My Rep. who Service me was Great. This Dealership always has Beautiful customer service. Since, I purchased my Vehicle in 2014, They have always been very Attentive and Caring. I have dealt with a lot of the Reps., and some have left since then, but the Service is still Fantastic!

I am a very selective buyer and I have to tell you this is the dealer you can trust! Great service and high quality vehicles. Huge Acura selection and high quality used vehicles in other brands too. I recently bought a Honda CRV from Jose. No pressure consultative sales approach. The price they quote is the price you pay. No bogus fees. Highly recommended!

THERES PLENTY OF OTHER ACURA DEALERSHIPS ON LONG ISLAND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I have been to various different dealerships for different car makes before and I have to say this is by far the worst most unprofessional place I've ever been in. I went inside, conversated with some staff members and got the worst taste in my mouth I walked right out. First off let me say in the few minutes I was there a women by the name of Christine who is the "General Manager" (I don't know how she got that title) came around the corner and started yelling and screaming at her staff members cursing in front of customers, very unprofessional. There was a guy named Anthony who was the service or parts manager that seemed like he had no idea what he was doing you can tell that this is this guys first manager position and it seemed like he just got the job yesterday he wasn't even saying anything when the "General Manager" was berating staff just looked like a sad puppy dog. The guy that helped me in Parts, Tom, had no idea what he was doing I asked for a price on a simple part and he gave me a price on a completely different part that had nothing to do with what I was looking for. This was after I waited for him to get off his cellphone to look up to even acknowledge that I was standing there in front of him for the last 2 minutes. Then when I told him very nicely it's not the right part that he gave me a price on he got angry at me and started to give me an attitude. I will say that the guys in service Tim, Jason and Ken I believe were very friendly and helpful towards me when I initially walked in to ask prices on repairs. But that's not enough to have my business this place has MAJOR managerial issues that shows in their employees. Maybe only the owner (who seems like is never there by the way this place is run) can fix these issues by hiring new management. I'm shocked a dealership like this is still in business. I'm not one to write reviews on the internet but this shows how sour a taste I have after only being there a few minutes. Terrible. STAY AWAY!!! There's plenty of dealerships around that are professional, helpful and make customers feel welcomed. I will now be driving out of my way to Acura of Smithtown with my MDX to get any work done or any parts needs. By the way I went to Acura of Smithtown after leaving this place and they found the simple part I was looking for in a matter of seconds and I was in and out within 5 minutes with no headaches, no yelling, no cursing and no attitude from incompetents! I told them about my experience at Acura of Bay Shore and they laughed saying I was the 10th person this month that came to them with a bad experience from Acura of Bay Shore!! Not good!! I wish I had known this beforehand which is why I'm writing this review hopefully I can save somebody else the trouble of a wasted trip. Go to a different dealer before this one even if it's out of your way believe me it's worth it.

Service department is excellent, especially Tim Reid who goes above & beyond to help you. I come from Staten Island to bring my car for servicing here because of the excellent staff. They are all very friendly & make you comfortable when waiting.

In the 12 years I have leased with Acura I have never had the positive experience I had after finding BAYSHORE ACURA. The sales department is knowledgeable, warm, ftiendly and take the pressure and headsche out of the sales experience . Jason in the service dept. noticed my inspection was expired, and details other Acura dealerships do not. Jason offers all Acura customers the utmost in personal and professional serive. Do not hesitate .If you're interested in an Acura go to BAYSHORE ACURA!

