Several times I contacted Toyota about this ridiculous oil consumption. I change the oil every 3500 to 3600 hundred (synthetic oil) miles or so. Took car to Toyota at Forth Walton Dealer and after 4 hours they said that car pass the oil consumption test ( good limits). So, two weeks ago the wife said that car was shaking and engine service light came on, so when I check the oil had no oil (2600 miles aproxx on oil change). But they assure me that this car was good to go. Car has being like this since brand new and I had always blame the wife for this, but I know now that this engines are defective. This are some vehicles that are affected and I promise you that Toyota will denied this all day. Talked back and forth through email and True Car buying service with Marisa and Debbie (ZT Motors). Had made an offer on a Tacoma for 2K less than invoice. Also my trade in showed around 8K. The offer on True Car was accepted but when I got to the dealership I was offered half the value for my trade and none off the MSPR. Somehow I was still looking at financing the full MSPR of the vehicle. I had to walk away. To make matters worse, Marisa said she didn't have anything showing we agreed to the 8K trade in. I didn't have the paper with me but I did resend the offer to her to show that we did. Surprising that I'm still awaiting a reply from her. STAY AWAY. They are here only to make the dollar and are not willing to earn lifetime business.

I don't even know where to begin. This place is so horrible that it's chilling. The finance guy decided to message and harass my wife on Facebook. I'm just not sure it gets any worse than that. Oh, that was after he demanded that we pay him an additional $500 after the deal was signed. It was a constant struggle with the sales people. They made it a 2 two day process to buy a car. This is not the first time we've had a problem. We've brought other cars in for service, only to drive it away with a major oil leak due to the technician breaking a bolt off the oil pan. Of course, the dealer took no responsibility for it. This place gives me the creeps just driving by. I highly recommend you visit another dealership, for your own safety.

My wife and I worked with Corey Chaplin while buying a car. We do a lot of research before we buy and had narrowed it down to few cars. I stopped by to pick up a brochure and met Corey and liked the way he answered my questions and offered to schedule a test drive. My wife also felt very comfortable working with Corey. We drove a Tacoma and a few weeks later called to schedule a test drive in a 4Runner. Corey made it happened and each time provided a detailed, out the door, cost for us. Corey was respectful (to both of us), knowledgeable, and provided input without being pushy. He answered all of our questions and gave us the time to make our decision. In the end, we purchased another make of car, but would gladly return to Corey when we purchase another.

Purchased a new 2015 Toyota Tundra through this dealership. I was very VERY happy with the purchase of the vehicle and was provided excellent customer service. Since that purchase I have not been pleased at all with the customer service of Toyota of Fort Walton Beach and here is why...During my purchase of the vehicle I added an extra that was called Dent Guard, something that would allow for me to 'for free' remove dents, scratches and tears from the vehicle and fabric. Well, about 3 months after ownership I received my first dent. I called up Toyota of Fort Walton Beach and asked to speak with the service department. I explained I had purchased the vehicle through them, and had purchased the dent guard add on. I explained this was my first time using the dent guard protection and was unsure of the process, I was assured it was an easy process and to bring it in at 8:00am on a weekday morning. I was told it would be done by lunch. Unfortunately I was traveling for work and my wife took it in, she was disappointed to come back at 4:00pm to be shown the wrong Tundra and then also finding out nothing was done to the correct Tundra (my truck) NOT even moved from where she parked it 8 hours prior. The service department explained there was some confusion with the paper work and she would need to bring it in again another week day. (My wife also works, and this was time out of her job). The service department showed a little appreciation to the waste of time and mess-up on their part by adding a "detail" to the truck upon the later visit. Well, on the second visit the dent was removed. But now I have a completely scratched up truck. It looks like they took it through a non-brushless car wash that ran marks up and down my doors. The "detailing" of the vehicle didn't even wipe dust of the inside of the doors or vacuum the inside.I did mark them as fair and not poor because the original problem was handled after two visits, but it was handled. I understand scratches can happen and it won't always be ''nice and new'' but when I take it in to have dent removed and end up with more unsightly scratches it is annoying. I will say they tried to make up for their initial service, but it was just done half-heartedly. Keep in mind there are other Toyota dealerships in the area. I have not visited them yet, so I cannot speak to their service, but I will be considering them in the future.

Arrived at dealership 50 minutes prior to closing and was greeted promptly. Salesperson led me to desired models and answered all questions. My car was towed to the service center and we were assigned service rep Darwin Grubbs. The following morning we came by the service center and discussed the problems with Darwin and he was to call us after checking the vehicle. We didn't hear back from him. We came back by the service center the following day. Darwin was off that day so we talked to another individual who quoted us the price of about $575 to fix the vehicle ignition and over $800 to fix a faulty window. We opted to only fix the ignition. He told us it would be almost a week to order the part and fix the vehicle. The vehicle was ready when he said it would be. When we came to pick up the car, we were sent directly to the service desk to pay the bill. No service rep discussed with us what had been done on the car. When we went to pay the invoice, the bill was almost $100 more than what had been originally expressed to us. We were then told it was additional fees (such as a disposal fee and taxes) that brought the bill up an additional $100. We paid the bill and stepped outside to pick up the car.When I opened my car door, the driver's floorboard was filthy. There was a small screw driver on the floor, along with some change. There were oily footprints on the mat. I didn't look at the keys until I arrived home. Instead of one key, I had been left with the empty shell of two keys and one full key (the key that had been left at the dealership when the car originally arrived, opened the door and was the ignition key). Now the new key that had been given to me only works in the ignition. One of the shell keys opened the car doors and the other one did nothing. No one discussed the key issue with me. I now am going to have to recontact the dealership to work out the problem with the keys.My car is a 1999 Lexus RX 300. It has been a great car. While my husband and I were at the dealership checking on the service, we discussed trading the vehicle for a Highlander. I was offered $500 for my vehicle as a trade-in which we felt was extremely low. Then we were overcharged for work done in the service center and the car was returned to me dirty and with key problems. No explanation! This bad experience with Toyota changed my mind from buying a Toyota Highlander and I have just purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot instead.

Unhappy with Complete Detail. Specifically asked that they clean the bed of truck under tonneau cover on bed. tonneau cover was left unlocked but was not cleaned. Dirt left in Truck after specifically asking them to clean. Sine I usually get this service done each time I get the oil changed this time the quality of service just wasn't as good as previous visits. I noticed there was sand in places on the carpet. Hand prints on and around the door frame.

I have been working with this Toyota team for about 15 years or so. I was looking forward to seeing my regular Service Tech, Steve Hinnant, who has always been wonderful! When I drove in, I knew something was wrong. The gentleman that has been checking me OUT after service FOR YEARS, Clint Vendenberg, walked up to my car and said Hey, Ms. Seffens. I asked where is Steve??? Clint told me Steve had been suddenly taken ill and was hospitalized! I was of course very sad to hear this about my Toyota friend and I could see the concern and worry on Clint's face as well as others. At this point I remembered my schedule for this day and looked at Clint and said I have a limited time with a Dr appt right after this service. He said, let me get it in there, I think I can have it back to you within an hour. I had brought my lunch, went in the dealership and grabbed a table. Clint was back in less time than I expected and I was on my way. This Toyota Team is always so good. I was impressed with their warmth and courtesy and I admired the way they were handling my service in the absence of my regular guy, Steve. I hope to see Clint checking me INTO service again. I want to send my best wishes to Steve for a speedy recovery!

I brought my 2012 Avalon in for the 25k service on Saturday morning and was greeted by the service valet, not sure his name but he was and always is very courteous and professional. I was then greeted by Gino Leone and he too was outstanding and very professional. I explained to him a problem with our rear seat covers and he immediately said that there was a recall on them and it would be taken care of. Exactly 1 hr and 15 min later my car was finished, to include the rear seat covers. I was amazed on the promptness of service and must say I am a very happy customer. Quality Toyota exceeds the standard for excellence and it shows in how they take care of their customers! Thank you for a positive experience.

You would normally walk into a dealership and get ambushed by salesmen whose sole intent is to sell you a car and make a commission on it. With a limited credit history and a very pessimist attitude based on bad experiences, I walked into the dealership and was fortunate to come across Steve Tucker. From the moment I shared my story with him, Steve was determined to get me into a decent vehicle. Not only was he able to find an amazing black Toyota Camry that fit my personality, but he was able to get me the payment I was asking for, within the limits of my financial reality. Manager Richard Martinez was very knowledgeable and straight no-nonsense guy as well. These guys speak with the truth. I had already scheduled my maintenance appointment, then, the night before my engine and Trac Off lights came on and my cruise control stopped working. When I went in, the wait was rather long. My service rep called me to his office and told me the head on my engine needed to be replaced. I was shocked to say the least. Luckily I am still under warranty. I was promptly set up with a loaner vehicle from enterprise and sent on my way. Elliot Gentry kept me updated regularly and I had no worries at all. Four days later I picked the car up and was very pleased.

