-Observed a vehicle on their lot 12-09-2015 650 pm - Was advised the vehicle just arrived on their lot 45 minutes prior to our arrival. - spoke with Danny who advise he will let me know as soon as the vehicle was ready to be listed. - 12-10-2015 lets say around 11am my husband test drove the vehicle......bam deal made. - Do to time restraints on me the buyers end, we had to wait til 530pm to sign and drive. It was that Simple Great guys, great facility, and honest to their word. You can't beat that!!!!! I will go back if i need another ride.

Excellent people we spoke with Dominick he was able to help us and we were able to make a deal. I would totally recommend them not only are they excellent in service but they are willing to work with you. We were able to get a decent trade in value for our Tahoe. So we got a Cadillac Escalade very happy.

I had been looking around within a 50 mile radius for a more comfortable car than my VW beetle that has seen over 250,000 miles. I go south each year and I choose to drive in order to have a completely free schedule but the VW was not really that comfy. Good luck eventually smiled on me when I saw an ad for a Toyota Avalon for sale at Ultimate Motor Cars. The pics, as always, showed a very clean car, but actual viewing many times proves differently. Well, I called, spoke to Dominick who did not seem to be "pushy" and decided to give it a whirl. The car was lined up in the lot, I was handed the keys and, alone, looked the car over. It looked great and asked to test drive. A dealer plate applied and Dominick said "don't go over 80mph". With that I did the test drive alone and decided that was about the very best deal out there.The whole experience was pleasant, no pressure, and I had the feeling that these guys were straight shooters. The office area was great. The car I bought is super and it is the best deal I have ever made. No hassles- just a straightforward process

My experience with this dealership was comfortable and easy. Unlike other dealerships where you wait all day to make the deal, and listen to sales pitch for extras you don't want. I have spent 2 days finalizing the purchase of a car. At UMC, I knew what I wanted, there were no games with cost, and the process was over in less than 2 hours. I drove away in my new car confident the service people had taken care of everything I needed. If I purchase another car, there is no question that I will go directly to UMC. I highly recommend this dealership because of quality of the cars, the pricing is legitimate and the process is quick and painless!

I recommend Ultimate Motor Cars to anyone who is looking for a preowned car. Their staff is very friendly, understanding, and I know they do their best to give you the best experience possible. I ended up buying a car from UMC Sales, which later ran into some problems, but Vince helped me out by paying for some of the repairs that were needed for the car. Not many dealerships would do that for you. Although I believe I shouldn't have bought the car, Vince greatly helped me in my state of need. Ultimate Motor Cars is a high quality, family owned business that deserves to be recognized.

Although I originally regret buying a vehicle from Ultimate Motor Cars, Vince, the manager, talked with me about working out some kind of deal in order to exchange the vehicle, or get a refund. He and the staff are all very friendly people, and want to satisfy their customers, even though I bought the wrong car for me. I recommend buying from Ultimate Motor Cars, but I also do recommend that you do your research on the car, and get multiple pre buy inspections before you purchase the car. Every car has lots of hidden problems within it.

We bought a 2005 Honda Odyssey, and for an older vehicle, it was in really good condition. There were a few issues with the vehicle, but Al made sure to make it right, or provided a discount for what wasn't done in-house, and needed to be done closer to where we live. (1.5 hrs away, on a good traffic day.) Al was an upstanding man, a man of his word, and called back in a timely manner (when we had questions.) We had zero pressure sales tactics applied on us. How refreshing! I hope the vehicle gives us many years of carefree driving, and we plan on doing business with them again in the future.

I recently bought my 2003 Subaru WRX from this dealer, an I thought it was everything I ever wanted, until the day or two later. On my way home, I started getting dizzy and nauseous while I was in the car. I just thought it was the new car smell. It happened again the second day, so now I need to take this car in for what might be a very expensive repair, Every time I drive in the car, I feel like I can't concentrate, and like I'm going to puke. I really regret buying this car, and I wish I could return it. I just hope the repairs aren't too expensive. In addition to the exhaust, my reverse gear is making a lot of noise whenever I shift into it, and that also worries me. I'm afraid that this car has too many hidden problems within it.

I would highly recommend Ultimate Motor Cars. I bought an 07 Charger from them a few weeks ago. The dealer, Al, was a straightforward, honest guy and the dealership is pretty credible itself. The car was definitely well maintained. However, the day after I bought the car, I started having transmission issues. Turns out, the transmission needed to be fixed. I called the dealership and they were very sympathetic with my situation considering I just bought the car. They told me to bring it in. They took it to dodge on my behalf and had them fix the car. Even though I bought the car as in and with no warranty, the dealer offered to pay half the bill which was a 1000. That was amazing of Ultmate Motor Cars since they're not liable for the car at this point. I gotta hand to them, they're honest dealers and I would definitely do business with them again.

