STAY AWAY BETTER DEALERS AROUND! Save yourself the trouble and time just go else where. Their nice a first then anytime you call or have an issue no one knows anything nor take responsibility and don’t return phone calls. Took 2 months to get a response on the warranty I cancelled cause traded in the car I bought from this place numerous issues right after buying it. Cars are bought from auctions and they don’t do full inspection in the cars before selling them.Then they sell you the worst extended warranty threw GWC. I’ve lost thousands of dollars cause of this place.

Everyone is helpful, patient, and polite. I have had all my repairs here over the years, (2014 Ford F-150 ) and would never think of going anywhere else. I feel comfortable and confident when dealing with TruAutoMall staff. They are professional and trustworthy.

The costumer service is good i dont have complain about that but make sure before you buy a car make sure is in good condition and dont have any issues because the mechanic they have there he dont know what he’s doing, i buy my suv there and he took over a month to fix a simple issue and i have to send it to other place to finish the rest because the mechanic have there he dont know what he’s doing

My original salesman was kind and was willing to work with me on the vehicle I looked at. Unfortunately I was later pressured by another employee to purchase the vehicle by undermining the clear defect it had. They did provide an opportunity for an independent inspection but I opted to not purchase the vehicle due to the aforementioned problem as well as an open recall on the vehicle that they were not willing to repair prior to purchase. The price on the vehicle however was very competitive. If you can find a good vehicle here you may get a good price. With that being said I would ensure you take a close look at the vehicle you are purchasing and definitely get a second opinion.

I will warn you now, do not ever consider this dealership. They have great LOOKING cars but mechanically the cars are in horrible shape. I bought a car and it has been less then six months, i have had to replace the engine, the transmission is in the process of failing, and it leaks every fluid possible. Take it from me, do not buy a car here.

Bought a great looking car here and completely fell for the salesmens scam. Havnt had the car for a month, and already it has major issues. Leaked fluids all over, transmission skips, parking break broke, and breaks squeak. Cannot believe what I got myself into. Take it from me, do not even consider a car from here.

I bought a car from here in 2010 and every single year until this day I have had major problems with it, customer service is awful, I've been waiting 4 days now for a call back from the mechanic and every time he's too busy doing something else. I would not recommend this spot to anyone who want a great car!!!!

I have bad credit and been everywhere getting the run around from dealers trying to put me in a junk. I went to Truautomall and dealt with a guy name George. he really treated me with respect and didn't talk down to me because of my credit. He told me what I can afford and what the banks where willing to do for me. I drove away with a nice Honda in mint condition and I love it!!!! I would recomend this place 100%

I have been all across the northeast looking to purchase an Audi A8L that was affordable and in excellent shape. Not only did I get my car, I got the car I wanted at an absolute great price thousands below book value. Ariel Pagan was honest and helpful and let me do my research on such a big purchase with pressure to rush and close a sell. I would recommmend these guys to any one of my friends. Where ever you are in the CT its worth the trip to Tru Auto Mall.
