First time at Yates Buick GMC, had an excellent experience. Was only there to get my truck repaired, while waiting I was looking around to kill a little time and loved the newer trucks. One thing lead to another and before I knew it I was trading in my old truck for a newer one. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Fast approval on the loan and the paperwork was fast and easy as well. Had no problem trading in my 2012 GMC for a New 2016 GMC.

What a difference between Yates and Liberty Buick. I went to Yates after being told twice in 7 months that I had a turbo line leak by Liberty yet they failed to order the necessary parts to make the repair back in December 2015, or return my call. Yates took care of the problem the same day and did not have to return. Better dealership all around from their service personnel to atmosphere in the lounge area. I will return back to Yates before I ever step foot in Liberty! ThxsPS I am in no way connect to YATES Buick except that I am a HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Great Truck. Brent Nogowski the sales mgr. Sent us out on test drive at 9:00. We returned at 9:30. Traded our HHR and less than 2 hrs later we were home. Thanks to Mark Jones finance mgr. However I must mention that we feel misled on the pulling and towing capacity of our new Truck. Other than that we're very pleased. Special Shout Out to Jon Drake in parts.

Laura our salesperson was very friendly, not pushy, & very knowledgeable about the GMC truck lineup. We drove at least 3 vehicles before we made up our mind and she was very accommodating in getting the vehicles and bring them to us. It took longer than what we expected so we were still there after closing time and yet none of the office staff tried to rush us but patiently waited to help us finish the transaction paperwork. I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience that we have ever had. We will definitely recommend Yates to friends and family.

I had taken my vehicle to Pep Boys for repair of turn signals and the horn and they not only could not repair these items but they also stated there were other parts I needed replaced a few days before coming to Yates. Yates not only fixed the issues I was having but also only replaced what really was needed. This was a very stressful situation and Yates become a super hero by their courtesy and expertise! Thank you Yates...next time we ONLY come to you!!!

I pulled into Yates service at 4:30 Tuesday afternoon after seeing a flood and dripping in the front of my vehicle. I was at Lowe's on 75th and I-10. I got to Litchfield and I-10 when the temperature gauge starting ringing at top level. Phil was at Yates and arranged for an immediate ride home for me. He told me I would get a call early morning with the diagnosis. Phil called in the morning to tell me I needed a new radiator. He said the part was in Phoenix and I would have my car at the end of the day. My car was finished mid day Wednesday. I was not at home but at the baseball game. I was picked up at the Goodyear Ball Park by your wonderful driver Josie. She called me to ask where at the Ball Park should she meet me and picked me up at our meeting spot. Serious problem handled quickly and Yates employees accommodated me with my schedule. I did not miss a day of activities.

Always fast, thank you! Although, when registering online I was allowed to sign up for 4 activities (e.g. Oil change, tire rotation, etc.) but when I went in I was told wiper blades cost extra which was not explained online. After I declined to pay for the wiper blades I asked if I could choose a different activity and was told no. It would have been nice to know whether certain services have extra fees or atleast been able to change my service activity at the desk to substitute the wiper blades.

I was very disappointed that my Warrenty did not cover the old standby of 36 thousand miles. It was over in June or July of2015. My new radio was Not covered and cost $1,600. To repair,as it took out my navigation and back up camera with it.I did get a quote to get a Warrenty for almost $3,800. With that And my cost of $1600. I just simply cannot afford, My GMC has a value of $15,000 and I still owe $11,000.I am simply not in a good position to get a new Warrenty or roll debt and trade in to a new vehicle at 3.9 %.I am still digesting this.Any solutions?

The oil change was completed on time and at budget. I rarely liked using the dealership to change oil buy Yates makes it easy. The facility is a little dated and I feel the coffee machine lacks the sophistication of other dealerships.

This is about the sixth or seventh time I have taken my vehicle for service or adding accessories, and I have had a very good experience each time. Even Michael Yates has time to stop and talk. Very friendly and like a family atmosphere. Just sorry to have Guy Hartman leave, as he was the prime reason I bought the vehicle.. Had it been left to the lot sharks, I would not have purchased it. I like picking up a vehicle, which has been washed outside, as daily work doesn't allow me the time. I appreciate the extra steps taken.

Good Experience, no issues. Tech's did a great job on repairing my vehicle. I bought this vehicle from Yates in 2006. I've had this car for 10+ years and my Buick LeSabre now has only 72,000 miles on it. This car is just like new. I use/allow only Yates to services this vehicle and believe that is why my 2005 Buick still runs and looks like a new car not to mention that this vehicle provides us consistently 27 mpg in town and 34 mpg on the road. Awesome vehicle as well as outstanding service and care.

They both followed up after the purchase many times to make sure everything was completed and taken care of that was promised and assisted in any way they could. Such a breath of fresh air being that we had been to this dealership 4.5 years ago to purchase a car and the salesman was such a jerk we vowed to never come back. However the Acadia was the car I had been wanted so we gave it a second try.

I had 3 problems with my Verano. Small, but irritating. Shane took care of them and called to tell me that he might have to keep the car overnight. When I told him I had to get to work the next day, he said he'd have it done or see that I'd have a car to get to work. I want to thank Mr. Ed Trueblood and his service staff. I have had nothing but problems with my Buick and spoke directly to Ed about my concerns. Ed wanted to wipe the slate clean and start fresh from this experience. He listened to what my problem was and gave me direct communication as to what he would do. He and his staff was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within an hour. I really appreciate what Ed did and how he handled my hot headedness. Yates Buick did not have a good track record with me but because Ed,"wanted to start clean from this point forward", I am willing to let the past be in the past. Yates was the only non pressure dealership, the prices were comparable to everyone else but the Yates staff was extremely friendly. Buying cars is stressful but when we went into Yates it just felt different. Thank you I love my new truck and I appreciate how everyone on the staff treated my wife and I.

