Very disappointed to drive up to the lot in my All Star purchased JEEP looking at Chalengers for my son, on the lot and then walked through the showroom and not one salesman w/ (2) sitting in chairs out front on smoke break... I guess, watched a family of (4) drive up look at cars and walk right out the front door without the courtesy of asking how they may help!I not selling it for them. I'm buying!

Prescheduled my 2014 RAM for service appointment to correct 3 mfgr's recall items and diagnose a check engine light issue. All items were corrected under warranty in a timely manner (under 2 hrs). The problem with the check engine light was a failed oil pressure sensor which was replaced.

The service personnel we friendly and knowledgeable. They were all very well versed in their positions and very professional, yet extremely warm. They explained exactly what will be done and how long my wait would take. They explained that if they could get the vehicle repaired in a shorter time, of course they would - and they did. We were honest without making someone feel they were wasting my time. I was very pleased with this experience.

went in for a oil change and to rotate tires. I knew there was a nail in my left rear tire showed service rep. she saw an additional nail in same tire. I had a coupon for 10 percent off service and a discount coupon off oil change. could only use one took the oil change. bill with a new tire and oil change was approx. $280. when i got home my wife checked the receipt and found the rep. did not take anything off the oil change. called rep. and after she checked she said the oil change was cheaper since i used synthetic oil. I told her she should have told me to use my 10 percent coupon and i would have saved $28. since i did not get a rotation because she said the new tire should stay on the back i would get a free rotation next oil change. i found out later that if you get a oil change rotation is free. so i still got nothing. on top of that the oil change reminder sticker only had 1688 miles until the next oil change. i drove back to the dealer the next day talked to service manager who was very helpful she changed the sticker to reflect the correct mileage and gave me a 10 percent coupon. she agreed the service rep should have told me i could use the 10 percent coupon on my bill. i told the manager the rep was very helpful but needed to help customers a little better. the manager made it right and i will be going back for service there.

He will sell you a wrangler that will fit what you intend to use it for, not to add on unnecessary options. He's straight up and not some crap salesman just trying to make a sale. The service department did not honor the factory or extended Warranty on my husband's 3500. The truck was still under factory warranty and we were forced to pay almost $1000 in repairs. The dealership said there was a problem with the diesel exhaust system and that the def was bad. The truck dealership put the def in the truck themselves. The truck went into limp mode in Mississippi. My husband had to pay a dealership there, and we were told we would be reimbursed for those expenses. We were never reimbursed. I will never do business with this place again.

Bought a brand new 2015 ram 1500. They gave me a 9% interest rate and made me buy gap insurance. I have a 800 credit score I found out later that month when I bought a jeep from sterling in Opelousas I got a 3.2 interest rate. Sterling refinanced my truck and got me a 3.8 interest rate saved me over 10k in interest over the life of the loan. I would recommend sterling in Opelousas highly. Then today my new truck is leaking on the inside I called the service department and they told me it will be a month before they could get to it. So a month before you can fix a truck the is leaking inside. I will never go to this dealership again and I would highly recommend anyone else to go somewhere else to do business with.

I took my truck in for the Airbag recall replacement.While in the shop I had them change the fuel filter, oil filter, oil change and front brake pad replacement. Their prices seem very competitive with the last place I took my truck to. Erin found a 10% Internet discount and when I realized there was an overcharge on the labor and brought it to Erin's attention she was quick to get a credit issued back to my bank account.

The friendliness of the staff was excellent, and the dealership took care of us very well with assisting with rental coverage and other needs, while my vehicle was in the shop. The only reason that kept this experience from earning a "perfect" rating on here was that it was a little difficult to reach staff members to get updates about the progress of diagnosis and repairs. We had to leave several messages before we were contacted back by anyone.

I purchased a 2014 Ford 150 XLT and the overall experience was very good. The salesman and the sales manager was very helpful and willing to work the details of the sale with me. I was able to use a new Ford 150 for the day to see if that's what I wanted. The next day All Star Ford put an inspection sticker on the truck and gave it a good cleaning since it was late closing the deal the day before. My only complaint was with the Business Manager, the extended warranty sales pitch was a little high pressured. I listened politely to the options and after several minutes denied the extra coverage. It only extended it to 60/70k miles, hopefully the truck will perform for me a lot longer than that. I'm happy with my new truck and with the experience.

Got inspection sticker on new car. No one was in the Chrysler service dept, so I was sent over to Ford. The fellow that greeted me at the door remembered I had been in getting the car and told me to go to Ford service to get it taken care of. He walked the whole procedure thru with me since I was not familiar with Ford. Done quickly and keys returned to me. Thank you

I have a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT from AllStar Ford. I had to have some insurance work done on the vehicle and AllStar did an excellent job of performing the work in a very timely and professional manner. I was impressed with how thorough they were with the work, and how quickly they were able to get the work completed, especially with part of the work taking place across a holiday weekend.I had a great experience, and the service department manager was very friendly and helpful as well throughout the entire experience.

