I switched to Tropical Chevy after having a horrible experience with the service department of another Miami-based Chevrolet dealer. They were recommended by a friend who's been a customer for a long time. My experience with them is entirely different compared to the other one. They keep me informed about the status of repairs, do a timely job in trying to return my car as soon as possible. I have been interacting with Maria as my service advisor and Paul who is the service manager. Both of them are nice and helpful. They make me comfortable and I don't have the feeling that they are trying to talk me into buying unnecessary services. I have plenty of other Chevrolet dealerships closer to me, but I still prefer to visit them despite the fact that they are 20+ miles from me. I don't have any experience with their Sales Department so I can't talk about that, but their Service department is the best I have been dealing with over the years.

no le recomiendo este dealer a nadie porque son unos estafadores, no compren un carros ahi porque si le sale algun problema se lo tratan de resolver a su manera ,yo hace 6 meses q compre un chevy malibu 2016 y el carro se le fundio el motor un carro nuevo, lo lleve mas de dos veces y la ultima ves se paso 20 dias y la solucion q buscaron ellos fue repara el motor y le cambiaron los pitone y otras cosas ya mi carro no es nuevo es un carro remendado y yo tengo q pagarlo como si fuera nuevo y ellos no trataron de ayudar de otra manera porque a ellos no les importa despues q cojen su dinero y bien caro q me salio, no confien en nadie se quieren ser los mas amables y luego te dicen q vallas a la computadora para q les des buen comentario como lo hicieron con migo y te ofrecen hasta q te van a dar una tarjeta de 100 dolares

My vehicle was under warranty so I had zero out of pocket expense. Since the expected wait time was a couple hours, they even offerd a loaner to go about my business and run my errands. Going to have a car Maintence is a hassle. I have to say, I enjoy taking my car to Tropical Chevrolet. This dealer is not near to my house but I don't mind the drive because I know the type of service that they will provide me. This was my second visit to their business and I feel they have done an amazing job both times, going above and beyond in my opinion. Also, the fact that they give you a loaner when you drop you off to leave your car is a plus. I cannot say how valuable that is to me so I don't have to find a ride or deal with a taxi! I never write reviews, hate being "sold" anything, and especially dread car dealerships for all the well- known reasons. But...I had to write this because this was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had! I went to Tropical Chevy to accompany a friend and had no intention of getting a car. I have always driven Hondas, knew absolutely nothing about Chevrolet, and never considered getting one. While waiting for my friend, I was looking around and fell in love with the Equinox but did not want to waste my time or anyone else's because I had a lease I thought was impossible to get out of. I also could not afford a higher car payment at this time. Even though they were busy with my friend and other customers, and I was not a potential sale, Erik, Rosa and Ray took the time to answer my questions. Erik then offered to look into my lease and see what he could do. To make a long story short, Erik worked miracles! He got me out of my lease 12 months early without penalties, searched for every incentive available and the best possible financing option. The end result being that one day later, I am driving a new Equinox instead of my 3 year old Honda, AND my payments remained the same! Erik's product knowledge and customer service skills are unsurpassed. And talk about a VIP experience! Erik and his team took care of everything, Rosa even delivered my new car to my front door and took my trade in for me! I wholeheartedly recommend Erik, Rosa and Ray, they're honest, knowledgeable, take pride in their work, and won't pressure you or waste your time.

My experience was very positive. The salesman that I had, Robenson, was very attentive. I thought he was good at the time, but I really saw the true value of the coming days AFTER the sale when he would call to check up on me and how I was doing. The other person who really added to the experience was Carl Watson. He is extremely personable. Instead of the usual sales tactics that have become way overplayed in the industry, having Carl explain things really felt like having a friend advising. He gave sincere advice and knew the cars well. He gave a great demo after the sale and when he called to see how I was doing answered more questions I had. The two of them make a great team. It felt good, even later on, I still feel like I got a fair deal. And I looove the truck. I'm really happy that they went so far to get the one with the features we chose because those little things are what makes or breaks the car which I plan to have in the family for a loooooong time.

