Overall, the whole experience was extremely easy, and it was probably the best I’ve ever had when buying a car. Looking and test driving was not a forceful or pushy experience, finance took about 20 minutes from start to finish, and everyone was more than accommodating. I worked with Kyle, and I would highly recommend anyone ask for him. He went above and beyond my expectations of a car salesperson, all while being courteous and respectful of my needs. The dealership worked with me on my needs, and we were able to work out a deal that aligned for both of us. I would certainly buy there again.

I was disappointed with my experience at the local dealership so decided to explore other locations via the web. I found the car I was interested in at Columbia Audi and emailed the dealership. Within 10 minutes I received a return contact from Devin. He was great at answering our questions and responding to requests. We decided to make the drive to look at the vehicle and ultimately purchased it. It was a wonderful experience working with Devin and the others we worked with. We were treated very fairly and were very pleased with the trade in value we received on the car we traded. It’s the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car. The process went so smoothly. We are very pleased with the service we received! Great experience!

Amazing automotive group. Sales to service you are treated as a highly valued customer. The showroom and service waiting areas are impeccably maintained. Waiting area is well maintained- esp during covid. Service staff, and sales for that matter, are respectful and thoroughly knowledgeable of their products and services. This dealership is FAR superior to the BMW. There is no comparison between the experience at the 2 dealerships- I won’t get started on how poor my experience was at BMW right up the street! Highly recommend this dealership and I love my Audi as well!

We are first-time Audi Owners and given location, have relied on Audi Columbia for our service appointments. We could not be more impressed with their service and specialist departments. Each time I have had the vehicle serviced, it has been done in a timely fashion and always with a quality loner vehicle. DeDe Kinney is a delight to work with and certainly runs business the right way! Just recently, I interacted with Jamal Deloatch in getting a SIM Card installed -- he came into Audi on his day off when he heard I was there, just to handle the service so that I wouldn't have to drive back out to the dealership. Customer service doesn't get better than that! Very happy with Audi Columbia and their personnel.

They were able to locate a car for me out of state that met my requirements and delivered the car on the exact day that they promised. Friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous, a joy to deal with. They were also very competitive and gave me the best deal that I could find on my Q5 and believe me- I am a big internet shopper! First time driving an Audi, was a Lexus owner for years.

I purchased a pre-owned Audi Q7 from the dealership. Devon, Bob and Henry were great to work with. Within a couple of weeks of my purchase, the engine light came on and the windshield wiper fell off. They took care of both items at no charge to me. Love my Q7!

I purchased a pre-owned A6 from this dealership. I found a loose part in the sunroof that didn't hinder it's operation, but I figured it may be important. When I informed the service department they told me that they had to fully replace the sunroof mechanism and did so. When I returned to pick up my car a week or so later, one of the headlights was not functioning. The service department fixed the headlight and replaced the LED strip too. Throughout this 4 week ordeal Audi Columbia made sure I had a very nice loaner and more importantly there was no charge for these pricey repairs. I again would like to thank Bob Adams and DeDe Kinney for doing business the right way.

Chris Arthur sold my wife a new 2014 Q5 in January and the entire sales experience was impeccable. The product was great and they priced the cars as if they wanted your business not a negotiation. As the Q5 was our first Audi the entire staff came out to welcome us to the Audi family, very cool. On July 30th after months of talking about it Chris priced out a 2015 S5 Coupe for me and I ordered it that day. I picked it up this week! They do sell a great product, but the differentiator is the people and the process. I always felt that we were trying to make the same thing happen, even with trade-ins - the best car buying experience of my life and I have been through many. Do yourself a favor stop by and meet these folks. First class.

I found an Audi I wanted at their dealership by internet as I am not in South Carolina. We coordinated the final price and me selling my current vehicle locally within 24 hours. I made a substantial down payment over the phone with their sales manager. I even faxed a copy of my license and insurance info at their request. The plan was for me to drive a one way rental to them and pick up the Audi in 3 days. On day two, the sales manager called and said SORRY- we sold the car to someone else. I am stuck with a nonrefundable rental car and a family with kids and no transportation! After repeated phone calls and voice mails left for the general manager, I have never heard back form the dealership. What a shady organization. Never waste your time and money with this dealership that has no morals or dignity.

