We bought a brand new corolla from Colin- This was the best car buying experience we have had- Colin was informative, relaxed, and responsive to all our needs. The process was quick and Colin made us aware of all our options without being overly aggressive- As an ex car salesman I can tell you i have never seen anything like this before. I will buy all my toyotas here and would feel comfortable recommending this dealership to anyone. They make you feel good and seem to make your needs first- I almost cant believe I am this positive- Truly there "no bull" approach is evident and very satisfying for the buyer. Just purchased my third car from Wilsonville Toyota, and they once again went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Even knowing how good the experience could be, they still surprised me! We knew basically what we were looking for, but I didn't see it on the Wilsonville Toyota website. I expected the dealership to locate one for me, and I thought that because of the weekend, etc. I might be able to get the car within a day or two. Well, to my surprise, from the first phone call to Joey Ferranti to the time we were taking delivery of our new 2015 Prius was just over 7 1/2 hours. And this was on a Sunday! I'm sure this pace isn't typical, but I'm impressed that the whole dealership made the extra effort to make it happen for us. Call Joey Ferranti, and prepare yourself for a buying experience that will leave you feeling like a VIP. His knowledge of vehicles extends beyond specifications and statistics, and really considers other application factors such as how much you'll be driving the car, the type of driving you'll be doing most of the time, and how long you plan to keep the car/pay for it/etc. He is a true professional on many levels, and you'll quickly see that his main priority is to help you find the right car. As I said before, Wilsonville Toyota exceeded my expectations, and for this reason, I'm sure to be back for a 4th car from them one day.

WE CAME A\ND BOUGHT 2011 RAV 4 FOR THIS PLACE AND WE TOOK IT TO OUR MECH AND WE HAD 5 THINGS THAT NEED TO BE FIX. 1 WAS A LEEK FOR THE TIMING CHAIN COVER AND THEY TOLD US THAT THAT IS COMMON FOR THEY TO LEEK, WRONG, THEY LONG STORE SHORT, THEY WOULD NOT FIX ANYTHING, AND THE UP MANGER TOLD US OUR MECH. DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. SO I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM. THE SALEMAN WAS VERY GOOD BUT MANAGMENT DIDN'T CARE. SO BUYER BEWARE,

I found a vehicle on a web site and contacted wilsonville toyota on a wed. and made an appointment to view/testdrive it sat. at 2pm. received a confirmation email fri. and a phone call sat, two hours before my appointment confirming that I was still coming. We arrived 25 minutes early and saw the pick up being driven up to the front as we arrived, I thought they we're readying it for our appointment but as we approached it became obvious a salesman was showing it to another customer. when I voiced that i had a 2 o'clock appointment to see that vehicle the response was "too bad, I'm here at 1:30". Turns out it was a salesman selling it to his own parents, in spite of the fact that my name was even in the window with appointment time. The manager did buy me a tank of gas for my trouble and hour drive. I would never recomend anyone deal with wilsonville toyota ever!! they can not be trusted.

