Victorville Hyundai is the best dealership. I originally brought in 2012 Santa Fe for repairs (140,000miles). John Thomas approached me regarding the Sonata Hybrid. The savings on gasoline has been amazing in the week and half that I have had the car. Their sales staff are courteous and very professional.

Need a better service/maintenance department and expanded hours. I have been there numerous times to have my previous car serviced and an oil change often took between 2-4 hours and that's with an appointment. I finally ended up taking my car elsewhere to have service done cause I didn't enjoy spending my time off sitting on a couch at a dealership. My new vehicle comes with valet service (however, not thrilled about allowing somebody else to drive my baby) and complimentary 3 year/36,000 mile maintenance service, however, nobody at the dealership was able to provide me details on exactly how this perk works. I'm still waiting......three weeks after my purchase. Hope they figure it out before my first oil change is due.

The manager tried to push me to buy a car on the lot with lesser features instead of working harder to find the car I wanted even after I already told my salesman that I didn't want that. After 2 1/2 hours at the dealership I left without purchasing anything. Got a call 45minutes later saying they were able to get the vehicle I initially wanted and then spent at least another hour at the dealer waiting to sign papers. I misunderstood what I was signing when I signed for Gap and extended warranty. I was not asked if I wanted this. I knew the car came with a warranty and thought I was signing that. I later went back and cancelled both, but of course was still stuck with the higher financed amount. I

I had many problems with my 2016 veloster (non turbo) I took it in once more talked to a sales lmao and manager then within two hours I was driving away in an other brand new Hyundai. I now drive a 2016 veloster turbo. When returning my car to service I was a unhappy hyundai customer. Which is wierd. Because my accent gave me zero problems and knowing the accent and veloster share the same platform and engine I was a bit shocked and disappointed. So as soon as I stated I was unable happy with my old 2016 veloster which only had 16k miles on it the fellas at victorville hyundai were quick to attend my needs and get me out of that nightmare. Thank you victorville hyundai! I'm not sure if my sales man's name was jack or Josh. But if I saw him I'd know!!

I've bought 2 cars from here and they are always accommodating to get me exactly the car that my wife wanted. I had a Mazda 3 that I used for work and no longer needed it. My wife has wanted a Hyundai Veloster for quit some time. Through the acquisition department they bought my car back and made us a great deal on the Veloster. Sticking with the same dealer purchase after purchase in our case got us into a better car with upgrades.

My experience at the dealership was decent they got me in and out of there quickly I I felt like I needed a little bit more time to determine me fit for me into one of the vehicles. I eventually chose the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport all wheel drive, it came straight off the showroom. But I should have looked into something bigger and perhaps a part of that is my fault and the pricing disclosure I didn't feel was available immediately and the numbers kind of ran after the deal was completed with the handshake

On the day I purchased my new vehicle, I actually went into Hyundai for an initial tranny service. During diagnostic testing, my engine blew in my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. This was devastating, absolutely devastating. With that being said, my vehicle was basically worth nothing and qualifying for a vehicle seemed slim to none in my mind because I had previously purchased my vehicle with Paul Blanco (as this was my last resort, only option). With the help of your staff, I was actually able to qualify for a loan with a decent rate and purchased a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Thank you!!

He was quick to offer his assistance in showing us different models of the Hyundai and showed us the various differences between the cars that we looked at. We made a quick deal to our satisfaction and thus far, are extremely pleased with our purchase. I did my research, understood invoice, rebates, etcand then decided on a car, and then made the call to my closest Hyundai dealership. I talked to an Internet Sales Manager, Nick Fletcher, at my request so I could cut the hassle out and either make a deal or not. Nick and I discussed the car I wanted, the color, the options, and within a couple of minutes the deal was done. He understood I was serious buyer (not wasting his time) and he wanted my business. I came in a few days later, because I was out of town at the time and the car was waiting for me when I arrived. I may have spent an hour total at the dealership before pulling off the lot in my new 2016 Sonata.

I would like to thank Victorville Hyundai once again. The team that works there are awesome. I have gotten two cars there and I have never had a problem. The new car I have just gotten is great 2016 Hyundai Elentra. I love it!!!!! The finance group worked very hard to get me a deal, even though I did not have a lot of money for my down payment and my score was not very good, they were able to get me the car I wanted with a payment I could make. I would/and will recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you again Victorville Hyundai guys you are all GREAT!!!

I was called by my Hyundai dealership about a new program they were offering. They wanted to buy back my car I purchased 2 years earlier knowing I had kept my car serviced there at the dealership. The got me a brand new car with payments just slightly higher....so awesome! I would totally this again if the opportunity came up.

Friendly staff. Offer us something to drink. Staff very courtesy to help us if we have question and negotiable. I will recommend to friends and family on Hyundai are best cars with warranty program and good on gas mileage as well.

I visited 6 dealerships and they were the only one who could get me financed with my low credit score. And they did it in a friendly demeanor. I am very satisfied with the buying process and will go back there in the future. They were not pushy and very helpful.
