Brought my Subaru to this place for service under warranty... they took an unnecessary amount time to get it fixed, close to 4 weeks, they had a complete disregard for a customer. Communication is horrible. My Vehicle is back in another dealer to correct the repair.

I recently had the 30K service performed on my 2014 Forrester. the service people handled my service check in quickly and efficiently then kept me informed of the status of my repairs while I waited. When the car went to the wash for its final spruce up they ask me to come to the service area so I would be available when it was complete. The overall service experience was superb. Thank You.

It took me about a year to decide on buying a new Subaru... As a matter of fact I visited not only this dealership but others within the tri-county area and did extensive web searches concerning the 2016 models. On each visit to this particular dealership I was met by Iryna Obolonchyk and she was very welcoming and readily able to let me look around and answer my questions. No Pressure, just a nice chat and her business card with her hours at the dealership. By the time I was ready to purchase, several months later, she remembered me and was able to help me make the right decision for my needs. Within a week I was back, met with Iryna again... and in 3 hours I drove home in my brand new Subaru a very happy camper. Thank You, All American Subaru for outstanding customer service, and the ease of financing process. And most importantly, "no pressure" to buy "today".

I dropped my car for service the night before my appointment was first thing the next day. I didn't receive a call at all the next day and when I called them they couldn't find any record of my car. I was then told it was being diagnosed. I was called back 1 hour later and told they count find any problems. I feel like they just did not want to perform the warranty work. I brought my car to another Suburu dealer 2 days later and they replaced the defective part and the noise is now gone. I will not be going back to this dealer for future service or to purchase my next Suburu.

Having bought many cars in the past, I had grown tired of the games. Thankfully there was none of that at All American Subaru. Iryna showed me a crosstrek XV and took me for a test drive on the first day without any pressure to stay and finish a deal. The next day we quickly talked business and did some paperwork. The following day we completed the transaction. Why 3 days you may ask? Because I went before work and Iryna was respectful of the time I had available and didn't try to make me stay or pressure me. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, explained the different trim levels and options in the available cars, and let the car sell itself....because let's face it, they're great cars.I would recommend buying a car from Iryna and All American Subaru.

We had a great experience with Jeff Lipschutz at All American Subaru when selecting our certified pre-owned Forester. We had done some internet research ahead of time, and had questions about choosing a Forester vs Outback. Jeff had great knowledge of both models and advantages to each. He was patient, not rushed, straightforward in answering all our questions. Jeff came out to greet us when we arrived on the lot, and struck that difficult balance of wanting to be helpful and get us in the right car without being over-eager - a quality I really appreciate in a salesperson. We checked out several models, and then had an unhurried test drive. Buying a car inevitably takes a few hours, but Jeff helped us through the paperwork process efficiently. I would happily recommend Jeff to anyone considering a new or used Subaru.

I came in on a Saturday with my fiance. We had been looking at cars for both of us. I walked into the showroom, a salesman asked if I needed help, I told him that we were looking for AWD vehicles for both of us, and that I would like to test drive a WRX. After being told the policy of not allowing anyone to test drive one (I do understand this type of policy) I had to "plead my case." I explained we were just at a dodge dealership and had test drove an AWD charger. The salesman chuckled and said that he had never heard of that, implying that I was lying. He kept stating "not meaning any disrepsect" - in all my life, that phrase has usually been followed with a disrespectful sentence. He even yelled across the showroom to another salesman, asking "have you heard of an AWD Charger?" At this point I stood up, walked to my car and got the booklet from Dodge. I opened it to the AWD Charger page and said "Thanks but we will be going somewhere else." He, with no hesitations, said "that's fine." Needless to say, we bought $80,000 worth of cars 2 days later on Monday night at a much better and friendlier dealership. The salesman was Jon Zois. I only knew this after calling back to inform a sales manager of the disgustingly rude treatment that I received, as Jon did not even introduce himself before he laughed at me and assumed I was not there to buy a car. Thank you Jon, for letting me know what dealership not to go to, and to make sure no one that I know goes there

Found this dealership via the web, while I was researching for the 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited. They had amazing ratings, and also came up on TrueCar.com as being able to provide a great discount (approx $1200) via obtaining the certificate for the car/packages I wanted. I was even more fortunate that they had a lot of inventory! The dealerships on Staten Island and Brooklyn had much less, and didn't have the model in the colors I wanted. They had what I was looking for, the next step was to see if they would honor the TrueCar.com price...and they did!Not to mention I showed up on their lot about 7:30 at night (an hour and a half before closing) and Joe was nice enough to stay with me and work out the deal for the car without complaint! I got a wonderful deal on the car, everyone I dealt with was patient with me ("a first-time new car buyer"), as I had MANY questions and had come loaded with lots of information I found via the web. The test-drive experience with Joe was a joy, and he allowed me to get a real feel for the car. I couldn't imagine a better experience.Review Amendment (1 week later): MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!I also want to add that now after I've purchased the car, the dealership has been amazing in keeping in touch! Joe was kind enough to follow-up with me to see how I was adjusting with the car. I even received a call from their customer service dept to provide me with more info on a difficulty I was having with getting my voice messaging set-up correctly with my iphone.

It's rare to find a dealership with genuine people who are also honest. At All American everyone I met fit the bill. As a professional investigator I'm pretty good about being able to tell when someone is .......... on my leg and telling me it's raining. These guys and women, though, are the real thing and they are terrific. I had a slightly complicated deal because I had to get out of another lease very early and they made it simple and virtually painless. They gave me their best price (well within what Consumer Reports would consider a good price point) right off the bat without a whole lot of the usual cat and mouse game you frequently encounter at a car dealer that makes you want to go home and shower.From Tommy Klingenberg, the sales associate and Bernie Conahan, the Sales Manager to the finance manager, Mohammed, everyone was great. I returned a few days after the deal to have a remote start installed and even the service staff exceeded my expectations. The only issue I had, was recouping a refund they got from Ford Credit when they paid off my trade.