Sold me a 2015 LT Chevrolet Traverse, that I paid $39.000 Cash, under the impression that had Wifi. Did not came with it. Mr. Harrison tried also to make me buy the car without all the car mats. Once I found out went back and complaint. The manager in order to fix their lying selling tactics propose to accept my 3 month old 2015 2LT Chevrolet Traverse that I just bought for $39.000 for $20.000 and offer me a 2016 LTZ Traverse with Wifi for an additional $25.000 more. He wanted me to paid for their lying sells tactics $64.000 for a Traverse, the price for a 2016 NEW Tahoe. Bad business. Do not go.

I went to Tropical Chevy to buy a Stingray, I informed them I was paying cash and didn't want a test drive, I just wanted to buy the car. They then immediately requested to view my credit (which is not something you do when buying a car cash) but either way, I obliged and allowed them to pull my credit, not 10 minutes later the General Manager comes out and sees that I have 1 repossession on my record (from a vehicle I helped a friend finance by co-signing for him, but he didn't keep up with the payments) and calls me a "Flake" and some other expletives for "Wasting (his) sales' guy's time" and then tells me to leave. This was by far the WORST experience that I have had at a car dealership and it is quite apparent that the management supports this type of behavior and maybe even encourages it. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, they are condescending, unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I came in with a positive attitude, ready to buy a car and about to give them my money and I left with a horrid taste in my mouth and anger.

I keep receiving email from you guys asking to bring my car for service and when I get to the garage, the technician (very nice by the way) keep telling me I don't need one and emails are sent automaticaly regardless of the car condition but based on time factor. There was a misunderstanding about the repairs for the car. We needed service and collision repair. The insurance company did not inform us to take the car into Tropical when the parts were in, therefore we had to pay additional fees for a rental car that were unnecessary. This was not Tropical's fault. but it did place a damper on the experience. We have purchased three vehicles from Tropical and would probably purchase another in the near future and recommend Tropical to family and friends.

Terrible service from used car department, although you may be able to get a good price, they treat you poorly and try to make you think they are doing you a favor by selling to you. In general they are useless, especially if they agree to perform any maintenance or repair after a sale. I am just glad I spotted some serious issues before I purchased, but I was hopeful they would correct them as agreed. They will try to wait past 30 days because if the buyer is not able to take care of it by then, the small print says they will not be obligated to do it. Service department seemed customer friendly and geared to helping customers out, also the used cars have competitive prices if you are willing to stick in the negotiation and handle rude people.

On Friday I faxed Manny(sorry but he's no longer there but was excellent) and Monday received a call from Roxie appologizing for the delay which I feel was handled as promptly as possible. Arrived Tuesday at 10AM and Lisa Glynn handled my servicing and believe I was out by 11:30AM as quoted by Lisa. This was my 60,000 mile check up plus a recall for hood latch deteoration eventually.

The highlight of the visit was the courteous and attentive assistance provided by Anthony. Without his stewardship I think I would have walked out on the deal when things became a bit heated on final negotiations.I felt that it was entirely inappropriate during the closing negotiation for another salesman to come in and throw down a deal folder claiming to be a solid offer above my price from a potential customer who visited the day before. Whether real or invented as a closing technique, I do not see this type of thing when I buy the sort of vehicles I normally purchase: Ferrari, Audi, BMW, Ducati.I think I received a fair but not outstanding price but agreed since the car in stock was pretty close to what I would order. I am aware that I paid a few thousand more than I could have, and acquiesced for the sake of convenience.I think it is difficult for dealers when an in demand car that has not previously been discounted starts to become saturated in the market. This should not be taken out on the customer, and in fact that customer should be appreciated for keeping the inventory moving.Overall, however, there was plenty of assistance when I needed it, such as contacting my insurance company during negotiations and letting me drive the car to the bank to get the down payment check. For me, this was just a toy purchase but if I was as serious a buyer as I have seen on the internet forums, I think that I would not have purchased on that visit and made the dealer work a little harder for my business.I also realize that these surveys are critical to the dealerships in many ways. This is the first time I was not coached at all as to how to respond, which was refreshing. The dealership itself looks and feels a bit "tired" and could use some updating and remodeling. I asked for a brochure to read on the car while waiting, and there was nothing for me to read to build my enthusiasm for the purchase.BTW, the phone experience leading up my visit, hosted by India, was very professional and she closed the decision for me to take a long taxi ride to see this vehicle. She also followed up with me by phone, which was nice.Anthony has also followed up in general and on a question or two that I had. I think he could be developed into a very effective salesman.This is my first GM purchase and I think my first new American car purchase. Congratulations on developing a product that compelled me to re think my view of Chevrolet and Corvette in particular. I was planning to buy a one or two year old Audi A8 but this white Stingray convertible was just screaming South Beach (my new home this winter) to me! My wife is still befuddled as to why I did not go to the Ferrari dealer.

