Bought my new 2017 MDX from Weir Canyon Acura. I worked with Hooman the Internet, Fleet sales Manager.After some internet search, I narrowed down the price range for how much i wanted to pay for this vehicle. I sent out price inquiries to a bunch of Acura dealers around town, and got a few quotes including Weir Canyon Acura. Weir Canyon wasn't the lowest offer, but they were able to beat it by Paying off my last 4 payment which nobody could do it. Everything went so smooth with ZERO back-and-forth typical dealer haggle. Hooman and I exchanged a few emails and got everything agreed upon before l went to pick up the car but he came to our house with Paperwork & the Car Super Clean, Full Tank of Gas & all the Paperwork took only 5 minutes to sign, no need to spent Hours at the Car Dealer which is nothing to void if you go there & have to Deal with so many Sales people!!! Very Happy & I recommend Hooman not only for these plus he showed us everything about the car & it wasn't just handing the Key & shake hands ,, from Set up my Acura Link to Memory seats, Blutooth.... everything. By the way I live in San Diego and I believe with traffic he had to drive 3 hours round trip!!Trust me me go extra miles for you just ask him!!!!I already referred him to all of my friends & family .

He was welcoming and was able to accommodate me with a car that met my needs. I was not able to pick up the car and he took the time to delivery it to my house. Hooman was soooo efficient and reliable. He was always available to talk with you by phone or internet. Other dealers were dishonest and we went with Weir Canyon Acura because everything Hooman said and wrote up, he and the dealership stood behind. Edwin has been helping my family keep our Honda's and Acura's on the road for the past 15+ years. I first met Edwin when I was 15 years old going to the dealership with my dad. My dad loves this man and it didn't take long to understood why my dad has always raved about Edwin. It's because he's truly a friend, and he won't sell me a service I don't need. He goes the extra mile to make sure what's being done to my vehicle is actually going to fix whatever problem i'm having at the time. It all comes down to trust and my family knows that we can trust Edwin and that's what has kept us coming back to Honda's/Acura's and more specifically Weir Canyon Honda/Acura time and time again. My family knows the owners of 2 other Honda dealerships in Southern California on a first name basis and yet we go to Weir Canyon Honda for Edwin the 1st time, everytime and we don't even know the owner's at Weir Canyon. I don't feel like I have to suit up and put my game face on when going to Weir Canyon Acura and play hard to get with them because I know what Edwin is saying is honest and he's not over-selling me or just doing band-aid fixes. The world needs more Edwin's in it!

We went to Weir Canyon Acura fro MDX w/ tech purchase.This dealership offered $1,000 less than the next best offer we got so we drove a little further.Mr. Hooman K. gave us a good deal and did not try to add on extras that we did not want.Also he stayed very late to show us and explain how to operate all the gadgets in the car and set up all the technical things like blue tooth etc.It was the best car buying experience so far and I will definitely go back to this dealership and the sales person to purchase another Acura or Honda.

I bought my 2015 MDX here and was promised free car wash for as long as I own the car, for almost 2 years I only twice brought in for car wash and today they refuse to wash my car saying that I need to have my car serviced there to have the free car wash. I talk to the salesman that sold me the car he said is a $10 wash a big deal and I said no but breaking a promise is big deal to me. He first lied to me that he did mentioned that I need to have my car serviced there to have the free car wash and later admitted that they just changed their policy, I wished he didn't have the altitude and lie on this little thing so I still have good impression on him. Anyway, I promised not to mentioned his named as he said he needs to put food on the table for his family, and he encourage me to review the dealer so they can learn to keep their promise and earn their customer loyalty.Again, it's not a big deal with the free car wash but if they can't keep their small promise I don't trust them to keep other important promises. I'm not coming back to this dealer even for warranty services and not recommend my friends and relative to them anymore.

After speaking briefly with Mike over the phone, we arrived to the dealership to find Mike had a couple cars ready for us to look at and test drive. He was very knowledgeable and shared with out being pushy. Michael and Lorenzo were able to work with us to an agreeable price. Our experience was like no other car buying experience we've ever had, it was easy and painless. We highly recommend this dealership!