When I first arrived, I met Amanda who gave a very pleasant welcoming. She introduced me to Iryna who would be handling my purchase. Iryna was quite busy at that time and was handling another deal, so I had to wait awhile before I officially sat down with her. The wait time was quite long and I did not enjoy the wait (no one enjoys a wait). But Amanda and Iryna both came up to me a couple of times and apologized profusely for my wait.Although Iryna was focused on her first customer, she was able to pull out a car for my test drive and answer any questions that I had. Once she was finished with her current customer, she directed all attention to me and I was able to start the buying process without further delay. Iryna was very knowledge, super sweet and helpful during the whole process.Once, I agreed to purchase my vehicle, Nicole came over and handled the paperwork and financial discussion. She was super attentive and helpful, while working out my finance payments with Subaru. Amanda, Iryna and Nicole were incredible to work with. They did not give any negative impression or showed any annoyance to all of my questions and concerns, and provide me with truthful and honest answers. I highly recommend going to All-American Subaru, as they made my purchase quite easy and with very little stress.

I'd been looking around for a certified pre-owned Subaru for the past month and I finally located a Forester that had all the options I wanted. I came down to All-American Subaru and Joe helped to answer all the questions that I brought with me. We even went for 2 test drives before I finally decided that this was the right car for me. I've never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before, so I wasn't sure what to expect and the other places that I had been to in the past few weeks were pushy and ignorant. Joe was patient with me. He answered every single question that I came up with and provided reasoning. We took the car our for an initial test drive and then as I was mulling it over, I asked if we could take it out again and he smiled and said 'Sure, let's go!' The whole process was comfortable and stress-free. Like all of the other cars that I saw in their lot, the Forester that I ended up buying was in amazing shape both cosmetically and mechanically. If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned Subaru, you can't go wrong with these guys. I am going to recommend this dealership to anyone that asks about the car of where I got it. Iryna was a pleasure to work with, very friendly, and not at all pushy as some salesmen can be. She was also able to work out a deal for me on the accessories that I wanted added to my new 2015 Forester, and being that they were not in stock, scheduled an appointment for installation. The overall deal took a bit longer than I expected (4+ hrs), but that was mostly due to the sales manager being the only one in that day, and I had to wait for him to get to my file. If you are looking for a Subaru, I'd recommend giving Iryna a call.

Iryna made everything easy with regard to my purchase of my new2015 Subaru Forester. She is extremely attentive to the customers needs and bent over backwards to make everything as smooth and as easy as possible during the transaction. She genuinely shows interest in her customers and in making sure they are happy. Apart from her professionalism she is an absolute doll. She makes you feel comfortable right away and listens carefully to the customer's concerns and needs. The sales manager Bernie was also wonderful to deal with. It's a rarity in this industry to have such a positive experience but that's not what I found at this dealership. I recently purchased a new Subaru Impreza for my daughter who was moving from California to New Brunswick to attend Rutgers. We found the car we wanted online and traveled the aprx. 1 hr. to Oldbridge. Iryna immediately took care of us and handled all the details. I've been to a number of Subaru dealers in the area and would say that none of their Sales reps can compare to Nicole Pohlmeyer at All-American in terms of professional courtesy, respectfulness, accommodations and genuine helpfulness.I had done all of my research on the vehicle I wanted before even beginning my dealership visits and despite after told all of the other Sales Reps that I only had 30 mins to chat about offers, all of my visits dragged on endlessly, with a lot of back and forth.I went to All-American and found Nicole, who I told I was short on time, had a number in mind, a specific model and wanted to get right down to business. Nicole immediately understood and was able to cut to the chase. She knows her stuff - understands the specs of the car, understands the components of the deal, etc. She didn't waste my time trying to sell anything I didn't ask her about, she was able to help meet my offer and was very patient. She was straight-forward and honest.I know car shopping is daunting and can be very exhausting so I appreciated Nicole's up-front attitude. I didn't feel like I was being "scammed" or that I was given an unfair price. I enjoyed working with her tremendously and she is a great person. I find her very nice, very genuine and extremely professional. She even offered to pick me up from my house to drive to the dealership to pick up my car, on her day off. I've happily purchased Subarus before and I married into a family of loyal, some might say rabid, Subaru fans. So it was no surprise that my search began at a Subaru lot when it came time to replace my old car.I'd been to both Victory Subaru in North Brunswick and Freehold Subaru and the people I worked with at both dealerships were great -- kind, informative, not at all pushy, etc. So far, so good.But when I got to All American Subaru, they were hosting a Pet Adoption Event, so my daughters, who were being good sports all day but starting to get a little exhausted, got to play with puppies and eat cotton candy and meet Mickey Mouse -- can't ask for much more in a car buying experience if you're a four-year-old!What's crazy is how nearly as perfect the experience was for me, the old man with the check book. I was met by Nicole Pohlmeyer, who answered all the questions my wife and I had about a 2014 Forester that caught our eye. When we decided this was the right car for us, Nicole and I negotiated a fair price and I was very impressed with her knowledge of the inventory, the patience with which she walked me through the various line items, etc. and her willingness to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable that I was getting a great car at a fair price. She was a pleasure to work with and I would happily seek her out when starting my next car search (which hopefully won't be too soon!).I worked with John in Financing and that was pretty straight forward and amicable and over and done with in a reasonable amount of time. Visited this dealership last week and yesterday. Our sales rep was. joe Fresnic he was rude unfriendly. He insulted both my parents and I when we were negotiating. Stating we had no common sense and if we went to another dealership we would be kicked out as well. We purchased vehicles from ray catenary Lexus., Nissan and Volkswagen. Just in general I have never been treated this way. The dealership is gloomy and the people do not look happy. The funny part is that the sales wear Hawaiian shirts. I've called and spoke to Mike Powell who is sales manager. Pretty sure he's not going to do much but I will continue to spread the word on forums and all internet reviews. Stay away and buy elsewhere. It's your money and you should be treated with respect.