I took my new BMW to get repaired there because it was recommended by my insurance agency. The work they did on my bumper looked like I took it to some guy in the back alley to get fixed for $50. There were many scratches on it and the paint job was very uneven. On top of that they put some extra small dents on other parts of my bumper and even doors. They claimed to have washed the car but it reality it was a lot dirtier than when I brought it in. My light interior had black stains all over the back seats and some blue like ink stains on the floor. There were dog hairs everywhere, and dark prints all over the seats. I had to pay a $500 deductable to my insurance agency after all of this. I learned my lesson not to bring a luxury car to a cheap car dealership.

Manny from service took my order for a recall to have my key fixed. Took over a month and the key still wasn't ordered. Call Chevrolet on pines and they had my key and appointment in two hours. Manny would give me a date and I'd call to check if it was there and he'd blame it parts for not having it. Good luck even trying to reach him or get a call back.

Check it out. Im an idiot for buying the car while it was raining. Right when i got home i noticed there was birds chirping in the engine. Couldnt hear it over the rain. Took it to Pembroke Pines Chevy the next day and they replaced the belt and the tensioner(said the belt onoly had 4 of the 6 ribs left on it and the spring was completely broken and i was lucky i even made it there) Also be4 they released the car to me they did the recall on the steering or something and they forgot to even mark it in the computer Pemborke Pines almost did it again until they relized it was already done. SMH. Then the squeaking was still there and it was some gasket around the dipstick took Pines chevy 4 seperate days over a 10 day peroiod to figure it out. Was some gasket around the dipstick. And i did make them promise to patch it for me. But its actaully been a terrible buying experience i dont even trust bringing my car back to them. Dont want anyone there touching my car! TROPICAL CHEVROLET ON BISCAYNE! DO NOT GO THERE! The guy who does the paperwork at the end lied to me as well trying to get me to buy 4 year warranty said i only have 10 months left on worranty that the guy be4 bought it in 2012. Was all lies. Found out from pines i still had 26 months warranty left.SMH Anyhow So i called my salesman(yojano) about the leather patch they owed me like 5 times within 2 weeks always promised a call back and never got one. So i called the dealership and talking to Indiana and Indie (two girls there) on 3 seprate occasion also promising to call me back when they figure it out. Never did. Finally i called to speak to general manger(almost a month since i bought the car at this point) on 3 or 4 seperate occasions and they always tell me hes not in or in a meeting they wont let me talk to him! So i talked to another manager and he said to bring it in wanted me to drop it off so they can send it somewehre to get patched he was very rude cant remember his name. I dont want them anywhere near my car. Most unprofessional dishonest and worst buying experience ive ever had. But the car is running great now and i love it! Just gotta patch the leather so it doesnt rip more. DONT GO TO TROPICAL CHEVEROLET! Not to mention there used car building is so old and small and dirty it feels like it gonna cave in on you.

This past weekend I took my Traverse in for some schedule maintenance (oil Change only).I arrive at 10:07am with my family (appt time was 10:15am) i get attended by Marco who assured me the oil change will be done quickly. I told him that I have an appointment at 12noon to keep, so oil change only. The recall update could have wiated for another day or time, but instead. It took over 3 hours to get an oil change. Worst service of my life, not once did I turn irate to any employee, but instead all the employees there have seen me and my family sitting patiently, quietly, enduring the never ending blatant abuse. I specifically said oilchange only in english and spanish so there will be no confusion, yet the oil change was done with a software update that could have waited for another time. I believe if this recall update was mandatory i should have been advised of how long it would take. All i was told was that it will be 45 minutes to get your oil change so i said ok, I'll wait. We got there at 10:07am and left the service dept. after 1:37pm, do the math in no world or company does it take 3 plus hours for an oil change and software update. By far the worst service ever. I believe that I will not be returning there again, thank you for showing us how much you care.