I had an unpleasant first experience when trying to get a detail for my car and was ready to give up on the dealership. Amanda from service was great and really changed my opinion of the quality of the dealership. My vehicle was detailed as well as a service recall. The service items were all taken care of in a timely and professional manner. The only disappointment was our car was returned dirty instead of clean the way we brought it. The customer service representative apologized and offered to have it cleaned, but we did not have the time to wait. I would think that the car would be cleaned before you call for the car to be picked up.

Glitches in Onstar download of directions. Onstar Tech unable to fix problem and decided it was equipment failure. Yates Tech found an "&" in the original set up instructions. Removed software glitch and it was fixed. Great coffee and continental breakfast. Always friendly folk throughtout the dealership. Thank you Yates. Why couldn't Onstar find this software issue???

I recently purchased a used GMC Sierra Denali and needed a oil change and place for service. I have A good family friend who own gmc dealerships out of state and I was recommended to use Yates. All of the staff has gone over and above to take care of any questions-none really oil change, keys and key fobs...have had with my gmc. Very nice feeling to know where to refer my friends. I will also buy my next vehicle from them knowing how they treat a new customer. Customer service is what this place is about. Very similar to my friends GMC dealership -

I had the full detail done for my ZL1 Camaro and it is stunning. It looks better than when it rolled of the show room floor at the chevy dealer. By far one of the worst car buying experience me and my wife has ever had. We went in on 3-15-2015 to look at and purchase a used 2007 dodge 2500 diesel truck. They were asking 28,000 for the truck. We had a trade-in with about 6K of negative equity. Nothing uncommon for most people. So we were looking at a bit of a jump in our monthly payment, but it was to be expected. we were looking at 34,000 plus taxes on the vehicle. The desk manager on duty at the time tried to get the sales me to force use into running credit before he would give us any numbers. Me and my wife told the salesmen that if the desk manager could not give us some rough numbers, then we would just go buy a truck somewhere else. When the salesmen told the desk manager that, I hear the desk manager tell the salesmen fine tell them to walk. Wow not sure how a place like this can make money when they let money walk out the door. Me and my wife went down the street to another dealer and bought a brand new dodge 1500 for 42,000 after having to roll over some negative equity and put some money down. Did not get exactly what I wanted, but I got a good buying experience, were the worked with me to find numbers that would work for me. The funny part is I spent more money with another dealer at that. Sad !!!!

When I first arrived at Yates Ray Blair met me in the parking area and asked if he could help me. I told him what I needed and he went to his desk and promptly got an appointment arranged on Tuesday 1/13. When I arrived at the dealership for my appointment. Mr. Blair got my paper work done and my car was taken in for repair. Mr. Blair gave me an update my car would be ready in 15 minutes He came back shortly saying my car was ready. He also let me know when he exited the car it started raining but he wiped the interior door down so I would not get wet. This is what I call excellent customer service. Mr Blair represents Yates very well. He makes you feel like you are the most important person in the shop. It is service like this which brings people back. Keep up the good work. In addition when I arrived for the appointment a representative of the service department met me in the parking area and was very cooperative in getting me into Mr. Blair. I did not get his name.

They provided me with a courtesy car. Next morning I got a call, my vehicle was ready. I don't think there is any more they could possibly have to done for me. Great customer service.

I wish when they do the inspection with the oil change they would go over the inspection report. I didn't look at it until I got home and realized I needed both the in cabin air filter and the regular air filter. A missed opportunity for a sale for you as I am not coming back for just those items. I will purchase at autozone instead. It wasn't even busy when I came in. :(

5 of 6 items resolved. 6th item (rattle in rr passenger dr) was not fixed as problem could not be detected. Somewhat expected as issue has been sporadic. When it does get to rattling, it drives us nuts. So, hopefully it will get bad enough that something can be fixed. The truck looked like it had been through a new car prep which made me feel like we were getting a new vehicle all over again. Great feeling. Would suggest that the Armorall like product used on the black rubber be sparingly used on the running boards. Makes that rubber surface very slippery ... almost fell getting into and out of truck until that coating had a chance to wear down from the heat. But, a great, great experience in total.

Great service as always, my 2007 Yukon started overheating, called Yates and spoke to Mike and he gave me a number for a tow company, got the vehicle there close to closing and then it was fixed first thing the next morning.

After having a not so good experience with someone from the dealership via email, I contacted my sales person Brent Nogowski and he immediately responded. Once he understood my issues, he put me in touch with Shane in the service department. Shane was very easy to get along with and had a loaner car - with enough room for my kids - ready for me. Shane stayed in contact with me over the next 2-3 days updating me on the status of my car.

Had to wait about 35 minutes for a ride with the shuttle van because the driver was sent out to buy bottled water for the dealership. That should not be done in the morning when many people are arriving for service work on their cars and may need a ride. Other than that, the service was excellent.

