Great buying experience. Not your typical dealership where you are hassled the minute you step into the showroom. Our sales person Rob Furnas was polite, unassuming and well informed. After the sale I met with Grant & Joel in the Tech Department to catch up with the new electronics in the vehicle, again very well informed and helpful. I then made an appointment with Bonnie in accessories to have mud flaps & bug deflector installed, again exceptional service.If you are planning on buying a vehicle or need service, I highly recommend this Dealership. First of all I would like to thank Vann Gannaway Chevrolet and Mike Bradner. As soon as I walk though the front door I was greeted by Mike and 2 hours later I was out the door driving my brand new Chevy Silverado 4x4. That morning I went to David M Chevrolet in Sanford Fl and I had to ask for help. They did not want to work with me even though I had cash money to pay for a truck. Sales person Delores was very knowledgeable. There was a nice selection of trucks to look at and she identified for us those trucks that had extra incentive programs as we requested. Because we had purchased at the dealership before she remembered those items that were important to us. There was not a long drawnout negotiation required. The finance Manager did his job very quickly and explained everything very thoroughly.

I called Joe Kauk to let him know what we were looking for. He told me he though he had what we wanted.When we arrived a couple hours later, Joe had the vehicle pulled out and waiting for us to see and test drive. He told us more about the vehicle during our test drive than any other dealer ever has (even upon delivery) They made the buying experience so simple and quick. Great deal, great service and totally painless. At delivery, they answered every question, demonstrated features and made sure we understood the capabilities and how to use them including setting up our personal devices and accounts. I've been having our current vehicles serviced at Van Gannaway for the last 2 years and they are awesome. I truly feel like part of the family at this dealership.

This was made so easy by the salesman and all the support staff with how to use the "New" electronics in the Tahoe. I even got 4-new tires after the deal was made--free to me as the result of the "Certified" Chevy promise. This was a very big deal as I drive 45 thousand miles per year for work!!! I came to Vann Gannaway as a new customer and very unhappy with "My" Chevy dealership in Ocala. Wayne Davenport was my salesman and I had to stop my purchase do to Family problems. First of all I would Like to thank Mike Bradner with helping me for over 1 week and being patient and answering all of my question and concerns in buying a Used 2015 Chevy Tahoe he explained everything about the the car and being very honest about it, not just saying anything to try to get me to buy .Upon driving from Miami to the dealership it was a 4 hour drive I was greeted by Doug and he was also very professional and quickly attending me and showed me to the Tahoe which Mike had left ready for me.I was amaze in the pristine condition this suv was in Me and my Wife where very satisfied with our purchase it was definitely worth the 4 hour drive , There saving especially there dealer fee prices are super fare compared to other dealers and yet alone the car prices are awesome worth the drive from anywhere. I just which I lived closer so I can have my SUV service at there dealer ship, but definitely I will come back to buy again. I came to Vann Gannaway because I go to church with my salesman, Joe Kauk. I know Joe to be an honest person and he believes in the product that he's selling. Joe took me on a test drive of one of the new Chevy Colorados. I loved it but they didn't have the color that I wanted. I wasn't in a hurry so I decided to order the truck in the color I wanted. Joe kept me updated about the progress of the order. When the truck arrived, he took a lot of time explaining every option the truck has and how it works. I was impressed because he was more knowledgeable than any salesman I've ever bought a vehicle from and there was quite a bit of things inside the cab that I wasn't even aware that the truck has on it.When we were done with the demonstration, he introduced me to Joel ( I can't remember his last name). Joel explained more options on the truck. I then met several other employees at the dealership to include Chip Gannaway, the owner of the dealership. Mr. Gannaway was very nice and thanked me for the business.Lastly, I met Bonnie in the options portion of the dealership. There was no pressure to purchase anything. I asked about getting my windows tinted and it was immediately done and very reasonable. Bonnie is simply a very nice lady.I would definitely recommend Vann Gannaway Chevrolet. I met with Doug Tutin a good time back last year and the time wasn't right. Again came back in February ready to make something happen and due to insurance issue on my end couldn't do it. Both time he handled himself EXTREMELY professional about the situation. Brought my mom in about her car and he was up front and honest with her rather than just trying to "make" a deal. Finally the time was right for me to get a car and there was no way I was going to go anywhere and seriously consider anything other than with Doug. As long as I want a new/used Chevrolet or a different brand used he has earned my business for life and many referrals when I know of someone looking for something.