In the last 12 years I have purchased/leased 5 vehicles at Weir Canyon Acura and have always serviced all vechicles there. I've never had a problem with them. They have an excellent Sales and finance team and have always been great to work with. The service department has my cell number as a way to contact me if there are any updates or other repairs needed for my vechicle once I drop off for service. On November 23, 2015 I dropped my Acura TL with Mr. Omar Demoss for an oil change. I stated to him that I would be out of town for a few days. After dropping off, I left directly to the airport. Due to work related issues, I was traveling back and forth to Chicago and Northern California.I spoke to Mr. Demoss up to 3 times when he called my cell phone to tell me that the vechicle was completed and ready for pick up. I told him that I was still out of town. He never once said that there would be a $20 a day service charge up until the vechicle is picked up. That was never mentioned. My home is approximately 11.2 miles away from the dealership. Had he told me that there would be a fee, I would have contacted AAA to tow my car home or make other arrangements. I was under the impression that there wouldn't be a problem. My office is on Savi Ranch less than 3 miles away. I would have authorized an employee to come pick up the vehicle for me. On Dec 16, I was finally back home and was able to pick up the vehicle with my business partner. The cashier gave me the bill for 472.61. I told her it was incorrect , that it was an oil change ...it should have been $89.95.That was when I was informed about the $20 a day storage fee. To make it to clear, the cashier was professional the entire time. She contacted Omar Demoss.1. He came out and without saying hello or how can I help you ... He was immediately defensive, arrogant and confrontational. His words were "What do you expect us to do, store for free?" I would have liked him to tell me during the calls that there would be a fee. He said that it was in the contract which is in fine print. 2. I asked to speak to the service director. After 20minutes of waiting, I then asked to speak to the manager and I met with Paul Swim in his office.Paul Swim claimed on behalf of Omar that "he must have called you and told you about the fee." I told him he never mentioned the fee at all.He said he was willing to split the storage fees with me in which I declined. 3. I went back to the cashier and told her that I would pay the entire fee because I wanted my vehicle to be released. I wrote on the receipt that I do not approve of the charges. 4. Omar Demoss stood next to the cashier and kept telling her that it's not valid for me to write on the receipt. He would not give me my car. I asked for a photocopy of the receipt...he said no. The cashier said that they don't have a copy machine. When he made the comment about releasing my car he stated "Why should I , you have to pay for storage. I finally asked him to stop talking to me and that I was only speaking to the Cashier. Again, the Cashier which I do apologize for not getting her name , remained professional at all times. I'm very disappointed by the treatment from this dealership.

My 2006 TSX has over 152,000 miles and my steering went out - my favorite Service Administrator, Omar Demoss, once again did all he could to keep my costs down (although he also sold me four new tires!) but also was very helpful during the whole process. He knows I want to squeeze 200,000 miles out of this car - before my next Acura!GREAT Service department!

We did an online Internet search for a car that we were looking to purchase. Alex Feghhi contacted us as we requested right away. He was not pushy at all; he provided us with the information that we needed, and waited for us to call him. The staff at the dealership were all very kind and courteous. I would certainly use this Sales Consultant (Alex Bechelian) and Weir Canyon Acura again.I went at 8:45;pm.... I wanted to just take a look- mind you I have been 'just looking' for MONTHS! He found me the exact TLX I wanted. Stayed until very late to complete the transaction, and did it with a GREAT POSITIVE ATTITUDE.. What an amazing experience. I should add that 7 other people had to stay late to wash the car, finance, and whatever else they do behind the scenes. Again, everyone worked in harmony- despite the fact that I am sure they all wanted to go home. THANKS WEIR CANYON ACURA! I LOVE MY CAR.

