I first bought a car from Toyota on Nicholasville in October 2007. I moved 2 hours away in August 2008. Their customer service is so good that I rather drive these 4 hours total just because making business with them is always an enjoyable experience. I have other Toyota dealers near by, and I have tried their service. I keep coming back to Toyota on Nicholasville, and I will keep coming back as long as they keep being the best in customer service, prices, and fairness, and courtesy. I had a wonderful experience buying my new Highlander from Toyota on Nicholasville! I worked with Tony Samaan, who was exceptional. He wasn't pushy but did a thorough job of showing us all of the features of the Highlanders. He answered all of our questions and gave us time and space to make our decision. He was honest and truthful throughout the entire process. Lance Royalty was also very helpful when we were deciding whether to lease or buy. He was very knowledgable and patient. Tony Samman is wonderful. We were able to test drive a RAV4 overnight. We didn't feel pressured into buying it when returned. We also test drove another vehicle at another dealership. However, we chose to return to Tony and purchase from him. He listened to our needs and wants and set us up in the vehicle that best fit our family. The sales manager came out to get to know us while Tony was running the paperwork. We felt genuinely cared about and like family. I called Tony Samaan late on Friday afternoon stating what make, model and price range I preferred. He checked out there inventory and found the model I wanted and within the price range I was considering. This took two short phone conversations-approximately 30 minutes. My wife and I went into the dealer (next day) Saturday morning, test drove the car and purchased it all within a short and friendly couple of hours.Our thanks to Tony and Toyota on Nicholasville for making this purchase seamless and a very positive experience!

Jim Ott is the best! We had taken our Toyota to a inferior chain garage and received horrid service and work done on our vehicle. So bad that we had to replace the whole engine! Jim Ott helped us make all the right decisions and kept us informed during the whole process. We have been taking all our Toyota vehicles to Toyota on Nicholasville Service Center and always work with Jim. I can't say enough nice things. We always receive informed and detailed information regarding our vehicles when they are in for service. Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. No matter how busy Jim is he always takes the time to speak with us regarding our vehicles and offers excellent advice and recommendations regarding the care of our vehicles.

my prius had to be towed in, short on $$, mechanic tried to fix a short as inexpensively as possible, after picking up my prius it wouldn't start, same as before, contacted Toyota at closing time, nearly everyone gone, so was put thru to the Sales Manager, Lance Royalty. He immediately asked if I was alright, then sent a tow truck to pick up my car and me as well, had a loaner car waiting and warmed up when I arrived at Toyota. I honestly believe my car runs better than ever. I'd recommend Toyota on Nicholasville because they took care of problem like you just never see anymore. One of a kind service. They've also have an unusually nice waiting room, a little deli, all the fresh hot coffee you could want, plenty of separate seating like a mini theater, so you can watch a huge TV, doing everything possible to make your wait as comfortable as possible

I am in my late 60's and my husband in his early 70's. We have just traveled over 150 miles from Home to lease our 3rd Camry (2016) with Toyota of Nicholasville. We leased our first Camry in 2011 at this Dealership and we were very Happy with our car and experience at that time. However, due to distance, we leased our 2nd Camry (2013) at a dealership close to home. But decided to return to Lexington (Toyota on Nicholasville) for our 3rd Camry. We actually missed their Caring ways, (For example: Every time we went for service or just stopped by they would always wash our car). Our experience was again excellent, fast and easy with two helpful and knowledgeable salesmen-Reede Gilbert and Bryan Wytiaz, both went to every length to make us comfortable, satisfied and content with our deal. Every detail we requested was included on our new car, even though an order had to be placed for a rear spoiler and have it installed and painted. We highly recommend this dealership and these two exceptional sales persons!!!!!!!

I went to the dealership for a specific car, there was no attempt to upsell, and there was no hassle in the negotiating. I told him what I could pay, and he came back with the approval. The employees at Toyota on Nicholasville all seem fantastic. I will definitely go back there, and hopefully to Tony for my next vehicle. I'd had a horrible experience at another lot and didn't see any of the same behavior here.

I knew I wanted to buy a 2015 Prius C. I had been in contact with other dealerships in Lexington and Louisville. I was contacted by Bryan Wyiatz fron Toyota on Nicholasville after my online inquiry about their inventory. From moment one of our interaction, Bryan did not pressure me into a deal. He worked to get me on the road between my price and his, and I felt good about my purchase as I drove off the lot in my new Prius. I recommend Bryan as a go to salesman if you want a no pressure style negotiation of price. He treats you like a person, instead of dealing with you with $ signs in his eyes.

He is very patient and knowledgeable and doesn't rush you. He made me feel so comfortable and he listened to what I was wanting and he found it for me. When we took a test drive of a 2013 Highlander, I told him the true test would be if fit in my tiny garage. We took it to my house, he even moved my fridge to help make room!!! It fit so back to the dealership we went and I bought it. He has been in contact with me since then making sure I am happy with my purchase. I am thrilled with my new vehicle and grateful for such a good guy to help make my purchase as painless as possible.

Purchasing a vehicle can cause such dread. However, this time was different. After looking online at several dealerships, we found an Internet special for a 2015 Tundra we thought might work for us. Since we live out of town, our salesman, Bryan Wytiaz, was very responsive in answering numerous questions by phone and text. When we did make the trip from Bardstown to Nicholasville, we were impressed with Bryan's style. He was quite knowledgeable, but not pushy. Thanks to the large inventory, we were able to drive 3 vehicles, before deciding on a 2014 Tundra. Our compliments to General Sales Manager, Lance Royalty, and Finance Manager, Chris Cassinelli, too!

The price was great. There was not any pressure through the whole process. The options to purchase various warranties and protections were explained and offered by them, and declined by me. They did not apply pressure to try to convince me to buy something I did not want. This will be the first dealership I visit when it is time to buy again.

The whole experience was smooth. I was great before entering the front door. My interests were considered and they didn't try and push me towards a more expensive vehicle. I was prepared to be firm and leave as soon as they began the whole "salesman" thing. It wasn't necessary; the salesman was very personable and made the process very enjoyable.

I recently ordered a Tundra Limited from Vicky Cooper. She was very professional, courteous and fun to work with throughout the entire process. Although it did take longer than expected for my new truck to arrive be ause of the special color my wife wanted, it was definitely worth the wait. We had gone to the dealership a few days before looking to rent a minivan, but they were booked solid for the summer. A few days later I searched online trying to find a Toyota minivan in our price range. When we showed up first thing in the morning they pulled Bryan out of a meeting; we told him where we wanted to be on payments, looked at the vehicle we found online, and test drove it. By lunch we had purchased it and signed all the paperwork. They kept it for an extra day to detail it, but overall it was a very smooth transaction; none of the going back and forth. Bryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him and when we need another car, we will be going back to him!