We recently purchased a 2014 A5 convertible from Audi Columbia. Chris Authur was great to work with. They did not have the color and features we wanted in their inventory but they went looking and found it for us. We live on the coast about 3 hours away and the whole process was very professional and the best car buying experience I have ever had. We picked up the car and left our trade-in yesterday and everything was ready and the entire process was very efficient. Highly recommend Chris Authur and Audi Columbia.

From the moment I had my fist conversation with their internet person, Chad Richmond, the experience was great. The next person I had contact with was Christina Arthur the sales person I was luck enough to be assigned to. Christina was the best trained and most helpful sales person I have experienced over many years of purchasing cars. The next person I came in contact with was Tucker Campion, General Manager, a reason the operation runs as professionally as it does. By now the deal has been made and it is time to go see Henry Sugars. Business Manager, to get the paper work completed. Henry was ready and also very professional. While this may sound like I have an interest in this business I am only stating my experience with Audi Columbia and would have no reservations about sending a member of my family to purchase a car from them. A special thanks to Christina for her time explaining the systems in the car and how they worked, a great sales person. Chris Arthur did an outstanding job for the 2 weeks we were shopping for an Audi Q5. We made to 2 visits to the dealership and decided on a color they were not able to locate for us, so we drove 100 miles to another dealer ready to purchase the car and then after being at that dealership for only 20 minutes, decided to drive BACK to Columbia to purchase from Chris. She was great and we look forward to a long term relationship with she and Audi Columbia. We could not have been more pleased with our decision. Henry was also very helpful and followed up with us as well.

Audi of Columbia South Carolina is a dealership without ethics and morals. Jason Branham and David Houser sold me a car that had been in a terrible accident, rebuilt, repainted and sold as a "clean one-owner car"...... they even had the Carfax to prove it! Lies, lies and more lies! This car was driven one day before breaking down, then towed to another Audi dealership. The other Audi dealership said this car should not have been sold at an Audi Dealership and probably should not have put back on the road. The accident was so bad, the seat belts just had to be replaced because they were so stretched, they would not longer retract back into the sidewall of the car. Anyone thinking about buying a car from this place should run away or at the very least, take the car to a reputable lot to have someone else check out the car! Audi of Columbia can not be trusted. After I contacted Audi USA about the business practices they had, Audi said they do not approve of their actions, but they can not do anything about it because they are a "partner dealership", and they can only reprimand them? As for Jason and David, shame on both of you for being the kind of used car salesmen that punch lines are written about..... This car is not a one owner, it has had more than slight paint touch up, and it was much more then an electrical harness that has gone wrong with it. This car is under warranty, and Audi said none of the parts that had to be replaced were covered. I know that when you read this, you probably will not care, but maybe after you have read a few hundred of these.... it will probably sink in that what you did was wrong and immoral. ****Buyer Beware of Audi of Columbia **** They sell cars that have been in severe accidents, rebuild them, and sell them as "excellent clean cars". My car was in such bad shape, even the roof had bondo in it!!! How bad does an accident have to be before they have to bondo the roof...???? Shame on you Jason Branham, David Houser, Audi of Columbia, and Audi USA for being coconspirators in a plot to defraud customers of their money for cars that are not in the condition they are promised.

I was in the market for a new car and decided on the Audi A6. Then I started checking prices and such with various local dealers. I found the local dealer in the Charlotte area to be not to helpful on price and the sales representative while nice was not very knowledgeable about all the specific features of the car. I gave the local dealer the opportunity to compete with what I was seeing online and was told that MSRP is MSRP and that there must be something wrong with the car. The typical run around that I expected and further contributing to my anxiety of the whole car purchase experience. I then called Audi of Columbia and soon realized that I should have just started there first. I was referred to speak with Henry Shugar. He could not have been nicer and worked with me to massage the numbers to get me into the A6. Plus after working with me he then furthered the deal by finding some additional Audi incentives on my trade. He could've kept that to himself but he didn't. When I arrived to the dealership to test drive and make sure I like the car, I was introduced to Chris Arthur. She was extremely polite and knew everything there was to know about the car. We had a lovely test drive despite an accident that stuffed up the traffic a bit. She was very professional and polite. When I decided to buy the car, she helped me with my phone and even transferred by child's car seat from my old car into the new one. In the end, I left with the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was polite and I was comfortable in the dealership. I was dreading the whole experience on the way down to Columbia and with a big smile on my face and happy as a clam. It was a wonderful experience and their follow up to ensure my happiness is superior.

