I had been looking for a nice gently used Jeep Grand Cherokee at a reasonable price. At this dealer is where I found it. Toby helped me a lot it was my first time buying a car. I bought my used 2015 Jeep Trailhawk from Tony D. at Wickstrom Auto Group online. I was a little nervous as I hadn't actually seen or driven the car in person as I live in Iowa. Well let me tell you, Tony not only went through the car with a fine tooth comb, he drove it and told me all about it, even sending me lots of pictures. We developed a great relationship in a few short days. I drove to Wickstrom to pick up the jeep and it was everything I thought it was going to be. I absolutely LOVE this vehicle and the fast and friendly staff made the transaction super smooth! Thank you to everyone, especially Tony D !! You all rock!

Like many these days, I had a specific vehicle in mind when I visited. Nick was my associate and couldn't of been more helpful during and after the purchase of my vehicle. There were no attempts at up selling, he allowed me to have the Escape independently evaluated (in great shape and far superior to a comparable vehicle I had inspected from another dealer). Battery, tires, etc. we're obviously taken care of by dealer prior to putting the car up for sale, which is rare on a vehicle with 50K. I will definitely purchase other vehicles from Wickstrom as Nick addressed several minor missing items after I had already purchased the vehicle. Truly professional and couldn't believe the level of support when I could have been told that the sale was 'as is'. It's rare to have a completely positive experience when buying a vehicle (which I personally don't enjoy) but Nick made it happen.

Bought a minivan today. Dream car to those with 3 or more kids. Did most of the work with Tony through phone calls and texts. Manny Avila was very helpful in deciding which car was the best for us..He is always willing to answer questions, since this new car is totally different from our Expedition and 07 Lincoln. You need to be a computer wizzard to understand everything, and that is not so easy when you are 80 years old.Another reason to buy at Wickstrom is their Service Department. So much better and friendlier than any other in the area.

My wife went in last Monday to buy out her current lease. As it would turn out the dealership was able to set it up for her to lease a brand new Wrangler with no money down.I was so impressed I started asking about my vehicle. I was extremely upside down on my vehicle due to very bad depreciation in a pretty short period of time. Once again the guys came through and managed to get me into a brand new Wrangler (yes we have his and hers now in the driveway). Even better is I was able to lower my monthly payments, get a car under warranty again and keep the same terms as I would have had. I am extremely satisfied with the entire staff that helped us. I would like to personally thank Eric Jensen for working hard to get the exact vehicle I wanted.

Eric Jensen has had my business for two Jeep Wranglers now and will have more in the future. Both times, he has found a vehicle that has matched my preferences, within my price range and provided options that made sense for me. He even found the color I wanted and traded another dealership, saving me the time and effort of the search. Our experience started off with the most laid back test drive, allowing us to simply feel the car out, no pressure. Within a week of testing driving WE made the decision to come out and talk numbers, no pestering phone calls or empty promises. Once we started talking numbers, it was clear that this wasn't going to be one of those long drawn out car deals. Without much negotiations, we were offered a fair price that worked in our budget and the finance team came to us to complete the paperwork, no room change. Most of the forms will filled out electronically and before we knew it, we were on our way in our new Ford. Wickstrom Auto Group has completely changed my impression on how car buying works. If you weren't sure which dealer to use, your choice should be a simple one, Wickstrom Auto Group.

I've been using Wickstrom as my main dealership for years. The sales staff is straight forward, honest and pleasant to work with. Eric Jenson absolutely knew his stuff when it came to the 2016 Jeep Wrangler that I ended up purchasing. I gave them my guidelines and they worked hard to meet them and ultimately got me exactly where I wanted to be. This is my second purchase from Wickstrom and I have absolutely enjoyed both experiences. I also do all my service there (including oil changes). The pricing is fair, the work impeccable and the staff knowledgeable. The service writer Dan Huff is incredibly knowledgeable and wont try to talk you into services you don't need. Dan Beake the mechanic that always does my service is an absolute rock star when it comes to everything that makes your car go. He has been the only person to work on my last 3 Jeeps and I recommend him highly. So to wrap this up Wickstrom is where you should buy your next car!