Stopped in one day to let Wayne Davenport know that I was interested in a Volt. He introduced me to the finance manager, who had leased a Volt previously and I got a thorough in-seat training on the features. A few days later, I took a test drive...then stopped in two days later to let Wayne know I wanted to make the purchase. In a matter of hours, Wayne had the paperwork, the car, and a grand tour of the facility in place for me.I was done with the purchase in about 45 minutes and he even met me at the local gas station to top of the tank for me.Great car, great price, great service and an awesome experience!

Chip Gannaway and Mike Senechek had do deal with a shipping issue involving my 2014 Silverado. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Melvin McKee is great. He has been with VG Chevy for a long time and works hard to be knowledgeable on the vehicle you want.... I am glad to consider him a "Friend". This was my fourth vehicle purchase from VG, three used vehicles in the past, but my first new Chevy. I have dealt with alot of dealers over the years, but hands down VG Chevy was the best overall experience I have had. My vehicle had some accessories added at time of purchase. Had gone in to have sensor fixed { tire} it was then that Debbie informed me that my tires were worn and needed to be replaced . She then went to work to find the best deal for me and she did. Went back on 10-18 to have them installed. This is my second time visiting this dealer and walking away with an awesome car. I purchased a used Impala LS back in 2006 for my youngest daughter. The experience was fantastic. My wife has wanted a new Camaro since they came back out in 2009. Of course she wanted an SS but at the time that was way to much money for a new Camaro SS. We instead got her a low mile Mustang GT Convertible. I am not a big Ford guy, I have been a GM man my whole life but my wife wanted a convertible and the used Mustang was in our price range. We were getting near the end of our extended warranty on the Mustang and the convertible top was getting to look a bit used up so I started looking for cars online and found an immaculate 2010 Camaro 2SS at Vann's with low miles and a great price, Car was loaded including heated seats and moonroof. We met Mel McKee our salesman and everything was handled superbly. Mel is an outstanding guy. I have been buying, selling and trading cars for over 40 years and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. No haggling they gave us a generous amount on our trade and as I stated earlier the Camaro was priced right under NADA book value. This is my wife's car and Mel took the time to walk her through all the features. We met with the Finance Manager Tony Derrico and he got us a super interest rate and extended warranty plan. Tony was very thorough in going over everything. We were in and out in 3 hours with a hot Camaro. Best of all my monthly payment is only slightly higher than my Mustang payment. Vann's is a fair and honest car dealership with an abundance of talented employees. I would not hesitate at all to send anyone there looking for a new or used vehicle. My hats off to them.

Fred Land the finance guy was totally cool also. As an out of state person buying a car in Florida with the help of these two guys was a total no hassle process. They have my business in the future.