I have been taking my car for service at Acura of Bay Shore for over 8 years and I cannot say enough good things about them. They are professional and their customer service is second to none. Starting with Tim in the Service Department. He truly is an asset to the dealership. My mechanic Keith has been awesome to work with as well. I leased a car only one month ago and it's been in service for the majority of the time. Among other things being misled on, there were defective features such as Parking Sensor issues because of the color I chose?! Not sure how they deliver vehicles to customers with so many obvious and blatant problems... Multiple times no less! Last time, I was told vehicle was ready for pick up and that they corrected the issues only to learn when I drove all the way back there that they were never even fully addressed as I was assured they would be. So why was it sitting there for days yet again??? I just became an Acura of Bayshore customer and already counting the days to be done with the whole relationship. Sad. I never got to know the excitement of the whole new car feeling, after thinking I would be having an upgraded experience with paying and going into what is "marketed" as a luxury class. I went straight from the sales floor to service and then back and forth. On a positive note, Tim Reid and Keith in service are great with customers, which is worth mentionung. Acura Client Services did try to mend the broken experience and inconvenience with all the defects, but even after all that effort, this dealership still couldn't get it right. They consider the customer experience done after the sale when that's when it should just be starting. Especially and mostly - Management!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I would never recommend this dealership to ANYONE. The sales guy came from service and had NO IDEA what he was doing, told me things that weren't true, and the general manager Carlton did NOTHING and pretty much told me everything was my problem- didn't even try to solve it. They have not just lost me as a customer, but my family and friends. I have never been treated this horribly when buying something in my entire life! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

My service advisor Kathy and everyone else in the service department were amazing when I brought my TSX in last minute. They got my car fixed and ready by the next day, and at minimal cost to me. I was in the market to buy (still am) an Acura RL and saw a decent deal on carfax at this dealership. I indicated that I was interested and Ricardo was prompt to contact me and to do a follow up call days later. This was great and I communicated to him that I will be traveling from CT to NY to check it out (2hrs 30 mins).That day came and I was just about there and so I called Ricardo. To my rude surprise they sold the car wholesale and wasted my time. Luckily I planned on seeing several other cars that day in the area. However, the point is if I say I'm interested in a car please communicate this to management so they wont sell the xxxx car. Other than that, I thought communication with me was great. I guess one other bad thing is after he notified me that this happened he tried to offer me a car that is double the price of the car I was looking for. So essentially double my budget.I am sorry I have to write this quite honestly but I guess that's life.All the Best,Jon

I stopped into Acura of Bay Shore just to get a second quote never expecting to get my car there. The relaxed and comfortable manner extended to me by all was pleasant surprise. When we worked up a quote and got all the details, I decided that they earned my business. I had a wonderful experience at Acura of Bayshore! I previously purchased from Rallye Acura in Roslyn, and I MUCH PREFERRED the employees and environment at Bayshore!!! I first spoke with Carlton Johnson on the phone, and when I met him in person, he heard my concerns and what I was looking for. He then sent me to Evelyn Gonzalez to be my sales/lease consultant. At first, they both helped me find what I was looking for and within my price range. Eveyln went above and beyond to make me, and my 3-year old daughter, feel comfortable during our time there. She answered all of my many questions and gave me several options that would best fit my financial needs. Never was she pushy, yet she was understanding and wanted me to get the best deal. I sincerely thank Evelyn and Carlton, and the entire team at Bayshore for making my lease a smooth and pleasant transition! I will definitely be a returning customer! :)

My wife and I feel very comfortable with this dealership meeting our financial needs and vehicle demands as well. We have been leasing Honda's for a long time and wanted a change. So we went to this dealership, lets just say, if you know what your bottom line number and you have have gone to other dealers. I would strongly suggest checking this dealership out if you went to other dealers. I stopped being an impulse buyer many years ago. This dealership so far has been great to us. White Glove Treatment and all oil changes are free with all kinds of other bells and whistles they provide to their patrons.So far, purchased a 2016 RDX and just the other day traded gave them my end of lease 2013 Honda Civic and happily in a 2016 ILX. Give them a shout out is all I can say. My wife and I never thought we would be able to afford Acura's but so far, have two of them.

My lease was up on my BMW GT and I wanted a used 2007-2009 Acura MDX. I knew I could pay for it in cash and be done with a car note. Every used car dealer I went to had ridiculous fees and the prices listed online was not the price of the vehicle once you got to the dealership. I was about to give up my search, when I came across a 2008 MDX at Bayshore Acura. I called and spoke to Tony Natale, who stated that the online price of the vehicle was the actual price and that there were no additional fees with the exception of taxes and DMV. Although skeptical, I went to see the car and loved it. Tony Natale was extremely nice and did not pressure me at all. He gave me a great deal on the car and had the seats repainted because the color was worn. The car looked brand new. Tony even scheduled me a service appointment with a loaner car for some minor issues I called him about the following week. Dominic Knecht serviced my vehicle and was also a pleasure. Every person I dealt with at Acura of Bayshore was very welcoming! I most definitely recommend them as a dealership with great integrity!