I was received by Rick who was very professional. He was always very kind and friendly both on the phone and in person. I had work done at another shop that used an incorrect bolt almost causing catastrophic damages to my vehicle. The technician, Troy Thompson, was also very professional and was straight up with me concerning the issue and how he would be able to fix it. He even told me that he could not put my vehicle back together because it was too dangerous to be driven. This shows not only the care for his job, but also his care for the safety of his customers and their families. This vehicle is driven by my wife who takes my three year old son to and from daycare, among other places. Luckily, Troy was able to get my vehicle back on the road. It was no doubt due to his extensive training and certifications as a master Toyota technician. I trust my Toyotas to Troy any day of the week and twice on Sundays. As per usual my experience with the service department of Quality Import and Barbara Higginbotham was absolutely superb. I love both the friendliness of all the people I meet and deal with and the confidence I have that my Prius has been serviced properly. Barbara always goes out of her way to take care of me and I always look forward to seeing her and dealing with her regarding my car.Additionally, when I have had a question I have had the pleasure of talking to Penny Fuqua and this woman gets answers and results. Over the years I have dealt with a lot of dealerships but my great experiences with Quality are topped by none. I wish I remembered the staff, but I didn't have a preferred service person, since I purchased my Toyota Highlander (LE) in another area in November 2013, but live in this area. My wife and I considered purchasing a Quality Imports Toyota mid -summer of last year, but decided not to, after the negotiations did not lower the price to a level we were comfortable with. I was concerned that since I decided not to purchase my new vehicle in the Fort Walton area, that my service experience would be sub-par. I'm happy that this is my 2nd service appointment and I've received great service. I hope that after my 25,000 miles free service runs out, that I will receive the same level of quality customer service. If so, I may consider purchasing my next vehicle from Quality Imports Toyota.

Appointment scheduled for 1:15pm. When I got to the dealership the guy asked me what I needed and if I had an appointment.I told the guy in the service lane that I have an appt, he pulled my file and then asked what I needed done. I told him synethic oil/filter change, rotate and coolant flush. He told me he has everything down and will give to Elliott (my service writer) It took 2.5 hours for this service call. I asked my service writer why it took so long and he explained that the wrong oil was used and they had to remove and replace with synethic oil. When I called to schedule an appointment I told the girl on the phone what I needed serviced and she gave me a quote on cost, so why wasn't this written down so I didn't have to repeat myself? My service writer was very nice and polite. What can be done to make this experience more customer friendly?

Sales team is great! Trent was very helpful. However, when i had my vehicle serviced, I was not impressed with the service team. I went to check on my vehicle and went to the service desk (both were on their cell phones) and asked on the status of my vehicle. He looked across the parking lot and told me I needed to go about three doors down. I had no idea what he was talking about. Instead of pointing, why couldn't he walk to where I was suppose to go. I went to the room and there was a male and female who I spoke with. I asked them if they could tell me about how much longer it would be and the male said, "I could check, but it'll probably be about 30-45 minutes". I asked him to go ask them so I could have a better time frame to which he went to check. The biggest issue I had though was with the female who was in the tiny room (strawberry blond hair in a pony tail). After the male left she laid her head down on her desk, then lifted it up and stated, " I shouldn't have had a cheese Danish for lunch". I am in the customer service industry and this was totally unacceptable. I won't be back to have my car serviced, but as i stated in the beginning, Trent with the sales team was great!

The Battery became weak and the car would not start over the week end prior to the service. This was after we had driven the car over 400 miles just prior to the week end; and, we had no reason to believe that our operation of the car caused the problem. During the service, the battery was recharged and tested; and, the battery tested OK per the service records. The service department refused to replace the battery per our request. This leaves us with an almost new car where we cannot trust it's starting capability. We have placed jumper cables in the trunk of the car in case we need them; and, we will redouble or efforts to make sure that we do not do anything that could possibly drain the battery in the future. PRIOR TO TAKING POSESSION OF THE 2013 AVALON AFTER THE SERVICE, WE TOLD THE SERVICE ADVISOR THAT WE WERE UNHAPPYH AND NOT PLEASED WITH THEIR DECISION REGARDING THIS BATTERY ISSUE.

Barbara got my records straightened out in about two minutes - thank you, Barbara! I had planned to drop the truck off and pick it up hours later, but with the fast service it was all done in less than 20 minutes. Faster than anywhere else in town that's great because I don't want anyone but Toyota technicians to touch my truck.

We have two Toyota vehicles. We have all our service done at Quality Toyota. They are friendly, let you know if they find anything other than what you brought it in for, that needs repairs. They go out of their way to get you in and out quickly. No matter how busy they are, Barbara and the others who work there are always friendly and act like you are important to them. We had a repair that needed to be done and Barbara called the mechanic, Sean Williams, to come and take us to see what they were talking about before repairing it. He explained what had happened to cause the problem. When we told him to repair it, we were pleased to find that the part was there and did not have to be ordered causing a delay. It was repaired and in a few hours we were on our way feeling much safer.

Once we started accomplishing the work order--she was professional and committed. This is not intended as a complaint, however, there seemed to be a problem of some sort ahead of me which required quite a bit of time. I met my appointment time, and several people behind me met theirs--if there was a problem requiring extensive time--it would seem that a more logical conclusion would have been to set that individual aside--and he should have expected a protracted period if he was a problem--rather than to irritate several individuals in line who had also used their valuable time, to insure they were there when scheduled--I must also assume that the dealership had a couple of mechanics who had almost an hour break--This is an observation only--I am unsure of all the facts surrounding this incident--and it may be that ample reason exists for the delay. I can only say that if my appointment is 0830, I will be there at 0820, and if not, would expect to be delayed by people more prompt than I had been! Having been a squadron commander a couple of times, I would not tolerate this--of course, I know you do not follow military mannerisms--and I'm only half way through my next scheduled evaluation--and one robin doesn't mean that winters over!

Worst experience ever! Upon scheduling to bring car back for corrections, dearler Representative started trying to back pedal out of promising to take care of all concerns with vehicle. My appt. was scheduled & it was apparent that nothing was done when I returned. After waiting several hours for 1st repair, I had to leave the car again for approximately two hours to see little to no difference.

My Tundra was towed in, I requested Elliot Gentry as my service adviser (had worked with him previously on another issue with my truck). Truck needed a new starter, Elliot walked me through the whole process from beginning to end, very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The male cashier (can't remember his name) was also very helpful and had great customer service. Would recommend to others.

I had a 9:30 appointment for the safety recall to update the passenger restraint system software. According to my recall letter it was to take approximately 45 minutes. I did not get my car back until about 11:30. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. I did not get a satisfactory answer as to why it took nearly 2 hours instead of the 45 minutes that the recall letter stated.

It takes me almost an hour--on a good day--to get from my home to the dealership in FWB. Add to that a 4-hour repair stint--and then another hour home--and I have spent the better part of daylight hours in service to an automobile. I cannot fault the dealership: the people at Quality Imports are, to a person, friendly, attentive, informative. While I was told it would likely take three hours (and it turned into four), I had adequate materials with me to keep myself occupied, and once you're in for three, four is no big deal. What I would like to see is some recompense from Toyota! This is the second time I've had to sit around while a slew of recalls were addressed. Sure, it's great the stuff is getting fixed, but what ELSE could they do for me? (Something that would make a two-hour round trip worth it!)

The results of my service could not be called into question, the car drives like new. I left my car in your care for the service, when I tried to call to get an update and was told I would get a call back, about an hour later (still no call) I came by to see what was going on. Couldn't meet with the service rep (he was helping another customer check out), however I chatted a bit with the service tech (who was much more helpful, wish I could have picked him out but there wasn't a picture of him and I didn't get his name). The technician was able to give me a brief overview of what was going on with my car and explained what needed to be done. Worked with both guys to get a couple things from my car and left it with them for the night. I am completely satisfied with the maintenance and fixes done. However the customer service could use a little tweeking.