First of all love my new yukon 2015!!!! took it for a test drive loved it still purchased it !! During our tour of features we were scrolling thru the different features my boyfriend notices the tire pressure in the back drivers side was low two pounds, still being excited about our new car he does not mention it. We sign all the paper work , including ROAD VANTAGE that we also purchase for added protection. So we get on the freeway I 10 as soon as we begin to pick up speed the tire that was low on air goes completely flat. and if any of you know what the I 10 looks and feels like at midday would sympathize with us . So needless to say new yukon boom $ 230 to replace the tire completely. And no we did not get ANY TYPE of reimbursement from either ROAD VANTAGE or YATES BUICK GMC . Why people may ask ???? because proper procedure was not followed!!! so if you are on the I 10 freeway with a flat tire be sure you know what proper procedure to follow !!! Thank you to the young Perez boy from Yates that came to help us put the spare on . Thank You Maria Martinez .

Overall, I think the detailed cleaning of my vehicle was pretty good. No one bothered to open the center console and clean in there, but everything else seemed ok. The most frustrating part of the visit was that when I called to find out if you had any openings, I was repeatedly placed on hold, the phone would ring, then placed on hold again. After about 5 minutes of this, I was told that they would call me back in about 5 minutes. Well, 25 minutes after I first called and was placed on hold, I finally just drove to the dealership to get my questions answered.The staff was very polite and apologized for the delay, but it was still frustrating. Still, I understand that things happen and I was overall happy with my experience.

Shane completed the work in less time than he estimated. Was friendly and helped to set up the Sirius portion of the radio that was repaired by a new module. Barbara in the Finance Dept was very patient with me and completed the paperwork for an extended warranty for me even tho I was distracted by trying to obtain more info from OnStar.

We came back to Yates for our service and they not only did an excellent job on the new service item they fixed the poor service items from the other dealer!

Shilo was not pushy in telling me that I needed them all done at once. Shilo was very professional and polite. I was advised prior to the visit what would be done to my truck, how long the expected repair would take and the appointment was made with my schedule, not when they could fit me in. On arrival I was greeted immediately, asked if I needed a ride, where the coffee/pastries were located and again told what would be done and the estimated time the repair would take.The repair took less time than expected, the truck was clean and the repair was clearly again explained to me what had been done as well as the tires rotated and an oil change done.During my visit in the waiting area, I was asked more than a few times if I needed anything or if I could be helped with something.

Went to dealer because of a battery problem. Upon inspection I was told that my battery cable was bad and needed to be replaced. They told me they couldn't fix it until Monday when the part came. They did clean the cable and the battery terminal. The car ran good. I returned Monday and was told they had the part on Sat. but no one was ablr to work on it. I have my service done at Yates. Why went I have it serviced do they not check the battery and terminals? The way the car is built you cannot see the terminals.

As a family we have been dealing with Yates Buick GMC for over 20 yrs. Customer service is professional and honest. Buick and GMC products are known for their excellent quality so we have only ever needed the service department for oil changes and annual maintenance. Yates Buick GMC has a beautiful dealership with welcoming employees from the lot attendants to the General Manager. Everyone is ready to help in any way that they can to make buying/leasing a vehicle pleasurable. Our most recent transaction with Yates Buick GMC was with a Lease on a 2013 Encore. We chose the 2yr lease agreement as it has free maintenance and satellite radio. The 3yr lease was less money per month but didn't offer those two items. We will continue to lease and buy from Yates Buick GMC and looking forward to our next purchase...The 2015 GMC Yukon Denali!!

I leased a 2013 Buick Encore from Yates back in September and had a great experience. I was fully aware of all buying/leasing options and they were given to me in detail. Tyler Yates personally worked for me to make sure that I was getting the best possible deal for my trade-in and that all of my wants and needs were being met. Ultimately I went with a 24 month lease because of the FREE scheduled maintenance and FREE satellite radio; and although I would love to have my Encore for 36 months, a 36 month lease did not include those things (This was explicitly stated to me SEVERAL times and there were signs all over the showroom that also stated this). I have only had my car serviced there once, but it was easy, fast and pleasant. I am very happy with my car and my lease plan, and I will be leasing or buying my next car from Yates in the future!

I brought my 3500 Sierra in for an electrical problem I was having, and was not sure of the cause. After quite an extensive diagnosis your techs were able to determine it was the primary electrical cable harness that needed replacing. The work took several hours, but was completed the same day. When I picked up my truck, it was running like new again and your team had vaccuumed the inside & detailed it including the wheels & tires. They even checked the tires on my wife's Escalade & filled them to specs with nitrogen.Thank you very much for your help, and we will continue to return to your facility for service for both of our trucks.

I would love to write and speak about the awesome buying experience I had at this dealership, because buying the car SEEMED flawless! So flawless I bought an edible arrangement for everyone at the dealership because I was so happy. However, 3 months after leasing my car, I have found out that all the extras my dealer offered and I purchased were not honest and real ,but rather used to reel me in. For example, I was told that I would have a warranty to cover the maintenance and keep of my car. I called to schedule an oil change, and was told I do not have this because my dealer "dropped the ball " somewhere. I call to speak to my salesman and he is no longer with the company.I called and spoke to barbara in financing and when I explained my situation she stated that because my lease ended up being 36 months, It was not included. I stated I was not told that and she chuckled and said "sorry about that". Shouldn't I have known this? Isn't professionalism ensuring what you say you are selling, is true and honest? The small things I have brushed off, like being told i have heated seats at purchase and find out i do not, not told that my xm radio subscription expires, and that when I want to get my car interior cleaned by the company I was told takes care of this, no one has a contact for but I am just so upset by the dishonesty I feel the public should know. It seems too good to be true and it truly is. I am a honest person , and earn my money as a registered nurse ,working very hard and understand wanting to spend your money wisely and somewhere it is valued. Therefor, I advise you to spend SOMEWHERE ELSE. Get every dollars worth somewhere it will be honored before you are stuck in a 3 year commitment with a business like this.