We just bought our second Subaru from All American Subaru. We have never purchased the same car twice! But the Subaru line is fantastic. I am 5' my husband is 6'.3" and both find the car extremely comfortable. Iryna was a joy to work with. She can sell without being pushy. We have left other dealerships because of feeling pressured. Called this dealership to ask about if a specific car was on the lot and available for a test drive. Was told by two different salespeople that it was. Drove 40 minutes in Route 18 traffic to the dealership. When we got there, we were told that they did not have the car on the lot. Nicole actually ran away from me when I got up to ask what the deal was. Really dumb. Not only won't I be buying a car from this dealership ever, I'll be writing a bad review on every site I can find.

Gave me information about the car and went with me for a test drive. She was very helpful filling out paperwork and had a pleasant personality. She introduced me to other staff members and made sure I was able to pick up the car when I needed it. She also took the time to explain features in the car plus programmed my cell phone to the blue tooth system onboard. We decided to upgrade one of our old junkers to something all-wheel-drive, which would be driven by an older gentleman (my father). Since All American Subaru / Ford was very local to us, we both decided to drop in and were warmly greeted by Mr. Phillip Braun. After explaining the features and budget we had in mind, Mr. Braun pointed us toward the car that we would eventually purchase. We were searching for a pre-owned low mileage Subaru Outback, and decided to cast a wide net by starting an internet search. We ultimately purchased a car from All American Subaru. Doing our car buying by internet/email/phone was a new experience, however Nicole eased any doubts and made me feel comfortable from the outset. We live in Pennsylvania and set up an appointment for the long drive to the dealership. We wanted to push up the appointment by a day due to the threat of inclement weather. I called Nicole and she agreed to do so and came in on her day off to take care of us. We feel this is exceptional; giving up the better part of a day off to take care of a customer. After days of dealing with awful salespeople at a variety of dealerships, I walked into All American Subaru and was luckily greeted by John Zois. I cannot recommend John highly enough. He is calm, insightful, and straightforward about what he can offer from the lot, and what he can or cannot do price-wise. It wasn't a waiting game, or a shady back and forth, but rather a legitimate negotiation that resulted in me walking out with a certified pre-owned forester. Subsequently, when I hit some hurdles with the N.Y. Inspection, John and his sales manager Bernie were available and diligent in making sure that I was properly reimbursed for costs that I shouldn't have incurred. These two are stand-up guys and I respect the way this dealership is run. If you want to avoid the pitfalls of used car shopping, I would strongly recommend you check out this dealership because its by far the most reasonable and pleasant experience I had in the process.

I pointed out an Impreza in the lot that had the optional equipment I wanted and we negotiated a fairly decent price for turning in a 2007 Impreza. Iryna was very patient with me when I was trying to decide what model of Impreza I wanted. I was debating between a Premium or a Limited model. Even though the dealership didn't have the 2014 Subaru Impreza Limited on site, but did have a Premium, Iryna did not pressure me to just get the Premium. She showed me the Premium, at my request, but when I decided to go for the Limited, she looked up where the nearest Limited was available and ultimately had the car brought in from another dealership 160 miles away. She was also patient in our price negotiations, checking with her manager several times on certain price points and/or features we were asking for. When I ultimately received my Impreza Limited, she took the time to explain all the features, to sync up my phone with the car's Bluetooth, and to ensure that it was completely clean (since it was driven over from another dealership). Throughout the whole process, including receiving my new registration and license plates, and the pinstriping detail on my car, Iryna was very good with following up and communicating. She even called me back once when she just saw a missed call and recognized my number, even though I didn't leave a message! Great customer service all around.

This is my third Subaru and the second one from this dealership. The reason why I like Subaru is that they do not break down easily and it is a four wheel drive. Iryna has done great and we cannot thank her enough. Everytime I would bring my other car for maintenance she willalways approach me and ask. So she got my attention. We knew the process takes a while and this is not my first experience. We went to this dealership 6 years ago and got the Tribeca limited edition on Mother's Day. Chuck Boyle was the sales representative and he was always on queue for every anniversary and b-day. Just like a member of the family. The only draw back are the financial people which I think they kinda lack professionalism maybe because the deal is almost sealed. It is just a formality of just signing the contract. This fall true to our transaction 6 years ago and 2 weeks ago.In a couple of years, I will need to buy another Subaru for my son. I hope that those on the financial end of the dealership will change their ways of dealing with customers. Never got anything from the dealership for buying a new car. At least Iryna gave me a mini flashlight. Somedealership would give T-shirts and umbrella.

Ive spoken with a few Associates from other dealerships, many talking right over me, not listening to my needs and some even trying to lead me to a used car, where I suspect the margin of profit might be higher. I made an appointment with George, we met, after a short discussion we went onto the lot so I could see the inventory. He quickly presented the differences between the three models. We also discussed a few options that I "thought" I had to have in a new car. As I discovered through our conversation, some options are worthwhile, some are not. George also gave me the opportunity to order a car with specific options from the factory. Never pushing me toward purchasing a car that was already in inventory or an immediate purchase. I was impressed with his low-key sales. I decided on an Outback that was already in inventory. The initial price was a little high for my budget. We then went back to the lot and found the car that was a perfect fit. A few more minutes with pricing and it was a done deal. George was a decision maker. There was no going back and forth to this manger and that manager for approvals. He made the deal and it was done. I could not have asked for a better a Sales Associate. It goes without saying, George walked me totally through the cars interior and explained the various controls. He also set up my Bluetooth, which was much appreciated. This Subaru dealership offered terrific financing, that I was not expecting to use, but could not turn down. Onto the Credit Department where Carlos presented different options for additional warranty. Again, another Associate that knew his business.I left with a new car.My first and only contact with the Service Department has been a good one. Since the car had to be returned for the installation of a remote-starter, George said to contact him when I was ready and he would take care of the details and a loaner car. After dropping him an email as to my preferred date, he took it from there. I arrived at the Service Department, all my paper work was setting there ready to go, climbed into a loaner and off I went. Upon return, the Service Agent showed me how to use the new remote-start fob. As I was leaving, I asked the Agent another question about the car's interior controls. At that moment, a Tech walked in from the service garage and said, without prompting , let me go out to your car with you and I'll answer any questions you might have. Which he did, with a smile on his face! Mike was his name. Good guy. I will return to All American Subaru and to George Villafane.

