This was my first time buying at a dealer, and I was pretty nervous-you hear so many stories of high pressure sales, and I was going solo. I was absolutely blown away by how friendly, and low-pressure the process was! Tim Laurie took excellent care of me, asked me lots of questions to figure out what exactly I needed-the vehicle I left with wasn't what I had in mind when I went in, but it is actually the perfect vehicle for me. They know their inventory, they know the vehicles, and just by describing what I needed, he figured out what worked best for my needs. I'm completely satisfied. The reception staff was super friendly and helpful. The finance staff who helped me were very clear when explaining the details, and took the time to answer all my questions. Even the other dealers who weren't taking care of me were helpful and friendly! It helped to make the process stress free. I've had several follow up questions, and Tim has been available to answer every question, and even called to check in after the sale, to make sure I was happy and still loving my Escape. I highly recommend AutoNation Ford in Littleton.

it was like all car sales long and crazy. shouldn't take that long., and they still didn't show us any thing about the car. we left there not knowing how to turn on or off the wipers , no info about the radio or nothing. you would expect a little info as this was all new to us .

I had the best customer experience with AutoNation Littleton last night. Antonio was very courteous, professional, and patient when assisting me and fielding my questions. He went above and beyond and arranged a ride for me to the dealership as my old car was not running. Upon arrival I was taken care of and treated with the utmost respect and given an amazing deal. Searched all over the West coast for a new F350 with a snow plow package and these guys were the closest dealership with the highest rating on "Dealer Rater". I searched for the best dealership first and then the truck that I needed second and these guys came through. They actually had two identical F350's on their lot with everything I wanted in a new truck. Talk to Mahlon Whitehead in the Sales Department at AutoNation Littleton, Colorado. I'll save you the leg work and the negative experiences at other dealerships !! Sana Frakes in Finance is a professional as well ! It's worth the plane flight to deal with these guys !

I had a very positive experience at Autonation Ford. My sales associate, Dan, was very professional and easy to work with. The car I was interested had a dead battery and scratched side mirrors. They quickly put in a new battery and my mirror was replaced with new ones a few days later. I couldn't have been happier driving out in my new car.

The salesman, Tom Rettler, was very friendly and easy to deal with. He made the process smooth and, as these things go, pleasant. My only complaints are that for a cash sale the process still takes too long and the vehicle still had rain or car wash spots on the back window and outside mirrors after what was supposed to be a detailing. One would expect the car to be spotless after a new car detailing.

I really enjoyed the service I got from this dealer. However I was told that the car I was buying was certified pre owned but found out it really wasn't after all the paper work had already been signed. Although this isn't a big deal because I still like the vehicle I would have liked to know up front what kind of used car I was getting because I was really wanting the warranty that came with a CPO vehicle. However the facility and customer service was great. Would still recommend this ford dealer to anybody looking for a new or used car. Marcus did a great job helping us and was really friendly.

I purchased a 2015 Explorer from Cata last year, yesterday I brought a coworker of mine in who was looking for a car after his broke down. I live almost an hour away but had such a good experience last time I felt it was worth the drive and my friend trusted me I wasn't going to take him somewhere he'd get taken. They didn't disappoint. Cata wasn't there when we arrived and I didn't have an appointment so his partner Antonio jumped in to help. He took great care of my friend showing him anything he wanted. Cata later arrived and they collectively ensured Chris walked away happy and in his new Mustang GT! Typically car salesman compete and fight over sales, these guys at Autonation have got it right...take care of the customer! I drove all the way from northern Colorado to look at a used Mustang as I have not had much luck with NoCo Ford dealerships in the past, and this search. I was beginning to think that it was all ford dealerships in General that lacked concern for selling me a car. I WAS WRONG. AutoNation Ford Littleton was a quick, pleasant and professional experience. So professional in fact that I ended up buying a much newer model Mustang than I had planned. I had no choice, AutoNation Ford Littleton offered me a reasonable price trade on an old Porsche when other Ford dealerships refused to even accept it as a trade. My wife and I arrived at the dealership with the intention of looking at used cars because we were in the market to replace ours, which was 16 yrs old. Our saleman greeted us in a very friendly and non-pushy manner. He asked what our budget was and then proceeded to tell us that he had the exact car we were interested in (within our budget), but that it was a brand new 2016. We took it for a test drive and loved it! It was the color and model we wanted and had loads of extra features included that we never thought we'd get in a used model. Recently took my very old Ford Escape in to check for a leak. Went into shock on what the techies found needed to be done to make the car safe again. I asked if a salesperson would be able to put my situation into perspective (fix old car or buy a new one). Bob Messmore drove up to meet me and we talked for hours about every little thing. My wife and I walked into Autonation Ford in Littleton today and have never had such a terrible experience! We explained to Zack that we were not able to buy today because we were refinancing and will close in a week, then we will be purchasing a new explorer. We wanted to drive and get a feel for which model of the explorer that we would choose, and make a choice today so we wouldn't have to go through all of the red tape when we purchase in a week. Zack gave us an extremely arrogant attitude and told us that this is retail and that he doesn't make money unless we buy today, he wouldn't look at me, just my wife! He said he has a family to feed. I guess his family only needs to eat this week, not next week? I explained to him that how we are treated today will determine where we buy the explorer and who we buy it from! He was the epidemy of an old school slimy used car salesman. We will take our business elsewhere! We will NEVER return to that dealership again and I wanted everyone possible to know the type of treatment we received at Autonation Ford Littleton! This does not mean that all auto sale people are slimy, however first impression means everything! Never again!

Bob was so incredible in helping me get into my Ford Fusion that my fiance fell in love with my car and was convinced by the way I spoke of Bob that she needed (wanted) a new car too. 5 days later, Bob helped my fiance into her first SUV and she is in love with her new Ford Escape. We were shopping for a an older model 4 x 4 used car and received very efficient and professional service from Dan Cutter at AutoNation Ford in Littleton, CO. After promptly replying to our internet enqiury, he was well prepared for our meeting at the dealership and showed us cars that met our requirements and suited our budget. Once we had chosen a vehicle, the purchase process was smooth and all the issues on the service check had been addressed when we took delivery of the car. As buyers unfamiliar with the local market, we really appreciated the low key approach and sound advice provided by Dan and other AutoNation Associates.

Bob Messmore Was very knowledgable and patient. He made our experience pleasant and fun. When we left the dealership we felt well informed and completely satisfied with our choice. In fact we liked Bob so much that we went back a shortly thereafter and bought another car. Even though the following questions said that I could choose from 1-10 fie my ranking, but it only went as high as 5. I rated Everyine a 5 but would have given them 10s if u Could have.

This place is a joke. I bought a used car from here in September. After getting my car detailed to take it home, the dealership lost my main key to the car. We went back to get a new key and they tried to send us home with a key that all the buttons did not work. Not only that it took 3 additional months for them to make it right. I finally got a key that works. I called the sales manager and also the general manager. I never received any follow up or calls back from the general manager. I would advise against this place. The sales manager Mark Perez was rude and did not care that he got us a key that did not work. Also when the key guy came to fix the broken key he stated that he told the sales man that the key didn't work and claims that Mark said it was okay and that the customer did not care. I'm not sure why I would not care if the replacement key did not work all the way. I bet the key that was lost all the buttons worked on that key. Anyways, this was my first car that I ever bought and this experience was the worst. I will never ever buy a car from this place or recommend to any of my family or friends.

I have been looking at a Ford Fusion for the past three years since I first viewed them at the Denver Auto Show. Since then I have been checking out all the information that I was able to get my hands on. I finally put one together with all the features I liked and went to Auto Nation and sat down with Abraham and ordered a new car which would be to my liking. When it arrived I was more than happy, especially with the color, Bronze Fire. Since I brought the new car home I have read sections of the manual several times and I allmost have most everything figured out. My final analysis is: I LOVE THIS CAR.

Scott won me over with his direct, but mellow affect. I hate pressure sales, so it was a relief for someone to just be straightforward and readily available to answer my questions rather than try to push my thinking in any certain direction. Scott went above and beyond to make the whole process easier on me. Sana was also very helpful through a stressful financial process that included a frustrating banking mistake. My first impression of the dealership was that it was "typical" to most-aggressive sales people meeting you on your step out of your car, pretending to meet your needs while convincing you to meet theirs-however, my experience with Scott made me glad I went back. My car seems awesome so far, and I felt like I got a good deal.

If you are looking to purchase a car from AutoNation Ford in Littleton then I strongly suggest that you contact Yemane Abraham. He was fantastic. The price point on the 2014 Ford Focus was great so there was little negotiation necessary and Abraham was willing to discuss all options and prices. There was no pressure and his flexibility was great.

I normally deal with CarMax, because I don't not like dealerships. Bob and Paul turned that around. Very please with the customer service and would recommend this dealership to anyone. I bought over the last few years 2 Ford Explorers from Bob Messmore at Autonation. I really enjoyed his no nonsense approach and getting to my desired deal. I do most of the research for my vehicle and pretty much know exactly what I want and have researched enough to know my best deal. Each time, Bob was able to just make the deal happen without any haggling other than him presenting the deal to his GM Paul. If you know what you want or don't and want a straight up salesman Bob is the guy to see at Autonation. I don't recommend all deals to go the way mine did, but I bought my car over the phone on a Saturday evening at 8:30 and Bob had it ready and the deal done for Monday AM. I always give Bob a shout when I'm in the market and so far Bob and his GM Paul keep winning my service!

Let's just say if they don't have it you don't need it. The staff is prompt courteous and easy to work with. I would recommend anyone to go there. It is well worth your time.

I bought a used 2015 Ford F350, I searched for weeks to find the best possible deal my search ended at Auto Nation Ford where I met Bob Messmore. Once I met Bob he showed me my vehicle he was not pushy in trying to get me to buy. I have bought 20-30 trucks over the last decade and would say Bob was one of the best sales representatives I have worked with. I would highly recommend buying from Bob in the future.

I have traded in a lot of vehicles my entire life just like everyone else, but this is the firs time I have encountered the issue I had with AutoNation Ford Littleton CO in regards to paying off my trade.The issue was that approximately 3 weeks after I took possession of the new car, I received a bill in regards to the vehicle I traded in letting me know I still had a balance, the balance was very minimal $31.00, so I said to call AutoNation Ford Littleton CO. Long story short, I called the finance manager (Joe Staub) at AutoNation Littleton CO and his excuse was that the trade paid off when forwarded to him was good only for 4 days, so he put the blame on his sales rep (Bob Messmore) and I for not giving him more time.I called the financing company and they told me that when they offer a paid off it is normaly good for 14 days or more, and that they normally work things out with dealers if they need more time. That the finance manager (Joe Staub) was clearly not giving me the right information. So I called Joe again and he just continued blaming Bob and I for not giving him enough time.I wanted to put this issue to rest so I paid the bill that after a month of going back and forth with the dealer ended up being $32.67, not a lot but I didn't see how this was my responsibility.I guess this was my first and last visit to Autonation Littleton CO. Furthermore, I will make sure I speak about this every time I have the opportunity with family and friends. To be fair the sales rep Bob Messmore was excellent , it was the finance manager that screwed it up, didn't own up to it and put the blame on me and his sales rep. Very childish and not a good approach long term.

Everyone at AutoNation Ford in Littleton was so helpful and accommodating. We were just checking out the options of leasing a Ford and were not planning on making a decision the day we came in. However we saw the vehicle we wanted and the staff made it so easy to make that decision we leased it on the spot. And we are so happy we did. We love our new Ford Escape Titanium in Ruby Red!

This is the second Ford we've bought from Autonation. We bough a 2013 Frosted Glass Ford Escape and Robert and all the staff at Autonation are very professional, friendly and accommodating. 2005 Ford Excursion Limited. The sales person I worked with was very helpful. The dealer ship was in Colorado and I live in Minnesota. Communication was good which was a must when you are dealing long distance. I had the truck inspected by a third party since I was not able to look at the vehicle myself. A few minor things were discovered but nothing I couldn't live with. In hind sight I wish I would have had those issued fixed by the dealer before the truck was shipped to me. I have a feeling they may end up being more complicated to fix than I had anticipated which will cost who knows how much $. I was also surprised when I received the truck that it still had pet hair in it from the previous owner. The truck obviously had not been detailed before shipping. That as very disappointing.