This dealership has a superior staff. Since my purchase in 2013 I've ad nothing but positive experiences. Periodic service visits are never a problem and Joanys Santiago the service advisor always takes the time to explain the services performed. When I had a problem with broken wheel locks they went out of their way to correct a problem that was caused by a tire retailer. Ms.Santiago is professional, knowledgable and her honesty is refreshing. She is a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful service. Could use more time to familiarize customers with cars...perhaps a visit after 2 weeks of ownership. The MDX is a very well engineered complex vehicle and not surprised to learn that many of the staff have little idea of how some functions operate. That is not a big deal, everyone can learn. What is perplexing is that I was told that a survey was coming.....and here I am writing in a Share your experience OP ed instead of doing the survey.Acura/Honds is NOT good at providing access to things like manuals and verbal tech support and i do NOT fault the dealership at all. Acura of Bay Shore is at the top of the list for me and my family after 5 years of incompetence from MB of Huntington. Quote me if you wish.So thats if people...MDX beautiful automobile.....perhaps a more total understanding by the sales staff would be in order but other than that super excellent.thank you allJohn Hardiman

I made my appoint on line for today, 1/4/16 and received a very fast prompt confirmation. When I arrived , Ms. Joanys Santiago, serviced me. I have always requested her but have been luck to always get her. Before I retired a year ago, I was a Customer Service Representative/Manager for 30 years. This position, no matter who you are servicing and what you are selling is a very difficult position, because you have to work with various attitudes and personalities of the customers. No matter how bad of a day that I'm having, Ms. Santiago always brightens my day with her personality, smile and expertise. She is professional, knowledgeable, Identifies problem areas, if any, She puts to use her various Customer Service skills when servicing the customer, which puts the Customer completely at ease(my personal opinion) even when the news received may not be all that good. This is the indication of a truly great Customer Service Representative. In fact I would highly recommend her to train others in the Customer Service Field because of her expertise in her position here. This is one of the main reasons that I will continue to go to Bay Shore Acura, although I could go to a closer one near my home. Also, they work with you and not against you. Everyone there is so nice and respectful. This is my 2nd purchase from Acura, because from experience, I know that their vehicles are reliable. I love "ACURA OF BAYSHORE". They are the best and they have one of the best Customer Service Reps., Ms. Joanys Santiago, in the State of New York.

I have leased a Honda Pilot from Atlantic , and for the last 14 months Bayshore Acura has sent me three to five mailing ads a day to bring it to them and lease a new Acura. I have called and emailed to try to getOff the list and they still dont stop! It's a non stop barrage of advertisements for their vehicles. I will never buy an Acura ever because of this harassment ! BBB here I come !

Had my car serviced there a few months. The staff was excellent and helpful. I was given a ride back to work from their dealership and they were ableable to work with my schedule to pick me up. Joanys was made my service experience easy and I was updated during the repair. The wash at the end of the service was a definite bonus.

Someone called me for a trade in and offered me $1000 for the loyalty program to put into my trade in. Everything was a lie. I went there and they told me everything was ready to go and I got my insurance on which I'm trying to get back since they had charged me already and also gave them my down payment. After 2 hours of waiting they tell me that I wasn't approved for the lease. Like xxx why are these people making up stories and lying, they came to me trying to get business now i will have this negative input on my credit report. Anyways bad experience, customer service sucks. DCH Acura are way better.

Having Joanys as my service associate was wonderful! She always remains professional while being friendly and courteous.... a rare find. She helped me understand the importance of each service while listening and responding to ALL my questions. She walked me out to my loaner and my car when I came to pick it up (also a rare find). This dealership lied to me. Did not answer my questions. Strung me along for days without giving me a date when I could pick up my car. I left messages and ultimately had to drive to the dealer itself and find my salesman who still had to check with his manager to help me. At which point I spoke to the manager myself. As a young girl I felt extremely uncomfortable when the manager raised his voice to me and the salesman degraded me for being a women. I would not recommend going to this dealership ever. Extremely unprofessional and made my car buying experience stressful. It was a nightmare.

