The service writer...not sure of her name was knowledgeable and efficient. Since I was waiting, the work was done in a timely manner. I know this seems weird but the cleanliness of this dealership was remarkable. I had to use the restroom and I thought "I wonder if I can get their people to clean my house?"

Just picked up my 2021 corvette. They (especially Jerry Bryant)have been extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend this place. I will never buy another Chevrolet anywhere else. In fact I am going to order a new Tahoe in a year or so. Can’t say enough good things about this dealership. If you are in the market for a new Chevrolet do yourself a big favor, skip the others, and go to Wild West Chevrolet.

Took the vehicle to your dealership three times to fix a problem (3/hour round trip each time) only to wait another 3-hours to find you were unable to resolve the problem. Took the vehicle to another dealership in Carson City and they had the problem fixed in 10 minutes without having to replace any parts or tear the truck down ... was a simple vehicle settings change. Problem all solved now .... looks like your service department needs some help!

My husband and I were on a 2 week vacation. Our car broke down and stranded us near Lee Vining, CA. Wild West Chevrolet was the closest dealership so we had our Impala towed the 90 or so miles at 9:30pm. We spoke to Alfredo first thing the next morning (which was Friday). By noon he informed us that we needed a new transmission and he had to order it from Reno. The finance department helped us figure out how to pay for this, as it was not in our vacation budget. Alfredo kept us informed and fortunately we were back on the road by 5:00pm Saturday. Everyone we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Despite the stressful situation, everyone made this as pleasant experience as possible.

I have had the pleasure of buying multiple vehicles from Wild West. The experiences I have had are unlike any other dealership I have dealt with. I will keep coming back, time and time again! The service,from start to finish, is fantastic and I have never felt any pressure. It's a pleasure to buy a new car from them! No matter the distance (my number is 2243) I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They make the trip worthwhile!

He kept me up to date on the status of my Tahoe throughout the ordering process. They picked us up in Reno and brought us to Yerington so we didn't have to drive another vehicle home. I walked away knowing I got a great price, a great vehicle, and excellent customer service. I will continue to buy Chevy's from them long into the future and I highly recommend going with Wild West. It was well worth the 82 miles from Sparks, NV to get my Tahoe.

Jerry was the one that had contacted me so I came down to the dealership and dealt with a salesmen by the name of Shane who listened to what I want and found the perfect Jeep Wrangler for me! I live in Reno and even though it is about an hour and a half to drive down to Wild West, it is beyond worth it! Michael was my salesman and he did everything in his power to make sure I got exactly what I wanted in a car that was in my budget as well. Once I decided that I wanted the car, Ashlee (the financial director) was the worlds biggest sweetheart with making sure that my interest rate wasn't too high and that I understood every tiny detail of the paperwork I needed to sign. To top it off, everyone at the dealership in general goes above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable (asking me if I needed a beverage, that sort of thing). It may be a little bit out of the way. But this road trip is definitely worth it to get taken care of the way every customer should.

Mike Patty Pattersons customer service was 110% plus. Patty took the whole experience to a level we have never experienced. This was by far the best experience we have ever had in buying a new vehicle. He worked every issue that came up in the process of buying the truck and anticipated everything else we would encounter. There was no hard sell on his part, he made the whole experience first class. During our search for a truck we dealt with several other Chevrolet dealers. All of them except Patty tried to find what we were looking for, but we felt like their response was "we don't have the time to put into this search". In fact the response of the other dealers was that there are other customers out there that we can be doing business with why should we work hard to find the vehicle you want. Chevrolet would be well served to use Patty as a model on how salespeople should work. During the delivery process, Patty again exceeded expectations. He spent quite a bit of time with us, going over every aspect of the vehicle and its use, down to pairing up our phones! He also helped us set up after market items e.g. truck bed liner. Patty should be highly commended for his incredible service. In our opinion he is "Best in Class".

Worked with Shane at Wild West Chevrolet and he made the process very enjoyable. Contacted Wild West with terms that needed to be met to make a deal and they reached back to me in a timely matter with a better deal than I asked. Shane had my paperwork all dialed in so when I got to the dealership everything was ready to go. Go no where else for a new Chevrolet and ask for Shane.

At last, a dealership that makes the buying process easy with no hassles, games or drama. Mike "Patty" Patterson was great to work with, easy going and no pressure. I got a great price on my new Silverado and fair value for my trade-in. No annoying add-ons. Staff are friendly and helpful. My wife and I recently purchased a new Chevrolet, Silverado. This was by far our most pleasant car buying experience. We felt no stress or doubt regarding the transaction. Our salesman "Patty", listened to our needs, and was very easy to work with. Purchasing a new vehicle is a major expense; especially in a time when we worry for the overall economy of our Country. Monday June 17th.2013 we called wild west to inquire about a pick-up we were dealing on at micheal hohl in Carson city. Patty answered the phone and answered our questions as to comparison shopping from carson city. He informed us that he indeed could beat the price.so we made the 50 mile trip out to yearington. We were very surprised that we found the truck with a lot more options than micheal hohl was offering $5200.00 less. We must say that the service was very pleasant! No pressure and felt like they really appreciated us for the effort we took on our part. We also went back Fri. june 21st. to get something put on our new pick-up. The service was beyond wonderfull!!They treated us like we were the only customer in their service department. WHY ANYBODY WOULD DEAL WITH MICHEAL HOHL WHEN THE SHORT DRIVE TO WILD WEST IS SO PLEASANT WE WILL NEVER KNOW .KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK WILD WEST!!!

