Originally came in for a used car but left with a brand new one! Staff was super friendly and helpful. They made the process extremely easily and bearable. I called on a Friday around 4:10 pm and spoke with Danny. I had a flat and he was helpful and very nice... he said that my car might not be done on Saturday but that they would try to fit it in... I got a call saying my car was done on Saturday. Woodbury and Mt. Holly Nissan always go above and beyond I have never had a bad experience!

Very positive and friendly attitude... knowledgeable about the product., no sense of pressure. I went car shopping for a new vehicle. I was greeted by Chris Quinn, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there.I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Chris was very informative and he was answering many questions that we thought would catch him off guard. Chris was extremely patient & kind. Nowadays, it's commonly seen that car salesmen just dont do enough and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, a salesman like Chris delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. Chris told us that he has been with Woodbury Nissan, in sales, for 27 years. That is dedication for sure and loyalty to boot. After I left the dealership, I went to my mother's house to show off my brand new 2016 Altima & of course now she wants one! Back to Woodbury Nissan we go :-). Chris was not scheduled to work that day so we were kind of bummed and worried we would not have the same experience we had earlier in the week. To our surprise, after making one simple phone call to Chris, he comes in on his day off just for us. I mean who does that?!? My mother being 73 years young & on an extremely tight budget was worried that there was no way she could get a car that was half decent for her budget. Guess what? Chris did it!! I was shocked, she now has a 2013 Sentra! She calls me everyday telling he how much she loves it. That makes my heart smile and I owe it all to Chris Quinn!I have 4 words for Woodbury Nissan, " Chris Quinn for President! " ha-ha We will be coming to your showroom for the years ahead. I don't normally go out of my way to fill out surveys or review cards, but I truly believe that Woodbury Nissan has a huge asset on their showroom floor and I felt the need to give back to Chris through this letter. Woodbury Nissan made my first car buying experience definitely one to remember. It was a summer Monday night 10 minutes before the door was closing and the guys still managed to help me with welcoming arms unlike some other car dealers. I walked out an hour later owning a Nissan Sentra SR with a bargain price tag. Bobby, Paul, Tommy, and Chris made it possible for me to drive off in a brand new car on a college students budget. They were more then helpful by informing me what apps to get on my phone and actually sat me down to teach me how to use it. I cannot thank these guys and Woodbury Nissan enough. Definitely the Best Dealer in the area (and I've been to several dealers)! They will not disappoint!

I visited the Woodbury Nissan showroom on a busy Saturday. When met Anthony I told him very clearly I would not be buying a car today, I was just there for a test drive. It really didn't make a difference if I was buying or not. I was still treated with stellar service. I test drove the Nissan Rogue, asked for some numbers and told Anthony I would be in touch. You will receive GREAT, friendly customer service if there is a chance you will be buying a car. However, if you buy a car and find an issue after you purchase it, DON'T expect the same "friendliness" you received the DAY you bought the car! Also, make sure you know your stuff and are knowledgeable about the car, pricing, features, promotions/sales events, DMV procedures, etc. Don't assume that your "friendly" and "caring" salesman has got your back like that because he/she doesn't. After all, they are still salesman! You'll get a good deal and a good product but just hope that you won't need to contact them about anything AFTER you buy the car because they will have a complete 180 degree change in treatment and attitude even if it was a mistake on their part! So just hope that once the deal is made and you leave the dealership with a car, that you will not have to deal with them again!

My mother purchased a car from Nissan and she passed away over 2 years ago. The advertisements never stop. I have called and spoken to Ed Kraus twice (Name on ads) sent letters and returned to sender saying this person has died and no longer owns this car. Not to mention my mom has never lived at my address which the mail is being sent too. I have registered her name in the no mail deceased on usps site as well. This is so insensitive to me. Really?

I had just turned in a lease with another car dealer and decided to give Nissan a try.After riding around the "lots" with Gary we settled in on the Rogue and Sentra. The Sentra was our choice. From the sales manager to the janitor, every single one of the employees were amazing! I didn't even buy a Nissan, but my salesman knew all about the used car I was there to purchase. I had my heart set on another Jeep. I had my Jeep since 2005 and it was totaled. My daughter suggested I go and see Bobby Clark at Nissan. My husband Vito went to see Bobby and he showed Vito a Rogue they went over the prices. I dropped off my rental car and headed to Nissan. That was about 3:30 on Friday 7/22/16 and was home no later then 6:30 with my 2016 Nissan Rogue. Bobby was such a great help went out for test drive immediately loved it. I am able to have a brand new car with payments I can afford. He is so professional but down to earth. Made sure we were comfortable brought us a beverage. He have us the royal treatment. For staters if i can give a rating less than 1 STAR i would give this dealership a NEGETIVE 3. I recently purchase a pre-owned truck from Woodbury Nissan. I usually don't like to rush when purchasing a car, but my back was up against the wall. The only reason why i went forward on purchasing the car was the car itself. The asking price on the truck was competitive for online searching. but the experience was a shady deal. A sale manager name Chuck didn't really care or wanted to negotiate a deal. The finance staff secretly made us buy a $900 insurance warranty without mentioning until we sign the agreement. The only good thing that came out was a sale rep name Joe. He gave us 100% good customer service. The only positive thing that i have to say is that they got lucky putting up a good price on 1 car, which happen to be the car that i purchase.

Appt for oil change and tire rotation for 5pm. Dropped car off at 3:30pm. Received a call at 5;50pm, stating it was just being brought in for service. Given a loaner for the night . Received a call after leaving the dealership telling me the air filter was dirty and needed changed. Refused, car has 17,000. and is driven on highway: nor did my sensor lite come on:( Called in the am, car was completed, but tires were not rotated as asked on the drop off: I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. Very disappointed with service, this is not the Nissan of Mr Wright. Sorry to say.Cashier did reduce my price since there was no evidence of tire rotation nor my refusal for filter change. If it is not written it did not happen.

We were greeted when we arrived and immediately began the process of turning in the old Sentra and leasing a new one. Mr. Quinn, our salesman, continually kept us up to date on the process. He offered us beverages several times. The entire process took around 2 hours which was much shorter than the last time. My husband bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue from this dealership in mid-2015. We had such a wonderful experience with that purchase that we returned to Woodbury Nissan when my old car died and we needed a new (used) car ASAP. We told the sales rep, Bobby Clark, our budget and he showed us several choices. All of them were much nicer and much lower mileage than we had expected. I'll admit that I was in a pretty sour mood when we first arrived due to having low expectations and not wanting to be forced outside of the budget with which I was comfortable. But the entire staff was so friendly and willing to work with us that I couldn't help but to lose the grumpy. My husband kept assuring me that this was the place to find our car, and he was right. Not only did we find the perfect little car (Versa Note), but it had low miles and is a 2014. Much newer than I had expected to find in our price range and with a full warranty! The staff showed us our payment options and made everything so easy that we actually enjoyed the experience. Who knew that buying a car didn't need to be stressful? The Woodbury Nissan team is amazing. Once the Rogue is payed off, we're bringing my mother to this dealership to see Bobby and get her a new vehicle as well. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Already leased a car and was given the run around because nobody wanted to help with my problem, which mind you they caused. They were more interested in trying to get me to buy a new car. Ultimately when I would not budge on buying a new vehicle they dismissed me and told me to deal with my problem by myself. Even though they caused it and only they could fix it. I have gotten corporate involved and finally it is being solved. Horrible employees and horrible dealership. The owner should be ashamed.Chuck Musero was not helpful and did not care to help.

