Zeigler definitely gets a 5 star. Fred from the very beginning was welcoming to wonderful to deal with. Me and my wife have been to many different dealerships over the years, and by far Fred is the best. I will note we did not come to an agreement on a deal, but Fred and his team did an absolute great job trying. We got no pushy sales stuff like most places, we let Fred know what we wanted and we're we wanted to be and tried his best to get us there ultimately our decision was to stay with what we had, but we will always keep Fred in mind, and don't mind driving an hour out to visit him.

I along with probably most hate going to buy a car or truck. The end result of driving off the lot in your new vehicle is wonderful but it's the process that is usually dreadful. Ziegler changed my opinion entirely. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into a vehicle we didn't want. They listened to what we were looking for and worked with us until we found it. They worked to find us the best deal possible without feeling we were being screwed over by the price. The personal touches alone will bring my family back here for all our vehicles. I've owned several vehicles over the years and this is the first time the salesman asked to take a picture of us by our old and new. Francis you're the best salesman we've ever worked with and you are a true asset to Ziegler. You can tell when someone is passionate about what they do. Thanks for making a stereotypical dreadful experience an exceptional one. We love our new truck!

As I walked in Jorge Matos welcomed me and we sat down to see if we could make a deal. He was honest respectful and very pleasant to work to assist me in finding the right car. We agreed on a price for a new Dodge Durango and spent the next 4 hours filling out paper work. They say the trade with another dealer will be "NO PROBLEM". They of course are trade in isn't worth anything($750) and would rather not even take it. We then tell neighbors about the trade in only to have a bidding war for the beast. So we call the dealership and tell them that don't worry about the trade in and all of a sudden....are car was in an accident(bumper) ad they don't want to trade with them. TOTAL BULLCRAP! as then they kept trying to UPSELL cars we already turned down.

I just bought my 2016 Jeep Patriot and 3 weeks later it's leaking water inside the car when it rains. Came to the dealer to make an appointment and show the where it's leaking water from and the service guy Bill tells me "what do you want me to do?" I thought it was rude but whatever. They called me the next day to verify the appointment and the guy made it for the wrong time. I come back the day of my appointment and I am waiting an no one helps me after I pull my car inside the service dock. They asked other people if they have been helped but not me!!! I tried to get this resolved ASAP since I have severe allergies to mold and cannot afford for my brand new car to get moldy inside!!!

We only stopped to shop around and see what they had. And it's really true, and it happened only here. I love cars, vehicles generally so let's start from here. I went to many different kind of dealer(Volkswagen , Honda, Ford, Audi, Mercedes ) there was happening always one thing: I knew more about the car, that I am interested to buy, than sales person who is in charged to provide myself one hour at least presentation of any car he is selling:) .....so.... However I was going and going for five years and finally I desided to visit Jeep and it happened: Mr. Ryan was talking for 1:35 minutes plus driving about Jeep Cherokee and I bought a car immediately !!!!

I have had so many problems with this Service Center that I don't know where to begin. I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty that I purchased from the Schaumburg Jeep dealer just before Zeigler took them over. I never was able to get my vehicle repaired on a one time visit. I always had to bring it back to get it repaired. Misdiagnosis and inadequate repairs was their norm. My most recent issue is that sometime back there was a recall for the blower motor. It was inspected and passed as OK. Just recently, the blower went bad. As I was inspecting it and discovered that the Service Mechanic never replaced the cover under the dash - who looks there unless your doing work? I have 2 of these Jeeps of the same year. One of them has an engine clicking sound when running - sounds like a Diesel, which it is not. I was told that they all do that, but my other Jeep does not. My other Jeep had the right rear caliper lock up and had to be repaired under warranty. They said they replaced the caliper and rotor. A short time later on another repair job, the Service manager told me I needed brakes due to a discoloring of that same rotor. Turns out the didn't replace it and they forgot about the LIE. Don't trust anything they tell you and always have their work double checked.