I traveled from Southern WI to Ultimate Motor Cars after seeing they had a 2008 GMC Yukon SLT listed for sale. Prior to going I did read the reviews, which proved very helpful. I am a bit pessimistic when it comes to buying used vehicles from Dealerships I am unfamiliar with, but I went by what the reviews said. I am glad I did! I called first and spoke to Al. He was very accomodating and professional. I spoke with Vince as well. I was impressed by the Dealerships clean appearance, friendly staff, and most of all their No Pressure Sales. The vehicle I was there to look at was very clean and in great mechanical shape. We quickly came to a Great Price on the vehicle, and a fair trade for my 99 Chevy Silverado. As a side note, I even accidentally leave my glasses in my trade in vehicle. I called Al and without hesitation he got my glasses out of the vehicle and mailed them to my house in a glasses case either he had or the Dealership bought. I throw this little bit of information in this review as a way to show how honest and trustworthy they are. My family with three children all under the age of 4 are greatly appreciative of this purchase and experience. Let the family travel vacations begin!

The day after Christmas, I purchased a 2005 Hyundai Sonata with 96K miles. I loved the car when I brought it and now that I've been driving it for two weeks, I am STILL in love with the car. Al was very nice and he genuinely wanted to help me get a car. He was able to work out an awesome deal. I got a GREAT price. The car is in great condition, no check lights, great gas mileage, quiet engine, no major body damage, and everything works. I was a little worried about buying a used car but the experience was so excellent here that I am a fan of this dealership! I am happily cruising through this winter! Thanks!!

We purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 87,000 miles from the dealership, and we're able to negotiate a very fair/good a deal with Al. This was a positive experience overall. One week later the car threw a check engine code that drew attention to major transmission issues that required a complete rebuild. Unfortunate timing for sure. Best advice I can give is this, before you purchase a used vehicle of any type take it to a certified mechanic or transmission shop so they can run their diagnostic tests. It might cost you $60.00 to $100.00, but could save you a $2,000 repair bill. It is what is. The upside is this I have very low mileage Jeep, with a rebuilt transmission now, and my college age son is happy.

I bought my Infiniti last year, then got a BMW for our son. In February, my husband purchased a great Infiniti suv and finally we bought a Nissan Sentra in April. I researched to find the perfect Mini Van for the right price; but was also looking for an upfront and honest used dealership. After, reading their positive reviews on Cars.com I felt that I should give them a try. I set up an appointment at Ultimate Motor Cars that same day. I was very impressed with the overall dealership. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the history of the vehicle they were selling, and best of all didn't pressure me. I felt that the Mini Van was better than the pictures showed. I ended up purchasing a Honda Odyssey for an extra-ordinary price. Super happy with how I was treated! Being a single mom trying to buy a car can be scary and difficult; but not here. I found out that this was a family owned and operated dealer. I actually got to meet the owner, Vince, who assured me that his wife and five kids have been using the van for the last 3 weeks. That said a lot. Ultimate Motor Cars sold me a great reliable Van that I'm extremely happy with. Thanks again.

Ultimate Motor Cars was referred to us by a friend and are we glad we came here. From, the minute we walked in Dominic the Sales Manager was friendly and apologize immediately that there was going to be a wait before he could help us. The dealership was loaded with people on this Saturday afternoon. They also sell Brand New Vespa Scooters; which of course caught our eye while we waited for Dominic. Upon, the first 5 minutes of speaking with Dominic, I knew this is where my teenage daughters first car was being purchased from. We ended up purchasing a Honda CR-V with low miles, beautiful interior/exterior and best of all didn't go over our budget. The owner, Vince was super too! He even had his porter fill up the SUV with a full tank of gas before we left. So glad we listened to our friend regarding checking out Ultimate Motor Cars. I hope you check out them too because buying a used car wasn't stressful at Ultimate Motor Cars. Truly an A++ buying experience.

Purchased a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse for my Daughters first car. Car was immaculate, car had a few problems and corrected the next day at N/C. Purchased new tires a few weeks later and it was found to have a Wheel that had been cracked and repaired. Had Wheels and Tires replaced and contacted Ultimate and told them what was found. They re imbursed me for all 4 Wheels even though I had upgraded them to more expensive than what was on car originally (OME). I will purchase my used Auto's from them in the future and have told 2 friends that purchased cars there with same great experience.

I found a rare classic Corvette listed on Ultimate Motor Cars site. Only problem was I live 14 hours away. The pictures were absolutely perfect but I was nervous about purchasing a vehicle without physically seeing it. I decided to make the initial call and next I knew that picture perfect vehicle was being deliveried to my home in Atlanta. Wow! My hats off to this company. They are honest, upfront, fair with their pricing, and most of all made this deal happen. I can't believe that I didn't even have to go to the DMV to register this car; because they handled it A-Z for me from Chicago. Months of shopping for a family vehicle, I spent a long time taking a look and reviewing dealerships reviews prior to making an appointment. There were several dealerships who's reviews seemed to good to be true; but not Ultimate Motor Cars. After finding a Toyota Sienna on their site, I called an scheduled an appointment with Dominic. When I arrived the vehicle was just washed and inside their showroom. This made it nice so that I could look over the vehicle closely. After fair negotiations, I felt even better when Ultimate Motor Cars was able to get me better financing than my own credit union. That night I was driving my family to dinner in our showroom clean Sienna. I also had the chance to meet the owner; which made me feel even more confident about my purchase. The owner, Vince was a super nice, honest, and a family man. His two boys even put on my new plates. I definetely will recommend them to friends and family of mine. In fact, we have our eye on purchasing a New VESPA or Genuine Scooter from you guys this summer too. Thanks Dominic and Vince.