Everything you try to get done there takes forever. You try to make a service appointment, you will be on hold for atleast 15 - 20 minutes then get disconnected and then go through it all over again. I bought a car on Thursday and had to wait until the following Wednesday to get it. Went to go get it and it wasn't done they said come back tomorrow. It was getting detailed. Went to pick it up and it had a flat tire. The dealer put air in it and said I would have to make an appointment to get it looked at. But everyone is friendly. Lol

My relationship with Woodbury Nissan got off to a great start online. Admittedly, I had already done a good deal of research prior to contacting them, but I still had a lot of pricing questions which were all answered promptly by Ryan, their Internet Sales Manager. Our email chain was probably about 30 emails of back-and-forth dialogue! It gave me a great starting point when I showed up at the dealership, and then Bobby Clarke helped seal the deal. Bobby was great because he confirmed all the details of my negotiations with Ryan, including ensuring that we were happy with the type of car we agreed to, taking us out to look at the type of vehicle we wanted. He gave my husband and I the space we needed to talk things over and was willing to work with us to get closer to the price we wanted. I do recommend to anyone who wants to start negotiating online to remember to confirm that the vehicle you are specifying a deal for is one that they have in inventory, and if not, that they will find it for you. I particularly appreciated that Woodbury Nissan was willing to find my car in my color at no extra charge even if they didn't have it. Other dealers made us feel like it was an imposition to locate what we wanted.

The worst experience one can have. No one seem to know what's going on. Everyone passes the blame. Can't fix the smallest things. I had to bring my 2005 Quest for repair multiple times for the same problem to no avail. When you back asking answers the first response it was working here. This is my third Nissan purchase/lease vehicle, but my first with this dealership. I have to admit that they have been the friendliest and courteous out of all I dealt with. I seriously recommend this dealership. I also ask you to ask for Chuck Carter. He knew everything about the Pathfinder I bought. The couple question he did not know, he found the answer with in couple of minutes. He didn't make me wait around, and always asked if there is any other questions to answer. The best part was I didn't spend the whole day at the dealership, very fast!!!

I have been working with Anthony Musero for about 5 years at any dealership that he has been at. Every purchase that I have made with him has been one of the easiest purchases. Their attention to detail with the options that you request, the negotiation process has always been very easy as they are a dealer that tries to get you the most for your money. I wouldn't deal with anyone else at any other dealer. I had taken my mom into Woodbury Nissan to purchase a vehicle in late July, and Mike Ellis our sales guy at the time was also very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly with the situation. Service at Woodbury nissan is also very quick and painless, they are always very accomoodating for the time schedule that I have with work and are able to make arrangement to get my vehicle in and if needed provide a loaner car for the day. I have started working with Ryan Sauers in the internet department before I went into the dealership for my mothers vehicle. Ryan made me feel comfortable with the whole process that I was walking into. They really are a great team to have working at Woodbury Nissan, and anyone that I know needs to purchase a car I send them there first thing.

My truck buying experience was barely smooth, and then my follow-up experiences all went down hill from there; starting with the "Express" oil change that took 70 minutes - during a lunch break (you can imagine how that went). Followed with a problem under warranty (window) that was supposed to be a brief inspection that turned into a 3-hour blow-off (on my DAY OFF!). Then, I jumped through hoops to get Jeff Stephenson, the General Sales Manager, to cancel an extended Warranty. After a drive to the dealership to get the odometer officially read, and multiple calls and emails to get verification that it was done, he wrote in an email, "Yes it is completed". Eight weeks later, after calling Nissan corporate; NOTHING was done. I called Woodbury Nissan, Ernie confirmed NOTHING was done. Thankfully, Ernie was able to take care of it front to back in 15 minutes. This place is a mess, and has the churn-and-burn the customer feel to it. Lastly, They will not remove me from their email lists, no matter how many times I ask! My advice is to stay away.

Greeted upon entry, introduced to Jimmy Bell, the car was ready for a test ride when I arrived. When I asked my salesman if the used car I wanted to buy came with a warranty he said that he wasn't sure and the guy that does the financing could help me with that. The guy in finance said I had the remainder of a 6 year 60k mile warranty which I later found out was not true. Had I known this beforehand I would have re-negotiated. Now the one and a half year warranty peace of mind is out the window. Tried calling the GM and never answers page. Never returned my call. Also, was charged for some anti theft system that was discretely listed on paperwork and never informed about. They just took it upon themselves to place these codes on all your windows. Would not put my two free oil changes in writing and wouldn't leave me alone until I purchased gap insurance. Now my lease with Nissan Motor Corp. said I owe more than Nissan paid. They told me they would pay off my lease in full. Again, would have re-negotiated had I known otherwise. Just lies and more lies here. AVOID!! Very shady establishment. I purchased five Nissan's at Nissan of Turnersville and will be going back to them next time. I love my truck but feel I was the one taken for a ride.

I never intended on buying a car the day I went to Woodbury Nissan. But, after the experience I had, I am glad I drove away in a new Nissan Rogue! The personnel at the car dealership were VERY friendly and accommodating the whole time I was there. My salesman, Tony, did not intimidate or hassle me in any way. I had visited the Turnersville auto mall prior to coming into Woodbury Nissan that morning. I left the mall with not a good feeling from the dealers I had visited, Nissan, Cadillac, Honda. I went to Woodbury Nissan and Tony Barota immediately introduced himself and my great experience began. I believe the premise for this was his low pressure while graciously offering an abundance of relevant information which gave me great comfort and a very good feeling of doing business with them. .

Very nice facility but was very disappointed with the way I was served in the service department. I dropped my car off to be looked at because it was not starting, got it towed over and everything and when I told Robert, the service rep helping me, that I got it dropped off he gave me a rude response questioning the fact that I had already got it there. He then continued to mumble to me giving me no info on what could possibly be wrong. He took my info down phone number etc. then told me they would be in touch. He gave me no idea of when, what day, how long or anything. Which leaves me with no car, no idea when I'm going to get it back, and no guarantee of what could possibly be wrong. Will definitely be taking it to another local Nissan dealership if I ever have another problem.