My husband Tom and I did extenstive research online and at several dealerships before comming to see Jr Gonzalez at Vann Gannaway. We were looking for a somewhat larger car than our Hyundia Elentra to travel in. Gas millage, comfort for both the driver and passenger, interior space, XM radio, cruise was some of the "must haves". We narrowed our online search to Hyundia, Ford, Mazda, GMC and Kia. We were on our way back from a business trip in the villages and visited the Lady Lake dealership and thought we had a deal but the salesperson was new and excited promised us a great deal but the management manipulated him in a sameful way and we left feeling bad for the young man and was disappointed in the process. We than visited the other dealerships and did not find what we were looking for. We than choose to go back to the way we prefer doing business and called CHip at Van Gannawy for an appointment. He set us up with Jr Gonzalez. I am past president of the Tavares Chamber of Commerce and we have found the best relationships with other chamber members. Jr was wonderful, he listened to what research and visits we had completed. We looked at the inventory, narrowed down the options, color, style ect. Jr had an almost perfect Equinox on the lot but realized the 2 other things, color and back up carmer with sound was what really wanted. He found the car locally and said we could have it the next day. We explained our finance options, the Credit Union at 1.99% which qualified us for up to $35K. He spoke to your credit dept and they offered around 2.5 with apx $2-3K down. He said he would have the Equinox the next day and my husband would stop by the credit union to pick up the check. Jr called us back latter that day and said he found equal financing as the CU. We came in the next day, signs the financing. Jr reviwed the "technology" of the Equinox to me and I drove away feeling wonderful! Tom and I have "showed and tell" our new Exquinox to all our friends and family. We especially told them of our professional buying experience at Vann Gannaway, especially of Jr Gonzalez! Not only as a consumer but as a chamber member we will contine to sing the praises of your dealership and staff. I have been back in the last few weeks to add on a few exxtra's and to ask to have the aligment confirmed. Nancy Martin was very helpful in choosing the extra's and Jon Gemeroth check the aligment. I felt comfortable with both of them and also Debbie Fike whom I chatted with for a while. Thank you for beginning a strong foundation to our relationship as a Professional Financial Advisor whom has built my career on "the client always comes first" and "strong foundations build strong futures" it is great to see other business such as Van Gannaway have the same values.

The experience at Van Ganway was nice, had no issues. Joe was great and extremely patient and took as much time as i needed. I only rated the quality of work as good and not great because when i drove off the lot i realized that i needed gas in the car. It would have been have been great if they would have filled the tank upon delivery.

Just wanted to take a moment and share with you the experience that my wife and I had this past Saturday when we purchased a new 2012 Chevy Silverado.Our journey started out over the internet where we first met Delores. Right from the start I noticed a difference in how Delores started to get to know us by asking what we were looking for in a new truck, about our budget, and a host of other details that would allow her to understand where we were in our purchasing process.Delores proceeded to provide us with information in a way that we felt she truly understood our needs, over a period of several days we corresponded back and forth with Delores, we felt as though we could trust her in a way that we have never trusted any other dealer sales person before.So early Saturday morning July 14, 2012 we visited the Eustis showroom and met with Delores, feeling a bit apprehensive, after all Delores is a sales person, we looked at a few Silverado trucks and found one that we really liked. Delores informed us that she was an advocate for her customers and would work hard to do whatever she could to get the price where we needed it to be, so off she went to that magical office that no one knows what goes on in there. A few minutes later Delores presented us with the information, my wife and I looked at each other in utter surprise; for the first time the price of a new vehicle was exactly where we had hoped it would be. No hassle, no haggling, no arguments, no threatening to leave, no remorse. Next it was off to see the one person everyone hates to go and see, the finance person where magically the numbers always change from what was originally discussed only a few minutes ago. We were introduced to Bonnie Seabury and immediately we had a felling of trust and respect. Bonnie was a real down to earth person who made us very comfortable. In less than thirty minutes Bonnie clearly explained all the figures, the different options that were available to us and the paper work was completed. but before we left her office we felt as though we made a friend.In and out with a new truck in under two hours, I think this just might be a words record, you may want to check into that.taking the truck home, the long way because we loved driving it, we noticed a slight shimmy from the tires. When we got home I sent an email via the VG online maintenance request. Within less than thirty minutes I received a personal and friendly email form Amie Duffy. I though I new Amie for ever, she was very personal, sympathetic, and attentive. Amie contacted Delores first thing on Monday, Delores put me in touch with a Mechanic who explained what I needed to do and how he would help me with this issue. Latter the next day Amie followed up explaining what she did and summarizing what I was told by the mechanic (I wish my wife and I would communicate as well as I did with your entire team at VG).This email probably sounds like I am rambling on and on, however I want you to know that you have an extraordinary team and it shows. Your team all say the same thing that the difference that they make all starts at the top of the organization; it is for this reason that I am sending you this e-mail to let you know you are doing a great job, one that inspires your team to do and be the very best.Also keep in mind this is the first time that we have purchased a vehicle dealing with an all female team, this might also have contributed to the pleasant experience that we encountered.I wish we could afford another car just to go through the experience once again.