I went to All Star Ford in Denham Springs, not only did they take me serious but gave me a great deal. The salesman knew more about this car than all the places I went did. He and the management along with the dealership, let me know I was important and wanted me to get exactly what I want. We bought a used car here recently, and it was a great experience. Wes helped us out, and he was very friendly and patient, especially with our many questions and our desire to look at several different cars before deciding on a purchase. Once we had decided, the financial paperwork part of the deal was quick and very well explained. As we were walking out the door to drive off the lot, several employees took a second to congratulate us on our new purchase, which wrapped up the entire experience with a cherry on top. The sale process was outstanding. One of the big reasons I have purchased vehicles from this location for many years, and of course you remember your good customers. Another reason is this location strives to make the best deal possible. Sales person was extremely helpful. The van purchase was for my wife and he took the time to sit with her and go over all the features. He even went through all the menu options and set up the features for her. He took the time to show how the on-board GPS worked (HE set up some of the options for her ), how to operate the DVD system. He even set up my wife's phone on U-connect, down loaded the contact list for her and covered all the other features as well. The van was prepped while I was on my way from work. It was basically ready when I got there. The online application feature made everything go smoothly, nice feature. Of course the signing party is a pain, but that is just the nature of the beast.

Outstanding experience from these guys. Going into it thinking I would not be able to get into anything better than an old car with high mileage; I was blown away when I got the call that they could put me in a brand new Dodge Dart for the same note I was paying for my 2005 Nissan. Broke down traveling from TX to AL. Truck towed to All Star ford. After waiting for most of the day, was called up and told injector bad, glow plug bad, egr cooler shot (which i knew and was reason for break down) and low compression on cylinder #8. Only option offered was $20,282 engine. Had towed to another diesel shop for second opinion. Nothing wrong with injectors, one glow plug down, and bad egr cooler. Cost- $2100. Truck runs fine. Kicker is, as tow truck driver was loading truck at All Star ford, backed into something causing tremendous damage. Since he didn't have my info, asked them to contact me. They never said a word to me. Only found out when I went to other shop to pick up truck. Tow truck driver related this info to me. When asked by ford for customer satisfaction survey, got call a day later from service manager stating I was offered options. Paperwork clearly will testify there were no other options. Surprised there wasn't a salesman standing over my shoulder when told about $20,000 engine. Shop isn't worth two dead flies. Knew I was stranded and tried to take advantage.

I walked into the dealership with my girlfriend. I did not have an appointment and was feeling kind-of apprehensive. We had been looking around the parking lot at the cars for awhile and then we walked inside and was very impressed with the showroom. After being asked a few questions, we got a salesperson and walked out to car lot. The car was super clean and was very smooth to drive. I fell in love with the car !!! After the testdrive, we went inside to do the paper work and it was a very conformable experience. I never once felt hassled or rushed. Pearl did a great job of explaining how things worked and was very down-to-earth. I will definitely send all my family and friends back to Pearl.

I went in the dealership and the first thing that greeted me was a freindly smile- not a fake one that I got at the others(Team Toy and B, Harris). I told Ms. Pearl what I was searching for and within 3 mintues, I was in my dream vehicle. Now, I was expecting to have to haggle for the price I wanted because I knew my Credit Score and Prices from the other dealerships, BUT was I shocked !!! They beat the others PRICES by 175 dollars !!! The percentage rate was below what the others were trying to PUSH on me. There was a slight cosmetic problem with the bumper. Pearl took the Ball and ran with it !!! She got her service team to fix problem that next day !!! Thanks to Ms. Pearl for making it a smooth purchse. At no time during the process did I experience any PUSHY SALES TACTICS. I have bought several cars in my life and this was truely a genuine freindly experience for me. GEAUX TIGERS !!!

My wife and I were very happy with our experience while shopping for trucks at All Star. Our salesman, Bob Hauptman, did not pressure us into purchasing a truck, unlike all the other dealerships we went to. We felt like we were able to make the decision ourselves without being "forced" to. He also showed us a lot of the features and benefits of the Ram truck we purchased. We looked at Rams elsewhere, but either those trucks didn't have those things he showed us or the other salesman didn't know squat about Ram trucks. All in all, we felt like we got the truck we wanted and for a great price too.

Went in to buy a Jeep Wrangler and met with Ryan Walker. Everyone calls him "The Jeep Guy" and he told us more about the Wrangler than any other salesman we met. He showed us how to properly operate the soft top and how to remove the doors. Also helped us modify our Jeep how we wanted it while still keeping the warrant intact. Just an overall enjoyable experience all around.