I purchased a 2012 Subaru Forester last year in September and loved my new car. Unfortunately, less than a year later I was the victim of an accident that resulted in the total loss of my car. I walked away from the accident with only a stiff neck for 2 days and then I was fine. I believe my Subaru had something to do with that. I knew I wanted to get another Forester, but my insurance company took two months to determine whether the car was going to be a total loss. Iryna and Bernie met with me and listened to my story. Bernie said not to buy a car until the insurance company came through with the total loss. He then extended the end of the month deal he was going to give me and said he would honor it any time I could come in. Iryna continued to follow up without pressuring me to buy. After getting approval from my insurance company, I called Iryna and made an appointment to see her Saturday morning at 9:30. When I arrived, my car was already cleaned and ready to go. I spent about an hour and a half going over all the paperwork and financing. Bernie kept his word and held the price. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I was sceptical at first because my impression of dealers were these cut throats out to make a buck , but Naeem was not like that . He seemed genuinely interested in helping me get the best deal possible, considaring what i wanted was slighty difficult to find.One of the things tfat impressed me was that he was able to aid the approval of my finance evethough my credit history not lenghty enough by other dealership's standards. I was shocked when he noticed that the owners maual was missing before I had the chance to notice and went out of his way to recover it from the previous owner, when I would have been ok with a PDF or copy. So more or less he made the whole ordeal pleasant. Would I recomend him to someone else? Sure, I won't remember his name, only because I don't keep male names in my memory, but I do have it saved in my phone when the time comes.

First and foremost, for the discerning customers who put a great deal of faith in these reviews but worry that some people hand out "great service" reviews too freely, I would like to assure you this is not the case with me. My namesake/moniker (being MyLastKia) originated from the first car my wife and I purchased, and the not so happy review that ensued from it can be found on this website, dated June 27, 2013, for Freehold Kia in NJ, for reference. True to my moniker, we did not even look for another Kia (no ill will towards the cars themselves, only the dealership). That being said, I was very happily surprised by the quality of service, the great prices, and most notably, the absence of what I consider schemes or sales tricks at All American Subaru. Iryna first greeted my wife and me while we were perusing the lot, comparing sticker prices on various models with those of other dealerships from a spreadsheet I had printed out with the help of USAA's pricing tools and my own research. When we told her we were just looking at the moment and didn't yet need assistance (it was our first day searching on lots for a vehicle, and we tend to take our time), Iryna happily let us continue looking alone, without following us at a distance the way many salespeople tend to do. After looking through the inventory, we checked back in with Iryna before leaving the lot in order to test drive one of the vehicles, as well as to give her a better idea of what we were trying to find, already impressed by how low their prices were compared to other Subaru dealers in the area (compared to Freehold Subaru, Victory Subaru, Richard Lucas Subaru, Somerset Subaru, Flemington Subaru, and probably others I forgot). She made a good, but low-pressure sales pitch on working with us on price, seeing if we might be interested in purchasing that day, but was very accepting of our affirmation that we were not yet ready to buy. We then spent the following two days looking through other dealership's lots and comparing prices before returning to All American.At this point, my wife and I had narrowed out choices down to one or two cars at each of two dealerships, and basically the determining factor was going to be who could work with us the most on price (we didn't have our heart set on any particular color, package, etc, we just wanted the best deal). When we sat down to negotiate the contract, we told Iryna ahead of time we were not yet prepared to buy, but wanted to see what the bottom line price would be after taxes, fees, etc to compare to the other dealership, and she was very understanding. Much to my surprise, the only additional fees were the standard "service fees" (which was only $275, fixed price, displayed in the showroom, which is great!), the "dealer prep" fee (which bugs me, but I get it, and every dealership seems to have it), and the window etching fee, which always ticks me off because no one ever really wants it. We first negotiated the price of the car itself, which was already well below KBB, and she was able to take a fair amount off of that already discounted price, then was also able to dramatically cut the "dealer prep" fee (this was in place of my request to drop the window etching fee that had irked me, but the price reduction came out equivalent to cutting the window etching, presumably just a tax and/or accounting measure for the dealership). We then negotiated for an additional, dealer-install option of a remote starter, where she was also able to work with us on the price. My wife and I were so impressed with her patience, salesmanship, and willingness to work with us on prices, that we uncharacteristically took the deal on the spot. All American Subaru will definitely have our business when we go looking for our next car!!! Additional note: Their financing department did not have competitive rates for a couple with credit scores in the 750-800 range (4% compared to 1.75% from USAA), but that may be a function of the current interest rate environment and the bank through which they process loans. The person with whom we consulted in financing (Joe, I believe) was not at all pushy, and understood our decision to use outside financing.

