Luis Gonzalez received my information when I was searching for a vehicle (totaled by a hail storm). He offered to pick me up from the bus stop because I had no clue of where he was located being new to the area. I informed Luis of the changes that happens without having a vehicle for your daily routines and any upcoming engagements that were planned before this tragedy. Time grew closer to the end of my daughter's school day and some loose ends needed to tighten up to finalize things. I WAS SCARED Y'ALL i wouldnt make it to the school or drive out. Luis volumteed to drive me to pick up my daughter (on the other side of town), pick up the documents (from my home a VA hospital) and offered to take me to get my daughter something to eat because we may be at the dealer a little longer. This man was not the Salesman i was used too. THIS MAN IS a FRIEND and a REAL HUMAN!! A couple of days after I bought the car Luis called to find out how my day was going at my engagement now that I'm back on the road. I've copied his business card and when anyone says you have a nice Nissan Versa - I hand them a copy of his business card and encourage they make the call. THANK YOU Luis for making my experience at World Car Nissan a great one!!

This is my 3rd car purchase from World Car Nissan Hyundai and I am very happy with the sales service from this dealership. I returned to purchase another vehicle (Elantra) after the car I purchased last year was in an accident a few weeks ago. My sales associate, Sylvia Eells was extremely professional, caring and devoted to making sure that the car that I was searching for was perfect for me. This is the second time she has assisted me in purchasing a car and I would highly recommend her to any of my friends for her true dedication and wonderful customer service that she provides to me. The financial associate was also very thorough in explaining the details and process of my purchase. I would highly recommend Luis Gonzalez, Salesperson, at World Car Nissan to everyone looking for another car, specifically a Nissan. I was very skeptical going in after looking at several other cars at different car lots and a little worried about my credit. From the time I was introduced to Luis and throughout this car buying experience, I found him to be personable, compassionate and easy to talk to. I ended up buying a beautiful Nissan Sentra and found him willing to go the extra mile in making me feel comfortable. He kept in touch with me via the telephone until I was able to put a nice down payment on the Nissan Sentra. He even called afterwards to see if I had questions or concerns. Isn't that wonderful to hear? That usually doesn't happen in my car-buying experiences of the past. World Car Nissan is a great place to buy a car. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend World Car Nissan to everyone. Sales manager Ralph and Sophia Builtron were awesome. Sophia showed me any car I was asking for and gives me all details, I did test drive and got all information I needed. Everyone in the dealership was nice. Asking me if i needed anything: water , snacks. I bought Nissan Rogue SL 2016. Its my third car from World car Nissan. They treated me very nice all the time like their family.

I would recommend World Car to everyone.We were treated with respect.We were not treated like a number. No sales people following us around and pressuring us. Martin,Ralph and Melissa were awesome. Not only did they treat us with courtesy our 2 year old daughter was treated the same. Martin got to her eye level , and would talk to her. When he would show us the vehicles he would put Jessica in the seat and asked her "do you like the car"? Everyone in the dealership was nice. Asking us if we needed anything: water , snacks. I live VERY FAR from any Nissan dealership, but, once was told their wonderful Services hours are 7 days a week, 7am-7pm, it was then I made the decision to buy a car from this location! So, planning my Sunday around this, looking up the website to confirm that they are opened 7-7-7, I leave at the crack of dawn, on Sunday, driving clear across the City of SA, to pull up and discover they are CLOSED?!?! VERY DISSAPOINTING!!! No notice to new car owners -OR- change on website!!!! Not to mention, I went there to take care of a recall on my car (already a inconvenience)! Love my Nissan, and wanted to buy a new one again, but, the 7-7-7 makes a HUGE impact on my reconsideration.

Attempted for multiple days to just talk with someone to arrange service but without success. Typical scenario: - Receptionist picks up and forwards to service, no answer - Receptionist picks up and process repeats - Receptionist asks for a name and contact number and assures that you will be called back - No call back - Repeat the process 4 times per day. - Last time (and I do mine the last time), the receptionist committed to following up with me in 30 minutes if service did not call... you guessed; no call back This level of ambivalence to customer service seems to fly contrary to their mantra of "making a difference one customer at a time". Fortunately there are other local options.

I worked with Jorge, Leon, and Big Vear and they made it Happen! I was refereed by family who purchased a week ago and had same exact experience! Between all dealerships I visited, I chose them because the bottom line is they respected me and wanted to make an honest deal! Everyone there was just so nice too, even the guy with squirrel joke, Christy and Amber in finance. Awesome team overall and I love my car!! Would refer them any day!!!