A few weeks ago, I had the daunting task of purchasing my first new car. About two years ago, I purchased an MKZ from Wickstrom and loved the experience and vehicle. Unfortunately, that vehicle was totaled and I needed to replace the car. When I went in to see my previous sales associate, I had learned that he had since retired and was no longer with Wickstrom. In July 2016, I purchased a used truck from Manny Avila. After a longer drive the following day, I noticed a serious brake problem that wasn't apparent in my test drive and Manny offered to have it examined. Because the vehicle was sold as-is, the dealer was under no contractual obligation to cover cost of repair. However, because they considered it was a safety issue, the dealer chose to do so.Repairs aren't cheap and we always wish we received a little more for our trade or paid a little less for our purchase, but a dealer who stands behind their product represents additional value that may not immediately be in our mind when considering whether to proceed with a purchase. It's not a warranty but because they went beyond, I felt good about my purchase and would gladly purchase again.

I had been looking for a pre-owned car for my 16 year old son for awhile. I was having a really hard time finding the "right" car for him in my area. As I widened my search I "stumbled" across the perfect car for him at Wickstrom Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The only problem was that I live 12 hours away!Nonetheless, I called Wickstrom and was connected to Tony D. He was very helpful and he and I worked the deal over the phone. Once an agreement was reached and financing was all done, I made plans to fly from Georgia to Illinois to purchase the car. Wickstrom and Tony D. were so helpful. Tony D. arranged for someone to pick my son and I up from O'hare Airport and bring us to the dealership - talk about 1st Class service!Once I was there we test drove the car (we fell in love with it immediately) and Tony D. was as pleasant in person as he was on the phone. The finance guy came out to greet us upon returning and we completed the paperwork within 20 minutes and my son and I were on our way to Chicago to have lunch before making the trek to Georgia in our new purchase.Buying from Wickstrom had to be one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Wickstrom is above and beyond the best place to buy a new car. From the moment I first contacted the dealer via email to the time I drove off the lot they were nothing but helpful, informative, and truly caring that I enjoyed the car I was buying. Toby Holtz was immediately available by email, which was helpful during busy work hours, and he went above and beyond to take pictures, wash the car before arriving, and even stayed late to work through the purchase with me. The facilities was stunning, it did away with the typical dealer feel. Cameras were zoomed in on the clean service areas so you could watch while lounging in the waiting area, or drinking their free soft drinks, the sales area was open to always see what was going on during the sale process, and they don't have the awkward financial office where they try to push you into things you don't need or want. The selection of cars is huge, the location is convenient, and the attention to customers without being pushed into a deal you are uncomfortable with was by far the best part. I will, and already have, told my friends and family of this dealer and Toby, and will most certainly be back in the future.

I have made several trips in there prior to purchasing a vehicle and I must say Denise greeted me the first time as I was watching t.v. with just a smile and asked if I needed help. Of course at that time I didn't but gave her my number and said I would in about 6 months, normally saying this you get a shrug and a disappointed look. Denise didn't walk away, she stayed there and chatted with me as we talked about family, careers, etc. I instantly knew I would be back. Unexpectedly my vehicle really took a turn for the worst and I found myself at the dealership with the bad news on a Saturday. Denise was patient as the storms were strong and blew everything around. She ran outside several times to pull up different vehicles and we finally figured out the perfect one. Drenched and all she never once looked disappointed with anything. I have to say thank you again as we recently were back for the 2nd purchased and than shortly after my son also purchased there. 3 vehicles in less than 2 years, guess you call us life long Wickstrom customers!

If you are reading this, you are probably wondering... How do I know the dealership is good and how do I know I am going to get a GREAT price on a new car? Stop wondering! Wickstrom Jeep changed my entire outlook on purchasing a new car. Don Di Paulo, my salesman, was perfect. I researched the car online, negotiated a price online, asked questions about warranties and protection, discussed financing terms and conditions... Not only was Don able to answer all my questions, he stayed patient and worked to get me into the car I wanted not the the one the dealership wanted to sell me. Additionally, Don Di Paulo worked to find every incentive and rebate available. When my wife and I arrived at the dealer, Don Di Paulo had the car waiting and showed us everything in about 30 minutes. Don made us feel at home and part of the Wickstrom family. When it came time for signing paperwork, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that there is no hidden office with pressure to buy extras. Steve, the sales manager, was terrific! He was upfront and honest. He worked to get us an amazing interest rate. He explained all numbers and there were NO hidden fees, etc. Steve made sure to make our transaction smooth, timely, and enjoyable. The title of my review says it all and those are pretty powerful words... I live 45 minutes away from Wickstrom and I passed 4 Jeep dealerships on the way there to get my Grand Cherokee. This is our 2nd car from Woody and Wickstrom. We live in the city and it's quite a drive. We went to another dealer closer, but got the same old song and dance. We'll keep making the drive to Wickstrom. It's actually a time and sanity saver!