What a great dealership, and very helpful people. I had been working hard, and finally the day came to trade in my Dodge Dart for a Dodge Charger. I went in, and was dealing with Kevin Bennett who is a great salesperson to deal with no pressure at all. The Sales manager Mike Miller also helped us quite a bit by giving me quite a few options on the table to get my a great vehicle. Kevin, and I did some talking, and we went over a few things then we went, and talked also with Mike Spooner who is the Finance Manager. Mike Spooner, Mike Miller, and Kevin Bennett all helped me get to where I could drive home that night with a brand new 2015 Dodge Charger AWD instead of my Dodge Dart. I couldn't be happier with my car, and if I do ever move from the area you best believe I am going to load it onto a car carrier, and have it hauled up here to deal with them on a trade in. The entire staff is very friendly, and great to deal with a true tribute to the leadership of the General Manager Joe St. Germain, Sales Managers Mike Miller, Lou Lopez, and Mike Borowski. The finance team over there with Mike Spooner leading the way couldn't be in any better hands. I highly advise for you to go there, and go deal with them it will be well worth it. Don't wait go and see Kevin Bennett as soon as you can he is a great man to deal with.

We had a great experience purchasing our 2015 Chrysler 200S. Gabriel Jimenez immediately greeted us at the door. He went through leaps and bounds in order to find us a car with all of the features we wanted for the 200S. After our test drive, we started the purchasing process. I had a completely stress free visit. I was a little leery as I have been researching and visiting many dealerships. When I had explained my very challenging financial issues many of the sales associates did not hear what I needed. I needed a new work vehicle within 6 months. I explained that I needed to find out what was required from me to make it happen. They pushed and irritated me to the point of walking away. However my experience with Sonny Grillo was fantastic. He was thoughtful and upbeat from the first conversation. He met me outside when I arrived and had such a happy, positive vibe that I was able to just relax and let him do all the work. With the help of Doug Tincu in the finance department they were able to get me my work vehicle within the parameters I asked for. I would highly recommend you give this dealership a try. Our experience with Eric Foret at Zeigler was fantastic, and it was easily the best car buying experience either of us have ever had. Eric was polite, personable, honest - most importantly, he made us feel comfortable. He was up front with us about our options and made it clear that he didn't want us making a financial decision that would negatively impact us. Overall experience was very good. Started out on the internet, found the jeep that I wanted and worked out my interest rate over the phone with the finance department. Coming into this Dealership we did not feel pressured what so ever- which is one of the many reasons why we chose to purchase our Jeep Grand Cherokee-Overland here. Our Sales person Gabriel J. was outstanding, he went above and beyond to answer all of our questions even after we had left the dealership. We live in Lincoln Park and there are many other dealerships closer but, the experience that we had with Gabriel was beyond worth the trip. Even our Finance Manager Charlie T. was great- he stayed late to answer all of our question during a snowstorm!

I knew my family would be happy with a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. We met Eric Foret and he could not have made it a more pleasurable experience! Eric exceeded all of our expectations. He answered all my questions. There was a broken taillight that I had them fix. I was able to bring it in during the week. They were quick and efficient. Two years ago I went to this place with check in hand to buy a brand new jeep. Was not planning to finance through them, I had cash. We played the game, like they love to do and I wasn't letting them waste my time so I left. Hour later I bought the car from another dealership, they then called me the next day and said they were ready to give me that price. Too Late! Last week my husband decided he wanted to go buy a new caravan. He talked me into going back there because he saw a great price on their site. He talked to the internet salesperson several times and thought everything was done. We walked in and it was like he never called, they then pulled some bs and would not honor their internet price. Strike one! Then Lawrence came out to help us and proceeded to talk us into the journey because he said we couldn't afford the van. Strike Two! Then we started the haggle game. I told him my bottom line and he proceeded to tell me and I quote,"if you can't afford an extra 69 dollars a month you shouldn't buy a car". Wow, Strike Three! I looked at my husband and said we are DONE. He then pretty much just ran away to scam others. Then I realized more people walk out of their without a car and swearing than with a car. By the way, we bought the same van that supposedly we couldn't afford according to Lawrence for 100 bucks less a month than the journey. Before, you finance through them be sure you got the best rate. My new dealer couldn't understand why they didn't run my finance through Chrysler Financial, because I got a xxxx of a rate! Take the trip and go to Bettenhausen Dodge, they actually care unlike these scammers.

