I worked with Steward/salesman and Rodney/Manager. These two gentlemen went well out of their way to g et my deal done. I spent 20 years in the military and have purchased cars in several states. I have never had such a pleasant buying experience. I would return to Willis Ford in a heartbeat.

This was the best buying experience I have ever had. I could not have asked for more when it came to customer experience from the salesman Paul , to the wrap up of signing the paperwork in the office with Dan. The management is top notch. They worked a deal I can afford and I did not feel pressured! Everyone was pleasant and answered my questions, smiled and said "Hello" when I entered the building. If you want a new or used car this is the place I would suggest you check out. They would do you well as they have me!! I will definitely go back for another vehicle!!

I was recently in the market for a new car and didn't know where to start. I have bad credit and I didn't want to use a buy here pay here place. A friend recommended Willis Ford. I gave them a try. An hour later, I was driving home in my new Fusion! Love my car! I will recommend them to my friends and family. I will be back to see them again!

This is my second time buying a car from Willis Ford. I traded my Ford Focus in for a Ford C-Max hybrid. The car has so much technology in it, I was afraid to touch anything. But their Sales Consultant, Sarah Merriman, showed me how to work everything and invited me to come back if I need some more time learning the features. Everytime I go in there they make me feel like I am part of the family. Not only do I buy from Willis Ford, I service all my cars there too. I have recommend them to a few friends. They definitely have a customer for life.

We're from NH. We were driving through Delaware when we got a flat tire at 6:00 PM. We were towed to Willis Ford where our car and keys were dropped off. The next morning, we called at 7:30 and were told they were very busy and they didn't know when they could get to our car. We called several times and explained our situation. Each time we were told the same time. At 10:30, I called again and was told our car was the next one in. At 11:00, they called us and told us we needed a new tire and that they had to order it. It would take 2 to 3 hours. Finally at 1:00, they said our car was ready. That took 5 1/2 hours. (We didn't realize the Ford CMax didn't have a spare tire. If it had, my husband would have changed it in 30 minutes.). When we got home, and we checked Willis Ford website, they advertise a "Quick Lane Tire Service". They should not be allowed to advertise that.

I went to Willis ford in Smyrna because my family goes there and I know they have a great selection of cars. The staff was so friendly and my car dealer Sarah Merriman was amazing! She did everything in her power to get me in a vehicle that fit both my style and budget. I walked in with the thought of looking and without pressure I left in a brand new 2014 foes fusion that I am very happy to own. Everyone in the dealership were so helpful and on top of there game from me walking in and driving out in my new vehicle. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to purchase from Willis ford in Smryna, De in the future.

I never thought it was possible to have a favorable care buying experience and to be honest i hate going though the process. I just bought a ford 150 from Willis Ford after already walking out of another dealership and had made easy. They have set new standards for other dealers to follow. I can't say enough about how easy it was.

I bought my F-150 at Willis Ford in Smyrna and have had aawesome experience ever since. My wife and daughter have both come back to buy cars! The staff has bent over backwards to see that me and my family are taken care of. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

I will no longer buy a vehicle at any other location then willis ford. No service is better than theirs! I new what vehicle I wanted but I didn't think I had enough credit to get approved. Santosh from Willis ford took his time and pointed me into the right direction with a better vehicle with more accessories. Due to the traffic it took longer then I expected to get there. The sales representative Frank made me feel at ease and situated all the paper work over the phone. Talk about great service, my new car was parked ready to go and all paper work was filled out all I needed to do was sign. Talk about efficient, at no point Frank rushed. He explained everything to me and when inside the car he was very patient as well! The overall experience was worth the four hour drive and not everyday do you feel appreciated. Willis ford made me feel appreciated, comfortable and like family.

Well I first met Nick Caputo when my son went to purchase his first new car. He worked very well with my son the first time car buyer and explained everything of the process in full detail and we left very happy and now proud owners of a 2013 Ford Focus. My son really is happy with his car and has been bugging me to trade in my 2011 Mazda 3 which I was fairly happy with and was unsure about getting rid of it. So when I seen the ads for the Memorial Day sales Ford was offering I put in a call to Nick and he set up an appointment with me. When I arrived I had already view their inventory online and knew what I was looking for but guess what that car had sold but Nick was great in finding the next best thing but actually it's better I love my new car its great everything I was loking for it's a joy to drive. I purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion. But before we could even close the deal we were making another one aweseome cars. LOVING THEM BOTH - actually all 3. Nick Caputo has all my business now he was great and address my every question which there where alot of as you can imagine. While we where there my son had his car serviced in 30 mins all is well fast and great drive in service no appointment. I am definitly a fan of Willis Ford and Nick Caputo and Nick ( in Finance) and Sarah Merriman (sync specialist) trading in our 2002 Ford Mustang on a 2014 Ford Mustang now we have matching cars. No one could imagine going in for one car and leaving with 2 brand new thanks to all of you.

They advertised a car with 53,000 miles on it. When I drove 50 miles to look at it, it had 89,000 miles on it. They even confirmed on phone that it had 53k. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALER!!! Then when I called them out on it, they put the blame on me...said they are not responsible for third party web sites.