I'm new to the US but I have heard about the slick car salesmen that I would eventually have to deal with when I go and get my car. This is an important and a large purchase so its vital that it is done right so I did my research, visited some dealers, and asked contacts for referrals. Wickstrom was referred by a colleague who is a satisfied customer and as luck would have it they had the car I was looking for so I went in and the experience was pleasantly surprising. The NO stress and NO pressure environment made the whole experience enjoyable, I came in and told them that I had already arranged financing, they said no problem, then we went for a test drive and we closed the deal. Tony DiPaulo walked me through the entire process and was key to creating the NO stress environment and the overall very positive purchasing experience. He even gave me a courtesy ride from the dealership.

I have to say Denise was a pleasure to work with. I have not purchased a vehicle yet but will very soon. She showed me many options and I have realized now I need to save some money in order to get what I want. I came into the dealership with great hesitation as its not a close location to me and I went through the Costco program with my significant other. He put in all his information so I could screen the phone calls thinking here we go...let the calls begin. With much surprise, Denise shared a lot of information with my over the phone and informed me that the best way to get everything I was looking for was to come into the dealership. I wouldn't set the appointment with the first phone call, I was hesitant as why do I need to come in for a price. She very calmly explained, it's not just the price its also the experience and treatment you receive with using the program and Wickstrom as a dealership. I think she knew that I was hesitant still, so she offered a free car wash for making the travel out. Once again I said no, but after talking with my fiance I thought why not. The car wash was honestly such a small but big thing as... who else does that? I came in and was blown away by the beautiful dealership and of course how great we were both treated. I told Denise she was very helpful! The managers were very busy so I was unable to talk with one of them, but I will be back

We recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Wickstrom and the entire experience was great. When we first walked in we were greeted right away but did not feel stalked like prey like at other dealers. Michelle listened to everything we said carefully and helped us choose several new and pre-owned cars to look at to narrow our options for style and brand of car. Michelle walked us all over the lot to find the cars we wanted to see. She did offer to bring each one to the front of the building but we didn't mind walking. We went on a test drive where she pointed out each of the features that she thought would attractive to us based on what we originally told her about our car shopping trip. We left for lunch and looked at another dealer but we felt the customer service at Wickstrom kept calling us back. We called on our way back to the dealer to let Michelle know we were on our way to test drive a specific car and despite the fact that she was with another customer she arranged to have the car ready for us to drive when we got there. When we came back we'd made a decision on a car and started the purchasing process. We were given a reasonable quote and trade-in value for our current car. Every employee we came into contact with was friendly, down-to-earth, genuine, and the opposite of every stereotypical car sales-person/ dealer. After a price was settled on there was a slight wait (20-30 min) for everything to be prepared because there were a few people buying cars at the same time we were, therefore it was busy. Once we signed the paperwork it only took about 15 minutes to get the keys to our new car and drive away very happy. It was BY FAR the BEST car buying experience we've ever had!! Also, the facility was modern, comfortable, user-friendly, and CLEAN! I felt like I was welcome and appreciated as a customer. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone, especially Michelle!!!

Great car buying experience! The salesperson Chris de Figueiredo was great, very helpful and really made it an easy decision to buy. He helped us by thoroughly explaining all the features of the 2015 Challenger I was looking to buy and made sure to answer any questions that we had. Chris also found us a discount based on my place of employment and worked with the finance dept to beat my loan rate that I had already secured saving me some more money. Even after the deal was done he walked us to the car and helped us set of some of the key electronic features of the car. Other dealers that I've dealt with over the years would have handed you the cars manual and left it to you to figure out. I live about an hour away from this dealership but would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