I had been looking around for a new Frontier Crew Cab with a Long Bed which is hard to find. I gave them a list of what I wanted and they found a truck that met my specifications in North Jersey for me and had it at the dealer in a timely fashion. Bill Malseed was extremely helpful during the whole process from beginning to end and really showed that he takes care of his customers. I researched prices online for Altima, as well as some other comparable sedans, and found that Woodbury Nissan had the best price by far. I set up an appointment online with Ryan to visit the dealership and test drive the car....even though the dealership was extremely busy, we were immediately set up for a test drive by our sales exec. Bill, and well taken care of through the entire buying process.....which was extemely easy! I love my new Altima, and will definitely recommend Woodbury Nissan to anyone looking for a new car!

We were excited about buying a new car, but were not looking forward to the dreaded "haggling game". We purchased the vehicle on a freezing cold President's Day. The car we were interested in was buried in a foot of snow and ice on the dealer's lot. Our salesman, Paul Bosak, literally got a snow shovel and dug the car out. Paul made the buying experience a pleasant one....we came home with our new car, at the price we had hoped to pay. Paul was very accommodating, and extremely patient with us.

Went to look at a used 2013 advertised online on cars.com. When I got there they told me the price online included 3k down. ( I scoured the cars.com ad and now where did it say that, it did say does not include taxes/tags). wasted my and your sales reps time. Very misleading....

They stayed in contact with me from the day I requested A quote to the day I was signing my lease! The entire staff is friendly and very knowledgable! Not once did I feel pressured or embarrassed by my credit score. I also felt they really wanted to do business with me and that I was just as important as someone spending $60k!! We had a leased Ford Fusion that was several months away from term, but were interested in seeing the Nissan Altima. (We have a family member that has one she loves!) My husband went to the showroom on a whim, and met Anthony Mazzone (I met him there later that day.). Anthony was friendly, welcoming, and really had exceptional communication skills. He clearly explained our options, listened to what our needs/wants were and worked hard to come to terms that we were comfortable with. We actually learned alot from him as we negotiated! We left three days later with a 2014 Nissan Altima, at a very fair price and terms. Anthony made us feel like he not only cared about our business, but us as a couple. We are very pleased with our new Altima!

I am a actual Woodbury Nissan customer. Woodbury Nissan Leased my Nissan leaf. Lots of hidden fees in my lease including a $500 penalty if I do not get my next lease with Nissan. They did not even set up my Nissan Leaf. Local dealers knew I got my car Woodbury Nissan because because they all have to do the set up for them. They told me that Woodbury Nissan is known for selling cars without setting them up or providing Customer service after you pay them. They did not properly align my leaf and my 65,000 mile tires went bald down to the steal tread after only 6,000 miles. Ed Kraus they sales manager made me promise after promise for 5 months and broke every one of them I have filed a claim with the better business bureau. Woodbury Nissan is dishonest and will not care a bit about you after they get their money.

I have had such a great experience from Woodbury Nissan that they will have me a customer for life. I only buy nissans, but other Nissan dealerships lack the customer service that Woodbury has. They do not pressure you and work with your needs. As soon as you park your car up to the walk inside you are greeted by smiling workers. They make you comfortable and at home. I had confirmed my interest over an email, when I had walked in for my appointment they had a typed paper of what vehicles would fit my needs and price range so that we were not wasting anyone's time. They are so organized !! The only downfall is, is that during my time of my recent purchase, they were so busy the wait of the paper work took a little while but not too long.

Although we had no immediate need to replace one of our vehicles and were only looking at options, we purchased a new Nissan Sentra at this store, Chuck Carter and his colleagues were helpful, informative and presented quotes without anything like the pressure-cooker environment we had previously experienced at other dealers. Chuck and the managers worked with us, and the budget we wished to work with, and we reached a decision to buy our first Nissan after test driving several cars. Anthony was great. We stopped in to test ride and view the new nissan altima. We were able to negotiate a price, sign papers and leave within an hour in and a half. Now that is great sales/customerservice. We are very happy with our experience. .We thought this was a great experience until we later got a bill from the vehicle we traded. We weretold the fees would be taken care of and we would not owe anything. Of course they have amnesia now that we confronted the salesman and dealership. I guess when something seems to be to trueto believe, it is. Never will we trust again.

This dealership was recommended by a friend who recently bought a new Altima. We basically wanted to test drive the Nissan Juke. Salesman Chuck Carter greeted us and showed what they had in stock. Chuck had a very friendly down-to-earth style and wasn't your typical pushy salesman. During our test drive Chuck answered questions we had about the car. After the test drive we were interested in what deal he could put together. The Juke's trunk space was a bit small for us as we needed room for skis and this trim didn't have an armrest. Chuck accommodated us by including a roof rack and armrest in the price which worked for our budget. We are now the proud owners of a Nissan Juke! Our overall experience was better than we expected. My last vehicle was purchased Aug. 2012, which was a 2013 Altima which was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident returning from our vacation. I loved my Altima, but sadly it was totaled. Saw an Armada on cars.com. Made arrangements to come to the dealership and see the suv. Drove over from Pennsylvania and then had to wait about an hour because the suv wasn't at the dealership.Went for a test drive and then sat to go over the numbers. I told the salesman my budget up front and then he needed to keep running between me and the sales manager. He aparently had no ability to negotiate.The sales manager was no better with negotiating and just stated the price and that was it-nothing. When I told them I was offered more for my nissan trade from another nissan dealer, they told me they couldn't give me any more and that I wanted a lot of car for very little. Isn't this what any car buyer wants? No negotiations took place and I left having spent about 2 + hours at the showroom. After I got home I got contacted from the sales manager who suddenly "made some calls" and might be able to coem to an agreement. I then was called after that by the sales man who said the sales manager might be able to do better. Suddenly after I left the showroom, everyone wanted to negotiate with me while I was home. I got an email from the internet sales manager but his reduced offer was still over my budget. I told the internet manager that I had stated to all the sales team what my budget was upfront and the new reduced price was still past my budget. I have not heard from them since. What a waste of my time.