I have recently leased a 2016 Toyota Camry from Wilsonville Toyota and I have to say the service there is amazing. This was not my first time with this dealership. Back in March of 2014 I financed a 2013 Scion XB, Elliott Franzen was the salesman that helped me out. The first time I went to Wilsonville Toyota I explained to Elliott what I was trying to accomplish. We test drove a few cars and I settled on the XB. We worked out some number and it just wasnt in my budget at the time. About a month had passed and Elliott gave me a call to let me know that the XBs interest rate had dropped and that it would most likely be with in my budget. I went back to the dealership that weekend and me and Elliott worked out some numbers and we were able to make it happen. I really enjoyed working with Elliott, he was a really nice and helpful person. I didnt feel pressured or like he was just trying to make a buck. He genuinely cared about what I wanted and what would work best for my budget. Every time I had brought the Scion in for it service, if I ran in to Elliott he always greeted me by my name and asked how I was doing and if I was still satisfied with the Scion. That alone made me want to keep coming back. With as many customers as he helps a day, for him to remember my name and the car I drove plus the other conversations we had about random things was astonishing to me. Made me feel like he cared, like I wasnt just a commission check. After about a year and a half of owning the XB I decided it was time for something new so I gave Elliott a call. I told him what I was trying to accomplish and what I was looking for. He did some research and called me back, he told me what the best possible scenario for me would be. Later that day after work I went to the dealership to talk with him and go over everything. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. We ended up test driving a 2016 Camry, I loved it. We did all the paper work and Elliott made it happen. He was able to get me the Camry at a price I could afford. Not to mention he stayed late to make this happen. Any time someone tells me they are looking to get a car I tell them to go to Wilsonville Toyota and talk with Elliott Franzen. He is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with and I will continue to go to him and refer people to him as well. Also the servicing department is awesome. Always super friendly and easy to work with. Evan Bantin was great, very nice and helpful. Helped me get a shuttle ride home and back. All in all Wilsonville Toyota is the place to go if you want great customer service and friendly/knowledgeable salesmen.

I brought my Scion XB in for it's 15,000 mile service. Evan Bantin in the service department was extremely helpful and very friendly. John my shuttle driver was very friendly and a very safe driver. I also ran in to Elliott Franzen, the salesman that sold me my Scion a year and a half ago and he recognized me and made it a point to say hi and ask me how my Scion was treating me and if i was still happy with it. I was shocked that he remembered me from a year and a half ago, let alone what car i bought. It made me feel like he cared about me as a person and not just another customer. I will definable be purchasing my next vehicle from him and recommending him to all friends and family looking to buy a new car. Overall I received exceptional customer service and will be returning.

I am fairly new to the area and I tried another Toyota dealer for service but it just wasn't the quality Toyota Experience that I had been accustomed to as a long time Toyota owner so I looked elsewhere. Wilsonville Toyota lived up to the Toyota reputation with friendly, professional service. I like the accessibility of Sunday hours, the informative and courteous approach of the two service underwriters that greeted me, and the prompt service. When the maintenance work was completed, the underwriters explained what was done, and what was needed for my next appointment. I will definitely be back to Wilsonville Toyota for service, and, when I witnessed the way in which salespeople were engaging customers in the showroom, I'll probably buy my next Toyota there as well. While waiting, I looked around at the showroom and lot and ended up having a great conversation with Stephen Krepps, one of the salespeople. Great guy, very knowledgeable and personable. If anyone is reading this and wants a nice sales experience, seek him out.

This is my 5th car I bought from wilsonville Toyota and my sale guy Jason from Jamaica has always been the best sale guy to work with. He made sure that everything is done right the first time and that I am in and out without wasting time. The proses they got set up at that dealership is truly a NO BULL deal. This is the second car I have purchased from Wilsonville Toyota. I have purchased 5 total cars in my lifetime, the last two being from Wilsonville Toyota. There is a reason for this. It is a luxury to go through their sales process compared to the traditional process. One person helped me the whole time (Mike Lissman), there was no going back and forth between people, there was no "wheeling and dealing". Everything was up front and they delivered on all of their promises. Mike was very easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He handled all the paperwork from start to finish. I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours. I would recommend Wilsonville Toyota to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. My experience was outstanding. When people ask me about my car I talk more about the service I received than the car. Isaac was the BEST!!!!! I wouldnt even call him a salesman he went above and beyond his job. This was the best car experience Ive ever had.

