So I called to confirm if they had a Yukon in stock and that told me yes. We worked out a deal and they ran my credit. It was all good. Then I got a call later on stating that they had sold the Yukon earlier that day. Did not try to find me another vehicle or anything. You don’t run some ones credit unless you have a done deal. They never tired to make out another deal won’t ever buy from Woody Folsom do your self a favor and buy somewhere else. I was also told by several other people to be careful with their warranty stuff they are quick to throw things out. It’s just a sales pitch. So now I’m glad it didn’t work out.

The only dealings I had with them was a phone call. I lost my keys and wanted to see about getting a new one cut for my vehicle. No one answered the phone then 4 hrs later I spoke to a gentleman that knew absolutely Nothing! Definitely not helping at ALL.

Went by today and bought a truck from Tanner! Let me say that we were treated the best ever by everybody at this dealership! They go above and beyond making sure the customer is taken care of!

I had a unique/difficult financial and trade in situation. Anthony worked like a mad man with me to get me what I wanted. He dropped everything for 2 days to work on my sale. I am located over 100 miles away and did everything over the phone. Dustin worked with the banks to get me a good deal. I felt as if they wanted to better my situation. I wasn't just another sale to them. I will recommend my friends to Woody Folsom. Easy and fast experience.

I've bought many vehicles from Woody's over the years and i've had nothing but a wonderful experience each time. Their sales as well as service department is top notch! I highly recommend buying from them. If you have never been to Baxley to see them, then you're in for a treat. They have about a mile stretch of concrete with thousands of vehicles!

I initially used Cars.com to contact Woody Folsom about one of the vehicles they had. I soon got a phone call and started discussing things with them about my plan to purchase and my trade in. Since I live a little more than three hours away it was hard to simply drive out there to look etc. Things started off well and seemed to be moving. The representative I spoke to had a habit of hang up on me, but things seemed to be going well so I didn't mind too much. It finally came down to me being approved with a set of terms I was for the most part comfortable with. I asked for more information about the vehicle I was going to be purchasing and it turned out to be the completely wrong truck. I was under the impression that since I contacted them about a specific truck that I was going to be purchasing that truck. I asked what happened and was told that they looked at general things I was looking for and then chose the lowest price truck with my major preferences. Overall I know its hard to purchase over the phone, but the sales team I dealt with was not the most forward or courteous.

I was a little hesitant about making the drive but was assured that It wouldn't be a wasted trip. What an understatemen. I've never seen so many cars in one place. They have a brand new facility you can get lost in. No less than 15 of every vehicle. We had the majority of the deal worked out over the phone and pretty much just came in for a test drive and to sign papers. I'll never shop anywhere else and don't know why anyone else would.

I live almost two hours away in Savannah and would probably have ahad to drive by 12 Chevy dealerships just to do business with Woody Folsom. Instead of driving the entire distance we did the whole deal over the phone and they delivered my truck to me. At no charge! Big thanks to Clay Harper and the guys for taking such good v\car of me and for making this the easiest and convenient car buying experience I have a\ever ahd in over 20 years. I absolutely recommend using these guys!

They had exactly what I was looking for and had everything ready to go when I got there. Which was nice since I drove all the way from Macon. They were extremely busy, but still got me in and out pretty fast considering.

"Strike while the iron is hot", This dealership will not. I purchased two vehicles from this dealership 2 years ago, the internet manager at the time was very helpful, I never even step foot on the lot and finalized both deals and the vehicles were delivered. Unfortunately when I made contact this time to trade my GMC truck in on a newer model, the internet manager had changed, I received 4 emails in 4 days, ( weekdays), from the new manager, with no numbers worked up yet, which I had previously requested. I gave him 4 different phone numbers, ( 3 at work & my personal cell phone), to contact me on as well as my email address, his excuse was He had been trying to contact me with no success, I did not receive any missed calls on any of my phones or received any voice mail from him. By this time I had rethought my purchase decision from this dealership and decided to search elsewhere for another truck. Unless you are prepared to get the run around and do not plan on an immediate purchase, I would not recommend this dealer ship.

I bought a small SUV from him. I had troubles with it so I took it back up there to get it fixed. They gave me the run around and after keeping my car for month and half I got sick of it and called gm motors. I also tired to talk to woody and he was to busy on he's cell phone to listen to me . Every time I called up there to check the update of my car they would have a different story to tell me. When I called gm motors it took them two days to get them on my car. I will never send no one to him.

I was completely blown away by the entire buying experience at Woody's. I dealt with the Internet Department. They catered to my every need before I ever got there. When I made it there that weekend they had the car I was interested pulled up to the front waiting on me. The salesman was very informative in his demostration of the vehicle. They gave me a great deal on the car I wanted and gave me way more money for my trade than anyone else had offered. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive I made to get there. I will be buying all of mine from there in the future.