In the last 18 years i have purchased several new cars. My first car was a 1999 Taurus. My current car is a 2014 Mustang. Ashley is great. I have never been rushed. If i had any questions she took the time to answer them. I was looking for a used car and went to another dealership BIG mistake on my part after my experience i will never go anywhere else. The customer service at Wickstrom is great. When I walk in the door Ashley greets me we chat for a few before I tell her what I need. There is never any pressure. If what I want new is not on the lot Ashley will find it. I myself am a Ford lover my husband is a Jeep fan. This is one stop shopping for the family. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Tony arranged a time to meet the following day his day off! Upon arrival, he had the car we were looking for pulled inside washed and ready to test drive. When it was time for my trade in, I thought I would give their sales staff for the opportunity to impress me. Let's be honest- buying a car is never exactly a quick or fun process but my experience with the sales associate (Manny) as well as financing (Dan) and everyone around was about as seamless and professional as you can expect. I just purchased a new Dodge Charger from Wickstrom and had a fantastic car buying experience! I had done A LOT of research and had been searching for a car for over a year and a half so I knew exactly what I was looking for. I went in to the dealership to look at a Chrysler 200 and after a short test drive determined it was not the car for me but I ended up going back to look at the Charger. I took the Charger on a short test drive and really liked it so I wanted to take a longer test drive to experience it in my elements. I postponed this for a few weeks because it was Christmas-time and I was too busy with the holidays. I eventually arranged a 24-hour test drive to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle. Denise Ryman was the sales associate I dealt with and she helped arrange everything and NEVER pressured me. After completing the test drive I knew that I had found the vehicle I wanted to purchase but I had very specific feature requirements. They didn't have a vehicle in their inventory to meet those requirements nor were there any within their search radius. So I submitted a factory order to ensure the vehicle met all my specifications. The entire time the car was on order Denise kept me updated on the progress of the build, the shipment and the delivery. Even though Wickstrom made every effort to handle the trade-in of my old car and work with me on financing I ended up doing these transactions elsewhere. There were several reasons for doing this none of which were because of Wickstrom's offers or capabilities. Because of this the purchase transaction and delivery of my car was the simplest and most amazing experience. I would recommend this vehicle, dealership and sales associate to all my friends/family in an instant!

I brought a Ford Diesel E-350 to Wickstrom Barrington, IL on a Friday evening to be diagnosed. I was called Saturday morning with a diagnosis and I was told that the car has one bad injector. Shelly gave me a quote to repair it. I decided to have all four injectors repaired as per her recommendation. I also asked her if they could take care of my truck fast. She said that they might be able to start the same day, but if not, the truck should be done by Monday afternoon. Shelly called me on Monday after lunch to let me know that the truck won't be ready until the end of the day. Then she called me a few hours later to tell me that the truck won't be ready until the next day. This didn't sound good anymore. I depend on this car and I really needed them to keep their word. The next day nobody called me until I called them around 11am. I asked to talk to Shelly, but she wasn't in the office. I spoke to Brandon and he told me that the car wasn't repaired yet and it won't be until the end of the day. He kept on telling me how they finally got the injectors now and they can work on the truck. (I thought the dealer had the injectors in stock, and later I was confirmed that they do have them in stock). So, I ask for more details on why and what is going on. Brandon started to tell me that there is a lot of work involved in doing this type of repair. And that the technician is working really hard on my truck and also that it is taking longer. I told Brandon that I really needed the car yesterday. All he told me was that he is sorry but this was the first time he heard about it and the car would not be ready until at the end of the day which would be before 7pm. I hang up the phone a little frustrated and I decided to go to the dealer in person without letting them know, just to see if they really started to work on the truck or not. They had the truck in their shop since Friday night and I was told that it would take 8 hours to do this repair. Fast forward I get to the dealer and meet Brandon face to face. He was a little shocked to see me there. I told him who I was and why I was there. He said he would message the technician to ask why is it taking this long to repair my truck. I patiently waited until Brandon came back with some answers. A few minutes later I was told that the technician had to take the motor off and that the front off my car was all in pieces. Brandon was trying to explain to me that the technician was working on the car really hard and it wasn't finished yet. I still wasn't happy with the answer I was given. Therefore Brandon offered to take me inside the warehouse to see with my own eyes that they are working on the truck. When I got there I was surprised to see that the motor of my truck wasn't taken out as Brandon specified to me and no parts where taken off yet. Nobody even started to work on the truck until then. The technician showed me the new injectors he was suppose to put in (they where still in the original package). The technician also told me that the old injectors weren't taken off the truck yet. Nothing was done to my truck from Saturday morning until Tuesday at 12 pm except having the hood open. I left the dealer thinking that I could have waited another day, two or three without having them even start repairing my truck. The truck was ready by 4 pm the same day. That is when I felt like they were making fun off me. They saw me, a woman and they thought I don't know anything about cars anyway. So, they decided to tell me all kinds of lies. The part with the injectors not being in stock, the part that they have to take off the engine, The fact that they have to work 8 hours on it (even though the truck was repaired in 4 hours and they wrote on the paper that it was repaired in 9 hours), the part were my whole front of the car was in pieces because it was a very hard job to replace 4 injectors. At the end I asked for a discount because of them being so late, but they refused.