I was a bit guarded when I walked in, but was soon put at ease by the prompt and friendly greeting from Mr. Jose Lara. He was polite, hospitable, and knowledgeable as he listened to my needs for a vehicle and showed me several. Once I had reduced my choices to two, he and the sales manager showed me a print out of the costs. Neither was pushy as we negotiated a price. The dealership gave me a reasonable amount in trade in for my vehicle, and a decent price, one I could afford. I was very happy with the attention, promptness, courtesy, and lack of stress in the negotiations. The paperwork didn't take long either. I have already recommended this dealership and Mr. Lara to two friends who may be in the market for a new car in the near future, and I would not hesitate to recommend both to anyone. I loo forward to a long and happy relationship.

I was in quite a predicament and needed a car asap. My son's car broke down to the point of no return and his job requires him to drive. I had to give him my car and the next day my dad and I went car shopping. Nissan was our second stop and I was sold. My dad and I got to look around a little before Edward Ramirez came out to help. By then I already had an idea which cars I wanted to try. Again, the second car I tried I loved. We all went in and started the paperwork and everything went seamlessly. Edward was extremely patient and kind and answered all my questions.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. I went in looking at the 2014 Nissan Rogue, but ended up purchasing a 2015 Nissan Rogue. Upon entering the dealership my dad and I were welcomed and a sales person helped us immediately even though they were fairly busy. Our salesman, Jose, was very warm and welcoming. It was very easy to carry on a conversation with him and he was more like a friend than a salesman. After checking what cars were in stock he pulled around the vehicle that I was looking for and we took it for a ride. As we were driving he pointed out all of the features that the vehicle had to offer. Once we got back to the dealership we sat down and made a deal. The whole transaction ran smoothly and everyone at the dealership was nice and courteous. I would definitely return to buy another car from this dealership and I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. I am very happy with my purchase! I love my 2015 Nissan Rogue!! A big THANK YOU to Jose and all of the other friendly staff that we interacted with during our visit!

What a great buying experience my Wife and I had this past weekend with the Awesome Staff at World Car Nissan. My Wife and I appreciate Sabrina, our sales associate for her outstanding customer service , sells experience and patience she displayed to us this past weekend. We purchased two new vehicles from the showroom floor and Sabrina made buying both vehicles an easy process. Sabrina was not pushy at all. It was so easy to tell her what we were looking for and she delivered resulting in us driving off the car lot SATISFIED. Sabrina was just Awesome! In addition, thanks to the Awesome World Car Nissan Staff like Wayne, Nancy and all that was involved, this car buying experience will be the most MEMORABLE. My husband and i had decided we deserved a car and went to a local dealership, unfortunately we did not find a vehicle that was within our budget or that we both liked. A friend of my husband mentioned to try in San Antonio which we did and this was the first place we choose, sure glad it was World Car Nissan\ Hyundai. As soon as we arrived the customer service was and still is excellent. Mr. Lara gave us so much information on all the questions that would pop in our head as well as pointers. The rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our purchase possible. To this day we receive courtesy calls from the representatives and always ask if there is anything they can do for us which i think is awesome.

I was looking for a car for my daughter and was looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Jose Lara who was my sales man let me test drive one that I had saw online but, also showed me other used options and explained the pricing/warranty information. He also informed me of the great deals the Nissan had going on so, we looked at new vehicles and test drove a 2014 Sentra. I fell in love with the car and we started the negotiation/financing process. It was one of the most easy and smooth process that I have done. An individual at World Car contacted me within minutes of submitting the request (probably under 30 minutes, but definitely under an hour). I could tell the individual was somewhat new at their job as they struggled to put together a cohesive thought about why they were calling and trying to set up an appointment. I was very patient and eventually we set an appointment. They were very nice and thorough, confirmed my appt by email, and called in couple days to confirm. I later cancelled the appt. I never visited them because I selected another dealership that had inventory of the car I wanted (World Car did not have this particular model in stock). In the survey I put that I would recommend this dealer but the fact is that I have no idea, but I didn't think it would be fair to them to say I wouldn't recommend them since I did not visit them.

I just moved to San Antonio from Hawaii. I didn't have a job or a car. I went to them to look into purchasing a car. Even though I didn't have a job yet they still showed me cars and let me test drive them. They gave me an idea of what I needed to do. As soon as I got my job I went and they had the car I wanted in the lot. Best car shopping experience I have ever had. Very friendly people there!

I purchased a new Nissan sedan through the Nissan College Grad Program. The Internet sales staff was great with helping me get a final quote on my vehicle before I even went to the dealership. All of the people I worked with were friendly and honestno slimy car salesmen here! The staff even stayed late to make sure I'd have my new vehicle to bring back home that night.
