The people are great at the dealership, but it is extremely frustrating to have to return to the dealership because they are unable to do more than just an oil change for a particular day. I also have an ongoing and ever-increasing electronic issues with my 2019 Trail Boss. I have had them look at the radio issue almost since I bought this vehicle, this needs to be resolved. The vehicle does not read that the car is in park and will not allow me to lock and alarm the car until it times out. This is completely unacceptable for a relatively new (2 yr old) vehicle. I also have a FACTORY extended warranty and was charged $90 for an update to the software that caused a service engine light. It was not possible to be done by the owner and had to be done by the dealership. I should not have to pay for software updates with an extended warranty. Which was explained to me to continue the warranty that I had when I bought the car. If things keep going like this, I can promise you this will be the last Chevrolet that I purchase. My time is very valuable to me, I do not wish to return multiple times for the same issues over and over again. I have had ordered parts needing to be installed for several weeks and they are unable to accommodate due to scheduling. Those parts are now still sitting on your shelves. Not an acceptable situation.

The entire team from sales consultant to Finance Manager was helpful, courteous, and professional. I very much enjoyed my experience with Wells River. The sales consultant listened to My needs and didn’t try to sell me what I wasn’t looking for. The Finance manager was honest and helped me with purchases that I did need and was honest not to sell me something I didn’t.

I love that the service department texts me and lets me know of any alerts etc... They are always kind, professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend Wells River Chevrolet. It has been a great experience doing business with them from the sale of the vehicle, to the excellent service.

They take such great care of me and my vehicles. Honest advice, and they never make up an answer. If they don't know, they find the right answer and call me back, but there aren't many times that they don't know the answers!

Didn't go to dealer, just needed to get information. Was contacted in a very short period of time, and salesman was very congenital. Answered all questions, very friendly staff.

The staff and employees were all very pleasant to work with. They worked hard with me to give me the deal I wanted to make the purchase of my truck a success. I most of my buying over e-mail with my sales person Ted since I live 1.5 hours from them. Ted was very up front with everything so I didn't make a wasted trip up to look at a truck I couldn't afford. Just a great experience!

Working with Wells River Chevy was a great experience! I have been a Toyota customer for many years, however I kept finding it difficult finding a vehicle I was happy with (too many bells and whistles that I don't use) with a decent monthly payment - too much 'packakge'. I now have a Silverado - a real truck with only the things I want/need at a monthly payment that saves me $70/month! Best of all, my wife has her Chevy Truck!! And everyone was super! Really enjoyed working with Ted! We'll be back!

From the first call to the time we signed the final papers everything was very clear, honest, and fair. There were no smoke and mirrors with Wells River, which is why we went there first. We love the small town feel of the dealership and the sense of family there. We really felt comfortable and catered to in every department we visited!

Walked in on a late Saturday afternoon and within an hour was able to drive away in my new vehicle. They went over all my options showed me the vehicles I was interested in and checked out my vehicle I was trading in. Very relaxed pressure free buying experience. tech solved the issue and gave me the service bulletin. very fast and efficient. all staff are excellent. I was parts manager at this dealership back in late 80's. The air-conditioner condenser needed replacing (warranty work). I called the morning of my appt. and found out that it would take a couple of hours to replace. I asked for a loaner vehicle and received a 2015 Silverado. I was very pleased. My truck was done in a couple of hours as was told. Air conditioner works great and my truck even got a washing.

Truck was in because air-conditioner was not working. They found no freon left in the system. System was charged and a dye was added. They could not find the leak. When freon is empty again, they should be able to find the leak this time.I was a little upset when they told me they could not find the leak. I felt better when they explained about the dye.

My Salesman Tom did what he said in the time he said it would get done. Truck was clean and full of gas. Went through the vehicle with me and explained the features and set up On-Star for me. He even cam to my residence to look at my trade because I was out of town and had my winters tires that were removed from my trade delivered to my home after the sale. Couldn't ask for better service than that.
