They unfairly discriminate and refuse to do any business with those folks who come in with any trade, lease or buy that is financed with Ally Bank based on non-relevant concerns. Of course they dont tell you this up front and unknowing consumers time is wasted when they finally tell you this deep into negotiations. Very disorganized and poorly run dealership! Avoidance is in the consumers best interest!

I made an offer on a Cadillac CTS through cars.com which was similar to what I have been looking for. I live over 3 hours from this dealer so an online offer seemed like the way to go. I never got a response to my offer, only dealer calls and emails about coming in for a test drive. Of course I couldn't do that without an out the door price due to the dealerships location. They didn't seem to want to discuss price without me coming in so I just didn't pursue it any further.

We have two Hondas, both purchased at Voss. They know us when we come in - they offer discounts without the coupons - they are honest and have taken care of "little things" with no charge! This is a car dealership that has gone the distance. We lost that "oh oh....." feeling when we've needed something repaired. Some dealers see $$$$ when a customer walks through the door - not Voss - and that goes double for their service department. There is a negative comment here in the reviews that I don't understand at all.

Bought a Honda Pilot from Ted last night. After a horrible experience at a different dealership he renewed our faith. We drove from Kentucky to get this amazing Pilot. Even with others calling wanting the vehicle it was there for us when we showed up!(last dealership sold one out from under us) my parents will be looking for a new car soon and they will definitely be contacting Ted! Thank you for being amazing professionals with great customer service!

Worked with Dale at Voss Honda and it was a great experience. We are a first time Honda buyer and really felt like the dealership gave us the best information possible to guide us when buying. It was a very positive and personable experience for buying a car.

These people really don't know what they're doing! The service department at this location is a bunch of rude old men who do not know anything except cheating customers out of their money! These people are a clear representation of crooks! 2 months after buying my Honda (hybrid) I notice the batteries that drive the engine do not hold a charge after leaving the engine shut off for 5 + minutes, or after being fully charged, the battery level immediately drops to dead. I take it to get it checked at Voss Honda, since the warranty was far from being over (I confirmed after calling Honda's home office). After about an hour, they tell me they're finished. They tell me there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car and what I described is how a hybrid is supposed to operate. They then drop a $70 charge on me for their diagnostic services, and written on the invoice for service performed was "test-drove the car 2 miles". They didn't hook any up and diagnostic equipment or do anything to test the problem besides take it on a joy ride! After refusing to pay the $70 fee for what they called "service", they proceeded to lie to me over and over, saying there was no warranty coverage on my car and I had to pay the fee, and if I had a problem with that, I were to call the Honda corporate office. One month later, I get a recall in the mail for the exact problem my car was having, and had it serviced under a different dealership. Honda's corporate office, of course, told me I was lying about receiving the recall in the mail (even after I faxed it to them!) and told me they would do nothing about the charge from Voss Honda because they don't refund diagnostics (something I didn't agree to in the first place, considering my car is STILL under warranty). After this couple months of hell, being treated like trash and called a liar, I have put my 6 month old Honda cr-z up for sale, and after owning nothing but Honda cars my entire life, it is safe to say I will NEVER buy one again. If you value your money and have any pride, beware of Honda and especially the Voss Honda dealership!!!

For being new to the process of purchasing a vehicle, I can't say enough great things about Voss Honda. Everything - from my initial visit to the financial side of things - was smooth and handled with the utmost professionalism. Voss has a wonderful team, but I highly recommend my salesman Jay Plake.

Do you find yourself anxious when considering the idea of shopping for a car? Does the fear of being "ripped off" or "bulldozed" by a salesmen cause you to dread the whole ordeal? It did me too. UNTIL I wmet the professionals at Voss Honda in Tipp City. My wife and i could not have had a better experience. Kudos and Praise to Ted Scission! He was our "salesman". NO pressure, NO arm-twisting, NO manipulation! Ted was polite, professional and personable. He made the time to answer all of our questions very thoroughly. Explanations of warranties, guidance with the legalities of registration transfer, and conscientious presentation of additional options, WITHOUT any hint of coercion to purchace, were all handled with genuine concern. HIs counterpart in the process, "Joe", who holds your hand through crossing the T's and dotting the I's displayed the same courtesy and dedication to assisting -"us" - the customers in getting the vehicle and options we really wanted. We were in the market for a used Honda Odyssey. After researching and not being satisfied with the selection of vehicles near home, we expanded our search. After finding a selection of 4 potential vehicles (Honda certified) at a competitive price and looking through the dealer reviews, I took 2 of my boys 3 hours to Voss Honda and spoke with Jay Plake. I was very happy I did. Jay was very easy going (no pressure), up front, great with the boys and I had a great experience. The dilemma was deciding which of the vehicles to purchase (there were 3 similar vehicles). I would definitely recommend checking out Voss Honda and highly recommend Jay Plake for used car sales.

If you are looking for a used car I would highly recommend Voss Honda and Jay Flake. This is the first time I spoke with a car salesman letting him know what I was looking for and wanting my payment to be and he came back with a monthly payment lower than what I has asked for. When picking up my car the whole process was so easy. The car was full of gas, sparkling clean and the financial part was a breeze, really cool system for signing you financial contract.