Greeting Dealer Rater, On March 20, 2015 10:45 AM, we went to Weir Acura, Located at 8375- E La Palma Ave, Anaheim, CA 92807, to order a replacement molding for my Acura windshield.When we arrived, a service Rep (Omar Demoss ) and another worker came over to the vehicle to look at the car windshield molding, then a few seconds later stated that they Normally GLUE DOWN THE MOLDING at that dealership. Theyalso stated that those parts are no longer available without even checking.I quickly realized they were providing incorrect answers. I corrected their statements by letting them know that I have checked with several other dealers. The parts are available and NOT- discontinued. ALSO ACURA does NOT advise to GLUE-down the front windshield molding. The service advisor then stated Thats what they do at the dealer. Then both parts person and advisor walked away and left us alone at my car, to say at least we were surprised at that point.So I walked over to the part counter Pickup section and noticed that the same guy had pulled up the windshield on his computer monitor and was checking on it as per my comments that the parts are available. Then the service advisor (Omar Demoss ) walked into the parts counter area demanded me to leave that area. I pointed out to him I am behind the counter not in the working area, I am in the area where you can order parts, at that point he demanded me to leave the area standing about three feet in my face. I then told him I am waiting on a price for the parts, he then again demanded me to leave the customer service area.The advisor (Omar Demoss ) told me that they have no insurance for me in that area. I pointed out to him this is an order pickup area, moreover there are no signs postedthat only employees no customers should be in that area. At this point he started to be aggressive and demanded me to leave that area, so I left the area and went back to my car. While walking out he stated let parts look it up, I then replied I did not speak to anyone when I went to the pickup counter I just stood there waiting. I never said a word, because I noted the tech waslooking up the windshield molding parts he then stated for me to wait outside so I did, we waited about five minutes, and then the service advisor brought out the quote.Shortly after looking over the quote the advisor (Omar Demoss ) , out of nowhere mentions the cost is being paid by the other company who was there with me at the time.I was so shock so I replied you have nothing to do with who will pay for it that has nothing to do with you or this dealership how is this any concern or affairs to you. I then question, why this is being brought in conversation up by you. He then replied that I should go to another dealer and take my business and leave that dealership. I replied to him where is this coming from, that he was only requested to price the parts for the molding and cost for installing them. He then stated again take my business to another dealer and walked away.Overall this service advisor (Omar Demoss ) was incorrect with proving manufacture recommendations on the windshield molding repair. In addition he was unprofessional, rude and aggressive, with his actions and comments. This Service advisor (Omar Demoss ) showed intimidating bullying actions against me as a customer.This is a serious matter.We came to the dealership for parts and installation for molding on my Acura, windshield then left in shock. I will NOT return to this dealership as per this advisor wishing comment.Lessons learned from Weir Acura, I will get the parts and installation from another Acura dealer. It unfortunate this employee (Omar Demoss), is allowed to bully customers at an Acura dealership by treating them unprofessional, Rude and informative. I am sadden and shock from this visit. Please be advise this letter is a formal complaint, up to day the dealer has never aplogizie to me only stated i will talk to him.. I chose this dealership based on reviews I read on Acura dealerships in Southern California. I did my research beforehand and knew exactly what I wanted. I called Michael Baker(sales manager) and told him the best price I was offered on a 2015 TLX with the exact specs that I was looking for and he was able to beat that price. I told him I'd be there that day. I drove nearly 50 miles in traffic, got there much later than my appointment time, and I was still treated with the utmost respect. Mr. Baker turned me over to Matt Myers to complete the sale. I was skeptical. I was worried that I wasted my time by driving out all that way and that they were going to find every way to charge me more than the agreed upon price over the phone. I had nothing to worry about. I purchased my car at the price I was promised. By the time I was done with the paperwork in financing with Lorenzo Alongi, Mr. Myers took the time to thoroughly go over the tech features in my car and help me with setting up my Bluetooth. I never felt rushed the entire time I was there. I left Weir Canyon Acura after 10pm with my new vehicle. This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Go see Michael Baker, Lorenzo Alongi, and Matt Myers...they are truly the best!

I went in to Weir Canyon Acura with the intentions of investigating my future car. I was greeted with such kindness and a no pressure attitude that I was taken by surprise. I had already done a ton of research and yet the sales personnel were so willing and knowledgeable that asking them detailed questions about the car and features would give them a true test. After my questions were well addressed, onward with the credit application. Coming from someone who used to have perfect credit, this part worried me the most considering I had Bad Credit resulting from a Bankruptcy, Divorce and a foreclosure,. The Sales manager, Michael Baker and his sales team assured me that they would do everything they could to help me get into my next car and hopefully begin restoring my credit. Well they did exactly that. They were very Honest, forth-coming and re-assuring. I was very nervous and they re-assured me that they would do their best to help me. Long Story short, I not only got a Good deal.... I got an ABSOLUTELY AWESOME deal. They were able to find me financing that was fair and affordable. This is my fourth car purchased at Weir Canyon Acura. I've worked with Eli on all four cars. He is one of the main reasons I return to WCA. They will work with you within your budget and I've never felt pressure to make a decision. I would highly recommend Eli and the rest of the team. Ed is very knowledgeable about the inventory and options. I've referred several friends and family and they are all are happy Acura owners now!! Also the service department is top notch too. Wow what an easy and painless buying experience. Used the Costco Auto Program, filled out the online Costco portion and within 20 minutes or less Alex called me. I did beat him to the punch and filled out the credit app also. He was a little surprised. We did everything over the phone, which was amazing. Saved me at least two hours of sitting around at the dealership. Showed up at 1:30, test drove the car and was out by 3:30. ONLY TWO HOURS at the dealership. Alex was awesome, super friendly, not pushy at all, had great knowledge of the car and how it worked. Couldn't have had a better sales person. Mike was my finance guy, very quick with the paper work and again very friendly too. THEY HAVE MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! THANKS GUYS