I've bought many cars for myself and my family. My experience at Wickstrom this past weekend was one of the best. The salesperson, Renee. was knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with. The expected price was provided before I left my house with only applicable discounts and rebates quoted. The Jeep I was interested in was pulled up and ready to go for the test drive. The evaluation of my trade-in was done quickly. The final price negotiation was handled quickly and professionally. No finance room, Steve came out to the floor to the salesperson's desk to do the paperwork. Options for extended warranties etc. were discussed but no undo pressure. I told the salesperson Renee that my goal when buying a car is 2 hours from when I walk up the steps to when I drive away in the new car. They missed by 5 minutes but I understand that Saturday afternoon is the busiest time of the week so I won't hold it against them. All in all, this was one of easiest, most professional car buying experiences I've ever had. Big thanks to Renee, Steve and Chris Moose for letting me drive home with a smile instead of the usual "glad that's over" feeling.

Eric was very knowledgeable and honest, without ever being pushy. We never felt like there were 'deep, dark secrets' that customers shouldn't know about. I found a 2013 Dodger Charger SXT on cars.com, it had everything I wanted and at the right price. I sent an e-mail to the dealership and I was called about an hour later by Tony DiPaulo. He was awesome! I was in the middle of the work day so I didn't have time to talk so we communicated mostly through text message. I let him know that I was 200 miles away and I wanted to hold to the car until the weekend. The entire process was done over e-mails and text as I sent verification of employment, W-2's, My ID , Insurance and everything before I had even touched the lot. On Saturday I made the 200 mile drive down to the dealership where Tony and Steve had everything ready to go. I was in and out of the dealership with my new ride in a little over an hour. I am not one to write a review, EVER, however after my experience at this dealership, I thought I should this time. I totaled my vehicle, therefore had to make a quick decision on what I wanted, where to go, and it needed to be quick. I called around to several different dealers that had a Renegade that I wanted, all in which had different prices of course. I was irritated and hate the typical dealings at these places. After less than satisfied answers from most places, I ended up at Wickstrom. I had called before arriving and was told a vehicle was going to be pulled up for me. I thought to myself, Im sure I will be waiting when I arrive, but hey they are local and its worth a shot. Much to my surprise, I arrived and Denise greeted me at the door with a smile, asked how I was doing, and showed me to my new vehicle. Which WAS pulled up in a nice, warm service drive. I was impressed with the service already, but will the price that I was told stay the same?! When I confirmed this was the vehicle I wanted, she said great, I just need a few things from you to complete your paperwork. Of course with my hesitation I said I would like to review the numbers again. She smiled again and without hesitation said of course, please follow me. To cut this short, everything was PERFECT! Nothing changed, we proceeded with the paperwork which I dreaded but to my surprise again, it was quick, simple and done in 30 minutes! Denise went over the vehicle with my wife and I, and I was on the road. I was impressed with how simple, and laid back it was that I will be back for future purchases along with telling all that I know. Great job Wickstrom! You did it right!

I can't say enough about this dealership. I worked with a fantastic salesman named Tony. He was very patient, attentive, and customer focused throughout the buying process. Even after the transaction was completed, Tony ensured that my vehicle was well cared for during the time it was waiting for shipment to New Mexico, even going as far as installing a new battery (because the battery was running out of life prior to it being shipped). I also have to say I was in a couple months prior and happy to say that I see the same people. You do not see that often at dealerships. I recently purchased a Ford Edge from Wickstrom Ford and I have to say that I am impressed with the entire sales process. I wanted to special order the latest model because I figured if I'm going to buy new, I'd better get exactly what I want. I walked in and was greeted by Nathan Noffs. We sat down and I configured the Edge as I wanted it and 45 minutes later I had a signed sales contract. During the wait for the Edge to be built, Nathan kept me up to date and was always available to answer any questions I had. Fast forward to delivery day... Nathan called me and told me my Edge was ready. I came into the dealer to sign the papers and pay for the Edge and again was impressed by their process. Nathan chatted with me while the finance department worked on paperwork. As soon as the paperwork was done, I signed everything and the Edge was mine! Nathan sat down and showed me the important features of Sync 3 and how to set up everything in the car. This was a great time saver for me. I couldn't be happier with the entire process. I got a great price, there were no surprises at all. No last minute fees, straightforward price negotiation, order updates and the Edge showed up beautiful with a full take of gas. Nathan humored all of my requests and really went above and beyond to make me feel like I was a valuable customer.