I was working with a sales rep trying to run some numbers over the phone since I live a long distance. I wanted to buy a particular car but wanted to know a rough number on my trade in before wasting a day of driving. For some reason my trade-in appraisals were a $2,000 price swing so I needed to know before driving in. Simple request, right? I couldn't get anybody to return a call. I left the sales rep messages, the receptionist took my message, even a manager. I finally call back upset because I am trying to make plans for the drive and still nothing. A sales manager wouldn't even take my call. It's pretty crazy when a customer wants to buy a vehicle more than the sales rep is wanting to sell it. Dealer has great ratings....must have gotten a bad apple.

Well the first thing that I want to say is The Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Schaumburg is a wonderful establishment. Upon first entering the market of purchasing a vehicle I had several bad experiences with other dealerships (J.D Byrider, Glendale Nissan, Right Way, Bill Kay Nissan, etc.) Either they didn't have my best interest at heart and were rude, or they just couldn't help me because I didn't have any credit or a co-signer. Where other dealerships failed Zeigler succeeded, and from the moment I walked in the door I had a good feeling. Eric Foret (4-A) is the sales consultant that help put me into my new 2010 Dodge Avenger. I can't say anything bad about this guy. Eric helped me feel comfortable about everything that was being done and assured me that I was in good hands. I think it also helped that he is generally just a cool dude, with a good sense of humor, and that is passionate about his work. It was obvious that he sincerely wanted to help me and he worked hard to get the best my money could afford. Eric Foret and the rest of the team at Zeigler were friendly, kind, polite, and very helpful. Overall this was a great experience that I will never forget. I would recommend Zeigler to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Thanks again, to Eric and the entire team at Zeigler. Keep that bell ringing!!!

I originally went to Zeigler's for a test drive of a new Jeep that I had seen on display and sense I was in the market to purchase another SUV I figured I would go where I purchased my 2005 Jeep.The test drive of the 2014 Jeep Latitude was great and my salesman Ed Wells was informative but my spouse wasn't with me so I wasn't able to purchase that day. My husband and I came back 2 weeks later and with the help of Eric Foret, I was able to purchase the Cherokee Limited in the color I wanted and all the bells and whistles I could handle. I absolutely love it.The easy going manner of my salesman and the Zeigler staff made the process relatively quick and painless. Needless to say Zeigler's definitely will have my business again.

I did not buy my Minivan from the dealership so I can't speak about the sales team but I can definitely recommend the service department team. I am dealing with Andy now for almost four years. The first time I knew him was at Napelton Chrysler. I moved after that to Schaumburg and let me tell you how much I was pleased to find him at Zeigler Chrysler. He is kind, takes his time to explain the problem and recommend only what is required to be done. The spareparts department also, specially Tim, were helpful to me all the time and also competitive in matching other dealers prices. One more thing, if you own a chrysler don't miss the oil change offers, you buy 4 or 5 oil changes in advance but you end with less than $18 cost for each oil change. Go to their website and see the coupons, it's cheaper than NAPA or similar places in many cases.

Have a 2006 Jeep Liberty CRD (diesel engine) that had a dead cylinder. When we took it to Zygler they diagnosed the car to have "Major engine damage and bottom end noise" and they did it in about twenty minutes. I was quoted $14,000 dollars for a new crate engine, which is absolutely outrageous to begin with, and that coupled with the fact that we purchased the car for $10,000 kept me from letting them touch it. I rebuilt that "majorly damaged" engine personally and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it other than a slipped timing belt which costs about 200 bucks. This is the kind of thing a lowly business does when they just want your money and think you're too stupid to have any clue what they're doing. If I was anyone in this world the last place I would go would be to the Zygler Jeep dealer in Schaumburg. Ever.

Horrible customer service. The sales associate I was forced to deal with had zero knowledge of the car. It took them 35 minutes to locate a car that I set up an appointment to test drive. They did not have any literature to give me on the vehicle. I was told they gave all of the booklets away. (If that's the case, how about reordering some more?!?) After stating that I was between two cars right now, a Chrysler and another make, I was then being persuaded to go test drive the other make and was told by the manager that he currently drives that car and loves it. It was a terrible experience from the beginning, I should have left when I was told me they were locating the car.