I've purchase many cars in my lifetime but this was the most pleasent experence. My salesman Chris Quinn was great, he gave me a great price on my new car and was fair on my trade-in. Another dealer tried to devalue my trade and explain why they could not give me a fair price for my trade. No tug of war here. This is a great place to buy a car. I will definatly come back. This is the first time I bought a new car, and after going to a couple other dealers, I felt totally at ease HERE!!! Was welcomed right off the bat, and was offererd drinks and food, while I waited to meet Ryan, the internet Manager. Being a "people watcher" I noticed that every desk/table was full, and everyone was actually smiling! :) Our salesman Billy D, was fantastic, knew the cars inside and out, and couldn't have given us better customer service! Like any dealer, there was a bit of haggling with price, but I never once felt pressured, or uncomfortable, as I did at the other places. So...we drove right out of there in my new car! From the prompt response of Ryan, Woodbury Nissan's Internet manager, to the friendly and professsional sales treatment provided by Bill, I never felt pressured or hurried to make my decision to buy. We sat in the showroom for what seemed like a long time waiting to see John(very professional as well) in the finance department, but once the paperwork was completed, the car was detailed, filled with gas and ready to go. Great Customer Service! Chuck greeted us in the parking lot asked how he could help us. We were looking for a car to commute to and from work with good gas mileage. Chuck was great he was not pushy which I appreciated. He let us take our time and showed us a few different options. He answered all our questions. I feel we got a good deal on a new car. I would recommend this dealer. Everyone we meet here was very friendly. We left to look around at a few other dealers but went back the same night and purchased our car from Nissan in Woodbury even thou there are closer dealers to us I didn't mind driving a little more for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I thought the good reviews I read were exaggerated. So glad they weren't. My husband and I just went into Woodbury Nissan to look around and Chuck Carter came right out to us and started showing us vehicles. He never pressured us to buy anything. He was friendly and informative. It was pouring rain when we got to the Dealer and Chuck went outside a couple of times to bring us a vehicle to test drive. My wife and I went to Woodbury Nissan to look into buying/leasing new vehicles or finding a way to trade in our current vehicles for something better. We had purchased two Nissan's before at the Turnersville location(06 Sentra and 09 Rogue) but the gentleman we spoke to there was no longer working there. This led us to Woodbury, where we met with Anthony Mazzone. Right from the door, I could Anthony was the kind of person I wanted to work with. As for my experience with Anthony, he did excellent work for us. Not only was he able to help us lease two brand new cars, but my payments barely went up! I went from an 06 Sentra with 60,000+ miles to a brand new one and the payments are still so reasonable. He was friendly from the minute we walked in, honest about vehicles and asked lots of questions to help us find exactly what we were looking for. The location itself was clean, friendly and had a very "home" type feeling to it. This is the 4th vehicle I've purchased/leased from a dealership and Anthony was by far the best assistance I've ever received. Not only was he helpful on the day we purchased the vehicles, but he also followed up with me to see how it was driving, checked in with my progress with plates/insurance cards/etc. and he retrieved items that I left in my traded in vehicles. I would recommend this location to anyone(already have) and I have told them to go speak to Anthony, as I have no doubt he will help them find exactly what they're looking for within the price range they're looking for. Aside from the long wait because of the amount of customers there (we were there over 4 hours), everything else was A-1. Chuck did a great job helping us find the right car for a price that we could work with. The rest of the staff seemed pretty friendly though we didn't really interact with them. Chuck did a great job in keeping us informed of everything that was going on from financing to detailing the car and putting the keys in our hands that night. I will come back and deal with Chuck again.

I had a great experience at Woodbury Nissan. Chuck was great, he listened to my needs and directed me towards a car that would work well for me. The student incentives were awesome and I was able to lease a brand mew car without a cosigner! Chuck really worked some magic to get me an affordable car payment as well. The only issue I had with the entire process was how lengthy it was. But, the warm welcome and otherwise great costumer service made the long wait way worth while. From the second we walked in the door of the dealership Anthony was attentive, accommodating and an overall delight to work with. We had our 2 month old son with us and Anthony did everything he could to make sure the process was as quick and smooth as possible, The night we were there the dealership was extremely busy but Anthony did not neglect or forget about us. When i first stopped by the dealership to look at the variety of cars available for lease, Anthony showed me all the different models as well as broke down what each one came equipped with. To be honest we were a little guarded heading into the dealership. Alex and bill are great salesman. Alex went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I knew exactly what we were buying. He explained ever feature in length. I was very happy with the overall service we received. The only negative I have was with the management staff. When I asked Alex to ask what they were giving me for my trade he was told, I overheard this, what does it matter she is getting a new car. I don't ever expect to be treated that way. I wish looking back I approached the situation when it happened. Hoping this is not something that happens often. But once again, Alex was a great salesman. From the moment he walked over to me to introduce himself he had a smile on his face and was as pleasant as anyone can be. It was not easy for him to come up with the deal I wanted/needed, but he did. Never did I feel pressured, nor did I feel like I was an annoyance. Let me just say, buying your first new car isn't nearly as stressful as you think, at least that was my experience with Alex and the other folks at Woodbury Nissan. Like everyone I did my research ahead of time and knew I was going to buy a Nissan Leaf, so I expected the old dealer pricing run around, but that wasn't the case here; everyone was so friendly and it was a real no pressure sales environment. Mr. Nuzi took a lot of time to go over everything in the Leaf with me and my partner on the lot and during the test drive. He even showed us features I didn't know it had from my nights of exhaustive internet research. When it came to making the deal, it couldn't have been more than 5 minutes before we came to a deal and 4 and a half of those 5 minutes was me filling out the credit application. Alex also helped me find all the government/tax rebates for buying an electric car. What can I say but thanks Alex and thanks to all the guys over at Woodbury Nissan for making buying my first new car a great experience and not the grueling task I expected it to be.P.S. The only reason I gave a 4 for the quality of work is that the rear floor mats were not in the car when I left the lot, but even before I got home, Alex had called and let me know that they had them at the dealership and had just forgotten to put them back after the detail. He even offered to deliver them to my condo...that's great customer service.

Went into nissan not really sure if I defiantly wanted a Nissan and came out with a brand new Nissan Altima. Everyone there was extremely friendly and very professional. Working with Anthony was a great experience, he and his staff went out of their way to get me a great deal on on the car. Anthony is not like an average car salesman he makes you feel comfortable and suits your needs. Anthony explained everything very clearly so there was no misunderstanding. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a new car to stop by Woodbury Nissan and speak to Anthony Mazzone. Bill Malseed was extremely helpful as well. He answered any questions i had and was willing to go out of his way as well to make my visit a positive and comfortable one. He pointed me in the right direction and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the dealership. My first encounter at Woodbury Nissan was with my Sales Executive, Glen. Glen was extremely helpful and personable. He was able to get me the car I wanted at the price I needed. I never felt pressured or rushed, Glen made me feel comfortable with my decision and answered every question I had. My second encounter at Woodbury Nissan was with Finance Manager Melissa Riley. Melissa made the tedious process of paperwork actually enjoyable and fun. She was humorous and personable throughout my entire experience. From the beginning when we walked in to the end sale, the dealership was friendly, kind and knowledgeable regarding our purchasing of a pre owned vehicle. I was impressed with ease of how the dealership handled the price bargaining portion and willingness to deal fairly. In addition, when it came to financing, Ms. Melissa Reilly (who is the Financial Manager) really stood out as she worked extra hard in gathering the best bank rate which helped close the deal. I was very impressed in her candor and willingness to both help and explain to me and my daughter the best things to fit my daughter's financial situation. She was in touch with my daughters questions with relevent real world answers. Also, Melissa has a creative touch in a sometimes tough job of dealing with monotonous car buying paperwork and bank terms/conditions. Be sure to read the fine print and understand that you will not be communicated with honestly. Their prices on their site are very misleading and "assume" a $5500 trade or down payment already factored into the listing, yet this is buried within the site. Do not waste your time as there are honest dealerships out there that do not play gimmicks with price just to get you in the dealership with the hopes of getting a great price only to be sold a pile of lies.