The sales staff Toby to the management was very professional from the start of helping me find the right car to the signing of the paperwork. I recently bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Wickstom in Barrington, Illinois. I had recently seen this exact truck at another dealership. From the time we entered the facility we were greeted and treated the best. I had inquired about this Jeep through the Internet because of the experience my aunt had through Costco. Our sales representative was Jared Nelson. He was kind and polite and really took the time with my husband and I about what it was that we wanted. He then showed us the exact truck that I had wanted, but new. Now being that Jared knew we had done our research he still educated us on the truck. He explained to us every detail the truck had and we learned so much more compared to the other dealership we had gone to. I felt like he took the time to show us what the truck was all about. We learned so much more about this truck, it made me want it more. He was throughly knowledgeable even though he had known we had seen other Jeeps at other dealerships. This is what I really appreciated and I am glad he did his job to such great expectations because if it weren't for him, we would not have known so much about the truck. The transaction was the quickest, easiest ever. Yes, it was and I am not lying. I was surprised and did not expect the transaction to go so smoothly. I walked out with a new car and felt absolutely no remorse. Jared also helped me set all my phone numbers, helped me add addresses to my navigation system, set my seat setting and so much more. I really felt comfortable with my new car and felt comfortable and knowledge about how to work every single button in that truck when I left. I bought a 2006 Buick Lacrosse for a price i had to ask twice about because the car was to perfect and the price was just right. I ask for the car fax and Michele Cimino whom to care of me had know problem getting that right away for me the car check out clean and it only had 42000 miles on it for a 2006 an amazing find but that is what Wickstrom is about. I was welcomed from the beginning with a extremely clean lot with cars that were clean on the inside and out well taken care of all the employees where clean cut and dressed well that is very important to me. The minute i walk in I was welcomed the car I wanted was waiting for me. I test drove it the ABS light went on and we pulled it in to the again extremely clean service department I was so impressed i had never seen such a clean service area and the service gentlemen were just that gentlemen and respectful even thought I was a women they listen and responded to all my concerns and fixed the car up for me very impressive Thank you all!! The inside of the show room was like it was brand new it was so clean there is a waiting area with the most comfortable chairs and a wall fireplace so cozy, even the bathrooms were so clean it was like the place was new. Michele offered my a snack and a soda if i wanted. I felt like i was right at home. Everyone was so nice I never felt any pressure. The Experience I had with Wickstrom is unforgettable ,outstanding, there are know words to explain to tell you how grateful i am when i had know way of getting the car home because of timing i had to hand my rental car back in and had know one to help me get the car home. Wickstrom/ Michele Cimino went out of her way to drive it all the way out to me. right to my front door. When I saw the car pull up I ran out my door with Joy I felt like a kid again getting a car for Christmas this was the best Christmas ever because of Wickstrom and Michele Cimino they truly go above and beyond for you. Great buying experience at Wickstrom for a new Jeep Cherokee. I used the Costco program and had a trade in. Toby Holtz was great to work with. He was efficient and very responsive and no pressure. He had the vehicles ready to look at and gave me a fair offer on the trade-in and did that very quickly. I liked that the back office staff came to me with the paper work instead of going to a back office for a pressure sell on extended warranty, etc.. They were quick and made the registration and plate transfer quickly. Great facilities. I've used their service department for our other jeep and there great. Clean, efficient, and knowledgable. My family started purchasing cars from Wickstrom Ford/Lincoln/Mercury for 30 years. The faces and facility have changed over the years, but the process of buying a car hasn't...fair, friendly, you are like family and you are treated that way. The purchases I've made over the last 10-15 years have been made via Manny Avila at Ford (in sales) and Joe Frederickson handling the credit side. Unfortunately, I have gone to other dealerships over the years to consider other makes of vehicle and I have yet to have an experience with a sales person that didn't leave me wishing I had just stuck with a Ford (or Jeep, have also purchases several Jeeps from the Wickstrom Jeap dealership!) and gone to Wickstrom. If you've ever had a patronizing car sales person approach you at dealership you will appreciate the staff at Wickstrom - they have take the hassle and pain out of buying a car by understanding that the customer is the reason for being in business. It was time for me to say goodbye to my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I hadn't purchased a car in over 15 years. I really didn't know what I wanted this time around so I checked Wickstrom's website because they are local. I made an appointment with Don and he took me out on a few test drives. I didn't find anything that particular day and decided not to be impulsive. Don contacted me very tactfully from time to time, just to check up and let me know if there was something new on the lot that might interest me. As a first time car buyer, I was nervous about the cliche "car salesmen" types you see on TV. Happy to say this was NOT the case at Wickstrom. I never felt bamboozled or pushed into a deal I was uncomfortable with. I went to Wickstrom for the first time in March 2015 based on recommendations from various family and friends. At this point I was just browsing with thoughts I would purchase at the end of the year, with no clear idea of what I really wanted other than a few features, like a sun roof and leather seats. I visited the dealership about 5 or 6 times throughout the year. Denise was my sales person throughout the process and she was more than accommodating to all my questions (there were a lot) and concerns as a first time car buyer and someone who is not car savvy whatsoever. I am pleased to say I made a decision on the 2016 Ford Titanium last weekend and am very comfortable with the deal that we reached. As others have mentioned in these reviews, I never felt cornered in a small meeting room or had thousands of options thrown at me trying to up the price. It really couldn't have gone more smoothly. Some other major pluses: facility is very clean, open and welcoming. Shoppers or people getting maintenance done on vehicles have free use of Mac computers with games, free wifi, soda and coffee machines and doughnuts were there on Saturday morning!