Here we go... So my daughter ended up with a totaled vehicle after she almost had her 2012 Fiesta paid off. Fortunately she is ok and we keep telling her "the car did its job by protecting you". Needless to say she was beyond upset with the situation and with the length of time it took the collision center and insurance companies to settle up with her. She did figure out eventually that her old car was being totaled and that she would need to start the arduous process of looking for another vehicle. Already being upset with the situation she found a previously enjoyed Ford Fiesta at AutoNation Ford that she wanted to go look at. She first called to verify the vehicle was there and to schedule a time to further inspect the vehicle. Antonio (Tony) Gashani answered her call and continued working with her/us for the entire process. Not only was Tony genuinely sympathetic to the situation but he was very determined to get my daughter into something both financially feasible and fun for her to own. She ended up picking another Ford Fiesta (because she enjoyed the previous one so much) but not the previously enjoyed model that she originally went to look at. Instead Tony was able to get her into a 2014 brand new Fiesta at a phenomenal discount that made it even more practical to own that her last car! But wait there's more... So now that she has the vehicle all picked out the finance director Nate Wallace and Tony were able to hang onto the new car for 2 weeks while my daughter was waiting for the insurance company to settle with her financially. So not only did they provide amazing customer service throughout the entire experience, they went above and beyond by getting her such an amazing deal and holding the vehicle for that long. Incredible...I am not an old man but I have been around to have purchased several vehicles from several different types of dealers and individuals. NEVER have I had such an incredible overall experience purchasing a vehicle.Tony: Thank you so much for all of your assistance. Not only were you knowledgeable but you also handled the situation beautifully. Because of you my daughter went from a horrible situation to a very positive situation where she is excited to have a newer, more affordable vehicle. Recently bought a used 2008 Lincoln MKX. As anyone with kids know, taking them to buy a car is not an ideal situation but we came in tow with our almost 3 year old and 6 month. Bob was awesome! Helped us so much not just with cars but keeping are antsy toddler busy. Printed him iron man pictures to color and even let him sit on one of the motorcycles- translation is best day ever if you're 3! Besides that, he helped us find the right car for us and helped me keep my eager husband in price control. When we took the car home we realized the AC was not working and called the dealership. We were met with absolutely the best care- they fixed the issue, gave me a loaner car for the interim, and a mechanic even held my baby for me while I transferred car seats which he would have done but had no idea how. Bottom line is we would definitely come back to them for our next car.

We had a great experience working with Bob and the team at Autonation Ford. We appreciate all the extra effort and time put in by their sales staff and the used car recon team to make sure our car buying experience was as enjoyable and smooth as possible. The Lincoln MKX was delivered very clean (full of gas) and running great. A very small issue with the AC was handled quickly and courteously by their team.We would not hesitate to recommend our friends to this dealership and will likely look for our next car there as well.

I showed up to buy a 2014 F150. I had a time crunch when I first met with him. He got me out to road test the V8 and the Ecoboost engines in 2 trucks and I wasn't late for my date with my wife. Ultimately I bought a Ford Focus ( I know a huge switch!) on a follow up visit. Again I had to get it done during my lunch break. Bob was like a man in motion from the minute I called him to tell him I was on my way. The whole interaction was fast, comfortable and honest. He worked me a deal I'm really happy with. Go see Bob for a solid experience.

I swore I would never buy a new car and yet here I am driving a 2015 Ford Focus!! I've been a fan of Ford since I bought my first Focus in 2002, it was a 2000 ZTS and I LOVED it so much that I knew I had to have another one when the time came. I was referred by a friend to go see Yemane Abraham at AutoNation. I was not disappointed! He is nothing but patient, informative, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure he knew what I was looking for, and what was actually realistic for me and my budget. Absolutely NO PRESSURE to buy anything! After running all the numbers, and he ran them every which way he possibly could, buying vs. leasing, new vs. used.....it just made sense to buy new. I am so appreciative that he showed me several different payment options and allowed me to take the time to review and decide which direction I felt was best for me. I test drove several vehicles to see if I liked the new changes Ford has made on their products. They have made some serious strides in 15 years! Littleton Ford was the first dealership that I visited...not really knowing what I wanted to buy. I was trading in my Raptor (sad!!!) for something more practical and a lower payment. My wife wanted to trade in her Armada so that we could save on gas and payment. The problem was that the Armada was severely underwater, so our situation was difficult. Andrew introduced himself to me and allowed me to take many cars home to show my wife. I bought a Taurus SHO on Thursday and on Friday, Paul (Andrew's sales manager) let my wife drive a new Explorer home for the weekend. By Saturday, however, my conscience was getting to me and I was doubting my decision about the Taurus (great car but not practical). I tried more cars on Saturday and Monday and deceided to exchange the Taurus under the 3 day return policy (not a problem). Andrew and Paul wanted to make sure that we had the cars that fit us best; however, with the Armada so upside down, Paul really had to work the numbers and find the cars that we wanted but also could absorb the deficit. The dilligent work of Andrew, Paul, and the General Manager allowed us to get a 2015 Ford F150 and 2015 Explorer...I forget to mention that our credit was not very good due to a recent short sale of a house. THEY GOT US 0% for 72 months!!!...Amazing!!! When it came time for financing, Toma was very polite and had a good sense of humor. The General Manager, Robert McMann, personally made sure that we were satisfied. He is a good man, and I can tell that he treats his employees with respect. I highly recommend these guys. They have integrity and honor and that is most important when dealing with this type of transaction.

Started with a call to the dealer to inquire about a lease special that was advertised. Spoke with Sal who told me that the vehicle had already been sold. However, he asked us to come in since he had other good deals available. When we arrived, Sal was very busy with other customers. Instead of making us wait, he got Roman to help us immediately. We only had to wait about 2 minutes. He had a new Escape ready for us to test drive and started the paperwork on the trade while we were on the drive. We were able to come to a deal quickly with the help of the sales manager (Chris) who went over and above to make us happy. While we were waiting for the paperwork to get processed and to get to financing, Roman had the new Escape filled with gas and completely washed and detailed. Since it was a very busy day, we did have to wait for about an hour to get to financing, but they did have fresh cappuccinos and TV for us while we waited. Once we got to financing, the process was smooth and efficient. The finance manager (Sana) was pleasant and thorough with the whole process. We are very satisfied with our experience and will use them again for any future needs.

I walked into this Autonation with a chip on my shoulder after having visited too many used car dealerships. After talking with Andrew & Paul, I felt confident that my needs would be taken care of. I very clearly explained exactly what it was I needed, and made it clear I was not willing to compromise. There's no way I made their job easy, but they impressed me with their patience and expertise. I've never had a more pleasant experience with a dealer.

Having just moved to Denver from New Orleans I had a very unique situation with my trade being in LA. Paul and the entire crew over at Autonation did a great job working with my situation both before and after the vehicle purchase. They are very upfront with pricing, there first price will be there best price. Will definitely buy my next Ford form Autonation Ford in Littleton if I am still in Denver. While shopping for vehicle went to a few other dealers, Paul was able to put me in a car I was happy with and at the right price.

I have purchased several cars and it has always been a painful experience. This was not the case with AutoNation Littleton. The staff was friendly and they answered my questions directly rather than "beating around the bush". I was given straightforward pricing and every question I had was answered honestly and thoroughly. There have been times in the past where I have become annoyed with my car buying experience and would leave the dealership angry and without a car. Car buying should be a happy event and not one that leaves you mad. Thankfully, I found AutoNation along with Paul and Bob. They were an awesome team and I left with a smile on my face and more importantly, a new car! Thanks guys!

Found the vehicle I was looking for through Truecar.com. I was contacted by Bob Messmore within about 15 minutes of showing that I was interested in looking at the vehicle. I was very surprised at how timely their response was. I set up an appointment to check it out and Bob was ready with the vehicle close by, and was quick to tell me how fun the car was to drive. We test drove the vehicle and I was sold. I talked to Bob about what I needed my monthly payments to be and he was very helpful in accommodating my needs. Overall I did not feel pressured or rushed and the whole experience was great, and I feel that Bob was very professional and courteous.

Paul Pfeiffer was a great sales person. He listened to what I wanted and treated me with respect. He got me the deal I wanted. This dealership is not like most where they tell you one thing to get you in the door and come back with something completely different. We agreed on a deal and that is what was on paper at the end. Paul Pfeifer was tremendously helpful from the first phone call. I used TrueCar.com and he contacted me within minutes providing me with a vehicle that fit our specifications and an offer that was too good to pass up. Overall work was completed as discussed. 5,000 mile service and also a recall on my new 2015 F-150. The one item that would have been very nice since this was my first service was a quick wash. At lease on the inside the way Grease Monkey's does. This will set you apart from your competition.

Was very impressed with my sales representative, Brian Olson. He took the time to really listen to my needs and offered solutions to meet them. I appreciated the fact we looked at Kelley Blue Book for both the my car and the car I was considering. It made the negotiation process much easier and I felt comfortable with my decision to buy a certified used car that met needs. I found Brian to be very personable and helpful but not pushy. I felt I was dealt with fairly by all the staff. Nate in Finance was helpful and informative. Being somewhat technically challenged, I returned to the agency the next day to obtain some help in synching up my phone, Sirius XM, and navigation system. Bob Messmore came to my rescue and even helped me call Sirius XM to transfer my service from the old vehicle I'd traded in to the new vehicle or obtain a refund. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

I stopped in at AutoNation and Max greated me - said I was browsing. I asked a question about an Expedition and he answered it. Gave me his card and left me alone. He was knowledgeable and courteous - the whole reason I came back to purchase my 2015 Ford Explorer.Unfortunately, Max was unavailable due to a family emergency. Antonio "Tony" Gashani met me with the same courteous and respectful attitude. Everyone was respectful of my time and knew I didn't have to be 'sold'. I was able to test drive and take the car for a day - without a huge production. This is how I like to be treated - it works for me. The team sensed how I wanted to go through the process and respected that - again, no over-selling or time wasting. Paul killed it.I walked in with my USAA game on, through the crowd of other salesman, knowing who to look for. After I was directed to his desk, I told him I wanted to test drive the Focus ST. He made copies of my papers and let me take a drive. I felt no pressure at all. After the drive, I was sold. I picked the car I wanted, set up a date and time to pick it up, and was on my way home. An added bonus was the feeling at ease that I had just talking cars with Paul. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything or anything I didnt want. I saved more $$ than was promised through my USAA Car-buying service quote. (Other local Ford dealer savings werent even half of what I saved at Autonation.) Its not often that one can admit to enjoying a car-buying experience. Kudos to Paul!

I got a new escape for 1,000 bucks cheaper than another ford dealer wanted for a used escape with 39,000 miles with all the same features. From the front desk to the guy that brought my car around I was treated like a friend instead of a warranty customer. I would recommend your shop to anyone who needs auto work. I have always hated buying cars because I don't like spending all day negotiating prices & sitting around waiting for the paper work & the car prep. But working with Paul through email allowed me to ask all my questions & explain what I wanted & find the car & get the final price all set up before I even had to go to the dealers. It was AMAZING!! And Paul was very concerned that all the details I wanted were included. In fact, I got additional options that weren't on my original requirements list at a lower price than what I had previously been quoted from others. Because there was remodeling at the dealership going on, there were 2 items that had to be ordered & added in after I got the car & Paul was terrific in following up & returning calls & emails. (I really dislike it when people don't respond to calls/emails). All in all a wonderful experience.

On my first visit to Auto Nation - Littleton, Co I met David Pohl and the Quick Lube manager named Phil. Dave (and Phil) were very helpful with fixing the problem I came to them with. I have been back for both my 2004 Ford Escape and my 2002 Nissan Xterra a few times since. Dave remembers my first visit and he always greets me in a friendly manner. I used the Truecar purchasing service and instantly my phone rang and rang and continued to ring, than came an email with no phone call it was from Mr Pfeifer, out of the 3 dealerships I selected Paul was the only one to read my comments where I stated that I prefer email and no calls please. We did everything via email and text, I showed for my scheduled appointment, my new car was ready for me as well was my paperwork. I contacted Paul Pfeifer about my Excursion before I moved from Las Vegas. I told him i was very interested but i wouldn't be able to come check it our for a couple weeks due to the fact i hadn't moved out there yet. This wasn't an issue. He held the truck for me and bent over backwards to make us happy. the truck was everything he said it was and more. He even reimbursed me when i got a second key made sense one of the keys magically disappeared. hands down the best car guy around.