Hello, I have been a customer of Acura of Bay Shore for over 12 years, bought 4 vehicles and that's where I also service my cars. I wouldn't even consider going to another dealer for service ,much less for purchase of another vehicle. Service and care of Joanys and Tim is outstanding, always greeting me nicely, joking and asking about my family whom over the years they got to know as well. Also service manager is super nice and greets me all the me when I am there. Other service advisors and managers would have learned a lot from those people and Acura dealer as a whole. I CALLED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT 10.00AM - GOT A 1.30PM APPOINTMENT AND WAS BACK ON THE ROAD BY 2.55PM!JOANYS PROVIDED ME WITH DETAILED INFORMATION AS TO WHAT THE SERVICE ENTAILED AND IT'S COST - HAD ME OUT IN NO TIME AND BECAUSE I HAD WASHED MY CAR THAT MORNING PROVIDED ME WITH A VOUCHER FOR A FUTURE WASH .. I HAVE BEEN AN ACURA OF BAYSHORE CUSTOMER SINCE 2004 - 4 ACURA'S ( AND A USED HONDA FOR MY DAUGHTER ) THEY HAVE MY FULL RECOMMENDATIONS .

My lease was soon to be up on my car & I began looking for a new car to lease. I went to Acura of Bay Shore a fairly local dealership. I found it extremely neat & clean. Allison Krill a salesgirl politely introduced herself to me & offered to show me around. She was extremely helpful in finding the type of car I was looking for. Once we zeroed in on the 2016 ILX she was very knowledgeable about the car & was able to explain all the many features of the Tech Plus package. Once the deal was finalized I saw Joseph Liotta to go over the financial paperwork. He was great to work with & explained in detail all the paperwork that had to be signed. I am very happy with my new car & it was a pleasure to deal with Acura of Bay Shore.

Ali at Acura was able to get me out of my prior lease which I was only 13 months into for my Jeep Cherokee. I hated the car and wanted to come back to Acura and the Bay Shore dealership did everything they could for me and made the deal a reality. They are easy to speak with and you do not feel like you are walking into a shark tank. Very professional and helpful and they give you the no hassle scenarios. If they can't do it, they will let you know. I will continue to bring them my business as this is my fourth deal with them.

I am always greeted with a smile and treated with courtesy, I am never hounded to add on additional services, however when additional service is recommended; it is fully explained so that I can make a educated decision that best for my wallet and my car.

I've owned quite a number of vehicles over the years, and I must say that the service I receive at Bay Shore Acura FAR exceeds that at any other dealership thus far! Joanys Santiago is patient, thoughtful, and pleasant. She ALWAYS greets me with a smile, and she really knows her stuff!! Keith, the technician who usually works on my 2011 MDX is great as well. He answers any questions that I have thoroughly, and recommends certain services only when necessary (unlike other dealerships I've dealt with).Tom in parts takes the time out to look up any and everything that I may be interested in purchasing, and explains how it may look on my vehicle, which I really appreciate. Everyone at Bay Shore Acura have been nothing but accomodating. Any issues that I've had have been easily rectified, from obtaining a loaner vehicle for me to honoring my coupons. I've never left the service department disappointed. Everyone is professional as well as pleasant, and other businesses could learn a lot from you...keep up the stellar performance...YOU ALL ROCK!!

This review is a little late! I would not have purchased a Acura if it was not for my Sales representative. Mr Will Combs. He really sold the vehicle to me. My first Acura was a 2011 Acura. My next vehicle which I have now , the RLX 2014. My sales person again Mr Will Combs. I love my vehicle and all the amenities in it. Mr Combs explain that vehicle assets to me. I was sold. I have a home here at Acura of Bayshore. Sales & Service is the Greatest. Also the finance manager was great also. Today March 2015 I am very pleased & happy with my vehicle & service. Especially Joanys Santiago. I look forward to going to Acura for all the perfection & smiles.