I simply cannot condense the experience I had at "Toyota on Nicholasville" into a review that could really give anyone a true comprehension of how helpful both Steve Jennings and Bryan Wytiaz were to my family and I. Upon arriving at the dealership Steve made it a point to walk clear across the lot provide my "meet and greet". This was much appreciated as he then started guiding me through my needs and wants, applying No pressure whatsoever regarding me making a decision on what I was looking for. The visit I had with Mr. Jennings on the first day was very relaxed and informative. He took an ample amount of time and effort to ensure that I received the best customer service! He was very prompt in calling me the very next morning with the information I had requested. Not only was he extremely patient with me but with three other family members who were involved in the deal as well. However as I found myself returning a third time to the lot, I felt stressed and simply not excited about purchasing a new car. Bryan Wytiaz took immediate notice of my stressed mental state and saw fit to soothe my ragged nerves. His confident and calm demeanor walked me through any uncertainties I had. Even more so, the true concern Mr. Wytiaz demonstrated for wanting me to have a happy and smiling experience was a blessing in and of itself. After making my decision Steve treated both, my Aunt and I, to a small luncheon as we waited on the paperwork! Bryan was extremely attentive and filled the wait with information about my warranties, service work that the dealership provides, and even found my cell phone after I had lost it! WOW! He took the time to sit with us and filled out my paperwork for me so that all I had to do was leave signatures. Even made the effort to make sure I understood all features that my new car offered; connecting my phone to the car via Bluetooth, etc, etc... I feel strongly that this was truly valuable help and led to an absolutely amazing car buying experience! I will be returning to Toyota on Nichoalsville to purchase any and all future vehicles. I came in needing to trade in my vehicle for something that could fit a growing family and allow the space we needed. I ended up trading in for a 2012 Toyota Sienna that had great mileage and was in perfect condition. Bill and the used cars manager were absolutely amazing and worked really hard to get me exactly what I was looking for at a price that was reasonable for both my family and them. Even after the purchase Bill continues to be helpful with any issues or concerns I have and is always willing to help out where he can. Needed to find a reliable used car for our daughter and began searching the internet. Found a 2011 Ford Fusion and was blessed to find Bryan Wytiaz to help us through. Bryan was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and did not apply the typical "car salesman" pressure as we looked. Asked our daughter her likes and dislikes in cars and told her if she didn't like this one, he would be glad to call her if he got something on the lot she might like. I went with my husband to look at cars, Bill Booth was our helpful guide through this daunting process. He was patient as we looked and looked, test driving many. He stayed late to explain all the numbers to me and even later to make sure I drove away in a vehicle that I was happy with. He was very knowledgeable on comparable cars that we're interested in and quickly helped us arrive at the perfect model. We were looking at vehicles at 4 total Toyota and Jeep dealers but TON offered or matched the best deal and then some! They really went out of the way for us finding every dollar available to us including incentives, low interest financing, and graduate rebates. They even gave me the most for my trade-in vehicle and were truly consultative on what options made the most sense for us. I am thrilled with my new Toyota 4Runner! I came to Toyota on Nicholasville to "look" and figure out what I really wanted. I was lucky enough to have Bill Booth talk to my son and I that day. He was so helpful and patient. We quickly eliminated the smaller vehicles I came to look at and drove a 4Runner. I knew it was the right vehicle for me, however wanted a model of 4Runner that was difficult to get quickly. This was, without question, the easiest car buying experience ever! Our salesperson, Bryan Wytiaz, knew these vehicles inside and out and helped us decide what we really wanted very quickly. Within less than an hour and a half of arriving we had a deal we found very fair. There was none of the all too familiar chatter about "wanting to do a deal but.." This experience was totally different than any we've had while car shopping. We felt our business was very much appreciated. This is the 3rd vehicle in 5 years that I have bought from this dealership. I would not go anywhere else. The past 2 times I have dealt with Steve Day who is excellent. This time I dealt with Bryan Wytiaz. From the beginning he was extremely professional. I gave specific details of exactly what I wanted and the first car he brought to me I bought within 24 hours. He was attentive to everything I had asked for and was very knowledgable in all types of vehicles and models. Bryan was very professional and I would highly recommend to go see him if you want the best car for the best value. The last thing I told him was to "stop spoiling me" if that gives you any idea of the type of expertise and kindness he showed. Most car dealers harass and lie to you, Bryan was opposite and was completely straight forward about everything. we visited Toyota on Nicholasville mostly by accident, in that traffic was so bad, it was easier to go their way than to the alternate dealership we had thought to visit. we are really glad we did. we found billy booth also by accident, told him what we thought we wanted, and he quickly provided us with a number of alternate vehicles he had available. also by accident we encountered a vehicle of interest and within a very short period of time took it for a test drive. it was late afternoon, and we decided to come back the following day. we presented a proposal to billy that included our trade-in and within 30 minutes reached an agreement for purchase. within another 30 minutes, we met with Britney carter (business manager) and executed the paperwork. while we were doing paper, billy had our new car cleaned again (it did not need it, but billy pays attention to details). billy had brought our old car around and helped us clean out all the stuff I should have removed previously. he also took the time to help us better understand the technology on the vehicle. that alone probably saved us more than a few hours. on the way out, he reminded us of the free car washes and our free oil change. we are exceptionally glad we went to Toyota on Nicholasville. no pressure at any point - just exceptional service. in our 50 years of buying automobiles, it was by far the best experience.

My wife and I had been looking to get a new truck, and were looking for a Toyota Tundra. We had been in contact with the people at Toyota on Nicholasville looking for the specific used truck. The sales staff was more then helpful trying to find the correct truck for us, unfortunately they had just had a big truck sale, and the lot had limited used trucks. My wife received a call from Carlos Bowman explaining there were 2014 Tundras on the lot, and asked if we had ever thought about a lease. We had never really considered this option before. Mr. Bowman was patient with us, and didn't force us or try and sell us, he simply stated that we should come down to the lot, see was available and see what was in our price range. We drove up to Nicholasville and met with Carlos. He showed a vehicle that fit exactly what we were looking for, we both loved the truck, Carlos then went through the process of how a lease works, and really broke it down for us. He was very forward, and honest with us. He took the time to explain everything to us, and made sure we understood the process. Showing us both the pros and the cons of the situation. He shot us straight, and made the process enjoyable. We drove off the lot in a brand new 2014 Toyota Tundra Crew Max. Mr. Bowman was a pleasure to work with, along with the other employees who assisted along the way. We will definitely be back to Toyota on Nicholasville and plan to lease another car with Mr. Bowman in the near future.

My husband and I were not in the market to purchase a new car. We knew we were going to have to eventually but did not expect it to happen so soon as currently, all of our savings are tied to building a house. So, it is safe to say that the added stress of his 1993 Honda CRV throwing an engine rod on top of the fact that the house was going to be done soon was enough to send us into an all-out stress mode. On Friday, my husband and I left another dealership and went to check out Toyota on Nicholasville on our way home. It was probably 8:30 p.m. when we pulled up onto the lot. We were looking at the used cars when Carlos Valencia greeted us. He asked us what we were looking for and I told him that I was a commuter as I work in Frankfort and I wanted comfort and reliability. He pulled around in a 2014 Camry LE and asked if we ever thought about leasing. My first thought upon getting into the car was that this was exactly what I was looking for. I never thought I would drive a Toyota much less a sedan. The way it ran and felt, it was as though I could live in it. That night, we went home to think about it and research the possibility of leasing a car. The next day we went to Toyota and worked with Bryan Wytiaz as Carlos was busy. Bryan was very friendly, knowledgeable and he answered all questions we had regarding leasing the car. He even let my husband and I go on a test drive ourselves to try the car out on country roads since that is 90 percent of my daily commute.The customer service was there, they made us feel extremely important and while Bryan took us on a tour of the facility, I realized it was a complete "WOW" factor. Later that day, my husband and I went to look at a couple of other vehicles but nothing ranked high on my list in terms of the feel of the Camry and the sales team we wanted to work with. We got the car that night and Carlos helped to program my phone to the cars Bluetooth as well as helped me see if the color my husband and I both liked was the one we were going to settle on. It is on a lease but my husband is very confident it will become a purchase. In a day when customer service has all but vanished, Toyota on Nicholasville has it and because of that, we went back. I can never thank Bryan and Carlos enough for their time and patience with us. They were able to calm my nerves when it came to a huge decision and I will use them in the future.. I have already given referrals out to my sister and her fiance as they are looking at trading in their Chevy Camaro.

