Buying a new car can be one of the most unenjoyable experiences. I walked away with the vehicle I wanted, at the price I was very happy with and am 100% confident that I received the best deal for by my new car and my trade.At no point in time did I feel any pressure to make a decision. It was a candid conversation where we walked through all the numbers. I had a lot of questions and they answered them all without hesitation and never created a sense of urgency. What can I say. The dealership went behind my back and sold a car I was really interested in. I had met with them and was organizing my life so I could buy the car. They called me today to tell me they sold the car. No warning. Plus the workers were sleazy, unhelpful, and untrustworthy. I would highly recommend to avoid this dealership. If they treat one customer badly, it's bound to happen again. Don't let it happen to you.

We were actually on our way to Lincoln of Wayne to pick up a similar barely used car, but learned of one with a few less miles at Wayne ford, so we checked it out first. Our salesman, Sami was a great guy. He made the deal on his car work for us, while we waited. A nice guy that both my wife and I enjoyed working with, and talking to. Love the car and glad I passed the other one up. I'd send friends to Sami any day!!

Recently went to this dealership and I can honestly say I had the best experience. Spoke to a worker on the phone first to make sure they had the car I wanted, she was very respectful and answered all my questions I had. I then went to the dealership to buy the car. All the employees were very nice and respectful, I will definitely be back to buy other cars.

I just went to look at a used truck, which I then decided I wanted. I had a car to trade, which still had some payments left on it. Milca and Eric worked hard to make the deal with a payment that worked for me. So I left there that day with a new/ used F150 that I love. Having an issue with the satellite radio in the truck, which I'm sure Will be resolved when I go back to pick up my plates. Overall, a great experience with some really professional people. Would definitely recommend Wayne Ford!

I have been visiting this dealer since my purchase in 2013. Thankfully, I have only had to "service" for an OIL CHANGE (works package), unthankfully, EVERY TIME I get stuck WAITING for my car until past closing hours, although, each and every time my appointment was scheduled for 7:30 AM!!!!! I have told them I am waiting for the vehicle and still it takes 10 hrs from appointment schedule time to completion. Completely absurd!! I can honestly say I will take it elsewhere from now on and I will still be as comfortable with service and more than happy will convenience of holding appointment times.

Let me preface my review, by saying I bought a Lincoln MKX here 5 yrs ago, and was a faithful service client all these years. Paul and Ron in the service department are beyond outstanding at their jobs... Very honest and efficient!I attempted to purchase another Lincoln MKX, which is currently still for sale on their used site. It only had about 8,000 miles on it, but the tires and rims were switched from an older vehicle that had at least 40,000 miles on them! I was told it wasn't their problem since that was the way it was purchased from an auction! The best was the window sticker said it had 20" polished aluminum rims and the vehicle had 20" chrome app rims... Talk about FRAUD!!! I called Troy Mohl to try to tell him what was going on, but only got his secretary and never a call back from Mr Mohl. I have to say, I was appalled at the way they treated a long time customer and would NEVER go back to this dealership again!!!

I have had two experiences with this dealership and they have both been horrible. When i bought my truck i had to wait three weeks to get the truck because they didnt have the truck and no one wanted to trade with them. Now 7 months into my lease something went wrong with the truck. My truck has been with the dealership for over a week and a half. They provided me with a loaner but decided to give the smallest car they have, mind you i dropped of a 2016 ford explorer. I took the car with intentions that i will be getting my truck in a couple of days. when i tried changing it they told me they cant guarantee a car because its not offered through ford and its a priviledge to get it. Then he offered to give me a ford transit because i told him i have two children, by the way a work transit is a work vehicle. eventually the finally gave me 2011 ford tauras. Fine no problem until i saw the inside of the vehicle, the floor mats where scattered, the floors were dirty and there was a used fork on the back seat. I usually dont complain about anything but this is by far the worst experience i have ever had anywhere buying anything.

Visited Tania on a Saturday to see what's new, since my lease was due up in two months. Drove home my new Edge on the following Monday night and everything was ready as promised. She is very patient, thorough, honest, knowledgeable and I never felt pressured into buying anything. I was comfortable talking to her candidly about what I wanted and didn't want and she always listened and delivered as promised...she gets the deal done!! Shopped on a Saturday with my son "just to look" and see what was out there to replace my ailing 2000 F-350. Tania walked us around the yard,we drove a couple, no hard sell, just a very pleasant experience. No disappearing act that you get from every other dealer. Found a truck I liked, came back on next Monday and made the purchase. Very satisfied.

I have been buying cars for me and my friends with the excellent professionalism from Tania Ballestas since 5 years ago. She is very good in what she does always she try to find the best deal for you and the best price. And very important she is bilingual Spanish and English that is a plus compare with others agents that they cant help cuz they just speak English. I recommend Tania for all you transactions. I give 4 starts because service department is not good at the dealer always they are very busy and the appointments are very late.

I went in to look at a 2015 Fusion Titanium and ended up making a deal that night. The price was a little below what other dealers were listing it for. When I came back the next day with the check I noticed that there were some scratches and dents that I hadn't seen in the dark. Seth Rosen, my sales person, told me that they could take care of it by sending it out to the body shop they work with. He put that in writing and a few weeks later(I was given a loaner) my car looked like it was brand new. Seth and Wayne Ford did a great job!

I hate car shopping. Hate it. I'm a female and always felt as if I was being taken advantage of. I leased a 2013 Ford Fusioin in February of 2013 and I was very pleased with my experience at that time. I was not going to lease another car until my lease was up, but my salesman, Hector Ramos, gave me a deal on a 2016 Fusion that was just too good to pass up. Unfortunately, I noticed a "ding" on the roof of the car the day that I picked it up, but Hector assured me that it would be taken care of as soon as possible. I brought the car in yesterday and was given a beautiful loaner to use while my car was being repaired. Everything that I've done with this dealership has been seamless and easy and Hector is an amazing salesman who follows up and does the right thing. I'll never go to another dealership again. Thank you Hector,and thank you Wayne Ford for making my leasing experience such a positive one!

George Bukalo is what made my visit to this dealership worth my time. He was very friendly and honest. He helped me right away and didn't make me feel pushed into buying a car like previous dealers. It was my first time buying car and anything I didn't understand he explained more thoroughly for me he made my time there stress free. I went to 3 dealers but Wayne Ford was the only one that was able to help me! I was over my miles on my previously leased Ford and I also still had 5 more payments left. My sales person really went above and beyond to help me get out of my mess, into a 2016 Ford Fusion and also managed to keep my monthly payments roughly the same( paying only $2 more a mo.) I HIGHLY recommend Wayne Ford to anyone looking for pure professionalism!!

3 days after buying a car from them I had issues with the car, I wanted to return it for a different model, salesman tell me no problem come in and we'll take care of it. go see them and their way of taking care of it was to offer me $5000 less than what I paid for it after 3 DAYS!!! The car does not perform as advertised and they have no morals at all to do the right thing.. BEWARE IF YOU CHOSE TO DEAL WITH THEM...You will lose in the end....They work more as a used car dealer that you find on the corner of your block than as a reputable dealer.....which they are not.

This is the 3rd time this happen to me so its time to let other know about it! I purchase my car at Wayne ford so when I call to make appointments the earliest I get is about in 3 weeks because I request a loaner car. However, Every time I show up there there is a problem, there is no car or the latest excuse I received the last two appointments is "They should it called you this morning to let you know..." this type of service is just not worth my time! I started out my Ford experience with Scott Vanpeenen. It started really well, Scott fount the car I wanted and we made a deal. After that it became a long experience. So I made the contract on Saturday and Scott told me he would find out about the Explorer by Monday. So it took me till Wednesday to finally get in contact with him. After about 8 calls I had to speak to a manager, who finally found out that they couldn't get the color. After more days pass, more colors weren't found and Scott is nowhere to be found. So I finally got in contact with the manager Milca, who was very helpful and contacted me back with any details within the same day. So after all that hassle they found my original color and it took me a total of 10 days to get the car. So the next problem occurred after waiting for my plates to be transferred over to my new car. I get a postcard about two weeks later saying that my plates were ready from Scott, but with a brief note stating "Cant trans will pay money". What is that even supposed to mean? When I call Scott back he says he doesn't remember and will let me know when I pick them up on the 11th. So when I picked the plates up they Scott told I couldn't transfer the plates over because the old car was in a different name. So I had to pay a extra $306 for the new plates. Scott his a horrible salesman. He doesn't contact you back after I left several voice mails. Had to get my car inventory issues fixed by a manager. On top of everything Scott did not notified me about the plates not being transferable, no call just sends a postcard. Even though it was two different names at the signing of the contract, he had no knowledge of the rules. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone else.Johnny Cheng

I purchased my first Focus in 2003 from Wayne Ford. It was such a pleasant experience the first time I had to return. In need of a replacement I went back to Wayne Ford for a 2015 Focus. Just as I expected it was another pleasant experience. I walked in feeling confident of the customer service I would receive. I have to say Wayne Ford goes above and beyond for their customers. They do everything they can to make sure you leave satisfied. I will return there for every future vehicle need I have. Wayne Ford makes you feel like family. Believe me when I say no matter what your vehicle needs you will leave Wayne Ford a very happy customer. I did!!