Hands down the best dealership ever. The minute you walk in you aren't treated like a regular customer, but like family. Everyone is very warm and friendly. We sat with Matthew Santiago in Sales to purchase a brand new 2015 Acura ILX. He took us on a test drive and explained everything the car can do as well as showed us how to do it during the test drive. He had both my husband and I test drive the car and test every feature. We were sold immediately and really liked his personality as well. We chose our car, and met with Joe Liotta to go over extra warranties, upgrades, etc. Joe was also very friendly and took the time to go over all the additional warranties and extras with us to ensure we would have exactly what we wanted. Matthew walked us through the Parts and Service department introducing us to each member of the team. The next morning we went to pick up our new car and Matthew greeted us at the door and then spent well over an hour with us setting up all the gadgets in our car. He showed us how to work everything once again, and told us if we needed a refresher course or had any additional questions to please call him. He really meant this because it didn't stop there. He called us several times to make sure we were happy with our car after our purchase and to see if we had any questions. It is very rare to find this kind of sales person in a dealership at all. This was absolutely an amazing car buying experience. We then decided to add on a few accessories/options and had the pleasure of meeting Anthony Matassa, Parts and Service Manager, who I cannot say enough about. He is absolutely amazing to deal with and answers any questions you have about add on options/accessories thoroughly. He really wants you to be happy with any service you have done. It shows in his staff. This entire service and parts department treat you like family. You are not just a "number" with these people. When we walked in we were greeted by Joanys Santiago who has the best personality and is so sweet. Kenny McKeever and Tim Reid are also two outstanding Service Department employees always making sure you are happy and explain everything to you thoroughly. Tom Farula in Parts is also extremely helpful answering any questions about add on parts and even showing you what the parts look like. I must also commend the Detail Department/Car Wash Department. Having purchased a black car I feel extremely confident having them detail my car inside and out. Each time it comes back perfect and shiny with a smile!I must say the employees at this dealership are the main reason we purchased our new car here and will only go here for service and parts. The garage is the cleanest garage we have ever seen. Anyone can feel very confident leaving their brand new car there. I am very happy we chose Acura of Bayshore! I recently leased my 2015 MDX Tech from Acura Bay Shore. I live in Nassau County and would normally go to Rallye, Island, Valley Stream, and Huntington to shop the price. I received a flyer from Bay Shore and thought I would check them out. I went to them first and sat down with Jason Rupansingh. It was a very good first experience overall. Jason was very professional not overly pushy but it was clear that he wanted my business. Which I appreciated. Excellent price and terms on the 1st go around. But I really wanted to shop it around and do my homework, which I did over the next couple of days. I hit all the other dealers on Long Island and no one could top the deal. No one was really close for that matter. The exact vehicle that I wanted they had in stock and within 24 hrs deal was complete. The manager that closed me out was awesome, his name was Joe Liotta. Very professional and a quick painless process. I would highly recommend seeing them before you sign somewhere else. Everything they promised they kept their word. I would like to commend the service employees from Bay Shore Acura. My experience was pleasant from the time I pulled up and was greeted by a friendly attendant to my dealings with both Joanys Santiago & James Gullo in the Service Department. I'm always skeptical with regards to anything that states "free" when it comes to bringing a car back to the dealership. Imagine my shock when I had the oil changed, wheels rotated and the car washed for no charge! On top of that, my car was ready in a hour as they stated it would be. What a treat! Simply put, do your "homework" before you come here. Then you will appreciate how great the buying experience can be when you deal with real, honest professionals. Not the usual nonsense that you will find elsewhere. I bought my new MDX from Diego Bonilla. What a pleasure! He knew the vehicle inside and out. I had been to three other dealerships before I walked in. I had, what I thought were some of the best prices. Diego had me sit down with the general manager and finance manager and we worked out a FANTASTIC deal. ( It was a real pleasure BTW, they do NOT pressure you.) On top of that, they give you free oil changes, car washes, tire rotations, and inspections for as long as you own it. What a pleasurable experience from Acura of Bay Shore! From the moment we arrived - the staff was nothing but professional and hospitable. We were greeted right away - and we met with a true gentleman Charlie Gordon. Charlie was very knowledgeable - not your typical "salesman". We were coming off a lease from a Lexus and wanted the Acura RDX. Charlie crunched some numbers and we tried to come to a comfortable price for both of us. In steps General Sales Manager Christine Staab, a no nonsense professional lady and most of all - NO GAMES!! Christine gave us no pressure but worked with us so we could make deal. Within 15 minutes we had a deal and purchased the RDX. I cannot say enough about these two professionals! They made the "nightmare" of purchasing a car from a car dealership a very pleasurable one. This dealership is NOT close to my home but it was well worth the trip! Today we picked up our car - just when you think it can't get any better - it does! We met with Mr. Joe Liotta (General Manager) to sign our papers. He explained everything in detail to us and was very patient - he was another true gentleman. We were then walked into the service department and were introduced to the staff for when we bring our car in for service. This entire new car experience was second to none! Thank you Charlie, Christine and Joe for NOT treating us like a customer - but treating us more like FAMILY! My suggestion is - you can go to other Acura Dealerships first, but then save the best for last and go to Acura of Bay Shore and see Charlie Gordon - a NO PRESSURE individual! I have had the greatest experience ever with Mr. Tim Reid and Ms. Joanys Santiago. These two Service Advisors are always polite; speaking to the customers with respect, and, excellent with follow up. If there is an issue, they go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is fully satisfied. This makes for a wonderful visit and great atmosphere!!!