I had a great experience at Audi of Columbia. The Staff was friendly and more than helpful. I had been to another dealership in Columbia before choosing Audi and my experience there made me appreciate my experience at Audi even more. The first dealership I went to was only interested in the possible sale. They didn't even offer for me to test drive or see the vehicle I was interested in before trying to run my credit to get me "pre approved." After dealing with 2 sales representatives and them running my credit more than 15 times (without my knowledge), they then told me there was nothing they could do to get my payments and interest rate where I wanted it with any vehicle they had on the lot. At this point I was frustrated and ready to give up my search considering what this particular dealer had told me. I then found the certain vehicle make and model I was searching for online on the Audi of Columbia Dealership web page. I thought it wouldn't hurt to try one last time and I am glad I did. Before even asking about my credit history they offered a test drive so I could get a feel of the vehicle. While on the test drive Chirs was very helpful, friendly and kept the conversation going. It wasn't your typical awkward test drive with a complete stranger. Once we got back and I confirmed that I was pleased with the vehicle, we went through the motions and (with only running my credit 1 time) they met my monthly payment budget with a great interest rate. I drove home with the vehicle I wanted and with a smile on my face. I will be returning to Audi of Columbia in the future and will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new/used vehicle. Thanks again to all of you at Audi of Columbia! You all are the best out there!

Earlier in summer 2012, I had purchased a used vehicle from Audi of Columbia and had a poor experience from the sales person (who was new) and the Sales Manager at the time. After a few months of dealing with a problematic purchase, I decided to post my experience.This is when I received a call from Jason Branham, the owner of Audi Columbia. After listening to my side of the story, he asked me a very simple question, "What can I do to make it right?"A very open ended question and he was willing to let me get full credit of my purchased car, without depreciation, and put it towards any car in his two dealerships (new or old). I decided to take him up on his offer and drove the 4hrs to Columbus. The sales agent and I discussed my situation and for once, the car buying experience went as a customer would expect; courteous, personable yet professional, and stress free. He explained the Sales manager I had dealt with is no longer with the company and the new sales agent had retired due to health problems. This was a good sign that the house was being cleaned. After a couple of test drives, we worked to hammer out a deal where I ended up buying a new car instead of an used or CPO. The dealership had worked hard to earn my trust and the finance manager is also a positive asset to the dealership.My experience with Audi Columbia has restored my belief that car buying can be a positive experience where you build a relationship for a long time. I will strongly recommend Audi Columbia and if you have a problem, Jason can be reached easily to help sort things out.Thanks again for turning my situation into something positive so I can look back at 2012 without any regret.

This was a great experience for me. Plenty of other dealerships I have been to were very pushy and dishonest...the typical stereotype for a car dealership. This dealership, and Chris in particular, made this a great experience. The knowledge, honesty and dedication to delivering the product I wanted was apparent through the entire process. They were always ready to greet me, took me around to meet the service department personnel and made me feel very at home. Would have loved a lower price, but who wouldn't!?!