I always read the pros and cons of buying a car. This dealership had a variety of 2013 Subaru Imprezas that was for sale and which I found matching descriptions on the internet. The difficulty was picking one out based on what would be practical and affordable. I was going from my pretty old outback to something more compact and new along with a monthly car payment again. There was no pressure at any time even though I walked in not long before closing and was casually met by Anthony from the sales staff. After a simple conversation, my wife and I were invited to pick any car (or cars) on the lot for the test drive. So, the pros vs. cons: the pros were that it turned out better (and easier) than I thought because this fellow knew his cars forward and backward and no question lacked a good explanation when it came to price and model differences. Because my first test drive and car choice was more than acceptable, I abandoned all the other vehicles thinking nothing could be better for me. I was wrong. Anthony pointed out a few other similar possibilities. And some turned out to be even more affordable. A fact not overlooked by my wife. So the pros: when I drove off with my new Impreza the next day, I felt fortunate for the help Anthony provided as well as the general staff at the dealership that kept its doors open past closing. The one con: my wife seems to be unfairly attached to my new car.

Went through the Costco buying program, got an OK price. Have done this before with other dealers and the service has been outstanding when they know we are Costco customers. But at All-American Subaru, that isn't true. First, we made a verbal deal on the price of the car and the value of my trade-in. Then the saleswoman goes off with her manager, and next thing I know, the deal has changed. We had already agreed to a deal, then she changes it. So at this point, I have no trust in her and was walking out. However, the sales manager was a much more reasonable person, and I came back the next morning and we closed a deal. Still, I didn't trust Iryna. She wasn't very knowledgable and couldn't answer my questions about some parts of the car (like the GPS). It wasn't until I was actually handed the keys and signed the papers that I thought we had a deal because I felt at any moment she was going to change something again. So I asked a simple question about how to update the GPS. She didn't know. The service area was closed, so she said she had no one to ask, but would get back to me in two days (she had the next day off). She didn't contact me as she had promised on that day. I emailed her the next day and asked if she got an answer to my question. She said she was too busy to contact me as promised, and then eventually admitted she didn't even remember the question. Which means she lied, and actually had forgotten about the question altogether. I didn't think it was worth discussing with her anymore. I will get my GPS question answered on my own.At this point, I don't trust her to notify me when my registration is in, nor do I believe her when she says that if I take my car back to All-American Subaru for it's first oil change, the oil change is free. It would be great if someone who is more reliable at All-American could confirm and promise me I will be contacted when my registration is ready and that the oil change is free.So if you want to know why I gave 2's and 3's as scores, these are the reasons. Don't get me wrong, we love the car, but do yourself a favor if/when you go to All-American -- find a different salesperson.

I walked into All-American was immediately greeted by Iryna and two and half hours later I was the excited owner of a 2013 Crosstreck. Iryna made the experience so easy, she was welcoming, took time and was patient in explaining all the different features/price of each Crosstreck in the lot to me. We did a test drive and I was sold. She then walked me through the buying process and the next night I picked up my car. While we waited for information needed, she gave me a tour of the entire facility, explained what I would need to do when I brought the car in for service and continually asked if I needed anything. I would highly recommend Iryna and All American if buying a car.

My husband and I arrived at All American Subaru to purchase a used Subaru Forester we found on-line. A few minutes after we arrived, Nicole Pohlmeyer asked if she could help. I explained what we were looking for and she got the car we saw on-line right away. Throughout the experience with Nicole I felt respected and well-informed about the vehicle and the pricing/financing. I especially liked that she recognized that while I wanted a car my husband would be comfortable in, I was the primary purchaser. The negotiations, overall, were fair and I did not sense any deceptive practices. The only part of the entire experience that was slightly disappointing was the financing. When I asked Nicole about financing, she mentioned a 1.99 promotional rate through Chase bank for certified used vehicles, which we were purchasing. However, when we got to the person handling the financing, he had the paperwork set up for a 3.94% deal with BoA. To his credit, though, he changed the paperwork and was able to get us the better rate with Chase as soon as we mentioned it. Thank you for treating us with respect and providing us with a great deal on a slightly used Subaru! We will definitely return again and recommend to others. Nicole is an excellent salesperson!

After being disappointed by another local Subaru dealership, I decided to search online for the BRZ I was interested in. I contacted all my local Subaru dealers and after going back and forth with several of them, I received an offer I was interested in from All American. I'm an extremely impatient person so I was happy to find out I would be able to pick up my vehicle only hours after agreeing to the deal! When we went to the dealership there were no Turbos vehicles, George ordered one for us and from then on kept calling us every so oftento keep us informed as to when they would receive it, finally last wednesday he called to tell us that the car would be here the following day.We came in on the 30th and after test driving it we drove away with the new car. Found a previously owned Subaru online that was of interest. Filled out the online contact form and within several minutes got a call from Kelly Froehlich, the Internet Sales Consultant. I was able to visit the dealership the following day, but Kelly was not available. When I arrived at the dealership I was welcomed by Iryna. I found Iryna to be friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. After a test drive and some discussion, I purchased the Subaru. Iryna was very efficient in processing all the needed paperwork and explaining the purpose of each document. My wife and I met with Joe Postorino, Business Manager, who was most helpful in explaining our options and processing the needed financial documents. The whole process took about three hours and we drove home in our newly purchased Subaru. We were very pleased with the help and support provided by the staff of All American Ford and Subaru.

I went to All American Subaru to look at the Crosstrek. Iryna introduced herself and answered all my questions. We sat and discussedthe options I would want and she explained it may take a few weeks to get the vehicle as I wanted manual transmission and a specific color.Iryna called me within two days and explained a vehicle was enroute with the options I wanted but it was a different color, would I beintrested in seeing that vehicle. I told her I would check it out. I went back to the dealership lot a few days later to look at the color thatwas available and Iryna saw me and took time to come outside and show me a similar vehicle. Iryna kept me informed by email andphone about the progress of the vehicle. I would like to add that I had my nephew with me at the dealership and was impressed by the waythe people at All American treated him. When the vehicle arrived, Iryna called me. I went to the dealer to discuss financing and complete the paperwork. I was in and out in less thanan hour. The entire transaction was stress free, at no time was I pressured and it was handled very profressionally.Iryna gave me a complete explanation of the vehicle and even programed my cell phone to the blue tooth in the vehicle. Paul introduced himself and explained options available with the dealership and welcomed me to the Subaru family.I was very satisified with the way I was treated and would strongly recommend All American Subaru.