From start to finish, Jenn & Josh made the daunting experience of buying a new car as pleasant and easy as could be. I also knew I was getting a great price, without a minute of haggling or responding to a million calls/emails over the internet with people I dont know. My car was totaled in a car accident, and I needed to find a car over the weekend, fast. I knew I wanted a Rav4, not sure about leasing or loan. I was referred to Josh Von Ruden, who is the sales manager at Wilsoville Toyota, by a dear friend. Both she and another friend had a great car buying experience with Josh. After visiting the Wilsonville Toyota website, I REALLY liked the no bull format of just knowing the lowest price, whether you were a dealer or customer or the President! I also so great reviews on this website so I knew I had more than just my friends word. Over the phone, Josh was so helpful, responsive, patient and kind in helping me determine if I should lease or buy, and in my situation, it turned out leasing is the best option, and I can always end up buying the car at the end, paying about $650 more than if I would have bought in on loan. I like the flexibility that allows! Anyway, we went to dealership on a Saturday. I loved feeling like we could walk in without being attacked by wolves - an experience I have had at other dealerships. The Wilsonville dealership was clean, fresh, friendly & lots of options to choose from and we LOVED our Customer Advocate Jenn Stevick, who helped our family of four test drive the different models of Rav4. I can honestly say she was truly the best advocate & along with Josh, she had the best customer service! Jenn answered every single question we had, and also never pressured us in any way to add something or buy up. Honestly, Jenn has the perfect personality for me to feel comfortable with (she sat in the back with the kids and answered my husbands tough questions!). She was so patient, honest, helpful - I cant say enough good things! Jenn went above and beyond in so many ways -- even meeting me at my sons basektball tournament the next day (30 min away from the dealership) so I could sign the papers and get my new car then next day, without missing one game! I am very happy with my 2014 Rav4 and also very happy the price, and my monthly payments. Both Josh and Jenn were so patient and knowledgable in helping me figuring out payments vs. cash down, and responded to me by text when I needed it by text, and phone when I needed it by phone. From the minute we entered the lot we were told exactly what to expect. And the did not hide anything, everything was upfront with no hidden meetings. They told us what the best price for the rig was and they gave us an honest and fair price for our trade. The whole sale was done in a very timely manner and we loved not having to go through multiple sales people to make the sale. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!!

THE BEST SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM EVER!!! Thank you to Savannah, Wesley, and Ali!!! This is our 3rd purchase with Wilsonville Toyota since 2008. We continue to have "top shelf" service PERIOD. I only wish you sold every type of vehicle on the planet then we wouldn't have to deal with anyone else. This was a rough go for us. Timing (recent refi on house, other new car purchase) Wesley. Savannah and Ali were able to work with us from start to finish. Savannah helped us find and point out all vehicles (FJ's in this case) of interest and even sent individual video walk-through of each (unrequested) and went above and beyond her call of duty. Wesley was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He listened to all of our concerns and worked to help us meet the financing we requested (TFS), get the vehicle we wanted, with payments we wanted, as well as order all of the custom parts we wanted to add as well. Our relationship with Ali and her customer first attitude has always been a huge help in scheduling and service (She is the anchor of the team for sure) I look forward to being a part of the Wilsonville family again. Best dealership I have been to by far! Their "No Bull" pricing makes car shopping enjoyable, and you will not get a bad deal. I traded in a 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX, and Wilsonville Toyota was able to give me more for my trade-in than the Subaru dealerships! Also i got a new Toyota Camry SE Sport for over $5,000 off MSRP! As it turns out they had an incorrect discount applied to the car on the website, but because it was their mistake they ended up honoring the internet price. Amazing service by all involved. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a Toyota or Scion. Hassle free, and great service. Thanks!