I rely on reviews for many of the products and services I buy and consider it one of the more positive aspects of computer communication. I see the positive and the negative, allowing for some posters who may post in the heat of the moment. While Barrington isn't as close a suburb as many to us with car dealerships in them, Wickstrom certainly was ranked the highest. Getting a new vehicle was a necessity for me as I truly loved my 2003 Pontiac and did not want to give it up. From the greeting to the final signature on the dotted line, the Wickstrom staff was friendly, professional, courteous and patient and made this vehicle purchase the most pleasant and easy I have been through. Our last experience involved the State's Attorney office. Our salesman was Toby Holtz who went out of his way to answer our questions, find the answer if he wasn't sure and listened to our needs. Eugene in Finance made the paperwork, easy, comfortable and not intimidating. To be honest we hadn't planned on a final decision that day, but the extra effort put forth to get us the pricing, color and all the other details that were important to us done, was the deciding factor. Thank you to the entire Wickstrom staff for taking the fear out of car buying. We love our new Caravan SXT Blacktop edition!

This was my first dealing with Wickstrom Dealer group. I have worked in the automotive industry for over 40 years and have a low tolerance for the normal garbage involved in the sales process. I was truly impressed with the professionalism of everyone we dealt with at Wickstrom especially our salesperson Clayton. Our first visit was exploratory in nature and even explained we were only gathering info and just wanted to see a MKC. Didn't even want a test drive. Clayton spent about an hour with us and never once pushed us to buy a car. We came back about 2 weeks later and ended up leasing a 2016 MKC that they had in stock. Made an appointment and car was sitting inside when we got there for a test drive. The whole process was amazing and went very quickly. Nice touch having finance people come to you instead of other way around.I am not easy to impress but Clayton and the rest of the sales team were able to impress me and my wife with their professionalism. We live near Schaumburg and after reading online reviews and checking out more local Dodge dealerships, we decided to go a little out of our way and check out Wickstrom Dodge in Barrington. We were greeted before ever getting out of the vehicle and Toby Holtz was our salesman who took his time to work with us on identifying what vehicle we were looking for. We were looking for a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT Blackout Edition all Black. We had some specific needs as the vehicle will be used for transporting a person who is disabled with a scooter and Toby was very helpful in finding the right fit and letting us test drive to ensure it was the model we wanted with the features we wanted. Their location didn't have the exact color that we wanted and didn't have a remote start so Toby and his manager arranged to get one from another location to fit our exact needs. A few days later we went back and brought a vehicle in for trade and were dealt with very fairly on the trade with very little haggling about what they would pay and what we would accept. Finalizing the purchase at a price we wanted was also done with very little haggling. We had identified the vehicle we wanted and the price we would agree to within about an hour of being at the dealer on the initial visit. Picking up the vehicle, completing trade in and all paperwork was simple and fairly quick unlike what we've had to go through at other dealerships in the past. They work with you AT THE SALESMANS DESK too. No dragging you into a small cramped room to sweat you out to try to talk you into things you don't want. Finance Manager comes to the desk to go over everything so you sit in one place and they all come to you to get the deal done. Toby was very proactive in getting everything arranged and set up to make our experience a quick and enjoyable process. I never thought I'd say buying a vehicle would be enjoyable but this one was. Also, unlike some dealerships, this one sent us on our way with our brand new 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT Blackout Edition with a full tank of gas. We've purchased in the past from other dealerships that send you on your way with 1/4 tank which is terrible service. Highly recommend Wickstrom Dodge if you're in the market for a Dodge or any of their other lines of vehicles. If he's there, please ask to have Toby Holtz be your salesman. He is great and will work hard for your business.

