and was fairly certain I was going to purchase the Nissan Titan. So when I decided to test drive the Tundra, I was a bit skeptical. Certainly not of the quality of the Toyota vehicle, but simply my decision would be bias as I have always loved the Nissan product. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the test drive of all three Tundra engines! The performance, quality and workmanship by far exceeded my experience with Nissan products! Besides our wonderful experience with Gary, I must also mention Vinny Z. the Finance Manager!!! (I apologize for not having Vinny's last name handy). Vinny went above and beyond to find the best interest rate for me and was successful at saving me $$$$'s!! What a huge bonus that was for me... I so appreciate that!Toyota has made a believer out of me!! My family & I have been purchasing vehicles at AUTOWAY for years. The sales & service are wonderful.TodayI worked with Juan Castro.He worked very hard to match my wish list with my finances.Not an easy job.On top of his being very knowledable, while on a test drive a big turtle was in the middle of the road. He jumped out and rescued it to safety .Now how many people can say that about their car salesman!

"That was EASY". I found the car I liked online, Ken called me back in a matter of minutes, I went to test driver the next morning and within a couple of hours I was driving away in my Used (New) car with low miles. Ray found a truck that fit my need. It just came in and worked hard to fit my budget adn get it in a timely matter. Glenn , sales manager helped to make it happen and Vincent helped with the closing. The whole experience was surprising since I didn't think that I could find a truck that I was looking for, let alone be able to afford it.

I went to Autoway Toyota to correct a problem with my 2006 Avalon. The problem was not the fault of the manufacturer or the dealer, however, the Sales manager, David Bertoncini solved my problem at no cost. He went way beyond what should be expected in such a situation. I highly recommend Autoway Toyota, and commend David Bettoncini for his outstanding customer service.

We got a call asking us if we were interested in trading in our Corolla. We were so we arrived at the used car portion of Autoway. Vicki came up and introduced herself and we proceeded to tell her what we were looking for. She worked with us for hours to make the fit. Then the finance manager worked to meet our payment limit. It took some time, but was well worth the effort.

Mr. Molin, Sales Manager negotiated a fair price for the vehicle (way better than I could receive in my area--this dealership was 4 hours away from my home and the price was well worth the drive.) Mr. Bertoncini another sales manager was very helpful when Mr. Molin was not at the dealersip. And last but not least Jim Keyes the salesman I dealt with at the dealership was very product savvy and extra helpful. I would definitely go back to this dealership.

I spent $1500 for service including repair of oil leaks on a 2000 Corolla for my daughter and 2 weeks later the engine seized up due to lack of oil. Now the cars engine must be replaced. My daughter had been driving this car for six years. They must have either created new leaks or failed to fix the ones they claimed to repair, in order for all the oil to have leaked out in such a short period of time.