I went on-line to search for a new truck and was in contact with Mr. Paul Pfeifer within 30 minutes. Paul and I met up later that day and I explained what my ideal truck would be. Paul immediately went to look through his inventory and located "the truck". Paul was up front, honest, and very knowledgeable of the product line. Paul displayed a very high level of ethics and integrity. We were always on the same page throughout the process. After my purchase was complete, Paul spent quite some time with me going over all the features of the truck, especially the Sync system. Outstanding buying experience with Ed Rizza. Ordered a new truck and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. The day the truck was ready he made sure that it was exactly what I wanted and that I was completely happy. Robert McMann was superb creating a mutually beneficial deal for a new lease on a 2014 F-150 FX4 and purchasing my old vehicle. Lawrence Maxwell (Max) is an excellent salesman, provides diligent follow-up contact with me to ensure service and satisfaction after the sale. Traded my Jeep for a 4runner. I went through USAA. If USAA says they're good, they're good. I don't like to hang around for a long time, I like to get right to business when I want to make a deal. The 3 for facilities is only because there is construction and they are in a temporary building that was cold. Salesman, Dan was great. He was very polite and respectful. To start, the only reason I gave facilities an average score is because they are in the middle of a remodel. My vehicle was totaled and I needed a new car in a relatively short amount of time. I sent out a few email inquiries. I wanted a very specific car and color. The first dealership, which shall remain nameless, replied multiple times without letting me know that the car I was inquiring about had hail damage. Each response was trying to get me into the dealership. I work a lot of hours. Between this, trying to settle up things with insurance because of the accident, going to the chiropractor, etc... my time is valuable and I was trying to do as much legwork online as possible. Lawrence from Autonation had responded also. His response indicated that they had the car I wanted in stock but also quoted me what I considered to be a low price compared to other prices I had seen for the same car. When I went in he was very nice. I ended up having to lease vs buy the get the payments where I needed them. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. The gentleman in finance was friendly and had a good sense of humor, which was nice because at this point it was becoming a long day and I was getting a little tired.Overall a very good experience.

I am pleased with working with a car dealership that listens for a change. Made a trip with the Escape already but was not inpressed with the gas milage. Bucking winds of 40 to 60 mph I wonder if that might be part of the problem. Great ride for both ways and am so happy, for the deal as well I was treated. I won't rate the facilities because they are going thorough rebuilding process right now. The entire purchase process was a very good experience. Me only moment of concern was that there was no second key fob with the vehicle. Kevin and the sale side worked with the service department to satisfactorily resolve the issue.

We were referred to this Dealership for this specific vehicle by the USAA Buying Service. The entire experience -- from meeting our representative (Mr. Roman Romero) to inspecting/test driving the Ford F150 truck to completing the paperwork once we decided to purchase it -- was remarkably low key and pleasant. There was no pressure salesmanship, but cooperative and friendly discussion about the vehicle and the purchase terms. We have purchase many vehicles over the years and this was by far the most pleasant and efficient experience we have ever had. We are extremely pleased with the process and the cooperative approach taken by the dealership to correct a few minor hail damage issues as part of our agreement.The other members of the sales team were very cordial, friendly, and willing to go out of their way to assist us with getting the paperwork completed efficiently and correctly the first time. 11/21/14 - My wife and I were looking to purchase a new Ford Fiesta as a 2nd vehicle to our aging 2006 Pontiac Torrent. I researched internet prices and spoke with internet salesman Mark Huff. He was responsive and extremely helpful. After a face-to-face meeting and test driving the Fiesta, my wife and I decided we were looking for a somewhat larger vehicle. Mark suggested a 2014 Ford Focus, which was literally $600 more in cost. Looking to finance the vehicle for 5-6 years, Mark was able to demonstrate the added cost to value was really a no brainer. Mark provided my wife and I with a completely zero-pressure / 100% learning, car buying experience. It was obvious he and his General Manager, Robert McMann, were committed to finding us the right car at a price point I could afford in my budget. In my opinion, I came away with a new appreciation for the difficult expectations a car buyer can sometimes place on a person who is trying to make a living selling automobiles. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark Huff or his General Manager, Robert McMann if you are seeking a new Ford product.

This is the 3rd Ford truck that I have purchased and the 2nd from AutoNation Ford Littleton. Every one of the sales staff that I have been introduced to have been very professional and courteous and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the workings of the vehicle. The Navigation package was very new to me and my sales person Gil was well informed and trained on the workings of the system. This made me feel very comfortable about the new F-150. If you are looking for a new Ford car or truck, the only place to go is AutoNation Ford Littleton and speak to Kris Strub - Sales Manager or Gil Montellano - Salesman and you will be treated with respect.

Also I was opted out of the oil change deal cause were I live. Overall the deal was fast and personable but not great enough for me to go out of my way to buy another car at auto nation ford

I have to say I very rarely write reviews but under the circumstances it is warranted. I purchased a 2014 Ford F350 Platinum in late 2013 on the Ford X-Plan. The purchase was excellent however the troubles didn't start until service time! I try to stay loyal to where I purchase a vehicle with exception of now! I changed my tires from the Stock 34" x 20 tires to 35" x 20 actually they are only 0.74" taller same rims, but since that was done they have refused to rotate them at service time because they claim they are oversize. I have since taken it to three other local dealer and all of them have rotated them at the scheduled service dates with no mention. I have found out from other Littleton Ford patrons that they have the same issue or that they claim to rotate them and do not. I even had a friend mark his tires, then ask if they were rotated and they claimed that they did, however the photos of the marked tires suggest otherwise. I would be skeptical of the Littleton Ford Quick Lube.

Beginning with Anwar Siddiqi, the experience we received at AutoNation Ford of Littleton was first class. Anwar spent a good deal of time with us (on a very busy day at the dealership) getting to know what needs and wants we had for a vehicle. We looked at many trucks with various options and packages and ended up choosing a brand new F-150 with a better package than we anticipated getting. After Anwar had found a vehicle that suited our needs and wants, he and his sales manager worked aggressively WITH us (not against) to get inside our budget. We walked away happy and are still happy. We give Anwar Siddiqi and AutoNation Ford of Littleton our highest recommendation.

We just bought a new 2013 C Max SEL. Got very good deal and decent trade in amount. I recieved a follow up call from the salesperson Wednesday. We chatted and told him how much I liked the car. then I asked him what he thought about bring the car back to Autonation to have the engine oil changed. He asked "why?". I reminded him the car, while new and never registered was a year and so was it's oil. He thought about for a bit and said 'well it's probably not a bad idea". I then said "after all, the car was in minus 20 and over 100 degree weather over the course of it in the sales lot". He agreed and said he'd call me back. 3 minutes later, he called back and told be to bring it in when ever I could and go the express service. So I arrive at ES. I talk to the person there and tell him my situation and why I wanted the oil changed at the few hundred miles on the odometer. He took my fob (no keys on a C Max) and I sat down in their lobby. After noticing that my car was sitting just outside (no said anything me that it was ready) I walked up to the counter. He proudly told me that "the oil was fine. Levels were good and you're all set". I remined him that I asked for the oil to be changed. After all "when Ford does a warrant item it's by millege OR time, doesn't it?" Then a service appeared and told he check or tested the oil. I asked "what do you mean by that? Did you touch a sample to test strip or what? Did you smell it to see if it smelt burnt?" He said he looked at it and it was fine. At this point I'd already WASTED an hour and half. As you can imagine I was attacting attention. They then offered to change the oil. That was the whole point of me coming into the dealership. Oh, and let me mention that as part of the purchase, oil and filter changes were free. So I got found the service technicion that oil/fluid 'service" isn't necessarily a change of those fluids. Avoid Autonation's service, at least ther so called "Express Service" department

Though I marked the facilities with 5 stars, they are in the process of renovating the building and were using a temporary "tent", but you would hardly even know it. I worked with Bob Messmore who really does know his cars. I expected the typical pushy sales guy but didn't get that experience at all. I typically walk into a dealer with more knowledge on my desired car than the sales buy by doing some reading in advance. Bob knew all there was to know. I ever tried all the little dealers with no luck because I had no credit established. Also, being a server, my income was hindering my ability to buy anywhere. Just when I was about to give up...Doe at AutoNation Ford, pulled back her sleeves and went to work and found me a lender that was willing to finance me. She got me into a car payment I was able to afford and a car that I love soo much, I can't stop driving it. Don't waste your time running your credit everywhere else like I did hoping someone will finance you, AutoNation Ford in Littleton is your one stop shop!!! Never have I been treated so poorly. I started out emailing a salesman about a vehicle. In our emails we came to a negotiation on a used vehicle. This was on Thursday. On Saturday I called to make sure the vehicle was still available. The same salesman I was dealing with said yes, come on down to take a look and test drive. I packed up my three kids and wife drove a half hour to the dealership. When I got there the person I was dealing with was busy and got another salesman for me. Guy number 2 goes to get the car, comes back and says it's in the shop so you can't test drive it. I asked why was I told to come down to make the deal, his response was you can buy it but can't test drive it. Who in their right mind buys before a test drive? I get frustrated and walk out. On my way out I ask for a sales manager. He walks over, I explain the situation and he goes to retrieve the car. In the whole process he offers no sympathy, not even an apology. He brings out the car and sets me up with another salesman. Guy number 3 says we can go on the test drive but we can't buy the vehicle. I'm furious now and leave the dealership. I get home and guy number 1 calls me asking why I left without the vehicle. I explain he says he will talk with his manager about it. I ask that his manager call me back with an apology. I also state that the only way I would but the vehicle now is if they offer it for 2000 under the listed price. He calls me back and says yes, the manager agrees and to come back. I tell him the earliest I can is Monday morning. He said no problem. Monday morning I get a call saying don't come down vehicle was sold. In summary, I was lied to several times by 3 different people. Treated as if my money wasn't good enough and offered no apology from the manager. Never will I buy from here.

I just stopped buy to get some answers after looking at all the lots on Sundays (don't like dealing with salespeople) after this experience I don't feel the need to do that any more. Yemane was awesome and very patient. If you are even considering buying a car see these guys.

I must say - I had put off this purchase for quite a while as I dreaded the process, the games the "deals" etc. I spent 1.5 hrs the first day test driving different Escapes to see what I wanted. Toma Neagu was very helpful & knowledgeable. No pressure! After I decided what I wanted - we spoke via phone, then I went back the next day to put a deposit down as they were retrieving the Escape I wanted from Albuquerque. Did all the paperwork - spent only another 1.5 hrs. Kevin Laurie "delivered" my car two days later - spent much time with me showing me the features of the car and especially how to use the cool SYNC features! The only negatives I have are that I felt a bit pushed to get a color I would not have chosen -a sudden extra charge for my original choice - and not being introduced to the Service Department. I have 2 years service included but no knowledge of procedures or how to get into service at all. They are in the midst of renovation so that probably had something to do with the lack of the service department visit. I was absolutely thrilled with my deal, the time it took, the lack of games and the short time for the entire process.

After shopping at many dealerships and dealing with very "aggressive" dealers, I decided to go with AutoNation Ford Littleton. I was on a budget for buying a reliable SUV after me and my wife had a baby. Our car guy was Toma Neagu, and he was more then helpful. First, he was never "pushy" or "in the face" trying to make us buy a car from them. He was very knowledgeable about different type of cars, and he found the perfect one for us. It fitted our expectations and our budget. We looked at at least 10 vehicles and he was always patient and informative about every one of it. We decided to go with a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder, which looked spotless. Since my wife was at home with the baby, Toma offered to come to our house so she can sign the papers. Hard to find customer service like that these days. Our car buying experience was easy and great.

Wonderful sales person Doe Snyder in special financing , she took the time to explain everything in detail and was very friendly and helpful. I didn't think she could get me financed but she worked her magic and got me in a decent car at a great monthly payment. I just cant say enough about her, she even picked me up from my home so that I could take delivery when I was ready. The only problem I had was the condition of the vehicle I bought, when I took delivery it was dark out so I really couldn't see inside of it. The next morning I went out to go to work and to my surprise the inside of this vehicle was very DIRTY!!!! It wasn't vacuumed or even wiped down the inside had dirt on the dash, in the cup holders and the cargo area was dirty also, not a happy camper, the vehicle came from another dealership close by but if that's what they send them out looking like I will shop in the morning instead.

I received a quick response when I submitted my request. When I went to look at the car, the salesperson was not their so they were quick to provide us another person. He lacked knowledge of the car, which in fairness to him, it was a Ford dealership and we were buying a used 2013 Chevy. We were told It hadn't been detailed because it just came in but would be when we are ready to purchase. When we ended up buying the car, a "detail" meant vacuumed. We had to thoroughly clean the windows on the inside. The stickers the dealer put on left it gummy and many fingerprints. We were also told they topped off fluids and they checked oil levels. This must have meant opening the hood for us and looked at the fluids. When we got it home, we realized it needed to be serviced so we had to schedule to get the car serviced as it was at 11 percent of oil life. I have to admit, it has been many years since I've purchased a used car so lessons learned. The car is nice and we're happy we purchased, just a little disappointed with having to get it serviced immediately. Oh, the dealer had scheduled a "complimentary" service for August which will have to be cancelled since it won't be due for another until later in the year after the one I schedule.