I have been looking for about 1 year to sell my 2000 Lincoln Town Car Cartier Edition with 333,000 miles. In my search for a new used car I came accross a 2010 Lincoln MKX at All American Ford of Old Bridge. I called up to find out more of the details about the car and the salesperson made an appointment with me for a Friday afternoon. When I arrived at the dealer I was welcomed by Iryna Obolonchyk. She was very pleasent and worked with me a good hour for the best possible price for my purchase. In fact, when I was not sure if I should get rid of my old car, she reassured me that I will be very happy with my new 2010 Lincoln MKX. She was very knowledgeable about the car and did everything correct for me to drive out of the showroom in less than 2 hours with my new (used) car. Since then she called me when my licence plates arrived and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recomend her if your looking for a new or used car. In fact I was so pleased with my purchase that today on the way to the dealership, I stoped by a liquor store and brought her a bottle of wine for herself & her husband. The dealer was great but she was even better!!! Way to go Iryna.

My husband i went to this particular Subaru dealership for the first time to purchase an Impreza. We had read some reviews about Iryna Obolonchyk stating that she was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The reviews were correct on both counts. The color Impreza we were interested in was not in stock on their lot but we were told one was due in about a week. We have since taken delivery of our Deep Cherry Pearl Impreza 2.0i Premium and are very happy with it. Iryna was extremely knowdedgeable and explained all features of our new vehicle to us at length. Overall, ALL employees at All American Subaru were friendly and at no time did we feel pressured to buy or add on extras we didn't want. We would definitely recommend this dealership-and Iryna!

Was lured to this Subaru dealer by the very competitive pricing of the new Legacys that were posted on their web site. These were not ads but sale prices on actual vehicles in stock, with pictures and VIN numbers. No bait and switch here. My sales consultant, Nicole, handled my purchased. She was professional throughout and very easy to deal with. No high pressure sales. She knew what I wanted and guided me through until ultimately I left with the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. She kept in close contact from beginning to end and checked in post purchase to be sure I was satisfied. AAS was also able to beat my own very competitive financing. This dealership does seem to put customer satisfaction first. I have not serviced the vehicle as yet but do plan to bring my Legacy here. The process of dealing with Nicole and AAS has been more fun than stressful, the way it should be. I own a quality vehicle purchased at a quality dealership.

Our experience of buying our 2014 Subaru Forrester from Iryna Obolonchyk was very good. She was very helpful, knowledgable, and extremely accommodating.--- We went to the showroom on a Friday afternoon to test drive the Forrester and the Crosstrek. Iryna took us on the test drives and aptly answered any questions about the vehicles that we had while we were driving.---- When we returned to the showroom, my husband realized that there was a 2014 Forrester that was in the showroom with everything we wanted . We asked Iryna about the availability of the car and she found out for us that we could purchase it. We decided to think about it over night and said that we would call Iryna in the morning if we wanted the car.----- When we got back home, there was an e-mail from Iryna with a brochure about the 2014 Forrester. I thought that was very considerate that she took the time to do that. Having that brochure to look at aided us in making our decision to buy the car.We did decide to buy the car and Iryna was helpful while we went through the process of buying it.------- Our overall experience with buying a car from All American Subaru in Old Bridge was very good and I would not hesitate to tell my friends to go there.-----and, I would also like to also say that there was no undue pressure put on us to buy the car. The service at All American Subaru was fast, careful, patient and attentive. I immediately received a phone call after having just put in my inquiry. When I arrived for my test drive, I felt completely comfortable, and the staff answered all of my questions. Despite having only received the 2014 model 1 or 2 nights ago, the representatives were knowledgeable, and confident. I never felt pressured to buy, and even after leaving, I was not hounded by e-mails or advertisements. Dreading the typical sales showroom experience that I believed was universal to all car dealerships, I have to admit I was so pleasantly surprised by the professionalism at All American Subaru that I would actually have to call it a pleasant experience! Monday, February 18, 2013 I "FINALLY..." arrived at the All American FORD Dealership in Old Bridge-New Jersey; well, so I thought! What I mean by that, I was finally narrowing down the SUVs of my liking and chose this dealership because of the wide selection of vehicles. Heading down early afternoon I was detoured to Route 35 (I believe) and went on an unexpected journey. However, my mission that day was to test drive three of the Ford SUVs and drive home with one them that same day. Needless to say, I showed up...walked in and I was in the Subaru showroom??? Immediately, the Sage Green Forester caught my eye! I didn't even know it existed nor it was partnered with Ford.Going forward, Dan Lenox was my "attendant". He was welcoming, resourceful and considerate -- definitely set the tone for this eventful day. During the course of walking through dealership to dealership, several rows of vehicles and test drives he often repeated "take your time." Exactly, I spent almost a whole "working day" with Mr. Lenox, but well worth it along with the help of those who assisted in "sealing the deal." Mission accomplished! I drove home that night in that Subaru Forester -- Sage Green, that "captured me upon my arrival.To sum it upmy experience with the All American Subaru dealership was with ease; nothing I expected, but hoped for being a first-time "New Car Owner!Thank you All American Staff.

