I took my car for a collision estimate and then repair. From the first contact to when I picked up my car I worked with John Lipani the collision manager. John was great, very professional and helped me with the insurance claim, rental car and kept me informed along the way. The car was fixed professionally and to my satisfaction. The collision repair team did a great job repairing my car. John was superb to deal with! I highly recommend John and his team at Valley!

I went in for some mechanical issues that I was initially told wouldn't be covered by my warranty, and would cost approximately 6,000.00. The service tech, Elliott Palmer, called me back to say that he was on the phone for several hours going "up-the-chain" to see if there was any way he could get it covered. After speaking with several people at Cadillac, he was able to get everything covered! He then told me it would only be a day, even with the supply issues we are all dealing with right now. I am thrilled with his ability to get these items covered. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Valley, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. Thanks again guys!

My Cadillac XTS kept shutting off when driving it was random. I changed the battery twice and finally it did it again. It was towed to a AAA approved shop that couldn't diagnose it so it was towed to Valley Cadillac. They diagnosed it as the fuse block on the battery a resistor was stuck open they fixed the problem so far everything is good I payed more for the dealer to diagnose the issue but they have the technology and the part so I have no complaints Elliot Was my service writer and he was awesome and easy going the techs had my car done in a day. I would recommend them if you have a Cadillac with gremlins to go here.

The process of having the same Service Team and single point of contact (Jim Zicari) is fantastic. I can't think of many friends who know the name of their service rep for their car. I know what to expect with Jim every time I go in - he's a perfectionist, he listens to his customer and most importantly is the consummate professional. During this last visit, he even arranged for me to meet with my sales guy as he noticed my lease is maturing soon. Great guy for retaining customers!

I have no problem with my service adviser, but I had a big problem with the Cadillac Escalade ESV 2009 with recurrent breakage of the door handle, the recent one today 6/1/2016 where I had to pay $291.39 (104.98 for part and 164.82 for labour). The service adviser James Zicari even gave us the GM Headquarters telephone number in the past, where we explained the door handle problem to the customer service, but no real explanation, follow up or constructive assistance was given. GM kept on stocking this defective door handles which breaks easily at least once in a year on the average. I had spent several thousands of dollars for regular and unanticipated service, since I bought this brand new SUV from Valley Cadillac dealership. I own a 2001 Lexus RX 300, a 2004 Porsche Cayenne S and a 2014 Porsche Cayenne GTS, but not even a single problem with door handle. This is not a problem unique to my Cadillac, but several Cadillac Escalade owners had similar problems. I don't know why GM is turning a deaf ear to the door handle breakage problem.

Visiting from North Carolina my 2014 CTS due oil change at 30,000 miles. Was told buy service department vehicle also needed a coolant flush at 30,000 miles. Took them at their word and found out from Cadillac after returning to North Carolina the flush was not due until 100,000 miles

I had a bad experience a few years and thought that I would never go back. But, the owner Ed Meagher called and sincerely apologized. During the lease, Valley's service dept amazed me. The Service Department team is extremely polite and professional. I had to give them second chance at my business. Last week, I met Grant Jardine ( Valley's Sales Rep.) and he showed me a few SUVs. I had my car serviced by Valley Cadillac, just got it back. Scott Robbins, green team service manager, was absolutely fantastic to me. He kept me updated on everything, was very easy to deal with and I felt I could ask him questions and get answers. I was given a courtesy car to drive while work was being done on my car. Mark Haboon, in charge of the courtesy transportation (amount other tasks) was equally as nice, had my car and was on my way really fast. My car drives great and I am very happy. Good evening I am contacting you with hopes of getting justice. I recently brought my car in for service as always to the valley caddilac dealer in Rochester ny I think it's winton rd south. My usual advisor was out sick so someone by the name of Scott offered to help which at first he seemed friendly. He told me that before he could even give my car a diagnosis I would have to agree on buying a new battery because my power was dead. Once I agreed he stated he would call me back after he takes a look, which that never happened so after about 2hrs I called back and asked is he found out anything he then stated I needed to prepay another 250 dollars for a fuel diagnosis which I thought was odd so I simply asked him when would my regular advisor be back and then he just snapped on me yelling and threatening to rip out the battery that they had put in and putting my car outside. Yelling at me for no reason. I was totally violated and I have witnesses because my sons therapiest was at my house because my son has autism. I also taped the conversation once he started yelling and threatening to do things to my car. The next day I was called and told that they decided not to fix my car and that I needed to pick it up right away and that it would be parked outside. They had my car for 3 days mind u I have a disabled child and then god knows what they did to my car during that time. All I am asking for is justice because I had to pay to tow my car there and then pay to tow it back home and now I am without a car until I find another dealer that fixes Cadillacs. I have been a loyal customer never complaining about the costs and I am no where near rich. The only reason I haven't gone to the press and played the tapes conversation is because my regular advisor jim never did anything wrong he has always done me right but if someone doesn't make Scott accountable for his actions I will peruse this because no one I repeat no one deserves to be treated the way I was. I can't be reached at 585-694-9418 and my name is Connie Anderson I have spent about $6500 over the past two yrs at valley on service. I don't deserve to be treated the way I was treated.