The whole experience was smooth, Bryan Wytiaz was not pushy, he gave me time to check out the vehicle and make sure that it was something that I felt comfortable with. Walked in and told him what our plans were and that it might be a month before able to purchase and he stayed with us the whole time without pressuring us . When it it was time to buy he had the car we wanted ready to go right down to a bow on it (literally ) for our daughter cause it was her first car. I hope that I have not waited to long to post a review. On May 9th, 2014 my old Toyota Sienna was hit in the front end while sitting in my driveway and rendered inoperable. From there I went into a rental knowing that I would soon need to replace my van. After being a Toyota owner for lots of years it seemed natural to go with another one although in my shopping process I did explore other options that just were not satisfactory. I circled the lot once and the second time around there stood Bill Booth, salesman for the dealership. In a few words I described what I was looking for and what I needed to spend. Within a few minutes the search criteria was narrowed down and I was testing out another Sienna, which I did buy. The entire process was painless and very relaxed. No pressure at all. No going back and forth and so forth and so on to determine a bottom dollar price either. Had that happened, I would have walked out without a doubt! I found Bill Booth to be extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. If you are in need of a vehicle, go there and look Bill up! You will not regret doing so at all! May God Bless!!

I rented a Toyota Corolla from these people.Never,and I mean never do any type of business with these people.They will lie to you and do all sorts of unethical things to you.They left me stranded in Louisville Kentucky with no way to get home on a Friday night,this is how they trae customers,and they think there funny when they do it.I have a heart condition and they left me in Louisville with no way to get home and they thought that was funny.That is how they reward customers who have spent hundreds and even thousands of dollars with them.They view customers as the enemy and are only interested in getting as much money as possible from you any way they can.My advise to you is to avoid these unethical people and to stay as far away from them as possible so they can not use you and hurt you.They are valueless and immoral.Dont go near them or there dealership.

I just bought my brand new 2014 sports edition Toyota Corolla & I love it! Tyler Hendricks helped me to find the exact car I wanted & in the UK blue Color that I had to have! I love all the features like the Bluetooth & streaming all my songs & the hands free calling is wonderful. I got a great deal on the car & my car payment was so reasonable. Car buying/leasing is normally a stressful, tedious, and exhausting experience. But, Toyota on Nicholasville, especially sales associate Bill Booth made my car leasing endeavor a very positive experience. I visited many different dealerships while browsing for the best vehicle and clientage. In the end I decided to use the services of Toyota on Nicholasville because they had a great selection of vehicles and a friendly atmosphere. Mr. Booth was friendly, helpful, and most important not pushy. The dealership did not have the vehicle color I wanted, so Mr. Booth had one brought in from another dealership. He then helped me get a loaner vehicle until my car came in to the dealership. During this time he kept me up to speed with constant communications. After I had the car in my possession and all the documents were signed I would have thought Mr. Booth would forget about me and move on to the next commission, but this was far from the truth. He then helped me get an appointment for window tinting, which involved setting up another loaner vehicle while the tinting was being performed. Again, he kept in contact with me during this process so I was always in the know about my car. When I went to pick up my vehicle, Bill was helping another customer but, Mr. Booth still took the time to come over to me and make sure I was happy with the car, as well as making sure my car got a nice car wash before I left. In short, I highly recommend making your next car purchase at Toyota on Nicholasville. If you do, make sure to search out the help of Bill Booth, you won't be sorry.

Toyota on Nicholasville went above and beyond what I expected as far as car buying went. they got just what i wanted in a car. they took care of our personal needs as well as getting me the car i wanted. they didn't have the on their lot, however they found one and had it with in 2 days. I love my new car and thanks to Bryan, who knew what i was looking for and got it!!! So buying from these guys was great!!

Wow! Where do I begin... We originally went to Green's Toyota and put money down to hold a 4 Runner that we were told would arrive in about a week. After 2 weeks, we were told it would be yet another 2 weeks. My husband was really upset because the current car was on it's last legs (or tires :D) He insisted we go to Toyota on Nicholasville and see what they had on the lot. WERE WE GLAD WE DID!!! Sitting out front was a gorgeous, loaded, black Toyota 4 Runner that had been used as a demo. It had a little over 4,000 miles on it but it was pristine! I fell in love with it and with the help of our fabulous salesperson, Jacob, we made a great deal and ended up with a better vehicle for nearly the same price we'd been quoted at Green's. That said, when you go to this dealership (notice I said "when" not "if") ask for Jacob. We've owned a lot of cars and dealt with many dealerships and we have NEVER been treated with such consideration, kindness and attention to detail. It's obvious that the dealership fosters a environment of Customer Service but Jacob is just a natural. He tended to every need and want we had. He was considerate, honest and fair. What else could you ask for in a salesperson? I know automobile salespeople sometimes get a bad rap and sometimes it's justifiable, but know that you will be treated with respect and consideration at Toyota Nicholasville and leave knowing you've made a great deal. In addition, we also had a protectant put on the car inside and out so I dealt with service. They are great too! I love the amenities of the waiting room and they have free WIFI! What else could you ask for?! If you're not sure where to go to buy a car, we HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and don't forget to ask for Jacob.

Good experience for someone who hates to go dealerships or anywhere to make a major purchase. During my first visit I had made an offer on a Camry even though I can in to view only a Corolla. After a few minutes I felt uncomfortable and got up and left. They asked if they could call me the next day and I said yes. Tony contacted me the next day, I went back to the dealership and purchased a Camry. If during my first visit if they had tried any tricks like holding my license or pressuring me by bring over the floor managers, I would have gotten up and left (done it before). I dont like making major purchases with my own money. Someone elses money no problem.

I was very pleased with Shane's help in helping me find the vehicle I wanted, since I didn't know what I wanted. I'm 71 and as a widow, I have become used to folks taking advantage of me. I went out on Thursday and looked at vehicles and was very upfront with Shane and told him I wasn't sure what I wanted and I would be looking at other dealerships. This didn't cause Shane to try to push me into something I wasn't sure of what I wanted. Shane also did not put another brand or dealership down, which showed good professional salesmanship. I did look at other dealerships and did find a better deal at another Toyota dealership in another town and Shane was able to match that price. I went back on Friday and purchased the van I wanted and Shane did not let me leave until I fully understood how each featured worked. And that took awhile since I sometimes grasp things slower than youngens. This did not seem to bother Shane in the least.I would recommend Toyota on Nicholasville and I would highly recommend the good salesmanship of Shane Lantham.

When my wife and I came to the dealership to look at new vehicles for her Carlos was very friendly. He greeted us and did not push anything on us like sometimes salesmen do. He was very informative and nice during the process. He let us take the vehicle to lunch to discuss buying. He also made it very easy to transfer our old vehicle over. Carlos even took the time to help us move our belongings into our new car. We had a wonderful buying experience with him. He made the long process go by quickly. My wife does not do well with purchasing large items and she had a great experience as well.

I bought a 2009 Toyota Avalon Limited back in January. Soon after I bought the used vehicle the HID headlights were flickering. I took it to the dealership, they only saw one flickering and did not replace both. The light is growing dimmer and dimmer and flickers still. I am definitely not happy. In addition to the above about three weeks ago the brights' bulbs both blew. I have no idea why this happened and the service department did not have any idea why this happened. I live an hour and half away from the dealership and heard good things, so I decided to try it out. I bought the brights bulbs from a local Toyota dealership and replaced them through a local mechanic. I called the manager about the HID light bulb a week and a half ago....STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK TO SEE IF THEY WILL DO ANYTHING.....THE BULB ALONG COST $175.00

I gave the rating I did because the dealership was friendly but not pushy. They were helpful and honest and willing to work with me to get what I wanted. Matthew was very friendly, not pushy, and let us take the lead and answered any questions we had. He could become a little more knowledgeable on the car itself, for instance he told me the seat was as low as it could go but it in fact did and does go lower. If he does not know the answer to a question, he should simply explain he is new but that he will find out. Other than that I enjoyed working with him very much and would look for him again whenever I am in the market to purchase another vehicle or know of someone who is and would recommend Matthew and this dealership at that time. At other dealerships I visited, the staff was very pushy and would not leave you alone to let you think over your options; Matthew made sure he was accommodating but did not oversell us. He gave us time to think but when we entered into the purchase of the vehicle, he made sure we didn't wait too long and offered us snacks and beverages while we waited... very nice and patient!

