This is my second purchase from west Chevrolet in 3 years They are all a class act. Badger free and I have absolutely no complaints. I bought my 2011 Camaro and just recently my 2913 Tahoe. I went in for the recall on the Cobalt. I was surprised that it took such a short amount of time and was thankful as I had hoped I would not have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room. The attendant that checked me in was courteous and friendly. I appreciate the service that I receive at West Chevrolet.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. I had called the dealer before taking our equinox for possible repairs, the staff seemed to know what I was talking about and they were mostly right and the repairs did not take very long.

bought 2011 silverado from west. check engine light came on and i dropped off at REEDER CHEVROLET to be fixed. they called and said warranty wouldnt cover problem and wanted $140.00. WEST CHEVROLET went to REEDER and picked up truck took to their shop and fixed it at NO CHARGE.. PLUS paid those scavengers at REEDER. NOW, THAT IS SERVICE AT ITS BEST. needless to say, wont be going back to REEDER for anything again.WEST will be my dealership.. thanks guys..... BILLY .RAY DALTON JR

I always use West Service Department to servce my Chevrolet truck. They are always prompt and professional and make sure I have a dependable vehicle. They don't push an up-sale on add on services but simply advise me of what my truck might need and let me make an informed decision. I appreciate that approach.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my truck with West Chevrolet. The sales staff was great to work with and made the whole process quick and easy. I did not feel as though I was working with a typical cars salesman. I would recommend West Chevrolet to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car. West Chevrolets service department is fantastic and is worth using whether you own a Chevrolet or another brand.

We have bought many vehicles over the past years from West Chevrolet and have always had a good experience. This time it was even better .They have changed management and its awesome now !!!!! Ray Ivey has took over the new general manager position and has transformed the dealership into one of the best places to buy a car in east tennessee. He has 2 great sales managers Chad Hodge and Steven Brooks , they both are great and make you feel like your part of the family . We just felt like we were with our best friends during the whole buying process. They made it so easy , laid back , and simple . It was the best experience we have ever had and will not buy anywhere else ..... period !!!!!

I was in the market for a new car, but wasnt sure what i wanted. I went on to Cars.com, and browsed . Found a Chevy Cruze that i liked, went to West Chevrolet to see it. Fell in love! My fiance is a truck driver, and is away alot. But Jason really worked with us til he was able to come in. The staff was helpful and really friendly. Will buy from them again.

Even though they sell Corvettes they have no one who can work on them without doing more damage than they fix.This dealership management could care less about service after the sale. This is by far the WORST dealership I've dealt with in my 40 years of car buying.

I actually bought a used Nissan Versa from West around the first of the year. It had decent mileage for its age, and they gave me a nice fair price. A few days later, there was a leakage problem. Upon return West, I was then informed the motor had been changed out on the car, but I was lucky, because Twin City Nissan had done the work, and there was a warranty on the engine. How about that. No disclosure before the sale. The problem was repaired, but the Twin City Guys told me it was common for Dealers to make such major repairs and swap cars out among themselves for resale. Doesn't sound like good business practice to me, although I was told I should be happy to have a new engine. The car is ok for now, but I am wondering what else they don't tell you. It's ok, after buying 3 used and 1 new vehicle from them and having problems with each, this was my last visit to their lots.

I was in the market to buy a used STS-V cadillac. I found one at a cadillac dealership and they were unable to get me financed. I went home that night and got on car.com and found that West Chevrolet had the exact same car for actually less money. I contacted the sales department and met with Ben Cassidy who showed me the car and help me with getting a fair price for my trade. This was the easiest car deal I have ever done!