I really can't rave enough about Acura of Bay Shore. Matt Santiago is the guy to go to. Coming from a Lexus lease, and displeased with the offers they had to give me-- I went into Acura with an early termination lease letter I received. Matt was knowledgable, kind and informative-- he was never pushy and really did his best to give me the payments I wanted. He worked out numbers that when I brought to other Acura dealers they said they couldn't beat and I was really getting an awesome deal. Everything went smoothly and I love my new ILX. I am definitely sticking with Acura after this deal and will recommend this dealer and brand to anyone.

I had a service done on the car and it was a great experience, the service writer was great. Ms Santiago was always a cut above the best. At no point in the process was out of the loop, and I was contacted very shortly after the care was brought in for service, to be advised what was wrong , the price of the service and what would be done and how long it would take. Communication for me is the key since I am on the road a lot. I would differently recommend the service department to any one, and I would definitely send them to Ms,. Santiago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our sales associate, Joseph Meyer, was friendly and answered all of our questions. It felt like he was completely honest with us and was pushy or gimmicky at all. Straight shooter and got us the best deal possible. Joe Liotta, the manager who we signed with, was also very informative and gave my wife and I the time to think about any additional services we may have wanted with our certified pre-owned Acura. All in all, they were responsive to all questions and requests we had we left feeling like we weren't taken advantage of. Great service, great vehicles, great experience.

From start to finish they were very friendly, honest and straight forward. I did a lot of research online, made my decision to buy an Acura, (one of the best decisions I've made), before going in for a test drive of the RDX. Once I did that, I was sold. Will Combs made the process shockingly painless, I knew I was getting a good deal, including a trade-in with very high mileage. They were the first dealer I went to and I knew that I didn't have to, nor did I want to go to another dealer. The experience was that good! I picked up my new RDX two days later, and Joe Liotta finalized the paperwork, and he was wonderful also. He was very friendly and efficient, answering all my questions, and had me out in no time. In fact, everyone I came in contact with couldn't have been more helpful, including the gentleman that showed me all the amazing features, (which were standard), in the RDX. I would highly recommend Acura Bayshore to everyone who is interested in an Acura!

I know that when I have my car serviced, Tim and the guys in the shop will listen to my concerns and go over my car with great care. Will is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He really cares about this customers, and goes out of his way to ensure that you receive the best deal possible, and most importantly are a satisfied customer. He doesn't try to push you into the sale, as most other dealers do, but educates you on the purchase, and ensures that it's best for you. I had a very horrible experience at a different Acura dealership, and Will was right there to save the day! This is going to be my second time leasing an Acura with Will, and I would never go to another dealership. With my second lease, this was my first time dealing with Joseph Liotta. He is also really great, and makes you feel like you are right at home. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Dealing with both Will and Joseph has made my experience at this dealership amazing.

