Great service, hassle free and fast buying process. Del Nakar went above and beyond our expectations on leasing a new car and answered all of our questions. I was looking for a lease that was advertised at Toyota.com. The first stage of the process was working with Victor, the sales rep. He was very helpful, informative, understood my needs and answered my questions. We came to a solution favorable to both of us.The second stage, financing, went smoothly. I was not interested in adding any extra options and Glen only offered the options he thought were the best deals. I decided not to add the extras.

at first my experience was not very good at all with this dealership. The initial salesman knew nothing about the vehicles and when we said something to his manager about it, before we left he asked us to talk to his manager again on his behalf...BUUUUTTT after I did some digging on Yelp I started working with Rachelle and she was on it from the get go. She significantly improved my experience and pulled out so many stops to make things happen for me. It is because of her, her manager and the finance man (Don) that we left happy customers :)

We came in to look at an inexpensive older used car. When we arrived the car was at service so we waited around then finally got to drive and check the car out. We then began the process of valuing our trade etc. we were very upfront with the sales guy that financing would be a challenge but knew what our car was worth and how much we would want for it. We were offered half of what it was worth! I told the sales guy that even if they gave us a payments we would be comfortable with I wouldn't take that little for our car. We left and went to another dealership 15 min away and got exactly what we wanted for our trade and were in and out in less than 2 hours even with our credit. A few days ago we received a phone call that our interest rate had changed drastically reducing our monthly payment and are on our way to resign. :) sales guy from Autonation called us the next day trying to cut a deal. I don't like being jerked around, he knew we had driven almost two hours to see the car and try to make a deal. The fact that he thought we'd drive back again the next day was infuriating. We told him we bought a car right after we left his dealership. We are extremely happy with our purchase and want to reccomend RSM Honda to everyone!

The experience of actually getting the car was pleasant, but being told we only had to wait 30 minutes for the car, then a half hour later being told we have to wait two hours for the car was stressful, and it ended up being closer to three hours, which made me extremely late for a rehearsal I had to go to. I had no idea that it would take nearly six and a half hours to get a new car, in total. I also had no need to test drive the car again because I had already test drove one a week earlier, and I made that clear, but that did not seem to register. I have also been getting calls and texts from another dealership about buying cars since the day I bought mine, so I feel that my privacy has been invaded, since my information was given out without my consent. These things made me wonder if I made the right decision about a car overall, since I was also considering the Ford Fusion before I ultimately decided on the Camry. I do not think they would have given out my information to other dealerships in the area.

Sharif went beyond and above making the process of buying my new Corolla a pleasant experience. The manager was pleasant, and for the first time at a car dealership, I didn?t feel pressured. Everyone from Sharif to the loan consultant Mike was very friendly and efficient. Although he did mention an interest free loan, he did not pressure any further. It was Saturday and most likely the busiest day of the week. Since I paid cash, I should have been out of there within an hour, instead of 2 hours. Otherwise, all in all I give this Dealership 5 Stars.

We did our research on and off for close to two years, heard about some great incentives. Was contacted by John and Chris, we still weren't ready to buy. John called a couple days later to thank us and we ended up in a NEW car at a great price.We even got equity on our trade in! No hassles, even Will and Don in finance were great. We had previously purchased a 2014 Toyota Prius C here and when it was time for me to lease another car there was no question we would come back. Although they no longer partner with the Costco Auto Program, their fleet pricing is even lower.Our sales rep, Anthony Ahmadpour, made the entire experience easy from start to finish. I had reserved my "ideal" car online and after our initial contact Anthony had the unfortunate task of letting me know that particular model had just sold. When I told him it was the only color & style I wanted he made it a point to track down my elusive blue Prius (on New Years!) We kept the reservation time, had a quick test drive, and crunched the numbers on the lease. WHAT A DEAL! I'm thrilled with my 2015 Prius Liftback Two and look forward to upgrading again in three years with AutoNation Toyota in Irvine.

I've just taken delivery of a new 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD OffRoad I ordered from AutoNation Toyota Irvine. After stopping in at 2 other Toyota dealers nearby Mission Viejo, one in RSM was charging a ridiculous $5000 demand premium charge and the other in SJC wasn't willing to deal at all. I stopped by AutoNation and asked to meet the fleet Manager. Director Karen Bambauer and I were were able to agree on a very fair deal and place an order for exactly the truck and options I wanted in much less than an hour. During the few weeks waiting, Karen kept me constantly apprised of the status via email right up to delivery day. When I drove up my beautiful truck was ready and waiting to go at the front door. Service doesn't get any better than this purchasing a new vehicle. My next purchase and my family and friends will all be going to AutoNation Toyota Irvine from now on. Thank You !!!

I really didn't expect much coming into this dealership. I had done my research and knew which car I wanted and what color, options, etc. so I had been in communications with Chris Hung and Don Robertson and made an appointment for a test drive. Upon arrival, the car was waiting for me and was exactly the one I wanted. They even picked out one that had only 1 mile on it. Everything went smoothly, all my questions were answered. At no time did I feel like it was a pressure sale between these two guys. They were both very patient and respectful and don't belittle you like some other places I have been to. We got in and out of the dealership with my new car in about two hours. Thanks again guys, you're both top notch. Go see Chris or Don when you are ready to get a Toyota.

Worst car buying experience ever. Many of the cars had dead batteries so we couldn't even look or drive them. Finance department made several mistakes that required us to return to the dealer two additional times. The entire experience took 6 hours!

We actually bought two cars from AutoNation?.a Toyota Camry Hybrid and a Toyota Highlander. We already have our Camry and we are told the Highlander will arrive the middle of this month.We have been very pleased with everyone we worked with, especially Kevin Sanchez, Don Robertson, and Chris Hung. They were professional, efficient and very helpful since negotiating two transactions was unusually complicated. We started off with another dealer but once we visited AutoNation in Irvine, we switched over to your store. The staff at AutoNation didn?t promise things they couldn?t deliver, but were open and honest with us about availability, price, extras, etc.New cars are also far more technical and require a lot of new knowledge. Chris showed us everything on the Camry and would not move on until he was sure we had mastered each aspect of the car. AutoNation also suggested we stop by any time for help or any questions we might have during the early weeks of ownershipAll in all purchasing a new car from AutoNation was a positive experience.