Ted Scisson was an excellent, knowledgeable, and professional salesman and I highly recommend him for a contact if you are looking for a great used vehicle at a great price. Ted presented me with a 2011 Honda Pilot, and while I am an avid truck lover, I had been debating about getting an SUV for better gas mileage, passenger room, etc. Ted answered all questions, was NOT pushy in anyway, and let me make my decision. Needless to say when I test drove the Pilot I decided I wanted to own it. Ted worked out a GREAT deal for me, and the service, accuracy, and efficiency was high quality on all levels.

I really like the way Voss does business, it's very modern and suited for the age we live in. No pressure and no tactics used to get you to take the car home tonight". I did not once hear about how many inquiries they had about the car I was interested in, which was good. Their advertised prices beat the other dealerships $1000 to $3000. Really happy. Overall great buying experience.

My husband and I purchased a 2011 Honda CRV from Chuck Riggs last night. He was excellent and very helpful. He worked with us on payments and our trade in and got us the deal we needed. They also filled the gas tank up and took it through the car wash for us. Also, we work late and they stayed to finish the deal until 10 p.m. when they close at 8 to make sure our needs were accomodated. We would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

This is the third Honda that we have purchased over the years from Voss Honda. Our last two purchases from Voss were from Keith Smallenbarger. Keith was courteous, professional, personable,& knowledgeable about the 2014 CR-V. Dave Grove took care of our paper work. It was an easy process thanks to Dave. OK - been searching for the 2010 Accord that met all my criteria ... including the price I wanted to pay! Voss rec'd just the car I'd been looking for at just the right time w/ the price that met my specs - :) A test drive and I was sure she was the one ... a 24 over night test in the winter conditions Dayton had to offer the next day - convinced me to make the buy! & Dale Elliot was the bestest at NO pressure - Total Comfort in conversation + genuine "I want to sell you a car you love" conditions. Dale Elliot is a great salesman and was never pushy with us! When we arrived to pick up the car it was very clean and a full tank of gas! Joe our finance guy was great and didn't try to push us into extra coverage that we didn't want or need! Even when Dale didn't know how to work a feature in our car he went and got Chad to help set up the Bluetooth for our phones and went over it step by step so we didn't leave the lot knowing nothing about that feature! The whole Voss team that we dealt with and the ones behind the scenes (cleaning crew and technician that checked the car) did an absolute wonderful job!!! I would highly recommend this dealership as a matter of fact I already gave Dale's name and number to my mom's co-worker because her daughter is looking for a car. Thanks Dale and the whole Voss Honda team!

I had shopped online and stopped by on a Friday night to look at cars. When I came to the dealership on Saturday, Jay Plake was the salesman who assisted me with the whole process. I brought my dad and my girlfriend with me for their advice and guidance and he was extremely polite and helpful to all 3 of us. He went out of his way to help me find the right vehicle and was willing to do anything I needed him to do. Joe Shaffer was the finance manager who worked to help me get the lender for me. He was very informative and kept me in the look with everything that was going on. He explained all the extras to me and didn't pressure me to adding something I wouldn't need or use. Jay has contacted me since to make sure the car and everything else was going good. Not only will i refer Jay Plake to anyone else, I have already recommended him to 2 different people. Voss Honda, Jay and Joe made my car buying experience a great one, I can't wait to go back and get another quality car from them.

After searching online for a used car, our first stop was to Voss Honda in Tipp City. Our experience was great! They had the Honda FIT with all the features we wanted. Our salesperson, Jay Plake, was friendly, helpful and we never felt rushed or pressured. We drove 80 miles to find our car, but I'm satisfied going to Voss Honda was worth the drive.

I was in shock that after contacting the dealer via Cars.com that the gentleman couldn't keep track of my emails. He was not interested in dealing with me. He was not interested in selling the car. He was not willing to reduce the price of the car and then the following week lowered the price by $1000.00. Shame on him! I bought a Toyota and not a Honda.

Dale Elliott was our sales rep and the service was great - friendly, informative and very helpful in answering our questions. Financing was quick - they partner with our banking institution and that made everything easier. We would definitely go back to Voss Honda again.

Bought a new 2013 Cr-V in Nov 2012. First I contacted him via e-mail. His response was very quick. This salesman will work with you. Unlike other dealership, they will sell only stuffs that you actually want. What I mean is that they will not stack up whole lot of extra stuffs that you'll never use. The dealershop is full of friendly people and I never felt uncomfortable there. I live in Dayton and could have gone to other dealers that were closer to me, but one of my buddy recommended me to this one so I gave it a shot and I was very satisfied. Now I can recommend someone to go to this dealer because I am confident that they are knowledgable and friendly at the same time.by the way... at the accountant office.. that was some cool tech you had. The name of it was Docu Pad? I think..

This was the most enjoyable car purchase ever for us. The whole team at Voss Honda made us feel welcome, and comfortable. We didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable. The used car pricing was a fair value, they made a fair value offer on our trade in. Negotiation was quick, and simple. Financing was easy and straight forward, although the deal was complex, due out of state taxes.

What can I say? Good Customer Service including the whole package is very difficult to find anywhere these days, but Voss Honda in Tipp City excells. You get the feeling of teamwork and everybody's on the same page with positive kind, helpful, and honest attitude. They've never deceived me or tried to sell me something I don't need. The service I get from them is genuine and professional, and they even wash your car for free afterwards!. We travel 20+ miles to the dealership from Beavercreek. OH because of a bad experience at a local Honda dealership. Another fact worth noting....Voss doesn't take advantage of women with limited mechanical knowledge either. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! FIVE STARS.