I stopped by Weir Canyon Acura to test drive the new Acura RDX. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Matt Myers who was very pleasant and not pushy as so many other car dealer salesmen can be. Matt showed me the exact car I wanted and after test driving, I knew this was the car for me. Of course, I had a lot of questions about price, accessories and my trade-in. Matt was very helpful, patient and worked with the sales manager, Michael Baker, to give me a price for the RDX and my trade-in that I could not pass up. In addition, Lorenzo Alongi (finance) and Edwin Hawelu (service) were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. In the end, I drove away in my new RDX and had a great buying experience. I love my new Acura RDX and thank the Weir Canyon Acura staff for the excellent customer service!

Where to begin...I came into Weir Canyon Acura looking to lease or purchase a sedan, after I got tired of my 2006 3-series BMW. Mike Baker and Ruben Aguirre were so patient and helpful. I really did want to do business with them because they are within walking distance my home, but I also wanted the best deal I could get. Bruce was pretty awesome; he stayed late after closing and came in before opening to make sure I got what car I wanted, and the deal I wanted. He knew I was on a time crunch and he was really responsive to that, as well as friendly, professional, and respectful. I ended up getting the extended warranty after some further negotiations, but I am really happy with the end result. I am happy with my new car and the whole buying experience.

The sales manager (Eli) and the Salesman (ED) went above my expectations to satisfy my need. They had to find the car I wanted and then drive 100 miles to get it. In addition, they worked with me on the price even though Acura does not have any incentives on this model car at this time. They both were very pleasant to work with and I will definitely recommend them to others.

Just picked up my new TLX a week ago. Dealt with Alex "Ali" Feghhi in the internet dept. Worked out all the numbers online by a few emails and went in, signed the paperwork and was out within 45 min. It was well worth the 1 hour drive from L.A. to visit Weir Canyon. They had the car I wanted at a killer price. It was a done deal on the test drive. Replaced a battery on my 2008 TL under warranty and 11 months later the new battery leaked and corroded the cables.The repair manager was rude and told me pay for the repair, over $300. No warranty on replaced battery ???Told him last time i bring my car to this dealer, out and out crooks, he did not care.I am in the market for a car for my 16 year old, their loss.Do not take your car for repair to this dealer !! you will be ripped off.

I recently visited Weir Canyon Acura to look and possibly buy a new car. After I roamed the lot for about 10 minutes a man came out and introduced himself as Ed. I looked around for another 10 minutes and found a Acura TL I wanted to test drive. Ed went inside and returned with the keys. After a few minutes into the test drive I smelled a disgusting oder of cigaretts. The oder was so bad that I turned the car around and got back to the dealership as fast as possible. Ed asked me if I would like to come inside so he could give me some numbers but I told him that I needed to be going.I really wanted to buy a car that day but could not go threw the intire process while smelling that oder. I just want other car dealers to know that hygene and bad breath can hurt a dealership and lose a sale.Jaime Lynn

I am one picky woman. I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy and not like I am a woman by an auto place (which usually means talking down to me). This dealership has been nothing but excellent for the car purchase which I negotiated instead of my husband, the services - several mileage services and one warranty issue, detailing, well everything. I have always had a car provided when I take my car in. They have workspace available with computers and internet access to help you be productive. Highly recommend.