Everyone is very polite and helpful. Nick Julien stepped in as my service manager when the team leader was called for jury duty. Unfortunately, I wasn't told the shuttle would not leave til 8:00 AM. I waited from 7:30 til 8:10 to leave Valley Cadillac. We arrived at the showroom on Friday after being told that the 2nd car for my sister's car (Mrs. Burns) was ready. I also had received notice that my keys were ready to be changed for the recent ignition key recall. Although I had called in the morning and been told that the keys were not in (despite me receiving a letter from GM telling me the keys were ready and to visit my dealer) the woman who took care of us when we arrived also arranged for my keys to be fitted with the recall piece. We waited about 40 minutes, as advised, and walked out with my sister's 2nd key for the vehicle she had purchased at the end of August and both my keys fixed for the vehicle I purchased in September 2012. The air conditioner ended up needing a part ordered which was installed in a very timely manner. I'm not a person who likes to be the one doing "car" stuff. but I have to say Valley does their best to make your wait comfortable, from keeping you updated on how much longer your service should be to having coffee & snacks available. The only minus I have & it a pet peeve of mine is: every I mean "every" time I go back to my car they "never" simply push the button to return my seat to the position it was in when I dropped it off. I have told them numerous time about this issue when they call me & same old, same old seat is still moved way, way back! I'm told the "guy" is a big one! Well good for him but I don't like falling back into my seat because HE'S BIG I'M NOT!!!

My wife and I bought our used 2012 vehicle with 32000 miles on June 10 and was encouraged to take a fast delivery of the vehicle that same day...so we did. The vehicle had been on the lot for at least 60 days and the brakes were rusted up a bit , our sales man assured us that they would clean up with some driving, well after 3 weeks and 1000 miles they did not, the rotors were all pitted and the rear brake pads were inspected (by me) to be worn to a very low thickness. I called on June 30th to make an appointment to look at the brakes and to have the tires rebalanced as they have a shake at speed, and the soonest date we were able to agree on was July 7 at 7:40. I took my car in this morning and after standing around for a good 10 minutes the service team manager looked at my vehicle and returned to inform me that he was not sure what I expected the service department to about the brake issues after all it was a used car and that they would have to charge me for any work that was to be done. He said it was normal for brake rotors to be rusted in our area and that I probably hit a pothole and caused the shake in the tires. He also informed me that NYS inspection criteria for brake linings is "no metal to metal contact" which is true but right in front of me on his desk is a sample of a brake pad with examples of wear Good , Marginal , and Poor, Mine fall somewhere between the Poor and Marginal but that is only for customers who are paying apparently and not for vehicles being inspected for sale. I was also told that he could not do any warranty repairs without a note from the sales department so what was he supposed to do with out that? (do I really know or should I care what their internal processes are I thought I was the customer not my own repair manager). Then I Spoke with the Service manager He in a nicer tone echoed the message of the service writer and that " They would look at it and if it was covered under the warranty it would be fixed but if it wasn't I would have to pay. Well I was not willing to sign A repair authorization for something I feel should have been part of the used car delivery prep. I am 45 years old and own 4 vehicles none of which are older that a 2010, this is by far the worst that I have ever been treated at a dealer in my life. This company is definitely more interested in separating you from your hard earned dollars than they are about you satisfaction as a customer.

I am so happy. I drove 388 miles to look at an STS and I wasn't disappointed! Mr. Frank Carapezza went above and beyond what's needed to make a pleasant buying experience. No high pressure sales pitches. Mr. Carapezza is a real stand-up guy! Someone one would like to have as a neighbor. Valley Cadillac even made good on a type error on their web site. My purchase was less than 20 K and they gave me a very nice high dollar set of key chains with a high dollar ink pen and also a Valley Cadillac tote bag. And, not only that, Valley Cadillac filled the gas tank!! Now, who does all that?? I was going to drive my old wreck around the corner and take off the license plates and leave the keys and title, but Valley Cadillac actually paid me cash money for it. Who would have ever thought? Please let me thank the previous owner for taking such good care of what is now my car. Thank you!! I would go the distance again. Valley Cadillac is worth the trip!!