I called the day before and spoke with service manager Paul Celestin and he told me to come in the next morning (my usual service Tech Lisa Glynn was on vacation). When I arrived early the next morning I was greeted by Ben Haslem who look at the car and did the paperwork to have the car checked out. (The engine light had come back on again and I brought it in a month or so prior due to the engine light coming on and at that visit they changed the thermostat). I waited on the car because I had to go to work and the car was ready within a hour or so, he explained what they did and he informed that if the light comes back on to just call him directly so that he can order a part.

Iam very diappointed in the service I got this time.I brougth the car from Charleston S.C.palmetto chervrolet,where the service has always been,friendly,accurate and satifying.I moved back to Miami last year,Ive been getting my car serviced here since.Everything has been fine until this last time,January 14 2014.I came in for and oil change,when I came in the percetage of the oil was 8%, when the oil change was done before I left out the service area I checked the percetage it was still 8% .I went in and the assosiate that I had and appointment with (MicheaL) who by the way wasn't to friendly,he came out to my car and reset the percentage to 100%. The next day I checked my oil it did not look clean the reason I checked it is because in the past when I get an oil change and I check the % before I leave the service dept. It always is 100%.I returned on January 23 2014 and addressed my concerns to Micheal he a sured me that the oil was changed.I can still hear the little sound of tapping in the engine that I listen for when Iam do for a oil change.I will take my business somewhere else in the future,also the friends and family I recommend to go to tropical I will let them no about this bad experience.People I know personally has been very valuable customers there will no longer be after I tell them how Ive been treated.

My first bad experience happened on monday morning. Took my husband car to have his tire sensor check and driver side back window looked at about a nosie it was making. I walked in greeted and speak to a certain service advisor he was not in. So I decide to explain my problem with the female advisor that was there. I started to tell her my tire sensor on the front driver side wasn't reading she cuts my off to tell me it might be cause by an impact to that tire but I haven't hit nothing so I was like check the tire which they didn't cause they where finish with the car within an hour of me being there and still waiting on my receipt to be emailed to me. Try to make a compliant but they are giving me the run around wouldn't go back there for service at all.

Ordered a car but they cancelled it without my approval I gave a deposit and ordered a new 2014 Corvette Stingray on Sept 28 2013. I was told the order was going to be placed on Monday as I did the transaction on a Saturday. Monday came around and there was no order placed. After 10 days they finally submitted the order. Then I was told there was a list of people ahead of me. Initially the sales person didn't say how many until a few days later. He then told me there were about 9 people ahead. I asked him why he didn't say anything when I placed the order but he didn't have an answer. I was patiently waiting and after almost 2 months I started to inquiry more about the order. I was initially told I should have the car by the middle of December. I kept on checking the status on the Chevrolet website and it kept giving me the same status (Order Placed). I was also told it would problem take about 6 to 8 weeks once the order went into the next phase. So I was trying to figure out where the holdup was. Was it at the dealership or at GM.? When I tried to investigate further by going to General Motors and GM contacted the dealer, the dealer called me stating they decided to cancel my order saying I would be a problem customer therefore they no longer wanted to sell me a car. All this, after patiently waiting almost 2 months.

Orlando did everything I needed done to my car. i had my oil change and I told him to check why the air conditioner on my passenger side is not blowing. I had to come the next day for the part to come in. When the part came in. He called me as soon as possible. I came back and they did the job in 15 minutes. The car ran better.

Paul the service manager is awesome - each time i go in there, he is great. In fact, every time ive taken my car in for servicing, i would give him and your staff an excellent review. And the below has nothing to do with Paul...... But yesterday was different. I got a recall notice, so made phone appt, took car in, and you guys didnt have the part to replace it!! They had to test my car to see if it needed part, and it did. so now have to wait again 3 days til part arrives and do this all over again. So i had the tires rotated while the car was in. I think you guys should have at least 3, 4 or 5 parts on deck for recalls. Or at least tell me as im making my appt that the part isnt in stock., so i could bring my car in when you HAVE the part. Thats a 1/2 a day wasted for me, and i think its poor planning on your end for recalls.... not very good customer service. This is why i give overall a POOR visit.