I found this vehicle online and was only able to test drive at night which the sales person was available to accommodate . The vehicle was in great shape and the purchase process was smooth. Worst experience ever. I was using the autotrader.com instant trade-in feature and they tried to rip me off by about $1700. They even used the old "let me get my manager" routine. I ended up at Planet Honda where they actually offered me more than the instant trade-in quote. I was just shocked that these bozos are still using the same old used car con men techniques...save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

He gave me to Gill who found the car I described and had it ready for me to drive. They worked around my schedule and truly negotiated an acceptable price. I've been researching and pricing new diesel trucks for about a year now and decided to purchase a new FORD F350 Platnium. I've purchased many new vehicles to include Toyota's and Fords. Overall experience, was terrible! The salesman did not know anything about the vehicle and kept telling me inaccurate statements like...I asked about AutoStart and he said it did not have it but he would sell me one for $400. Only to find out later, that it does have AutoStart. He told me that he would send my truck through 120 checkpoint inspection...only to not get the paperwork that it was done. Then he told me that he would send the truck through the detail shop...only to find out that they did nothing. The previous owner had given the dealership a box full of accessories that were partly there. There was a power chip box with no powerchip...I assume that someone at the dealership took it. It was overall misleading and I felt very frustrated with the whole experience. Now let's talk about the application for credit...I had already been approved through Bellco, the dealership wanted me to fill out a 2nd application for them and I refused. The manager came to me and told me that I had to sign the new application and I refused. Then the person in finance told me I needed to fill out application...again refused. Only to find out that they had the information needed if they had only logged into Bellco. My suggestion, if you are going out for the experience for new or used vehicles, I would never shop at this dealership. Signed Very Frustrated!!!

I would highly recommend these people and Autonation Ford to all my friends. Car is great and we love the safety features that were not offered on the Chevy Traverse.

The Ford Taurus SHO I just purchased is the finest car I have ever owned. People say "the Ford Taurus is ugly!" Ha! Not any more! Great design, great power and great price! Just Compare, I think anyone could see why anyone would like the Taurus better than the Dodge, Lexus, Cadillac or Infiniti models I was looking at. Matt at AutoNation was great to work with. Buying a car is tough for me, so I must admit I was a nervous wreck and a mess. But, Matt got me through though...thanks Matt. I also look forward to establishing my service relationship with the AutoNation Service Department.

Loved working with Toma and Dan. They were great all the way through. It was probably the best car-buying experience I've had. My only negative about the whole thing (and this is such a girl-like thing to say) was that the bathrooms seem so out-of-date and shabby compared to the rest of the place. Nevertheless, don't let that deter you from buying a car from them. Ask for Toma and/or Dan. They will take great care of you!

So i was very please in that first and foremost. this big venue event is a great idea and recomend buying in this way. Additionally, Cata was friendly and not pushy. In fact we walked away and he even made that event comfortable since we really weren't sure on the deal. We eventually made the deal, but it was because i didn't feel pressured to do so. i believe sales these days are turning around into more of a if you love it you will buy it, not because the salesman told you to. great job AutoNation!

I really wanted these guys to succeed and gave them every chance to do so. I bought a 2004 VW Passat which seemed pretty good but had a fix engine light on. They promised to fix the issue and said they had to because it wouldn't pass emissions with the light on and they couldn't sell a car if the light was on. So before delivery (but after purchase) they worked on it for a few days to fix the issue. Picked it up on Monday when I had bought it Friday. OK, I can live with that. However, the light came back on after a couple days. Took it back, and they said they'd fix it. Actually gave me a car off the lot to drive while it was being fixed. Who am I to argue with driving a brand new vehicle for a couple days. Unfortunately, it turned out being a week. Got the car back and the light was off. All seemed well. Until a couple days went by and it came back on. So we go through the motions again. They take my Passat, I get a car off the lot, they promise a couple days, it takes another week. I used to be a mechanic and have a OBDII reader so I pulled the codes and saw the issue was emissions related sensor. Some of the trouble shooting indicated the issue would only occur when the engine was cold. Like below 40 degrees. With summer rapidly approaching all they needed to do is wait until the temps were high enough, reset the light and give me the car back. So its hard to say if the problem is actually fixed or the scenario will reappear when the cold comes back. Bottom line is it took around a month to get my car and there's still some concern it will all work out. All that said it would be unfair to not give my salesman some props. Roman Romero (not sure about the last name). Great guy. Did everything he could to keep me updated on the status and to try to make things right.

Bought a used Lincoln with 30,000 miles. Nice car. At 40,000 I had rattling in the front brakes. I took it in to the Littleton Ford Autonation where I bought it. They said someone had put after market brake pads on instead of OEM brake pads and that aftermarket pads fit poorly and tended to rattle and bind up. I had them check the service history. Turns out there are the ones that put them on at 27,000 miles. Then they said that they put on aftermarket pads because they are cheaper for them but they do not guaranty that work. These people just want your money and certainly have no business doing brakes.

Max the dealer that sold me this piece of junk car looked me in my eyes and told me that this car was in great condition what a liar now I'm stuck paying 10,000 for a car that one week after buying has been a nightmare ,I have 4 kids and needed a safe reliable car but instead I just got junk ! If you are an internet buyer go on to your next dealer choice as these people are not interested in your business. Don't waste your time with them. They will not respond for a long time, and if you make an offer on a vehicle that is less than their quoted price they will not respond at all. Auto Nation is a national corporation so this attitude must reflect their approach to customers at all of their dealerships.

From the second I submitted a lead down to driving away with not one, but TWO new Ford vehicles, Liz was professional, personable, patient and knowledgeable. She spent the time with us finding the perfect vehicles for us, explaining everything we needed to know, and then working thru the credit process with us without any haggling. We don't have the perfect credit and this store and staff went over and above to get this deal done fast! My brother and I went in today around 5:15 PM. Got out of my truck and walked across the lot to the new Super Duties. We were both interested in purchasing a new truck today. After looking around the lot we had both decided on what we liked in every model and which ones we were interested in purchasing. We headed up to the showroom looking for some assistance because we both had a few questions about the trucks that we had an interest in. After standing around in the showroom for 15 minutes watching all of the sales people talk to one another and only one asking us "how are you?" while walking by. I decided that enough was enough and left. I personally find it very unprofessional that we were not even given a chance to spend our money here. Maybe it was because we are both younger mid-twenties but that shouldn't make a difference when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I know for a fact that I could go down the street to Brandon Dodge and be greeted with in 5 minutes of being on the lot without being pressured with constant question about my possible purchase. There are lost sales in your quota for this month and us personally being Ford fans will not be purchasing vehicles or parts from this location any longer.

Had a great new car purchase experience with Courtesy Ford. I found my car through Cars.com. I sent a request for information on the Focus ST through cars.com to Courtesy Ford. Milton Eccles responded 10 minutes later answering all my questions. He then called me and we spoke for a few minutes about the car and the price. I made a reasonable offer. Milton cleared it with his boss and they accepted my offer. It only took 30 minutes from my initial inquiry to the point where we had a deal. I went in the next afternoon and picked up the car. There were no surprises(no hidden or undisclosed fees). I didnt trade anything in so the transaction was very simple. Milton made sure I fully understood the features of the car before I left. It was the simplest purchase that I have ever had.

It has been over eleven years since I bought a new car and it was a wonderful experience buying from Mark Huff. It all started with the on-line Ford website then the phone calls from various Ford dealers. Mark was the only one who promised the product of choice at a competitive price. He also promised the delivery time and date and performed as promised plus he took the time to show me the Bluetooth operation which can get temperamental. Anyway, it was a nice experience and I'd recommend Mark to friends in the market for a Ford.

Came in with a preapproved loan from our credit union. Ok. In the weeks following the buy I got four letters from different banks that the Ford company had put loan apps through. Called the finance girl and she said it would not affect my credit. It had better not!!! Why do they do that? Also, when I called the salesman with a question after a couple of weeks he sounded as though he could not be bothered. He just told me to set up a time to bring it out and he would help. Yawn.

My husband and I recently purchased a truck from GoCourtesy that seemed to be a good deal but only five months later it started to break down and wasn't the greatest truck. We then began looking to possibably trade it in at another Ford dealership in our town and come to find out the bluebook value on the truck when we purchased it was $10,000 cheaper than we paid!! The salesmen that was helping us purchase the truck was NOT honest with us about any of it. We will NEVER go to a GOCourtesy Ford dealership again. When you don't have that much extra money to be spending, you need to have honest people selling you a vehicle.

I recently purchased my new Ford C-Max at Go Courtesy. I went in at 10:30am on a busy Saturday and was home by 1pm. I test drove a couple of cars and had the used car buyer do a test drive in my trade (MDX). That was a first, they usually just low ball you. They came back with a very good offer on my trade and I got a great price on the car. I did my research so I know how much they could take off and they didn't disappoint me. The car sales person was quick and responsive. When asking for pictures of the interior of the vehicle they were not taken very well and hid the problem areas. I would not have minded, but I had explained the drive was approximately 45 minutes and would appreciate pictures before we made the drive. The pictures hid all the problems areas, if the sales person would have depicted these in the pictures we would have not made the hour and half round trip. Wasting our time and the salespersons. The full truth and clear picture is all we wanted. :(

This was the best experience I had purchasing a vehicle. I came in the truck was washed and gassed and all I had to do was sign the papers! Excellent service and great price. Just bought an awesome car - the new Escape - Salesman Matt Proia took alot of time with me, explained the car and its features. Great buying experience. It was easy picking out the car and Holly (from the finance department) got me a great rate for financing the car. Matt, my salesman, does a great job - I left with the car when I only went to look at it. Ask for Matt when you go.

We worked with Cata and Robert on our new car and they were absolutely perfect to work with, they never tried to pressure us on what they thought we needed but allowed us to choose what we wanted! This was the third automobile we have bought from Cata and we will never go to anyone else! Joe in finance was also great to work with, when our loan came in at a half percentage point higher then what our credit union quoted, he made sure and shopped our loan around to get that half point back! We will always deal with Cata, Robert, and Courtesy Ford!!

I was contacted by Milt Eccles after filling out an internet request about a F 150. Milt set up an appointment according to my schedule. The title says is all. Working with Mark Huff was a wonderful experience. He went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied. He worked completely around our busy schedule, even arranging to bring a model to us for a test drive. Not many dealers would do that. Now that's what I call service!!! I would highly recommend Mark for anyone who is considering purchasing a new or used vehicle. No high pressure sales tactics that we have experienced at other dealerships. Just good old fashioned customer service focus, which puts the needs of the customer first.

We bought not just one but TWO Ford Fiestas today (an S & SE) thanks to Roman. We came in with a rough idea of what we wanted and budget. Test drove multiple cars, from a manual transmission Fiesta S to a couple of different Focuses and the Fusion... Fell in love with them all! The whole time, Roman remained patient and exceedingly helpful... We couldn't ask for better service! In the end, Roman and Charles (sales manager) ran multiple financing options for us to give us the flexibility to play with our budget. Not once did they flinch when we said "well, what about..." Our final decision to get two Fiestas was a family one (the 10 y.o. approved!) and we never felt rushed or pressured. We'll be back in a couple of years to buy another car from Roman & Go Courtesy Ford when it comes time!

Toby was very helpful and the deal went very smoothly. I am happy with my Ford F150. I took the vehicle for a test drive one day and discussed a deal, but I changed my mind and backed out. The next day I thought about the truck and called Toby to see if the deal was still good and he said yes. The purchase went very quickly and I would do business with Toby again.:-)

I am satisfied with my purchase of my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee that we purchased from Liz, Kevin and Sales Manager Charles at Courtesy Ford. There are a few things that need to be fixed with the new car so I am holding out judgment on how the service department handles those issues until they are fixed. I appreciate all they have done for me so far and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Made an appointment to meet with Grant. Arrived early so was passed off to another sales person (no big deal). Found a great car and they gave me plenty of time to make a decision while I waited for my wife to arrive. Love the car and the buying experience. I was very happy with my purchase of my 2005 2500HD with the Duramax. There was no pressure to buy and no pressure to buy add-ons. Liz helped the first time I was there but when I cam back later that day on another vehicle, another salesman had no problem of jumping in to help me. I have only got to put 30 miles on my truck because it sits all week and driven on weekends but I know I will be very happy with it. It will probably be the last truck I have to buy.