I bought a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan used that was under the factory warranty. The van had low miles (14k) and was purchased in another NW Suburb. Ziegler is the closest Dodge dealership to me so I used them for servicing the car, twice. The first service was under warranty and I had tie rods, a small electrical problem, and some body trim fixed, all without issue. The second time the A/C went out after 5 years and 40k miles. After doing some research I determined the rear evaporator was bad. I went online and found there might be a recall. I called Ziegler and the service manager stated my car was under extended warranty for the problem but not under recall. I set a time and had my wife bring the van in about a week later. I gave her specific instructions to let the service adviser know the problem was the rear evaporator and it should be covered by the extended warranty. Other than a snide remark to my wife about her knowing exactly what the problem was, I was very happy. I'm sure he wouldn't have talked to me that way, and I wouldn't have let him, but anyway... Ziegler fixed the van in one day and had the car so clean when I came to pick it up I didn't recognize my own van. So, twice I have had good experiences with this dealer in having my van serviced. I know most people will go out of their way to write a negative review so I made it a point that I would write a positive review if I was treated "right" by this dealer. So here it is!For the comment I gave them a "3" for friendliness. The service adviser I talked to on the phone was helpful and knowledgeable. I did come prepared though with my VIN and the background of the problem and solution.

I have dealt with with this dealership many times. I bought a 2011 dodge from them and had a pretty good experience buying the car but every time I bring it for service it is a joke. They have no idea what is going on and their communication and customer service sucks. My car has had nothing but problems and they say the fix the problems but of course not even a week later its back in the shop. All I can say is RUN!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I've been looking for a Wrangler for awhile. I went in and met with Kerry and told him what I was looking for in a Wrangler... nothing fancy. Spent a lil bit looking through what they had and found the one that I really wanted. Kerry was very knowledgable and told me everything that I needed and wanted to know about the car. When it came time to talk about purchasing the truck, I got a little nervous thinking that they were going to come back with the classic hard sell but Kerry's demeanor never changed. He assured me that he was going to get me the best price with the best possible payment. I actually couldn't believe the price that I payed for the car. I like Kerry because he is a man of his word and he worked for my business. I will buy all my future Jeeps from Kerry and refer everyone I know to him. Thank you Kerry, I love my new Wrangler!!!

Do NOTshop here or get your vehicle serviced here!!!!This is a long review, so I'll summarize:Salesmen lie about features that are in the vehicles.Dealership doesn't care about about the lies.Service department does crappy work and will tell you no appointment is needed and then when you get there will tell you it'll take 4 hours for an oil change.The first sign I wasn't dealing with an honest salesman:I went in with very clear, explicit wants in my next vehicle. I wanted a new Jeep Compass Limited with all the packages. I had told them I was looking specifically looking for Bluetooth, remote start, alarm, and sunroof. In order to get all these things, I had to get all of the additional packages. So, OK, fine. As they're looking for one from across the country, Joe Hegglin (my salesman), calls and asks if I care if it has leather. I said I didn't and he said they found one without leather. He wanted to me to say yes to it and they would go get it. I asked if it was the Limited edition and he himmed and hawed and finally admitted that it was not. Right there I should have waled away since he was obviously trying to trick me.The second sign I wasn't dealing with an honest salesman:After two weeks of not one vehicle with the items I wanted, I finally asked about the next step down, the Latitude version. A little later I get a call that they have one with everything in it that I wanted. I asked several times to see the window sticker, but instead he just read off a list of items that were on there. All the packages were there, so I said OK. When I picked it up, Joe went through all the buttons and pointed out all the features that were in my original request, including the bluetooth. I get home and try to setup my phone with the bluetooth and it ISN'T installed in the vehicle!!!! I searched and finally found the window sticker stuffed under one of the seats and Bluetooth is no where on it!The third sign I wasn't dealing with an honest salesman:I call and leave a message for Joe about the bluetooth. We exchange several phone calls where he tells me that it is $550 plus 2 hours labor to get it installed. I argued several obvious points and he finally said they would do it for for half price and they would eat the 2 hours of labor. So, it would cost me $225. I told him I would do it! He calls back an hour later and says the bluetooth would cost me $550 and they would eat the 2 hours of labor. NOT what we had just agreed on. At this point, I was done dealing with this liar!The first sign I wasn't dealing with an honest dealership:I tried to contact the manager and was completely ignored by him. No responses to phone calls or emails.The second sign I wasn't dealing with an honest dealership:I contact Jeep directly and they contacted the dealership. Jeep responded to me saying that the dealership takes no responsibility and that they offered to pay the 2 hours of labor. There is nothing I (or Jeep) can do about this.The first sign I wasn't dealing with an honest service department:When I purchased this vehicle, I paid $450 for them to put a tow hitch on it. I actually used it two weeks after pickup to haul a trailer. About two hours into our trip, the brake lights on the trailer are not working. When they put in the wiring for the hitch, they put the wires right on top of the exhaust!! They basically MELTED!. We were able to get them separated and taped up for the rest of the trip.The second sign I wasn't dealing with an honest service department:I call to setup my first oil change and get the wiring for the hitch fixed. This was on a Friday. I was told I didn't need an appointment. Just come on in and they'll get me fixed up in about 30 minutes. I drive from Buffalo Grove to Schaumburg for this and am told they are so busy it will take them several hours to complete the work. I left.