I ordered a Ford Focus 2014, fully loaded and I brought it at MSRP, I also have purchased over 4 cars here. My latest car they forgot to send out the notification that my registration sticker had arrived. Eventually I got a ticket because of it. I called FORD to ask them why they never sent me an alert that the sticker was ready to be picked up and they kept making up excuses as to why it wasn't mailed out and pushing me to different people in the department. Eventually I had to talk to a random lady because the sales guy that sold me the car said "he didn't feel" like it was his fault. I am never buying from this car dealership again.

I recently bought a used mustang. The sales department was very nice and fair. I was told the service department would fix a rubber boot on the power steering. I waited for about 3 hours and was told the car was repaired. I looked under the car and NOTHING was done. So, Service Department told me the repair was complete and in fact they did nothing! It's unfortunate that a company feels it's OK to lie to customers for such an easy fix.

All the staff at Wayne ford made my experience very pleasant. This was the first time I purchased a car without it being a night- mare. Hector was great to deal with and I am sure he went out of his way to make sure I got the SUV I was looking for.

I usually hate buying cars. But it is a necessity in life and I have had to do it many times. I dreaded the high pressure, quibbling over price of the new vehicle and the worth of the old. Then there were the games when you went to sign, with line items that you didn't agree to popping up on the final paperwork. I resigned myself to the task and expected to have a bad day. We were in the Wayne Ford pre-owned area looking for Escapes that they had listed on the internet. We weren't there long before Tommy Garcia came out to see if he could help. He explained the differences between the different trims that I had chosen, explained some of the options and asked if we wanted to test-drive one. It was lunchtime so we said we could come back after lunch for our drive. He said how about test-driving one to the restaurant, enjoying a leisurely lunch, and then driving back when we were finished? In the past, a salesperson would have to ride with us and give us turn-by-turn directions in a specified route. We felt like we couldn't speak openly with each other with the salesperson present. And we were concentrating more on the route we needed to take rather than the driving experience. Not so with Tommy! It was great...we were able to park and check out the car thoroughly and then discuss it over lunch. We concentrated on the experience on the way back and sat down with Tommy. He explained how it could work and gave us a generous offer for my old vehicle. We haggled over a price that we wanted to pay, but not for long. Of the 4 Escapes I was considering before arriving, I had narrowed it down to one after seeing them, but it really wasn't the color that I had hoped for. I drive a lot of miles and it doesn't make sense to buy a new car so I usually look for ones coming off of a lease. Unfortunately, this often means sacrificing options and colors that I want. This vehicle was a close enough compromise that we felt if Tommy could come down to our price, then we would "go for it". It was our first day looking and I was willing to walk away and keep trying if he couldn't meet our price. In just a few minutes we had a deal and what I thought was a great price and trade in value from my old car. The paperwork didn't have any hidden costs so I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience!I would recommend Wayne Ford and Tommy to anyone!

This is the third car I have leased thru Wayne Ford. My salesperson Sam Cicen was great. The Service Dept. is so nice to deal with. Everyone is courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Wayne Ford.

I was looking around on the Internet and was contacted by Bobbie from Wayne Ford who just made every opportunity for me to come in and look around she wasn't annoying but very patient. When I finally decided to go by and check out an Explorer I made an appointment and was greeted by Dana who was very helpful I didn't feel bullied like at most dealerships , Dana is the only one I dealt with Until the end I wasn't bombarded with any manager to try and beat me up and get me to shell out more than I could afford. I drove home that nite with a brand new car that I could afford.

We contacted the dealer through the internet and we dealt with salesperson Tania. We were able to confirm all the info on the van that we were inquiring about and made a phone offer based on Kelly Blue Book value. They accepted the offer and we picked the van up a couple of days later without a problem. Two weeks later we did this again with another matching van (2014 Ford E-350 12-passenger) without a glitch. Could not ask for an easier purchase. We did have some delay in the Wayne business office getting the titles to us but they overnighted them when we asked. It did cause us some internal problems as one van was unable to be registered before the temp plate expired and thus undriveable for a few days. It did not cause any real issue through as we were able to accomplish what we needed during that time through using the second van. After searching many dealerships and meeting various sales people, we ended up at Wayne Ford based on an online inventory selection tool. The salesman Sal was super friendly and very helpful without being pushy. He made his best effort to answer all our questions and helped us make an educated decision. The test drive and the conversations with Sal were great and I think all parties were happy with the end result.The good experience however, came to a halt when we had to meet with Kathy the finance manager handling our account. Frankly, I've never seen someone care less about our satisfaction and be more rude. As an accountant, I am very in touch with the stress and level or responsibility associated with finances, so I have a lot of respect for others in the industry. Kathy however, was unprofessional and did not seem to care about her customers. We practically had to beg to get an opportunity to speak with her, and when we did, she rushed through what she felt was best, instead of exploring various options. Upon my review of the documents, I noticed a blatant discrepancy with her methods (refusing to run numbers with household income vs. individual income) and had to push her to change the finance application to suite our needs (despite the fact that we requested the numbers be run with all income included to get a better rate). After it was proven that this method resulted in the most beneficial financing option, she proceeded to be dismissive and rude, rushing us out of her office.If you decide to visit this location, I highly recommend doing your homework on the financing aspect and make sure you know what you'd like the monthly payment, interest rate, etc to look like. Had we not visited other locations and met with other very helpful financing managers, I wouldn't have had much clarity onto my options, as the financing process at this dealership was embarrassingly poor.

Wayne Rallo is the best. As a customer of Wayne ford since the 80's, I would go no where else for a vehicle. Wayne took a situation and handled it with courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. He went above and beyond to make sure I could drive out of that dealership with something that was workable for me. I can't say enough about this man. He is truly an asset to the organization. I have recommended this dealership to many. I will continue to do so. I love my car and my experience with Wayne and the dealership was just perfect.

I went in just to see what they had to offer. I wasn't set on buying a car that day but the customer service I received from the Sales Rep Dana exceeded my expectations! This dealership knows the meaning of EXCELLENT service. I knew what I wanted and was driving a long way for the vehicle. I was able to confirm a lot of what I needed over the phone and Seth Rosen was true to his word ( no games or bait and switch nonsense). Everyone was happy to answer all the questions I had, provided me with food while I waited and outlets to charge my phone. I did not feel like I was at a typical car dealership ( and the interior is nicely decorated too). Sarah Theil took the time to show me the vehicle, was knowledgeable about the features and did not give me the feeling of being rushed or pressured. Though it's a long drive for me to get there, I foresee buying my next Ford from this dealership. It was the best car buying experience I've had.

I have been able to experience doing business with this dealership in to ocassions. Both times I have been provided with excellent costumer service by the representative, Tania Ballestas. I have bougth two cars and probably when the time comes I will buy a third one from them. Tania has gone the extra mille to accomodate me and meet my family needs for a comfortable and affordable car. I am very satisfied by the experience.

Wayne Rallo was great to work with. He has sold my family several cars in the past few years and has always been extremely helpful. The service department at this location is terrible, but Wayne is always willing to speak with them and get any problems or errors squared away. The work the mechanics do always turns out great, but getting the paper work, appointments, and license plates correct is not an easy task. Overall, I would definitely recommend buying a car from Wayne.