We bought our 2016 Toyota Camry Hybrid from AutoNation in Irvine (off Bake Pkwy.). We were planning to buy our car from the Toyota store in the Tustin Auto Mall, but changed our mind after visiting this establishment. We had a fairly complicated situation that involved several cars, a trade-in, and another dealer. The sales representative, Don Robertson was helpful, honest, and very patient. We also worked with Chris Hung who spent a lot of time showing us all the technical details involved in utilizing the various aspects of a 2016 hybrid automobile. Finally, we wanted to thank Kevin Sanchez, who coordinated a number of specific details, including a better price on our trade-in, guarantees on our new car arrival backed by a no-cost rental car if it did not arrive in time, and his effort to efficiently take care of the mounds of paper-work when time began to wear on was greatly appreciated. Our assistance by all three of these gentleman was relaxed,thorough, and efficient.Overall, we liked the attitude and approach these particular employees demonstrated. We love our car and look forward to servicing it at this same location. They also encouraged us to stop by any time if we had any questions or concerns.This store can get very busy on the weekends, especially Saturday, so keep that in mind.

I've purchased cars at dealerships in the past and is always a long procedure. I was SO IMPRESSED with everyone from the minute we walked in until I drove my car off the lot. Chris Hung was my sales person. The reason went asked for him is because my husband had previously been looking into a truck via internet and was directed to Chris. He was not pushy and very professional and easy. I would absolutely go back to Toyota Irvine in the future and recommend to my family and friends. Not pushy at all and listened to my requests.

I was really wanting a new car, but I really do not like the whole process of buying a car. It is super overwhelming and stressful to me. But this time it was different. Imtiaz Khan helped me find the car I was looking for. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and never pushy. He seemed as if he really cared about helping me and not just trying to get a commission. That's a first for me. Even after we found the car and went into the dealing and finance part, he was still around making sure I was being taken care of. That's where I met Abe Zraigi. He too was just as wonderful. Earlier this week I bought a 2002 Toyota Sequoia from AutoNation in Irvine. Ali Elali is the sales person who helped me. Ali was very patient and helpful during the process, he even came in on his day off to meet with me. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone seeking a car from AutoNation. Go to AutoNation and ask for Ali Elali.I paid the asking price, but the dealer had the hood and front quarter panels painted for me at no extra cost (these were the exterior areas where the car showed it's age). The paint job came out great.I had a 3 day - 150 mile - money-back guarantee. I picked the car up yesterday, but when I got home with my "new" used car the back hatch would not open. I drove the car back to AutoNation this morning. Ali and Donny (the General Sales Manager) met me out front. Donny did not quibble and promised to take care of the hatch. The necessary part was ordered and I will return Monday to have the repair done. Ali even filled the gas tank of the Sequoia before I left.I gave the facilities a 2 star rating because the showroom is having a major remodel at this time. Once construction is completed - I'm sure it will be 5 stars.Reminder to used car shoppers...bring a cd to test out the player. The player of the car I bought is inoperable. Not a deal breaker though...overall I am very pleased with my "new" used Sequoia.

I purchased a 2016 Camry SE Special Edition. The vehicle is very roomy and fits my 6'4 husband & 6'3 son. It is a smooth, but sporty ride. The Professionalism both Andy & Brett showed during the process made it that much easier for me to purchased the vehicle. I appreciate the patience both had with me while I made important decisions. Even though I live in Valencia, Ca, the Salesman at Frontier Toyota told me not to believe salesman over the telephone, then told me that if the price was just that good, to bring it to him in writing & he would try to match it. Buying a car can be stressful.. How I handled it was to research and find the exact car I wanted, got my low price estimate, and found a dealer that had the exact vehicle. My salesperson Sepand Nossiri at AutoNation Irvine was great guy to deal with. Sep was a nice person, low pressure, gave the time and space to feel right about the car, and fairly matched the price I was looking for. There was a slip up in an accessory that I wanted added and they made good for that as well. He even arranged a ride I needed to get back to pick up the car. Also - the finance person was very accommodating in selecting the right type of warrantee I needed. They even let me take the new car a week ahead of time without having my full downpayment just yet! I'm not a big fan of salespeople but these guys were great and really made it easy for me. Thanks Toyota AutoNation Irvine!

Purchased car from Andy Vuong via email communication and only came in to drive and sign. Best car buying experience to date! Andy is the best salesman, was not pushy and really cared about his customers. I purchased a Camry and after three days my rear tire had a big staple in it that was unrepairable. I thought what luck that was and I would need to pay for a new tire. A call to Andy and he contacted his general sales manager, Zamir, who said to come in and he would take care of it. Mr. Zamir, great job in knowing to keep your new clients happy (and thank you!). And off I went and was transferred to the service manager, Dan, who was great at getting me all squared away. My wife and I came by with our three boys to buy a new/used vehicle. Mack was our salesperson but everyone there was really nice and helpful. I had exchanged emails with Mack since I live over 100 miles from the dealership. He met us in the parking lot and welcomed us like family. My kids are a little rambunctious, but they had plenty of room to stretch their legs in the show room. It took only about four hours to test drive the new car, trade in our old car, handle all the paperwork and leave satisfied. This was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Chris Hung was our guy. We had many email threads prior to us visiting the dealership. I told him what I want, and bam, we got a deal. No gimmick, no hassle. He was fantastic. Only complain I have with the dealership was they has only 2 finance persons working the night we were there. So the wait was 1.5hrs. But once it was our turn, it was simple and quick.

I was browsing online for an alternate vehicle and submitted an inquiry on a 2003 Honda Accord. I received a call shortly after and verified availability. I set up an appointment with the representative to look at the vehicle later that day. When my sister (a.k.a. driver ?) and I arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by two gentlemen and asked if we had an appointment with someone. They paged my rep and was shown the vehicle. The nice advisor assisted on my paperworks and once the price was given I decided to purchase the car! :) I was then transferred to the finance department to finish transaction. Before leaving the the dealership, my cool rep had a little something added on my brand new old Accord! :)*Update- a week after I got the car, my original sales rep left me a message to stop by the dealership and redo my contract. He found me a better rate and my monthly payments were reduced! How great is that?!? :) Very nice...very nice! I appreciate the service and thank you for the help!