This was an outstanding experience!! Customer service was top-notch from the beginning. I had inquired about an A4 online and received prompt information online that was not pushy like other dealerships can be. I drove to Columbia from Augusta and I am definitely glad I did. They gave me a great price on my vehicle and the experience was wonderful. Dave and Joe were pleasant and treated me with respect that I did not receive from other luxury dealerships. This was a new car for my wife after 9 Lexus vehicles for her. We had owned two Audis in the past but it had been many years. I drive a Porsche so we are well familiar with the pros and cons of German automobiles and have also owned multiple BMWs and Mercedes. We drive a lot on weekends so we were specifically looking for an A3 TDI due to the claimed mileage. We live in Charleston, SC and tried our best to deal with McDaniels Audi and knew the vehicle would need to be ordered from the factory due to our option needs. The salesman was nice enough but told us when we were ready to order and cut the deal that they could not guarantee that the car would be delivered by end of December when our Lexus lease was up.I contacted Audi of Columbia and dealt with Chris Arthur. Chris was great and she also clicked with my wife during the test drive of an A3 on the lot. We specified our options and got a fair price on the car. Chris kept us in the loop during the manufacturing process and the car was delievered the second week of December as promised. I know cars and Chris understood that a lot of research had been done on our part. She did not always have the answer immediately but got it which was much appreciated. The new sales manager Joe was very nice and Marcus did an excellent job with the closing on the deal. We have not taken the car in for service yet but hopefully will have a good experience similar to Lexus. Excellent dealer so far and I can easily recommend working with Chris Arthur on your transaction. No pressure and a super nice individual.

My experience with Audi Columbia was a very good one. I attempted to purchase an Audi from another dealership and was essentially given the run around. Issac Deas and the personnel at Audi Columbia gave me what I wanted in a reasonable amount of time. The only reason I did not give fives for 'Quality of Work' and 'Overall Experience' was due to receiving my vehicle later than I expected. Other than that, my experience was Great!!

I was searching for a specific car (make, model, color - int/ext). I had visited Audi dealerships in Atlanta and Augusta, Ga. (I live in Ga) The Atlanta dealership was unable to find the exact car that I wanted, nor were they willing to offer a compromise on the "similar" model they located. The Augusta dealership found the car, however, were not willing to "deal". I left these dealerships somewhat disappointed, frustrated, and even insulted. I went online and located the exact car I wanted (A5) at Audi Columbia. I emailed and received an immediate response, both in email and phone call. The Internet agent scheduled an appointment with Audi Columbia, processed my trade-in information, created a file for the sales staff in Columbia so they would have info when I arrived. When I arrived at Audi Columbia, I was met by the nicest, most personable, professional sales lady... Chris Arthur. She immediately made me feel that my trip was worth while. Chris never pressured or tried to "hard sale" me. She understood I had researched the car and had "done my homework". During the test drive, she allowed me to connect with the car... again, no hard sale. Once we returned to the dealership, Chris provided me with a most reasonable proffer. This offer did not insult or offend me. Chris was able to negotiate an even better deal than the original without either one of us haggling.Marcus, Finance Manager, processed the sale and offered add-on options, again, without hard-sale. Matt Taylor was efficient in processing the administrative side of the paperwork. We had a good discussion about the "new norm" when it comes to car buying. Matt was anxious to earn my business and willing to provide a level of customer service I did not experience at many other dealers during my search. Kudos to Ike & Matt, it seems the "get it." Horrible!!! BUYER BEWARE! Can not express how disappointed we are in our purchase and this dealer specifically. Purchased a CPO A4 convertible. Was promised that all 300 