Purchased my 3d car from Wilson ford. Awesome service. Chris Olsen was our salesman, he did a great job adapting to our needs. Do to our crazy schedule we did everything over the phone and email, when the day came to pick up our new car it was ready and waiting along with needed paperwork. We were in and out with in an hour!!!!!. Wilson Motor is the new standard in buying cars . Great job guys!

I found the truck I wanted thru an online ad. Spoke with Troy at Wilson Motors in Logan Utah (used cars). The dealership and Troy have a straight forward approach, no games. I felt comfortable committing to a 1000 mile round trip to see and possibly purchase the truck. Wilson motors assisted with the directions, helped with a nice place to stay the night and met me at the dealership on time in the morning. Staff is very friendly and honest. I traded my truck in and was driving home in my new (to me) truck in about an hour. Quick and friendly. After sales support has been awesome, I wont go into detail but they went above and beyond to assist me with the new registration and title.

My husband and I recently bought a new Nissan Altima from Tanner and he was great to work with! We never once felt pressured into buying the car, which I really appreciate. Tanner was laid back and he answered all of our questions. We traded our older Altima in and we feel like Tanner helped us get the best deal and take advantage of the most dealer incentives available. Skylar helped us with the final paperwork and he was also great to work with. Professional and friendly. The car buying process was very easy and smooth thanks to Tanner and Skylar. We went looking at cars on Memorial Day. Awful experience - rude salesmen, bad cars, Canadian auction cars etc etc. I started looking on-line and found a used SUV at Wilson's. I sent an inquiry and Joseph Jensen contacted with some info very promptly. I made arrangements to go up to Logan from Coalville- about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I was dreading showing up for the old bait and switch. We arrived at the dealership and Joseph came out to greet us in the parking lot. He had the car there and ready to go. A great test drive later, we sat down to negotiate. It took all of 5 minutes. He priced the vehicle better than anywhere else. And it was a certified preowned with a warranty. We agree, some very short paperwork, and we were driving the car home 2 hours after we got there. This dealership was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend Wilson and Joseph Jensen. It was done the way it should be.

After my brand new pathfinder had been totaled I was dreading going to another dealership to be pushed into buying something again. So, I was looking for stuff online and filled out a questionnaire and within 30 seconds people started calling me. Luckily, the first call that came through was Joseph from Wilson Motors. He asked me if I wanted to buy a car and I replied yes. From that point on he made it the process so easy and he brought the car 30 miles from Logan for me to inspect. I am so lucky that he was the first person to talk to me on the phone because he presented himself in a much more professional manner than the other salesman. This was by far the best experience I had when buying a car and I highly recommend this dealership.

After negotiations and 1.5 hour drive to the dealership the 2015 vehicle was dirty and had broken pieces of the bumper. It was evident the vehicle had been in an front end accident and had gotten a patch job but they tried to pass it as in perfect condition. Literally a patch job because it had glue holding the front grill. Then they didn't want to renegotiate after the new facts of the vehicle were discovered. Total disappointment. D- Dealership.

I recently bought a used Infinity from Wilson Motor Company in Logan, Utah. The price was so good it was worth the drive from South Jordan. Couldnt find anything competitive in Salt Lake. Joseph, our salesman, was friendly and not at all pushy. Taking the car up Logan Canyon for a test drive was perfect. The financing department was also friendly and not pushy about extras I wasnt interested in. Find what you want online, and make the extra drive to Logan. Well worth the drive.

Buying a car here was a pretty decent experience. They were somewhat willing to work with me on the price. The facilities aren't the nicest, but that's not what really matters. I was disappointed to find that my vehicle was out of alignment and needed a new air filter as soon as I bought it. They had lead me to believe that their thorough inspection had taken care of everything and that it was in tip top shape. After a bit of haggling they did take care of those expenses for me, but still I had the expectation that those things would be taken care of.