I just want to say the amazing customer service that Alex Vargas, Jamal Zadran and Shawn Movahed showed me was the soul reason I came back. I went to a few different dealerships who were going to match the price I wanted, but their negative and rushed attitudes kept me from giving me them business. I took my 2011 Prius to Auto Nation for service and new brakes (first time after 120,000 miles) after we moved to Southern California. The service department is amazing. Very professional, quick, and trustworthy. When I picked up my car after its brake replacement, I went to the showroom just to check things out. I was amazed 20 minutes later that I was actually buying a new Prius V! I didn't feel at all pressured, they made the process amazingly easy and comfortable, and I love my new car.

Great presentation of the car, inefficient finalization of paperwork and post lease services negotiations. Tried selling tire coverage yet the finance manager down't know how many miles the tire on the car has warranty for. If in three year lease I have to replace the tires once anyways because of low mileage tires car comes with, why do I need to cover myself at the end of lease when I can replace with a 45K Michelin tires that goes through the lease easily. Kept telling the guy I did this on the previous lease and he kept insisting Until I googled the tire number on the car and showed him this is it! Bad assumption that all customers are ill informed!

We ended up having to deal with numerous parties here and purchased a vehicle. The quality of service was decent, but unfortunately not everyone we dealt with was of the same caliber. We worked with their online sales team initially before coming in, as we had a specific vehicle in mind. Don Robertson from their internet team was helpful, and our salesman, Chris, was very pleasant. The Sales Manager (whose name I can't remember at the moment) was also very good and very helpful. Unfortunately, when it came time to actually complete the paperwork, the sales rep from the financing department was very unprofessional. I'm sure he's used to simply having people sign wherever he says without reading the documents, and it was clear he knew what the script was for each document we were to fill out, but he had no understanding of the documents themselves, so he could not answer any questions we had about any of them. He also made several errors inputting our vehicle and personal information which only slowed the process and made it more frustrating.So, while our overall experience was good, and we felt they gave us a great deal on the car we purchased, we left feeling their sales team was great, but the financing department (which is where I would want to have the most professional and knowledgeable employees) was subpar, in my opinion. I may return here for my next car purchase, but our experience with their financing person will give me pause and I may reconsider.

I bought my Prius 2 from AutoNation Irvine on 4/7/2015 and had a very pleasant experience. After exchanging few emails with Donald (Salesperson) about the type of the car and the price, I went to the dealership, met him and within 30 minutes we settled on the price that I had in mind.Rest of the process was smooth sail although it took around 90 minutes. I admire their professionalism and friendly attitude towards customers.Overall, very nice experience! And I like the car.

Karen Bambauer provided us one of the best car purchasing experiences ever! From the initial point of contact all the way through delivery, Karen was extremely receptive, quick to communicate and detail oriented. She had coincidentally already ordered the truck we were looking for and so it was a perfect match! We appreciated not having to haggle over the price by paying invoice via the Costco program. I hadn't bought a car in 17 years so this buying experience was new for me. It is so much easier now than it was in 1998. I never liked negotiating so to have a set price before I went to the dealership was good for me. Autonation Toyota of Irvine had a large selection of the car I wanted in the trim I wanted. I was able to get the exact color and options that I wanted. They gave me a fair price for my trade in. The facilities were clean, the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, and the whole process was painless. Because the new car had features that were knew to me (Navigation system, hands free telephone, satellite radio, push button start) I needed a help in understanding these features. The salesman explained all of them very patiently so that when I left the lot I understood them. Overall, dealing with Autonation Toyota of Irvine was a very pleasant experience.

I went through Auto Nation Direct to purchase my car. The fellow that worked with me did an excellent job at finding the car I wanted. He sent all the paper work to the salesman at the Toyota dealership. I went to the dealership, test drove my car, signed the papers and went home. After a week and a half the salesman called me and said I may have the wrong car. The VIN on the paperwork did not match the VIN to my car. I had to go back to the dealership, resign ALL the paper work which will delay receiving my license plates.I felt that the salesman did not check the papers that were sent to him. By the way, I love my 2015 Corolla S.

Salesmen were great (Sep and Mina). Lots of selection where other dealers had little to none. Facility was huge. The finance guy was awesome (Adel). The only reason these are four stars and not five was the wait time between agreeing to a sale and getting in to the Finance Department.....it turned a 90 minute process into over 3 hours. Of note, however, was that it was Sunday of Presidents Day Weekend.

Auto nation was the only dealership that emailed me any information on the vehicle I was interested in. I had made inquiries at three other dealerships but heard nothing back. Before arriving at Toyota Irvine, I had narrowed down my car choices to 3 different makes of hybrid vehicles. After speaking with Andy Vuong, a salesperson, I made my decision to get a Prius. Andy was honest, knowledgeable, honest, patient, honest, and honest. You see what I'm getting at. There was absolutely no sleaze. He didn't harrass me after my first test drive, he took time to explain the merits of each Prius on the lot. When I called the next day and told him I found a similar Prius at another dealer for a little less he immediately understood and worked with his manager to reduce the already reduced price of their Prius. I had dealt with so many sleazy and impatient car salesman that Andy was a breath of fresh air. It's really why I bought from this dealership. That and the great deal they gave me.

These guys were awesome. I had decided on getting an Element with my friend who had co-owned a car that got totaled. All we could agree on was this car, so I searched specifically for this car. I tried going through AAA's buying service- got an email reply but nothing else. I tried a one other dealerships on this site, just an auto-email. AutoNation though! I got a phone call back almost instantly- I still got an auto-email, but the niceness of actually calling me back... The friendliness of Andy Vuong, the fact that he was both nice AND knowledgeable about all my questions... I didn't want to go anywhere else. The other ones I tried were closer, but the step of reaching out to me via phone as soon as I had an inquiry? Yeah, 36 miles is a bit far to go, but it was worth it. This place... I'd go back again, no question.