Being a young adult, you don't always receive respect from salesman but that couldn't be farther from reality with Wayne. Wayne was straight forward, knowledgeable, and just a great guy. I could not have asked for a better experience. Just a very professional and friendly organization. Wayne worked with me to get me a great deal on the car and went out of his way to be as helpful and friendly as possible. I highly recommend both Wayne Rallo and Wayne ford, simply outstanding.

Got a great deal on a used truck. My wife & I drove from Brick to Wayne Ford because they had the truck I was searching for with low mileage & a fair price. It took a few hours & we drove the truck home with little bargaining which included a trade in & financing ! Milca , George , Kathy were all very friendly & professional. We went to the Wayne Ford dealership after having a very bad experience at a competitor's dealership. The experience was like night and day. Milca was professional, courteous, friendly, and straight forward. She answered our questions and was very upfront when we sat down to discuss the price of the car. The price was fair and their were no hidden fees. I hate car shopping, but this experience was actually pleasant. I would definitely buy a car here again. All dealerships should be like this!

My husband and I traveled approximately 55 miles to Wayne Ford to look at a 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium after visiting local Ford dealerships in our area. I am so glad we made the trip down; the experience was great! They not only had the exact vehicle in stock that I was searching for, but they made the deal work for me and I was driving the car home in less than 4 hours! The staff were all welcoming and friendly, even those who were not working with us, stopped and said hello. My experience with Sal and Milca was extraordinary! My experience with Gary Thompson was great. He really went out of his way to accommodate my car wish list. The particular vehicle I wanted was not available. I purchased a slightly used 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid. They promised me $200 for scratches. Did not deliver. They misquoted the odometer and gave me an odometer statement off by more than 2500 miles. promised me a check for that. Did not deliver. Car had no gas or wiper fluid when purchase. Engine had a cracked valve cover and oil leak. They asked me to get it repaired and promised to reimburse me. They did not. Without my permission they asked the out-of-state tags company for the title work back and so now I can't get the car titled or inspected. They have refused to answer most emails, and have lied in print (emails to me) and on a recorded line. They are now being sued.

I bought my Ford in August of 2012. It is a 2013 Ford Edge Sport. I was back and forth between 3 dealerships when purchasing my truck. I chose Wayne Ford over Ford Auto Mall in Butler and Fette in Clifton because I live in Wayne. My service started out well. The last 3 times have I have been in for service has been a nightmare. The first of the 3 when I picked up my truck from service my back left bumber was scraped up and it was not when I dropped it off. The service department apologized and advised they would have their guy touch it up for me. I understand things happen. The next time my truck was fine when I dropped it off for service again. When I picked it up the check engine light was on and off for the first few weeks and eventually went away. I did not bring it up since it went away. This past time my truck was fine when I dropped it off once again. The day after I picked it up the engine light was blinking and my auto start was no longer working. This past weekend the light came on and stayed on. I called Monday for an appointment and told them I was driving to Vermont that Thursday and I needed it looked at. They said they could not service the truck until Thursday and could not move it up. That was my first problem if the truck was fine before it is obviously their error they should accomodate I did purchase my truck at this dealership. When I brought it in this morning I asked if they could look at it early on because of my leaving later today. He said we will get to it when we can. Is this good service? If iIdrop my truck off for service I don't expect to pick it up with problems and if there is they should do everything possible to fix as soon as possible. I will not bring my truck back here for service and it would take a lot for me to purchase a vehicle here again. There are too many other Ford Dealerships locally no need to choose one that will give you problems with the service everytime you need an oil change. Keith Bursey

The quality service was disgusting. None of the employees were able to follow up with me - despite my urgency to find and drive off with a vehicle. Finance approved my deal and than never called me to come in and pick up my vehicle. I had to constantly call the dealership, leave messages and no one ever returned my call. I just wanted to pick up my car and drive off with it. Wayne Ford is horrible and i would highly recommend going to a different ford dealership because you would wait forever to receive a follow up or even a response. Not to mention sales associates have no clue about the product knowledge.

Bought a used 2012 Expedition EL from Wayne Ford a few days ago. From the second my wife and I walked in the door, Dana Matteace in Sales was awesome. She exceeded our expectations and was completely NO PRESSURE at all to buy. Ive always prepped myself for dealing with pushy Sale Reps. I didnt need to worry at all about this from Dana. She kept in constant communication with me via phone and email, and even rushed the prep and certification of our truck so we could get it a day early. Couldn't have asked for anything more of her! While we were there picking up our new truck, our young son got his hand slammed in the door of a small car. Thankfully, no broken fingers, just a lot of tears. Dana ran for ice without us asking and came back right away...very concerned that our son's hand was ok. Truly a class act. Would highly recommend her, and the dealership, to anyone.

My salesman Wayne Rallo was fantastic to work with. I told him what I wanted and I got it. No back and forth haggling. A genuinely nice guy. No pressure, and good sound advise. Everything was explained to me and there were no surprises. On delivery Wayne showed me all the options in the car and made sure I understood how everything worked. It was really an effortless purchase. Wayne calls me every other month to see how things are going and I appreciate those calls. When it's time to purchase another car I will definitely call Wayne.

I recently purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion at Wayne Ford. Sam Chiappa was very helpful and friendly. After I found the car I liked,we took thecar for a test drive. I liked the car and decided to purchase it. The following day Sam took the car out just to check it out. He detected a break problem and then he called me to let me know he wanted to get the problem fixed before I picked up the car. I am very happy with the car. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford Explorer, including all the different packages offered in this vehicle. Every question we asked, Wayne answered thoroughly with great detail. I would definitely recommend Wayne over at Wayne Ford. We plan on coming back here for our second car.

My husband and I have owned Fords for 15 years. We have consistently had them serviced at Wayne Ford because of the excellent care given to our Ford vehicles. However, we rarely purchased vehicles at Wayne Ford because the sales staff was rarely as competitive as those at other dealerships. We recently purchased an Edge from Hector Ramos. My husband and I made the recent decision to change vehicles from a Dodge Ram 1500 to a Ford Explorer or Excursion. With growing kids and a recent 14 hour drive to NC for vacation, the interior of the Ram wasn't cutting it anymore. We ended up at Wayne Ford last Friday night to look around and figure out our plan. We were walking around for maybe two minutes when Wayne Rallo walked up to see if we needed some help. He wasn't pushy in the least and proceeded to help us look at Explorers, then Excursions, the back to Explorers. He patiently explained the different options to us, specific features and benefits associated with each, as well as discussing used vs. new. Wayne was extremely knowledgable and made sure we had all of our questions answered. Towards the end of our time there, we came across a 2014 Explorer in the Sunset color. Bingo! This was the vehicle for us. We went inside to discuss numbers and ensure this vehicle met all of our needs. Turns out it didn't have a tow hitch, which we had on our "must have" list. Wayne said that he/Wayne Ford would begin their search for this exact vehicle with the necessary tow hitch. Fast forward a few days, with Wayne calling to keep us informed and even giving us his personal cell phone number, and today we left with two new keys, our new Explorer, and happy kids who now have more room in this vehicle than they ever did in the Ram. Thanks Wayne Rallo!! You were friendly, helpful, and made this such a pleasurable process. When I arrived, he had exactly what I was looking for ready for me to test drive. He made the financing, purchase and pick up quick and easy. He was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all the options to me so I can easily understand how everything worked. I am very pleased with ms. irrazarry and tom Garcia. I bought several cars from them and this by far was the best expierence . I truly feel like I got what any car dealer should provide great service, the price I was willing to pay and can afford, no back n forth with the famous "let me talk to my manager crap"!!!! MILKA &MR. GARCIA handled it very smoothly, even the finance lady, mrs. Kathy was pleasant and quick. the best was when I drove home and noticed the crack in the windshield , I immediately called Tom and that next day it was replaced by ARK IN TOTOWA no charge to me. THATS quality service and very respectful work done by TOM. THANKS !!!! My only complaint is they need to OVERHAUL THE WHOLE FRONT AREA. LOOKS VERY OLD AND OUT DATED. I recently visited Wayne Ford this past weekend to take a look at a new Ford Fusion. Their staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They weren't pushy, answered all my questions and helped me choose a vehicle that met my needs. Needless to say, I walked away with a brand new 2013 Ford Fusion. Robert, the salesman who worked with us, was friendly and helpful; young and enthusiastic in a way that made me feel comfortable and less intimidated about the whole process of buying a new car from a dealership. I never picked up creepy car salesman vibes, which I did at other dealerships I visited in my quest to buy a Ford. Between when I first walked in the door and decided to buy the car--about three weeks I think--I was not overly barraged with calls. All in all pretty pleasant and painless. And I love the car (so far).

