The service department was closed, however, Eric Johnson from the service department still took the time to listen to my problem concerning my vehicle. He was kind, respectful, and considerate. My vehicle was scheduled for service that evening for me to bring in the following week.When I arrived to drop my vehicle off it was an easy, fast, and friendly experience. The dealership had a loaner vehicle ready for me. During the day I received a phone call and message regarding an update on my vehicle and when it would be ready for pick up. Ron!-He came out within minutes of us looking at cars to see if he could assist. Even though I was looking at Toyota's and he works on the Honda side. He was courteous, respectful, kind and most importantly patient from the first minute. I live about 40 minutes away and came out there a total of 4 times to look at a vehicle. When I seen the Camry I had test drove was damaged I lost interest in it. He was still kind in telling me it could be repaired. I finally bought the Honda HRV; again this is because of Ron. I wanted to support him since I was asking for bottom line numbers since day one and wasn't interested in negotiating a lot or being there all day. I've never owned a Honda and am looking foward to enjoying this car.

No major issues. The only caveat I have is that the service dept. was unable to resolve the issue of my SRS (airbag) light sporadically coming on - meaning I'll have to come back to get it addressed at some point.I did wait two hours for an inspection + 10,000 mile service...so keep that in mind if visiting (your wait may be a bit longer than some of the major dealers in metropolitan areas).

I will pre-warned of all the problems with my car.The new knowledgable lady at the service desk found coupons that I had misplaced to help me bring the cost down. Though our car is 10 years old, it averages only 12000/miles and as of the last 2 years way less than that. With the thorough updating, I think we can hold onto our car longer and if not, the re-sale should be much higher. Everyone in service is very nice and answers all my questions.

I brought my car to have the state inspection done & have a recall taken care of. I had planned to come back before the end of the month to have the oil changed because I had a coupon I wanted to use & was already using a coupon for the inspection. When Greg called me to let me know that the inspection was done, he suggested that I have the oil changed. I said that I would have it done later this month & explained why. He proceeded to tell me that the inspection was free (so I didn't need a coupon for that) & that if I let them do the oil change that day, they would still give me the discount from the coupon. That saved me needing to bring my car for another appointment, plus saved me a little money, so I really appreciate the excellent service I received from Greg & Hyundai.

I was told that I did not need the service and the rotation of the tires was not needed yet.