point inspection had been done and car was in excellent condition. Jason Branham expressed repeatedly that the price was none negotiable because it was CPO and in excellant condition. First day I drove it noticed a loud noise from under the hood. Call Audi Columbia and was told that the engine need to be warmed up for 10-15 minutes each time you drive it and the noise would go away. It did not. Was told we could bring it back but but we live in Charlotte 2 hours away and the dealer obviously knew this. Took the car to Audi Charlotte and after 2 days was told the timing belt was bad and had to be replaced on a 25,000 mile car, obviuosly missed or ignored by Audi of Columbia. Called Audi Columbia. Took 2 days to get a conference call with Jason and Chris which they showed up a 1/2 hour late for. Showing right away we were not a valued customer since the call was scheduled the day before so eveyone had plenty of notice and should have been on time. We expressed how disappointed we were that we had this issue and our concern as to what else was missed. We were told first there was not noice then the noise coming from the car could not have missed by "A trained Audi mechanic". This noise and the timing belt must have happened after we left the dealership, as we heard it the next day after purchase. We expressed repeatedly how dissatissfied we were and in a nut shell Audi Columbia did not care. Not only did they argue every example but even told us the receipt we have from Audi Charlotte saying timing belt was replaced was typed by someone and was obviously done wrong. Which we pointed out that the "service records" Jason was quoting could have been type wrong also which Jason could not or would not respond to. Jason quoted standard sales man lines like he was reading from a script or he had a lot of practice at BS'g customers with many prior issues. They offered to trade us for another car but they don't have any convertibles so how could I trade. Also like the other review below what would I be getting with another car????? We continued to express out frustration and Chris, who was not allowed to even speak when asked direct questions, nor did Jason offer any solutions except - I could sell the car myself and to bad if I took a loss on it. Espeically since who knows what a "trained mechanic" at a reputable dealer might find wrong with it. We said we wanted to return the car and get our money back and was told "this is not Walmart" we will not take the car back. When asked why since when we purchased the car we were told there were several people looking at it, other confirmed buyers and if we didn't want it would be very easy to sell. Jason refused to answer. Another salesman line. Although it may be a good dealer when buying a car from them, they are the worst if an issue arises as other reviews state, including the same GM Jason being involved. The problem arrises when you have issues and how this dealer handles it. At no point in the conversation were they apologetic or acknlowdged that they could have missed something or that we were concerned about the safety of the car. No concern for the customer or interest in working thru the issue we had. Even stated that one you bought it it's not there problem. Then to top it all off Jason hung up on us!!! We repeatedly asked questions with no answers and what is equally disturbing is no solutions to the problems or our concerns were given. There was no noise in the engine when we left the dealer the night before but all of a sudden the timing belt went bad the next morning at our house according to Jason. We have never purchased an Audi before and won't buy anymore in the future, but have and do own other Luxury cars like Infiniti and BMW. We have never had this type of experience with any other dealership, even Chevy and Ford dealerships provided better. This is based on having purchased 14 cars in the past within our immediate family. What should have been a joyous experience has turned into a nightmare thanks to Audi of Columbia. This experience has completely soured us on Audi and this Audi dealer. They just don't walk the talk as other car dealers do. If you choose to buy a car from Audi Columbia be very cautious and hope you never have any issues where you have to deal with Jason Branham or the dealership in general because you will have the same results as we and others have had, your issue will not be addressed. FIND ANOTHER DEALER!