OVERPRICED!!! I took my car here to have them check out some noise it was making. They wanted to charge me like $1300 which i cannot afford so i was going to get it fixed somewhere cheaper. When i told them this they said okay that will be $100 something for diagnostics!!!! SERIOUSLY??? Who charges a diagnostic fee?? NO DEALER - NISSAN OR HONDA that i have EVER been to in ANY state i have lived in!!! this is the first i have ever been charged a diagnostic and and over $100 at that!!! its highway robbery. They say well our tech has to be paid for his time - which was like an hour and I'm pretty sure they are hourly not case by case basis. So this guy is making more than a DR. and getting paid over $100 an hour!!!!RIDICULOUS and they dont tell you about this fee beforehand bc if you get the car fixed there the fee is "waived" whatever its just added into the total cost and they pretend its been waived to earn your loyalty. I LOVED my nissan and now i dont know if i will every buy one again and i will most certainly NEVER go back to this dealership again. My friend works at a nissan in NC and even he said they were overcharging! BUT because they are franchised they are allowed to do this!DONT let them fool you! they aren't any better than your local guy who will work harder to keep your customer service because he is a small business and not a guru dealership giant!I have NEVER EVER had anyone charge me a diagnostic fee - meineke looked at my front and rear brakes a few months ago - we chose to get them fixed at another place due to price. NEITHER charged us a diagnostic fee!! Its called good customer service - you offer the service for free to show your customers you value their service and arent trying to rob them. I have taken my car to nissan dealers in NC, VA, PA and have chosen not to get the car fixed at that time and NONE of those dealers charged me a fee. When i had my civic HONDA never charged a fee. Additionally this problem is a common problem starting to occur in this car around 60-70k, Also my car is only 6 months past warranty. When my friend recently took her FORD into a Ford dealer for a problem they quoted her $3000!! when she told them the car was only a few months past warranty - FORD dropped the price to $300 because it was a common problem occurring within a year after warranties were expiring.I mean dropping from $3000 to $300??? talk about inflation - im sure other dealers do this well. AND to have the car need $1300 in work only 6 months after the warranty expires??? Come on! and it was checked before the warranty ended to make sure everything was in working order!VERY DISAPPOINTED, especially since UNTIL NOW i have told everyone i know that i love nissan and their dealers work with you and ive never had a bad experience at the dealer before. Well NO LONGER THE CASE! My fanship of nissan has died.

He easily beat the price of at least 5 other Nissan dealers, limiting the time neeeded to negotiate. From the moment I stepped inside the showroom, I could tell that Woodbury Nisaan stood apart from other car dealerships. Luke greeted me with a smile, and a handshake, and didn't jump into a high pressure pitch like I'd been used to thus far in my search. He asks owed interest in what kind of car Would fit my needs, along with what kind of financing would fit my budget. He worked together with the finance gentelman, Jeff, and they made the whole process comfortable. I had just stopped by Nissan of Turnersville and was not treated like the loyal customer I am. Everyone at Woodbury Nissan made me feel very welcome and not once had I felt like I had been taken advantage of. I serviced with woodbury Nissan for over ten years, recently I had a flat tire, so I called woodbury Nissan to get it towed Pete Henrich quickly answered the phone and said he would send someone to my location and install the spare. When I arrived at woodbury Nissan he had a technician waiting for me they installed a new tire and had ready to go in no time. Pete Henrich could have easy sent the tow truck and charged me but he didn't. It isn't always about making a dollar, he showed me he was concerned and got me back on the road. I will always be a woodbury Nissan customer!

The Whole Woodbury Nissan Family is like extend family to me and my family and I don't mean the " oh it's them, I can't wait til they leave" type, I mean the "YES their here, I wish they could stay longer!" type of extend family. I tried to repair a factory defect on my Nissan Murano for the past three years. I wasted my time traveling to the dealer, they said they would look into it and then never received call backs. I tried once again this year 2012, as my warranty is set to expire. I was now sent directly to an Auto body shop across the street. White's Auto body who was very nice and accommodating that day. A week later without a call back I called him for a status update, without an inkling of who I was, gave me attitude and hung up on me. I immediately called the Woodbury Nissan. I informed Peter Henrich of the situation, he again stated I had to bring it in for him to look at the car. Having done this so many times before, he said he would try to find out more information and call me back. A week went by with no return call again. However, I did receive a call from a salesman at Woodbury Nissan trying to selling me a new car as my lease is expiring this year. I informed him I was very dissatisfied with Woodbury Nissan and didn't know if I wanted to continue to do business with them. I informed him of the situation and 5 minutes later Peter Henrich was calling me back stating "I hear you're not happy with me". I stated I was unhappy with Woodbury Nissan. Now having to re-explain who I was and why I was unhappy to him made me extremely unhappy with him. I proceeded to make an appointment to bring my car in on February 13, for the repairs. Upon my arrival, I showed Peter Henrich's the peeling clear coat on the front bumper and proceeded to show him other scratches that I wanted fixed. I was told he'd take care of it. As I proceeded to inquire about the warranty coverage and making sure everything would be fixed, I was abruptly cut off and was told "We will take care of it. There are more important things to worry about then this. We'll take care of it", as he was walking away from me. Unfortunately I had other places to be and could not address this blatant lack of respect and utter dismissal at that time. I asked how long it would take. He said he wouldn't know until he spoke with the Auto body shop (The same shop that previously hung up on me).I called Tuesday after 5:00 pm for a status update. I was told Wednesday afternoon. Thursday the latest. I called Wednesday. Wasn't ready. I called Thursday they said it was still drying. It was raining, so I didn't want to take the chance of driving it in the rain right after drying. I picked it up Friday morning. I inspected the car myself when I arrived. The clear coat was repaired, but none of the other scratches were. I asked Peter Henrich what was completed. He told me all warranty covered issues were repaired. I said none of the scratches were repaired. He reiterated all the warranty covered issues were repaired. I said that's not what I asked for. He reiterated all the warranty covered issues were repaired. I never once received a call with a status update or any information about the scratches not being repaired. I wanted them repaired whether they were under warranty or not. But having been dismissed by Peter Henrich's the way I was and him stating he'd take care of it, he should have called me to inform me of this.The Customer Service at Woodbury Nissan is atrocious and offensive to women.

Went looking for a 2011 Frontier I saw on there website. Wanted something inexpensive. They had it in stock just down the street. Salesman pulls it forward and first thing I see is a dent on the left side. No problem he says. We'll fix it or work with you on it. I take the test drive and it's acceptable. We go back inside start the process of finding out what my 2011 Escape is worth with just 7600 miles on it. After a bunch of running back and forth with sales manager, Mike shows me my Escape is worth $16,000.! What! A $28K car depreciated $12K in 10 months? Then he started in with payments and leases without showing me a list price on the vehicle he was trying to sell me. Then it jumped to trying sell me a car for my wife and leasing mine. He picks out a Rogue for my wife and I didn't want that and she wouldn't either. I went along because I didn't want the process to drag on any longer. He asked what I thought and told him the trade-in was too low. He brought it up to $17K. I still said that was too low. Bottom line, I told him at least $18K was decent but $19K would be better. They'll put the car on the lot for $22K no problem and get it. It doesn't need anything. The sales tactics were awful! Why can't I just deal with the sales manager if you have to run to him all the time. Before I left for the night, Mike wrote a guarantee on his business card to get me $18K for my trade. How nice, a guarantee from a car salesman. That will hold up I'm sure. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. Run away!