The whole process took less time than we expected and the staff worked extremely hard to get us the payment, rates and results we needed. We wound up with an excellent car that was right within our price range. The only complaint I have is that the moment we got in the car and tried to play cds to try out the music system more in depth, we realized that the 5 disc cd player and all of the cigarette lighter power units do not work to charge our devices. This is something small that I wish we could have known about, as it will be a fix that is unnecessary and unexpected to fully enjoy our vehicle. I know this is something that isn't exactly important to the car's function, but to us it's important, and it worries me that the first thing we try out in the vehicle didn't even work. But overall, our experience was still well-deserving of 4-stars and I will definitely recommend Wilson's to friends.

These guys are the best! Since we live in Utah county we normally would not have traveled this far to purchase a car. But I contacted a few dealer near us and no one really seemed to interested in helping us (since my credit is not perfect). my father purchased his Nissan from Wilson and suggested I contact them. I talked to Erin first on a Monday. She emailed me a few cars and my wife and I went on there site. We found lots of new and used inventory and found some we were very excited about. Erin asked if she could try and get us financed proir to driving up to test drive. We gave her all our info and she was able to get us pre approved! Witch was awesome because we lived so far away! When we arrived on Saturday Nate had some cars ready for us to test drive and look over. We drove 3 cars a Nissan rouge a Nissan Juke and a Chevy Equinox. We decided on the Equinox. We were very surprised how easy financing was from that point. I Will never buy a car or truck from anywhere else ever again we are customers for life! O and the drive well worth it and Nate even recommended an awesome restaurant for our Valentines Dinner! Best car buying experience of my life from my first call to Erin to driving away in our new car! THANKS WILSON!

My car was purchased new in 2002 from Wilson's. I have taken it to their service department for maintenance and repairs for 11 years. Their customer service is fantastic and every time I go in I feel like they know and value me. There have been times where there were some "repairs" that didn't necessarily have to be done right at that time and I appreciate their honesty in letting me know what needed to be done right away and what could wait. As a singe mom I am grateful for that especially when I don't have the money to pay for everything all at once. I am so glad to have somewhere to take my car and trust that I am getting the best service on my vehicle and I know they have the best customer service for sure as it has been proven over the years. Nate Romrell contacted me by e-mail and then called. He was very helpful, trying to help me choose the vehicle that was right for me. When I did stop by the dealership Nate was busy with another customer and Tony Christensen{ who was there on his day off} took care of me on that visit and all future visits. Tony took time to answer all my questions, and was extremely patient while I made up my mind. I wanted a Nissan Pathfinder but hadn't totally convinced my husband. Tony checked back with me after a couple weeks to see if we'd found a car. He had quoted us the lowest price we could find on a 2014 Pathfinder. He spent countless hours finding a Pathfinder with the options and color I wanted, that same day Wilson's received a shipment with the exact one I wanted. Tony called to let me know and within a couple hours we were signing the paperwork. I call it fate and can't thank Tony, Nate, and all the staff at Wilson Motors for their honest, no games approach to selling me a car .

I own a 2009 Escape Hybrid that can only be repaired at a dealership. I took it to Wilson Motor Company. The, check braking system light, had come on. My brakes worked on and off. They told me the whole Brake System had to be replaced at a cost of $900.00. When they replaced the brake system, it wouldn't work, they said because the module was shorting it out. The cost? $1,100.00. They called me saying it was done. I went to pick it up only to have check lights coming on all over the dash. They rudely responded when I went in to tell them not only was the check braking system light on but a whole host of others. They assured me they had driven it all over and the brakes were just fine and no lights were on. When they came to look for themselves, they abruptly said, "We just need to push the reset button. It will only take a minute." Later they said the module needed to be programmed. I had paid $2,400.00 and no one in the garage knew that a module needed to be programmed. I would have driven a car that who knows how many parts were effected by that module could have been very dangerous. Later they said that the program they had been using on my car was outdated and they needed the latest version. At this point I called Ford Motor Company stating that I believe the repair department at Wilson Motor Company did not know what they were doing. They then connected with Wilson, the car was fixed, and no lights came on. There is so much more to this experience but I believe they replaced outrageously expensive parts that didn't need to be replaced. As it turned out the new parts were not working until they did a bit of wire jiggling. They are not fair, honest, qualified. They are rude, at every turn. I did not trust that my car was "fixed" by this garage. What a nighmare!!!