I have given this dealership almost the highest rating possible simply due to the fact the the employee, Dan Lenox, epitomizes what I personnaly feel is the creed of this dealership, that is to make the experience of the customer as simple, friendly and most important honest as possible.We have had two encounters with the dealer, both through Dan Lenox. The first was when we bought our 2013 Outback and the second and latest our 2012 Impreza. I had mentioned to both Dan and his manager, that after our first car we would be interested in a second one but more economical than the first. As soon as candidate arose meeting this requirement, I received a communication from Dan and the ball starting rolling from there. A car accident had put me in need of a vehicle and gave me not much time to make a decision. I had found a car that I liked on All American Subaru's website and went to see the car and get some information. I was greeted by Iryna and showed her the car I was interested in. She was able to accommodate my financial situation and ultimately helped me get the car I wanted. She was very helpful, informative, and diligent throughout the entire process. I would surely recommend this dealership to anyone.

we made our first contact with Iryna, to check out Legacy Surbaru ( we were turning in ford edge ) Iryna, took us thru the options, and why a Subaru, lots of product knowledge and customer patience.we came back for another look and , asked for Iryna, thru her guidance sale was made. note, this is our 3rd lease thru AM/FORD, we were ready to go Ford. you have excellent sales rep. in Iryna.hopefully we will be back for another Surbaru.Frank & Lucy Calabro

For my 1st new car buying experience I really admired how easy it was to deal with All american subaru. I started off with Dan who was very informative and his attention to detail was impressive. He listened to what I wanted and was by no means pushy. George who didn't have a client at the time I was there took me on my test drive and explained everything and answered pretty much all my questions. Dealt with Paul about pricing. His price was spot on and even lower than what I was expecting. Could not have been happier about that. Once I made up my mind to order my 6M Outback I got almost weekly updates from Iryna Obolonchyk who was now my sales associate since Dan got transferred. She called me to setup a time to pick up my new ride, went through it with me, suggested a test drive before I could ask to do it and explained pretty much all the features in the new car. All American Subaru worked like a true team. Everyone I dealt with was informative and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I found Dan Lenox of ALL American Subaru to be extremely helpful in the purchase of my new Outback. He was knowledgeable, gave me an excellent price, helped me to get all the options right, and had everything ready for the delivery. Great experience! My sales consultant was Iryna Obolonchyk and she helped me to find the perfect car when I was deciding between a few different models and kept me fully with in my specified price range. She was very friendly and did not hassle me when making decisions about my purchase like other sales consultants in the past I have dealt with in other establishments. She took the time to go over every feature and little detail about my new car with me which I had really appreciated. Over all the environment was very friendly and a great experience in purchasing my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend and especially refer them to Iryna because she was honestly one of the best sales consultants I have had to do business with.

I first saw the car I wanted on their website. I immediately got a call back from Nicole about the new Subaru I was looking for. It was great to work with Nicole on purchasing the vehicle. I see a car online that I'm interested in, call to confirm and set-up an appointment. I travel 45 minutes from my job and then another hour and a half to get home from the dealer. This would have all been worth it if I was able to see the car I was interested in. Sadly after waiting for 45 minutes George, the salesman, returns with key in hand telling me he has been walking around the lot and can't find the car. Should I continue and tell you how annoyed I was having spent all night traveling and waiting for a car, only to be told they can't find it. Or should I tell you that I didn't get home until almost 9pm without having eaten dinner and was cursing the world out on my hour and half ride home. I think you get the idea. Very upset.I will give them some credit though, they were very friendly and more than one person came to ask me for help during my 45 minute wait. I'm just not happy with my first and probably last experience with this dealer.

I had lost my vehicle as a result of Tsunami Sandy and was in the process of purchasing another one. I knew I wanted a Subaru because that is what I had before the loss. During my research, I found All American Ford and Subaru and made contact electronically with the company. David Michaud made contact with me and roughly about two months thereafter I was at All American Ford and Subaru. I was referred to George Villafane for assistance and his help was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and responded to my concerns. He helped to make the transition from my old Subaru to my present one less painful. Experienced sales person, all questions answered,all paperwork done in a timely fashion. This is my 3 rd Subaru. Sales person took the time to show me several vehicles, this was just after a snow storm and access to vehicles was liminted, but was inpressed how fast they were cleared of snow by Gerorge Villafane. Paul Solis came out to great me and asked if I had any questions, and call him if ant arose.

George Villafane worked with me in November, helping me to order my new Subaru Legacy to my exact specifications. He also helped me to time it's availability to coincide with the end of the leasing period for my previous Subaru Legacy in February. When it was ready, he faxed all of the paperwork to me ahead of time so my financing could be pre-arranged, helping to save time, since I really do not enjoy the length of time required when purchasing a car. George is courteous and professional, spending as much time with me as needed, introducing me to my new car. This is the 4th car purchased at your dealership and I will continue to purchase my cars here. I will remain a loyal customer and as long as George Villafane is an employee, I hope to see him again in the future as well.

All American Subaru, met all my needs and did everything I asked and more. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and of course my new Forester. I have owned several other Subarus and I purchased them all from another dealership. But when I went back I was very unhappy with the way they treated me, especially since I was a return customer. My salesperson Kevin did everything he said he would do and he did it in a way that made the whole process simple to understand and he got it done in the time frame he said he would. The manager, Paul came out to personally congratulate me on my purchase, I thought that was a nice touch. Overall I had an excellent experience and will definitely be returning and recommending All American Subaru.

