I went here for a hand car wash, and the experience was pretty good. I had some odd requests, which they did with no fuss. Fair pricing for their normal car wash services and for my specialty wash as well! I still have some sort of haze on my windshield though, that is extremely hard to see through when the sun hits it right.

I purchased a 2012 honda civic Lx about 2 weeks ago and started to notice several problems. I called them and told them about the issues I was having. I brought it back the next day for them to look at the motor mount which was having issues( which is supposed to be changed at 60k to 100k miles on a civic and it has 73k miles) which they told me that the problems were not covered under the power train warranty. They offered to fix the small ac leak problem I was having. They took the car for a few days and returned it to me and it still has a leak. Then I told them I think it is time for the mount to be replaced and Mr. Heath got very upset about it and told me I was being ungrateful and told me that I was trying to take advantage of him. I even offered them to take it to Honda cars of aiken to get the mount inspected with me covering the expense to get it checked. They denied that and told me that the mount was not included in their powertrain warranty, therefore they were honoring their warranty. Then Mr. Heath stated that I could bring him the car and he would take everything out he “did” to it and fix the motor mount but in exchange he would “break my a/c”. I did not want to argue with them so I left and he came outside and tossed a pamphlet through my car window about the Powertrain warranty and on the pamphlet it clearly stated that the motor mounts of the car are under a powertrain warranty. Also I have yet to receive my plates from them.

Came from out of state to purchase and the car was exactly as advertised. Purchase price was very fair and they even followed up with getting the extra key fob from the previous owner! BMW keys are $$$. Thank you Wayne and Chase.