I had a weird thing happen. The tail light lens had a defect and pulled away from the body. It was a broken tab. They had the part shipped in overnight, gave me a brand new loaner and fixed it by the next morning. Pretty impressive. Under warranty

We have a certification on our Escalade ESV which was verifiedby Mark and Jim 2 days after the purchase. They also looked at the front left wheel noise and did 2 or more times never finding the problem. I purchased this truck used from another dealer who told me to go to Valley to assurethe warranty is transferred. I did this immediately and was told the warranty follows the car not the owner by both Mark and Jim,. We had several warranty repairs done on this truck which were always covered. We were going on a 3Ktrip and knew we were close on our warranty mileage but was once again assured by two of the staff that our warranty was good until 78,500 miles or November 2014. However, in virginia on 12/6/13, the noise in the left front wheel finally broke and we were forced to stay overnight and wait for the Cadillac dealer to open the next day. They found the wheel bearings broke causing a series of other problems but they said it was all warranty work so we went ahead which resulted in a $1,660. bill. When this reputable dealer sent in the VIN he said the owner was not me and the warranty was actually never changed so we had to pay for the repair. We called Valley and they did nothing to help us. However, they did send in the warranty bills to the gm warranty and were paid under the previous owner on several occassions. The Virginia dealer said this is unethical and illegal to do business this way so we were stuck. We have remained stuck because this dealership will not back up their staff and their promised warranty obligation. We are in the process of filing claims with the BBB, GM and the attorney general. I have been posting this behaviour on the internet so others are not left hanging like us. They had their attorney call us and threaten us screaming. We can back up all of our information. Overall this dealership is unethical, unscrupulous, and should be avoided literally at all costs.Another point, my daughter and I were at this dealership this past fall having the lift gate arm fixed. The first and second visit resulted in a third and we live 2 1/2 hours round trip from this dealer. We were there over three hours and took coffee and biscotti outside to enjoy the fall day and to fill the boredom. I received a bill for $10. for items taken from the hospitality room. They need to change the name of this room to pay or get a bill in the mail room certainly not hospitality.Also, the radio broke and they put in a new one under this same warranty. When I picked it up the cd holder and the navigational dvd was missing. They did nothing but I did get some of them via mail without a note returned a couple of months later.We purchased 6 cadillacs and a hummer from this dealership and being treated this way is so frustrating. This cadillac family is now llooking at Fords now.

With a visit to The Valley Cadillac in Rochester, NY it was the most phenominal vehicle purchasing experience that I've ever experienced in my 35 years of purchasing GM vehicles. This Cadillac dealership has it all in one terrific package. From the moment you pull onto their beautiful and well kept dealership there was a feeling that this might turn into something special. Once inside everything was spotless. There were no high pressure sales person firing the usual sales pitches at you. It was a calm and stress free atmosphere with the staff expressing a certain calmness in the dealership. The sales team took care of everything that a new vehicle purchase throws at you. With the purchase of a new Escalade everything was explained in fine detail how the dealership operates and introductions were made from the sales group back to the service dept team. When delivered the Escalade was detailed as it were going to be in the Detroit Auto Show. Valley Cadillac definitely goes the extra step to present the new vehicle in an auto show type way. It glistened. When warranty work was needed the service dept made you feel you were the only customer they had. The service team had the "attention to detail" trait documenting the issues that you presented to them. Then there was the personal service from the owner of The Valley Cadillac and she should be very proud of her entire dealership team, EXTREMELY professional. To the Owner - thank you! To the General Sales Manager - thank you! To the Service Manager - thank you! To the General Service Manager - thank you! I know that there are more that I should thank so "thank you" to the detailers, technicians, office personnel, finance and it goes on and on. But we cannot forget the salesman Frank that took me through entire process from selling of the original 2013 Escalade, the service process of trying to fix the vehicle, the buyback procedures, all the phone calls and emails Frank handled it in the most phenominal, caring and seamless fashion. He was right there the entire time. I was basically called upon to do not a thing. It was an almost transparent process. Before I knew it it was a done deal. But the most important fact is that Frank handled the delivery of a new 2014 Escalade just like he did with the 2013 Escalade as if I were a new customer. Frank you are the best. I am now a PROUD owner of a new 2014 Cadillac Escalade from The Valley Cadillac. The Valley Cadillac dealership of Rochester, NY Rocks!