We give Tropical Chevrolet our highest rating because at first their prices on new Corvettes were actually better than used Corvettes on other lots. When we dealt with Jerome Foster as our salesman we were impressed with his knowledge about the Corvettes, and answered every one of our questions and concerns even on his own time at home. Since we had the car delivered he took the time to come down so he could show us all the features right there at our home (about 3 hours away). We were unfamiliar with the detailing process and how important it was and drove the car back to Tropical Chevrolet so they could detail it and show us the proper way to care for the finish. We were glad to visit the Tropical Chevrolet facility and look forward to buying our next Corvette there someday and will gladly recommend Tropical to anyone who asks. I have been bringing my car to Tropical Chev.,since January 2009 and have dealt with 3 different service consultant (advisor) have always been given an estimate and advised what my car needed. However, I want to suggest that you all make the service consultants adware of specials discounts being mailed out to customers. I had my car in for service on September21, it cost me $802.17 after I returned home and the mail was delivered, I received some discount coupons . Had I been aware of the coupons I would have waited until MOnday to bring the car in and would have saved $115.00PLease understand my complaint is not against the service department. All of the employees there gave excellent service. I was notified by Paul of the delay in repairing my car.Paul also filed my claim with Auto Care (Extended warranty.Jennetta M. I own a 2012 Chevy Tahoe. I was getting ready to bring it for service when I received an email from Tropical letting me know Onstar had already advised. They set up my immediate appointment. When I arrived the next day the service department was extremely welcoming. The service representative reviewed my history and communicated effectively what should be done on the Tahoe without making unnecessary ones. I was able to go play golf while my car was taken care of. When I returned everything was ready. I was thanked and good to go. Second visit, and last chance. From the get go... called for appt, put on hold, then phone dropped. Called back, put on hold, then asked to speak with Service Manager about the recall (interested in find out what the recall was about... not complaining), and put on hold.... call dropped. Called back sent to a voice mail box that was full. Called again, sent to another voice mail box....FULL. Finally arrived at service department next day, and service rep takes my car. 15 min later, another service rep comes up and asks me where my car is (lost or somebody went out to get breakfast in it), and who is my service rep. Stood outside waiting for my car, an older gentleman tells me "after years, this is the last time I'm coming here, this place is going downhill". I just moved here from Colorado, and picked your Chevy Dealer due to location. I am a bit shocked that the quality of customer care training is so bad, that you can't teach your employees to have some standards for themselves, and your clientele.

While my review may be a bit long, I hope you take the time to read it to be more educated about the Service department (or should I say non-service department) of this dealer. SALES EXPERIENCEI purchased a barely used 2010 SRT8 Dodge Challenger in May 2010 from this dealership. On the sales side, I did not have to much of a problem to be honest. I had difficulty getting financing for reasons out of my control, which unfortuntately had a direct impact on my credit score. They had reduced the price slightly to $42M and the bank, from what I was told, would only finance the full purchase of the car which was $44.9M. So they gave me more money for my Jeep Cherokee trade-in then what it was worth to make up for the $3M increase by the bank. I know this is true, because I research the value of my jeep prior to doing the deal. With this being said, they shopped around relentlessly and I was finally financed. They also shared a few jumbo crab claws with us, but for the price of the car, I felt it was the least they could do (I know this sounds kinda wrong, but in hindsight.....it isn't).WARRANTY:The issue that I have with this place is with the warranty and servicing side. I paid for extended warranted on the car given how much it cost already. I paid for extended warranty upfront rather then financing it. We were given no information about the extended warranty in hardcopy form. We didn't realize it until we left. We went back to the dealer for them to clean the car as promised and had to ask them for a hard copy again. It was somewhat like pulling teeth for whatever reason. And I had this feeling if I never obtained a copy of the information I would have been screwed later on. I also found it interesting that our sales guy quit roughly a month later and the guy that handled the warranty and payments was fired shortly after as well. NON-SERVICE EXPERIENCE:I have 3 issues I have encountered with the servicing department thus far.1). We have taken the car to this dealer three times for an oil change (the first one free), and all three times it took literally all day to do an oil change even though we dropped the car off first thing in the morning. This is ridiculous! The third time we took the car for an oil change, they tried to charge us $20 more when we already pay $100 as it is. After disputing the price, the guy research our last oil change and saw that it was cheaper and gave us that price. (I will admit that he wasn't terribly difficult to deal with, but I was not going to lose this battle).2). Around July 2011 our check engine light came on, and we asked them to check it along with the third oil change. We ran a check against the car before taking it there and it said it was the exhaust. We get the car back and they said it was the oil change and oil pan leak. A week later the light was back on. In addition, the lower front part of the car came lose and they fixed it by bolting it on wrong. Due to our schedules, we weren't able to take the car back until today (Sept 27) since it takes them all day literally to look at your car. 3). As previously mentioned, as of today, we took the car back to this place to fix the lower front part again, and check the engine light (aka exhaust), and they told us we DID NOT have extended warranty in the system...so convenient right? Thank God I obtained a copy of the warranty information and we showed them. They were surprised that we had purchased the plan we had (Royal plan), because that the plan was from an outside party (not sure if this is good or bad since they are just now getting to the car). With this being said, we are having them fix the front, since they messed up in the first place. If we have to pay anything for the exhaust we are not paying them to fix it wrong. We only went to them three different times because the location is close to our home, but from this day forward, we will go out of our way to go to a Dodge dealer (after checking the reputation of the servicing department this time!). SUMMMARY:---------1. CUSTOMER SERVICE: They are ok on the sales side and just ok on the service. I say they are ok, because they do offer you a free shuttle to and from, and they aren't hard to talk to. 2. QUALITY OF WORK: Absolutely terrible. These are the most incompentent people I have ever come across. The only thing they have done right is an oil change, and that still takes them 8 hours to do so they should be able to get it right. 3. FRIENDLINESS: I wouldn't consider the service dept workers to be friendly. When you walk in, sometimes it takes a while for someone to acknowledge your presence if they are busy. I would actually rate this 2.5 rather then 2, because most service departments aren't friendly. 4. OVERALL EXPERIENCE-I would not recommend my worst enemy to get serviced here (ok well maybe). I pray this is this last time we have to deal with them. Very unhappy with their service. 5. PRICE- Was ok only because they gave me more for my trade-in then what it was worth. Car itself was a bit overpriced of course. I'm not sure if I would even recommend purchasing a car from this dealer, but they had the car that we fell in love with. With this being said, obtain and keep a hardcopy of EVERYTHING, and when you think about going to this service department, after your first free oil change if you are given one, run the other way!