We leased a 2015 Jeep Renegade from Wickstrom Auto Group in Barrington, IL this October. It was a low pressure, relaxed atmosphere. Our salesman, Toby Holtz, worked very hard along with the finance department to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price and payment that we could afford, when other dealers seemed to not even want to try. Toby was a pleasure to deal with and eager to help. We, like many others, had gone through some hard times and did not have a great credit score. Other dealers told us we did not qualify for a lease, however, the team Wickstrom was able to get us a lease with the same company that the other dealers had said we were denied. Over all it was a great experience and would recommend Wickstrom to anyone looking to buy a car.

I was able to test drive the vehicles for 24 hours and bring them to my auto service person to have them check out the vehicles before I decided to buy. Both times my salesperson was Denise Ryman. Denise is amazing when it comes to customer service and doing all of the little things to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the purchase. Fair, competent, and very nice people to do business with. I would highly recommend this dealership, regardless of the distance they are from your home. I drove almost 30 miles from my home to get the exact car with the exact equipment that I wanted. Because of my extra large mouth, they knew that I wanted the car very badly. I expected the worst. When I got there they had already reasonably reduced the selling price of their car, which I was shocked at. Now they had to look at my trade-in. I prepared myself for the bad news. To my surprise, they allowed me much more for my trade-in than the four other dealers that I had recently visited. Needless to say, I bought the car. My salesman was named Chris de Figueiredo. Great guy, and very knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with him. He's fair and direct. Steve, the Sales Manager, was also very nice, and very patient with me. And most of all, he did not pressure me with all the after sales items that usually come along with a new purchase. He presented me with with what was available to me, what the benefits were, and that was it. I was very impressed.

Wickstrom Auto makes the shopping experience pleasant. I purchased a new vehicle here in April and have never been happier with any dealership or sales person. I felt valued as a customer and there was very little down time during the negotiation. The dealership showroom is modern and accommodating. There is wifi, Starbucks coffee, large monitors displaying the service bays and more. I live over 30 minutes away and pass up other closer dealers to do business here. Renee B.was very helpful throughout this process, from making sure vehicle was ready to test drive when appointment was finally set (had to re-schedule a few times) to setting up home delivery of my new GC. The buying process at Wicksrom CJD was so painless, no typical "have to go see the finance manager now" its a very inviting dealership, very modern and open space, very impressed overall. They even have a live video camera feed of the service area being shown in the waiting area so you can see as they service your vehicle. I have never seen anything like that before, puts trust back in the consumers hands. I would recommend Wickstrom CJD to anyone, and I will definitely do just that. I was skeptical at first as this dealership was quite a drive from the city but it is worth the drive, you will not be disappointed.

Worked with Toby to get my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Other dealers didn't carry the color/ model I was looking. I live in the suburbs and it was a little out of the way to get here, but well worth it for the experience I had. No 'schtick', just the facts and great pricing. No back and forth necessary because all the cards were on the table and service was excellent. I highly recommend Toby and Wickstrom Jeep Dealer!

Woody and Eugene worked with us to get a fantastic deal, so that we were walking away confident about our "new to us" van. We were very impressed with the entire sales department from start to finish. They did everything they could to make sure we were happy and provide us with the best deal possible. The facility is modern and clean - with ample space for our daughter to run around while we were signing papers.