I called parts department at Yates Motors this morning to see if they had a battery for my 2005 Corvette and if they could possible deliver it to my home. The partsman said they normally don't de liver parts but would check, he called me back within 5 minutes to tell me they had the battery and would deliver it this AM. I have dealt with Yates Motors previously for service work and have always been satisfied.They delivered the battery within one hour. They go up and beyond to satisfy their customers, thanks for your great service.

I went to Yates Buick in Goodyear, AZ on 10/3/13 because the temp gauge reading on our 2011 Buick Lacrosse was not reading correctly. I was greeted by Ray Blair, one of Yates Buick service advisors. Ray had a very friendly manner when asking what kind of problem I was experiencing. After I told him the perceived problem, he went and got a service technician to come out and look at my Buick on the spot. The technician checked the temp controls, and then took the Buick in the shop for diagnosis. He found a faulty temp sensor and replaced the sensor. I was very happy with the courteous and professional way Ray handled my car problem, and will definitely check in with Ray on any and all future services for our Buick Lacrosse.

I have been going to Yates ever since I bought my 2007 gmc truck.I have had nothing but great service and everyone has been great even Micheal in quick lube service.I have talked with Mr.Yates a couple times since I have had my truck and he is good person and makes sure his customers are taken care of.I recommend this dealership all the time even to friends that own "fords" because of my experiences and GMC is a better truck.

It was a very pleasant experience, and I also received a ride home while my Terrain was being worked on. It was going to be a long wait for a ride home but Scott Hoffman volunteered to give me a ride and it was greatly appreciated because am 8 mile walk in 109 degree temperature would have been too much for a Senior Citizen. My Service Advisor, Jason Schulz is a credit to your Company. I am so happy that I bought my GMC from Yates GMC Dealership because everytime I have come in the service is exceptional. The check my SUV for the recall an also put it on a hoist and checked the underside and found that I had some bad bushings in the control arms. They brought this to my attention and gave me an extimate to fix it. Very pro-active on their part.

In short, my vehicle was damaged by the dealership and they are refusing to take responsibility for it. If you would like more details, please read below... ...The last time I had service with Yates, the service advisor told me the technician said both my tie rods were broken and needed to be replaced so last week I brought my vehicle in to get the recommend repairs done. About an hour after dropping of my Yukon, I received a call from the advisor saying the tie rods were actually fine, but there was some play in the CV boots. He said it's would be something to think about next time, but I could put it off if I wanted to. He then told me that GMC recommends doing a transmission flush every 30k miles after 100k and I was right at that point so since they had the car there anyways I told him to go ahead and do that. Please keep in mind, I understand I have a 2007 GMC Yukon and yes I has 130k miles, but I've babied this car its entire life. I bought it from Yates and I've had EVERY single service done there. This car was running like new when I brought it in with no problems what so ever. With that being said. After picking up my Yukon, the next day I noticed that it didn't quite seem to be shifting like it should be. I put it off for a couple of days to make sure it wasn't in my mind because it was intermittent. One the 3rd day I called and made an appointment to bring it back to see what the deal was. After bringing it back, I received a call from Jay who is the service advisor. He told me that there was definitely something wrong and that they were still doing testing on the vehicle. I told him I had to be to work by 5 and he told me that they would put me in a loaner till my car was done. After calling ahead of time to stress the urgency of my having to leave once I got there I arrived at 4:30 to where I was greeted by Ed Trueblood who is the Service Director. He proceeded to tell me that a flush wouldn't cause any damage to the transmission like that and they weren't responsible. After going back and forth with him on this I told him that I'm not sure how they do the flush, but he couldn't tell me 100% that the damage wasn't caused by Yates regardless of what service was done. I explained to him the vehicle was fine before I brought it in and now I'm having issues. It's not to difficult to come to the conclusion that I did. Whether it was the flush or some act performed by the technician to damage the vehicle while in the care of the dealership, something was done incorrectly. On top of that, Mr. Trueblood told me that they don't recommend doing anything to the transmission after 100K miles because things like this could happen and I looked at him and tried explaining that the only reason I had it done in the first place was because his service advisor said it was "Highly Recommended"! I saw the 1st. review with a very poor rating. Understand that all companies have at one time or another an employee problem. I had that at a Dodge dealership on Bell Rd. Almost came to blows. He was fired. I have fired my share. Now about Yates. In 2004 I tried to purchase a truck from Yates. It was late in the model year and they just did not have what I wanted. They never tried to sell me what I didn't ask for. I have had service done there over the last 9 years and never had a problem. They have always performed the service well and never try blow smoke about what I really need. I like Yates. DDQ

As I have bought several vehicles from Yates, this last experience has made me take my business elsewhere. I was shopping for a used car and saw one on their website with a "internet price" of $6900. I was later called by Ernie to ask me if I was interested in the vehicle. I told him I was but wanted to know the sales price. He said it was $6922. I went to sign the paperwork and noticed the sales price was now $8700! When I questioned them about it, all I got was the runaround. They immediately got rude and I walked away from the deal. One of the salesma even came in to tell me that they could sell it atvyhe 6922 price but my interest would be over 22%! I told him thatbi was not stupid and that made absolutely no sense. If the price came down, why would the interest rate skyrocket?? The salesman called me ten minutes later to make sure he and I were "okay"! I told him I was dissapointed how Yates treats its repeat customers. The next day, I received a call from the dealer wanting to know why I didn't buy. After discussing what happened, the guy told me he would call me back and has yet to do so. I can no longer recommended Yates!