I shopped for an 2011 Altima Hybrid online and found one for $27,670 on Woodbury Nissan's website along with 4 other 2010 new Altima Hybrids. Of course when I visited the dealership none of the 2010's were in stock and they had difficulty finding it. When the finally found the car Tony drove to a lot down the road where the 2011 Altima was...it was still had paper wrapping on it and the interior was covered in plastic. The window sticker price read $27,670 and nothing else. So we test drove the car and returned to the dealership to work out the numbers. I refused a credit application until the numbers were right. They appraised my car as I reviewed KBB, NADA, and True Car values for both vehicles which I had printed before going to Woodbury. Tony returned and all of a sudden the price of the 2011 Altima jumped from $27,670 to over $30,000...talk about sticker shock!!! Tony said it was for the appearance package(unneeded dealer installed options) which included pin striping, fabric protection, and paint protection for a whopping $3000. Now mind you paper wrapping was still on exterior, plastic was still on interior, and the window sticker still read $27,670. I showed Tony my True Car information that the price should be around $20,986 to $21,986 after the $4000 rebate and discounts. He took the paper to the manager and returned with a credit application and asked to run my credit. I told him for a second time no credit app until we have the numbers. I told Tony I wasn't paying for dealer installed options I didn't ask for. Then as I was getting ready to leave I asked for my KBB, Nada, and True Car papers....Tony told me the Manager walked out with it. I told him to go get it. He said he didn't know where the manager went and that it was no problem I could print it again. I explained to him printer ink is not free and left. I'm not going to tell you not to go to Woodbury Nissan, because most dealers are LIARS and THIEVES...just do your homework it could save you thousands and if this happens to you just get up and walk out.

Although Woodbury Nissan is not the closest dealer to my home, after being extremely disappointed by the customer service I received from my local dealer, I took the advice of my friends and coworkers and contacted Woodbury Nissan. So the first thing I did was go on to Woodbury Nissan's website and I emailed Woodbury Nissan's internet manager Ryan Sauers. I quickly received an email back and a phone call from Ryan. He confirmed everything I was looking for, reviewed the pricing with me, and then I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived at Woodbury Nissan everyone was extremely professional and very friendly. They even had the exact Maxima that Ryan and I talked about waiting for me on the side of the showroom when I arrived ready for me to test drive. The whole transaction was done in just over an hour and Woodbury Nissan made this my easiest car purchase ever. I would recommend anyone to Woodbury Nissan just as my friends did.

First of all, my sales person, Roman, was very knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed. I often feel rushed at other dealerships and they often treat me as a number; however, Roman treated me as a whole person by considering every aspect of my requests and concerns. Management team at Woodbury Nissan was very friendly and well organized, and everyone treated me with respect. Roman and the management staff gave me an amazing offer for 2010 Altima lease, and my car was detailed and ready in no time. I was very pleased with the service I received at Woodbury Nissan, and I would not go anywhere else in the future. What a great dealership! I brought my boyfriend with me here this Friday for there "Black Friday" sales event after comparing pricing with 4 other Nissan dealerships close by. Our salesman, Dave, gave us hours of his undivided attention as we test drove 5 different cars on the lot before I ended up picking out a 2007 Certified Nissan Altima 2.5 S model. Dave showed us all the added features that the car had to make sure that we understood how they worked.It was nice how the management team did everything they could to help me get financing despite my not so great credit. I honestly didn't think I'd get approved for the car because of my high college tuition loans, but Brian L got me a loan at a great rate. My payment ended up being less than I was quoted from previous dealerships by over fifty dollars per month on a car in comparable price range.While waiting for financing to go through, I ended up getting a tour of the service department with Eric where I learned the importance of having a Certified Nissan mechanic work on my car. He explained to me that most of the guys in his shop had worked there for for over ten years. Without pressure, I chose to add an extended warrenty to my car so I know I'm in good hands for years to come. I also had some sort of etching done to my windows which helps with theft recovery. I didn't want to get it, but after talking with my Allstate insurance provider it turned out to be cheaper for me to get due to the savings in auto coverage making it a no brainer.After signing all paperwork I got my sets of keys and was so excited to see that the car was detailed over again even though it looked perfect when we test drove it. The sales manager, Jeff, came over and asked us how everything went and to make sure we were happy with the deal. After thanking him and everyone else we headed out My boyfriend and I will both be back next year when we decide to trade in his SUV for a newer one. We were very surprised at how friendly this place was and got the feeling that our business was important to everyone there.

In 1994, I bought my first car with Woodbury Nissan, a Sentra. Tom McMenamin was the Sales rep at the time. In the 15 years since, I have not only continued purchase my own cars from this dealership, but I have also referred all of my family and friends. It is a true testament to how they build relationships at Woodbury Nissan when at all of our family gatherings, the street is lined with Woodbury Nissan vehicles. We have always felt extremely confident in the value of our purchases. Over the years, I truly enjoyed working with Tom and even today, although he has been promoted to General Manager, he still greets me with a handshake and a smile, always remembering my name upon my arrival in the showroom. Just recently, I heard about the "Help To Find a Cure" event that Woodbury Nissan is sponsoring. It is very impressive to see a dealership raise funds for such a worthy cause and I will proudly attend this event not only as a survivor but as an extremely satisfied customer.

