I'm a graduate student, so I was looking for a new car on a budget. From the moment my dad and I pulled into the Vision Kia parking lot, Richard came out to meet us and suggested that I take the 2021 Kia Rio for a drive since it was a nice car within my budget. I loved it, and my dad was able to negotiate a great deal with Brandon. Everyone was very kind and personable. I would highly recommend going to Vision Kia for your next car!

I was very pleased with my service from Ed from start to finish. Ed took his time and answered any questions we had about the vehicle. Ed was able to get me into the vehicle of my dreams and we’re extremely happy. I've been going to this location for close to 10 years and always have had a great experience. I just purchased vehicle #4 today and will be picking up #5 on Saturday. They really put the customer first in every aspect, right down to the small stuff. I can remember Brian would have a red balloon ready for my son every time we came in for an oil change. Anyone that hasn't gone to this location for a vehicle really needs to stop in. You won't be disappointed one bit, Brian and Ben are fantastic and will find a solution for you.

Wonderful experience. Jason Miller, our sales person, was low key, informative and personable Initially I was not keen on getting a new car but due to Jason's marketing and sales expertise I was back with in the week and purchased a 2017 Sportage Price was spot on to what I knew was a good deal

This is my fourth car purchased from Canandaigua Kia and my 5th from Vision group. They are very professional and kind. I work overseas so the Salesman deals directly with my wife and myself through Emails. The Salesmen make it easy and simple for myself and wife. They did a great job with explaining the features on my new vehicle to my wife. I love the fact they offer lifetime oil changes unlike other dealerships I have dealt with in the past in Canandaigua. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Canandaigua Vision Kia.

Vision Kia came out to Syracuse, NY as a location to expand. I must say the customer service was excellent. I was put in a car with wayyy less miles, they worked with me, and even went beyond helping me when I had issues with my own bank that I was with for years. With that being said thank you Paul and Shawn!!!

I just totaled my first car a few days ago, was in desperate need of an affordable and reliable one to get me to and from school the upcoming weekend and over the next few years. I told them my budget, and they worked so well with me to make it possible. Other dealerships were pushy when they didn't have cheap cars, trying to get to to test drive and look at much much more expensive ones that I wasn't even interested in. They just wasted my time. Vision Kia (particularly Eric Ronnenberg) respected my price guidelines, showed me an absolutely perfect car right off the bat, and really really worked to make it affordable for me. And when the surprise showed up the next day of a higher interest rate, they compensated for it by taking the price down of the vehicle to match the original final price. It was very very considerate. Not to mention the fact that they stayed open late just to keep working out the deal with us. Granted a lot of this was to just keep the customer happy and make the sale, they still did way more than they had to. The car is impeccable and I could not have picked out a better one myself. I plan on going back there for my next car down the road.