I originally visited Acura of Bay Shore back in Sept. 2012 when I was in the market to purchase a new Acura TL Technology. I was quickly greeted by Will Combs who took his time to show me all the features and answer all my questions. And just when I thought it would be impossible to own such a great car, both Will and Ian made it possible! I drove of happily in my brand new TL w/ Technology! Now, March 2013, my wife was looking to replace her current vehicle, and even though there are other dealers to choose from, we went back to see Will. Again, we were greeted in the same friendly manner, we felt like we were part of a family! My wife was excited over the 2013 TSX w/ Technology. With their prompt service, we drove off in the car that she wanted again, and we were once again, very satisified with our experience! Joe made the leasing very simple and he was not pushy. This dealer is by far one of the best out on the Island and I would recommend anyone whos in the market for a new or replacement vehicle to check them out! If you do, just ask for Will Combs and rest assured, he will give you all the correct information and treat you like family, nothing less!

I had a an Acura TL shipped to me that was described as like new and always garaged. The car was in poor shape and was never garaged. Bad paint and many dings and scrapes. obvious paint deterioration. When confronted they denied everything. It had a broken windsheild. They did send refund around 200 for undesclosed damage in their words. Very rude after the sale. Do not believe them or buy a car from them on ebay or off the internet.

Although my RDX was purchased from another Acura dealer, I've been servicing my car with Acura Bayshore for quite sometime. The staff is extremely friendly. I've primarily dealt with Tim Reid, but have on occasion dealt with Cindy, Nicole and Kenny. All of them are personable, professional and courteous and go out of their way to ensure I'm leaving there completely satisfied. They are also very honest which is a big thing with car dealers. I gave a 4 on price, because it is a little expensive, like other luxury brand dealers. In the end though, I don't mind paying a few extra dollars in return for good, confident service. I highly recommend them.

From the sales side, working with Carlton is a pleasure. I serviced my 09 TL here without a problem and Nicole in service has always been friendly and courteous. Just purchased a 12 and expect to service the vehicle here. Pricing for service is inline with other dealerships (I.e. high), but they seem to fix the problem on the first visit. They may not be the lowest price dealer, but they are competitive. As long as you do your homework, you will pay a fair price.

This place is a ripoff. Leased a car found out there was a special they never told me about. Had car serviced. Charged $70 to rotate tires but I marked them and they did not do the work. Stay away from these guys, really bad news.

His dealership is in the practice of making promises they do not keep. He does not return phone calls or follow up with dissatisfied customers. Every time I called I was told my problem was being addressed. It has been 6 months and nothing has been done.

They do not give loaners to customers they did not sell cars to. Mary is the absolute devil, she will smile right at you and tell you sorry i can not help you. My Ac was broken and it was raining so it was fogging up really badly ( btw this is a 2009 accura with only 46 k on it ). The service department did not have the right hose. Instead of offering a loaner or offering to keep the car on the lot till they fix it , they just did not want to deal with it. They didn't even want the car on their lot! I told her this is the ground of a lw suit , she looked at me, smiled and said good luck !

I had one interaction with this dealership. The below is my personal opinion of that experience.In my opinion, visitors here should pay no attention to reviews submitted by employees, because this dealership is to be avoided by all but the most savvy.The title, 'Used Car Salesman' has always carried a stigma in our culture, and like most stereotypes, has some basis in fact, but does not apply to all. In my opinion, Salesman Matt at Acura Bay Shore is a poster-boy for sustaining the poor reputation suffered by his more ethical colleagues.He will tell you anything to get you into the showroom, then change prices, terms, and delivery commitments when it comes time to finalize a deal. I spoke with him three times regarding an internet car, each time posing specific questions regarding condition, pricing, fees, financing, and delivery. Each time, Matt's responses were consistent and positive. After I made the drive to the dealership, things changed.The 'pristine' vehicle had several scratches to bare metal on both sides. Matt would not honor his verbal (phone) commitment to price, added a $450 "prep" fee he forgot to mention when asked three times prior, reneged on a financing deal he verbally committed to, and postponed delivery for an additional 3 days.I drove hours to make this deal. I had cash in hand ($17k) and credit card limits sufficient to cover the additional $13k when he reneged on the financing. Still prepared to make the deal, I walked out when the list of deceitfulness included the delivery date.He makes an excellent initial impression - direct and sincere. However, be very wary as you move to close the deal. I give Acura of Bayshore 5 stars. This was the second car I bought there. They treat you like family. Got a great deal from the sales manager Carlton, who is a real Gentleman. The Service department advisers are always happy and have great attitudes. They never try to sell you a service you do not need. If you are thinking Acura this is the place to go.