The Toyota service center in Enterprise,AL did not accurately inspect my car 3 weeks ago and I left with little to no break pads on the front tires (very dangerous!) the FWB service center set me up with a free rental so I could get home safely while they worked on correcting Enterprise's huge mistake! From the time of my arrival to my departure I was treated with the utmost courtesy. Not only did I receive the scheduled service my vehicle was brought in for, but also a recall modification of the vehicle's software (which I never received any kind of prior Recall Notification from Toyota). Fortunately Elliott Gentry was on top of things and informed about the Recall. Kudos to him and Quality Imports Toyota Staff.

Gave the salesman the requirements of the vehicle I was looking for. His response was quick and even though the vehicle was not what I had in mind it did meet the my requirements. The low mileage and general upkeep for a 2004 vehicle was what was very attractive. I knew I was paying higher than retail but I was not going to try and negotiate with the level of quality service being provided. The extras provided by the dealership such as a 30 day drive train warranty and a promise to fix a few barely visible dings was worth the little extra I paid. Even though I paid cash , the salesman made me aware of available financing. Was a pleasant experience dealing with Matt. Thank You Quality Toyota.

My service appointment was for 12:45 p.m.-- We had a doctors appointment for 10:30 a.m. and got done early. We arrived at the dealership at 11:15 a.m. When we checked in, I mentioned the fact that we were early but the service agent said "it's okay" and he worked us in. WE were done by 12:30 p.m. and we were greatful that we didn't have to spend half the day at the dealership on this service visit. KUDOS to the service crew.

When I initially purchased my car in May, it did not come with the second key. JPaul Mills requested a new key cut and programmed. He was quick to respond and setup for me to come in, but he wanted to make sure the new key was cut correctly. Unfortunately, the key did not work. He immediately had them recut a new one and program. I was told at the time it would only take 30 minutes. It took over an hour and I was late to work.

I think you have some great people working for your dealership, both in the Service Department as well as Sales. I came in to get a new spare smart key for my Toyota Camry Hybrid and ended up with three new keys! Yep, I bought a new Avalon Hybrid while I was there. Anna Skelton in the Service Department was absolutely super; she's without a doubt your best asset in the entire dealership! She's extremely helpful and professional, yet with a friendly manner that made me feel welcome and right at home. Steve Hinnant is very thorough and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and helpful as well.Steve Tucker in Sales guided me through the steps of isolating just what vehicle I wanted, including the color and options. He explained everything about the vehicle in simple terms and literally put me in the driver's seat. I had been considering a new Avalon Hybrid, but Steve really sealed the deal.The only negative was the price of a new smart key for my Camry: much more than a duplicate dumb key from Ace Hardware!

I recently took my '01 4Runner in for a problem where the car would just stop running while it was driving. They hooked it up to the diagnostic and it said the fuel was to thin and found a small crack in an air intake hose where they felt was allowing too much air was getting into the engine. They then said having too rich of a fuel mixture possibly ruined my spark plugs. Then they started recommending replacing head gaskets, transmission gaskets, differential oil replacement, air filter, etc. for a total cost of $1400 before tax. I gave them the okay to do work up to about $900, so most of the work recommended but not all. The effort took them 2 days to do and when I called on day 2 to check the status the receptionist didn't even know what car I had and what work was done. She initially told me parts had not come in and they were going to have to keep the car over the weekend like "they told my wife" I don't even have a wife, so I knew immediately they were screwed up. In any case, we finally straightened things out and they told me the car would be ready at 4p. I pick up the car and after tax the cost was over $1200. I noticed that the hose that they replaced that originally had the problem was only $56 plus labor. I am a bit suspicious that this low cost repair was not deemed as worth Toyota Service Dept time, so they went looking for any and every potential problem to ramp up a bigger service expense. Regardless, I pay the bill, get in my car, drive less than a mile and the car dies on the road with the exact same problem it had when I brought it in. They charged me $1200 and didn't even have the decency to test drive it to make sure they actually fixed the problem. I got stuck on the side of the road and had to walk back to the shop! I got there told them what happened and they did apologize, tow the car, and get me a rental car. Then the shop manager says that maybe it is the fuel pump...why was that not checked to begin with when you got the diagnostic????SECOND TIME I got screwed up with your shop. About 2 years ago I had a full tune up done and all spark plugs replaced. This was not cheap either as you probably know. In any case, I drove the car around for about 2 days and all of a sudden there is a huge BANG and my car is making all kinds of crazy noises and I get stuck on the side of the road. The huge BANG was because they dummy that put in the spark plugs did not torque them down and 2 of them blew right out of the engine! I had to get towed and to some small shop and they told me my spark plugs were only finger tight! THIRD TIME I got screwed up with your shop. I went there years back when the car was only 2 or 3 year old to have the oil changed. They guys changed the oil and all seemed fine but I am driving along and I hear a bad rattling noise starting to become very noticeable after a few days. I took it back to the shop and they found that the brush guard under the car was not torqued down and one of the screws fell out so it was just dangling. This was something they said that was removed to get to the oil pan.In any case, I am never going to your shop again for service or sales (it is a 14 year old car and Toyotas are great but my next one will be bought in Pensacola) and I will be posting this review on Facebook for all the world to see because you actually have a link on this survey website to do so. Overall, the experience was perfect every step of the way. I made the appointment over the internet. It was simple and easy. I received acknowledgement of the appointment and reminders up until the day of the appointment. When I pulled in, the bay was clear and Steve Hinnant immediately left his work station to greet me and begin processing for the service. He was friendly and thoroughly professional, as usual. I was not rushed in any way and was given ample opportunity to communicate any questions or concerns to Steve. I brought my laptop computer to the waiting room to do some work. The Service Desk provided me with the necessary information to log on to a wireless network and the instructions worked perfectly. I was able to make productive use of my waiting time. I don't know how many minutes went by before Steve approached me in the waiting room to tell me everything was ready, but it was certainly reasonable. I processed through the cashier, was given a copy of the mechanic's checklist which was meticulously prepared as usual. There was no charge, as I am on ToyotaCare. When I was ready to leave, my truck was right outside the door waiting for. Really, I can't ask for any better service.

Took 3 months to get in to get clear shield installed.In that time, vehicle incurred paint chip on the front bumper from bugs. Quoted $0.00 to have backup beep turned off and was charged over $30 for it and was told it would normally cost over $60 but because I was told wrong on the phone they would only charge half. Kept car for over a day. There were also greasy foot prints left inside the drivers side floor board. Very unhappy with the experience and if there was another Toyota service department closer I would take my vehicle there instead.

swapped a rav4 we bought using the 72 hour satisfaction policy. They transferred everything over to the new loan for the camry and told me the payment would be 487 a month. It was a stretch but we thought we can still make that payment. Then I get some calls saying I need to come in and sign something. I come in today and they tell me they messed up the payoff amount on the loan and I owe them $2400. They said my new loan payment would be $524 a month and there is nothing they can do for me. I would have never swapped for the camry we got knowing the new payment. Now I'm screwed into a payment I can't afford because someone put the wrong payoff amount on the form and I didn't notice it. Thanks for screwing me over toyota.

I was in your dealership 5-30-14. I have been working pretty hard over email the last few days and told them I was coming down to buy a car today. I was very clear as to what the deal was and what I was working with.I came to Toyota first and I had a Camry bought. We spent nearly 5 hours in your establishment. They kept stalling, running back and forth, and everything felt like a big secret. Finally agreed on price, trade, etc. I told them I had my own financing and then they started getting even more shifty. "Oh we need a check in our hands tonight for you to take the car, oh we can definitely get you a better interest rate if you finance through us." Well, they couldn't. They were extremely arrogant about the whole thing. Let me tell you my experience with the three people I came into contact with at your dealership during the course of my attempt to buy a car.Heather in the Internet Dept. - She is the reason you earned any decent marks at all from me. Answered all of my questions in a direct and timely manner and was extremely responsive to me. She is the reason I walked through your doors at all.Johnny in Sales - Generally an OK guy, aside from the overall shadiness of the whole deal. I can't really blame all of that on him, since I know managers "handle" sales people to stall, etc. My problem with him was that it seemed like every 3 out of 5 questions I asked him, he either didn't know the answer or was flat out wrong. Q: "Does this car have automatic headlights?" A: Oh, I don't know, I'll have to check on that. Q: "Will the bank roll my negative equity into the new loan that I have worked out with them?" A: No, they won't do that b/c they are not the ones taking possession of the car, we are. To which I responded by calling my bank and they said, absolutely they would roll the neg. equity. Finance Manager, Brandon - I realize it is this guy's job to try to get me to take in house financing but when I am on the phone with my own bank and you are telling me you can get me a better rate than what I got myself... deliver it. He knew the rate I already had and where I wanted to be at for monthly payments. He told me he could at least match it. Wrong again. He came back to me with a rate 5 points higher than what I had gotten on my own OR a lower rate for a shorter term which would have screwed up my payments. What professional person can offer these types of options with a straight face and expect any rational person to take them? He must have thought they were great options because when I told him how ridiculous that was, he apparently thought that was very funny and walked away laughing and shaking his head. There must be quite a benefit to the dealership to push in-house financing. Ultimately, your "process," or lack thereof, cost you a sale. I went to the Honda place 30 minutes before they closed. Told him what I was working with and he's said, "sure, no problem, I can work with that." They ended up getting me a MUCH better rate than what I got myself and I ended up spending a little more on the car with them. In and out, less than 2 hours.I can say with confidence that I will not be recommending Quality Toyota to anyone who has the misfortune to ask me.