We have purchased several vehicles in the past, but we were not prepared for the service we were provided when we went to Audi Columbia for a used car. I went to the dealership as a skeptic, thinking the price was too good to be true, and mentally prepared myself for the old bait and switch. Matt (Sales Manager) greeted us and introduced us to Ike, who in turn took over the rest of the process. I was extremely surprised, that the price on the vehicle was as listed, and the vehicle was as described online, But we were shocked when it came time for the trade in....I was bracing myself for a lowball offer, which did not come! We were offered what we were expecting on the trade in!! This was the best car buying experience that we had!! Oh, and to top it off, during our visit to the business office, we were offered all the extras, but they were not shoved down our throats. We kindly declined (one time) and that response was accepted.Wish other dealerships operated like Audi Columbia!! Highly recommended!! If they treated us this well for a pre-owned sale...imagine what they are like during a NEW one!!

It's difficult to write this review as we love the car and the dealership was recommended by a friend, but after today's incident (the THIRD issue within three weeks of buying the car) I have no choice.SUMMARY:PROS - Great selection of cars. Very nice looking dealership (which makes sense when all they care about is taking your money).CONS - Unbelievably untrustworthy. Do not appear to care about their customers. Sales people will say whatever to get you to buy vehicle and off the phone. SOME SPECIFICS:We live in North Carolina and drove to Columbia, SC because they had the vehicle that we wanted in stock when no one else did near by. The sales person we dealt with was courteous and the dealership was beautiful. The price for the car, which was a CPO auto with only 5,000 miles, was respectable based on calling other dealers. Not the best but not the worst. We didn't other haggling over a few dollars and just made an easy sale. Then we drove the car off the lot. That's when we realized our mistake with Audi Columbia.We got 5 miles down the road and noticed CHIPS (multiple) in the windshield. When I contacted my sales person I was told "we will make it right." We turned around to go back to the dealership when she called back and said that the sales manager is arranging for a company to try to repair the windshield and if that doesn't work they will replace it. I asked if we should come in and were told "no, go home and we will call tomorrow about the repair."Tomorrow came, then the next week, then countless emails and FINALLY the name of the repair shop was sent over. They repair people tried to remove the chips, which are distracting to the driver, and could not. Given that my wife drives our little kids around, we don't want any type of distraction.When we called up Audi Columbia they said "no, we won't repair it." What!? They then tried to argue that the chips were OUR fault and that they never found them during pre-inspection!? That's right. They argued that within the FIVE MILES that we drove leaving their dealership THREE chips occurred. They said, "a windshield is expensive and we're not replacing it. You misheard us before." Lovely.Around this time, while showing the car to a neighbor, we found not one but TWO plugs in the tires. When I contacted the same sales person she told me again, "we'll take care of it." Four hours later I get a call "we'll I wanted to do it and the sales manager wanted to do it but our general manager said no." Again, promise one thing then retract the promise. She said "come in by 10am tomorrow and we will SWAP it with another car." So they were going to give some other unsuspecting sucker the bum tire. Of course she tells us this at 5pm on Thursday offering for me to take off from work to drive 2+ hours for them to right this wrong. What a great attitude.During this whole process we remained polite but annoyed, we eventually spoke to the sales manager, who said "I don't know what to tell you, she's saying one thing and you say another!" We have phone log showing the exact time we called when the chips in the windshield were found and where we were. We have logs showing the time between calls about the time. This isn't he said she said, we have NOTHING to gain from finding chips and plugs. The dealership is simply untrustworthy.AND HERE'S THE BEST PART...Today, three weeks after buying the car in South Carolina, we go to register the vehicle in NC as we only have four weeks. On the way to register the vehicle we receive an email from Audi Columbia saying they JUST sent in our paperwork to the NC DMV and, sorry, we couldn't find the DMV you asked us to send it to.That's right. THREE WEEKS after the car was purchased they "get around" to sending on the forms we NEED to register the vehicle. Then they send it to the wrong place! When I asked why they waited for the last minute to do this, I was not given an answer from the sales woman at Audi Columbia or the women that handles the paperwork.I've purchased VWs, Saabs, BMW, Mercedes in NY, NJ, LA and other states but I have NEVER dealt with a dealership like Audi Columbia. They are the reason that stereotypes about slimy car dealerships exist. Get them in, sell them a car, and kick them to the curb.If you need a car, find it elsewhere in Augusta, Charlotte or Hilton Head.

I have purchased and leased many cars over the years, including four Audi's prior to this lease. This is the best buying experience I have had - most of it because of Chris Arthur - she is great. The real difference is that Chris and everyone else at Audi Columbia treated me with respect, they listened to my needs and then they COLLABORATED with me to make the deal that worked for me.

We've previously purchased several BMW's and Audi's. By far, this is the most positive experience we have had. Our salesperson, Chris Arthur, was THE most knowledgeable person we've worked with. We test drove multiple vehicles and amazingly she knew details about each car. She also knew how the more technical aspects of setting up the electronics on the vehicles.Each person we met was helpful and passionate about their cars and the dealership.Have already recommended this dealership and Chris in particular to two friends.