Initially I stopped at this dealership to browse and planned on going to other dealerships before buying. I feel that I am very fortunate in choosing this dealership first and having Steve Jennings as my salesman. He was the most courteous and informative salesman that I have dealt with. This was only my 2nd new car purchase in my 68 years. Steve was very understanding and patient. He showed me several different models explaining the advantages of each and then letting me make a decision. At no time did he apply any pressure or hard sell tactics. Needless to say, I purchased my new car here without visiting any other dealership. When we encountered an issue with my vehicle, he personally saw that it was taken care of and done professionally. My experience with Toyota on Nicholasville was very favorable. I checked out their website Friday evening and found an FJ Cruiser I was interested in. I started a chat session and Crystal Parson emailed me shortly afterwards. The website contained stock photos of the FJ and I couldn't tell a lot about it. Crystal answered all my questions, sent me a photo of the FJ and a copy of the window sticker. By noon the next day, I was satisfied and made an offer. I then started my 2 hour commute to get to their dealership. We had a deal within minutes and then started on the paperwork. It was a very pleasant and efficient process. Thank you Crystal!

We started our car buying experience by looking on the website which was very easy to use. We found the Highlander that that we felt was a great deal and came the next day to look at it. We were greeted at the door by Carlos. He was great to work with. He helped us locate the Highlander we saw online. The car wasn't immedietly ready to be driven since it was new to the lot. Carlos did a great job keeping us informed when we could drive it. When it came to buying the car the process was very smooth. We traded our old car in and my husband and I felt that we received a fair price for our trade. We can not recommend Toyota on Nicholasville enough to people especially Carlos. My husband and I visited Toyota on Nicholasville Rd, in Lexington, Ky. We wanted to look at cars that we might be able to purchase. Matt Moyer was the associate that was more than willing to help us out. He was very knowledgeable in his field and was very pleasant and cooperative. He even allowed up to take a trial run with the car of interest. Matt kept us informed of what was taking place during our purchase of our Toyota Avalon and remained with us until all the financial plan were completed. I saw a car online that I was interested in and sent an email. My email was promptly replied to by Crystal. She answered all of my questions and her emails were very professional. I called and set an appointment with her and was very pleased with her willingness to help. When I arrived at the dealership I was immediately relieved that I already had a salesperson to ask for because there were an overwhelming number of "eager" salespeople to greet me. Once inside the dealership its truly something you must see to believe. Its is huge and over the top. I mean the place has a cafe. It lives up to its "Superstore" name. I was impressed. All of the staff was very courteous and Crystal was everything I expected. She was patient and not at all pushy. My experience was truly exceptional and I will recommend it to all my friends. Ask for Crystal when you arrive and you will be pleasantly surprised with your next car purchase.

The members of the sales staff went the extra mile to come up with a very fair price for the Highlander I eventually purchased. They were forthcoming about dealer costs, with the information they provided being identical with the contents of the Consumer Reports pricing guide. During the several trips I made to Toyota on Nicholasville before signing a purchase contract, I took a couple of test drives and the sales staff patiently answered my questions without trying to steer my decision in any direction or another. Their customer service and customer appreciation were top-notch. Overall, they were nice people to work with, and they worked with each other well too.

I have given a rating of great across the board because I have always been treated with the most respect at Toyota on Nicholasville.I have purchases two new vehicles from Toyota and recently leased two 2014 Corollas. In purchasing my new Toyoto 4Runner the experience was the most pleasurable one I have ever gone through. The sales associate, Mathew Moyer, knew I was coming in at a pre-specified time and that I did not have time to set there all day while everything was being approved. He was honest and accurate in the time he gave me from the minute I agreed to purchase to the minute I drove off the lot. Things were accomplished in a extremely timely fashion and everything explained in amazing detail. Mathew even set up my smart phone for hands free use in the navi system before I drove off with my beautiful new 4Runner!! Kudos to Toyoto for bringing Mathew on board to represent their great line of automobiles!!!

I had a great experience here. I thought my brakes had not been checked correctly, however when checking with another mechanic it was the inside of my brake pads that had worn down, my husband could not them through the wheel. They are honest and very nice people to work with. If you want an honest Toyota dealership I would definitely recommend Toyota on Nicholasville. I am glad they noticed this so I did not ruin the brake rotors. Thank you!

I went to Toyota on Nicholasville because I was hearing a noise when breaking. I was told I needed new breaks and rotors. It was going to cost 500 for rear breaks and rotors only. After being told how much it would be I took it to my usual mechanic 45 minutes out of my way and was informed that there was nothing wrong with my breaks and I still had 50% left on both of the rear ones that I supposedly "needed" new rotors for. I was going to be charged 500 dollars for rear breaks and rotors that I didn't even need. I think they should be ashamed of themselves for flat out lying to me, I assume because I am a woman, or maybe it was because they thought I would just agree to a needless repair for my car. I have informed everyone I can talk to about the experience I have had at their facility and will to continue to tell everyone I can. They have lost myself and my husband as customers. It will cost us less to drive 45 minutes out of our way than to have things done to our cars that don't need to to be.

I have had my previous vehicle serviced at this dealership for several years and always been pleased with the service I received. I selected it as one of 4 dealers I wished to hear from over Labor Day weekend as I needed to buy a new vehicle. (My previous one was totaled 2 days before.) I never received a personal contact from a salesperson, only a blanket email that went out to all the dealer's customers (I presume) a couple of days before my accident. It as possible to view available models online and get a pop up price and there was an online chat feature. But a chat was not what I requested. I had asked for a best price for a vehicle with the specific features I identified, which I did get from the other 3 dealers. I did not buy from this dealer...went back to the dealer where I bought my previous car. It is not as close to my house and not as new and spiffy. But I will go there for my future service.

My husband and I were out "shopping" for an Toyota Avalon 2 weeks ago. When Bobby came out and introduced himself, I informed him that we were only "shopping" not "purchasing". I must say, Bobby was not like your typical salesperson. He smiled handed us his card, pointed us to the 2013 Avalons and then proceeded to show us the 5 signs to look for when you are considering purchasing a vehicle. We had no idea. Dear Sir/Madam, my fiancee and I purchased a 2013 Toyota Tundra from Bobby Lane (Toyota on Nicholasville). Approximately one year previous, we had purchased a 2011 Prius from this dealer. The primary reason that we purchased the Tundra from this dealer is because they had dealt honestly on the Prius AND provided exceptional service for this car. I came to know Bobby Lane while having the Prius serviced. Turns out that our previous salesperson no longer worked for the dealership. Nonetheless, when we decided to acquire another new vehicle, I contacted Bobby Lane. We worked him quite well throughout the process of viewing and driving a multitude of vehicles. In addition, he ended up trading us out of a relatively new vehicle that we no longer desired to own. I unequivocally assure you, if it were not for the efforts of Mr. Lane, we would not have closed the deal for the Tundra. Mr. Lane is a gregarious, kind gentleman. He could not have been more vested in our deal. Personal integrity is what I would call it (this is a car dealership!). In addition, we had the same F&I fellow as with the Prius (I have temporarily forgotten his name, unfortunately), and his kindness and professionalism is without fault. We love the car washes that Toyota on Nicholasville provide. The car washes, a year of pleasant service for the Prius, and feeling comfortable with Mr. Lane, are the reasons for us coming to trust and feel comfortable with this dealership. Bobby Lane is an asset to this dealership. The quality of service has been without complaint. At times, they even give us a box of Girl Scout cookies! A new car, free car washes AND Girl Scout cookies! My fiancee and I both feel secure in knowing that Bobby Lane is there to cover bases for us (and our vehicles). Last week we drove 292 miles to look at a car we saw on Cars.com. I had called ahead and made sure it was still in stock and had them check my credit in advance. We were looking for a very specific car. When we got there, the car was ready to go for a test drive and we were greeted warmly by Steve Martin, our salesman. The car had been very fairly represented on cars.com listing. It was just as expected, maybe even a little better. The price was the same as was listed on cars.com and we got a fair deal on our trade in. It took most of the afternoon to to complete the paperwork, but it always does. I am thrilled with my car, and have a very high opinion of this dealership. It was well worth the trip.