I have bought over 6 cars from your dealerships and I must say I will NEVER purchase or refer anyone to you guys again. I had my sister take here car to you guys for ALL of her service since the car was brand new, even l.o.f. she drives all the way from Chicago to your place and today she went in to get an oil change and a headlight fixed and your service rep. Paul Decaro tell us it needed sometype of module and it would be $900.00 to fix. We told him we couldn't afford to pay that at this point so he told us we had to pay $115.00 and was laughing under his breath about this. I thought this was rude and pretty much shows how he cares about his customers. Then when asked to speak to a manager Paul told my sister it didnt matter who she spoke to the price is the price and that there is nothing he could do about it. She told him she was a loyal customer and that she wouldn't come back if he wouldn't waive the fee and he said " thats up to you" Then before she left he said "I know where this is going so I'll waive the fee,but btw where does your brother work ?She asked why , his answer " I'd like to go there and get things for free" She told him I wanted to speak to Bill the service manager who happened to be off today and he said "dont worry i'll let him know becuase I am gonna get my ass chewed for eating this bill" We weren't looking for a free bill just wanted to be treated fair. My sister said she had no problem paying for the oil change and $60.00 as a diagnostic fee it only took him 15 min to find the problem. September 15, 2011I wanted to express my experience with Zeigler on Golf Road in Schaumburg, IL. I purchased my new Dakota sight unseen as the truck was from inventory of another location. I had found the exact vehicle I wanted on-line at an Elgin location and I stopped at Zeigler dealership to see what they could do for me before going to that dealership. I told the salesman EXACTLY what I wanted and he did some searching and he said, I can help you. After stating, I can help you he then started saying are you sure you want power windows, are you sure you this or that, and after 10 hours of waiting (no exaggeration) I could finally leave the dealership. The vehicle was promised on Wednesday, and I realize the snow storm hit, and it was delivered to the dealership late Friday. Service Department. I brought my Dakota in on August 13th for some minor repairs, such as the seat had broken, window leaked after any rainfall and breaks pedal noise. I was notified on Monday while I was out of town stating that parts needed to be ordered and the vehicle would be done by late Wednesday afternoon. This was going to work out great as I was returning home on Wednesday. I was to return to work at 4:00 am Thursday morning. I am an independent contractor and work 6 days a week-52 weeks a year-so my vehicle is my livelihood. Upon returning from out of town, I stopped by Zeigler to pick up my truck. It was not completed, or actually any of the concerns were not repaired. I took the vehicle (as it was useable). I was notified that the parts had arrived on Friday the 19th and I scheduled the appointment for Tuesday, August 23rd at 1:00 pm (in which I had to shorten my work day to comply with appointment time). I asked the service personnel when the vehicle would be ready for pick-up and he said it was a 5-hour job and that the staff member that would be working on my vehicle was currently working on another job and my truck would not be available until late Wednesday morning (8/24). I lost more additional work by having to start much later in the day. I called at 8:30 am Wednesday and I was told that service had not even started on my vehicle. I knew then that I wasnt going to get my vehicle late Wednesday morning as once again was stated and no follow through by the personnel. I then was called Wednesday afternoon only to be told that the parts that were delivered were damaged and needed to be reordered. They would let me know Friday if the parts that were reordered were in a proper state. I waited THREE WEEKS and heard nothing. I decided to call the service department and was told that all the parts were in. Tuesday, September 13th I dropped my truck at the dealership and then was told that they were not able to complete the repair as one of the components was not up to standards.DOES THIS SOUND ACCEPTABLE TO YOU? A month later and the service is still uncompleted.As a final note, when I picked up my truck on September 13th the porter brought my truck to me there was no paper on floorboards or plastic on the seats. I spend a lot of time and money on extras keeping my truck in tip top shape (seat cover and special floor mats). I noticed also that staff had taken personal belongings and put them on the passenger floor board and an object dangling from my dash board. Bottom line, it was a mess.DOES ANYONE CARE?