My wife and I were in the market to trade our Hummer H2 in and find a nice vehicle thats well maintained at a affordable price. Well we got just that!!!! We had gone to over 15 dealers new and used and stopped in because we saw a beautiful Infinit G35x out front. As I am alsways a sceptic with dealers in general I was pleasantly surprized we I walked in. Well organized, extremly clean and FRIENDLY!!!! We sat down and discussed what our intention were and Dominic listened! Wait a car saleman listen???? Yes, Dominic and Vince made us feel like we weren't just another customer. They gave us a GREAT appraisal price on our Hummer H2 and gave us a deal that the BIG BOx dealers just will not give on a BEAUTIFUL 2008 Infiniti G35x!!! I being a master certified mechanic for over 18 years had to check the car out first from top to bottom and just as they had stated NOTHING wrong!!!!!! At this point I figured there had to be a catch because it was going to well. Nope, they do financing through several major lenders and gave me a rate that my own bank couldn't beat!!! Needless to say I will be doing buisiness again with them. This was by far the easiest car buying experience Ive ever had bar none!!!! Thanks Dominic and Vince!!!!!!

I enjoyed working with Dominic the Sales Manager and felt that I got a fair price on both my vehicle trade in and on the 2009 Cadillac Escalade ESV that I purchased. I was in the market for a used BMW 328xi and found that they has a lower mileage one at Ultimate Motor Cars. I drove out 45 minutes to test drive it and was impressed by how clean the vehicle and the facility was (although parking was tight). I took it for a test drive, and for me this is big- the salesman didn't come with me. He just made a copy of my drivers license and gave me the keys. I took the car through its paces and even pulled over to pop the hood and inspect the vehicle- and there were no surprises. When I got back, there was no hard sell. I actually had to ask Dominic how I could purchase the vehicle. We wound up financing a portion of the vehicle and they were able to get a approved and with a fair APR within a half hour from Wells Fargo. It's now been a month since we've owned the car, and it has been a great vehicle. No surprises or cut corners to get the car off of the lot. Thanks UMC and Dominic with his fedora for a great car buying experience!

The hardest part about purchasing my vehicle was finding a place at the dealership to park my car. Dennis was great. He was a low pressure honest salesman. He had no problem with me bothering for a second test drive. I purchased a 2005 Subaru Forester from him and it was about as simple as buying a car could be. I spent longer on my test drive than I did discussing the price of the car. I knew what I wanted to pay and what I felt was a fair value for the car and Dennis got me to that number out the door. I could not be more pleased with the service and price of my car. I would highly recommend stopping by the dealership if you are looking for a car.

My husband had a dream to own a little pickup truck so we drove all over Chicagoland looking for that perfect gently used truck. We had been in some really crummy places & average places. Ultimate has showroom quality with very nice" laid back" personnel. Ed was patient and not pushy at all like we had experienced in other places. At our age we like to take our time in making decisions and worked with us on pricing. We love our "new" gently used little S10 and would return should we need to replace it. Hope Ed's still there when we do.

We are thrilled to have found UMC. We worked with Ed, who is a genuine, honest fella. We never felt hustled and we never had to "play the game." Everything was refreshingly simple and easy. The asking price on the van we bought was already lower than anywhere else we looked, and we were still able to quickly negotiate just a wee bit more. We also had a chance to work with Dominic and Vince, both really great guys. We've always been a bit leery of the smaller shops but, from the moment we stepped into UMC everything was positive. We really love everything about UMC ~ The next time we're looking to buy a vehicle, this will be our first stop. We've already recommended it to a friend! This was probably the best dealership experience my wife and I ever had in all our years of car buying. We worked with Ed; who was extremely nice, upfront,honest, and easy to talk with. Ed allowed us to test drive multiple vehicles until we found the right one. There was no pressure. Everything is very clean and sharp inside Ultimate Motor Cars. They even sell new motorcycles and scooters too; which a VESPA scooter caught my college daughters eye. Maybe ;) I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know in the market for a used automobile. We saved a lot of money and got a great car from Ultimate Motor Cars. Thanks Ed! We love the car and might be back in the spring for that Red VESPA.

Visitted and talked with Dominic who was very nice. I was looking at a 2007 Charger with 121,000 miles on it. I drove the car and heard some rear end noise on curbs. I asked Dominic if it was ok for me to take it to the local Dodge Dealer to check it out. He said no problem and let me drive off. There were a few small issues with the car and I shared the information with Dominic. Based on the work that needed to be completed we reached an agreeable price. He was not a high pressure guy and it was a very good experience. I have 3 other teens who will need cars and I would visit Dominic again.