I purchased a used 2012 Prius Plug-In from AutoNation Toyota Irvine in late September 2014. I had several experiences that are not what I have come to expect from a Toyota dealership. This was my 5th vehicle purchase from a Toyota dealership in the last 30 years and my worst experience overall. Issue 1: When I met with the finance agent, he told me that my certified vehicle qualified as a new vehicle and that it was important that I purchase their bumper-bumper warranty for $2,200. I told him that I was fine without it. He brought over another agent to try to convince me by adding a year to the warranty; I again politely declined. The first agent then went on to tell me that the Prius electronics may have a problem in the future and could cost me $5,000 to repair so it would be wise for me to purchase the warranty. I again told him no thank you. The agent than shook his head in disbelief, chuckling saying, okaaaaaay, if thats what you want to do as if I was a fool for turning him down. The next thing the finance agent did was to give me a survey of the salesmans and of his performance. I rated the salesman as exceptional and the finance agent as acceptable (or something similar to that rating). The agent looked at my ratings and asked if I realized that I had rated him lower than he has ever been rated. I said that he had done his job but I saw nothing exceptional about his performance. How does someone try to make you feel foolish then question you on a rating for their less than stellar performance? He then was curt with me, stopped smiling and was slamming some papers on his desk telling me only, sign her, sign here. Note to Corporate: dont put customers on the spot with a survey of a person who will immediately review the customers inputs. You will almost never get a true rating. Issue 2: My only condition at the time of sale was that a cargo net for groceries be added for my wife at no cost to the sales transaction. The condition was agreed to and I was told that it would be a due bill and arrive within a few weeks after it was determined that one was not available at the dealership. As the paperwork was processed, I asked if I needed a receipt acknowledging that a cargo net would be sent to me at no charge. The response given was that it was a due bill and that there was no need. I checked with the salesman several times on the cargo net by phone and several more times by email over the next 3 months. On my first 2 requests, the salesman assured me that I should have received this cargo net and that he would check to see what happened. I then sent a third email to the salesmans manager. I have yet to receive the net nor have I received any follow up communication whatsoever. This is an unacceptable condition. There is no excuse for poor customer service and lack of communication. It seems as if there was never any intent to fulfill this commitment. Overall, there are too many other reputable Toyota dealerships out there than AutoNation Toyota Irvine to deal with. I do not recommend them.

Buying a new Sienna for our shuttle service was a breeze at AutoNation Toyota. The Safes Rep, Andy Vuong was always on the spot whenever I needed him and the entire process was the fastest and easiest vehicle purchase that I have ever experienced. This was really a first and it will be appreciated for a long time to come.

I purchased a preowned van and before i was accepting the price i asked for the salesman to get and read the carfax report. When he delivered the van to me to see and test drive he said he forgot the carfax. I was still under the impression stated by the salesman that there was no negative reports from tbe carfax. The sales price was accepted under those reasons. We drove to the dealership and got the paper work started. The salesman left and returned with the carfax. The carfax reported one accident with air bags deployed. I was told that there was no more room for price adjustments. Three days later and 160 miles the maintenance light is on.

Johnathan Yiao, the internet fleet sales manager, responded immediately to our request for a quotation on line. We visited the dealer, signed the papers, and Jonathan sat in the car and explained all the controls/features on the new Prius V.The car has more headroom, leg room and storage space then our old full sized sedan. Its a medium sized SUV without the gas guzzling feature.Its been 2 weeks and 432 miles, with another 183 miles range before we need to fill up. With a 12 gallon tank at today's prices, that should cost about $30. Welcome to gasoline heaven.

We have been so happy with our two Toyotas (Sienna and Matrix) that when it was time to replace our 15 year old Sienna, we immediately decided to go for our third Toyota vehicle.I can only say that our car shopping experience was a smooth and satisfying one. My wife and I have had two great auto buying experiences in our lives and AutoNation Toyota in Irvine was the latest. Karen Bambauer and Jason Hayes had been helping me online for about a month. The day we decided to purchase, Karen fit us into an appointment time that wasn't even available. We walked in at 2 pm, traded in a vehicle and drove away at 4 pm in our new Toyota Tacoma. It all started when I was headed to a dealership in Downtown LA when I received a call from Zamir Siddiqi, the General Sales Manager of AutoNation Toyota Scion, who promised me that he could give me a better deal on my 2015 RAV4. My husband and I confer with each other, and decided to take the 45-50 minute drive to Irvine, CA. When I arrived, I was greeted and treated like a celebrity. Zamir Siddiqi, fulfilled his promise, and gave me a remarkable deal. Mark Puebla, the Sales Consultant is wonderful, and made sure that I was happy and assisted me with the details and follow up regarding my RAV4. Joe Said, the Financial Sales rep, was great, and there was no pressure with my purchase, which is rare when purchasing cars. I want to thank the team at AutoNation Toyota Scion for making my car purchase a pleasant and peaceful experience. I felt no pressure and they were all great. My wife and I always have the jitters when entering a car dealership and having to deal with their sales folks. But this place was a very different experience and much of it due to the ease and comfort we had in interacting with the sales person- Cindy Langlois- who handled us from our online inquiry to our driving off with a used vehicle after financing - all on the same day. We were given sufficient time and attention while we looked around the lot with her and test drove our choice. We were comfortable enough to close the deal the same evening. The used inventory does have reliable vehicles and seemed competitively priced. So don't expect too much room to haggle on the price. I had done my research and got the vehicle in what I was willing to pay for it.

Due to the bad purchase experience my wife and I had when we bought a new car two years ago, I was a little bit worried about the buying process this time. Luckily, my first time walked into the Autonation dealership. I was greeted by Jonathan Yao. He first gave us a tour on the Prius cars and let us know all the features. At the end, he never pushed us buying any cars and did not turn his face once we said we would like to think about all the options for few days. Then I used e-mail to ask a lot of questions and got his response very fast. Finally i decided to buy a Prius from this dealership because of his great personality and price of the car. I will strongly suggest you go to this dealership before you make any final decision.