I hate buying vehicles, hate it! I found the vehicle I was looking for and filled out an online info form for Wild West Chevrolet and was contacted by 'Patty' (Mike Patterson) in roughly 20-30 minutes (impressed). We chatted about the vehicle and I made arrangements to come test drive it. Actually I had a few questions about financing that he needed to get info on and he called me back after finding the answers I was looking for. I drove the vehicle on a Friday afternoon and we discussed price, I was very clear that I will not purchase something on an impulse, that I need to sleep on it. Patty did not pressure me, just gave me the info and said he would be in touch regarding the interest rate after running my credit. Well he called as we drove back home after the test drive, everything came in where I wanted it and I agreed that I would call him in the morning which I did. I arrived at the dealership about quarter to ten in the morning on a Saturday and was out of there by eleven thirty. I didn't even realize that the deal included a full tank of fuel! Customer Service and Buying Process is TOP NOTCH!! Facilities, I gave four stars ONLY because it's a small town dealership so it's also a small facility, the deals are done basically right in the showroom so I was a little put off with personal information being discussed out in the open however there wasn't many people there at the time (Patty stayed after closing to work on the 'numbers' for me). This was a fantastic experience and I will be doing more business with Patty at Wild West Chevrolet in the future!

We have been in the market for a new Chevy Tahoe for about 6 months now. We went to many dealerships all over Nevada,California and Idaho looking for great service and prices. We ended our search at Wild West Chevrolet. Who knew that everything we were looking for was essentially in our back yard! Shane worked very hard to get us the car we wanted! The customer service is excellent. In past experiences at dealerships, if you we're just "looking" they did everything in their power to get you to "buy". Not the case at Wild West. They are COMPLETELY no pressure and not because they don't want your business but because they know that it can be stressful. They have faith in their product and let it speak for itself. I will return to Wild West for all of my future car and truck purchases. Well worth the hour drive outside of Reno to have a worry and hassle free experience that is for sure! I love that Shane takes you through the dealership and introduces you to the service department so that if you need them you know who hey are! Like I said I have purchased cars and visited A LOT of dealerships in my day and Wild West is the best! I am very very confident in saying that!

April 22nd I purchsed a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. My past experiences dealing with a dealership was less than positive i.e., the amount of time spent there. Although there a few hours it was a much shorter time than I've previously experienced. "Patty" Patterson and George Young were very attentive and searched all options to make the purchase (lease) the most affordable. I appreciate their kindness and effort. He was knowledgeable, patient, helpful, considerate, timely, and willing to go that extra mile to ensure we would be happy with our new vehicle and the entire buying experience. He ensures that his customers needs are his number one priority and he truly goes out of his way to answer questions. Our finance person, Ashlee Lindberg, was equally kind and considerate. She ensured that the paperwork was handled correctly and quickly with a competitive finance rate. We have been pricing trucks everywhere and were so glad to find Wild West. They are so wonderful to deal with and realy care about pleasing the customer. They do not force anything on you, but most of all, they are honest and there to help the customer, NOT themselves. Ashlee was such a pleasure to work with and was so willing to search for unknown questions to complete the process of buying. She was upfront and honest! This experience was my third time buying a vehicle from Wild West. Each and every time we go to Wild West we are treated with great customer service and hospitality. We will not go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. Shane Martin helped use immensely. He was very professional and listened to our needs. I had a tall order to fill but the Lindberg family came thru for me ! I was looking for a 2010-2011 3/4 ton,long bed,crew cab,4x4 ,white paint with 16 inch tires. Tony Lindberg went all out and found EXACTLY what I was looking for ! Super pickup ! Tony and Ashley handled all my financing and took my trade in. No hassles,great experience ! Have purchased both our current cars from Don. He found me exactly the Cadillac I wanted, a beautiful red CTS and my husband opted for a Chevy Equinox. Whenever either one goes in for service it is delivered back to us with a great car wash and interior clean up. It is amazing to see such a nice dealership building and front lot in such a small town. This is a great place to be able to do business without a drive to Reno or Carson City.

We recently took our 2006 C4500 truck to Wild West for scheduled maintenance. We dropped off the vehicle and needed a ride home, which was immediately provided. We received a call from the Service Dept. that during the service and inspectioin it was found the transmission cooler line had a leaking fitting. We authorized the replacement and made plans to pick the vehicle up the following day. We went to get the truck and it was finished on time, all washed and ready to go. We were treated wonderfully by all the personnel we came in contact during this visit. Wild West rates a "10" in our experience....

Well worth the scenic drive to Yerington and Wild West Cheverlet. (Really nice folks) Golden Eagles, Antelope, lots of wildlife. An absolute pleasure to get away from the typical routine of purchasing a car or truck. It was great to recieve a honest and legitimate answer to my purchase questions. (New Camero) Professional staff without all the fancy stuff. Knowledgable and they even listened to me intently as to what I had to say. The sales and finance persons went out of their way to assist an employee of mine obtain financing on her SUV several years ago as well. Check out Wild West, you will be pleasantly suprised!!!