As always, it was a pleasure dealing with Joe Kauk. He made our "no pressure" buying experience most enjoyable. I for one, hate going on an auto dealer's lot because of all the games sales personnel are required to play. It is a most humiliating and insulting experience. Fortunately this is not the case at Vann Ganaway. My husband and I made our second vehicle purchase (in the last two years) from Vann Gannaway because of Joe. He is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job of educating his customers both before and after the sale. I was pleased with the price of the Cruze, but if I could have gotten it cheaper I would have been okay with that also.The body shop did an amazing job of correcting a minor flaw in the paint.

I tried to buy a new Volt from my old dealership which I had done business for several years only to be insulted. I had stopped in Vann Gannaway Chevrolet about a year ago and was surprised how friendly that they were. I decided that I would go out and see if I could do something with Vann Gannaway Chevrolet. I would have to say it was a great move because the entire dealership is super and you have to meet them all as part of buying your vehicle. I needed shocks - all four. I live about 40 miles from Vann Gannaway but I bought my truck there and always try to get the important work done there, because I know they will do it right. I had a lower quote locally but - as it turned out - Vann G. ended up being the lowest price. I've never had a complaint with the quality of work or the people I deal with.

We have additionally recommended Wayne to many of our friends who were purchasing vehicles. We are so impressed with Wayne and Vann Gannaway Chevy that we buy Chevys instead of other brands. I would like to say it is the vehicle but it is also the loyalty and trust that we have with Wayne. Wayne always follows up with us on any issues, vehicles he thinks we would be interested in, and/or just to see how the world is treating us. That promotes our loyalty. Another employee that keeps us coming to Vann Gannaway is Joel in the Service Department. Joel has tirelessly listen to our description of problems with our vehicles and always provides courteous support and gets the vehicle repaired quickly. Joel exceeds our expectations for service. When it is necessary to purchase and/or repair our vehicles we go right past our Inverness Dealership and drive the 70 mile round trip to Vann Gannaway Chevy. We had our 2010 Malibu in for routine service (oil change & tire rotation)on a Wednesday. 2 days later, we began experiencing service lights such as Air Bag service and tire pressure service plus a moldy smell coming through the vents. Monday, I called Joel Scarelli, our service consultant at Vann Gannaway, described the problems and he had me bring the car in immediately that morning. Bottom line, all problems were addressed and resolved by the end of the day and Joel provided excellent customer service in that he explained in detail the cause of all the issues and resolution for each issue. Furthermore, the car is back running at 100%, so we are very HAPPY customers! Our hats are off to Joel and the service team!

Always very welcoming. Any question is answered promptly and advised what my options are, including what is NOT needed to be done. I have NEVER felt as if a "sales job" was being done on me to try and talk me into additional maintenance services - refreshing. I prefer to wait on my vehicle and have always felt service was done promptly. Waiting area in service department always clean, plenty of seating and ample reading materials provided. A year or 2 in past I had some bodywork done on my vehicle. The bodyshop dealt with Van Gannaway per my request regarding parts, etc. The bodyshop actually mentioned to me that VG was the most courteous, helpful and efficient service dept they had ever dealt with!

The team that I have dealt with at Vann Gannaway for the past 8 years all exude the number one trait that I look for and that is trust. They are all professional and always make me feel I am getting the best treatment available at the best price. Of course the quality of the maintenance is always there as well but I can always trust and believe what I am being told about my vehicle and without that trust there would be no relationship and I would have to walk away. I've dealt with other dealers and mechanics over the years who gave me the uneasy feeling that they were trying to charge me as much as they could get away with. I remember feeling "being taken to the cleaners" and disappointed in their service and that service became a one-time event. I never went back a second time.