I was contacted by Ms. Karen Bambauer, who is the fleet manager, after completing a vehicle purchase request through the Costco auto purchasing program. During our conversation, Karen explaned to me in thorough detail the process of ordering a 2015 Tacoma since the dealership did not have any 2014 Tacomas in their inventory that fit the bill of the vehicle I wanted. Karen was extremely informative and answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and gave me full disclosure on the MSRP, invoice and price I would pay. Karen also offered several pieces of advice to save me money on the purchase while getting me all the extra options and assessories I wanted. Needless to say, I placed my order with Karen since there was no need to shop elsewhere. Karen quoted me a timeframe of approximately 4-6 weeks from the time of order to the time the truck would arrive at the dealership. During this time, due to minor errors I made on my own, I had Karen make changes to my truck, and she handled it patiently and professionally. When my truck finally arrived, it was EXACTLY what I had ordered and was promised. The price of the vehicle was also the same price Karen had quoted me at the beginning of the process, and there were no mark ups or incidental charges. When I picked up the truck, I was given a personal service counselor, "Jordan" who gave me a complete and thorough walk through of my truck including a 20 minute instruction block on the entune stereo/navigation system. I am extremely pleased and impressed my whole experience with Autonation Irvine. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant and they deliver what they promised. Go see them before you make your next purchase.

Very nice dealership. Clean and well laid out. Friendly and helpful. I really like my new Camry Hybrid. I have only driven my Camry for a few days but it seems to be very responsive and has plenty of power. I will be spending the next few days learning all of the new features on my new Camry. This is my second Camry. My first was a two thousand and two. I drove it for a lot of years with very little repair needed. So that was a big reason for another Camry.

Totally disappointed. We brought a nice car there, what's nice is the car itself, NOT the dealership. The sales people are nice. But the financial department kept us waited for god knows how long just to get the documents prepared. And when we were paying for the car in full with cash, that guy, I think is the manager in the financial department, was keep saying sarcastic things to us with a very inpatient attitude. He was keep asking us: If you are no happy with the price, why are you buying car? Worst car buying experience ever.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with our buying experience at AutoNation. When we couldn't locate a 2014 Highlander with the options we wanted, Karen offered to order a 2015 for us. she stayed in touch with us from the day it was ordered until the day it was delivered. The purchasing process was very thorough and professional with everything being explained to us. Manny helped us learn the features of the new Highlander and was very patient. He offered additional training anytime we needed it. Tom Malone, the finance person, was also very professional and courteous, explaining all of the forms as we signed them. We were offered several options for maintenance, warranties, appearance, etc. with a thorough explanation and no pressure to buy (although we did purchase most of them). Yesterday I took the vehicle in to have the appearance protection items applied and was again treated with a very professional attitude by the service writer, Joe. My appointment was scheduled by Sandra who was also very professional and courteous in setting up my appointment. I was provided a loaner car and the whole process was very efficient and completed on time. This is my first new car purchase in a long time and I was pleansantly surprised at how smooth it went, how professionally and courteous we were treated and how they really seem to appreciate your business. I am confident that if any issue that come up, they will be quickly resolved by AutoNation and their staff.

We didn't plan on buying a new car when we went in but they were able to give us as good a deal on a new car as on a used one so it only made sense. They were determined to have our business and find us a car. It took a little longer than we would have liked but we left with a new car, with a warranty and 0 percent financing. We love our new Prius and our salesman Stewart is now in my contacts and is always available to answer any questions we have regarding our new car.

I bought 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE on 12 Aug 2014 from Jonathan Yiao, he had contacted me by email & we made appointment to meet, he had also given me information on vehicles I might be interested in. (I had been searching the web and found AutoNation looked to have the best prices) Met with Jonathan & has he showed me the Camry Hybrid & explained its virtues to me, no hype, the main selling point for me was sitting in the drivers seat & pushing the button to turn the engine on & not hearing the engine! Amazing, I was driving a Rav4 2004 big difference. Took it for a drive fantastic, bought it,Jonathan Yiao was great showing me how to use all goodies in my new car, & I liked his no pressure sales. Didn't care for the sales manager sales approach, I paid cash so why be asking for more money with extended maint. when you give out two 2 years with new purchase.

I'm a numbers guy when buying or leasing a car. There are certain numbers I need to have clearly stated so I can determine if the deal I'm getting is actually the deal I'm looking for. Bobby provided all the information I needed clearly and immediately. No games. Everything Bobby said and provided was accurate and matched well with all other online resources like Kelly Blue Book etc. All the other sales dealers gave me a song and dance and confusing calculations and never answered my basic questions other than saying I'm getting a great deal which was never the case while they killed a lot of my time going back and forth with their finance person getting more confusing numbers and calculations. Happily, this was not the case at Auto Nation!!!!! :-) Bobby explained the workings of the car, made sure was serviced, washed, full tank and ready to go. That's service I miss seeing with other car dealers. Also, thank you to Bobby for coming in on his day off and spending three hours with me to make sure I was able to drive off with the car that day. Much appreciated!

It wasn't new to me to know how dealerships work. I've heard a lot of sales talks ending up customers paying too much. When I came to AutoNation, I was a bit skeptical; never have read any reviews about them. But there's this thing that's pushing me to go and check out the store. I got amazed at how Jonathan (sales) who walked me through detail by detail from the buying process all the way to orienting me to my new Prius. I was exceptionally happy after the deal was through. I would say I got the best deal ever. Two thumbs up!!!

I purchased Toyota camry 2014.5 fromt this dealer just last week. I've searched more than 10 dealers nearby for this. Primary reason for this purchase at Autonation Irvine is the price. There was quite a large difference compared to other dealers. I worked with Jonathan Yio (Internet sales). And Until I walked away with the car, he was the only guy I spoke with in Autonation Toyota :). He is awesome sales guy. He never forced me on anything. And he was able to provide quotes for several makes whenever I asked for (Corollo LE, SE, XLE, Camr LE, SE ..what not) within a few minutes. Finally I agreed on the deal one day, but the color I was looking for was not available. Jonathan assured he'll get it in two days. I waited as I already started knowing about Jonathan & had confidence on him. After long struggle, the car was at the showroom for me to take a look. My credit history was not good & i had to put it on hold for two more days to get external financing. They were happy to hold that vehicle for me for these two days. Jonathan did excellent job on this. His way of doing sales gave me confident that the deal is fair. Jonathan explained the featuer of the car when I got the keys. Even after buying the car, Jonathan informed me by mail, phone, in person, that he'll be happy to help if there is any problem or doubts regarding the car. I hope all sales guys are like this in Autonation & hence giving 5* rating. I would say, if you are looking for good deal, quality sales (no pressure), this is the right place. I wanted a Prius 4 and did my homework online and visited at least six dealerships in Orange County. These guys were the cheapest and didn't mess around when it came time to buy. I am a middle aged woman and can say the experience of buying a car was brutal. I can say it came close to bullying at some dealerships. Not here. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Even the finance guy didn't pressure me too much with extra warranties. If more dealers didn't come on so strong and seem so shady, they'd probably sell alot more cars. I will definitely be coming back here again. If you can, work with Javier. This guy was a true gentleman and took good care of his customer.