I bought a sentra from nate at Wilson motor, and had such a good experience. They took care of a small warranty issue that came up the next year, without any hassles. We were so happy that when the time came to get a car for my wife, we went straight there. Both cars (a sentra and a versa) have been excellent vehicles. When the time comes to buy again, we will definitely be going back.

I've purchased two cars from Wilsons Motor in the last few years - a sentra and a versa. Both times I had a great experience from the first test drive, to driving it off the lot. Each time, I shopped around and test drove at a lot of places, but I kept coming back to Wilson. They had the perfect car for my family. Our next car will probably be purchased from Wilson as well. I definitely recommend them!

I have had several experiences with Wilson Motor over the last few years. Mostly with the service of my F150. I was always impressed that it was washed and clean after every oil change or repair. When it came time to look into selling my truck and buying a car for commuting purposes, I checked around town. I had a few cars in mind and was basically checking around for the better deal. I feel like not only did I get a great deal on a car from Wilson, but they found they found the exact car I wanted for my needs, and they gave me a very fair price on my truck that I had loved for so many years. The sales staff wasnt pushy or desperate, they were helpful and offered very objective opinions about the cars I was considering. I look forward to doing business with Wilson Motor for years to come both with purchases and service.

I live in Salt Lake and I had heard from friends that Wilson Motor in Logan, about 75miles away, was a great place to buy a car. I called and talked with Nate Wilson. He took care of all the details and questions I had about a new lease and within 24hours my credit application was completed and my car was detailed perfectly, and they even sent someone to Salt Lake to pick me up so I did not have to have someone bring me up to Logan. We I arrived at Wilson Motors, Darla was waiting with the paper work completed and I was on the road to Salt Lake within 20minutes. These folks are fantastic and I am referring all my friends and family to them. Thanks to all of them.!!!!

a friend referred me to Wilson, for a Nissan Lease replacing my 2004 Marano. I contacted the office and asked that a sales rep call me at a specified time. Nate Wilson returned my call as requested and was immediately ready to help me. Because of his clear and complete information I knew what was available and how much it would cost me before the call ended. I was directed to the online credit application and as soon as the application was completed and submitted I got a call from Darla Bentley, office manager, making sure all the info was correct. An hour later Nate called and I was told I could pick up the car any time I wanted to! I am in Salt Lake and would have to wait until a friend could drive me to Logan later in the evening. When I told Nate that he said that they would have an employee pick me up.. Wow, service beyond belief!. Gary picked me up about 2pm and I was driving home from Logan by 4pm.. Darla and Nate had all the paper work ready and the car was/is perfect for me. The detailing was amazing. All aspects of this dealership are sterling and I will make sure all my friends know about Wilson Auto. Thanks you guys!!!

We drove up to Wilson's from Ogden to look at a truck we found her on Cars.com. It was off the lot. The used car manager was using it his vehicle. He had loaned it out for the day as a customer service loaner. I just found it interesting they would let the manager drive and loan out the nicest used truck they had in that model. We did purchase the truck, because it had the main features we were looking for, and they did hook us up with factory running boards. They could have done a better job of detailing the the truck, vacuuming inside and the wash job appeared to be just a rinse. My wife went to pick it up. I think I would have insisted in a better job.

I was interested in a new F150 with unique specifications. The salesman at Wilson was most accomodating to help me find one equiped just how I wanted. I drove up from Salt Lake and was in and out with no pressure for add-ons or extras. I spent less time closing the deal than I usually spend just getting a price out of most salesmen. It was definately a good experience and I would go back here again, even though it was an hour more out of my way.

These people at this dealership were kind and friendly and not PUSHY at all and made car buying a good experiences. Zach was very helpful on the Phone, Wayne was very nice and helpful about showing us the car, Victor was very helpful on getting us the price we wanted and Amy was sweet and help us go over all our paper we had to sign and explained it to us and answer all our questions!! They got me out the door under the price I wanted and the car I've been dreaming about!!! Thanks guys