When I bought my car from Wayne Ford it was one of the happiest days of my life but when trying to get my car serviced that excitement began to disappear and turned into disappointment. Here's why...#1. Shortly after I bought my car I called complaining that when I pressed the brakes the car would speed up and then stop. I called and the service department told me they couldn't look at the car for about a weeks. I was afraid to drive it so I took it to another Ford Dealership who allowed me to come in because of the seriousness of the issue.#2. When I went by the dealership to speak with the two guys who sold me the car, they both didn't work there any more and I wasn't referred to anyone else and I left feeling that something just didn't feel right. I wish I had returned the car and left Wayne Ford all together but I was working so much that I didn't have the time to do so.#3. I drove the car up to CT for a wedding and on my way back I saw a signal that the tire pressure was low. I look at all of the tires and saw the back right tire was indeed low. I stopped at a PepBoys and had it temporarily fixed until I could take it to Wayne Ford. When I called the shop the early the next morning and told them that my tire kept going flat they said we can see the car about two weeks later. I guess I was supposed to drive around with a flat tire for 2 weeks.#4. While driving back from SC my windshield washer fluid began to spray out on it's own and the windshield came on and would not shut off. I called Wayne Ford and I could not get in again for 2 weeks. I took my car to Bayer and they fixed it.I asked if this statement was still true about Fords... F. O. R. D. = Fix Or Repair Daily? The 2 guys who sold me the car said no but, every time I've had a problem with my car there is a 2 WEEK wait to even have it seen. Since the guys who said no the statement isn't true are gone, I assume that they lied and that's why they are not there any more.I now take my car to BAYER FORD in Morristown, NJ it's a much further drive but it's so much better service. I hope to trade the car I bought from Wayne Ford and buy a new car from Bayer. Wayne ford sold me a used Mustang for a higher price than a new 2013! Prices at this dealership are way to high. Started off nearly $40 per month higher then the eventual deal we received from another dealer. Tried to take advantage of my wife with pricing because the prices started to dip as I got involved. Also sent some previous customers in and asked for pricing and prices were way less then what was given to my wife. The Emails did not always answer all of my questions. Salesperson caps locked all words in email which is considered rude and obnoxious and was an eventual deal breaker for me. Also, save the "if the car is still on the lot" routine. Its the oldest trick in the book and most people do not fall for that bit. As a repeat customer I thought we should have been treated more fairly. We had an expiring lease with them. Not to mention this dealership completely ripped us off with our last lease with us paying nearly $2000 more down and $30.00 per month more for less of a car. Thank god the last salesperson was no longer there cause I actually liked him and I probably would have ended up using them again and losing money.

I visited Wayne Ford while shopping for a pre-owned 2011 Ford Crown Victoria. During my visit I was greeted by multiple employees who were all very helpful. My transportation consultant, Ms. Dana Matteace, provided exceptional service and assisted me throughout my purchase. In particular, after taking my vehicle for a test drive I still had a few remaining requests and concerns. While looking at my vehicle I noticed that the owners manual was missing and that the vehicle only had one key. Ms. Matteace addressed both of these concerns and made sure that I received my second key and ordered the owners manual for me. I highly recommend Wayne Ford and I can commend them for the excellent service.

After researching the Ford Escape, I went to Wayne Ford hoping to test drive one. Sam C. was an excellent salesman who exhibited full knowledge of the vehicle. After a test drive, he listed to what my needs were and found the best model for me. I was impressed by his ability to make this experience as smooth as it was. I was happy with my experience, very grateful for a salesman like Sam, and very excited over my purchase. I highly recommend Wayne Ford and appreciated the fact that no one pushed me or forced something on me that wouldn't suit my needs. .

My sales experience was a positive one. George made sure I got a good deal and all the rebates that I was entitled to. This is my second vehicle through Wayne Ford. It will definitely be my last purchase from them.What lead to my overall dissatisfaction was the service department. I called in for some minor warranty work. They scheduled it for 2 weeks later, they also stated that they lined up a loaner car ( which was part of the sales pitch while purchasing, the ease and availability of a loaner) so 2 weeks passes and I call the day before to confirm my schedule. I was told that everything was good. I then get a call the next day to be told that I was going to have to wait until 4:30pm to confirm the loaner car again. ( which I did the day before) I agreed relunctenly, since I work an hour away. I also expressed that since I was the customer I shouldn't be the one chasing the car down, that they should be they ones reassuring the car and my overall satisfaction.So I called at the time they stated, and guess what happened? No car, new drop off date. So we went through the process again. Only to have the same thing happen again. So a month passes. I finally call George and tell him what happened. He asked if he could call back. I agreed. Since George has helped me through this very same issue with my last vehicle. He actually remembered the situation. He also resolved it last time.So George called back and said he didn't understand what service was doing and that he would just loan me his car next week.Well that week has went by, and service called. They now have a car. I leave work early, race there and guess what? They want to charge my credit card $500 to use a loaner car. Not once was this relayed to me. They said they would refund it if there was no damages. I actually understand this policy and would have been more receptive had when Ron was speaking to me in a haphazardly manner. And informed me of this policy. Prior to the day I attempted to drop my car off, I was told in an offhandish tone, Wayne Fords subcontractor failed to contact me to inspect my sun roof, and that Ron just assumed the contractor called me. Now coming from someone who works in a customer service atmosphere. There are several underlying issues:1. Lack of follow up2. Giving false reassurances3. Not being forthcoming to the customer4. Not properly scheduling 5. Not following up in a timely manner6. Undermining the customer7. No resolution for the customer8. Willingness to allow a customer to walk awayIn conclusion, I will definately purchase my next vehicle somewhere else, and when asked for a referral for a Ford dealership I will direct them somewhere else. This is only based on my service experience. It's a shame because my sales experience was great. I will admit that there was only one time I felt like things might change with my service experiences. That was when I was dealing with Chris. I only dealt with him when I had my first vehicle, I haven't seen him since. Just be weary when dealing with service.

For the past 10 to 12 years I purchase diesel trucks for my roofing company with this dealership, aprox 3 to 4 vehicle a year. After speaking with Troy Mole, he explain to me that the new Eco boost truck was getting 15 to 21 mpg and a lot of his friends and costumer were getting great gas mileage 20 mile per gallon ! So I purchase a 2013 FX4 Crew Cab Pick Up for $51,000.00 ! In my opinion a lot of money for a 150 pick up but I figure if I was getting great gas mileage it was well worth it. Unfortunatly its been almost 4 months now and I am only getting 8.9 MILES A GALLON!!!!!!! Spoke to Troy Mole 1 month after purchase and he said I had to break the vehicle in, after 2500 miles I would see better gas mileage, after reaching 3500 I was still getting the same gas mileage, called Troy again and was told to break it in 5000 miles. I contacted Ford directly on there 800 number who then explain to me in the owners manual that the truck would be breaking in at 3000 miles to assume EPA MPG. While I was on the phone with ford they contacted wayne ford and spoke to service manager and asked them to do a fuel pressure test, AFTER speaking to ford I called wayne ford to make a appointment and was told that there was nothing they could do for me ! That I had to break the truck in 5000 miles. I now have 9000 miles on the truck and I am still getting not more than 9 miles per gallon. Once again spoke to service manager at wayne ford and was told theres nothing they could do for me that they are aware of the problem. Now I am stuck paying a 800$ a month truck payment that cost me more gas money than my 2012 F450 Dually, Now no one is returning my phone calls and I am stuck with a lemon, This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND SHOULD NO BE ALLOWED , THEY NEED TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION OR CHANGE THE TRUCK ! After being a loyal costumer and purchase over 50 vehicule over the past 12 years I would've expected better costumer service ! *AT LEAST A PHONE CALL BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The vehicle that I was interested in had a Carfax history showing an accident. The dealer did not verbalize to me that the vehicle was in an accident and the only way I found out it was in an accident was by reading through the numerous pages of a Carfax report that I printed out. In my personal opinion, the price the dealer wanted for this vehicle seemed too high given it was in an accident and the dealer seemed to believe it could get a price as if the Carfax report was clean; that is to say as if a future unknowing customer would pay full price and not factoring in the accident.This dealer is on a busy highway in Wayne and thus, in my personal opinion, I felt that I was treated as one of many... I would recommend everyone avoid this dealer....