I had recently run into some ac problems with my chevy cavalier and decided after some bad experiences with some local repair shops, that I should go to Vann Gannaway. I had a couple of good experiences with them a few years back, and thought they might be able to diagnose and repair my car. I am GLAD I did. Joel Scarelli was very helpful and professional. My car was repaired in a timely manner and at a fair price. Joel kept me informed during the repair process and was knowledgeable and very friendly also. Jon and Hank are good people to deal with. i prefer to deal with only those 2. Jon is understanding and tries to do the best he can for me. i have had issues with other people, Jon let me vent. Would i recommend this dealership? yes and no, for Jon and Hank, yes. For the pricing, no. but they do good warranty work, which i've been in there alot with my impala. matter of fact, i just had it in there for 2 days with transmission problems, and they ended up rebuilding the entire transmission, covered by warranty of course. to sum it up, i'm leary of dealerships to start with, but Jon really is a good guy, and it shows in spite of the fact he works for a dealership. we and my wife are talking about buying another car in a year or 2, and we ill go talk to hank. but theres competition out there, and as much as i like hank, i'll go where i get the best price. i just cant say enough good things about jon and hank, good guys .. you're fortunate to have them.

Since moving to Lake County in 2002, I have been bringing my Trailblazer to Vann Gannaway for service and have NEVER been disappointed. My most recent visit was with Joel and the service he provided was outstanding! I'm not sure that it matters who is behind the service counter (Joel, Jon or Debbie); everyone has a smile on their face, remembers my name when I walk in and treats me with the upmost respect. I bought a set of four tires through them twice; the last time was tied to a rebate through GM. I had a problem with the company that was servicing the rebates for GM. I won't go into the run-around they gave me over a few months; suffice it to say it was ridiculous. That company ended up going out of business. I thought my rebate was toast. I went to Terry P (Cashier) in the service department and presented the paperwork to her; in less than five minutes, she had it all submitted again (to the new company) and I received my rebate within ten days! Terry seems to be a "Jill of all trades" as she has also taken me back & forth to work when I want to leave my vehicle for service. So, all in all, I guess you could say I'm a Vann Gannaway fan!

He was very up front with us about prices, and didn't try to push us towards any one vehicle. We greatly appreciated his honesty and just his overall demeanor throughout the entire process. A friend's car was repaired at a different repair shop as designated by her insurance company. I brought the vehicle to Vann Gannaway to have "alleged needed repairs" on wheel bearings done. I was informed that the wheel bearing were find, but the repair shop had failed to properly repair front end damage caused by a serious accident. I informed the insurance company of Vann Gannaways findings. The insurance company wanted to inspect the car (2009 Cobalt) at Vann Gannaway. I meet with the two insurance adjusters and the Vann Gannaway personnel were extremely helpful in having the car inspected and pointing out defects in previous repairs by the other shop. The insurance adjusters admitted that they had incorrectly stated the repair problems and agreed to pay, I believe it was over $1,000.00 in additional repairs. All personnel were respectful, efficient and knowledgable in getting the problem resolved.

He quickly attended to my service needs, as I waited in the lounge.I have been coming to Vann Gannaway for all my service needs since I purchased my vehicles (both from Vann Gannaway). I have never bought a car so easily. Wayne and Mike made it very simple and gave me the best deal possible. We figured we would have to go in and, at the very least, argue for a better price for trade in on my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee. No, They gave us $1000 more than we actually hoped for. Wayne was nice enough to stay and wait for us to arrive after he was supposed to go home an hour earlier. Bonnie, the finance lady, was very patient and explained all our options on the extended leases and the finance for the vehicle. Buying the car was not were the great customer service ended. I have had the Chevy Equinox for two weeks and have heard from both Mike and Wayne several time since then just to make sure that I was satisfied. I would recommend this dealer to everyone.