1) I explained to Steve that I did not want to play any games but I guess he did not understand me. When he came back from the "gods" behind the center counter, his offer was a total insult. The deal on the T&C was good, but the offer for my car and the "ballpark" monthly payment was way off base. The car listed for about 32K and he was giveing me about 5K off that price. He was givingme 20K for my car (which I owe about 14K). You do the math. 32K for the car, 5K in rebates and 6K in trade in. That comes to be about 21K to finance without taxes and fees, so let's add another 2K for that - 23K to finance (ballpark). He came back with a monthly payment of over $500 per month! That would mean that a 23K loan would cost me over 36K - or over 13K in finance charges! I told Steve that was an insult and asked for my keys back. He went back to the "gods" behind the center counter and came back with $419 per month - ballpark! Now we are still talking over 7K in finance charges....that was after he tyried to tell me that was at 4.5% interest! I showed him my auto calculator that listed a higher priced car and came back with a monthly fee of about $335 at 5% interest. He then said he does not know what they plugged in and since we did not do a credit check yet, he could not give me a better idea of the monthly costs. I explained he could give me an accurate "idea". That is when I waslked out.2) Steve repeatedly told me that I could not get the safety features I wanted from the T&C in the Dodge Caravan. When I came home and did a search online, I found many that had the exact options I was looking for. I do nto want to say Steve lied, but he hasbeen working there since they opened and appeared to be a seasoned car salesman - so I would lean on him not telling the truth about the Dodge Caravan - in other words, I think he tried to upscale a sale.I have received a few calls since I walked out. Steve, Matt and an alleged service rep. Both the service rep and Matt denied knowing about me walking out and hoped I had a good experience. This is a pure insult to me. I would not recommend this dealer at this point. They would have to prove their loyalty to the customer (me) before I would change my review of them.

I am a tough customer - really. I hate going into car dealers. They follow you around and seem to try to take advantage of you. That has been my experiences at other Jeep Dealers. BUT Zeigler Jeep in Shaumburg was a totally different experience. They respected me and called me SIR. I like that. The Salesman Jeff Nemcher listened to what I said, and they gave me the deal I wanted straight out. I did not have to play any games. They gave me a fair price for my Trade In, and they gave me a great price on the new car. I purchased a Wrangler Rubicon -- totally loaded in the color I wanted to get. They had GREAT Inventory. No one tried to tell me I did not actually need the upgraded Navigation System!! (Other Dealers did this!!) And in the end, they beat my bank and my insurance company rates for a new car loan by over ONE Percentage Point! I was extremely pleased with my deal, and they were very helpful and helped me set up my phone on the U-Connect Computer! I would definately buy a car from Jeff again!

I had just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Zeigler. The salesman was Mark Bauer, he was friendly and tried to get the vehicle into my possession as soon as possible. I had searched numerous dealer websites for the vehicle and had finally found the one I had been looking for at Zeigler. However, the vehicle was not on the lot it was in transit when I went to the dealership. Mark tried to answer all my questions on when it would arrive. I purchased a new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the end of April. Kerry, my salesman, greeted me as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. He was curtious and able to answer all my questions. I drove from the Quad Cities to purchase this vehicle because Zeigler's prices were lower than anywhere else that I searched. After purchasing my new jeep I have received more than one phone call from Kerry asking how I like it. Generally when the deal is done you never hear from a dealer again. Initial greeting and sales pitch was fine. Financy guy was horrible, used alot of pressure and cliches (i.e. we can't lower the base price since we gotta keep the lights on..) was tricked by salesperson to run credit for a "soft inquiry" however, it was a real inquiry. Buyer beware. Left with stress stomach pain and felt really bad energy for the rest of the day.