I bought a brand new Ford Focus. After three days a started to hear noise when switching gears. I went to the dealership for an appointment and they gave one but a week from the day I asked for service. Today 05/08/2013 my wife was driving the car and the transmission was stuck on drive. My wife put it in reverse and the car went forward and almost got into an accident. My daughter was with her too.I immediately called the dealership to tell them about the problem and told them what happened and that the car is too dangerous to drive. The girl that answered the phone dared to tell me that nothing she can do and i have to call the service in the morning.I will explore all my legal options to make this dealership pay. Hello, I am writing to you in hopes you can help me. I recently(january 2013) purchased a 2013 ford explorer limited suv from wayne ford in wayne nj. It was a brand new vehicle when I purchased it and I couldn't be happier with it when I got it. The dealership couldn't go on more about how the truck is run by the ford SYNC system and how it was the first truck to be completely run by their computer. Before I left the dealership they set up my cell phone(iphone 5) with the truck and explained all the services. The very next day I had problems with the truck and my cell phone not connecting. When it did connect the people on the other side of the call could berly hear me or said it was extremely staticy I proceeded to call the dealership service department and they told me there was an update for the truck. I had wondered why it wasn't updated when I bought the truck, but I figured it was how they did it. I was told to come in for the update anytime and when I got there they said they were too busy and I had to come back. The next time I came it took over 2 hours but finally I had the update. The service man chris came out and synced my phone and sent me on my way. It worked for a few days before I noticed that I was having other issues with the truck as far as the radio, usb stick, navigation and touchscreen freezing. I figured it something that may have taken a while for the computer to adjust to the update and gave it the benefit of the doubt that it would work itself out. As time past I noticed more and more problems all linking to the computer. I brought it in and listed my problems as well as some other mechanical issues but they said we should deal with the computer issues first and then we could deal with the mechanical issues. I brought my truck in where they kept it for over a week. I was told that a part called an "apin" was to be replaced because it is not compatible with the update. Now I questioned why they didn't replace it when I did the update. After getting my truck back it was worse than before. I will list specific issues at the end. I then went back to the service department and told them it was worse. I was directed to the Ford Corporate hotline where I got assigned to angela, who after my time spending with her I am not surprised people are frustrated dealing with ford. First I had to go thru an operator who gave very robotic questions and run around answers. She started a case for me and told me angela would be dealing with me from this point on. After answering the operators questions her last question was "what can we do to satisfy the situation for you?" I told her I was very disappointed in the truck and frustrated with its problems. It is a $50,000 truck and I expected it to work. She informed me angela would call me in 48 hours and she is the regional manager. I did receive a phone call from angela in the 48 hours and that would be the last time she called me when she said she would. She asked the problems with the truck and again what I was looking for as a solution. I informed her that all I wanted was to be released from the lease and into a different truck and stay with ford. I have had ford products before and was happy. I figured it was a freak happening and wanted to stay with the company. She then informed me they would be sending an engineer out to survey the truck and look into the problem. I told her I had videos of the truck not working and she told me she wasn't interest in it and to let the engineer look the truck over. The engineer was set to come in on that monday. I was supposed to receive a call to drop off the truck and angela would call me the next day. Monday came and went with no call or engineer and tuesday came with no call from angela. I called the hotline 3 times to get angela and all I got was her voicemail. Wednesday the service manager called from wayne ford(paul) and informed me the engineer would be in the next day thursday at 2pm. I then got a phone call from angela about an hour later to inform me the same thing. I asked her why I wasn't called as promised and she said it wasn't in her schedule. Thursday came and as I was driving to ford paul called me to say the engineer would be there at 3pm. I had to waste an hour waiting and then he showed at 330pm. When I met him he couldn't be more than 25 yrs old holding a computer. He came up to me very robotic and cocky. I told him I have videos to show him of what has been happening and completely ignored me asking for me to recreate the problems over and over again. After a frustrating period he apologized and I showed him the videos. He them took the truck into the garage of the service department and I was told it would be a little over an hour for him to research the problems. After an hour paul told me to take a courtesy car($500 deposit) because it would be at least 3 hours more. I asked why and he said the engineer is wiping my computer in the truck and reinstalling the software. Thats when I knew he wasn't there to look into anything, he was there to just wipe the computer to try to make the problem go away for ford. 5 days later I got my truck back and as I synced my phone in the ford parking lot my navigation froze and would not work. I ran to get paul to show him the problem. He sat in my truck as angela called and he told her the truck was still not fixed and he called the engineer to try to rectify it but it was not fixable. I took the truck from the dealership and awaited angela phone call the next day. Now I want to update you on what the problem Ford says is why the sync is not working. They say the iphone is in someway corrupting the whole SYNC system and it is a known problem with the truck. Yes, they told me the $200 iphone is crippling the $50,000 truck and they know about it and are still selling the truck to customers. They were well aware of my phone because they are the ones that setup the phone when I bought the truck.Angela called me that next day after talking to paul and the engineer and my many calls about the issues. She flat out told me that its not fords problem and it is my fault for using the iphone. She said they would not compensate me in anyway or let me out of my lease as I requested. I have to wait for an update and hope it works out. I also complained to the manager of wayne ford and told me they cant do anything but sell me another truck but I had to come up with $7000 to cover the difference on the value of the truck to what I owed. Remember I bought the truck almost 3 months ago. I called the ford hotline again and told them I wanted angela's supervisor and told them I would retain a lawyer and sue. They asked me to wait 48 hours again and the situation would be escalated and a supervisor would call me. I have not received any calls from them. I called again and told them no one called and they gave me a fax number for a lawyer to contact them and hung up on me. I do plan to take this matter to every extent the law allows me. I have talked to many people and heard many ford customers are having problems like me with the SYNC system. And more and more the trucks are coming in to the service departments. I want to expose ford on how they treat their customers and their lack of accepting that they are selling a product to customers knowing there is an issue with the computer system. If they had told me at the time of sale that my $200 iphone would not work in my $50000 truck honestly I would have not bought the truck. I am on my phone a lot and commute 40 miles each way everyday and need that feature. I do really hope that you take this story into consideration and help me expose this story.So here is an update. I was put in contact with John Beck, zone manager for ford motor company 2 weeks ago. We got on the phone and promised me the world. He said that he had a meeting with his 3 engineers and asked if anyone knew or had been with my truck and address the problems my truck is having. They all said no and told me he would be sending his best engineer out to look over my truck and make an assessment as to releasing me to a new truck that worked. He also offered a rental truck for me to drive because my truck would be in for a while. The only catch is I had to be there with my phone and the truck and engineer to see how the truck reacted to the phone in person. Even thou I have tons of videos and the service manager at wayne ford seeing the problems in person. I agreed as my last step before letting the lawyers handle it. Well today 4/29 was the day and let me tell you it was an eye opening experience. I arrived at wayne ford at 130pm, the engineer was on a call till 2pm when he came done. As I turned to greet him it became very apparent that I knew this guy because IT WAS THE SAME ENGINEER! The same guy that was there a month ago that was supposed to check my truck but instead wiped the trucks computer and reinstalled everything to cover up any issues. There he was standing infront of me. To say the least I was extremely upset. Myself and paul both tried to cal JOHN BECK but he refused to answer or call back. After realizing ford was now playing games to try to wear me down, I allowed paul and the engineer to have my phone. 15 minutes later the both emerge from the truck and paul tells me the will have to drive my truck around for a few days. ( So I am paying for a truck so that the service guys at wayne ford can drive my truck around) Again Ford is trying to wear me out and they keep going around in circles. It was time wasted that I will never get back. I have also been in contact with the general manager at WAYNE FORD Troy Mol General Manager...wayneford1ataol.com.com....and after one 30 minute meeting and seeing him today I can see how he works for ford. After all my complaints and visits to the dealership all he did was brush me off with that smug look of "I am above you". Its amazing to me how these people get away with screwing people over and stealing there money with no accountability. Wayne ford has done absolutely nothing but Waste my time, give me the run around and push me off to the next person over and over again. Ford motor company should be ashamed on how they treat their customers. I have proceded with the lawyers, as well as contact the attorney general, better business bureau, consumer affairs and countless other agencies. This is best dealer experence I've ever had. I have a 2012 Ford Focus which developed a difficult diagnose front suspension squeak. The service manager Paul came out to my job to diagnose the problem personally on his own time! When I went to get the service done, they ran out of loaner cars, so Paul gave me his own dealer vehicle! This is the friendliest and most accommodating service experience I've ever had. They have won a very loyal customer in me for years to come.