I have worked with Jay Furlow, the salesperson, before and came back to Yates first before heading to Sands. I purchased my 2004 Buick Rainier from Yates Buick GMC in 2005 with a total of 7 miles on it. I have taken my Rainier back to Yates for all services since the day I bought it. My Rainier is over 9 years old and still runs and looks brand new. This latest trip to Yates was for the purchase of new tires and Jason and the rest of the service department staff made it all happen like clock work. I dropped my Rainier off at the Service Department at 1:00 PM and as promised, Jason called within 3 hours and told me it was washed and ready to go. Not only did the Service Department mount and balance my new tires, they also did a 4 wheel alignment, did a multi-point vehicle inspection, changed the oil and put in a new oil filter. I know nothing about cars and I expect my Rainier to get me where I need and want to be. As a widow, I depend on Yates Service Department to keep my Rainier in top shape and they have....one less thing I have to worry about.

From the moment my wife Cathy and I got out of our car at Yates Buick GMC we were treated with respect and we felt we were in control of the buying experience. When we told Chad Staples, our sales representative, what we wanted and roughly how much we wanted to spend and he didn't have exactly that vehicle, he did not even attempt to suggest something different, or bring in "the closer", he simply went out and found what we wanted. Once the vehicle was found Chad eMailed me and an appointment was set up to go talk numbers. While we were discussing terms we we were introduced to Mr. Michael Yates, the owner. I realize this was just a coincidence but it was a nice touch. Would we refer our family and friends? Easily the most painless car buying experience we've ever had. We were for years (and still are) eligible to buy Chrysler products at employee prices without bargaining. The dealer always tried to sell additional products or services to increase their profits. None of this at Yates! There were no trips to see the sales manager or other bargaining ploys by the salesman. Just a straightforward and pleasant buying experience. I am treated politely over the phone and at the dealership. I like to be able to sit down in the showroom waiting for my car and have a number of folks with whom I did business 6 months earlier recognize me and stop to say hello, including one of the guys I met but did not deal with directly. I was disappointed that there were no loaner cars available when it turned out I had to leave my car for a PS leak, and that I had to deal with Enterprise who were very nice but extremely slow (busy), but the employees, especially service advisor, was very sensitive to the fact that I had a business meeting to get to (which I did get to on time). The small, family business atmosphere is appreciated.

Best expeirance buying a truck, after a long day of going to all the wrong places I ended up at Yates and I was impressed from the minute i met our salesman and together we worked a deal with no pressure. What i was the most impressed with was that there was no going back and forth with all the number games other dealers play.

Bought a new truck from this dealer, got the usual treatment during the purchase, I noted that the truck had a minor problem that needed to be addressed during the sale, so they said no problem bring it back in and the service department with take care of it. Well I have had the truck to their service department on three separate occasions and on each occasion the service advisor has arrogant and condescending, demonstrating that this dealership cares nothing about their customers beyond the sale and to make matter even worse the vehicle is still not fixed, in fact they have not even tried to fix it, they just call me to pick it up but the defect is still present and when I point that out they act like they are shocked and tell me I will need another appointment.

Dealer was selected from a list of internet sales managers. Costco uses Yates as their dealer for new car purchase program. I called Michael and we set up an appointment. My wife and I knew what we wanted and Michael worked with us to find a car with most of the equipment we wanted. Yates does not carry a lot of inventory, but has the ability to trade cars with other dealerships. The overall experience was professional and really no hassle. They had the car ready to go on the day we picked it up, spent plenty of time with us to set up On Star, XM Sirius radio and learn how to use all the features on the car. Carl March

Yates Pontiac GMC Truck is the the worst company I have ever seen. I wont go back in a million years. I called to get my truck in to diagnose the air conditioning problem. It was blowing cool but not cold. They gave me a quote of $119 for the diagnosis. They took it back and 2 hours later came and told me they couldn't diagnose it unless they do some work to it first which was another $300 dollars. I told him no bring my truck to me I would do it myself. He then said they had $122 dollars worth of work into it. I told him bring my truck then he said they have it vacuumed so they can't put freon in it. I told him to put back what he took out. They brought my truck and I left. As soon as I left it was blowing hot air like the heater was on. Also it was making a hissing noise in the dash every time the compressor would kick on. I called and they said bring it back. I took it right back and he said my orifice tube was plugged. This company is very corrupt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! While waiting I overheard them tell a lady with a fairly new van that her brakes wer out. She had brought it in for a oil change and they had found the brakes to be bad. They said she needed calipers, rotors, and pads. The total they gave her was $1,321. I could not believe what I heard. This company is horrible stay away from them.

After making the deal we had to sit around for over an hour to sign papers because the finance guy was tied up with another couple.We were to pick up the vehicle the following day. It wasn't delivered and we had to wait an additional day.We didn't find out the "gas mileage" and "miles left to empty" displays are not provided on our vehiclet until we picked it up. I assmumed it would be included because it has "oil life" and "low air pressure" displays. KC didn't even know until he tried to bring it up on the display.Even my 2006 Explorer and my wife's 2008 Hyundai has that feature. Pretty sad that GMC requries and upgrade to get that simple feature.None of this was KC's fault. He was great.

I am a first time car buyer is not all happy by how I was treated as a customer at Yates. Though, I love my new 2011 Regal, the buying experience could have been better.I was surprised at how hostile and unprofessional Brent the finance director was. He was cordial up until I asked him a question regarding my trade in. That was when he lost it! When I had called Brent to ask him a question regarding my trade in, he became hostile and raised his voice to me. I was able to keep my composure and stated to Brent, I am just asking a question and am seeking an answer. I ended up having my father speak with him. Brent spoke to my dad professionally and did not bully him as he did me. My father told him was not happy with how he handled my trade in and Brent had nothing to say. I am just shocked how I was dealt with and treated as a customer. I will never buy another car from Yates again. I am just going to walk away from this experience as a life lesson learned.

