Buyers beware!Shady dealership,nice truck but if you pay attention the truck is clearly not a lariat.Description says lariat and in the fender it says XLT. Come on now! Trust is an issue.

It was a pretty square deal. Anytime you buy a USED CAR from a roadside dealer you should take nothing for granted and check it out yourself. It was basically what I expected, I drove 3 hours to get there and would have turned around and driven right back if it wasn't. The nature of these dealers it pretty much take it or leave it but if that's what you're expecting then you won't be disappointing. The only thing he promised was that it was not owned by a smoker and from what I could tell this was true. Price was definitely the best price I found out there and the car appears to be a great deal. Good luck.

ALL I GOTTA SAY IS THAT THEY TOOK A GOOD CARE OF ME AND GOT ME APPROVED FOR MY ESCALADE ..IT IS A VERY BUSY DEALERSHIP THU AND I THINK THEY GOT THE BEST FINANCE GUY WORKING THERE I MEAN I DIDN'T EVEN BELIEVE IT THAT THEY COULD GET ME APPROVED WITH MY CREDIT BUT SURE ENOUGH AMIR GOT ME APPROVED...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Pedrum, our sales person, was helpful, courteous, and not pushy. While our intent was not to purchase immediately, we figured that it couldn't get any better than this, so we bought the 2011 corvette. I have had it for two weeks and am extremely satisfied with the car, even tho is used but perfect buy!

Only reason he has a star is because I had to give him a star to rate his business. Otherwise overall absolutely zero stars. The dealer is a complete liar. We called about the truck, went through the process of getting approved to purchase (which took about 2 days to get everything square away). We get a call the week (days later) we were getting on the road to pick up the truck (driving 16hrs) with there's something wrong with the title. Then we have a unianoumous caller ask about the truck he says he sold it on that day. Later he texts my husband (because now he's not answering his phone) and comes up with this lame story about how he had to take it back to the auction and leave it because of the title. Very poor customer service and not good for business. So NOOOOOOOOOOOO I would not recommend anyone to this dealer, it would be a waste of time trying to purchase a vehicle. If he does business like that how can you trust the quality of his cars he's selling?

We went to purchase a Volvo XC-90 and they promised it was in good condition with the previous owner being the dealer. We ran a carfax report and the vehicle was previously labeled as a "TOTAL LOSS" by an insurance company. We offered a down payment of 100 to hold the car because they assured us of it's clean record but after getting the carfax report, we could not risk go thru with the purchase. When I called to request that they refund my money, they guy became belligerent and rude, saying he doesn't care what carfax says, they don't use carfax. He hung up in my face after asking for the refund and then offered 60 dollars back when I called to discuss with him again. If they were honest about the car in the first place, we wouldn't have expected our money back if we changed our mind. It was only because we learned that the carfax on the car is not clean which was contrary to what they promised us. Just providing facts

I received a notice from cars.com that I would be contacted by this dealer about thd car I was interested in but I never heard anything. (one of the questions below forced a response so I had to check that I was shopping for a used car but I did not actually go to the dealership.)