I visited Toyota on Nicholasville back on 6/29/12 and I must say I was very impressed. I hate shopping for cars and dreaded the trip but let's face it I had to have a car. When I entered the showroom I was greeted by a lady salesperson. She was eager to assist me and the entire transaction went smoothly from there. I ended up purchasing a certified Camry and have been happy with my new car. I have recommended this dealership to my close friends and family and would recommend it everyone.

I was SO impressed with everyone I worked with while going through the process of purchasing my new car! Ammar was extremely helping in picking out the perfect car for me. He helped me to stay within my budget and did not push for me to exceed my price-range. As a recent college grad, I was nervous to buy my first car but Ammar made the process so much easier. Working with Will during the final parts of the process was great as well. Once again, he did not try to push me to add any extras that would increase my payments beyond my budget, but instead helped me choose a practical plan that would fit my budget. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Actually, it was the most pleasant experience buying a car we've ever had, and we've had several over the last 20 years. I purchased a pre-owned car from Toyota on Nicholasville a few months ago. My salesperson was Crystal Parson. This was one of the best car buying experiences I can remember. She was able to answer all my questions and had a genuine concern for my needs. I was trading in a Dodge Charger and wanted to get away from that type of vehicle and into a more comfortable ride. I feel the negotiations went well. I highly recommend this dealership on the professionalism and knowledgeable salesperson I had and let me say the facility is top notch. I will be back when the time comes to purchase another car but in the mean time I am eager to try their service dept. for my complimentary oil change.

I recently visited Toyota on Nicholasville around 4:00 on a Sat. I spoke with a very nice man who was willing to work with me and my children. I told him my budget and want I was interested in the 4Runner or Highlander. We drove a few of the 4Runners, but they were high priced with few "bells and whistles- no power seats, for 29,000. I mentioned a Highlander I was never shown one for comparison, before I knew it-it was 9:00 my family was ready to leave I said I would be back on Sun. He asked me to wait came back with a 2012 4Runner, 3rd seats. Never disclosed the price but did talk about the leasing options. I have a family member that works at the factory which I mentioned several times to inquire about special discounts. Anyway, I agreed to the payment which was still over the budget that I talked to him about. Drove it home, brought it back the next day before they opened to cancel the deal- offered to pay car rental, mileage, etc. Was told sorry about your luck, but he was willing to help me get out of it by trading it back in. Very high pressured sales pitch, non-disclosure of the actual price of the vehicle. To top it all off- I wanted to pay for the GAP insurance, did not want it in the financing so I paid for that with a credit card. I contacted my insurance company which offers exactly the same benefit for a fraction of the cost. I called Toyota finance dept. for over a week never could get a response even with left messages. I had to have leather installed in the new car, so I personally went to speak with the finance officer- who was the person that I completed the paperwork with - who claimed that I was making a very bad decision and that I couldn't get my credit card reimbursed that it would be added on the end of the pay-off. So I thanked him for his opionion, and asked for a copy of our paperwork and a cancelation form for the GAP insurance- I had already consulted with the corporate office, and they informed me of how I need to proceede. I completed the paperwork myself, faxed it in and requested the reimbursement come to my address- within a week I did get my check. Toyota's reputation sales itself , but I will never refer people to that dealership.

I bought my new Toyota Venza and traded two cars and still paid the sticker price of 37,700 and found out the next day it was on worth 26,000 when I asked how much they would give me back for it. I had talked to everyone in the office about it and in other words it is yours now. Ha ha live with it sucker. They didn't care any more. I was so turned off with the sale it has turned me against Toyota which we have owned for years but not any more. I have traded it got a much better deal and I thank a much better brand. I would never recommend anyone to Toyota on nicholasville or never buy another car from them .They cared about the sale but not me

Classic bait and switch. Confirmed The a price as good until it was time to do financing, then informed us the advertised sale price for active-duty military families only. My wife and I are in our early fifties and couldn't look less military if we tried. We felt manipulated and ill-used. We will NOT go back there again.

The buying process was quick and painless (and I HATE buying cars--so that says a lot) and they were very flexible. When it's time for my husband to replace his car, we will head to Toyota on Nicholasville.

My experience with the Nicholasville Toyota dealership was extremely easy and actually delightful. The salesman who came to help us, Bobby Lane, seemed to be truly interested in getting us the best deal for our money. I had gone to Toyota hoping to be able to get a reasonable pre-owned Corolla. Bobby showed me how I could get into a new vehicle for the same payment and price that I would have payed for a used auto. He seemd to be sensitive to the fact that I was on a fixed income and could only pay a certain amount a month, so he managed to make the deal fit my personal situation. I did not feel like a number or account, but a person and by the end of the sale, like a friend. I would whole heartedly recommend the dealership but especially, Bobby Lane.

We had been going back and forthe between 2 different vehicles for the last month and we had read A LOT of info and reviews on both cars. I thought I was walking into the showroom well informed, until our salesman started pointing out safety and convenience features to us that I was unaware of. This man actually helped us empty our trade-in and made sure we were 100% satisfied. He was not pushy in the least, and I cannot think of a better person to sell a Toyota than him. It was a real pleasure working with someone who knew the car inside and out, and I mean every detail. He set up the automatic garage door opener for us and offered to set up the hands free cell phone calls. This is the kind of salesman you will return to, as we felt very comfortable with him.

I recently tried to purchase a vehicle form this dealership. We made a deal on this car on a friday they ran my credit and the deal they told me was good to go. They told me they would call me the very next day with the paperwork and we would be ready to sign. I waited and waited with no response I called them to find out they had sold the car. Very bad business in my opinion. To make up for their mistake they tried to sell me a new car? The people were very nice but they obviously don't stick to their word.

We had extensive service on our 2003 Toyota Sienna Van and Rick Smith was a super help to us as he has always been. Our van had to be kept there for 3 days to get the repair needed done. We were given a car as a rental to drive home. When we went there to pick up our van, we decided to purchase a new car the one we had driven home. It was a seller--exactly what we were looking for and loved the color. Everyone who handled the transaction was excellent. Bobby Lane, sales consultant went over everything with us and even got in the care with us to show us how to operate everything which we had never had anyone do before. The general manger there helped us, as well as Rick Smith, get the price that we could afford. We are very very pleased with our new 2012 Camry. The service thru the years since our 2003 purchase of our sienna was the main reason for returning there for another Toyota. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. The simple story was that they had a used vehicle that I was interested in. I dealt with a salesman that was very nice and we eventually came to an agreement on price that his managment approved. I was told to go online and fill out some forms that would reserve the car for me which I did. This all occurred Friday afternoon. The plan was for me to wire them the money on Monday morning to pay for the vehicle. Saturday morning someone else was interested in the vehicle and they sold it to them even though we had an agreed to deal and I filled out the online forms that they told me that I needed to do. I am a 49 year old man with an annual income of $200K and flawless credit history. I'm sure someone offered them more money than I did and they sold it. Trust is a very important trait I expect someone to show me when they want my business. Obviously their word means nothing.