I was in for some scheduled maintenance and a few additional issues. Joe made sure I got the benefit of several online coupons I was unaware of and worked with the service maanger to get one of the repairs covered under warranty, even though I had waited too long to have it looked at. From ride-alongs to hear that mystery noise to taking the time to field my questions - this team has always been very helpful and has never made me feel intimidated by my lack of car knowledge. In a field with so many questionable practices, the service team at Yates has earned my trust and loyalty.

We give Yates GMC and Jeremiah Duncan an overall rating of excellent based on our experience there as we recently purchased a vehicle from them. We tracked this vehicle over the internet and also through Costco sales and are extremely happy with our vehicle and the follow up service which they have provided. Jeremiah was pleasant, helpful, professional and extremely knowledgable. We immediately felt very comfortable with him as no highpressure sales tactics were displayed by either him or the rest of the very helpful staff. It was a pleasure from the point of the test drive to the point of writing up the sale. They gave us a fair price four our trade in vehicle, filled up the gas tank in the new vehicle and also offered to replace the existing slightly dirty floor mats with new ones. The vehicle was in fantastic condition and we are extremely happy. We would recommend Jeremiah and Yates any time as a #1 dealer.

I was searching for a particular 2011 Buick Enclave. My requirements were quite extensive. I looked for at least a dozen dealers in and around Phoenix. I also did extensive research and searching online. Noone in Phoenix had the typeof car that I was interested in. I had several dealerships searching for me. All of the dealers abandoned my business except for Yates.I finally found Yates and Jeremiah who met my needs. I was very pleased in the manner in which Yates and Jeremiah went about to meet my very tough needs and requirements. I felt that I would not be able to get what I had planned out to obtain due to the price, timing and features that I needed in the Buick Enclave.Michael kept looking and working with me to meet my needs, where others abandoned me in my search.I must say that my expectations were exceeded at Yates and particularly with the level of care and support that I got from Both Jeremiah and his associate Michael.I found Michael especially focused on my needs even whilst he was travelling back and forth to the hospital with the delivery of their second child. Michael was also supporting a bad back which he had injured playing with his young child.I was very impressed. I was concered for Michaels health and advised him that he should focus less on my "wants and needs" and go take care of his back and his family.Michaels Wife was due for delivery on April 5. The Yates service department has always been excellent to work with. When we had hard to diagnose problems on our previous cars, they made time to ride along with me to hear/feel/see what I was experiencing. This last visit was no different. Dropped the car off a little after 4PM for oil change and brake fluid flush - done by 5:30 and the car looked better coming out than going in. The price was competitive with any quick-lube place and the service and quality of work/employees is far better.

Brad was very personable, polite, and attentive to our needs. We were looking for a Buick Lacrosse in a specific color with specific options and Brad spent a lot of time researching to find us exactly the car we were looking for, all the while keeping in constant contact with us of his progress. He was very helpful explaining the car and all its features and we very much appreciated the fact that he let us take the vehicle out for a test drive by ourselves, it gave us an opportunity to drive it on both the freeway & side streets, and discuss amongst oursleves what we thought about the drive. It helped us make our decision to go from the Cadillac to the Buick. While we were waiting for the car to be delivered, Brad had to take emergency leave, he made sure to pass all our information to another salesman John, in case we had any further questions. John was also very helpful, making sure our vehicle was all set and ready to go. He even went out of his way to come to our home and help us set up our garage/car remote. Brad was an outstanding salesman, John really stepped up to the plate to assist us. All the people we came in contact with at Yates were very customer friendly and I would definately recommend Yates to friends & family.

Everyone I met during the sales process was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward. There was no runaround and games played as is common at many dealers. This dealership shows its family roots and values and I'll gladly return and recommend Yates to everyone interested in a new Buick or GMC vehicle. I'm also extremely pleased with my new LaCrosse. It is one of the great values in the auto marketplace today, competing with cars that cost much more.

Our experience with Brad McCarthy and Yates was excellent. We were shown the vehicle we expressed an interest in and took a test drive. The pricing and options were carefully explained and the deal was settled without hassle. The business office explained options available and completed the paperwork quickly. The vehicle was prepped and we were on our way with the vehicle we wanted. You will keep my service business, with Derrick as your new service manager I am excited to keep working with your dealership. Derrick was the first advisor I dealt with at Yates and he took great care of my warranty issues. With the hand off to Mark, it was nice to see service advisors who care about their customers the way those two do. Don?t lose them! Great employees who provide superior customer service are hard to find and those two fall into that category. I know most times with surveys you only hear the negative but I felt it was important to let you know about the great experiences I have had.

Great place to do business. Sales staff was outstanding! They had the car that I was looking for and we were able to give me a fair trade for my car on the purchase of a new GMC. They were a pleasure to work with through out the sales process. I would go back and would recommend this dealership to family and friends.

I was disgruntled with previous service that I had at Yates. Joe Bohlman reassured me that my experience would be a good one and did everything in his power to help me out. My car took longer than expected so he set up a rental car while parts came in for the transmission. I am pleased to say after vowing I would not return to Yates, Joe changed my mind and gave me a reason to return to Yates. Thanks Joe for the wonderful service.