As we browsed the large inventory of cars, we were approached by one of the sales people. She said her name was Dana Matteas, and that she could assist us with our search for the perfect car. Dana was extremely courteous, patient, and very well informed about each vehicle that we looked at. Dana showed true professionalism, from the start of our search, to the final purchase that we made of a vehicle. I RECENTLY SHOPPED WAYNE FORD FOR A NEW SUV. HECTOR RAMOS WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT IN GIVING ME DIFFERENT OPTIONS TOO SUIT MY BUDGET. My experience with Wayne Ford has been supberb from inception when I first emailed my quote request and received an immediate response from Milca to picking up the new Edge at the dealership. Milca is the friendiness, upbeat and happyiness person that I had ever dealt with at an auto dealership. She was professional, prompt, informative and did everything that made me feel that I was getting the best deal possible. She followed up every single call and email, answered all of my request with accuracy without hesitation and made sure that my test drive vehicle was ready as to not waste my time at the dealership. I was greeted and was helped with the paperwork transaction at the dealership by Sam Chiappa (Sales Representative) and Kathy Calabro (Finance Manger) with the same type of friendiness, courteous and knowledgeable professionalism. When we encountered a problem with the vehicle that I had wanted, Sam and Troy Mol (General Manager) expeditiously came up with a more superior option for me to consider without any pressure. Kathy also did a supberb job in dealing with my leasing, DMV and insurance paperwork that met my needs.During vehicle pickup, all paperwork had been prepared and Sam made sure that my insurance was ready to make sure that I would not have to spend time waiting at the dealership while the paperwork was being prepared. He also made sure that the vehicle was properly prepped and reveiwed all of the vehicle's features with me so I could start enjoying the vehicle as soon as I drive away. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and have been enjoying my new Ford Edge ever since.I like to thank everyone at Wayne Ford particularly the persons named above and will definitely spread the good word about my pleasant experience with this professional and legilimate dealership.

I think it's great that you have this site to review the dealership but I have a complaint! 3 years ago I purchased a used Expedition from Tommy Garcia. Everything went smooth and I left there feeling very good about my experience. Two years later my girlfriend wanted to lease a new car so we returned to Wayne and once again did business with Tommy. Again, everything went better than could have been expected. With her lease coming to an end, along with my interest my Expedition, we returned back to Wayne, and Tommy, to both purchase new pre-owned vehicles. Without surprise, we both had a wonderful experience and both made deals we were satisfied with.

We called ahead and asked about a particular car, she had it ready for us to test drive the minute we got there. We had a very good experience! what was particularly positive was that there was no high pressure sales tactics used. Our salesman Mat worked very hard for us to get the best possible discounts from Ford (year end leftover-clearance promotions) as well as the dealers best price/deal.The entire experience was a complete pleasure, from the negotiation to the finance paperwork and approval, Vincennt V.did his best to see that everything went thru without a hitch, day of pick- up all the paper work was prepared which made for a painless experience, very satisfied whith all aspects of purchasing this vehicle at Wayne Ford, appreciate the way we were taken care of and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Working with George was completely effortless. After working out the details we agreed on a day to come back and sign the papers. My son and I walked and we were greeted with smiles. After briefly speaking with George we got together with Dana and my paperwork and signed away. I had the keys in my hand and driving away with our new car in about 45 minuets. Wayne Ford has always exceeded my expectations. We have purchased cars their for years and always found them to be honest, responsive and by far the best deals around. I've stopped shopping around because at the end of the day, all roads always lead back to Wayne Ford. Even when we moved six hours away, we have continued to purchase our vehicles at Wayne Ford. We have been so satisfied, my neighbors have also purchased cars their despite the long distance. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new or pre owned vehicle.

The people I've worked with are absolutely great, they don't tell you what you want, they listen to what you are looking for and work hard with you to meet you budget needs while getting you a great car. My first experience with them was in 2011 and recently this past week January 2013. You don't feel like they are JUST trying to make a sale. Great customer service and absolutely GREAT cars!

I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and have run the gamut of experiences. My recent purchase at Wayne Ford is at the top of the list for one of the best. The entire process was relaxed and straightforward. We were able to come to a fair price very quickly. My salesman (Sam Chiappa) was very friendly and didn't play any games. The financing end was also clear and pressure free. The entire deal was as effortless as picking up a gallon of milk. I got the exact car I was looking for at a terrific price with "no ups or extras" as an old ad on TV used to say. I was really pleased with the friendly, personably staff and the entire purchase process. There are actually Ford dealers much closer to my home in Bergen County, but I was looking avoid the nonsense I had dealt with in the past. Im really glad I drove the extra 20 minutes! If you are looking for a car, you definitely should stop by Wayne Ford.

My company Purchased a new F-250 from Wayne Ford. We lost our last truck due to Hurricane Sandy. We were not expecting to buy a new truck but Sam and Troy made our purchase easy and pleasurable. I worked with Sal through the buying process. Most of the interaction was done online, which was my preference. When I got to the dealership to sign the paperwork all was exactly as we had discussed online and there were no "surprises". The finance department was excellent as well. They were not pushy with the extra warranties available and we worked all the numbers on their computer screen together - very transparent. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was called into the finance department and they said during the week they were able to find an even better rate with a different bank and shaved an extra $20 off my monthly payment, same exact terms. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've had and would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a Ford or used vehicle in this area.

I have been buying, leasing and servicing my vehicles for more than 10 years at Wayne Ford. Having formerly been in the automotive business for over 30 years I had dealt with many dealerships, but never came across one like this. They only hire the most honest, real human beings here and they really do "Treat you like family". I live in East Rutherford but drive there even for an oil change because I trust them explicitly and I know whatever I ask them to do or check it WILL BE DONE! I won't be charged for something I don't need nor will I be sold a bill of goods. When I buy a new vehicle they never try to rip me off with after-sell like other dealers have in the past. They are a one of kind dealership.

During the sales negotiation Wayne Ford included running boards for the F-150 FX4 truck at no extra charge as part of the deal. Given the price and other factors, that was sufficient for me to make the decision to accept the offer. After working through some other details, the salesman came back with the news that not only would Wayne Ford not include the running boards at no charge it would cost me an additional $1500 to get them as dealer installed options. I worked to make the deal as acceptable as I could be by asking to have a bedliner included.After I accepted the offer and signed, I began to do more detailed research. What I initially found about after-market running boards and bedliner made me realize the $1500 I was going to pay was a significant ripoff. I called the dealership the next morning to get those items removed from the deal. Further research I have done indicates that some Ford OEM running boards compatible with the FX4 cost about $300-$400 leading me to believe I was lied to during the sales cycle.I am not sure if it was the salesman or the Sales Manager who was on duty at the time who decided to employ this sales tactic to squeeze more money out of me. The bottom line however is it was a sleazy sales tactic and one that I had hoped Wayne Ford would have been above performing. Sales practices like this should be a thing of the past, that does not appear to be the case at Wayne Ford.If you choose to do business with this dealership keep 3 things in mind:1) Be prepared to walk if anything changes on the deal they offer.2) NJ does not have a 3 day contract cancellation law for auto purchases, if you sign the contract and place a deposit you are committed.3) This dealership is willing to give up on customer satisfaction over $350.