I was very pleased with the entire car buying process with Toyota Nicholasville. The staff were very knowledgable of all of the cars features. The salesman was not pushy and was very willing to accomodate us in the process of purchasing a new car.

Dara and Yogi were both very pleasant to deal with. They both did a great job of finding out exactly what our needs were, and working toward a price that everyone was happy with. They were friendly, respectful and treated us like intelligent and informed consumers, unlike the Lexus dealer that I had just visited. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

He did not push for a sale like many others do. He let me drive several vehicles and then make up my own mind. I did not feel pressured by him. The only thing I can think of to help him in sales is to spend a little time going over the extras on the car which were available. I might have picked the device that works with an automtic gate operner if I had known about it during the sales pitch. I think he was wise to let me go slowly and make up my mind cautiously. I have recommended him to others. This recommendation led to a lease of a vehicle similar to mine.

He is the best at what he does. I am a Toyota teammember, and they gave me the best prices for my vehicles. The dealership goes above and beyond for team members and other customers equally.

These people will test drive your car and then keep the keys to pressure you to BEND to trade on their therms...VERY 1970'ish!! Drove too far to be treated this way. I'll buy where I don't have to put up with this type tactics from a dealership!

We purchased a pre-owned Toyota RAV-4 at Toyota on Nicholasville. Bobby Lane helped us with our purchase. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to our questions. We ended up paying a bit more than we anticipated, but feel we got a great deal on a certified car with warranty. We spent upwards of 4 hours at the dealership, which made for a long afternoon, but it was time well spent.

Bobby Lane was the best salesman I have dealt with he was friendly and respectful to my wife and I. We found the service to be the best. our last several cars were general motors and we never got this kind of service. I have one problem with the price which reduced my overall experience. Bobby told us there was no promotions or rebates on this car that we had to pay the full asking price which we did plus bought the extra warrantees. When returning home and reading the paper there was an ad for Toyota on Nicholasville that stated make your best deal on any new Toyota except Preus and get $1000 off that price. I called Bobby about this and asked him if he knew about the rebate he said that he did but the 1.9 interest would more than compensate. The 1.9 was due to our good credit and part of our best deal. The ad did not say low interest or $1000 back, We should have got the $1000 off plus we paid an additional $60 in sales tax on the $1000. I would recommend you to my friends but caution them to be careful of the bottom line, you do not have the customers best interest in mind there.

My 2000 Tacoma is being repurchased by Toyota under a frame rust problem. Toyota is giving me a very fair price and I needed to purchase another vehicle. I met Mr. Bobby Lane the day I was advised my truck was to be repurchased and told him I would come back as I had an scheduled appointment. I returned two days later and Mr. Lane could not have been nicer. He listened to my wants and needs and was extremely helpful and informative. I ended up purchasing a new Tacoma and don't know who is more excited; my wife or myself. Everyone involved in the process, from front to back or top to bottom, was very courteous and professional. I never felt 'pressured' to purchase this or any other vehicle. Based on my experiencs, I can whole heartedly recommend Toyota on Nicholasville and Mr. Bobby Lane.

Bobby couldn't have been nicer. He really loved the car we purchased and you could tell he was well versed in the Prius during our test drive. We drove about 40 miles away and it was definitely worth it. I didn't feel scammed or cheated like a car buying experience can be. Bobby seemed very trustworthy.

I just purchased my seventh Toyota, a new 2011 Prius, and as usual I had a great experience and was provided with great customer service. My salesman, Bobby Lane, was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and showed a genuine concern to make sure I got the right vehicle and a great deal. He is a true professional and has my utmost trust and confidence. I plan on purchasing another vehicle this summer and will definitely ask Bobby to assist me again. I will most likely return in 3 to 4 years to purcase my vehicle for retirement. Salesman was working to make the deal and I was pleased.

This dealership has the looks of being professional but its a typical large business that will walk all over you after they get there sale. most are very fake in how they treat you and you get the feeling as if your in a big fitness center meaning everyone makes you feel a little intimidated maybe like your out of place. the biggest problem with this dealership is the help they give you AFTER you buy. Ive been trying to get a hold of a gerry jenkins for maybe two months now.. who knows how many messages ive left. its like he doesnt exist. and when i try to go to a higher authority ive been told they werent available to speak with me and i would just have to wait. bottom line once they get your money theres really no reason to believe customer service continues with this dealer. buy toyota just not from them.

I had been comparing 5 makes/models online: Maxima, Avalon, Lexus, Taurus, Genesis. On Sunday, 11/14/10, I decided it was time to go shopping. Heading south on Nicholasville Road I came to the Nissan dealership- closed. So, I went across the street to Toyota of Nicholasville and went no further. Val Lambert was walking over to greet both myself and my father by the time I shut the door of my Taurus. Val really listened to what I was looking for in the Avalon and selected one for me to drive. It was perfect!! I test drove the car and came back and bought it. My father and I had a great time working with Val. I respond well to people with a sense of humor and it puts me at ease. I never felt pressured, I am one of the 20% of customers who know what they are looking for and when they see it - they but it. Val made this transaction effortless for me. Dave also made me feel relaxed. Both took time to make sure that I understood everything. This is my 3rd Toyota. I seem to buy them at special times in my life. The first, a Corolla, when I graduated from nursing school. The second, a MR2, when I turned 30- red-what fun! Now, the third, Avalon, for my 50th birthday. Going for luxury this time. I have driven it for 3 days now and it is truly a dream. Thank you so much for a great experience!!

My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle, for me. My husband said that since the car was going to be MINE that I could be the decision maker. Roger Campbell was our salesman and he was EXCELLENT! He explained all of the details and really helped me make the decision on which car would be best for me. My husband was very impressed with the way Roger took his time with me, made sure that I understood the pluses and minuses with each vehicle we looked at, and helped me make up my mind. Went to this dealership to LOOK at the Toyota vehicles, not necessarily to actually purchase one. The salesman, Roger Campbell, was very good at asking the right questions and understanding the kind of vehicle I was interested in. We talked about several vehicles that might be a good fit, walked out to the lot that was very well-stocked with new vehicles, and started "kicking tires" until we found a vehicle that seemed to be a perfect fit for me. My wife and I took the car on an extended test drive and returned to the dealership with one question, "What's the delivered price?"I was sold on this Camry SE when this simple question was answered and we agreed to purchase the car right then. The outstanding available financing, the included preventative maintenance package, and the great service contract were simply frosting on the cake. The following day I returned to the dealership on another matter, and since I was there I asked the service department to look at a minor issue I found. They immediately brought my car into the service area and checked out the situation. The service personnel were more than helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable(there was nothing wrong with the car, I just didn't understand how something worked). Being an old guy I have purchased many cars over the years, but I will say this may very well be the best car and the best auto dealership I have experienced. Everyone I had contact with at this dealership was first class! A great place to buy a car!!!

Our experience with Bobby Lane was amazing. He was very informative and took the time to answer questions that were most important to us and our situation. Even when when came back to purchase the vehicle he made sure we were taken care of while he was with another customer. Once he was finished he made sure he came right back to us and was there to send us on our way with our brand new Prius. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and enjoyable to work with. We will go back when ready for our next vehicle.

I believe Toyota on Nich. is the best dealership in this area. Bobby Lane was all you could ask for in showing and explaining the product and process. He went above and beyond in detail about how all features worked on the truck I bought. He's the man to see if buying from this dealership. The service dept. is the most modern and cleanest I have ever seen. The free car washes are a nice perk also.