Let me start by saying that I enjoyed Barbara, but I felt sorry for her because she had to deal with a customer who had had a BAD experience with Quality Imports in the past. I had sworn off Quality to the point that I would not purchase our Prius from them when we purchased it this past October. You see, the service department you had there two years ago really messed me over! Our rear window on our 2004 Sequoia doesn't work because of your service department. Jason ? Was my service rep and I kept getting the "of she's a women" treatment. I had my Sequoia in there 3 times in less then two weeks. The lift handle on the rear hatch broke one night. I took it in and they fixed it. The door handle worked/works great, that was not the issue. When removing the door panel they also messed with the window (Jason said that they didn't remove the window)but for some odd reason the window was now off its track!!! I took it back and they had it over night. Went back and Jason said they had no issue with the window, so I proceeded to roll the window down and it jumped going down and back up. Let's just say that I did not get any satisfaction from Jason. When I returned again, the issue was because I could hear something rattling around in the door. Jason said maybe it was one of the plastic divots, oh, and your motor is probably wearing out. I proceeded to tell him that the rear window gets less use then all the other windows in the car and they seem to be working just fine. He told me that I could have a talk with the manager but she was out on vacation at the time and I told Jason that I was through dealing with him and my husband would have to handle it from now on. Needless to say, my husband travels to much and would never have the time to get in to speak with Debbie on the matter. To bad you didn't have this survey when I was having this unfinished issue. Thanks to Jason and your mechanics, the motor to the rear hatch stopped working shortly after my last visit. It still makes me sick whenever I drive my Sequoia, that your service department never owned up to ruining a perfectly good motor because of their poor inept work!! Oh, and the rattling is still there.As far as my recent visit with our Prius. All was going well except for the part of the extremely long wait. My appt was at 3:45 (I arrived on time), Barbara came and got my keys and I proceeded to the waiting room. I got a phone call at 5:15 saying that it would be another 15 minutes. Did I mention that I took the Prius for its 5,000 mile check up over to Panama City (where it was purchased) and was there maybe a half hour? I guess I was distracted talking to our son that I didn't realize how much tim had passed. I went to see what the hold up was (6:00) and my car was sitting there. Barbara (not knowing that my car was right outside) said that she would check to see if the car was ready. Low and behold it was but no one gave the paper work to the person behind the desk. My husband was the one who encouraged me to give your dealership a forth try because he was assured that you all had fixed the service deptments problems by getting rid of the bad seeds. Although the center was busy, Barbara was pleasant, kept me informed on the status of my car, and walked me through the results of inspection checklist. I also used the$10 coupon Quality provided for the scheduled service making the price even more reasonable. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Salespeople sitting around eating, telling jokes and making comments about customers is very unprofessional. They sat the entire time at the same two table on the north side of the showroom. I was there for a period of time and observed them for several hours. They were loud at times, surfing internet on computer for things not related to their job or dealership. We have been customers for a very long time but honestly, there is not one salesperson sitting there we would buy a vehicle from. The service team.....the best around! Steve is amazing and Darwin in following in his footsteps. Would not go anywhere else for service but the sales team is certainly not the standard I would expect to see at a dealership such as Quality Toyota.

We came to Quality while on the verge of purchasing a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder (we literally had one located, priced, and were just making the final decision!). We were looking for a vehicle my wife wouldn't have to "settle for" rather than be elated to drive. We didn't know for sure what we wanted, so we just test drove a couple of pickups, and of course, the Forerunner. Armando was very patient with us, understanding the situation. When we communicated to him we liked the Forerunner, but disliked the interior and exterior color, he went to work locating the Forerunner that met every detail of my wife's desire. Once we had that, we began the pricing process, and after arriving at a very fair price, we took the plunge, agreeing to buy the vehicle. As promised, Quality delivered the exact vehicle promised, at the price promised. We signed the paperwork, thanked Armando for the patience he took helping us find exactly what we wanted, and now are the happy owners of a vehicle my wife loves to drive. She wasted no time posting her happiness on Facebook to her many friends! We can't thank Armando enough for being the kind of salesman who genuinely wanted to HELP the customer rather than "just make a sale."

I arrived a little early but they took my truck in very quickly Barbara was very friendly and great to work with. My oil change was done in less than an hour and that's what I call service. I recently contacted Marisa Healey about purchasing a new 2014 Tundra. i was looking for a specific truck that I ahd found on the website and the availablity date was not for another three weeks. Within 48 hours she contacted me and told me that my truck would arrive that night. I drove down and inspected the truck and it was exactly what I was looking for at a price that I could not turn down. Upon arrival I was turned over to Patrick Kearney and was treated like a true VIP throughout the entire process. They gave me an outstanding amount for my trade in and closed the deal in an amazingly short amount of time. At delivery Patrick went the extra time to ensure that I was completely happy with my truck and walked me through the setup and explained all the features in great detail. This experience was definitely worth the drive from Pensacola to Fort Walton. Patrick and Marisa are top notch professionals and a pleasure to work with.

Anna was most helpful. Since I'm in a wheelchair, I can't get around as well as others. Two hours seemed a bit long for a tire rotation. The car wash was really not worth it since they only spray it down. When it dries, the dirt is still there.

I arrived 15 min early for my scheduled 10:30 appointment and had to wait in line for 35 minutes before I could see a Service Advisor to get my car checked in for service. I rescheduled my safety recall software upgrade because the technician was backlogged and it would be too long to wait and had my 55,000 mile service completed. This only took between 30-45 min. By the time I left there was still a queue of 6 cars waiting to get into service area. You should have two lines for service, a scheduled appointment line and one for unscheduled drive ins. Since your Service Check In area only has two lanes, in and out, you could consider on heavy Service volume days, like Saturday, with opening the check out lane as an extra check in line, one for scheduled appointments, the other for drive ins. You could reroute the cars ready for check out to side of building and reserve some parking spaces with signs marking cars ready for checkout next to Service entrance. Have an extra person go down the line of cars waiting to direct them into the proper check in lane, scheduled appointment or drive in. Service Advisors would still give priority to get those with scheduled appointments checked in on time. You are cramped for space, but I think with a little adjustment, this is doable, and would make for a much better service experience for people bringing their cars in for Service during high volume days.

My new Scion XB showed the tire pressure indicator light. As the car had less than 200 miles on it, I did not know whether there was a real problem or whether the sensor was defective. (I did look at the tires and saw that they were not low visually) I returned to the dealership to have the issue checked out, and Lloyd referred me back to service where they would check the sensor and add air if necessary. When I got back to service, the service coordinator tried to sell me a Nitrogen fill rather than checking out the issue of low pressure vs a defective sensor. This is NOT the way to do business - it turned out that the car had left the dealership with marginal tire pressure which dropped during a short road trip, the sensor was OK, and all the tire needed was a little air. After some discussion when the coordinator tried to explain that a Nitrogen fill (at a cost to me on a NEW car) would be less sensitive to a temperature shift, I opted to have them only check the sensor and add air if necessary. She managed to make a problem out of something that should have been handled with a smile and expeditiously.If the cure to this sensor issue is to use Nitrogen fill, then all cars should use this rather than air as a factory installation!

The installation of clearshield to my new vehicle went well. I arrived at the service center before my appointed time, and was warmly greeted. I explained what I was there for and also asked the agent to look at a couple of other items. I was directed to the on-site Enterprise rental agency and was again warmly greeted, efficiently processed for the rental car, and obtained a quality vehicle in a relatively short period of time. The installation of the clearshied was complete within the time frame I was given, and I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, the process to return the rental car was very efficient. Elliot retrieved my vehicle, and showed me the clearshield installation, gave me the cleaning packet and explained the process of cleaning it. We also discussed the other items I had mentioned to him that morning that I wanted them to look at. The item that concerned me the most was the driver's overhead visor coming detached. I explained to Elliot that it had completely detached, and I rotated the clip and put it back together and it seemed sturdy now. Elliot examined it and felt is was okay as well. He asked me to monitor it and bring the vehicle back in if it does it again. The other item was the drag on the back doors when opening them. Elliot explained that was normal to keep the doors from flying open and being damaged. I departed the service area as a satisfied customer.