I just purchased a Prius 2 on 5/25/14 at Irvine's AutonNation Toyota. It was an easy process with for us. I started emailing Travis Elkins at the end of 2013 when I was considering buying a Prius. Travis kept me informed of ongoing specials and gave me quotes for the Prius when I asked. He would contact me periodically to follow up (just enough emailing to remind me about the Prius) and see if I was still interested. My husband and I finally made the decision to buy the Prius when gas prices went over $4/gallon and the option of $0 down with 0% for 60 mos was available. Travis and AutoNation Toyota at Irvine made the process very pleasant and quick. I would definitely recommend Travis and AutoNation Toyota to my friends, family and anyone else interested in buying a new Toyota.

As an older person, I was not looking forward to "the purchasing process." When I called Andy Vuong's pleasant voice greeted me... he answered my questions thoroughly about their inventory, prices, rebates, etc. As I had a specific car, color and equipment in mind, he excused himself for a brief period and told me he would call me back - which he did in a matter of minutes. I explained I was from out of town and would need a day or two to arrive in the area... we setup an appointment. Upon arrival everyone at the dealership was friendly and pleasant. The entire staff went out of their way to make this process seamless and efficient. Our family drove home in the car we all love at a fair price! Pricing the car is usually the "unpleasant" part of the process - NOT a Autonation! Special thanks to Andy Vuong and Larry Tulio... outstanding job!

I run around to other dealer working with them hands on and still get the best deal with Marc online! He will truly beat the other dealers price and get you a great deal! I moved from Brooklyn to California and needed a car. Before my move, I always had my heart set on buying a Prius so I visited AutoNation Toyota in Irvine. When my dad and I arrived at the dealership, we walked into the spacious showroom and was greeted by a very friendly, soft-spoken man named Del. I told him I wanted to see the Prius and he took me to one on the showroom floor, spoke about the features, took a test drive and I loved the car even more so than I had imagined. They had a lot of options for color and models (I got the Two Model). Although my mind wanted to get the car immediately, I didn't. After speaking with Del about price, rebates, financing, etc, I wanted to go home and really think about it and if I could really afford it, and if I should buy or lease. I didn't feel any pressure from Del and when my dad and I left, I felt at ease and he sent us off with a smile. Del followed up with a call later that day thanking me for visiting the dealership, which I expected. The following day I decided to buy the car so I called Del. Del told me he was not working that day but he would have his colleague Javier assist me with the transaction. Del helped me work out a great deal and so when I came into the dealership again, it was all set. Javier was awesome too. Genuinely friendly with a good energy about him, same as Del. He was really knowledgeable about the Prius and it's features. After filling out paperwork and many signatures, the Prius was mine. This is only the second time I've ever bought a new car and I'm 37 years old. After my experience with this dealership I will continue to go back for future Toyota purchases. I will also recommend friends and family to get their Toyotas here. Ask for Del, he will take great care of you and you'll just feel good doing business with him. TIP: Go during the weekdays. There are less people and it's just a calmer, more relaxed environment.

My wife and I don't usually look forward to buying another vehicle because, all too often, the process turns into a head game with the sales people. But, I am here to tell you that the sales people at AutoNation Toyota Irvine are very, very different. There was never a time when we felt any "high pressure" tactics either from the sales person or when he brought his manager over. After several hours of looking and test driving, nothing we saw was working for my wife (the vehicle was to replace an older car for her) so we left without having made a purchase. We returned the following day, as I thought of a different model that might work for my wife, and, once again the sales person was very friendly and gave us all the time we needed. In the end, we found a Highlander that we felt would suit my wife and completed the purchase. Throughout the entire two day process, we felt extremely comfortable with the sales person and the dealership overall. Everyone there was quick to answer any question we had and accommodated us in every way. I highly recommend this dealership.

I got my Toyota Sienna from AutoNation Toyota in Irvine but before that, I scouted for quotes in other Toyota stores as well as with the competitors as well. Although there was a possibility that I can get a bit of a cheaper rate from the other shops, they don't have the color and make that I want for the Sienna. Most of them are either offering less features or not favorable colors (of the car) or the process is just too stressful. Del Nakar of AutoNation Toyota made it less stressful for us to go through the negotiation process (of course, that is part of the purchasing process!) while providing us the kind of van that we are looking for. The team was also respectful of our decision to obtain (or not) the additional maintenance service. We got out of there with a new, very clean, fully-filled tank Toyota Sienna.

It had been ten years since I bought my last car and I was less than exited about going through the process again. This experience was totally different thanks to my salesman Imtiaz Khan. Not only was he attentive without pressuring me, he exuded patience when I changed direction in the middle of negotiations and decided I needed a totally different car than I was considering. Wife and I recently bought a new Sienna from AutoNation. Our sales person, Mike Naby, was polite and professional and did everything to ensure the process was as pain free as possible. He's done a good job of following up to make sure we are happy with our purchase and has offered to give us a tutorial of the new car as we didn't get time to review it the day of purchase. Overall the environment was good, showroom had lots of room and tables and free wifi which made it easier to kill time waiting for paper work. About the only 2 improvements I could see are: a) we didn't heavily negotiate on price, I was offered very little for ourtrade-in so I would recommend shopping around to ensure you are getting a good deal b) overall process took almost 3 hrs. which included financing. I appreciate them trying to upsell you on warranty, etc. at the end but overall felt it took longer than ideal. Overall I would recommend visiting AutoNation if you're in the market for a new Toyota. I would recommend Mike Naby as a salesperson as he was polite and professional and wasn't too pushy. Couldn't say if he was very technical about the car's features as we really didn't ask that many questions given we already knew which model we wanted to buy.