He and Ross worked diligently to get me the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford and I appeciate them greatly for that. They took their time and gave me no pressure to make any decisions. Bobby Lane has given be a 100% satisfaction, quality customer service. The 2010 Toyota Corolla, which I purchase, was a smooth ride. I had received a full tank of gas and polish wheels. I like the repair/body shop area -nice seating and a TV while wating for your vehicle. I like the coffee shop. There are a lot of cars on this lot. We love the "red" color of our car. The ratings that I have given for Toyota/Scion on Nicholasville as well as Dara Yeang are all high ratings. The reason for my ratings being high is because my experience there was relaxed, I was not pushed at any point to buy a car. It was also great to know that the dealer had the same car as me, not just bought he has had it for two years with no problem, that made me very comfortable in buying my scion. Dara was also very helpful to work with my finacial needs, I am young and not extremely well off he was able to give me low payment. To top off buying a new car they gave me free car washes for life and first to services for free. These are many of the reasons that I have given Toyota/Scion on Nicholasville and Dara Yeang such high ratings.

My wife and I have been buying Toyotas since we were married and have loved each one of them. We had left the Nicholasville "family" for awhile, but are so glad we came back! Chris was able to get the exact car we wanted, with the options we wanted, in the color we wanted, and even CHEAPER than cars with less features in our local area. I had spoken to Roy about wanting to find a more fuel efficient car before my visit, after he directed me to the dealership's website; I had my heart set on a 09 Corolla. Yet, after my visit I found I could get a great deal on a brand new Corolla. I was impressed with the service and Roy's patients for a first time car buyer. Malcolm was my sales rep that day and I have to say that I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, but I have never met anyone like him. He was genuinely concerned with my situation, not just the commission off of the sale. My car is now paid off, had problems with it from the beginning that should have been handled BEFORE purchase, they said everything was fixed, but it wasn't.Anyway, I paid off the car, just because I wanted a positive entry in my credit report, not a negative one - now they tell me they don't report credit, the car has been paid off for 3 months and there is no entry in my credit report, I have no title, and they are not at all helpful. DO NOT BUY from Toyota on Nicholasville - they will rip you off and not even attempt to fix their mistakes.

Saw 'NEW Listing' for low mileage(35K)'01 Toyota Celica on CARS.com. Since I'm out of area, responded to link to ask for more info on vehicle and actual picture of the vehicle, as there was a stock vehicle photo. Got call back from Fred, wasn't prepared with answers to questions from E-mail, surprised to now that photo on CARS.com wasn't of car, did say that the mileage was actually 56K, and said he would send me new E-mail with better info, pics, incl. asking price. Later, got email with photo, but it was of Fred! Sent reply cause I thought that was funny, but it's been three days, their ad on CARS.com has never improved (except it now says mileage 93K), still no price, and Fred has never followed up. I say - SKETCHY at best! There are way too many good vehicles on the market right now - go somewhere else to do business!

Great! deal with the internet department and Stephen W. salesman. Beat the best deal I got from Greens. NO games!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did my homework before I ever went to the dealership, knew what my trade was worth, what car I wanted and what my credit score was. Worked out most of the details through email, whole process at dealership was less than an hour! 2009 Corolla MSRP $18,520, got for $16,990, with 2.9% for 60 months. Got what I wanted for my trade per the average trade-in of KBB,Edmunds,NADA and blackbook online.Highly recommend the internet sales department and Stephen W. and Kevin in finance they played no games and no up-sale. These 2 were honest and efficient. Would not recommend walking in off the street to the regular sales department. They were crammned in the main sales floor working the old school 4-square sheets. I felt sorry for those people.Do your homework, do most of the work through email and have realistic expectations of your trade. Work all the dealerships for your best deal.

I went there as a suggestion from a fellow co-worker. The dealership is about 16 miles from where I actually live. If ever there exists a place that smacks of how cars have been sold in the 60's through the 80's this has to be the Mecca...absolute dishonest and say ANYTHING to make the sale type of setup. I am surprised that Toyota has not yanked their franchise license. BEWARE !!!!!

When I drove 30 miles and with a decent low milage vehicle, I sort of expected MORE!! When I arrived I entered the Scion showroom not knowing I was in the wrong area, but finally found the Toyota showroom in another building, I have never been treated more like I DIDN'T MATTER that stunned me more than anything. I wished to trade a 2004 low mileage model for a new Camry. The offer was $1,500.00 less than I got at a competing Toyota dealership. Sorry I drove out of my way!!

I had an excellent experience while at Toyota on Nicholasville. I purchased a new Tacoma from Fred, a salesmen who corresponded with me via email. It was by far most laid back salesman I have ever come in contact with. Fred not only made sure I knew all the facts up front, but he took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me so that I could see what I was purchasing before even stepping foot on a dreaded car lot. I will have no problem referring friends and family to Fred at Toyota on Nicholasville. He made everything extremely easy and all we had to do when we got to the dealership was drive the car and sign paperwork...no negotiations, no "talks with managers"...nothing! Fred kept his word, offered us low low pricing on the first try and earned our business in an instant. I would suggest anyone to go to Nicholasville if they are looking for the easiest car buying experience yet.

This was the first time I bought a car by myself. For years I have watched as my parents haggled and fought with car salesmen and managers. It seemed to be the most unpleasant experience a person could have:on at least one occaison my father got up and walked out! I was determined not to go through that kind of nightmare. I did my research, got all my prices and the equipment I wanted and contacted the dealership on the internet. The entire process was absolutely painless. I left there with the car I wanted and did not feel I was taken advantage of because of my age. It was a totally non-confrontational experience.WhenI told my Dad about it he was amazed.I wouldn't be surprised if he bought his next car from Toyota on Nicholasville through the internet department!

Being a woman, the whole care experience can be a little overwhelming. Past experiences have made me absolutely dread this process. For some reason, people tend to believe women are not capable of understanding anything about how a car works, let alone purchasing one. This time I thought I would try something different and avoid the actual dealership experience. So, I went online to Toyota on Nicholasville's website. It was very easy to navigate and within 15 minutes I had a response from Brian Collins regarding my inquiry. They made the entire process easy from start to finish. Even the negotiation, which usually makes my stomach turn, was relatively painless. When the process was complete Brian delivered my new car to my door and had all of the paperwork ready to sign. I didn't even have to step foot on the dealership lot. I shopped for an Avalon on line with several Toyota dealers. I'm not a car buyer that enjoys the normal dealer negotiation process. I found Brian Collins and the internet sales process responsive, friendly, effecient. Brian helped me find the Avalon that matched our requirements and he quickly gave us a price on that vehicle. The first price matched what I was willing to pay for the specific vehicle. I never left my house until Brian had found the right vehicle and given me the acceptable price. We came to agreement on the vehicle and the price via the internet by late morning and by late afternoon we were parking the new Avalon in our garage.Based on my experience I would highly recommend Toyota on Nicholasville to all those people who don't like spending time sitting around a dealership while seveal layer of salesmen and managers negotiate your deal. I never found that I left those experiences with a good feeling about the dealership or the deal. I left the Toyota on Nicholasville internet experience with a good feeling about my Avalon deal and about the dealership.