Every face-to-face experience with Quality Toyota actual employees has been outstanding. We especially appreciate the thoughtfulness of providing a shuttle to a nearby restaurant when the wait for service was expected to be prolonged. The only thing keeping the rating from being "totally" excellent, is a rude customer service scheduler on a previous appointment, who turned out to be from an outsourced scheduling service "representing" the company. Please return to in-house scheduling with your own employees who are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Staff greats you with a smile and discusses the service plan with you. Steve was upfront when I discussed needing an air filter. He gave me the price and asked if I still wanted it. While waiting on the car, LLoyd came to visit us and see how we were doing. I've purchased my last three cars from him and already looking for my next vehicle which I discussed with him. Looking for a 2014 Highlander Limited Platinum edition in Moulin Rouge with Ash or Black leather interior. I have him looking out for me. Quality Imports is my number one stop. No complaints at present.

The attitude at this Toyota dealership is that they are better than we are, and they don't need our business. The service assistant manager, Carlos Eribez was not present to meet me when I dropped off the car, did not give updates as my wait was over 3 hours, and he only talked with me after I went to find him (after repeated request to talk with him). I was 15 minutes early to my appointment, and my car was said to be second in line for service an hour later. Toyotas have been in my family for over 30 years and this is the worst I have ever been treated from a Toyota dealership, and I've been to many because we are military. I waited at Toyota for over 3 hours to find out that my car was not serviced and probably won't be serviced for another couple of hours. It was just a routine maintenance check, nothing fancy. When I asked to speak to a manager, all of them were out of the building. The service department took this as no big deal because the service tech told me this happens daily with customers (with appointments). So if you want to spend your day watching fox news at toyota with no service done to your car please make an appointment with Carlos Eribez.

I stopped by and asked if someone could just listen to my vehicle. I was helped immediately at the desk and referred to Darwin, who graciously immediately attended to me by having me start the car. He said he thought it was the water pump, and I needed to get it in there asap. He told me that he comes in at 7:30 so if I was there at 7:30 the next morning he could get me right in and the job would take 2-3 hours. He was exactly right. I followed his directions, and three hours later I was driving out of the repair shop with some new filters, water pump and tires rotated. The service department was very helpful in explaining why I needed the additional items. The waiting area was comfortable, and I enjoyed a bag of popcorn while I got my work done on my computer while I waited. I was impressed with the accuracy and immediacy of the service I received. I will return when my Rav4 needs service.

I had an appointment and I had to wait 15 minutes to get someone to take my car, so I could go to work. I had to actually go inside one of the little offiices and interrupt someone just to get them to come out to my car, so essentially I could have had to wait much longer.And when checking out, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get to check out. The staff didn't even acknowledge me standing there for 10 minutes before I was helped.This can be greatly improved.

Service department works together as a team. When I arrived I was greeted in line outside and told they were moving the cars ahead of me and my adviser would be with me shortly. While waiting someone came and filled my window fluid and wiped my windshield. This was a very nice touch. My adviser was prompt and extremely polite. I appreciated that. He explained what they would be doing to replace the flapping rubber on each side of my windshield and that it was covered with my warranty. He told me he would come for me when my car was done. During my stay in the waiting room a friendly employee came and checked to see if I had any questions or needed anything. This was a very nice addition to waiting room time. She came several times to see everyone. The extra care made me feel good that I wasn't going to be forgotten and left to sit and wait unnecessarily. Thank you for the little extra touches. This was my second visit in the week. Both were exceptional.

A few comments to explain my ratings:1. I have never experienced a service advisor like Gary Reynolds before. He gave me confidence that the dealership that he represented was honest and staffed by competent mechanics who would do their best to provide the service that I required. I felt comfortable dealing with Quality Imports because of him; there are many horrors stories of tourists receiving poor &/or over-priced service. Gary came to speak to me several times during my 3 hours at Quality Imports to keep me informed about the progress of work completed and still to be done.After the mechanics had diagnosed the problem, Gary made it clear that I had options. I could have the work done by Quality Imports in Florida or, because of the nature of the problem diagnosed, I could have the work done when I returned home. I felt no pressure to have the work done immediately, which considering the estimated cost of the work was appreciated. In my opinion, Gary was knowledgeable and, even though an employee of Quality Imports, he was understanding about my concerns about having expensive work done far from home.Dealing with Gary Reynolds gave me a good feeling about having brought my Toyota RAV to Quality Imports for service.2. I really have no way of assessing the quality of work. the oil & filter change was done as expected. I am not a mechanic and, therefore, I can not assess whether the diagnosis of the problem associated with the 3 caution lights that were lit up was correct or not. In that regard, I can only rely on the first impressions (received from Gary Reynolds) that the mechanic was competent and not attempting to "up sell" parts and labour.3. In my opinion, my comment about price being "bad" or even "very bad" is a fair comment. To pay over $800.00 for a canister, regardless of its function, seems exorbitant. It may be a Toyota, but those kinds of prices cause one to consider whether there is value in buying a Toyota....4. In summary:- would I return to Quality Imports - absolutely, yes.- would I consider buying another Toyota - and I have previously owned a Corolla, Camry and now a RAV - maybe not. Brought my Toyota Rav4 in on Saturday and the car wouldn't make the noise but it acted up again. I was able to get it in same day, drove in and the mechanic was coming through the bay, heard the noise, popped the hood and had it diagnosed in 5 seconds. Carlos had in the bay, and alternator replaced within an hour. Carlos was very professional but down to earth, it was a pleasure. Not happy to spend so much money but it is a machine.

Appointment for 90k maintenance service and detailing. Service prior to taking a vacation road trip. Recieved completion of service in three methods - by phone, voicemail and email. Changed oil, rotated tires and performed inspections. No discrepancies found and then no pressure to have service work done that wasn't required. Car was spotlessly cleaned. Ready for our trip and within our budget. Thanks!

I felt like I was respected, and treated extremely fair. The staff was courteous. Marrisa knew what I was wanting before I arrived on the lot, and was prepared for my visit; I had emailed her prior. Trent listened to what I wanted and tried to find that exactly, and not try to sell me something I didn't want. I left the lot with the feeling of "this is how business should be done". It was a pleasant transaction. Brandon even took a minute to show me something on my credit report that really didn't have anything to do with the purchase of the car - but was very helpful, and I wasn't even aware of it.

Our experience was great. J. Paul answered all our questions and was patient with us as we looked at several different models. He was "very" knowledgeable on each model and the different options offered. Buying this new car was the best experience we've ever had in buying a new car. J. Paul was very forth coming, no gimmicks, no pressure, and my husband got a free hat (ha ha). The sales Manager Justin and the finance manager Brandon were also very polite and easy to work with.

This is not the first time I have had my vehicles serviced at Quality but this is the first time I have received a review. Overall, I am ok with the service. Steve in service was very nice and accommodating . A few things that bothered me at this visit and has happened in the past, was there were black finger print marks on the outside of my car. In addition, the sticker in my window was not changed/updated nor was my dash (that shows the temp/clock) reset...I had to go back to get this taken care of. In Pensacola, the service person ALWAYS asked to mark and update my log with each oil change. I have never been offered that service with Quality.Thanks for asking.

I purchased a used 2007 Toyota Camry LE from Quality Imports in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and had a pleasant experience. The salesman that worked with me was Trent Meyers. He was very professional and took the time to answer my questions .[ I had many]. Mike Ameil handled the finalizations of price , warranty etc. They provided a Carfax for my vehicle since it was a used car.[ That helped me feel secure with my decision to purchase that particular car ]. I left the dealership with a new car and a huge smile !! I recommend them highly. My Toyota is AWESOME !!!! I am a happy customer !! The service was great - the employees are very friendly & welcoming but, $51.00+ for an oil change? Wow - I was quite shocked - yes, shocked. An average oil change anywhere else is between $24 & $30 - I simply cannot justify this increase in cost. This is why I went to Vannoys to have my brakes changed - your cost was over $100 higher for this particular work. That's pretty steep and you cannot convince me that the original manufacturer parts are worth that much more.I have been a very loyal Toyota customer since 1980 - we will see how loyal Toyota is when given the opportunity to fix and/or repair my cracking & sticky dash on my 2006 Solara. I have been in contact with Toyota Corporate over this problem and have an incident number and - based on the advice of Jason Mickey - I will work with your customer service representative to see if the District representative can find a solution to this problem. Then we will see how loyal Toyota is with long-term customers & if the loyalty and price are of any value to Quality Imports, as well as, Toyota Corporation. I have never had reason to contact Toyota over any problem with their vehicles, so, this will be a very good barometer.But, I do think you might need to dial the price down of some of your basic service items - they seem more than a little steep.