I bought my first car and only from Vann Gannaway way back in 2003. I was going to keep it till the wheels fell off. But, as so often happens in life, different plans were in motion for me. I had an accident. :( Thank God no one was seriously hurt. While not totaled, my poor car was un-drivable, and I had to have a way to get to work! I called my in-laws, who live in Lake County, and explained the situation. So, on the same day of the accident, they picked me up dowm here in Volusia County, and brought me to Vann Gannaway Chevrolet. Lee Reed met us in the parking lot, and we explained to her what had happened, and how much I could afford to pay. (Let me tell you that it was not alot and my credit is practically non existant!) Lee instantly took us to the car(s) she was confident she could get me in. While looking at the vehicles, we passed by a sporty Pontiac G6. This car was the exact same price as my first car!! Lee says if this is the one you like, I'll see what we can do. Well, she went inside to talk to finance (Frank), and Chip Gannaway came out to speak with us. Let me tell you he is one classy guy. Once he heard the story, he said he would do his best to get me in that car. Long story short, within a short period of time, I was in Frank's office signing the paperwork as the new owner of MY Pontiac G6.We drove the car home That same night. And, I have a warranty on the car! After putting gas in the car for me, Lee said, "If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to call. Well, we checked it out once we got home, and the windshield washer didn't work, and the passenger side door window wouldn't roll down. I called Lee, and she put me in touch with Debbie in Service. Debbie was so helpful. She had me bring the car in, and checked it out for me the very next day! (My car wasn't even in the computer system yet!) Turns out that yes, the parts were covered, and I could bring it in any time to have it fixed. When I explained that I could only come in on Saturday, Debbie said No Problem. We're open till noon, just be here at 8:30 and we'll take car of everytthing for you. Saturday was New Year's Eve! I brought the car in, left it with them, and Debbie called when the car was ready. Talk about service above and beyond....You're talking about Vann Gannaway. I don't know of any dealer who would have gone out of their way for me the way Vann Gannaways did. I will recommend them to everyone, and will tell you that they have a customer for life!!!!Lee even followed up with a call wishing me a Merry Christmas! Thanks to Vann Gannaway, I not only had a Merry Christmas, but a Happy New Year too!!!

Doug made us feel like friends during the transaction, and there was no pressure or hassle or game playing to get the price of the truck. In November of 2011 we again visited Vann Gannaway and asked for Doug. One of the reasons we came back is because we knew we would be treated fairly and honestly without hassle. We told Doug what we were trying to accomplish with a newer vehicle and there again was no pressure to push us into something we did not want. Car buying can be a traumatic experience. One other dealership we visited kept us there for several hours and to this day they are still bothering us. My experience at Vann Gannaway Chevrolet was excellent. My saleman, Mike Bradner, was very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to work within the my budget needs. He let me test drive several vehicles as I was unsure which I wanted, the Malibu or the Equinox. He made a very good offer on a Mailbu that was on the lot as I wanted a blue car but there weren't any. They offered to find one for me or give me a nice deal to take the lot model which is Gold Mist Metallic. As it turns out I love the Gold Mist and it was an upgraded model with additional features that I am enjoying. The paperwork was prepared and took a minimum amount of time to complete. All together it was a pleasant experience and I have been recommending Vann Gannaway and Mike to all of my family and friends. Thank you!