Great Sales Staff with outstand service. I was surfing for Tropical Chevrolet's phone number online when I saw the comments in the reviews. I won't believe any of the things I've read. I was given outstanding service when it came to my purchase. I purchased a 2008 Pontiac Solstice and I'm happy with it. I being a working Mother with modest internet skills found and contact Mr. Diaz concerning the Solstice I saw online. Over the phone he gave me more information on this car than I could imagine. He email me over the price, market value of my trade in and payments. He also emailed the a Carfax report and a detailed history of its maintaince. When I arrived at the dealership, I found the car of my dreams sitting out front clean and shining. I was taken to the finance department after I agreed on the internet price that was advertised. I told the finance Manager Mr. Wesley Russell that I was going to take the paper work to my credit union for the best rate and was suprised to find he match their rate right away. I was afraid that I being a woman by myself they would try and change the price, I was wrong. I learned a long time ago, to judge things yourself and it's worked for me over 50 years now. I purchased a Chevrolet Express Van 2008 from Tropical Limousines Service of Miami,at: 8880 Biscayne Blvd Miami, FL 33138-3343 Phone: 1-866-791-4531 The van was a GM certified used vehicle. That meant, according to what is written on their web site, and according to the impression they gave me that it had gone through a bumper to bumper 117 point inspection ,which guaranteed that the vehicle was as good as new. In addition to a three day return if unsatisfied guarantee, the vehicle came with a came with a 12 month, or 12,000 mile warranty plus a limited additional 100,000 Mile, 5 Year Powertrain limited warranty After two days, I discovered that the gear shift and transmission wasn't working properly. I learned it will cost $5,000 to get it fixed. Also, the brakes were not working properly. I took the van back to the shop. The shop looked at the van and admitted that the transmission wasn't working properly. Then they told me that the man who works on transmissions would be away for 1-2 months. I went to talk with the manager Mr. Mark Diaz. He laughed at me and made fun of me in the presence of other customers. Then I made an effort to call the owner Mr. Ian Wildstein. He never returned my calls. This company is dishonest. They sold me a used van with a guarantee that the van was in as new condition, and that was all a fat lie.

The service provided at this dealership is beyond poor. I dropped my car off for its' first service check and ended up waiting almost six hours. THIS WAS FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I have no idea what happened but these guys are retarded, all of them, no exceptions. I can change the oil of my own car in 15 minutes flat.