First, I was given an appointment. Even though there was some initial wait time, I was happy with the timely manner in which my car was received for service. While I waited for my car to be returned to me, I enjoyed a lunch of grilled hamburgers, beans, chips, and a drink. Thank you for making my experience enjoyable. I was in and out of there in about 1 and 1/2 hours.

Jason was great to work with- kept us informed during the whole process, even finding us a coupon in our glove box that we had forgotten about!! I contacted Ms. Marisa Healy after viewing a vehicle I was interested in online. She immediately did a personal visual inspection of the vehicle inside and out providing me with an in-depth description of each area of the vehicle as she inspected it as if she were my eyes. She gave me her assessment, I expressed my sincere interest and told her I would arrive to inspect and possibly purchase the vehicle. I arrived later than expected due to heavy traffic, and Marisa was at lunch. I was assisted by Johnny Mendez, who was extremely friendly and helpful, and not at all pushy. The vehicle was everything Marisa had said, and more. The price was a great deal for me and I purchased the vehicle, which brought me to Brandon Sweet to finalize the financials. Brandon was equally personable and professional. All three individuals whom I dealt with were excellent customer service representatives and made the entire experience smooth and as easy as could be expected. Marisa came out to meet me upon her return from lunch and introduced herself. All in all, I would most highly recommend Quality Imports as a must for any potential car buyer, and will most definitely return for any car buying experience in my future. In addition to getting a great deal on my vehicle, I would return solely based upon the treatment I received from Marisa, Johnny and Brandon. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Armando and asked if someone was assisting us, to which we replied, "no". Armando then proceeded to assist us in pursuing our new vehicle. We had a specific vehicle and price in mind prior to our arrival, and the dealership and Armando worked with us to get what we wanted at a price everyone could agree on. The vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, but the dealership was able to locate/order the vehicle we wanted in a short amount of time. The vehicle was located and delivered much quicker than we had anticipated.

Sirs, I have purchased several vehicles over the years from Quality although they were all new. My company continues to purchase fleet cars including small courier vehicles such as your Yaris from various dealers. Although we were looking at some of your Mercedes models, my wife liked the Toyota Solara convertible after having seen them on the road. By chance, I saw one on your used car lot and paid cash for it as a present for my wife. Of course, Toyota no longer makes that brand which is why I bought it used. While the auto was out of warranty it only had 39,000 miles on it and I was assured by your staff that all the major components had been reviewed and I would not be looking at major repairs any time soon. This turned out not to be the case The car was garaged and not driven often enough to notice that the seal on the rear window of the convertible top was missing which allowed rain to pour into the back seat of the car. I heard the sloshing sound but assumed that it was water pooling up in the external boot area as I was not putting the convertible collar on the vehicle. The problem was not just the leak which was the symptom but that the actual sealant material was missing for about eight inches along the bottom of the window. Either the previous owner, the wholesaler, or Quality had removed the evidence of the seal breaking down and falling into the boot area. The sealant is a hard plastic resin and it could not be missed when someone cleaned the car. I assume that Quality is ethical and not the entity that removed the material. The repair cost $ 2000 and was performed at A-1 upholstery. Toyota agreed to pay one half of the repair which I do appreciate. However, I feel that I was misled by the condition of the automobile and should have had no cost for this repair. Had Quality simply sprayed the car with a hose they would have seen the water leak into the interior and this probably occured when the car was detailed. There was mold in the car along the seat cushions from the water which evidenced the length that this problem was present . As a consumer, I would never have thought to perform this option but I would assume that Quality should have. My experience with this car would greatly affect my inclination to purchase from Quality in the future.

The special tool needed to remove the timing chain cover was missing from the tool room resulting in a two day delay in completing the repair. Would suggest a review of "special tool" accountability. I was however, provided a rental for those two days and was kept informed of progress. Really changed my opinion of this establishment because I had really planned to never buy here again. I guess there are good people still around that will treat you like a person and not a number.

I made an appointment to bring my car in to get an oil change. I have complimentary service. I was told it would take about 45 minutes to an hour. I sat for two and a half hours and after seeing them come get other people that had gotten there after me, finally got up and went to see about my car. It was sitting outside and had been done for over an hour and noone ever came and told me or checked on me. I was very angry that I sat that long watching other people be told their car was done, but no one paid me that courtesy. It was the worst experience I've had at this dealership, which is usually so good at servicing their customers. It wasted most of my day and made me not want to come back to the fort walton dealership for further services.

I brought in my car for an oil change and tire rotation. It used to be really nice when Toyota had the 30 minute oil change and tire rotation, but for some reason it doesn't exist anymore. I understood that my service would take longer than 30 minutes this time, but I did not expect that it would take over 90 minutes from the time I dropped off my car to the time I paid. That is way too long in my opinion, a full hour longer than it used to take Toyota. I now know that in the future if I am short on time, I'll have to find another option.

Last Saturday I decided to spend the day test driving 4-door hatchbacks. My first stop was Quality Toyota for two reasons. First, I take my 2007 Rav 4 there for service and second, I was interested in driving both the Yaris and Prius. Johnny Mendez greeted me and asked me what brought me out on such a cold and windy day. I explained what I was doing that day and he immediately got keys to a Yaris and we went for a test drive. After that, we drove the Prius C and then discussed the pros and cons of both vehicles. Since I also own a Mazda Miata, he went next door and brought over a Mazda 3 for me to drive. Out of the 3, I liked the Prius C best, so Johnny relayed that info to Justin and he gave me a price. I told Johnny I liked the Prius very much, but was going to stick to my plan and continue my day of test driving. He asked where I was headed next. When I told him "Ford, to drive the Focus", he gave me the name of a friend of his in Ford Sales and told me he'd call ahead to let the salesman know I was coming. How about that for service?!!!! I went to the Ford dealer, met his friend, and spent even more time test driving vehicles there than I did at Toyota. I had planned to continue on to the Honda dealer to test drive the FIT(my step-daugther has one) and to VW to drive the Golf (owned one previously), but by that time I'd made up my mind that I wanted the Prius. I went back later that afternoon with my husband, had him drive it, and we agreed it was the right car for us at the right price. We worked with both Brandons on the financing/extended warranty/gap protection, and within about 2 hours, we were ready to drive my new Prius C home, new tag and everything. Great experience!

I have taken our car in for service three times and left dissatisfied from the service department every time. Being a military family, we have taken our cars to numerous service departments in different cities - and have never had a bead experience before. We own an Acura and a Lexus, so we have always used their service departments. Since there is not a Lexus service department in the area, we started to bring the car into Quality Imports when we moved here. I can honestly say that my experience here, will impact our family's future car purchases since I will not buy a toyota (or from Quality Imports).There is a basic level of customer service that I expect. For instance, when I make a service appt. and state that I will wait for the car, I expect there are people that will be able to complete the job within a reasonable amount of time. As a comparison, two weeks ago, I took our Acura for scheduled maintenance (oil change and multi-point inspection). The service was done in about an hour, my service tech also talked me through the results of the inspection, and the car was washed and vacuumed.Yesterday, I arrived for my appt 10 minutes early. When the technician took the car at 8:15 (the appt time), I told him that I needed the car at 10:30 so I could pick my boys up from preschool. I asked if the car would be ready, and he told me that it should be. My expectation, is that if the car won't be ready, he will tell me so that I can make other arrangements for my children to be picked up.At 10:00, I still had not been approached by my service tech to give me an updated status on the car, so I went to the checkout counter and asked the gentleman about its status. Using his computer, he said that the car was being worked on - I also told him that I needed the car by 10:30, 10:40 at the latest, so that I could pick up my kids from preschool. He also told me that it should be done. In this instance, I would expect that after talking to me, he would take some sort of action to speed up the service of the car so that it would be ready by 10:30 - or tell me so that I could make other arrangements for my kids.At 10:30, I still had not been approached by anyone in the service department. I returned to the check-out counter and he pointed me in the direction of my service tech, Thomas, who apparently did not know I went to the desk at 10:00. He went into the garage, returned to tell me that they were in the middle of the oil change. At that point, I told him that I needed the car as soon as possible and wanted to pay so that as soon as the car was brought around I could leave.Had someone told me by 10:15 that the car would not have been ready, I would have had time to make other arrangements for my children to be picked up by someone else - or even rented a car from the rental desk. From my perspective, it didn't seem that there was anyone who cared about my time or my children.I finally left the dealership at 10:45, and the children were already waiting on the school's sidewalk with their teachers when I arrived. The car was not washed or vacuumed (not that it ever had been before), it does not have a sticker on its window that tells me when to bring it back for my next scheduled maintenance, and the multi-point inspection sheet has a red check mark next to the cabin air filter.Hopefully, my remarks have been detailed enough to understand why I feel the overall customer service is a very bad experience. To sum it up:(1) The amount of work completed on my car was less than the work completed on my Acura two weeks earlier. That service was completed within an hour so, I believe that I have a reasonable expectation that my car should have been finished within two hours of arrival - especially since I had an appointment.(2) As a customer, someone should have approached me with some sort of update - especially if the work was not going to be finished by 10:30 - I was very clear when and why I needed to leave by 10:30.(3) There appeared to be a problem of communication between the different stations of the service department, since the service tech apparently did not tell anyone in the garage when I needed my car - nor did the gentleman at the checkout counter tell anyone in the garage or even relay the info to the service tech.(4) Finally, I don't believe I should ever leave a service appointment with anything checked in the red without someone addressing it with me.