Buying a car is usually one of those things I put off for as long as possible. I'm a 25 year old female which I have come to find is not what you want to be if you are trying to get a fair deal on a new car. I did a little research on the internet before going shopping and narrowed my choices to the Acura MDX, Nissan Murano, and Range Rover Sport. After calling Cherry Hill Nissan and being told getting a Murano was "impossible" I decided to go to Land Rover and Acura and was shocked with the treatment I received at both dealerships. I will admit I look younger than I am but in a business as competitive as the automotive industry I expected some level of professionalism which was totally void from both dealerships. Both salesmen tried to get me to fill out a credit application before taking a test drive, and at both dealerships the quoted price dropped over $100 per month from the first set of numbers they gave me to the last. At both dealerships once the salesman learned that I have a credit score over 800 and earn a good salary their attitudes totally changed. I left both dealerships feeling like I was trying to be taken advantage of and decided not to go car shopping again until my boyfriend could go with me. That weekend I was at a bridal shower and one of the women there had just bought a new Maxima and raved about the service and treatment she received at Woodbury Nissan. She gave me her salesman's business card and after hearing about the terrible time I was having promised things would be different at Woodbury Nissan. Since the lease on my BMW was about a week from being up I decided to give Mike Murray, the salesman at Woodbury Nissan, a call. When I called to get some information about the Murano Mike was both knowledgeable and professional. I mentioned that I was told by Cherry Hill Nissan that getting a Murano was "impossible" and he assured me that if he didn't have what I wanted in stock he would do his best to get it for me. Feeling a little bit more comfortable about the situation I decided to take a drive to Woodbury Nissan after work. When I got there despite a full showroom of people I was instantly greeted and someone got Mike for me immediately. Rather than ask me about my credit or how much money I made, Mike took me right to their selection of Muranos and went over all the different features available on the car so I could pick the one that suited me best. Unlike the other salesmen I worked with previously Mike seemed to actually like his job. He spent a good 30 minutes going over the ins and outs of the vehicle and explaining the different packages available. I was taken on a full tour of the dealership and never felt rushed throughout the entire process. When it came time to negotiate the price Mike took the time to go over all of the current programs and incentives Nissan was offering on the Murano before getting the price from his manager to avoid the constant back and forth you are stuck dealing with at most dealerships. When he came back with numbers Mike carefully went over the payment options with me and we were able to come to an agreement with relative ease. Best of all, I WAS NEVER ASKED TO FILL OUT A CREDIT APPLICATION until after we agreed on the price of the car. The exact Murano I had wanted was not in stock but I was promised they would have it for me within a few days. Over the next day I received phone calls from both my salesman Mike Murray and his manager Ed Kraus thanking me for my business and updating me on the status of their search for my Murano. Much to my surprise the vehicle was found and ready to be delivered within 48 hours. Upon my arrival to pick up my new car I was greeted by Tom McMenamin the general sales manager of Woodbury Nissan who took the time to ask me about my experience and make sure I was receiving nothing short of excellent customer service. When it came time to finalize my purchase I met with Brian Landolfi the finance manager who was very helpful as well. He explained the different warranty options available from Nissan without pressuring me to buy anything. I ended up buying the extended service plan and maintenance plan from him because the value seemed too good to pass on. Once completed in finance Mike introduced me to Andrew Lott one of the service advisors and helped me set up my first oil change appointment before going over my new car with me top to bottom. Since the sale of my vehicle I have gotten a letter from my salesman thanking me for shopping at Woodbury Nissan and a phone call to make sure I didnt have any issues or questions. I absolutely love my car and never thought buying a car could be as comfortable an experience. Everyone at Woodbury Nissan is friendly and seems to really care about your happiness before, during, and after your purchase. I will be a repeat customer and will be sure to refer as many people as I can to Woodbury Nissan.

Run around and out right lies!.. thats my summary of my recent(and very last!!)experience with this dealership. I have bought and recommended many people who bought new cars from Woodbury Nissan over the years because they WERE a very professional small car dealer that delivered what they promissed. I went there after I shopped another dealer and I new what I wanted. I think most people shop more than 1 place for a car. The Run Around:They did not have the car that I wanted and test drove and was quoted at thier competitor but stated they will locate one to my exact specifications and quoted the price and terms. I put a deposit down and left.. over 3 weeks later no car, I had to call several times a week to see where they were in locating a car..I was told that they can do another collor, not the color I wanted or the 2nd choice. I was told they can do if without some options I wanted. No Luck..The Lies:I asked for my deposit back and was told that they would cut a check and mail it by the next day. I waited a few days never got a check. Called the sales guy back and was told that the girl in finance told him it may have gone a few days later.. still no check, a week and a half later guess what.. NO Check. No Car, no returned deposit. 1 month waisted.. Sounds sleazy to me.

Recently purchased a new Nissan Altima from Woodbury Nissan and wanted let people know what a great experiance this was. My sales man's name was Drew Tyler and he was extremly knowledgable and a really stand up guy. The whole staff for that matter treated me very nicely and I was introduced to the service manager as well as Tom Mcmenin the general manager. The typical 'sleazy car salesman' is true at this dealership. My wife and I went in to finally purchase the SUV we always wanted. We put a LOT of money down for the specific model we wanted. They said no problem the vehicle would be delivered in a few days. A few days later at 10PM (with my baby and wife asleep) they called and said they couldn't get the vehicle, that it was "damaged". I should backtrack a bit, I spoke to another local Nissan dealer and they said there was no way that Woodbury could find that vehicle we wanted because they couldn't find any in the database. So, Woodbury says that they can offer me a stock vehicle in a different color. I know, I'm complaining about the color but when your spending a LOT of money on a car you plan to drive into the dirt you want the right one. I told them to cancel the deal and refund my money. They said "Ok". Then they called back ten minutes later (remember the sleeping baby, guess they didn't care) and said they may be able to get one but with a different color interior and by the way we had to decide now because their sale ends at midnight. So, I asked for the owner's name and they gave me a name, too bad it was only a manager (they forget that the internet is so handy that you can Google Woodbury Nissan and find out the manager's names). They lied about something so simple as the owner. I had a real bad vibe about them. I would definetly not recomend them. Last time I checked when you put a deposit down for a specific model you should get that model.

OK, I've written a few reviews in here about my experiences at a couple of Toyota dealerships. I ended up buying a Camry, but for the hell of it, I shopped the Altima. The Altima is a great looking car, but that stupid CVT transmission completely turned me off to it; it doesn't have gears like a regular transmission, and it feels like an automatic that keeps slipping out of gear.Anyway...enough techobabble. I stopped in Woodbury and talked to Andre; very professional and cordial and made me feel like a person. Like I said, I was considering the Altima along with the Camry. I test drove the car and he really knew his stuff...& NO PRESSURE! We worked up some numbers and the 2.5SL was almost $100 above my budget and had equipment that I really didn't want (leather, sunroof, and that STUPID CVT!!!). I didn't want to step down to a 2.5S because it had crappy looking hubcaps and I love alloy wheels, plus the 2009 Altima 2.5S doesn't offer a regular planetary gear automatic or a manual transmission.Sales manager Jeff came over...nice kid but he exemplifies sales managers. He put a little pressure on and I felt a little uncomfortable, but nothing overwhelming. Another guy, Tom (president or general manager) came over and introduced himself. They tried everything to get me to buy that Altima. Tom even went below his cost. I just didn't like the car and I wanted to think about it because it was a pretty big purchase.Those guys did what they had to do to try and make a sale...I don't blame them, it's tough in the showrooms right now with the economy being what it is. Even though they came across as a little pushy, I can honestly say I had a great time and if the Altima had a normal automatic LIKE EVERY OTHER CAR BRAND that I more than likely would've driven that home instead of a Camry SE.Trust me, even though I didn't buy, I'd send everyone I know there to buy a car. Whatever you do, make sure you see Andre.