Even though I didn't purchase a car at this dealer I do have to say that the communication they have with new possible customers is excellent. I inquired about a used vehicle they had on sale, I contacted the dealer via email they responded quickly and then received a call to see of I had any questions regarding the vehicle. Unfortunately due to the dealer being about an hour away from me the vehicle was sold before I arrived. Luckily the sales agent contacted me to tell me the car had been sold. Then a few minutes later the manager also contacted me to apologize. That in my book is an A++ in my book.

So I drive 40 miles from my house to this dealer with cash. The overall process was easy but a little slow. The truck has been great and I am very happy with the vehicle. My only disappointment was that the truck did not have floor mats in it and we did not notice this till the next day. When I called to ask about them I got the " All used cars are sold as is" comment. Not even a "let me see what I do", or an offer for some old used up mats just to have something on the floor was all that was expected. So make sure what you're looking at has everything that's important to you before you sign.

Looking for a car that is smaller, great gas mileage, lots of room, and just looks great, I decided to buy a 2013 Toyota RAV4 limited edition. It is perfect. I was in the market for leasing a truck through my company and recently contacted Irvine Toyota. In general, I was pleased with the customer service when compared to couple of other locations I have been to. I had no issues getting the quote and dealing with the rep Adel was a breeze. However, there is room for improvement on the follow-up action that the management failed to some extent. When dealing with the Irvine Toyota, I was pretty clear in my request to have the paperwork ready for my company president to sign the lease papers and limit his downtime to as little as possible. I was told that the paperwork would require my company's president be present at Irvine Toyota for upto 1 hour and that they will try to reduce it as much as possible. However, I was told by my company president later that he had to spend almost three hours at the dealer lot to sign the lease papers for the truck. I am glad that he didn't say much at the time but I know the answer if he were to be approached for another truck lease. The rep I was dealing with said that it won't happen again and the truck will be delivered next time to my office, but the damage has been done already. I received the truck yesterday but later noticed that the extra ignition key does not work while the key FOB works with the truck. When contacted, the rep asked to bring the truck back so he could review and fix it. He offered a tank of gas for the mix-up. I am scheduled to go back to the lot this weekend and will update this review with my experience. Thanks

I made my purchase online through the fleet department with Jonathon. I spent time going back and forth with different dealers on pricing, and Jonathon gave me the best price. When I drove down my car was cleaned and waiting for me. The paperwork process was quick and easy, I will definitely go back to them for my next car. Jonathon really made my car buying experience enjoyable, I would definitely recommend him for your next purchase. My only small complaint is the customer service we received by the employees at the front desk when we arrived. There were four people sitting behind the desk, and when we asked for Jonathon they all acted like it wasn't their job to call for him. It took us going back to the desk 10 minutes after we got there to ask again for them to finally get him. I purchased the Prius V and I am loving it, especially my gas savings!!

I bought two cars from Power Toyota Irvine, Toyota Camry 2007 in 2006 and Classic Prius 2013 last Saturday. It was a great experience buying cars from this dealership. This dealership has a large inventory and offers the most completive price among a dozen of Toyota dealerships that I contacted including those in OC, LA and Inland Empire. The Saleswoman, Hong K. My husband and I can't say enough about how wonderful our salesman, Adel Gharibeh, was at Power Toyota of Irvine. He provided us with exceptional customer service. He definately exceeded our expectations regarding his knowledge of the Toyota products, and he was committed to getting us the car we wanted at the price we could afford. We appreciated that he was committed to helping us and did not pressure us since buying a car is stressful enough. That made us want to work with him. Need a particular car? Ask for Chris or Nick... NO ONE else. I will buy from them again. If you are financing, ask to speak with Kevin... He'll go to bat for you and is a genuinely nice guy. Note: Be prepared to get really low-balled on your trade-in though. Otherwise, not a bad place to buy from.

We have been Honda "loyalists" for years but we have to say, we are now big Toyota fans. Our sales guy Abdul took care of us the MINUTE we walked through their doors. We know how frustrating it has been for car-buying but this time, it was a great experience. Abdul was so patient and professional and understood our needs from the get-go. We actually tried another dealer but we came back that same night because of Abdul's hard work and patience. The Toyota Sienna is eveything we imagined it to be. We got the XLE model with Navigation/Bluetooth. It is very roomy and smooth to drive. All the new technology features are amazing - including the navigation and voice-recognition plus bluetooth connection including Entune apps, We just love our Sienna and it's perfect for a busy like us with 2 busy teenagers - driving them to and from activities is no longer a chore! We're actually looking forward to coming back for our first maintenance to say hi to our favorite car salesman Abdul! :)

This is the second car I've leased from Power Toyota in Irvine. The first time was in 2007. This time was just as pleasant an experience as the last. Andy was great and I never felt pressured to buy. Normally buying a car is as pleasant as a route canal procedure, HOWEVER, i can assure you that it was downright pleasant. Our salesperson Jonathan Yiao was informative, pleasant and worked with us in this whole process. We just purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry XLE with all the bells and whistles. Jonathan took the time not once but 2x (so far) to explain all the workings on the car. He is a plight and knowledgeable gentleman. We always deal with Power Toyota. Our Service Consultant Terri Cole is wonderful. We can call her at any time to help us out with some issue that we had on our older Toyota Avalon. GOOD JOB,, POWER TOYOTA. KEEP IT UP. We had a great experience at Power Toyota of Irvine. They had the vehicle we were looking for (2011 Toyota Sienna) at a fair price. Our salesperson, Shawn Miskinis, was great and worked with us to get the numbers we needed to make a deal. Kevin in finance was awesome and got us better financing than expected. The whole team at Power Toyota Irvine made an experience (buying a car) which is usually a major headache into a great overall experience. They were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is top notch. Shawn MIskinis knew our vehicle inside and out and gave us the run down on operations and programming before we left the dealership. He then followed up by email and phone two weeks later to make sure everything was going well and to see if we had any questions. No complaints. We love our car. I went in looking to lease the 2013 Prius C. I ended up leasing the regular 2013 Prius. Nick was very helpful and did everything he could to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. He also made sure that I got the vehicle that was going to be right for me and one that I really wanted. He was able to get lease down to a fair price. Power Toyota gave me a little less than what I wanted for the trade it, but it wasn't in the best condition so I didn't hold that against them. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I didn't have repairs necessarily, but I did have them put the paint and fabric protector on my car and I'm very unhappy with the sloppy job they did so now I have to go back and have it cleaned off! Wish it could've been done right the first time! However my experience with Roger and John was great and they are invested in their customers! I would defiantly purchase my next car with Power Toyota!!

