Had gotten some work done on an older van with a carburetor. Very few auto repair shop were willing to look at it because of the carburetor but Uftring was more than happy and confident to get the job done. The service person Austin was great also and kept me updated throughout the process. Thanks for a good dealership experience!! 😊

My 2020 Traverse was in for some minor body repairs. Mr. Tim Smith was absolutely wonderful to work with. He took the time to listen to our concerns and made sure that we were more than pleased with the vehicle when we picked it up. My vehicle looks absolutely perfect. Thank you to everyone in the body shop that may have helped with our repairs. And thank you to Mr. Smith for your time and outstanding service. I would have no concerns about recommending this body shop to anyone who may ask.

My friends and I (all ladies of a certain age) were traveling to Bloomington to have lunch with a classmate. My windshield wipers quit in the middle of a downpour. Found Uftring, they made all 5 of us feel welcome, had my car fixed in about 30 minutes! They were so nice and helpful! Great place for service and hospitality!

Our vehicle showed a couple of codes but went away before we were able to get over to have it looked at. The service department was able to get the codes and repaired the vehicle. Repairs were made quickly and customer service was great.

I drove almost 200 miles to looka at a used Saab 9-2x. We met with Chris Kamp at the Chevrolet/Saab store and found out the vehicle we were interested in was at the outlet store. Chris took us down to the other store and gave us a good look at the 9-2x. There was never any pressure to purchase, he was acting more as an old friend other than a salesman. Even though it was just a used car he treated us as if we were purchasing a new Saab.The car was exceptionally cleaned and detailed with a fresh oil change and filter change. I would highly recommend Chris and Uftring Chevrolet/Saab as when we are ready to purchase a new car we will definitely look them up.