Your dealership is friendly and polite, from the receptionist to accounting and especially service. Derek always appears interested in what I have to relay regarding the condition of my vehicle, eeven though I can get a bit long-winded. He greets me with a handshake and keeps me posted on the status of my repair. Keep up the good work!

I traded a Late model Lexus with low mileage for a new 2011 GMC Terrain SLT. I prefer to work with car dealers via email and over the internet. I have had too many bad experiences in the past with heavy set salesmen with dirty ties and chezzy high pressure tactics. I shopped 4 local AZ Valley dealers. Yates may not be the largest but was certaintly the most equipped to doing business through the internet group. I pre-arranged pricing for the new vehicle and even received a pre-inspection price for my trade-in. Some of the other dealers claim to have an internet department but it consist of some septuagenarian who simply replys to your request with a form letter telling you to come out and visit them. THIS DOESNT WORK IN 2011 and Yates knows that. They have a team of savvy sales people that give you honest up front pricing with no games. Since my trade-in was almost even and the finance manager Brent know that I had no interest in the after market stuff and financing I was in and out in five minutes without having to listen to the pitch on extended warranties, gap protection, desert plus package, and all that other stuff that dealers try to hook you on. When all the other dealers were in the NO business - Yates was in the Yes business. (One dealer even called my trade-in a dressed up camry and shot me an almost criminal price for the Trade-In). I dont know about you but I have no use or time for those dealers. I will go back to Yates again. I do recommend you go through the internet group and avoid the dealership on the weekends. They seem to be very busy. Deal by email and close the transaction in the evening on a weekday. BUYING AND TRADING A CAR DOESNT HAVE TO BE AN ALL DAY EVENT.

I enjoyed my experience at Yates with Brad because he was corteous in dealing with him and knowledgable about the vehicle I purchased. He wasn't pushy in making the sale. Instead he was calm and patient and worked with me and the budget I had preset in my mind.Brent was equally as amicable. He was prompt and thoroughly explained the finance aspects and how they came about, to me.It is definitely a great place to purchase a vehicle, not only because of the employees but also because of the quality of the aumtomobiles and their affordable and reasonable prices.

John was so nice to work with, he didn't pressure me or try to upsell me into a pricier vehicle. I told him I was purchasing an Avalanche for my fiance who is currently deployed overseas & that I wasn't in a hurry to take anything home that day, but it worked out that way in the end. John explained everything I needed to know about the vehicle & it's history. I was so happy to find a vehicle online and avoid spending 8 hours tied up at the dealership. Since I had driven my car to the dealership, John offered to drive one vehicle home for me & have another employee follow him so he could get back to the dealership. Before my fiance had deployed we were looking at other Avalanches & this was the best price we found for a vehicle with so few miles. We were very impressed with John's willingness to accommodate us. We didn't realize how far away the dealership was when we researched the vehicle online, so he voluntarily brought it to our home for our initial test drive. We didn't agree to purchase the vehicle until more than 2 months later when John contacted us with further incentives for our consideration. We're very, very happy with our Acadia and would definitely consider buying from John in the future.

Yates dealership is a dealership that is "head and shoulders" above other dealerships we have visited. First of all, the sales people John Warnke, Kevin McCarthy and Felix showed us respect, understanding, and a true concern for us in finding the right vehicle. There was no pressure, but the opportunity to voice our concerns and needs and wants. John was most helpful, Kevin was up front from the very start and I must say this was a breath of fresh air compared to the last experience we had in purchasing a new vehicle. Yates dealership is first class and I look forward to them servicing our new vehicle as well. Joe worked with me to get warrantee work done on my wife's Enclave. He completely explained what he would do, and the possible outcomes and follow-on actions available. He had the technicians troubleshoot and reload the nav unit. Even though it didn't fix the problem, I had no doubts that it would be as I already knew the next step in the process. I will always have my GM vehicles serviced here (Yates) for that reason alone.

I am very pleaseed with the service provided. I took my G6 in for a routine oil change and the service department found a seal that needed replacing. Derek rescheduled an appointment a few days later in the week for me to have the seal replaced since I did not have time at the time to complete the repair. Jenelle contacted me to insure I was aware of both appointments. The repair work was completed in the time stated at a lower price then quoted due to a dealer coupon sent to me via email. I have used Yates service for about two years and plan to continue to use them

I HAVE NOT IN THE PAST PREFERRED THE DEALERSHIP TO A LOCAL MECHANIC. HOWEVER SINCE I PURCHASED MY USED SUV FROM THEM I HAVE FOUND THAT THEIR PRICES HAVE MORE COMPETITIVE THAN A LOCAL SERVICES /MECHANIC. I DRIVE FROM GLENDALE TO GOODYEAR EXPLICITLY BECAUSE OF THE TRUST THEY HAVE BUILT WITH ME AND THE BACKUP THEY PROVIDE FOR THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO I HAD AN ISSUE ARISE AND WHEN I CALLED THE DEARSHIP ON THE ISSUE THE RESPONSE WAS IMMEDIATE TO CORRECT THE SITUATION. I HAVE BEEN IMPRESSED THAT AS A SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY HAVE PROVED WORTHY OF THE WORD OF MOUTH SUPPORT I GIVE THEM. MY STATMENT TO OTHERS IS I WILL DRIVE THE MILES TO GOODYEAR, BECAUSE REPUTABLE AND RELIABLE ARE MORE THAN WORTH IT.

I purchased my Envoy in 2007. Yates has always done the service quickly and at a reasonable price. I have worked with three service managers and all have been spot on when giving prices and finding any problems, never adding additional charges not needed.