My salesman was very cordial and polite. I had arranged financing before coming to dealer, so the process was pretty quick, except for the hard sell on the warrnanty offers by the finance manager, which I did not purchase or want to listen to the sales pitch. At pickup, I had to have them take car back for detailing, as the shipping protection wrap glue was still on the car....this should have been inspected prior to me coming to pick up car.

I recently bought a brand new Toyota Corolla Sport, which I love, and I'm so glad I went here. Don Robertson and Ephraim was there with me every step of the way, even showing me how to program my phone into the bluetooth car system and driving/following me to my uncle's house to have him cosign my paperwork (I have not so great credit so I needed a cosigner). They never gave me any hassle about it and really worked hard to get me into the car I wanted. A big thank you to Don, Ephraim, and the rest of the team!

FINALLY ONE DAY THE VEHICLE FAILED AND STOPPED COMPLETELY SO WE HAD AAA PICK IT UP AT OUR HOME TOWN AREA AND BRING IT TO pOWER TOYOTA IN IRVINE. WE LOOKED AT NEW CARS AND WHEN WE CAME BACK TO PICK UP THE 03 PRIUS WE SPENT THE DAY WITH BRICE IN SALES TEST DRIVING AND WORKING OUT THE DETAILS IN THE PURCHASE OF A NEW PRIUS. THE SALES DEPARTMENT STEPPED UP TO THE PLATE AND GAVE US A FAIR PRICE ON THE O3 PRIUS AND WE FELT VERY COMFORTABLE IN THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE DONE EVERYTHINGPOSSIBLE TO GIVE US A VERY FAIR DEAL SO WE BOUGHT THE NEW 2012 PRIUS C. We recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander from Power Toyota in Irvine. We started by shopping around online to various dealers. We decided to go with Power Toyota because of Steve Shurter and his fast response rate and knowledge on the vehicle we wanted. We were very happy we did!He made the buying process fast and friendly. He did not pressure us and offered the lowest possible inventory price he could. Steve was friendly and very accomadting to our needs. The vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, so he spent a lot of time searching to find it for us. I would recommend Steve to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. We very much enjoyed working with him and his can-do attitude and laid back style.

As I was looking for a new car for myself and family, I was able to narrow down between the choices between Honda Accord and Toyota Camry. In fact, I came too close to making a deal to take the Accord 2013, but with quite a few reservations, I decided to check out again the Camry 2012 at Power Toyota Irvine, and as Don Robertson meticulously showed me around and helped me select the right car, I would say I ve been VERY HAPPY with my decision to choose a Camry at Power Toyota Irvine this time. Don really was a nice and great saleman who was very courteous, knowledgeable and very accommodating to get me great deal with the car and its accessories at the dealership. I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback on the lease of our new Scion xB. On the positive, I thought the sales process was swift and trouble-free. Our salesman, Manny Moreno, did an excellent job highlighting the various Toyota/Scion options. He made our son's first 'car buying experience' both pleasant and exciting (my son doesn't have to pay the car note, so that helps). Manny also took the time to answer all questions and demonstrated all the features of the xB. On the less positive side, there were two issues:Within a week of getting the car, the "check engine" light came on. I brought the vehicle into the Service department and had to 'negotiate' a free loaner. Fortunately, Manny intervened and helped secure a loaner. The Service group was not able to pinpoint the cause of the "check engine" light and returned the vehicle to me. Approximately a week later, the vehicle produced the same fault code. This time, however, the entire transmission had to be replaced. We have owned or leased a Toyota/Scion since 1996, and this is the first time we have ever had such a major repair. It's particularly concerning since the vehicle had approximately 400 miles the first time it was brought to Service. The second issue is related to the accessories. At the time of lease, I had discussed the addition of the fog lamps and was told that I could add these after the paperwork was completed for the same cost as stated on the Scion website. I ordered the parts through your Parts department for approximately $320 (which was similar to the website), but was then told it would cost an additional $450 to install. Needless to say, I found this unacceptable, and with Manny's assistance, was able to get the installation cost reduced to $50. That said, as I consider additional accessories, I am struggling to understand why a loyal customer would consider purchasing the Toyota/Scion accessory (vs an aftermarket part) and have it installed at the dealership. I appreciate the opportunity to voice my experiences, and hope this input provides insight into improving the customer purchasing/servicing experience.

Hi Mike, My experience purchasing a car at Power Toyota Irvine was great. I had good trade-in and apply for my down payment. I really appreciated Mike and H.K. assisting me of purchasing my camry. Though this is not my original color I choose, which was Attitude Black, I still LOVE this Cosmic Grey color. Driving the new camry SE is outstanding. Very smooth driving and awesome Audio sound. The only thing was missing that this dealer does not offer Alarm system. That is too bad, though I purchased the Low Jack, I still need an alarm to deter thefts. I went to another Power Toyota Buena Park to get my alarm system setup.

I just recently bought a truck from here. the people were awesome. really nice and treated you add if you had been friends for a while. one negative things was once it came to signing they switched the deal on me and my payment ended up being 40$ more a month. not that bif of a difference but still kinda messed up that they didn't keep there side of the bargain.

Robert helped me to lease a Toyota Rav4 for my husband. It was a surprise for my husband. Robert went above and beyond in coming with me to my place to bring the car. He was more like a friend, I felt very comfortable purchasing this vehicle and confident that I was making a good decision. He took his time explaning all the car features, he helped my husband to connect his cell phone to the car so he could receive calls while driving hands free, he even helped me to do the same on my car that I bought a while ago but never got that kind of assistance. Not to mention that the Power Toyota was closed already past half hour and he was doing all those things for us. This was the best purchasing experience I have ever had....thank you Bob!!!! ....sorry I forgot to mentioned, Jeff was great too, he helped me with the contract and finance part.