It was my first service call with Valley Cadillac. I was very pleased with the service rep. He was efficient and courteous. The waiting room was comfortable and well stocked with food and reading material. I love my new Cadillac but have one disappointment, i.e., the vehicle doesn't come with a spare, and I know the repair kit would not address every situation with a flat tire. At least Cadillac should provide run flat tires like I had on my BMW's or a spare.

My family has been in cadillacs for 60 plus years. This dealership is a total insult. DO NOT purchase anything from them because they will leave you stranded. We called prior to our trip and we had our warranty until 78,000 miles or November 2014 on our Escalade Platinum edition. However, when our front wheel fell off on the expressway in Virginia we went to the closest dealership for assistance. We addressed the problem in the left front wheel for over 1 1/2 years with Valley but they failed to find the problem. However, the wheel literally fell off. We had our certification but Valley failed to transfer our name onto our vehicle. They were using the previous owner's certification which is illegal. I discussed this certification with three of the employees and they told me the certification follows the car not the person. However, stranded in Virginia they said they could not help us. I will never have anything to do with this dealership again. DO not believe their facade of caring about us as customers. They do not really care. Go anywhere else but to them.

Valley is the best! I tried purchasing a car at Randall in Canandaigua and had a horrible experience, even personally knowing 75% of the people that work there. I found Valley online and immediately took the trip up to Rochester. Pulling in the parking lot I was a little nervous because it looked like I was going to be dealing with salesman that thought they were above me because of the vehicle I was driving at the time... I purchased a cadillac from them. Told my trade-in was in an accident that bent the frame so they had to drop the trade-in price by seven thousand dollars and the fact they would never sell a car on their lot that was in an accident. A few weeks later saw our trade-in on their website. Also by phone was told (thought I was a buyer) that the car did not have any damage. Wrote a letter with copy of their site with my trade-in to owner but never received an answer. I guess he couldn't since he was part of "the deceitful lie". Will never purchase another car from them again. Did write to GM to let them know and was able to stop two others from purchasing a car from them. Will continue to discourage others to purchase from them. I have learned much from these guys though.. its absolutely true about "used car salesman"

Beware I bought a 2010 escalade a year ago. I love the car but they are very shady people. Flew out there to purchase this and was told it was on there show room floor a cream puff! Had tons of scraps and scratches and other defects that the sale man should of disclosed .They said well its a used car what did you expect? Car had low milage and they told me it was mint.Unreal people. Called the owner of the dealership many times to tell him about my experience . Never herd back from him. I would stay clear of this place for Internet sales as the sales staff will not be reliable as to the condition of the vehicle. I mean I would never call this car show room condition! Beware Internet sales! They also tried to change the price and interest on me when I showed up. I buy cars all the time on the Internet and fly out to drive car back. Never have I had people be so dishonest as I have with them. A sham I try to build relationships with people for further deals as they are the ones that can put there hands on the car and can tell me what is wrong or how it looks. Pictures are not the same as a honest salesman. Guess today people just look at that one sale $ not the person that may buy again. Would never purchase any from them again. BEWARE INTERENET BUYERS!!!