We took our truck here for a small oil spot in the driveway. After they looked at it they said the entire engine needed to come out to correct the problem. Well $5000 later the mechanic told us our truck was in perfect condition and should go for a long time. It is a diesel truck and the mechanic told us we had kept it well maintained. Well 2 weeks later another oil spot. Took it back in and they said oil plug was left loose. Tightened it and sent us on our way. Took the truck back for sluggish start and needed a couple of new tires. They called and said it needed some kind of condition reset. We asked it that would correct the problem and they assured us it would. When we picked up the truck the mechanic showed us what is called blow by. Said the motor was really in bad shape. Really....we just spent $5000 on it. Well they put the new tires on it and pretty much said that was all they could do. With tires and mechanic repair that fixed Nothing. Another $1500 out of our pocket. Tried calling the manager over All Star Ford repeatdly left at the very least 5 voice mails. Never a return call. Nothing at all from anyone. Don't waste your time or your money with this service department. Obviously they don't care about customer service, not even worth a return call!! We have purchased new cars from this dealer as well but NEVER again. Once they have your $ you are no longer valuable to them.

We have bought 2 cars from the dealerships in denham I the past 2 years everything was great other than the salesman couldn't really sell! We got fair values on our trades financing was simple but yesterday it was a whole different story! Wanted to trade our 2013 journey in only for their little sales manger to low ball me $12,000 for a trade it's worth $17500 what a rip! We wanted a ford but they apparently couldn't move an avenger so they thought we should have it probably had some incentive for the salesman whom couldn't sell or listen! Soooo after 4 wasted hours they obviously didn't want to sell a car which thAts what they are there for, they wanted $3000 down and still didn't want to give fair market value for our journey so the sales team who wanted to get every dollar out of us didn't get squat and I will not be back. I passed 2 ford dealers just to go to there's because of passed experience not again. And I know how the game works I used to sell cars I just got tired of this stupid game.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE FOR REPAIRS, THEY ARE RUDE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL. Made an appointment to get my truck repaired for a Monday at 7:00 a.m. they did not touch it for a day and a half, never called and told me anything that was going on. When I called them they said Oh, we haven't even looked at it yet, but will get right on it. Finally called me after 3 days and told me the compressor on my air conditioner was bad and they would get the part. Finally I called them again to find out what was going on and they told me they would have the truck by Friday at 12:00, yeah right. They finally called me at 5:45 Friday afternoon and told me my truck was ready, TOLD THEM I WAS ON MY WAY TO GET THE TRUCK AND THEY SAID THAT WAS FINE. Was pulling into their parking lot and they called and said I could not get my truck because the cashier had left, can you believe how this shows how much they care for their customers. I told them I would leave them a check for the repairs, but they said they couldn't do anything till Saturday morning. I do pipeline work and have to be in Texas on a job for Monday morning and told them this, but they just don't care at all about the customer. I am in the market for a new vehicle for myself, but WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE IF THAT IS THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

A couple years ago I bought a car from All Star in Prairieville. Got a great value for my trade and I enjoy my care greatly. Went to this All Star to look at a van, the sales rep took us for fools. First, he completely lowballed on the trade-in and said we couldn't get a higher offer elsewhere. Well, we did at two other dealerships and settled on the second one for a purchase. The other was the issue with the Carfax report. He claimed the dealer was being listed as the second owner. Go look at Carfax reports, when have you *ever* seen a dealer listed as an owner. Never.Finally, they claim the van we looked at had navigation, and it didn't. Yet they list in in their online listing. They didn't even want to budge from the price when we showed them two other vans at other dealerships with the same features, mileage, and model. Oh, and don't get me started on how they had to pay so much for detailing our trade-in, when the van showed to us was dirty on the inside.We shopped around some more and went to Community Motors in Hammond, where we were treated right. We got a great value on the trade and got the van we wanted. The van we purchased had what we were looking for and the sales staff treated us with respect.Never, ever again will I go to All Star. Not this one, not any one.

Made appointment to bring truck in for repairs. Dropped it off and called everyday, always the same story "we'll look at it tomorrow and call you" they never call. After four days I told them not to touch my truck. They are very rude and only give you excuses never results. Just don't do it it's not worth your time or headach.

This is the worst experience I've ever had getting a vehicle serviced. Called in to make an appointment and dropped the truck off. Called in daily and they kept giving me the run-around saying "we haven't gotten a chance to look at it but we will first thing in the morning". After a week they still hadn't touched it! Finally I went in to get the vehicle from them, would not recommend to anyone! Ralph sellers in Gonzales got the truck fixed in less than a day, that's where I'll be taking my business from now on...