Traveled 60mins to Audi of Columbia after internet research and contact there. Was promptly met by Ms. Chris Arthur who very professionally explored my interests/needs/wishes in a new car. Although I had gone with the expectation of only looking at an A3, Chris showed my wife and I an '11 A4 Avant Quattro Sportline and I was in love again! The price was right, trade-in offer was only fair but the overall buying experience was top notch.Chris Arthur is very professional in her demeanor, has an excellent knowledge of product (I've learned to hate the car buying experience at some dealerships where the salespeople have much less knowledge of product than I, and act as tho they're doing me a favor by trying to sell me a car - not at all the case here), and has provided excellent after-the-sale service (e.g. reminded me of possible refund on my extended service warranty on the trade-in, with policy and contact #'s). It is highly likely my wife's next vehicle will be purchased at Audi of Columbia with Chris Arthur's help.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

I was in the market to trade my A4 for a crossover SUV. I had read extensively about the various vehicles in this category, and I knew I wanted to drive the new Q5. I had bought 4 previous Audis from Audi Columbia and knew many of the staff. When I went to look at a 2010 Q5, I met Chris Arthur. She was new to the sales staff, and I must say that she is one of the best auto sales persons I have encountered. I already knew a fair amount about the Q5, and Chris respected my knowledge and worked with me in a very professional way to create the deal I was satisfied with. The specific model with the equipment I wanted was not on the lot, so Chris worked diligently with the Sales Manager to locate exactly what I wanted and bring it to Columbia. All in all, I am very satisfied with my buying experience and am pleased that the dealership has a sales person as professional as Chris is.

Jeff showed me the car I had come to see quickly and efficiently. When it did not suit me, he suggested another model that was perfect! He handled my short time frame, gave me all the info I needed, and ended up bringing me the car 150 miles away when I could not get back to Columbia to pick it up due to work. He made every accommodation, had the paperwork executed in record time. Best of all, he never mentioned the price of the car while I was at the dealership. For someone who hates to haggle and just wants to be treated fairly, this was amazing. When he had switched license plates, seen that everything was in its correct place (in 105 degree heat), he asked if I wanted a moment alone with my old car. You can't rate treatment like that in any business or profession. This was the best large-purchase experience I have had in 40 years of shopping.

Having been a previous Audi owner, I was already sold on Audi's quality and style, as well as the high standards and performance of Audi Columbia's Service Department. So when it came time to trade my TT on a more practical A4, I was delighted to meet Chris Arthur. I leased an Audi Avant in June. My salesman was Ray Brown. He was exceptionally professional and thorough - did not try to over-sell, knew the car, was prompt in responding to my inquiries. I had not bought a car in 8 years so some of the new technology was a bit intimidating. I tested several models before making my final choice. Ray was patient and not condenscending. I had several follow-up questions and, again, he was prompt and thorough. I would give him the highest rating on customer service.I cannot give the dealership the highest rating because my license tags did not arrive until after the dealer tags had expired. Ray Brown had nothing to do with this part of my experience.

I came to Audi of Columbia just to look at the A4, but ended up leaving with a 2009 Audi A4. Ray Brown made the experience very comfortable and went out of his way to ensure that me and my family were at ease with the purchase. My experience at Audi of Columbia was a very pleasant one and definitely recommend anyone to go to Audi of Columbia to purchase an Audi.

Worth the drive from Atlanta. Painless sale. I did most of everything over the internet and the phone. Drove to the dealer and everything was done. No price "arguing", everything was done as promised. I spent about an hour and a half total and most of it was going over the new car.

I took my TT in to have it looked at for making a noise in the suspension (not rocket science). I made an appointment for 730 in the morning, telling them that I wanted a call w/ the diagnosis, and that I would likely tell them to do the rear end service (Haldex) at that time. At 3pm no call, so I called, the car hadn't been looked at yet. At 6pm when I showed up to pick up the car, it was still on the lift. I was given no diagnosis and promised a call the next day. No call. The day after I called and was told I would get an email, no email. Three days later I called again and was promised an email by noon the next day, no email. It is now two or three weeks later, still no contact. To top it off, whatever was done to "diagnose" this car made the noise much worse... and I still don't know what is wrong with it... Through all this, I remained patient and polite... but this is totally beyond reasonable. Audi of Columbia has the worst customer service (although seemingly very polite when talking to them) I have experienced. Neither Chalmers or Scott value me as a customer or a person. Very clearly, they want my business to go somewhere else... and it will.By the way, I love my TT, I think Audi's are great, I want buy a brand new one within a year or two... but not from Audi of Columbia... given the lack of other Audi dealers locally, that may mean I have to choose a different car... what a shame.