I purchased a gently used (practically new) Edge from David. I had done all of my research, and knew which vehicle I wanted before I hit the door. David showed me the vehicle I was interested in as well as all other Edge's on the lot in the rain that day. He was not pushy or aggressive. I went in prepared to fight, however I didn't have to. They were fair and I didn't spend all night haggling, which was awesome. I'd definately go back when I decide to trade up, and will even refer my friends and family.

They continued to be superior in everything...customer service, selection and price. What I love most about them is respect for the customer and time. There was no ridiculous haggling, no waiting. I have owned Ford Lincoln and Mercury vehicles for over 20 years. I have used one dealership for the last 13 years or so and was well satisfied and intended to use them again for another vehicle. I went to Wayne Ford yesterday just to see some other vehicles even though I had already selected a vehicle at the dealer I have been using for over a decade Robyn had called me and e mailed me during the week and was informed,courteous and friendly so I decided to visit on 4/21. When my wife and I walked in we were greeted by everyone and introduced to Sam C. Sam listened to what we were looking for and took us out to view several choices. He then went to Kathy C who ran the numbers as this was a rather complex transaction that involved returning another vehicle, payment swaps etc. She worked the numbers numerous times and apologized for the wait which was appreciated but unnecessary since we were fine. Sam suggested a number of ways to get the vehicle we wanted and we decided on the spot to get it from him. They got the vehicle ready in a couple of hours and the paperwork necessary while I had coffee and chatted with Sam and others. As you may be able to tell I am very loyal to sales people and dealerships when they are up front and honest and I actually felt pretty bad about leaving the dealership and sales person I had dealt with for 3 Navigators, 7 Fords, 1Lincoln Mks and 1 Mercury over the past 13 years but somehow this felt like the right people and the right deal. I had to call the other sales person and tell them I was buying somewhere else and he offered to beat Wayne's price but I felt committed to Sam et al because of the way we were treated. Bottom line is we had no real intention of buying from this dealership but the no pressure approach and overall friendliness of the people we dealt with became the deciding factor and not the price which was fair anyway. I would suggest that you try Wayne if you are in the market for any vehicle before you make a final decision. You will be pleasantly surprised. Thanks Sam, Kathy and Robyn !

They spent plenty of time with me, explaining everything. I was able to test drive any vehicle, and each auto was explained to me. I have leased several Fords, in fact most were leased, with George. To date I have leased probably 12 Fords. The help with pricing and payments were excellent, help from both employees. I am now convinced I will be returning to Wayne Ford, for new or used vehicle, and would recommend anyone looking for a automobile. The first time I saw this dealership on the internet I was excited; anticipating a purchase on a great deal I saw over the internet. When they called me about the internet query I immediately asked if that particular vehicle was still available to which the reply was yes. I also asked if they had a decent inventory in case something was drastically wrong with the vehicle that I had already chosen; they do have a nice selection of used vehicles. Since I was coming from out of state I ensured all my ducks were lined up and when I decided that it was time to pay them a visit. The unfortunate truth was that a lot of what they do is smoking mirrors; the two trucks that I had queried were used to pull people into the dealership and then it was up to the unsuspecting sales consultants to switch and sell you on a different vehicle "The Bait and Switch". The vehicle I came in on miraculously disappeared and the next two vehicles that I selected had a huge discrepancy between their advertising price and their selling price; like a $6000.00+ difference. I left that day out of sheer frustration and disbelief that a place of business under the FORD name could operate uncharacteristically and legally under these conditions. It felt like I was 19 all over again, bouncing from one 'buy here pay here' dealership to another with nothing but unsavory individuals in my wake. To my surprise I actually received a phone call and a letter in the mail as to why I didn't purchase from them and I explained how I gave them three strikes and they had swung out in one of the most disgracing ways possible. The experience was so bad that I stopped looking at fords and redirected my focus to chevrolets. I didn't intend on dealing with Wayne ford at all however, the ford dealership closest to me didn't have the inventory so when Mat Fuess called me back to see if I was still in the market I was inclined to say yes. I chose to take the opportunity to make the deal over the phone prior to driving another 74 miles to get a re-run of what happened the first time. Upon arriving at the dealership Mat greeted me, handed me the keys and allowed me time to look over the vehicle once more. Since we had already agreed on the price there wasn't anything left to do other than the paperwork. I only purchased here because they were the only dealership (at the time) that had what I was looking for in and out of a vehicle and at the price I was willing to pay. All things being considered, I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone for reasons as such; unorganized, deceptive, apathetic, don't expect a full tank of gas, not the FORD experience that youre looking for!

I walked on to the lot on Monday morning and drove off the lot on Monday night with the car of my dreams. Altohugh it took a lot of negotiating I was able to get a very fair deal on the car I really wanted. Tommy was friendly, helpful and porfessional through out the entire process. I know it was a CRAZY day at the dealership, as it was Presdents Day. It seemed like a everyone buying not just looking. I have had my car less then one day and I am thrilled that I was lucky enough to find the car and the price that worled for me at Wayne Ford. Thank you to all the employees that help in completing my transaction without any issues.

I had such a great experience at Wayne Ford. Dana was such a huge help. I was such in a disaster of a position because i had recently bought a used car else where and the engine got messed up and it was such a huge expense to fix and money was tight. They ended up buying my car and paying of the loan that was on it and gave me such a great deal on a car I couldn't pass it up. Now I'm happily driving a 2011 yellow ford fiesta. I definitely recommend everyone to go here!

The dealership, as a whole, is a breath of fresh air in honesty and integrity. Our family purchased vehicles previously from Wayne Ford and received the same professional, cordial and honest service. Their service department is thorough and efficient as well. That was also one of the reasons why we purchased at Wayne Ford. The entire staff of people I dealt with, highlighted methods of savings that other dealers didn't even mention or misquoted. Our Transportation Consultant, Tania, was tops in knowledge and courtesy. Bravo to Wayne Ford! They have proven once again that they are proud to be part of the Ford family and certainly display it everyday.

This is my second time dealng with Wayne Ford. I purchased a 2001 Expedition from Troy and recently a 2012 Edge from Tommy Garcia. I was completely satisfied with both experiences. My recent visit to Wayne Ford left me feeling like the sales staff knew what I was looking for better than I did. I gave them very little information at first because I was not sure what I was there to do. Buy new? Buy used? Lease? Or just research. By the end of that afternoon I was smiling from ear to ear knowing I made the best deal possible and I drove out of there in a brand new 2012 Edge. The price was right and the options package was more than I would have usually shopped for. I will return to Wayne Ford for my next vehicle.JimBudd Lake NJ

After hearing what a great experience a co-worker of mine had purchasing his 2012 Ford Explorer XLT at Wayne Ford, I decided to take his advice and see for myself. I dealt with Seth Rosen who my co-worker recommended. I called first thing in the morning and was in the showroom talking to him a half hour later. Mr. Rosen took his time showing me the difference between the XLT and the Limited. He basically showed me every Explorer on the lot with the different options they offered. He was very thorough from explaining the options right through purchasing the vehicle. Needless to say, I walked out of the dealership with a new Explorer. Hands down, the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a new vehicle.

I have given Wayne Ford the best possible rating. I have been to many dealerships and had a veriety of experiences, mostly unpleasant. This is why it is especially imporant to me to write this review. Most importantly I was dealt with quickly. I walked in and we got right to business. It was pouring rain and Dana took me to drive and compare two used Ford E350's. She did so courteously and patiently. She answered my questions and concerns with answers that seemed honest and logical. She was extreemly bright, the type of person that I'd expect to see doing eye exams or practising law, not selling cars. Needless to say I was impressed. I had already been to many dealerships and all the sales people I had talked to were $8/hr dodo's. Very hard to do business when all you get on the other end of the line is "duh, I think so...maybe...um let me ask my manager...(20 minutes later)...uh he isn't sure either he has to call Ford." We negotiated a deal in about 10 minutes. They asked a fair price for the vehicle, beating out all the competition within 200 miles...I had already spent 3 weeks researching the best deal on the E350 I wanted. They offered me what I felt my trade in was really worth...which was also based on 3 weeks of research getting offers from dealers and the private market. Other dealers I visited kept me waiting between 3-5 hours. then when push came to shove they were not willing to deal. They were not pricing there vehicles competatively. Wayne Ford has earned my business, my trust and the next time I buy a Ford (and this is my 3rd Ford Van in 6 years) I will go to them first, not last and deal with the same sales lady. I want to mention that I met 5 sales people while I was at the dealership, all of whom were bright and friendly...the whole staff at Wayne is exceptional. All dealerships should be run this way.