J. Paul was very helpful and informative. He was very patient in my decision to trade in my camry for a highlander. He allowed me to take my time in making my decision and was not pushy. The majority of my time was spent dealing with Heather Davis, but on the day that I went in to test drive the Prius, Heather was not available and I began dealing with Michelle. From that point I was in contact with both of them, while I waited for my insurance to finish filing my claim. Once I got my check, my car that I had wanted had come in and Michelle and I sat down to discuss the price.

Great job over all, but room for a little improvement. When we came in after 5 hours, the cashier had to go in the back, and confirm that one of the recalls had been completed. This could've (should've) been taken care of before we were at the counter. Also, we were not called when the car was ready, he may have written the number wrong. This leave room for improvement. I finally asked service person how long it was going to take and he replied that it was finished and waiting on me. very unfriendly and seemingly had no desire to help. If this is the kind of service I can expect I won,t return to this dealer. Sorry for being so critical but someone needs to know so they can improve. I wish I could have given a better report.

Service rep was not my scheduled rep and was pushing the mount/alignment/nitrogen fill for 199. Rep did investigate and take care of a faulty rear brake adjustment and supposedly had tech fix it. It was never annotated and I still feel a little pull to the right when I brake. Service took way too long and the price for labor I thought was very expensive for all that was done. Sure a lunchbreak was included in the price. Doubtful if I will continue getting vehicle serviced here if I receive the same service, wait, and experience that I had to put up with during this visit.

My experience with Quality Imports and specifically salesman Johnny Mendez was a very positive experience. I've bought several new cars from other dealerships and in a way was 'dreading' the process - however, Johnny made this buying experience better than I anticipated. He was attentive during the test drive and asked critical questions to identify the features I was most interested in so he could provide best vehicle. After we began discussing pricing I felt like I needed to test drive the vehicle again just to make sure I felt comfortable with it and Johnny was very supportive in this second test drive. He educated me on the vehicle and definitely went 'above & beyond' (in my mind) in providing excellent customer service. I gladly recommend both Quality & Johnny to my friends, family & community. I love my Prius v!

Overall service experience was great. The price was good, because the price we had paid at another service department not affiliated with Toyota for a water pump and its installation on 12/29/11 was about half, but we did not have other repairs or maintenance at the time. Our car was diagnosed on Friday April 12, service and other maintenance performed in a timely manner, provided with a car from Enterprise because of overnight service, kept informed and picked up our vehicle on Saturday, so therefore we were very impressed with the service we received. I was very happy with the car buying experience and the people that I delt with. What I was not happy with was there was no assistance offered with the Entune system or the blue tooth set up. Yes, I was in a hurry to get out of the dealership, because of my kids, but I would have liked for someone to offer a time for me to come back and assist with the set up. I have done the research on my own and I have read the manual, but I am not able to get my apple phone to sync with the entune system apps.

I am going on a long trip and needed my vehicle checked for any issues. It's an excellent car (a RAV4) and I have had nothing but oil changes and new tires since I bought it. I got a health check on it and other services (Cabin Filter, etc.). I really liked being able to leave it at the dealership the night before (it was so convenient). The only issue I had was that I was called on my cellphone (but not my home phone) for some other issues with the vehicle that were found during the health check and a message was left. However, I did not check my phone until around noon and then could not get a hold of anyone from the service department until about 1:30. I was concerned my car would not be ready when I needed to pick it up and that the other things it needed done were critical. When I got a hold of someone from service they said they would pass the message on that I needed my car by 2:30. It was ready and waiting when I got there at 2:20 and Barbara came up to the cashier when she was told I was checking out. She was SO nice and helpful! I felt so much better when I realized none of the additional items that were brought up were safety issues. She explained everything so thoroughly and I was so satisfied with how my car looked (I had a car wash done to it, too) and rode and I just felt so much better about my trip. Now that I know how things work at the dealership (I had never had service done to my car before, just recall checks), I can say that I will definitely be bringing it back for the recommended service. And I believe I will continue to have health checks on the car, because it makes me feel good that I'm not skipping any necessary service just because it runs well. The price I paid for what I got was very reasonable. Once my mind was put at ease, my overall experience at Toyota was wonderful. Thank you so much!

J. Paul was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased and could tell me of the differences between it and the Tacoma I already owned. George in finance was great and very helpful in getting me everything I wanted and still getting my payment where I needed it to be. Overall the experience of purchasing a vehicle was very good. I liked that it was not pressured and that everybody was friendly and patient. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and would return to purchase another one.

I'm pretty happy with Quality Imports, overall as they usually seem to try to accommodate my needs. I'm slightly less happy than usual because I discovered I had a 'possible' fluid leak on the front right side, but I did not realize it until I was home and my wife read the information on my oil and cabin filter change receipt. Had I been notified while the vehicle was being serviced, I would have opted for preventive action. Instead, I had to drive my vehicle home while transmission/hydraulic fluid leaked out, and I had to have the vehicle towed in for service the next morning. I did not have the luxury of leaving my van where it was when the noise from the problem began because I rely on a heavy power wheelchair for ambulation, and there was no to wheel all the way home. At this point, I am still listening to the engine and gear shifting to determine if there is further damage other than the leaking hose that was replaced. If so, I will likely incur significant expenses and will likely sell what was a wheelchair modified van costing me $80,000. This van is what I rely on for work and other activities, and I take care not to jeopardize those, but I rely on service people/mechanics to help me prevent losing these abilities.

Trent directed me on the trade of my Tacoma and the purchase of my 2013 Corolla. Trent Myers made my purchase a great experience. He was very sincere and had a fantastic demeanor. He was not high pressure and gave the feel that he cared more about me than himself or the dealership. I would highly recommend him to others. The experience of going in to the little room with Brandon was a whole nother story. He was very scarey. He was not sincere. He seemed like an actor going through his stick on trying to sell you those packages. Very annoying to be spending 30 k and someone trying to sell you a package to make more money for themselves and the dealership and Toyota. The salesperson (Llyod Peterson) has created an honest, and candid relationship during the purchase of this Highlander, and a previous Highlander purchased in June 2008. He is pleasant, understands the product, and is honest in price negotiations. There is no doubt Llyod is looking out for my best interest; that is important to me.

I went in with an idea of what I wanted in reguards to a price but not really expecting to buy. However when the numbers matched what was in my head I left with a new car. I wanted an xm radio installed and the dealership went above and beyond researching it and having it done that day. Armando was absolutely wonderful! I did not feel pressured or manipulated and he was nice enough to drive me to Avis to return my rental. I did feel very pressured at the end to purchase gap insurance, which, after more research, it appears I do not need. I would have also appreciated going through the math more slowly with Brandon. He went through it very fast and I would have liked to ask more questions about fees I did not see until now. For example, I'm not sure why I was charged $400 for "processing/cleaning" for a brand new car? Other than that it was a pleasant experience and everyone was very friendly. I would recommend the dealership to others and just tell them to go through the math at their own pace. It was worth the drive out from pensacola.

But I'll let that pass because I called at about the time it was supposed to be done, so maybe I preempted them. Still, good service.