I purchased a 2007 Camry XLE from Toyota on Nicholasville and I was exceptionally happy with the entire experience. I had investigated the vehicle options over the internet prior to visiting the dealership and dealt primarily with Mark Noger and his staff in the internet department. I was provided with plenty of time to look at the different vehicles and discuss the options regarding purchase. Every question I had was answered in full. From the moment I stepped in the door I was treated with respect. The dealership did not have the exact car I wanted (color) on the lot so they went out of their way to find it and have it delivered the next day. The trade-in offer for my 2003 Camry was more than I expected and more than I was offered by other dealerships. After the purchase, Mr. Noger and Mr. Wasson contacted me to assure that I was happy with the car and that any questions I had about the vehicle were addressed. I thought the sales staff was professional, respectful, and made the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Just found this site. Several times in the last few years I have gone there to look at vehicles. At least twice, I had called in advance to see if they had a particular vehicle on the lot. Both times they lied as I was able to be there within a short time so they hadn't just sold it. I have never dealt with a sleazier bunch of sales people who obviously just look at the customer as a target. I will never set foot in their dealership ever again. Interestlingly, the Lexus store right next door which is owned by the same group is one of the classiest dealers I have ever dealt with. We bought a used car from them last year and and their sales and service couldn't have (and continue to be) been better. I would give them "5's" across the board. Again, absolutely amazing they belong to the same folks. The Lexus Store is highly recommended!!!!

i bought a 1997 saturn from here 3.5 years ago with 60000 miles after about two weeks it was clear that this car had an oil problem. It was burning about two courts a week. I dealt with the problem for about 8 months then decided to trade it back in with TON thinking they would make me a good deal since the first car was crap. After alot of aggrevating they talked me into a recent trade of a 1995 toyota tacoma with 50000 miles. the trucks appearence was good and overall very clean but it had an idle problem and would vibrate real bad when not pressing the gas, but my salesman assured me they would fix it, after three visits to the service department the problem is still not fixed some 15 months later. They eventually told me that it was a computer thing that could not be fixed. In my opinion anything can be fixed just at a certain cost which they didnt want to cover. Now to this day I still owe $7000 for a 11 year old truck that is only worth about $4300 and cant get out of it. So my thinking that they would make me a good deal to keep me as a customer was wrong they just screwed me twice. I made it clear to them that the saturn had a bad moter but that didnt keep them from putting it back on the lot and resaling it. I would highly recommend greens over toyota on nichalosville

I've dealt with service and sales. Though dealership costs in the service area are always high anywhere, the service department has always treated me with respect and honesty. They've illustrated or shown me parts and problems so I'd understand what mechanics were talking about. Once, two mechanics actually rode with me to help figure out a weird noise my van was making. They are mostly responsible for my vehicle with 450,000 miles being on the rode today.

I was sold a used 2005 Dodge Neon and told as part of the deal that I would get new floor mats (there were none). I was also told that I would get 100 gallons of gas, as part of a promotion they were running. After signing the paperwork I was told the 100 gallons of gas were only for people buying new cars but "I'll talk with my manager and get you a couple of oil changes instead. " I was also told, after the deal of course, that they could only find one key and one remote entry control. It's a chip key so buying a key would cost $100. They hummed and hawwed and finally said they'd get me a key.<br><br>That was almost three weeks ago. To this day they've only returned a phone call one time (and they're always "with a customer when I call") and as far as I know there are still no floor mats and still no key in my future. Needless to say, I never again heard mention of my free gas or oil changes.

Mark Dailey, Steve Maynard, Matt Branum, Trey Sims, Laura Beth Heckman. You say you do not recognize any of these names. Probably because the turnover is so great they're all gone someplace else.<br><br>2 of them are/were serrvice advisors and the others are/were sales. My rating for "Friendliness" was upgraded because to be fair, one of the service guys really tried. My daughter took her older Camry in for a simple starting problem and was quoted a price to "overhaul" the engine, definitely more than blue book value. Their estimate wasn't reasonable. It wasn't even believable. Basically, they were saying that they really didn't want to do the work and bid so high to tell her to go away. She went to Lowell's who fixed the starting problem for less than $100. While it was there, Lowell's inspected and itemized every single thing on the car that needed work. Not surprisingly, his estimate to do it was about half what TON had quoted just to do the starter problem.<br><br>Toyota on Nicholasville is a great place. A great place to stay away from.<br>

Went in and after a few test drives, I decided on a used Ford vehicle. Told them I would think on it. I called back and told them I was on my way and was assured the vehicle was still available. After I arrived and had started filling out paperwork, I was told that the vehicle had been sold. Then they attempted to upsell me. Then I was told I couldn't get financing for another truck. After going to another dealership and choosing a Ford product, when my credit was run, they determined that Toyota on Nicholasville had not even run my credit applications, so there was no way of knowing whether I could have gotten financing.<br><br>In the end, I ended up buying from another dealership and getting my financing for a newer vehicle, for the same price "as the one I couldn't afford."<br><br>Would not recommend them. If they can't upsell you, they don't care for your business.

They will cheat you.<br><br>And to top matters off, their service department is either VERY, VERY incompetent, or they are part of the overall plan to defraud you and cheat you out of your hard-earned money.<br><br>INCIDENTS<br><br>At the time we were a "Toyota" family. At somewhere around 25K-30K miles, my truck developed a real bad shimmy in the front end during braking. When it went in for service, I told the service writer about the problem. Later in the day he called me telling me it would cost $400+ for new brake rotors. His explanation: The brake rotors had warped due to having been run through water. Well, duh! It sometimes rains here. Does it rain where you live? If so this truck is not for you. Anyway, I declined his estimate and took it to a "Tire and Brake" place where they turned the rotors. The shimmy went away.<br><br>On another occasion, my wife took her Camry in for normal service. When she picked it up, it was missing real bad. She immediately took it back. They found that the engine compartment was full of water, everything simply drenched. This is a 4-cylinder gas burner, not a diesel. It has spark plugs, spark plug wires, and a distributor, all of them soaking wet. The mechanics there sent my wife on her way, telling her that the miss would stop when the water evaporated.<br><br>Later on, I took my truck in on a Saturday and experienced a similar missing problem when I picked it up. 2 miles later, it was still missing. By that time, I was closer home than to the dealership so I went on home and checked under the hood. There was no evidence of moisture, so I called the service department. Since it was Saturday, they instructed me to bring it back in the following Monday. I did. But I had to take off from work. Anyway to make a long story short, they found that when the spark plugs had been replaced during the service, they had not been "gapped".<br><br>Less than 3,000 miles later my daughter was driving the truck on an out-of-town trip when it overheated. There wasn't a Toyota dealer there so she had her towing service take her to the closest USAA locally recommended service facility. The mechanics there diagnosed the problem as a stuck thermostat. Complete cooling system service (including installing a new thermostat) was one of the service items that I had paid for less than 3,000 miles before. Then, several thousand miles later, the engine started to miss and "blew steam" when it was shut off. The problem was a blown head gasket and a warped head. Repairs were in excess of $1,000 at a third-party facility.<br><br>So, all in all, these people cost me a lot of money. But they'll never get any more. And every time I get the chance, I'll tell everybody I know just how crooked they are. It's my goal to cost them in lost sales and service, as much in one year, every year, as they cost me altogether. So far, I'm doing pretty well. None of our family has replaced a Toyota with another Toyota. My wife now drives a Rodeo (she probably would have wanted a 4-Runner). I now have a Nissan Frontier. My daughter (she had a Tercel) now drives a Mazda. Her husband (he had a Tundra) now drives an Acura. My brother-in-law (he had a 4X4 pickup similar to mine) now drives a Suburban. There are still 2 Camry's in the family (another daughter and a sister), and It's pretty well set that when time comes to replace them, they'll buy something other than a Toyota. My daughter is already leaning toward a VW Passat.

This may be the Toyota superstore, but do not let them fool you. The prices that are on the new Toyota's they sell are no better than what is on he Toyotas on Green's lot. I was shopping around before I purchased my Jeep, and I was not at all impressed with this dealership. Potential car buyers are herded in like cattle, then they are moved from cubicle to cubicle. The sales people are pushy and the GM is in general a jerk just an observation from my point of view. To be honest I would not buy a vehicle here, but that is just my opinion I am sure there are a thousand other people who would swear by them, but this is just my input for what it is worth.<br>
