The people there are always really nice to you and are there to greet you and ask if you need help very quickly and make you feel welcome. Their wasn't any big pressure in the buying experience and it was fast and effecient. The service manager is very straightforward and doesn't seem to try and take advantage of you. Overall a good place and nice people. Would do business with them again.

I was looking for a Maserati GT MC Centennial online and I found Zeigler Maserati of Schaumburg's website. I submitted an inquiry through their contact form and within 30 minutes I was speaking with the Sales Manager, John Douglass, the most passionate and honest individual I've ever spoken to in the industry. Mr. Douglass was incredibly helpful, patient, and instrumental in the purchase of our car. I will definitely be purchasing our next Maserati from Zeigler Maserati of Schaumburg. Leanne Van Gronigen, the Business Development Director, was also a joy to work with. She was very helpful in the sales process and is very knowledgeable when it comes to Maserati cars. I love these folks. My wife and I couldn't be happier.

I went to Zeigler to test drive a Fiat 500. I was not treated very well at all. The salesman was an older gentleman and wouldn't go on the test drive with me but sent me with a kid from service department. I was only allowed to drive the car around the residential block behind the dealership, and was not allowed to take the car on the highway. The kid from service didn't know any of details of the car either, When we returned to the dealer the Salesperson just assumed I would buy it. When I told him I wasn't happy with it I was made to stand around while he told his manager I was leaving. I definitely will never buy a car from Zeigler.

I was impressed by the reviews and even more when I arrived. I traveled 30 miles to by my new 500 turbo from Zeigler and it was completely worth it. Steve and Nick provided a warm friendly atmosphere for me to buy my new Fiat. They went out of their way to make sure I got the price that I could afford. I would highly recommend that you stop in next time you're looking for a car.