I have been to several dealerships over the years and they were all about the same thing- getting you into a car as fast as possible for their benefit. For the first time, last month, I found a dealership that wasn't like this- Wayne Ford. Dana was my salesperson and she amazes me! They didn't have the car I wanted, so we ended up ordering one. Throughout the whole process she kept me updated on the status of the vehicle. The paperwork was painless- it was ALL completed by the time I arrived to pick up the vehicle (not like other dealers where the finance guy tries to sell you everything under the sun). Honestly, I could not be happier with my experience at Wayne Ford and with Dana. This is my first Ford, but they definitely have a new customer for life!

The service was awesome. Dana was very helpful and patient. The workers knew exactly what they were talking about and really "sold" the car to me. The same day I walked into the dealership I left with a new Ford Focus. I will definately recommend them to friends and family.

The experience with wayne ford was exceptional. I have always wanted a Ford Edge. They put me in the car I dreamed of with no pressure, fantastic customer service and got me out of a real mess (being another car with too high payments for what it was worth. I purchased a vehcile from Wayne Ford in 2005 and the experience was very positive. Working with the service area over the years has been just as positive an experience. Everyone from cashier to the people at the desk, to the guy who makes the coffee and sweeps the floor are consicentious and pleasant. I decided to trade in my Ford 500 and went back to Wayne Ford. I first conversed over the Internet, I did my homework, found the vehicle that I thought I wanted and went to the dealer. Darrin took down all the pertinent information and we took the car out for a spin a Fiesta S. Sedan. They started a search for me and in the meantime I went back on the site and saw the next model an SE with a great package. I e-mailed Seth and told him I changed my mind and if I could get that one, within what I wanted my monthly payment to be, I'd go with that. No problem. I went in and Vince explained all of the important information to me about the trade in and extending the warranty, in layman's terms so I thoroughly understood - So they then continued the search with the new parameters. I then went back in and saw the hatchback with a great introductory offer and e-mailed Seth again. He took it all in stride - looked into it, again helped me keep within budget and it was being delivered the next week. I went from a basic S Sedan to an SE with a great package - to a hatchback with all the bells and whistles I'll ever need. Everything was done with expertise, good humor, attention to details, just the way you would want it to be. When it came time to put pen to paper and sign for my new car, I felt assured it was the right decision. Wayne Ford is the way to go.

I recently bought a 2010 Ford Escape from Wayne Ford and couldn't be happier. From the moment I met our salesman, Davis, I immediately felt comfortable and not pressured. I felt that he gave me the best deal available. This is truly the first time that I walked away with a car that I did not second guess myself. He made sure that I understood every detail of the sale. I would not hesitate to go to Wayne Ford again. If you go, definitely ask to work with "Davis". He's the best!!

I had an Escape for 10 years and I was very satisfied with the service dept but, the dealer moved from Elmwood Park To East Rutherford and it was out of the way for me. I chose Wayne Ford for it's proximity to my home. I was treated so well from the very beginning by Seth Rosen who took a lot of time to make sure that I knew the car before I drove away. I had a price in mind and what I wanted in a new car. My price was met, I got a good trade-in price and the new car has far more than I had thought I needed but now wouldn't change a thing especially the SYNC feature. Seth gave me a tour of the facility and introduced me to the pertinent people. I look forward to continue having this vehicle serviced at the dealer as I did with the last Escape.

If you want to get treated with no respect, then my all means, go here. But if you want quality service, honestly and integrity....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The people only care about their commission. Once you walk off the lot, you are garbage. The used car I bought lasted about 1 week without something going wrong. They kept it for almost a MONTH to fix it. Got it back, and after a magical few days, something wrong again. This time they kept it for OVER a month. Drove around in a mini car with my two toddlers over Christmas break, although I BEGGED my rep to put me into something bigger becasue I couldn't fit car seats in that matchbox car. Gave it to me anyway & dismissed me like an infant. Gave me the keys and walked away like I was a huge burden. Spend your hard earned money and time somewhere else.

They hands down are the worst dealership hands down. Not one sales one calls people back and the receptionist is very rude. No matter what I stated that I wanted they tried to sell me 40k car when I wanted a 32k car and tried to force my wife into the car with the baby. I made 3 trips and over 50 phone calls. No one ever followed up. They would never give a straight answer and the excuse was always that we are busy or I cannot locate the person that you were talking to. No matter how many names and information was exchanged they lost my items many times. I ended up buying a new car from their competitor that was further away just because the service was great. Also they have nerve to ask me for a 500 dollar deposit on a car I did not want and I never saw or looked at just to make a sale. Overall they were rude, and no where near a family environment. The irony is every-time I came down the place was empty but yet they never had time to make a sale? Makes no sense. I can go on and on. It is a shame that dealerships like this can still be in business. The worst place period.

I oringinally went to another dealer and my daughter recommended Wayne Ford as an option and I could not have been happier. Seth treated me with the upmost respect and Troy along with Seth worked professionally to get me into a vehicle of my choice not theirs. I am so glad that there is a dealership out there that puts the customer first. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a car. You won't be disappointed.

This is my third Ford vehicle I am leasing and they were all leased at different locations. The Wayne Location is by far the best dealership I had dealt with. The manager, George, used to be at the Wycoff dealership that had closed, he was great there and he is still great at the Wayne Ford. He accommidated me to the full extent and made sure I left the dealership happy. I was so happy that I actually leased two vehicles that day. The sales people I dealt with were fabulous, Milca and Sal, they made sure all my concerns were addressed and they did not pressure me at all, they made sure I was aware of all the options that were available to me. The day I picked up my two vehicles they were actually short handed but they had me in and out with my two cars within a reasonable time. This was the best experience I had ever had at a car dealership, I would recommend everyone to go there.

I dealt with Ed Hefelli in sales and Vince in Finance These two people went above and beyond to make sure I had the proper truck and finacing to make the deal happen I highly recomend this dealership. The whole car buying procees was quick there was no pressure to buy and the follow up after the sale was A+++++.I will be a repeat customer

Seth was so helpful and patient with us. My husband and I wanted a Ford Escape that we saw on the internet. However, when we arrived the car had already been sold. This was meant to be because Seth showed us an even better new Ford Escape Limited 2010 new car. I was on my lunch hour and did not have much time. Seth was so nice and had me test drive/compare and explain the differences between the two cars that we were interested in. Needlessly to say my husband bought the car on the spot and they took my 2000 ford focus as a trade in (even with 190,000) miles on it and alot of wear and tear!!!!THanks for the great service,C&K Wright

I gave this dealer a perfect score in every catagory because I have purchased there before and my father has purchased from there before too. All the employese are very nice and funny and make you feel like a member of their family. Thomas Garcia was very helpful and was very knowledable and quick to answer any questions i had. Even other employese were always willing to help with anything. I didn't feel pressured i wasn't attacked right away by someone trying to sell me a car. I was given space and when i was ready I was helped right away. All the salesman and women were very kind and funny and just made my whole experience a joyfull and pleasent time at the end of everything i left in my new truck and felt so pleased and satisfied. So this dealership gets an A+ from me.

Very responsive to satisfying our requirements for a vehicle. Salesman searched multiple states to locate a car. Have used this dealership for over 10 years. Service department is outstanding. They are honest and competent. We would not keep going back over and over unless the product and the service were excellent.

Generally a friendly but high pressure environment. Aweful post sales service. I was promised an oil change which nobody returned my phone call on. Finally received after writing a letter. Promised, that they were sending me a new temporary which I never received. Promised a follow up phone call to see how things were going, never received. Promised great service department, but I get treated like a Ford Taurus buyer, even though I paid over MSRP for a SVT Cobra that I am supposed to getting premium SVT service. Don't buy into their sales gimmicks, if you get your price buy from them, if you don't move on to the next Ford dealer.