I brought the car in for an Air Conditioning Issue. Cold air blew for a short period of time only.As stated on the invoice the service mechanic found two leaks and quoted me an $800.00 figure to repair. In not only feeling comfortable with the price tag but the correction as stated on the invoice I decided to take the car to a different shop for second opinion. No leaks were found. The Expansion Valve was found to faulty. Air is working perfectly. For starters making the appointment required three separate phone calls. The seconded call I was hung up on, the other two were over 10 min. waiting periods. Secondly asking for an $800.00 figure for repair what your services guys miss diagnosed. In actuality the Schrader Valves were found to be leaking, in essence a $.50 part x 2. Thirdly leaving two voice mails to Mr. Hernandez to discuss the issue as to which he flatly refuse to call back. Fourthly I paid $65.00 for my car to be miss diagnosed which I would like credited back to my account.This company used to be customer service orientated. Not anymore. There are many places to go to in the area that wont rip you off. I recommend seeking them out

Bought my 2000 Acrua in July of 2000 and used their service dept from then until now (June 2011). They do a very good job service-wise on the standard repairs and service items, but my Acura was part of a nationwide transmission recall so I took it there to have the transmission repaired/replaced. They took in in and did the replacement (under warranty) without a compalint. However, about 12-18 months later the replacement transmission died on me on the 57 freeway at about 65 miles/hour in the high-speed lane. Talk about terror. This transmission was not replaced free-of-charge despite the fact thatI believe it was still under warranty; that cost me $1600 out of pocket, however, I raised such a stink they did it for cost - at least that's what they told me. Otherwise it would have cost me $3700. Anyway, their service dept is pretty good, although over the past year, it seems to have gone down hill somewhat. They seem to do good work and are relatively quick in their repair turn around times, but one thing you should know is they are very expensive.

The mechanics stole personal items from our MDX. We expressed out concern to the service manger and were simply dismissed. Now we get calls wondering why we have not had our car serviced from them... They even go as far as to threaten the validity of our extended warranty because we seek service at another dealer.

Weir Canyon Acura and Weir Canyon Honda are two of the best dealerships that I have dealt with. I initially leased a Honda Pilot from Weir Canyon Honda in 2006 and was so impressed with the excellent quality of service, the attention to detail, and the high level of product knowledge of my sales associate and service team that when I upgraded in 2009 to the Acura RDX, there was no question that I would go anywhere but Weir Canyon Acura. I drive 45 minutes from San Clemente to visit the service department at Weir Canyon Acura for all of my scheduled maintenance, passing multiple dealerships and auto mechanics on my way because I know that I will be treated fairly and competently and that the maintenance on my car will be done accurately and according to exacting standards. I wholeheartedly recommend these dealerships to any person that is in the market for an Acura or a Honda. From my very first visit, where I found the exact color and model that I was looking for and was finished with my paperwork and driving away in my new car in a timely manner, to the multiple times that I have contacted my salesman with questions that he has answered quickly and competently, I have always felt that customer service and product knowledge are of the highest priority at both of these dealerships.

Upon arrival, they were very friendly and accomodating. However, after the purchase, they failed to provide adequate assistance. Every time I called, the salesman seemed inept to answer some simple questions and in fact lead me into thinking the car was broken when it was not. Only when I spoke to the head of the dealership did I get results and even then, some information was inaccurate. I felt like I was alone when dealing with my issues. It has taken a few weeks to correct one simple problem. Even though they are polite over the phone and in person, I am hesitant to recommend this dealership.

They failed to communicate with other companies who provide services leading to delays in the overall functionality of the car. It has taken me a few weeks to get what I've needed. Only when speaking to the head of the dealership was I able to get results. Even then, they gave me inaccurate information leading to more time on the phone. If you come across a problem, they seem overall inefficient at helping. It seems like once the salesman is done with the sale, they do not have an incentive to continue to help. I would hesitate to recommend this dealership.

This dealership is one of the best we have been to. The people were not fake or falsely friendly, but they were sure to meet all our needs and provided us with the most efficient and enjoyable experience in purchasing our car. It was clearly evident that each mentioned individual did their job to the best of their ability and remained professional and pleasant at all times. They had no difficulty selling their product and seemed to know what they were doing at all times. They not only did their job, but went well beyond the point of excellence. I don't know much about cars and dealerships, but I can confidently say that Weir Canyon Acura is an excellent dealership to say the very least. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing an Acura or a Honda.

By far the lowest quality of work ever experienced at any service department at any dealer in my 25 years in So. Cal. After repeated visits the only way to fix the car was to do it my self, whereupon I found theyd jerry rigged the car with non-standard, non-Acura, non-approved parts. Avoid them at all cost!!! The experience was so bad, I doubt Ill ever buy another Acura again because even after communicating with Honda about the situation, nothing was done! I fixed it.