I recently sold my Nissan and my wife purchased a GMC vehicle. We used Go Nissan and Go GMC for our service and have been very happy with both dealerships. I had my Nissan for 9 years and was never disappointed by Go Nissan. I recently purchased a 2010 Ford Flex from out of state and over this past weekend scheduled a 30,000 mile maintenance with Go Ford off of Broadway and C-470. I dropped the car off in for a two hour appointment and went home. About 5:45 I realized that nobody called me to provide a status update. I called the dealership to find out that service was closed. I requested to speak with a manager (Robert McMann) who was friendly and found my vehicle but had no information to provide me on my service. My brakes need repair and I anxiously was waiting to hear whether the repair would be covered in addition to safety concerns. I was able to pick up my car and the manager said I would be contacted on Monday with details. Surprise, no call on Monday. Tuesday afternoon I call the dealer who has no record my car was there. I finally find a service rep (Justin) who recalls my vehicle and tells me nothing was done on my vehicle. Really? I had an 11:00am apt, nobody contacted me after multiple requests. The excuse was that they had a wrong number and figured they could keep my car. Good customer service would have been pulling up your phone and locating my phone number on the internet or wait, possibly offering a free service to atone for your mistakes. No instead Justin said "sorry I must have written down the wrong number, when do you want to bring it in?" I asked how they were going to compensate me for the trouble and now additional trips to the dealer for a basic service. He said sure I'll take care of you, I'll take of 10%. Really Justin? Is that the same 10% coupon you sent out in the mail? Remember I have been a GO customer for 9 years. After pushing back on the 10% he told me he was simply not going to offer more of an incentive. I asked Justin to have his manager to call me to discuss. Surprise, nobody ever called me. These guys are incompetent and failed at every point of customer contact. I can not believe that two hours of a vehicle tech's time is more valuable than establishing customer relationships. My assumption is that Justin never provided my contact info to his manager. He probably hung up the phone and went back to eating his sandwich. I am really disappointed by my experience at GO and will be taking my car (and my 7 year full warranty along with all the revenue that potentially generates) to a dealer further away from me.

Liz Welker was fantastic. I did an inquiry online as to what features I wanted on a new F150. An appointment was made with Liz and once I walked into the dealership, she knew exactly what I wanted. I took in a newspaper ad and the salesperson would not honor their own ad. They said that the ad was incorrect because they HAVE TO add in all of the features twice, so they said that the price would be a couple thousand dollars more than the ad. I think that would qualify as illegal advertising!

Drive your potential new to you (used) vehicle a lot. They treated me right, but got my car home and all of the warning lights came on. I would buy another car from them, but I would not have them work on my car, or expect any repairs preformed to be done well.

I found this dealership willing to do whatever it took to get me the car I was looking for even if that meant they would order me a car. They did not try to force me into a car with a color I was not happy with just because it was the only color they had. I got the car I wanted and very happy!!! It was easy and financing was easy! I got a better rate then I was expecting!

Took my 2008 Ford F250, they replaced the diesel exhaust particulate filter twice in two weeks, under warranty. That was not the issue, took it to Groove Ford, for the third time, and replaced the thermostat. That was the issue causing the filter to clog up.I recently took my new truck into GO Courtesy, the repairs in one week, did not fix the issue, took it to Medved, and they fixed it on the first visit.Very inexperience techs with two different trucks, take your truck somewhere else.

I looked on cars.com as there were several negative reviews. As a result this was one of the last dealerships I bothered to look at. However I found the buying experience very good. I bought a 2004 F-250. I have been very happy with this truck. But as far as the dealer is concerned I thought the buying process was very simple. They gave me new floor mats that were missing from the truck as well as a detail a full tank of diesel. Over all I would say I was very happy with my experience. But I also went in knowing what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for it after many days of research and looking at other dealers.

I took my car in for service (under waranty) it took almost a month to put a head gasket on. When I got my car back, my expensive sunglasses were missing, I called and asked Mike to look for them and he said he would and get back to me. After two days of waiting (no all back from Mike Salazar) I called back and Mike said he was going to talk to his manage about it and get back with me but never did. I told Mike that was not looking to be paid for the glasses that I just wanted them back and he said he would look again. After a week of no call back from Mike I finally gave up on it and moved on. During that time my car felt like it was loosing compression when traveling 65 MPH or faster and took it back in to be looked at. Mike called me later in the afternoon and told me that it was going to be $490.00 to fix and was not covered under waranty. I was not given any explaniation other than "Its $490.00". I picked up my car later that day and was charged $44.00 for an oil change, I got two years of free oil changes when I bought the car and Mike charged me anyway. I called the Manager of the shop and he said he would look into it. Atfer looking into it I was told that indeed I should have recieved the oil change for free and that would be cutting me a check and it should come in the mail. I also inquired about the $490.00 and what it was for, I was told spark plugs. I called around town and found two other local dealer ships who will do the same work, one quote was $280 and the other was $325. I went into the dealer ship to talk to the manager face to face and was told that he was sorry and things were different when they were "privatly owned" I was also told by the same person that "he would be crazy to think that they would be 100% all the time" and was offered no resolution. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Don't

Hello Friends. Just bought a used vehicle from Go Courtesy Ford in Littleton. Found the deal on-line and traveled a fair distance. Got the sales pitch and it made sense. Nice truck with low miles and a pretty good deal. Was looking at others with a few more miles but was told how much better this deal would be. Sounds good. Went to see them. Truck looks good. Should have asked about the details. Missed a couple of small details like a second key and an owners manual. My bad but things got rushed and I missed them. Realized before the long trip home and went back. Salesman gone. General Manager gave me a card and told me they would find the key or make arrangement to get me another from my local dealer. On the way home, we thought we would try to learn a few details about the many nice options on the truck. No manual. E-mailed next day. Reply... Sorry, you guys got such a good deal from us that we can't afford to provide those. Plus, its used so we can't help that. NEWS FLASH! You guys are a FORD dealership! I think you might have the inside on these small issues. Called the General Manager next day who said they would find or help me take care of the key problem. Two days later, not even a courtesy phone call. For all the reasons I was talked into for buying a near new Ford from a Ford dealer, it sure seems like a big imposition to ask for a little customer service. Luckily, the Ford sold itself, not the dealership. Guess they are willing to sell their good name for a few bucks. My advice... by a Ford but not from these guys!

We bought a new ford Flex , from Yemane at the end of April ! And just love it . He help us with everything that we ask for and was very polite and courtiest . Show us all the bells and whistle , that the car had . He help even a couple of dummies' understand ! Boy did that take some time .Since then I have been about the car , a lot and have giving his card out . I also sent a friend to him and he treated them the same way . I just bought a new car from this dealership, the person i was dealing with was an ok guy just kind of sleezy and always winking at me. It's like dude i aint giving you my number. however when i did buy the car no one showed me how to use the features in the car or what they did. they just said here you go have fun, basically they just wanted a sale and not being concerned about custmer service. If i were you go somewhere else. a place where they will treat you nicely and not preasure you to death.

During the buying process I offered my vehicle as a trade. I knew the value of my trade to be approx $7500-$8000. After driving my car a few blocks the sales manager set the value at $6500 and then subtracted another $1000.00 stating that it needed brake work. Of course that's when the bidding process started and after I turned down the $5500.00 offer they continued to up the ante until it got to $7000.00. I was supposed to feel good about that. The 1st offer should have been at least $7000.00 and gone up from there. As a result of their deliberate effort to low ball the value of my trade I did not buy the vehicle.

I went to buy a used truck from this dealership and I thought I was getting a good deal until 2 hours after I paid for my truck. I was instructed that I would have 3 days to get my money back if there were problems with my purchase. Two hours after buying my truck the Check Engine light came on I had not even made it home. I called the dealership and explained the situation and they asked me to bring it in. I did so and when I left the Check Engine light was no longer on. The next morning after that issue I tried to enter my truck via key less entry and the remote was no longer working. I didnt think much of it until I tried to use the key to unlock the door. The key was not working on either the drivers side or the passenger side door. After working on it for 30 min I managed to unlock the door. After calling the dealership and explaining the situation again I was instructed to bring it back. I did and they could not fix the issue. I was basically brushed off and no assistance was given. Here it is less then 2 weeks later I have not even put 500 miles on the truck and the Check Engine light is back on. I have tried calling and I keep getting transferred to voice mail after voice mail.

We were given a quote over the phone for a car we were hoping to buy. Based off that quote we went to our bank to obtain the financing needed...when we called the salesman back 2 days later with the necessary financing his numbers had since changed...claiming he 'shredded the old paperwork and couldn't remember how he'd quoted us'...he then came back with a quote much higher than before and claimed 'there was nothing more he could do'. Very misleading and unprofessional to make verbal negotiations and then 'forget' them over a two day period. We ended up buying an even newer vehicle with a dealership that was great to work with, and didn't waste our time. We are SO happy we didn't buy with Courtesy Ford.

Always looking for good deals and expecting sales rep. to be more flexible and friendly. Honestly, didn't see any of that, but at least I have a car that I was looking for. Finance department was a lot more friendly and did a good job with finding better financial deals that I was expected. In overall, nothing special.

We recently bought our second vehicle from GO Courtesy Ford, our original records from 1999 were still available, and our Ranger is still going strong. We purchased an Escape in November and love it. But just as much the service we have received, the signing of the paperwork is not the end of a business transaction but the beginning of a continuous professional and concerning relationship. We are remembered by name and always asked about how things are going for us as well as with our vehicle. Going to the dealership is always a pleasant experience; oil changes and tire rotations are quick and thorough, no long waits, Gabe does a great job. Antonio always follows up on any issues, had a minor glitch in our service agreement which was resolved immediately. It is definitley a positive experience to work with this staff. An update to my review of yesterday about the defective 02 Subaru Outback: We took the car back under the 3-day money back guarantee. The dealership said they couldn't fix the car and guarantee its reliability, so they did offer to pay for an outside inspection on any car we did choose to buy instead and offered us two-years of free oil changes and tire rotations on that car. We felt that was a fair deal and did purchase another used car. They paid for a mobile inspector (Automotive MDs) to come check the car out at our house, and it passed the inspection very well with just minor problems. We're happy with our new car and feel that Go did a good job taking responsibility and trying to make up for the time we wasted on the first car purchase. Tony Upton in particular was very helpful and attentive all the way through our purchase and in making sure we were happy after the fiasco with our first purchase. Thanks, Go!

Our visit started out very well. We loved our sales rep Tony Upton, who was friendly, very helpful, very informative, and very responsive even though we were buying one of their cheaper cars. The problems, though, began during the test drive. My husband test drove an 02 Subaru Outback. Its brake and battery lights came on almost immediately, and by the time he returned to the lot, the whole car was dying. Tony said he was almost certain it was the alternator and that it would definitely be fixed if we decided we wanted the car. Went back the next day as the dealer said car had been fixed. Tony said mechanic checked it and found it was just a defective battery. My husband test drove again and brake and battery lights still came on, but we were assured it was simply a superficial problem with the indicator lights and everything had been checked. The alternator was fine, they said. So as the carfax report checked out, we went ahead with the sale but told them we'd be getting an outside inspection and would return the car under their 3-day money back guarantee if problems were found. We were told that we didn't need to do the inspection as they already had and the car had passed. We still felt we should given the problems we'd already seen and the fact that the indicator lights were on. And boy were there problems. Turns out the alternator has no output at all. The right axle leaks. The gasket head leaks. We have a long list of problems that would cost over $3,000 to fix. It would be about $1,000 to just make it safe to drive. We called Tony, who, again, was very responsive even on his day off, but he couldn't tell us whether or not they'd be able to fix it and somehow compensate us for the time and inconvenience we'd spent. He did say that the mechanic who did the work would be fired and any work that they did do on the car to fix problems would be free and would be done by a master mechanic with guarantees for any work that was done. Now we have to take the car in *again* tomorrow for them to evaluate and see whether or not they'll fix it. I will update again once we know for sure whether or not the dealership will make this right. Right now, though, we don't have much faith in the car or the dealership. Very disappointing after such a positive start. After reading through a few other negative reviews about problems with the service shop, I'm especially concerned.