Toyota Wilsonville is the best dealer I've been so far. The overall staff is very friendly. I was very happy with my experience at Toyota. SEAN DAY is the best person to approach to. He made me feel like I'm home with the service he gave. He really helped me to get the car that I wanted with the best possible deal I could get. He walked me throughout the process with honesty. The experienced was hassle-free. I am just so thankful that I came across SEAN DAY because without his help I would never get the car of my dream. I highly recommend Wilsonville Toyota, they for real give you no bull price and service. Just try it, and if you can look for SEAN DAY, that would be awesome. Thumbs up to this guy. This was my first car purchase; I was looking for a great price and a hassle free dealership. I started by exchanging emails with Savannah about the Scion XD I had been looking at online. She was great about getting back to me within the same day. Once at the dealership Boyce introduced my boyfriend and I to Wesley, who would be handling my visit from START TO FINISH. First he showed us around the show room and explained how they work over at Wilsonville Toyota. He was very friendly and personable. Then took us out to the car, explained all the features and we took her on a test drive. I loved how it drove and the interior was just what I was looking for. We then started the paperwork process back at the dealership. He was very thorough when explaining all the warranties and extras that you can purchase with a "new" car. I felt like this was the perfect car and place to purchase from. My visit was the best I have experience at any dealership I have been to in my process of searching for the right new-used car. I also missed a signature in my paperwork and Wesley met me on my side of town for the signature, I call that great customer service. I also and in the customer service industry and I really appreciated how they treated me at Wilsonville Toyota-Scion. I have already told my clients if they are in the market for a new car to check out this dealership and I will be handing them Wesley's card. Thank you for a great time and a great car.

After some dissatisfaction over the initial buying experience, the management team has apologized and offered a remedy to the situation. Wilsonville Toyota takes it's customer satisfaction very seriously and I appreciate that. The prices are good and the staff is excellent.

We are return customers to Wilsonville Toyota. This time we worked with Steven Bailey and he was great. We told him what we were looking for, which wasn't available on the lot, but he showed us similar vehicles, explained that the vehicle we were looking for was being delivered. My wife wanted a white Camry Hybrid, so Steven found exact car she wanted at another dealership and had it sent to Wilsonville Toyota for us to purchase. When we arrived to pick it up, he made sure to explain all the features, how to work them and synced our phones to Entune so she could fully enjoy her first ride in her new car. Thanks Steven.

After getting the run around at other dealerships and/or financial institutions, I had almost settled on a car that wasn't what I really wanted, and the financing wasn't what I really wanted. At the last minute we stopped into Wilsonville Toyota, and I told Joey what I wanted in a car and how I wanted to finance it, and what I wanted to pay. He showed me a picture of a Prius and printed out five different financing options. While he went and got the car, my partner and I picked the financing which was exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. When Joey pulled up in the car, I took one look and was in love. It was the color I wanted, had more extras than I had hoped for and only had 3 miles on it when I got in to take a test drive. By stopping at Wilsonville Toyota, I not only didn't buy a car I didn't want, I also ended up buying a 2013 Prius with more extras than I expected for the same price (or close enough to) as I was going to pay of a used car that wasn't what I wanted. Joey made it so easy. I love my car. If I ever buy another car, Wilsonville Toyota will be my first stop.

While having my car in for routine service, I decided to look at new cars. I met Greg McMillin who showed me the new Camry's and Corollas. He told me that the 2013 Prius Hybrid was the best deal on the lot at the time so I took a look at it. The more he talked the more impressed I was. We went for a test drive and I was sold. Greg knew the answers to all of my questions. There was no pressure, he simply stated the facts and let me make up my own mind. I drove home in a new Prius Hybrid and could not be happier with the car or with Greg. Greg was fun to deal with and made the whole experience a pleasure. Anyone who wants to buy a Toyota - new or used - should see Greg McMillin at Wilsonville Toyota!

I walked in with a blank check from my financing company to write in the amount of my purchase, however they insisted they could get me a better deal than what I already had. They wasted so much of my time trying to go through other companies that I was literally in tears by the time it was all said and done. I spent a good portion of a day trying to call and talk to a manager and was told one was not available and that someone would call me back and no one did! I had other finance companies trying to call my work to verify employment and calling my friends for references, it was horrible. I wondered why a place would do this and someone told me they make more money off deals if they finance you thru their people instead of using what you already have! Then it all made sense, but they lost an otherwise happy customer by doing business this way.