Sadly, I feel the need to report the shameful way I was treated last month by the sales staff at Valley Cadillac in Rochester, New York. Extremely dissatisfied does not begin to describe how I rate their sales staff. Let me state that Valleys Service Department has always been courteous and helpful. On June 30, 2013, my husband and I were hit head-on by a 19 yr. old who lost control of her car because she was texting while driving. My husband who was driving us had his 2012 Equinox totaled. We thank God and General Motors that the well-engineered Equinox with its 4 air bags and seatbelts saved our lives. My husbands right wrist was fractured in three places requiring surgery to have 2 pins and a plate put in. I was bruised everywhere the seatbelt held me, plus my hands were bruised by the air bags. We walked away from the accident injured but alive. This horrendous experience prompted me to trade in my 2012 Cadillac CTS coupe for something bigger and safer. I contacted Richard Smith at Valley Cadillac because he had sold me my 2012 CTS. After telling Mr. Smith about our life changing accident, he promised that he would do everything in his power to help us. He sympathized with me by saying, If there is anything I can do, please let me know. Two weeks later he called to inform me that Valley Cadillac had just received a red, AWD, SRX that sounded perfect for me. I agreed to come and see the vehicle and work out another cash deal. I went to Valley Cadillac thinking Id get an honest and fair deal with Mr. Smiths help; what happened was nothing short of an insulting fiasco. Mr. Smith, with the tack of a sleazy 1950s used car salesman, informed me that my 13 month old CTS had depreciated $10,000.00 the minute I drove it off the lot last year. Shocked, I asked, What happened to the claim by Cadillac that its vehicles hold their value very well? The car barely has 5,000 miles on it and its in perfect condition. I also put over $1,400 of Ziebart protection on it. My questions of What is my General Motors Employee discount? What will you give me for my trade-in? After heated discussion, he came back with $12,000 deal, and then $9,500. Mr. Smith put my husband and me through bogus trips to his managers office to discuss sham deals. In fact, one time Mr. Smith was arrogant enough to tell us he didnt bother talking to the manager. Pushed to the point of stating, Id rather go see what kind of deal BMW or Mercedes would give me., Mr. Smith went to his sales manager with my final offer, my CTS trade in with an additional $9,000. He returned stating for $500.00 more I had a deal. Seeing only red I walked out to my car stating in a loud voice, Im finished playing games with you people. The manager and Mr. Smith followed me out to the parking lot now clawing at my Cadillac window wanting to make a deal. Too late, they had destroyed my love for a Cadillac. I drove away infuriated, knowing that they tried to squeeze another $500.00 out of me. I would like to request that Cadillac headquarters make it mandatory for all its dealerships to honestly present the facts to their customers and not be allowed to carry on business in such a deceitful, flim-flam manner.

I am on my 5th cadillac from Valley. From sales to the repair department they are first class all the way. I have Rich Lombardi as my salesman and he is very respectful and professional. Jim of the Red Team is my repair manager. Maintenance and repairs are always on time as promised and never have to go back a second time as with other dealership and car experiences. Now my cars seldom need a true "repair" because it is a Cadillac. My Father always drove one and now it is a family tradition. I would recommend them to everyone.

After decades of owning German and Japanese cars, I bought a new Cadillac. What was I thinking? Had you asked if I would ever own a Cadillac, I would have said, never. That was two years ago. The car has been outstanding, Comfortable, totally reliable and a great looking automobile. Finally, last week a power window would not operate. They took it in the next morning, gave me a brand new car to drive around with and had it fixed in hours. Dave Moffitt is a straight shooting sales person, but of course it his job to sell the car for the most and your job to buy it for the least, so do your homework. My only slight criticism is their waiting room is just OK. One of our other cars came from a dealer where you can buy breakfast while they change the oil. I really like that level of customer facilities. Scott Terry is my service team manager. He could not be nicer nor more efficient.

I recently posted a bad review about valley Cadillac as I was dissatisfied with my situation. This got the attention of the owner himself and really got things moving. In the end they did well over a thousand dollars in work to make things right by me and treated me very well. Its undeniable that sometimes in life there are miscommunications and misunderstandings but when a company goes above and beyond to make those miscommunications and misunderstandings right for the customer thats when you know youve found a company worth doing business with. A big Thank You to the owner at Valley, and Scott in the service department; for going to bat for me with Cadillac and making things right.

I bought a used 07 CTS from this dealership 3-26-12 I was very happy with the car at first but the honeymoon was short lived. Within a week I realized the wrong size wiper blades had been placed on my windshield. This had caused a chip in my paint. I brought this to the attention of my dealer who fixed the paint chip and wiper blades. Next to go was the latch for the glove box. Snapped off like cheap garbage. Then I had to have a wheel barring replaced as it was messing with my ABS. Luckily this was covered under my extended warranty. This week my catalytic converter went. Mind you I havent even put 10,000 miles on yet. The warranty I bought excludes this. So I brought it to the dealer I am just outside of GMs emissions warranty and was told by a service representative that they should be able to get a good faith extension and fix this $1,000 issue. When I got to the dealer they acted as if they had never talked to me and told me they cant help me. Despite my protests I was sent on my way with this lemon of a car. Never use Valley for used cars. You may as well buy off craigslist with this service.

This was bar none the best car buying experience I have ever had! Not only was the dealership beautiful and professional looking, but my salesman CJ Lore was top notch. There was no 'pushiness' and CJ Lore met my every question with an open and honest answer. The whole process was quick and pain free. Unlike other dealerships where I walked out many hours later with a car but also a huge headache. Other staff members I dealt with were friendly and pleasant. The whole experience went as smooth as glass and I would highly recommend this dealership to all who ask...and possibly most who don't ask either. Overall a wonderful place to shop for a car!!

Dave Moffitt was great.