Liz Welker was unlike any sales person I've ever met. She was friendly and helpful from the first and worked hard to find me a car that would fit in my budget. I live out of state and had a representative work with Dan Cutter. Dan was wonderful to work with in person and remotely. He went out of his way to communicate with my agent and me. He was prompt with his communications, very polite, flexible, and attentive. Seek this man out, he's great! That said, my overall experience is rated as only "good", due to my dealings with the business office. After being treated so well by the sales staff, it was frustrating to experience un-returned phone calls and emails, faxes were not received and the initial paperwork had errors. I was able to work with someone else when I finalized the paperwork, but there were important items that had been incorrectly noted, like the odometer reading. Enough said.I feel the price was fair, though it would be hard for me to say "great". Perhaps if the extended warranty was included, I could say "great". But I felt it was quite fair for a cash sale.

Best experience I have ever had buying a Truck! I told Dan what I wanted over the phone then asked him to pick out 2 or 3 trucks for me to look at and when I arrived he was ready and waiting for me. He found the truck I was looking for and let it sell it self. There was no pressure from him or any of the employees I interacted with. I am very happy with my new F-150 and will recommend this dealership and Dan to anyone I know that is looking for a car or truck!

I worked with Sal Garcia who was very patient answering all of my questions. He assisted me in getting the best price for my trade and made sure I felt comfortable with the Explorer before leaving the lot. Sal was a good person to work with and didn't engage in high-pressure sales tactics. He called to make sure I had a first maintenance appt scheduled and stayed with me every step of the way during financial discussions. I had an absolutly wonderful experiance with these two salesman. From the moment we stepped on the lot they were friendly and very helpful. They called throughout the week to check in on my status for buying a car and kept me updated on the ones that I was interested in. They were both great and knowledgable on the cars we were looking at which was so helpful. They hid nothing from us, put everything up front and made the whole process easy and understandable. Dan was great, I had a check engine light that came on a day after I bought my truck. I called Dan and he took care of everything it would have been a $1200 dollar fix, but Dan took care of it. It did not cost me a dime. They did not need to fix it as I did not buy an extended warranty, but they did. I will buy all of my cars in the future from Dan Gilmore. He is the best and very easy going. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Working with Dave and Mark was a pleasure. Mark was very funny and personable. Dave was awesome at communication with us, as we came from out of town. The overall experience was very good. The only area that we did't find particularly favorable was waiting to sign the papers with the finance dept. We waited a very very long time for that. But all and all the experience was good, we would definitely return in the future and recommend Dave and Mark to our friends and family.

The overall experience was positive with a caring atmosphere provided by the sales team I worked with. Russ, Gil, and Brandon all made the buying experience for both my wife and I very relaxing and pleasurable. At other dealerships, I didn't feel this way. I hadnt bought a new car since summer of 2003. Things, technology, etc. wise, had changed significantly. I found Russ, Gil, and Brandon very knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge with us, were very friendly, helpful, and considerate. I really like my 2011 Ford Fusion. I tried other makes and models but find this car to be the tops in its class. The specific car we bought had just the right packages and options on it. I feel good about the fact that Go Courtesy Ford had this car available on their lot the day my wife dropped in and sold it to us for a very reasonable price. Dan Sitz at Go Courtesy Ford was very personable, and made sure the service on my 2007 Ford Edge was performed perfectly. I got "the works", a complete brake service on my worn out rear brakes, and 4 new Michelin cross-terrain SUV tires. I was able to get $10, $40, and $50 rebates for a total of $100 in rebates for those services. In addition, they even matched the Costco price for the tires which was about $8 less per tire. My Edge feels like a different vehicle, quieter, and handles better. Thanks, Dan!

Very friendly and courteous staff. Everyone I talked to was so gracious and understanding of exactly what I was looking for. They found me the best deal with the type of car I wanted and managed to get me the best value in my new (used) car. I was very happy to deal with them after my last experience buying a car and would gladly go there again, when I eventually decide to get another vehicle. You feel a sense of personal connection with Dan, even in just the short amount of time you really spend with him just going over the details and getting everything worked out. It's not completely business, but still very professional and you feel welcome.

I had be to a lot of dealers in the last month looking for a car for my wife. Charlie at courtesy ford treated me well and worked very hard with Chris in finance to basically but together a deal that i just couldnt walk away from. I never felt pressured or treated as if i was lucky they were working with me. As i had with the other dealers that i dealt with. My wife love's the escape and we were well taken care of. I will only buy my vehicle's from courtesy ford for now on " unless charlie and chris retire" Because i honestly beleive that my experience with this dealer was positive due to them. There was a problem the day of sale with finance rep who kept us waiting an hour and a half. After we described our dissatisfaction on this site, the management and sales rep worked very hard to make amends, and they did sincerely. Because the incident did happen, and because many were inconvenienced to fix the problem, I cannot say the customer service was excellent over-all. They did everything the could to fix it, and I can recommend do this dealership.

I bought a 98 Ford Contour from Go Courtesy Ford. Two weeks after that the car started showing severe transmission problems. At first I called and didnt get a call back. I ended up submitting negative reviews online and a week later I did get a call from Robert one of the managers at Go. He was willing to help, I took the car in, the dealership provided me with a rental paid by them for about 2 weeks (the duration of the repairs). The dealership replaced the transmission at a discounted rate and covered half of that price as well. I still ended up spending money on it but considering the alternative it was a satisfactory solution. Special thanks to Robert for stepping up and providing good cutomer service!

Ray was very thorough and when the dealership didn't have the car were were looking for on the lot - he did a thorough check of upcoming inventory and kept us up to date. Ray found the exact car were looking for and the purchasing process was simple and enjoyable. All of the employes mentioned devoted 150% ++ to a successful conclusion. The vehicle was just what I wanted (Ford Fusion Hybrid), the price was right, and they were VERY helpful "training" me on a Hybrid which was foreign to me. I drove up to this dealership from Colorado Springs because I searched the internet and determined that they had in stock a car that was a perfect match with what I wanted. Also I did check out dealership rating on "DealerRater" and it was very good. We had a little hick-up when paying for the car....I had a check on Scottrade Colorado Springs who would not verify its "goodness" (to my surprise) so these guys got creative and found a way to "wire" the funds from Scottrade and all went well. I consider this transaction a "win-win" for myself, the guys that are mentioned, and the dealership.

My son was killed in a motorcycle accident and the car I was trading in was his. From the time we got there to the time we drove off in our brand new Edge, they were very respectful of my feelings. We were there on Memorial weekend and the dealership was very busy, but they still took all the time we needed. Wish there was a 10 rating for customer care, I would give it to these 2 salesmen. We called Paul on the phone and expressad to him what we wanted and that young man went to work for us. We expressed to Paul that we were really busy wright now, however, we needed a good used car thet would get good gas mileage was one to four years old andin real good condition. Paul brought three or for cars over to our home for us to test drive. We saw the Lincoln and it was everything we wanted. The price was a little over our guidelines but Paul explainded to us that with what the dealership had invested in the car they could not go any lower. So we decided to buy. On the carfax report it was showing the dealership had flushed the transsmission fluid few months prior, thus obviously masking the problem so they can sell the car not mentioning anything about it. They made sure it doesnt show before it is too late to return the car. LOW AND DISHONEST. In addition when I called them about it they said they will do some "homework" and will call me right back. Never heard from them again.

Received my incredible 2012 Mustang GT last week from GO Courtesy Ford. Ordered it in March after test driving 2011 V6 & V8 Mustangs and meeting the most helpful and friendly salesman Tony Upton. During the long wait for my Mustang to be built and delivered, Tony kindly answered my pleas for status and diligently let me know when he received news. Upon delivery and receipt, Tony efficiently arranged the deal and Nick Sandberg (in Finance) made the process painless and encouraging; they handed over the keys and sent me cruising in no time.Days later going back to the Service Dept. to have options installed on my GT, received courteous treatment and professional service from everyone but specifically Juan. Juan is top notch when it comes to customer service.Great experience from this dealership. My husband and I went to Denver from Colorado Springs to a dealer ship that claimed they had a Ford Freestyle we had seen on the internet. We spoke to them 2 days in a row and were told it was available. When we arrived, they claimed the vehicle had been sold a few days prior, but they had another one newer and more expensive. Not only were we lied to, but we felt we were treated poorly and given the run around! After leaving, we just happened on Go Courtesy Ford and were approached by Ray Loghmani. Ray was to the point, informative, helpful!!! Ray showed us the Freestyle that we purchased, and it was much better a vehicle and better priced then the other dealership!!! I had an appointment to test drive a Titan on 5/21 and the salesman who was selling the truck wasn't around. Since he's the only person with a key to this truck, I was unable to look at it. I waited a week for a response and never heard anything back. Still haven't heard anything back from this dealership to this day. I emailed the general manager Adrian and never heard anthing back.

He told us to look around and when I found something I liked come talk to him. When I found the car I liked he was very informational and helpful. We went to Go Courtesy Ford with the intention of trading in our three vehicles (a 2008 F350, a 07 Expedition EL and an 07 Taurus) for two; ultimately we wanted to decrease our total monthly payments. We knew we wanted a car and had to have a truck to pull our 25 foot travel trailer. Kevin and Robert worked hard to get to know us as individuals (not just customers, but individuals), our situation and our goals. They then helped us find vehicles that we liked as well as met our needs while keeping within the payment range that we needed to be in. The GSM actually set down with us and worked up different payment options on a variety of vehicles so we could see what our options were; a level of personalized service that we have never experienced before at any car dealership. It was obvious that he not only wanted to sell a car, he wanted to sell us a car and have payments that we would not only be happy with, but comfortable with. Kevin showed us all of the vehicles that we were interested in. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to demonstrate their functionality without any hesitation. We ended up landing on a 2011 Ford Fusion and a 2011 Super Duty. The vehicles that we purchased we sold to us at just above invoice, plus we got all factory rebates. Once we got in to finance, Nick showed us all of our options for extended warranties and sold us warranties at competitive prices. Just like Kevin and Robert did prior, Nick personalized the service he gave to meet our specific needs. I drive 30k miles a year; he recommended an extended warranty that would cover the car until 120K miles and sold it to us at a price which was less than the original 100k warranty. We also purchased an extended warranty on the Super Duty. We were in and out of finance in little to no time and felt good about the decisions we made.During the vehicle delivery, Kevin again went through the functionality of the vehicles and went over the owners manual and warranty information with us. He gave us his cell phone number and encouraged us to call him with any questions/concerns that we had with the vehicles. He also set up our sync accounts for us online and synced our phones to the vehicles. At 11:00 PM we finally left the dealership (they closed at 9), all of us exhausted, but at no point did we ever feel like we were a "bother" for keeping Kevin, Robert and Nick well past closing time.Most dealerships are in it for one thing, to make a huge profit (to see how much they can gross). While Go is a business and they are there to make money, we felt that they had our best interest in mind. From start to finish, sales to finance, Kevin, Robert and Nick worked hard to exceed our expectations and make the car buying experience as easy and as enjoyable as possible (the fact that I use the term "enjoyable" speaks strongly about our experience as we normally dread the car buying process).Normally after you purchase a vehicle (not to mention, two), you end up having "buyers remorse" two days after you take the vehicles home. You have time to process the investment/commitment that you made and wonder if you made the right choices. This is far from how we feel about our experience at Go and the vehicles that we purchased. We LOVE our Fusion and our Super Duty and the financial commitment/obligation is something that we are comfortable with. On Monday May 30th, I went down to Go Courtesy Ford in Littleton, Colorado in search of a vehicle that was listed as being on their lot on Autotrader.com. I had spoken with one of their sales reps, Paul Dayton, regarding the car I was interested in on the previous Friday. The day of me purchasing the car, I worked closely with Paul and the finance dept to get me into the vehicle I was interested in. Paul went to great lengths to make sure that I was taken care of. I would not recommend using this dealership because they are not trustworthy nor honest. We entered into a purchase agreement for a car that apparently had been sold 5 days prior. Rather than telling us about this, the sales person, Mike Sears, proceeded to try and sell us another, more expensive car. Finally, after asking a few times where our car was - he finally admitted that they did not have it. We are hard working people who just wanted a car to replace our 15 year old truck. Overall, a horrible experience and DO NOT GO TO GO COURTESY FORD!

Overall the experience was good. I wasn't happy with what I was offered for my trade initially. I also feel like the price of the vehicle was a little too high. It isn't reflective of Go Courtesy Ford but the car business in general. The push to sell and convince buyers is inherent in car dealerships on the whole. Sebastian was great at just talking about the car without convincing me that I had to have it-I would go back to Go Courtesy Ford but hope that I have purchased a car that will last me for awhile!

