I have just bought my 6th vehicle off weeks in benton and everything went great .They did everything they could to get my payment were i wanted it.the salesman John Reed fought for me every step of the way he has always went that extra step for me ,that why its my 6th vehicle from them .i would recommend this dealership weeks in benton over any other .

I was looking to buy a small suv or crossover as my family was growing and we needed something bigger,Harry Marks went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle. Harry worked his tail off to get me a interest rate that was acceptable not only to me but himself as well,he really works to get the best deal for his customers,I recommend seeing Harry to buy anything used or new,i know i will be back to see him for all my needs! My wife and I went shopping for a new car at Week's annual sales event this past summer. We had looked at several vehicles at other dealers but weren't impressed. Billy Joe Hartley helped to match us up perfectly with our new 2012 Impala. He took the time to listen to our wants and needs for a new vehicle. His professionalism and vehicle knowlege made the car-buying experience for us enjoyable. We have been back to the dealership one time for a routine oil change and were treated very well. All of this will make recommending the Week's dealership to friends and family a very easy thing to do.

I really didnt know what I was looking for when I arrived. John reed kindly greeted us and was very informative and helpful. I test drove a vehicle and was impressed. i explained to John that I was hesitant about purchasing because this was the first vehicle I looked at. He reassured me that he wasnt here to screw me over. That made me feel so much better. i proceeded to ask questions and grew more interested. after a short process I am driving away with my new car today. I am really glad John was the man i talked to.

I was so pleased with the service and hospitality my salesman gave me. (Harry Marks) I am originally from Chicago Il and have purchased cars in the past, which left me with a bad feeling for dealers. From the time i arrived at Weeks in Benton I was treated with nothing but respect. I have a tendency to get nervous (hives and all)! Which did happen. Harry, did everything to make me comfortable. There was no pressure or pushiness. Everything was great!!!! Not only did I get a new Jeep, I believe I made a new friend,(which is really nice since I am from Chicago). I will most definitly recommend you to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! Weeks In Benton is WONDERFUL!!!!

Tom McKenzie made this so simple, I made my initial contact with Tom thru Cars.com, He contacted me right away. I told him what I was looking for and found exactly what I wanted within minutes. I asked for a price over the phone and got it. NO BS a straight answer to straight question. I liked that. I went and looked at my now 2013 Town and Country Touring L. Great van, good deal and a really good salesman. Tom made my car buying experience non confrontational and fun experience. Every one at Weeks in Benton has been great. I strongly recommend dealing with Tom McKenzie.

Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff greeted me within a few minutes of my arrival yet gave me time to look around before asking if I had questions. Werent pushy or trying to sale me something I didnt want. When they didnt have exactly what I was looking for, they took the time to search other dealership to find it. When they found the vehicle I was looking for, they made arrangements to get it for me. The sales process was smooth with no wasted time. Delivery of the vehicle occurred within just a few days of the sale even though they had to travel almost two hundred miles to get the vehicle I wanted. General Manager meet me personally to thank me for my patronage and to ensure the entire process went smoothly. Was probably the best experience I have has a dealership in nearly 30 years of buying cars. An outstanding dealership with competent and caring people that want to make your car buying experience as enjoyable as possible.

The service and sales departments at Weeks are very efficient. Whenever a problem arises, Chris, the service advisor, is always willing to take the time to explain the details and go above and beyond to make your service experience a positive one. We purchased our vehicle from John Reed who made the entire buying process a breeze. John goes out of his way to make sure you are very comfortable with your purchase when you drive it home. The parts department has also been very helpful when we have needed to special order an item. Overall the team at Weeks strives to make your vehicle buying or service experience as comfortable as possible.

We have bought our last 4 vehicles from Weeks in Benton and Will Zettler has been a great salesman to deal with. I recently purchased a 2012 Charger and i love it! I have been satisfied with all the vehicles I have purchased there. I never feel pressured going into the dealership and everyone is always very friendly and welcoming. Will knows his business when it comes to cars and is up front and honest about financial aspects while shopping for a vehicle. He takes the time to explain in detail about the features of each vehicle I have been interested in and obviously takes great pride in making sure the customer is satisfied. I found the 2011 Jeep Compass that I purchased on their website. I already owned a 2007 Jeep Compass & had test driven the 2011 at a local dealership. Since Weeks was a couple of hours away, we negotiated the deal by phone. The salesman was very personable. He went above & beyond to make the deal, but always made me feel like he was truly interested in satisfying me as a customer rather than just making a sale. Once at the dealership, I was greeted by several of the sales staff & other employees who made me feel welcome & comfortable. Everyone that I dealt with was super! Even though it is not my local dealership, Weeks will have my future business because I feel like I got a fair deal & was treated so well.

First let me start off by saying this has been the most impressive experience i have had regarding a vehicle purchase at a dealership. I live in Florida and I ordered a Jeep Unlimited from a local dealership. I was told it would take up to a month for delivery. My heart was not into the color i picked, but the dealership stated it was too late to make ANY changes. My order was placed on a Sat evening. I called first thing on Mon and they told me there was nothing they could do. So i cancelled it. i looked online for the color i truly wanted. i looked all over the country, just about all was sold out, I was forced to deal with pushy, rude salesman and their managers trying to sell me on something else. I came across a dealership in Benton, IL. WEEKS DODGE, JEEP, CHRYSLER. Right from the get go i knew something was different about these guys. I spoke with a salesman, Robert Brown. He was very courteous, patient and willing to help me verify if they still had a specific jeep on the lot. He was the only salesman out of probably 10 dealerships to call me back every time i needed something from him. Let me remind you this was going to be an out of state purchase. ive never seen this Jeep before but online, so i was asking for a ton of pictures and specs on it. He took as many pictures as i needed. I decided to give this dealership a shot. It was a great experience from the time i was picked up from the airport and driven 1.5 hrs to Benton, IL. Even the driver ( Mike ) was great. Gave me a nice breakdown of Illinois rural lifestyles and weather. When we arrived to the dealership, we were greeted by Robert and he had everything ready to finalize the deal. We spoke with the finance mangaer Larry Webb and he went above and beyond the scope of his duties. He went out of his way to get me the best possible deal for me. For that i thank you all at WEEKS DODGE, JEEP,CHRYSLER. I will most certainly recommend this dealership to anyone just so they can get the same courtesy and professionalism they have shown me. I hope these three gentlemen will still be there in 3 years as I will certainly buy from them again. Thank you guys !!!

We went in with a '95 Contour and came out with a 2012 Sonic. John Reed helped us find a car that would fit into our budget and was stylish.I had my 3 yr old nephew with me and the salesmen just kept him entertained. They were great to deal with, we will be going back to trade in our other car when the time is right.