I had the pleasure of working with two exceptional customer advocates at the dealership. Both were professional, knowledgeable of their products, honest, and a delight to work with. Our situation required some unusual logistical and legal procedures to follow and they handled it perfectly. Both Rochelle Papajack and Billy Yi, were great, I would recommend them to anyone who wants a "pro" that will lead you through the process and cover all the bases to insure that you are happy with your purchase. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I took my car into Toyota Wilsonville to get my Corolla tuned up. My air conditioner was not blowing cold air, the headlight was going on and off and I had a flat tire. I dropped my car off at 8:45am and was told that the car would be ready by 5:00pm. I got a call at 3:30pm and talked to a sales guy that price quoted me $540 for all repairs. I thought that it seemed high but knew that I needed the car fixed as soon as possible. After I got home my husband got online and looked up the cost for the parts that they used. The air conditioner relay that they replaced cost me $74.30. This part can be purchased from any auto parts store for $7.99!!! I am shocked at how much they mark up their auto parts. I strongly recommend NOT taking your car here for repairs!

The one thing I hate to do the most is to buy a auto, I was not looking foward to buying a vech, but was force to due soo, due to and auto accendent , My credit was not too good but they got me a reasonable rate I could live with , I was not pressured into buying some thing I didnt want or could not aford. I had to give my next vech alot of thought, that would fit my needs. i did buy a used toyota prerunner doublecab, it was a fair price, I looked on the internet and serch pricing, and found out it was a fair price for the milage it had. I didnt buy the truck the same day, I told them sutuation I was in, and they held the trk for few days for me, I was surprize they Keep To Their Word, that is something hard to find this days. Iam 51 Years old and I will drive a vech for at least 15 years or so. Iam not the persons that buy a auto every couple of years, I told you I hate buying autos, but if I had to buy one again i would difinly go back to willsonville Toyota to buy a auto again, O Yea they are the no Bull Dearler.

I needed to have the clutch replaced on my older 4runner. I had moved from California a year ago and had not found a new repair shop. The shop I used in California was a Toyota certified shop and only ever used Toyota parts, no aftermarket parts here! I wanted to make sure that only Toyota parts were put into the car and was having a hard time finding a repair shop that would do that. Ally was so helpful in getting me scheduled and my clutch replaced and making sure that everything went smoothly! It costed me more than it would have if I had gone to one of those other shops out there but at least I know that there are Toyota parts and the work was done by people who are working exclusively on Toyotas all day long.

We have dealt with another Toyota dealership in Portland before, but never had made it to Wilsonville Toyota yet. This past December our lease was up, and they had the best prices around, which brought us in to check them out. But after our experience with our salesman Jim Cimfl, I think I would have a hard time dealing with anyone else buying a new car. Jim is a genuinely nice guy, making you feel so at ease and almost like you have knew him for years. We had such a great experience with Jim when our lease was up and finding a new Rav4. When it came time to buy a car to replace our 92 Ford Escort a few months later, initially we went to Dodge to buy a Dodge Dart because of the great deals they had been advertising. Let me say that within the first 5 minutes, I was already disappointed in Dodge's customer service and lack of knowledge about the vehicle. It took about an hour and a half just to get a quote on a sheet of paper, and even then Dodge said they wouldn't honor it because it wasn't specific to a certain model, and then we had to suffer through salesman's tactics trying to upsell other models that I didn't want. When I asked about the models they advertised, they said they didn't have any because people don't want to buy them. After the sour taste that Dodge put in our mouth, the only thing we wanted to do was call Jim Cimfl at Wilsonville Toyota and see what they had for the same price range. Okay, it took Dodge 1-1/2 hours to give us a quote on paper, all this time trying to keep our 8 month old baby and 2-1/2 year old son from getting cranky. Any parent knows that this is very stressful situation. On the flip side, my wife called Jim to see what he had available, and he called us back with pricing on their Corolla's for the same price range that we asked, within 5 minutes. 5 MINUTES! We drove down to Wilsonville Toyota next, and Jim was there to greet us. You know what he did as soon as we got there? He asked how the kids were doing, and got our son a fruit snack and a little juice box. How does this relate to selling a car? That's right, it doesn't. Jim was genuinely concerned about how we were doing, and when we were ready, we could look at some cars. We now have a new standard of car salesmanship with Jim, and it will be a tough one to break.