She was very friendly and helpful and answered our questions. We also worked with Eric in financing. He was also very friendly, helpful, and eager to answer our questions. Overall, the experience was wonderful and I am very happy with my Ford Escape.

The last car that I bought from a dealership was not a fun experience. All the salesmen were fake and the place felt really scummy. But my time at GO Courtesy Ford was comfortable from the very beginning. Mark and Kevin were very friendly, knowlegeable and never made me feel pressured. I would definitely recommend GO Courtesy to my friends and I hope to buy from there again in the future.

Very friendly and wanted to please even late at night. They got a vehicle out of a bunch of cars that were very close together just so we could test drive the vehicle. The sales person was extremely easy to talk to and very down to earth. I feel we got the best possible price also.

The people at Go Courtesy ford were very patient and dedicated in helping me find the exact truck with the precise features, color and engine type that I wanted. Once the truck arrived, the salesman went through all of the electronics and features of the truck in extensive detail so that I drove away with a very thorough understanding of my newly purchased vehicle.

I would recommend this dealership. They were accommodating. We were able to negotiate a deal without the dealer seeing my trade. The dealer even came to my house 5 hours away from the dealership and picked up my trade. I'm very happy with my new truck.

I had a very poor experience with Barbee Freeway Ford beginning with the test drive through the finance agreement. Dan was very helpful upfront - giving us the details about the car that we requested -the history of the car (analyzing the carfax report) and the comprehensive sreening the service department went through and other services that had been done to it to get it ready to sell. He made us feel really good about buying the car and assured that it was going to be in great shape. Kevin had sent an email to us after an online query that showed several of the type of car we were looking for - this showed some new pricing that wasn't even available online yet. This ensured we got the best possible price. Overall, we had a great experience at Courtesy Ford and would/will use them again if possible for future purchases.

One of the best experiences at a car dealership I've ever had. The guys were all great to work with and I felt that I had made some friends by the time I had taken delivery. They worked hard to make the deal the best they could for me and made sure that I was taken care of after the sale was complete. I will definately be back to see them when it is time to upgrade my wife's car.

I started looking for a Ford Escape on the internet. We bought a Ford Taurus from Courtesy a few years ago and had a great experience. Paul assisted me in determining the right vehicle for my husband and me. By the time I went to the dealership he had narrowed down the choices and price based on my preferences - he did an excellent job. I was able to make a decision quickly. Financing went very smoothly - the paperwork was ready in about 20 minutes. Overall an excellent experience and we love our new Ford Escape.

They sales team was very helpful, informative and friendly. I wanted to see what inventory they had for used vehicles and Sal showed me. Then when I went back to test drive, Tony assisted me, reviewed pricing, financing, etc. They were professional and not pushy. Once purchased, they made sure I was taken care of, got my bluetooth set up, ac working correctly and provided follow up. It was a great buying experience. The finance team was also professional and helpful. I am pleased with my purchase and the price I paid.

I had a great experience at GO Courtsey Ford. I visited other dealerships, and made several calls to others and did not have good experiences. The salesmen I worked with at GO Courtsey were different, they did not seem pushy, did a great job. Mark Kaplan and Russ handled each of my request and did so very efficiently and promptly. Mark was great to work with, I am gald I had the oppotunity to work with Mark. I will definitely be calling him the next time I purchase another truck.

Everyone at Courtesy Ford is amazing and will go out of their way to make you happy. We bought 2 cars with in one week and both times we had to take our small children with us. Now if you purchased a car before this can take 2-4 hours. Well the entire time several of the sales staff played with our kids and made sure we had everything we need to keep them busy while we waited. We worked with Sebastian and Cata on the first purchase and mostly Sebastian on the second. The amazing thing was our little girl loved Cata so much she seemed to not want to leave his side and he was fine with that. Yes we went there to buy cars but when the staff goes out of their way so much to make you comfortable and your kids happy it makes you want to go buy 10 cars from them. We got a great amount for our trade in and a great price on the cars we purchased. There wasn't all the back and forth you just tell them what you are looking for and want to pay and they will try their hardest to get you what you want.I plan on buying another car at the end of the year and there is no doubt in my mind that we will be back.BTW, the GM Adrian is the nicest guy and he will make sure that everything goes as smooth as possible.

I visited the dealership because I was looking for a used car and my parents had purchased a car from Cata previously and had a great experience. Cata got me into the exact car I was looking for and was wonderful to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend Courtesy Ford based on my experience with the dealership and with Cata specifically, and will be giving his business card to any of my friend that are looking for a new car.

I live in Malibu CA and the idea of buying a USED PORSCHE from a FORD dealer was a bit intimidating. That said, I saw great reviews of Go Ford and bought a used Porsche based on photos and car fax and sales person information. Liz was great. willingly let me have car checked out locally. Always responsive.Also she provided me timely information. I asked many many questions about the car. Car was priced competitively and fairly for its pristine condition. Negotiating was pretty minimal since car was high demand but they were reasonable. This was a cash deal and paperwork, handling and shipping car was simple anddetails were all handled with speed and ease. Kudo's to Liz and dealership for smooth transaction and a spirit of CAN DO. and WILL HELP MAKE PEOPLE LIKE THEY WANT THEIR BUSINESS.Appreciate the value and the follow through and my expectations were EXCEEDED by these folks. And yes, i have bought over 20 cars in my life so this is a letter of praise with some serious credentials attached.

Paul Dayton was our salesperson and he was very easy to deal with and knowledgeable about the cars they had on the lot and features of the cars. He was not high pressure at all which is such a change from our previous car purchases at another dealership. We also worked with Robert McMann and he was also easy to talk to and was willing to negotiate. We were really happy with the experience and we love our new car. I dealt with Paul Dayton. The experience was overall just fine. There were no major "bad things" to report... the car dealer business as usual. I went to a few different dealerships and came back to Paul because he was the most accommodating. I'm not a very chatty, shoot the breeze type of person in car dealerships... more of a "let's do business and move on" type.I suppose they sensed that and we moved forward. Paul is great, the finance fellow was great, I got a nice car, done deal.

This was the first time I have ever bought a car. I went in not knowing really what to expect, or really what to do. Luckily, Cata was my salesman. He listened and talked to me about what I wanted out of a car and what was in my price range. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different cars in the lot. I ended up buying a car that I really love, and that I can afford on my budget. Throughout the whole purchasing process Cata was personable, he sat and talked with us when we were waiting for the paperwork and such, and he offered us refreshments (which was much appreciated because I just came from a long at at work). Even though it was late, after a long day, I had an excellent over all experience. After I bought the car, Cata also let me know that I left some important looking things in my old car (that I traded in) and helped me fix up some scratches and such on my new car. I feel that if I ever had any problems or questions that I could go to him for answers. I would also refer him to my friends and family. Thank you for a great first-time car purchase experience!

I came in looking for a used car. As soon as I walked through the door, Gil greeted me. Well that didn't work out, but through further investigating turns out I qualified for new. Antonio & Catalin (Salesmen), were very friendly and outgoing. They were willing to help me, without putting any pressure on me. There were several cars that I was considering, and these two salesmen worked as a team to make sure I had everything I needed to help me make a decision on a car. Once I had decided on the car I was interested in, they continued to help me until the deal was done. Nice Job by both of these salesmen.

I can be a tough customer. Dan would probably say that he disagrees with that statement, but I think it's true. In this economy, I am having to watch every dollar that I spend. Dan was a tremendous help to me. Even when I returned to the dealership the very next day after the deal (I thought there had been a misunderstanding and there was not) - he handled the situation perfectly. I was very strict about my requirements for a purchase and I also had a lease return that I needed to take care of. Dan was very professional throughout each transaction. I am very thankful to both Dan Gilmore and Kelly Goplin for their patience and assistance. I truly believe that GO Courtesy FORD Littleton is lucky to have them at their dealership.

Our sales person was Liz Welker and she was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I bought the new 2011 Ford Fiesta for our daughter and this was a huge purchase for us. Liz was completely approachable, warm, genuine, and knowledgeable without acting aggressive and pushy like we have experienced in the past. We felt like Liz was a friend who wanted to listen to us and really paid attention to our needs and particular life circumstance. She did not play hard core sales tactics games with us but rather told us exactly what the price is and helped us find a way to make the payments work for our stretched budget. She was knowledgeable about the car and made us feel very comfortable about the safety features considering this is a car for our teenage daughter who will sometimes be driving our special needs son. I have never met a sales person who was so knowledgeable yet personable, like a trusted family member. This is our 2nd Ford vehicle and we will definitely come back to buy our next Ford Explorer from Liz Welker, at whatever dealership she works for at the time because she has been in the business for over 7 years. We will also recommend Liz to our friends who may be in the market for a new car.

I started out looking for a used vehicle. Kevin politely ask if I would consider a new vehicle. His quote was good, I looked at the car and ask about a different car. He compared the two, showed me the difference. Quoted the second car. Everyone was polite and friendly. I didn't feel pressured. It was a very pleasant buying experience. I have recommended Kevin and the dealership to a friend who is considering a new pickup.

Courtesy Ford was excellent to deal with. We contacted several dealers in the Colorado area, and there were several whose ethics were questionable. Not Courtesy Ford though. Both salesmen were very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. The buying experience was very straight forward without any pressure. I stopped by one day to look at cars and then purchased a car the next day. Mr. Gashani handled most of the transaction, although my firt contact was with Mr. Sardar on the first day. Mr. Gashani took the time to explain the features and walk me through the creature comfort features. When he was uncertain of my question he would seek a manager's assistance. I have purchares many cars over my life. I would rate this transaction up with the purchare of my wife's car several years ago. In both transactions, wI was pleased by the experience. I would reommend the sales staff at this dealership.

We drove from Greeley, CO on a Monday night because this dealer has a great reputation. We called ahead and when we arrived, the deal was close to done-Mark Huff already had everything prepared for us to take a quick test drive. We purchased an SUV that evening. Unfortunately, Tuesday morning, my back went "out" as a reult of the particular seat style. I called the dealer back on Tuesday and explained that I was not satisfied with my purchase as I had missed a days work over it. I was afraid of being trapped in a vehicle for the period of the loan and being unhappy and in pain. I wanted to bring the SUV back that night and I wasn't taking no for an answer. The manager (Robert McMann) called me from home to assure me that I could bring the SUV back at my leisure and that if we were not able to find a vehicle that I was saisfied with, he would cancel the contract. I was skeptical, but went ahead and gave him the benefit of the doubt. It really paid off. We ended up in a much higher end vehicle with seats that are heated and have lumbar support at no additional cost to us. The car we left with Wednesday night (last night) is worth more than $5K additional compared to the one we had Monday night and Robert even managed to work it out so that the payment we were quoted on Monday night (for the much cheaper-basic SUV) remained the same.I am thoroughly impressed with the service that I received from Robert and Mark was a pleasure to work with, as well. And I am not someone that impresses easily.My faith and trust has been restored.If I had a bad experience, you can bet I would be blogging about it all over the place. But, this was a good experience, and I felt it was only right to blog about that as well.

We bought a used car from these guys and have had it in their shop twice. The first time they didn't fix anything I took it in for except the previous owner had an alarm in it that was going into panic on its own, instead of fixing it they took it out and kept it and left me with the stock alarm! They refused to fix the blown speaker that we bought the car with. They told me I had to pay to get that fixed even though it was blown when we bought it. When the transmission problems were continuing from the first visit we took it back in and was told it was going to cost $100 to look at it even with an extended warranty and only having it for 2 weeks. They are not looking out for those who buy used vehicles from them. Ive had this car for 2 weeks and have had to take it in 2 times only to be jacked around. Ive been misled into thinking these things would be fixed only to arrive and be told I had to pay. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Kevin Laurie & Brandon Reiff are really nice guys. They made our new car buying experience the best we have ever had. Kevin was very helpful on helping us decide which car was the best for our needs. Brandon was very helpful with the financing and great extras that would benefit us the most (extended warranty, Gap Insurance, and extended maintenance program). These guys are just your run of the mill salesmen. They really cared about our needs and customized our whole package to fit what we needed in a car / financing package. My first contact with Kevin was his phone call to me. I felt that I had no chance of get out of the F250 I could not afford to drive or own but Kevin in soft calm conversation with me gave me the confidence to at least let him try. My third purchase from this store took place TODAY! Kevin worked with me like the true professional he is, the Management Staff bent over backwards and Brandon in finance was just as outstanding as the rest of the team at Go Courtesy Ford. On a scale of 1 to 10 Courtesy Ford is an easy 12+. Another important point that people need to know about is the outstanding service department is the best I've had in 30 years. I haven't purchased a car in almost 10 years (been leasing for a while). My experience at GO Courtesy was great. Paul was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and helpful. I had some credit and trade-in issues that the dealership had to work around, but Paul made everything happen. I also had a good experience dealing with the finance person (quick and knowledgeable). GO Courtesy, and Paul specifically, were recommended to me and I will do the same if I know anyone looking for a Ford. Good experience all around.

