I bought a BMW 340i GT From Todd with the most loaded options in the USA back at January 2020. I decide to come back to write this review to admire this wonderful experience. Todd is a very quickly responded and patient guy. The whole experience is butter smooth with no pressure at all. The price negotiation was easy and reasonable. THE most impressive point of why this dealership stands out from others is their taste of cars. If you had a chance to take a look of their inventory, you will find out most of their cars are either fully loaded or with rare color combination. Which makes the cars it sells often gain high customer satisfaction due to the amazing build. They also got a YouTube channel to introduce the car in their inventory, so I can get to know the car I like before I even physically come in the shop. I highly recommended West Coast Auto Enthusiasts as the hidden gem in used car industry. If I ever car browser again, this place is going to be my first stop for sure.

I recently bought my dream car at West Coast Enthusiasts and I can not say enough about the professionalism, friendly care, integrity and truly unbelievable trust I experienced from the very first call to the day I drove my car home. It is obvious that Todd and his team believe in old-fashioned values that are reflected in how they treat their customers and after taking my car to my mechanic at Mercedes service it is clear it has impacted how the local auto industry also feels about West Coast Enthusiasts.

This is a very low pressure environment sales experience. I went in to look at a specific car that ended up not having the options I needed so drove a diifrent car. The sales person did not try to upsell me out of my price range. I ended up not buying as they didn't have a good fit for me but I will keep an eye on their inventory.