I was only coming in to get my Ford looked at for repairs. Well, that didn't go over so well...Once I decided to look into purchasing another vehicle I felt very at ease. Most dealerships I've been to have people following you all over & asking a million questions. Can't tell yo uhow much of a hassle that can be to get someone to leave you alone while you're just looking. I was approached only once during my 'viewing' time on the lot. Asked me if I needed any help, was there anything she could do for me; after my response, she left me alone to search. I've had family members coming into Vann Gannaway for years telling me to switch over. You'll love how they treat you and the cars ain't bad either! Well, I finally saw what all the 'fuss' was about. Mr. Davenport got to me as quickly as he could while dealing with another customer. He made sure to check on me while in the waiting area. I've never seen someone so patient with me and my decision process. I took literally 2 1/2 hours to decide which vehicle I was ready to take home. He did not rush me, didn't put ideas in my head of what I should get. He actually did a good job of comparing the 2 vehicles I was deciding between. He shared an emotional moment with me when I realized that I was approved to purchase this vehicle on my own. That was my first!!Now that I've written you a book...Mr. Davenport has won my respect as a loyal customer to say the least. As well as Mr. J. Scoreli in your service department. My mother and I went to Vann Gannaway just to look at the used vehicles they had. I was not planning on buying a vehicle and trading in mine that day. Junior my salesman came up to us and asked if we wanted to see the two vehicles we were interested in. The customer service was great, Junior answered all of our many questions on the vehicles and was very patient. The salesman and other other staff stayed late that night after their closing time so I could get the car that night. All the sales people were extremely friendly with us and my two year old son who was running around the dealership. Since I purchased the car so late in the evening Junior made arrangments for me to come back the next day for the car to be detailed and stayed in touch with me throughout the next week to let me know when the headrest DVD's came in to put in my new car. Overall Vann Gannaway is the friendliest dealership I have been to. There is no pressure from the sales people to buy a car, they give you plenty of time to make a decision and are very helpful with any and all questions. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

We were looking for a good used truck. Wayne showed us the one we ultimately purchased. We had been looking online for about a month - so we knew the price he was offering for the truck was very good. Two weeks after purchase, we noticed a leak in the roof causing a water spot on the roof lining. As this was a used truck we had purchased, I was not sure if Van Gannaway would stand behind the repair. Wayne asked me to bring it in so they could take a look. They fixed it that day on the spot (about a two hour repair) for no cost at all. I have to say I was impressed. They care about the customer & their satisfaction even after the sale. We will definately go back when we need another vehical.

This was my first time dealing with this dealership. I have dealt with many other dealers,but done as friendly as this one. I was greeted by Rick on Friday, he spent about 45 minutes with me, knowing I was not going to buy right away. He showed me the car I was interested in and gave me a good description of it. I left and came home and done some more research and decided to go ahead and get pre-qualified. At that time Rick contacted me and was also very friendly and helpful. I told him that I had talked to Rick about a Cruze, so he said that he would have Rick call me. When Rick called he took the time to work up deal and called me back in about 30 minutes. At that time I told Rick tha my wife and I would be in on Sat. so she could look at the cCruze, Rick told me he would not be there but Joe would be talking to my wife and I. When we took the Cruze out for a test drive my wife decicded she wanted something larger, We next drove a Malibu, she was happy with it, but wanted to test drive a HHR. She didn't like the HHR well enough to change from the Malibu. At this time we found out Joe was also dealing with another customer that was buying two cars and that it would be about 2 hours before we could close on oue car, Joe suggested we take the Malibu and go home and get lunch and rest a little. When we got back, everyting went smoothly, they prepped the car, we signed the papers and thought that was it. But we found out that Joe was still going to spend another 15-20 minutes explaining OnStar and the radio to us. When we left the dealer we was very well pleased with Joe and everyone else that we talked to. Overall it was a great day.

I was on vacation during and the transmission failed on my 2008 Chevy Avalanche for the second time. I could no longer trust this vehicle to meet my needs. I researched the area dealerships, looked up potential replacements and decided to go to Van Gannaway. The service manager directed me to Wayne Davenport. Wayne did an excellent job of finding out what my needs were and directing my to a new Chevy Silverado which had more towing capacity than the Avalanche. I am very pleased with the new truck and looking forward to finishing my vacation throughout Florida.

Customer service was excellent. Sales Representative was very knowledgeable about the Equinox, both pre and post sale. Clearly explained incentives available and how they could work to our benefit. I have been wanting a new car for a while but I dreaded the hassle of trying to make the best deal with a salesman who might by lying. Melvin McKee put all of my worries to rest with his very low-key style. He explained things about the car really well, and I just enjoyed him as a truly beautiful person. The next day, a friend of mine wrecked his old truck and the first thing I said was "Go see Melvin!" I couldn't be more pleased with the whole thing. The finance part is usually a nightmare of offers of a lot of stuff you don't want from someonewho talks way too fast. Fred was not at all like that. No high-pressure at all.