I am very pleased with the service my car and I received from Yates BPG. I purchase the Pontiac Montana, new at Yates is March, 2004 and Yates has provided all service on the vehicle. I will continue to use Yates BPG for all purchases and service because of the friendly, expedient and thorough service provided. I appreciate being advised of any possible future defects observed by Yates during the service.

I have gone to Yates for the last 2 years to service my 2006 Chevy Malibu and every time, I have had a GREAT experience. From having my 75,000 mile check up, new brakes installed, down to my normal oil changes, every time it has been great experience. I have scheduled appointments online and over the phone and I have never had to wait. I only have positive praise for Yates and its employees.

I scheduled my first oil and filter change as well as the auto butler paint protection system via the web approximately one week prior to my requested date. The date as well as the requested time of my arrival was accepted by Yates and Derek was ready to check me in with no delay. The work was done by noon and I was on my way. Upon arriving home, I checked the Enclave out and everything was to my expectation.

Although it is never a fun task to have your vehicle serviced, the customer service at Yates is always superb. I bought my vehicle from Yates in January of 2009 and have been overly satisfied with the treatment I have received from sales to service since then. With my schedule so busy, it is hard to find a time to bring my car in for service, even for something as simple as an oil change. This past week Derek was a huge help in getting my car completed in a short amount of time and made it look brand new as well. Thank you to all at Yates and keep up the good work!

I bought a new Terrain from Yates. They have the best customer service I have seen anywhere. They met and exceeded my financial needs. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy or just get their vehicle serviced. When I bring my Terrain in for servicing, I am always greeted promptly and courteously and my vehicle is always in and out quickly.

I have a Chevrolet, not Buick,Pontiac or GMC Truck! But, I have had excellent service at Yate's despite that fact for 10 years now. Derek was new to me, but I am here only six months per year. He provided my LOF needs and advised me of a Warranty service my auto needed. All covered! I will return in Fall '10 for additional needs. My wife and I purchased our third GMC in six years from Yates today! We have had nothing but the best service from Shane on oil changes and general service to our vehicles over the past six years. He is very pleasing to deal with. Mark Bachelor has sold a second new vehicle to us: the first was a new '06 Savana 3/4 ton van and today we purchased a new '10 Denali. Mark is a very fine gentleman and strives to please us during our purchase and whenever I'm in for service. The third vehicle, '06 GMC 3/4 ton 4x4 was sold to us by a salesman named Eric who no longer works there. The shuttle driver Josie is a sweetheart and that service to me is very important when our vehicles go in for any kind of service. We are so glad GM decided against closing down this dealership. The store is only 8 miles away and we feel an established professional customer friendship with several employees. It ain't the buildings that sell cars, it's the people working in those buildings that make the difference. These three employees make the difference.

My CD player ate my CD!!! Literally - it wouldn't give it back. So I took my car in and Joe was my service writer. Very friendly, knowledgeable... but unable to make the call as to what to do. So he called in the Service Manager, Barrie. They had their guy take out the whole unit (which had to be done to preserve the natural wood trim on the face, since it can't be matched exactly) and sent it off to have my CD extracted and sent back. The whole thing took maybe 15 minutes. They had a new CD player in my vehicle the next day, and the CD itself back in my hands within a week.Very nice folks. Even did a Mapquest search for me for where I was headed when I left.

GM is either changing their motive around taking care of the most important person "THE CUSTOMER" or YATES is doing an Excellent Job on their own! Either way, I had an excellent experience during my last visit to the Yates Dealership for warranty work on my 2008 Acadia. Steve Ross was amazing in accomodating my needs and his positive outlook and professionalism was outstanding! He deserves employee of the month in my book! I can not say enough about Yates. This is the 2nd Pontiac I have bought in 5 years. I only take it to Yates for service. The staff is courteous, helpful and when they say they are going to do something they do it. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

I get my Buick Enclave serviced at Yates regularly. Shane Arsenault has always gone above and beyond in making sure all my needs are met. We came here from Clovis, NM (my husband is in the Air Force and we move about every three years) and the service department where we bought the car was going to be tough to beat. Shane exceeded my expectations in a big way. We have had difficulty witht he in-headrest DVD players almost from the purchase of the vehicle. The fact they were after-market made it even more difficult to get the problem straightened out. Shane hasn't let this fact hold him back. He has contacted the company that makes the DVD players and kept on them to get the problem fixed. This is remarkable to me because it's technically not Yates' problem. I've been so impressed with his service that when he told us Yates recently obtained the ability to do warrenty work on Corvettes, we brought my husband's Corvette to Yates instead of the Chevy dealer up the street. Thank you, Shane, for always taking such good care of us. Now the next Buick dealer will have quite a reputation to live up to!!

I am new to this dealership, but here is the reason I would recommend this dealership. I bought a 2008 Chevrolet Impala, This a certified vehicle, and I get a 2 year warranty because the factory warranty is over. Every time I take my car into the service department, Steve greets me with courtesy, and a knowledge of what is going on with my car. He and all the staff at Yates have treated me with respect and have repaired my cart in a timely manner, Thanks Yates.

We have been taking our Buick to Yates for the past several years and all of the crew, including Joe and Dale and even the courier driver have all been exceptional in their customer service. They are personable, professional and know their jobs! We even visit with Jim Walker in Sales as it doesn't cost a cent to "dream" and if we were ever able to purchase a new Buick, Jim would be our Guy! We would highly recommend Yates for any auto services. We have experienced less than satisfactory service with other dealerships in the past, so makes us especially appreciative of Yates!!!!!
