The staff at United Automotive are the best hands down. We had been all over Denver. It was an exhausting event, then my husband and I arrived at this location. The best selection by far, two huge lots right next to each other made it easy to find the truck I was looking for. I was able to compare all truck models since they have them all in stock in different colors, trim, and prices. The nicest, and most professional staff, were so helpful, answered my many, many questions and got me out the door in a timely manner. Thank you Jazmin, and the Finance Manager with the awesome beard ;) Class personified. 10/10 recommended!!!

I gave 1 star because I had to do a rating but I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy! I paid 7k cash up front was told I had a year to pay the remaining balance of 1000. So I send money here and there. I took the car to go get the breaks fixed. They told me they wasn’t going to charge me because there was no break pads on the right side of the car and they should’ve seen that before selling it. Okay cool, thank you! I go to pick up my car and the tell me I can’t pick up my car until I pay 400.00 that is owed left. Mind you I have been out of a car for over two weeks. Mind you they never fixed the AC (like they promised) and the radiator is bad.! I hate everything about this place. And I will never ever send anyone to them

Absolutely, hands down the best buying experience. We called about a Silverado they had listed online, and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Since we were about five hours away we asked for a detailed description and photos. They were super through and accurate. Our credit union had us approved at 4.49% but United Automotive was able to get us a 2.99% through their credit union lenders. Best part was that we were in and out in less than an hour from start to finish, making it back home for supper. Awesome staff and knowledgeable sales team. I could not be any happier. Thank you so much, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I had the best experience buying my 2017 Sierra. I love the selection of inventory they had. Even during this crazy time with Covid they have a great stock and lots more inventory coming in. They made it so easy to buy a truck. I have already sent 3 people down there. I will for sure be back to buy my next truck from United Automotive. Thank you for everything and thank you for making it so fun to work with you guys. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to get a great deal and be treated like family.