Ok, I know car dealerships are places usually people HATE going to (especially when you HAVE to buy a car), but I've been to good dealerships (rare) from time to time. However, this experience was byfar the worse. During my visit there, Reggie, the sales person, barely gave me much time to look over the car that I was interested in. I had questions about the dents on the car that I was concerned of, but he basically blew if off by saying 'I don't know.' The test drive was awful, just down the street and back again (I was only allowed to make 1 right turn and then a left turn to head back to the dealship). The test drive was ridiculus.The whole sales pitching thing was extremely annoying, but completely by the book: they spotted me as a potential buyer, took my driver's license, and made me wait forever for practically no reason to drain my patience. I told them I was still shopping around (which is true!), and they absolutely refused to let me leave. Then they took me into a little room with the sales manager, Anthony, who was btw, a fucking a-hole, to negotiate a price. I guess it's the same old story. Overall, they basically ignored a lot of my questions and requests, and were totally just concertn with making a sale. MAIN part of my complaint:I usually wouldn't spend time writing up any reviews, but these guys pissed me off so much that I just had to. I agreed to buy a used Mazda3 for pretty cheap ($11.3k) from them during that visit. I put down a 500dollar deposit on the car so I can get some stuff ready before I make the real purchase. I called in the middle to check up on the car and see if they did the stuff I requested for (rotation, steering wheel adjustments), and they said 'The car is in GREAT shape, you're lucky to get this car'..etc, and everything seemed well. The evening before the day I was planning to go purchase and pick up the car, I called Woodbury to let them know. I talked with Reggie and asked about the car, and he said he has to go check up on the car, he doesn't know if it's there, and told me he would call back later, because he was too busy with customers in the store. Later at their closing time, I had to call back for Reggie, and Reggie told me the car that I wanted was GONE. He said the car was actually under a lease, and they had to return the car to the old dealership that owned the car. (This is pretty much BS. When they recieved the car, they could easily know if the car is under a lease or not by looking at the owner of the TITLE OF THE CAR.)So, I wasted an entire day when I could've been shopping around for other cars. Wasted an entire week getting stuff ready to buy the car. I wasted money on driving to the dealership, and I spent money for a couple days of useless insurance for that specific car. If they lost the car, couldn't they at least LET ME KNOW?! Couldn't they have just called me?I asked them to at least refund my deposit, and he said sure, 'definitely.' I waited around 4 business days for that refund before I had to call back. Reggie told me he's working on the paperwork 'as we speak' and I should see the refund back on my credit card statement tomorrow (another excuse for poor customer service). Next day, I did see something on my credit card statement. ANOTHER CHARGE FOR $500. This took stupid mistake another 2,3 days to resolve and I eventually did get my refund (of $1000 now) back. And finally, I was done with dealing with Woodbury.I am really furious about the treatment I recieved from Woodbury, but I'm just sharing my story with you. Hope my story would give you an idea of how shady they are and how bad the service is at Woodbury. I would not recommend this place, period.

I have leased my last two vehicles from this dealership. Love the sales staff and I am fairly confident that I am getting a good deal when I am there. However, with the last lease the dealership screwed up the paperwork and leased us an 05 and the paperwork said 04. I signed everything and then pointed this out. The sales manager came out and told me that the price quoted was for an 04 so we could go look at the 04 he had available or keep the 05 we picked out and pay another $50 a month. We went round and round and agreed on the $50 a month extra, but he through in a bunch of stuff, including a service contract to perform free oil changes and wheel rotations as long as the lease is. That leads me to the service department. I drop it off for one of the oil changes and tire rotations and go to work. My daughter has a friend drop her off to pick it up when it is finished. They make her pay for the oil change and rotation or she cannot take the van. This was the third time I had the van in under this contract, and I had told them about it when I dropped it off. We had to go through a bunch of people before someone would give us a refund, and then they would not give us it all back because they put windshield wiper fluid in for us (a $10 charge)!! I would recommend the place to buy a car, but look elsewhere for service.

Strange how this website only shows the negative stuff. These guys are not only professional, but they deal with you straight up.These people who seem to have a "big problem" with Woodbury Nissan need to get over it and maybe be a problem to another dealer. I would buy a car here anytime and I would recommend everyone to buy a car there.

I just got my car back from being serviced when I realized I was over charged. I had someone call in inquire about a price for the same service. They were quotes much cheaper. Roughly $70. I was misguided into getting a "special package" of rotation/balance/alignment for a discounted deal. I didn't even need alignment yet wasn't told you can get all of those services separate. They billed me for more hours than they could have possibly worked. The hours exceeded the time the car was in the shop. When called to confront these issues. Was scolded by the manager of service. While I was on the phone my check engine light appeared. My car is still under warranty. Not sure why I "need" all of these services. Seriously OVERCharged! Double check before you say yes to any service!!

I bought a 'certified' 2003 350z from these clowns. That is if certified means that they hide a huge windshield rock chip under the price tag, and a rear tire with an irrepairable leak, along with a bunch of other little things. Anyways, the price and negotiations worked out pretty fairly, but the service department and management is TERRIBLE. The sales and management team was anything but friendly and helpful. The whole time I was there I was wondering if buying a car from these assholes was a good idea. But it was a good deal, so I did it. :)While my car was in their care, they parked it out front in the CUSTOMER LOT next to a highway where a customer BACKED INTO IT. Although he paid for the damages, his insurance company wouldn't pay for the majority of the rental car Woodbury rented me in the meantime. 2 days before the car was done being repaired, Woodbury somehow called enterprise and removed themself from the invoice, so there was no liable party to bill. So yeah guess whose credit card ended up being charged the $600.They then refuse to reimburse me after having initially repeatedly telling me they were so sorry and would cover anything his insurance did not. I even talked to the General Manager of the dealership who informed me that "He wouldn't be General Manager if he gave everyone who bought a car there $600." And basically hung up on me.So if you are looking for yet another Nissan dealership that will lie and do whatever they can to get you to buy, and fights you every step of the way when it comes to customer satisfaction, go to Woodbury Nissan.

Found a used car at a great price- should have realized things would be a little rocky when I made numerous appointments and was promised that things would be ready and they were not. A few weeks after I bought the car I realized that my temp tags had expired and I hadn't gotten plates or registration. So I called- of course they had everything under control I would have it in a few days- oh and if a police officer stopped me- I was to give them a letter the dealer would send me in the mail stating that it wasn't my fault that the car wasn't registered (I asked DMV about this just to be sure- and they laughed and said no officer would honor a letter from a dealer about an unregistered vehicle). A week went by- I heard nothing. I called again- a few days went by- I heard nothing. I asked to speak to the general manager numerous times and amazingly enough- he never happened to be in no matter when or how often I called. Needless to say- lots of hassle- I had to hire an attorney because after a month and a half- I still didn't have tags or registration and I was getting married and moving across the country. I spent so many hours the week of my wedding with stress I did not need- one person at the dealership actually told me to just drive the car as-is across country and register it when I got to CO. As if I didn't pay for the tags already- or as if the state police in Nebraska or Kansas were going to believe that I didn't steal the car I was driving across state lines without title, tags, or registration. So what was the problem? Woodbury Nissan illegally sold me a vehicle that they did not have the title to. I had to hire an attorney the week of my wedding in order to get anything accomplished- they got to work because he knew that they had broken NJ law by selling me that car. If you are considering buying from them, please don't.