This was my first visit to All American, and overall my experience was great. All of the employees I came in contact with greeted me with a smile and were very friendly. The salesman who helped me, Kevin Hirsh, was very friendly and courteous from the moment we met. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles they had in stock and helped me to pick out the perfect car for my family. I ultimately bought a Subaru Forrester, and he gave me an excellent deal that I felt could not be beaten anywhere else. He was very helpful in finding exactly what I wanted in a car for a reasonable price, and I would recommend him to anyone using this dealership.I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. The staff is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. On September 1, 2012, we visited the All American Subaru dealer to look for a used car for our Son who will be a first time driver in October. We were greeted by Mr. Villafane who asked us what type of vehicle we would be interested in, and our budget. He showed us the vehicles that were avaiable in our price range. We did purchase a 2002 Jeep Liberty Sport that day. Mr. Villafane was very personable and professional during the entire process, as well as the other staff members we came in contact with. Although I was a little hesitant about buying my first new car, Dan made the overall experience enjoyable and worked very hard to get me the price I needed in my budget. Upon looking at cars, my wife and I had the pleasure to meet with George Villafane. In my thoughts, George was probably one of the nicest salesman we have ever come in contact with. He was very personable, with an air of understanding and appreciation of our business. We had questions, George gave us answers. Normally, we take our business local to us and go to Pine Belt Subaru, not anymore after meeting George. The only place we will now go is All American Subaru; they treated us like humans and not dollar signs. He set us up with a car that would be best for our son, a car which he now can't part with. The dealership itself had one of the largest selection of makes that I had seen; we did our fair share of searching around as well. I am very happy with the overall business we received from All American Subaru. To anyone that is looking for a Subaru, I suggest going to there and having a talk with George.

Last year, I bought a Subaru, for my wife, at this dealership. Although the sales person was excellent, dealing with the administration through the general manager was a disaster.General manager has been changed, so I thought I would give them another shot as I was now replacing my Subaru. They had no vehicles in the trim line I wanted (Forester 2.5X Touring) and all of the vehicles that they did have in stock had been pinstriped at the future owner's expense. This type of dealer forced items is a marketing tool whose day has come and gone.They will not see me again.

Worked with an internet representative and got a price that the sales manager had agreed upon. I was then given an appointment at the dealer - Internet Rep was there, but never even said hello or came over, another rep took over. He tried to sell me a different car at first, then stated error with the internet price we had agreed upon. After I showed the email with the price, they agreed on the original sales price. It took from late MORNING to 5PM to finalize the deal. They, initially ,refused my payment method for the deposit (which I tried to confirm with 2 emails BEFORE I went to dealer). Finally we agreed on the method of payment for the deposit. A number of HOURS later, I was sent to the finance department where they try and sell you an extended warranty for $1999. Subaru, directly, will sell you a similar warranty for $1000. When I refused, they make you feel like your ignorant in not excepting such a great price for the extended warranty.All in all, not a great experience - I, personally, will look to another dealer in the future.

Sales person and manager were friendly enough, but the main reason I'm satisfied is that they met the lowest price I found on the Internet so that I didn;t have to travel 50 miles to get that price. (By the way, service just awful for a the first few times I needed them, but they have since separated their Ford service area from their Subaru service area and things seem much better.)

I went for a test drive an decided to purchase a 2012 impreza. It was a Saturday, and they couldn't finalize the transaction the same day, so I left a deposit and went back on Monday. Left work early, drove over one hour to get there, and was told that there was a problem. They originally sold me a car that couldn't be sold! the sales person offered me a similar car with other options and wanted to charge extra for that.The manager did not appear for an explanation, and the sales person kept saying that it was not his fault.The worse customer service experience I had in years! When I asked them to cancel the transaction, they said it would take 3 days to refund my deposit. I requested to get back all signed paperwork and was told it had been shredded, but how can I be sure that all my personal information is not in the wrong hands?All American Subaru has lost a customer, and I will make sure to broadcast my experience as often as possible. Customers should be treated with more respect.

Awful service. Service Advisor Pat does not know a thing about customer service especially when it comes to dealing with a younger person. Vehicle was in for a warranty repair, no loaners offered. 3 weeks later, another problem cropped up unrelated to the first warranty repair. Again, check engine light on with other warning lights on. Requested a loaner to get back on the road. Was told, Oasis doesn't have any loaners, that I would have to contact enterprise to rent a car from them. Meanwhile, the warranty states that if the vehicle was in service for a warranty related repair, an altnernate mode of transportation would be provided. Pat made no comments about offering a ride back home or to the bus station.On top of it all, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the car. They needed a regional rep to look at the vehicle. At this point, you would think that they would try to put you in a loaner, so you don't have to take off any days from work or be late to your appointments. No such luck. Throughout this process, was polite. I had to take it up to the service manager. I requested to speak with the service manager, only for him to tell me, she is not in the building. This was in person. 1 min later, I called service on my cell from outside and looked to speak with the manager and was directly connected with Gloria. Spoke with her briefly and told me, she had a loaner available. Expressed my concern with the discrepency of information provided from her and her service advisor Pat. One would think, that if a customer comes back in a short period of time, within 3 weeks for a different "NEW" problem, that this customer would be taken care of, and try to offer them another way to get to work, considering the car was new and had only 13K miles on the odometer. Would hate to bring this car to OASIS after the warranty expires on the car. The service was so horrendeous, that I felt compelled to write to Subaru headquarters to get any further action taken. Point being is, if someone is in a customer service industry, they should do their best to empathsize with the customer and their inconveniences and try to offer a solution before the customer offers a number of solutions to improve their business and customer service. Any other dealer would have known, that if a customer is experiencing numerous issues with their vehicle in less than a month, to get them on their way by providing them with reassurance and putting them back into a vehicle without having the customer paying out of their own pocket. It is unforunate that Oasis Subaru now called ABLE subaru has some type of partnership with enterprise and keeps referring customers to get a loaner through enterprise, and then try to get reimburse for the rental through Subaru of America. Again the question remains: why must the customer jump through so many hoops to get themselves back on the road especially for a NEW car they own. I mean what the point of having a new car, when it feels like, the dealer never honors the warranty, or better yet, make the customer feel like they are being taken care of, serviced. I mean it is a service department after all right? Supposed to service customers ??