Let me start off by saying this - I've never "enjoyed" the car buying experience. Everything is a negotiation, everything. Let's face it - car dealerships have a reputation that other's have created. Some deserve the bad rap, some don't. I can say this from the bottom of my heart - I bought I Ford Fusion from Go Courtesy Ford in Littleton, CO. While I have a great job (one that I'm thankful for) - my credit has taken a huge hit over the pat 2.5 years as I needed to take care of my father as he suffers from Alzheimer's. 2.5 years ago I had a credit rating of 830 plus - today, well I don't know, nor do I care BUT reality hits when it comes to buying anything on credit, especially a car. I really started to appreciate Ford during the government bail-out of the Big 3. What caught my attention initially was that they that Ford refused the government loans to be "bailed out". That's the hard working American attitude that I like and the same no excuse attitude my dad raised me with. At the same time - knowing that putting my dad's health and finances first, hurt me and my chances of getting a "fair shake" when it came to buying a new OR used car. I would probably have to pay despicable rates but at the same time - I made that choice on my credit and accepted that I would have to deal with the situation I created.Go Courtesy Ford, including Kevin Laurie and the finance team- worked with me, listened to my situation and went to bat for me like I never could have expected nor asked for. I left with a brand new Fusion that I could afford at an interest rate I didn't deserve on paper. I emphasize on paper because that's critical. Most places I spoke to - paper was gospel regardless of the "story" behind it. Well - I never begged, pleaded for them to hear my story because they heard it when I first walked in because I wanted to be straight up with them and not waste their time if they couldn't help. I told it once - they took it to heart and fought for me without me asking them to. Go Courtesy Ford has earned my business for a lifetime. Gil and his sales manager were fantastic. They were professional, courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable. It was a FANTASTIC transaction. No pressure, no slimy salesman.... it was VERY enjoyable. The purchase was an "impulse" buy, ONLY because of Gil. I was having trouble with the SYNC System in my new Ford Escape Limited and drove to the dealership. Gil Montellano was kind enough to spend a hour with me to not only set up a second phone but explained features that I was not aware that the vehicle even had. He was knowledgeable and polite and I greatly appreciated the help. Gil has offered to continue to help my husband and myself with getting to know the features of our new Escape. Way to go Gil!!

We purchased a new 2010 F150 with special a special wheel package that the dealership had purchased and installed prior to us ever looking at the vehicle. When we found that these wheels were causing problems with the truck and went back to this dealership for help. They first said they would fix the problem, but when they could not fix it they changed their tune and began to say it was not their problem because the wheels and tires were not stock. They first offered us some options but the next day they took those options back. In my opinion this is the most dishonest Ford dealership I ever purchased a vehicle from and I have bought many Ford vehicles because I was a Ford employee for many years and their product is the best! So in conclusion if you want to buy a Ford vehicle I suggest you DO NOT go to GO COURTESY FORD.

Gil, who was our salesperson was fantastic. He made the whole process very painless. This is our second time we have purchased a vehicle from him and would gladly recommend him to any of our friends. He spent alot of time explaining all the new features and get them set up for us.

Gil made our transaction go smoothly from beginning to end. He showed us exactly what we wanted to see, really listened to our needs, and never tried to push us in a direction we didn't want to go. He rode with us for a nice test drive, and we very knowledgeable and informative concerning the features of the new 2011 Ford Fiesta. The negotiation aspect of the deal was very easy and direct and fast. When we went to pick up our new car Gil spent more time with us teaching us features and capabilities, and made sure we knew to call back if we have questions or need help with all the SYNC techology. He was also very pleasant and friendly to our children. We highly recommend Gil Montellano and GO Courtesy Ford!

Got a call from Mike Sears on Saturday....like his demeanor and decided to check out website..saw a vehicle I was interested in and called to make an appt...made it for Monday at 1pm. Roomate got home decided to drive down to the lot to see the cars..the car was gone but was shown others in my price range..was told by Chris-mgr of financing that I could qualify for a new Ford Focus with the new incentives to go with it. While waiting I was shown a 2010 USED Toyota Corolla LE sedan...price was under KBB and payments were do-able. Closed the night out with great intention of trying to purchase the car on Monday.MOnday came back to close the deal and didnt waste too much time with financing and payment agreements...The friendliness of the salesmen..aka..James Kirk and Mike Sears were impeccable and impressive...and the patience and helpfulness from Chris was a shock and delight as well. No sweetie, honey, sugar, or any condescending names...but respectful treatment from all I talked to.Finance finisher...aka Shane was awesome as well. He loved our casual and happy demeanor and we expressed ours back as well.Got hugs out of the guys and promised them more customers thru word of mouth by me and roomate. I have shopped for plenty of cars in colorado thru the years and this has been the ulitmate pleasurable experience of my life...quick and fast and efficient and no bullshit! Ray helped me find the right truck for me. We looked at a half dozen and while I was test driving one, he'd get the next one staged and ready to roll which allowed me to test drive all the trucks I wanted to prior to heading to work for the day. I was in and out of the dealership in about 90 minutes or so with a deal made. Picked it up the following day. The entire process was pretty painless and definitely better due to not feeling pressured into making a decision.

James and Craig helped me get into a more reliable vehicle at a reasonable price. They listened to my needs and did their best to work within my budget. It took two trips before the deal was done but I highly recommend GO Courtesy Ford and James and Craig.

My salesperson was very helpful. His sales technique was soft, but not too soft. I was not ready to buy, but he convinced me of the value and created a sense of urgency, and, YOU WIN, I couldn't walk away. I spent 10% more than the dollar amount I set as my maximum.I had never heard of Go Automotive, and had concerns about the reputation of your dealership. Hadi alleviated those concerns. I'm happy with my purchase, and, as a salesperson myself, I appreciated his straightforwardness and attention to closing the deal. I took up much of his time, but Hadi maintained a level of efficiency that impressed me. And we had a blast on the test drive.Hadi gave me a fair price, repeated that my purchase was as-is, and promised nothing additional to the deal apart from a cleaning detail and some batteries for the keyless entry fobs.I would definitely work with Hadi again, and I've already recommended him and GoAuto to two friends who are interested in vehicles.Apart from Hadi's abilities as a salesperson, it's an inconvenience to be required to register my name and email with this website to offer my salesperson the kudos he deserves.Thanks- Nick

All of the people involved in my new car purcahse were great. The salesman was not high pressure. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle by myself. The negotiation process was not long and drawnout. I got great financing through Ford Credit. The car functions were completely explained. Over all a nice experience. This is my third new car purchased through the dealership. Thanks.

Hi,went into for a Ford Flex 30,000 mile check up, it as going to be a $419 fee for the item, out of a whim and thought, asked if I can trade in my flex for a smaller payment and Cata found me a new Ford Focus. Deal done in one day. whoo Hoo.....thanks Cata and Team, also Jeremy Archuleta....

We had a great experience at this dealership in looking for a new car. We knew the characteristics we were looking for, but weren't sure what car. Hadi answered questions, gave us options, and was very pleasant. He didn't push or treat us disrespectfully. In the end he helped us select the car that met all our needs and more. He spent time with us after the purchase to help us set up all the sync options and made sure we felt comfortable. I would recommend the dealership, and specifically Hadi. Because of him we would return to Courtesy Ford for our next vehicle.

After visiting another Ford dealer, this dealership was a world apart. Our salesman was exceptional. He was friendly, courteous, and did everything he could to make my experience as pleasant as possible. The pricing, trade-in allowance, incentives, and financing were better than expected.

Maylen was wonderful! He did not rush us and encouraged us to test drive as many vehicles as we wanted to be sure we bought the right car for our family. He has a comfortable way about him and has a great sense of humor, (even when I was trying to "haggle" with him - haha) We will definitely ask for Maylen if we have the need to purchase another car.Jeremy was also great! When going over the financing, he was clear about the deal and explained the potential additions without pressure. This is the second car we have purchased from this dealership and Gil in the past year. We looked around at other cars at other dearleships but decided on this particular dealership beacause of the excellent customer service Gil gave us. The sales manager and finance guys are great. Everyone is very thourogh. They make sure that all of your questions are answered. Awesome experience, yet again. Would not buy a car from any other dealership or sales person. Gil Rocks!

After looking at used vehichles on the net, I made a call to find out more information. I spoke to Sal Garcia in which he told me when we got close he would give me directions and have vehichles ready for us to look at. He did so as promised. He had made sure that other vehichles was brought over from a sister dealership. The family purchased this vehichle. This was the easiest purchase we have ever made. Since it was later in the afternoon and we had plans we had to return the next morning to sign paperwork and everything worked like clockwork. We din't have to sit at the dealership for hours and our salesman Sal Garcia was not a high pressured salesman. I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone.

The reason why I rated GO Courtesy Ford in Littleton so high in all categories is that I just bought my THIRD vehicle from this dealership and my experience was just as wonderful as my first two purchases from Courtesy Ford. I was treated with total respect, and I got a great deal without ANY hassle. Great dealership -- and Gil Montellano is a very professional, pleasant, and up-front salesman. Great job, GO Courtesy! Buying a car can be stressful. I have purchased approximately 15 cars for myself and daughters over the years. Without question my latest purchase was by far the most pleasant experience. The salesman, Gil, did an excellent job in understanding our needs and getting us into the right car. He went the extra mile in thoroughly going through all the functions of the vehicle. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Our experience at Go Ford was excellent! We give excellent ratings in every category. The first thing that impressed us the most was the pressure free approach from the dealers salespeople. This is very important to us to be able to look at cars without someone "shadowing" us. Our salesperson was very helpful and accommodating to our questions and requests. Cata was his name and he allowed us to test drive, it seemed, every car in the lot, with no pressure of buying. Although we went there to but 2 cars, we never felt pressured. We just want to be educated on the cars and given the opportunity to get the best price for those cars. Go Ford worked with us for many hours and were very patient and professional. We would buy another car from their dealer, without hesitation. Great experience!

Gil Montellano provided an outstanding service throughout our car buying decision process and gave us a glimpse of what customer service is like at Go Courtesy Ford. Gils actions from the first evening we stopped by the dealership to evaluate the Edge (ten minutes from closing time) was quite telling....I noticed Gil was the only one coming forth inside the dealership to assist us in the showroom while the other salesman avoided eye contact even walking by a few of them (not attending any customers). I was aware of the time but true customer service comes from meeting a need and exceeding expectations. I had my wife evaluate the cross-overs on the Cadillac, Audi, Lexus, and as a non player the Ford-----I would have preferred the more established Luxury brands. However, Gil from the beginning gave of his time and allowed us to test drive and answered our questions that evening and soon realized that Ford was a player in our car buying decision. Within the next few days we made arrangements to test drive the Edge again and come to a financial decision over the phone. During this process Gil listened to our needs and made the necessary research while getting back to our concerns within 20 minutes or sooner. Once the purchase was made in the evening (our only time frame) once again Gil gave of his time while explaining thoroughly the SYNC technology (not only did we gain something from this session but our kids were in tune to his explanations) and entering our personal information online and our phone information onto Bluetooth (five of us). I even received a phone call from Gil two days after the sale to make sure and let us know that if we had any additional questions he would be available to answer our concerns at any time. Gil is an exceptional representative for Go Courtesy Ford thru our experience at the dealership.

We almost bought an Explorer there and when we went back to get it, it was actually already sold. This was a truck they had in the SAturday morning paper. It was a great price for a really nice truck. Too bad we hesitated.

Took my Focus in for a problem with the power locks. They said it was a fuse and changed the fuse. I got my car home and noticed that the rear driver's side door handle had been completely ripped off while at the dealer! I took the car back immediately and they claimed they didn't do it, etc. After going to the manager they admitted responsibility and gave me a loaner car. They called me on two separate occasions to say my car was ready to be picked up. and both times the car was NOT ready after I had driven across town to pick it up. Car ended up being in shop for 13 days and door handle fell off again about a year later. Out of state dealer fixed it for free.<br><br>Truly a nightmare.