As I had always purchased things with cash in the past, my credit was non-existant. However, the guys were willing to put in what ended up a pretty long day in order to get me approved, and with a resonable rate. The staff that I dealt with was both friendly and able to answere any questions that I had. I had made several trips prior to buying, to test drive a few different cars, and every time the dealership was always clean. While my experience with dealerships is limited to the other places I test drove vehicles, I would definitely rate them the highest.

Service was delayed by the necessity to order a part from Japan. Service was completed one week after I dropped the vehicle off, but I was not notified until after I called to inquire several days after that. I suspect the failure to notify me was due to Mr. Grubbs being out sick for several days. Mr. Grubbs is always very efficient and friendly so I do not feel the oversight would have occurred if he were present. However, someone dropped the ball. Mr. Grubbs was extremely appologetic and I have no ill feelings toward him or anyone at Quality Imports. I will return, and I will request Mr Grubbs as my service adviser when I do.I received a phone call and e-mail from Quality Imports two days after I picked up my car advising that a part I had oredered had arrived and I should pick it up or arrange for installation. This is one week after the part was installed. HUH!!!!! I was so surprised I even checked the car to ensure the part was installed. It was. Seems I should have gotten this notice at least a week earlier. Another Glitch???

When I brought in my 2012 Camry for it's 5K service, I was not at all disappointed. I was met by Steve Hinnant. He has helped me out in the past with a 2005 Corolla that I used to have. I also wanted to have some features turned on in the car's computer while it was there. Steve went and got the master technician on duty that day so that I could show him directly. I believe his name was Troy. I showed him what I wanted to get done in the owners manual and he said it should be no problem. I only waited a short while and it was all done! Steve and the technician both spoke with me about the procedures completed afterwards. Super great guys, friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. Now THATS what keeps customers coming back to a dealership to buy more cars. It's really the service after the sale that really makes a big difference. I have dealt with many, many car dealerships in my 35 years of driving and I would have to say that Quality Toyota is the best one so far.

The first time I went to this dealership I was dealing with Jacob Morgan. He took my wife and I for a test drive and things were going good, good enough I thought they were going to be the place I'd buy a car from them considering I'm stationed right down the road. However I was telling Jacob about how I was comparing them against another dealership that offered a lifetime powertrain warranty the sales manager told him (he didnt realize I was standing behind him) that I was clueless and didnt know what I was talking about. I spoke up and he tried to back track. I believe his name was richard martinez but I know Jacob told me that he had worked in Atlanta and said he had never heard of such a thing and thats what he was trying to say. We left shortly after.The second time we went in thinking about giving them a second chance was about 2 weeks ago. We walked up and a gentlement with white hair asked who our salesman was. We told him we just wanted to look over the car. He got really upset with us and then got the keys. As we are out looking it over he asked if we were going to buy a car today. Even though we had the check on hand we told him no. At that point he locked the car up and told us he had to do something and left us standing there. After going into the management section Al Sienko came out and we explained what was happening and he showed us the car. He knows exactly who the other salesman was. So ask him if you want to verify.

Everything was an overall great experience. I was greeted within the first 30 seconds after walking in the door. I already knew what I wanted option wise and the sales staff helped me find the vehicle I wanted, even though it was not available on the lot at that immediate time. Once all the options were finalized, the staff went over all the numbers in printed detail, so there were no hidden suprizes. Al Sienko was great when I came in to pick up the new vehicle. He helped set the vehicles blue tooth device to work with my smart phone. Now I can keep both hands on the wheel and answer a phone call if needed.

On 24 November 2012, I brought my 2012 Tacoma in for regular maintenance. Before I left, I had a conversation with Rory Tibaldo. It was just friendly chatting, and I metioned an interest in getting a Toyota Tundra because of an expanding family. I expressed that I thought I might be to upside down in my current vehicle to make a deal. Rory told me to email him specs of what I was looking for and he would run some numbers for me. Within days numbers were run and I was in the dealer for test drives. I worked with Patrick Kearney as my sales person, the same guy I purchased my 2012 Tacoma from. Patrick showed me several vehicles and was really concerned with getting me a truck that fit my needs. When all seemed lost, there was one vehicle that matched exactly what I needed! Just 3 days after getting my vehicle serviced, I was driving off the lot with a brand new Tundra. That wouldnt have been possible without Patrick and Rory, both of whom went above and beyond to get me a great deal on a great vehicle. If I am still in the area when it is time to purchase another vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Patrick and Rory at Quality Toyota for the third time!

I just purchased a 2012 Prius from Quality and it was my best car buying experience to date. I had been working with another dealer but was not satisfied with their price; contacted Quality by phone and came to an agreement; I find it absurd that many dealers these days are charging up to a $700 dealer documentation fee. Quality did have a dealer documentation fee but it was substantially lower. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Worked with internet sales to buy a Prius Four. Traveled 1.5 hours. Pruis was not waiting for us, did not even exist. Marisa turned us over to a salesman who tried to sell us a car that was not even close to what we had traveled to purchase. A Prius Two with upgrades. There were no upgrades. As luck would have it we returned to Pensacola and made a great deal on a newly arrived 2013 Prius four. We felt we were lured to FWB to purchase a vehicle that did not exist in order to try and sell us something we did not want. We did not even get an apology for our inconvience.

Went in just to look at new trucks. Met Lloyd on the lot. He was kind and courteous. followed us back and forth for over and hour as we looked at the used and new trucks. We decided to see about purchasing a truck and Lloyd went out of his way to show is online how much the used vehicles and the new vehicle prices compared. He was honest and upfront with the cost of both the used and new trucks we were considering. He made it seem like we had been there only a few minutes when it actually took us over 2 hours. He didnt pressure us or try to get us to buy something we werent intrested in. The finance office was just as efficeint. They made us feel at home and didnt pressure is to buy the extended warrsnty packages.Overall this was the easiest vehicle purches I have ever done and I have purchased over 20 vehicles from various dealers. I really believe that I will be buying Toyota products from now on. Hopefully from Lloyd.

Overall, my experience with Quality Mazda was great! I initially went in to look at a 2012 Mazda 3 back in July. Mark and Rick did a great job with the sale and we got all the way to signing papers before I got cold feet and backed out. I told them though, if my situation changes, I'll be back. Sure enough, I decided to give buying a car another go and returned to Quality Mazda. Once again, Mark and Rick were a great help and really took the time to sit and talk with me about the vehicle and the options I had. They were also very up front about all of the pricing details and let me sit right there with them while the deal and numbers were being worked. I ended up walking out with a 2013 Mazda 3 and couldn't be happier! If I'm still in the Fort Walton Beach area when I'm ready to buy again, I would go back to Quality Mazda in a heart beat.

James Barham helped make a tough process simple. Getting to "yes" and out the door in less than 3 hours required him to get to know my needs and align his product offerings accordingly. James did just that, did it very well, and a timely deal was achieved. The support staff was both friendly and very efficient. I came by the dealership to look at the new Tacomas. I had recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in May of 2012 when my family had decided to move to destin. After the purchase I realized that the jeep was fun, but not practical for my needs. Due to the house that we purchased and the garage and parking area it was apparent that I had to look at the mid-sized trucks. The Tacoma had better all around numbers than any mid-sized truck on the market. I called james and set up an appointment. I told James that the only way I could deal is if the trade value was right on on my Jeep that was only 4 months old. Needless to say James got the deal. I have bought and traded vehicles for to last 20 years, this was by far the best experience I hace ever had. Good job to James, Justin, and Kim, it was a pleasure!

All the previous experience with Quality Imports has been excellent. We've had dealings with other dealerships in our travels that have not met the high quality standards that we've received from Quality Imports. We have never had to bring to their attention any failure to pay attention to even the small details. This was the second Toyota we have purchased from Quality Imports.

This was my first visit to a Toyoto Dealership. My husband and I just stopped by to look at a SUV. We have always bought our cars in Crestview but with no Toyoto dealership, we drove to Ft. Walton Beach. We intended to look at other dealerships (GMC, Cadillac and Ford) before buying, but Armando was so pleasant,knowledgeable and professional, we looked no further. We test-drove a Highlander and a 4-Runner and purchased the 4-Runner. When my husband and I needed a car our friend Todd Sheldon, who works at Quality Imports told us to go in and talk to Richard Martinez to see what he could do for us. Todd told us that Richard was very honest and upfront. When we met with Richard who also pulled Jacob Morgan in on the sale, we felt immediately at ease with the both of them. Richard worked on his day off to find us the best deal possible within the restrictions we had given him. Jacob went above and beyond the duties of a Salesman when needed and I cant express enough how very grateful I am that there are employees that still want to take the extra step to ensure,that we were as stress free as possible. My experience w/ Toyota of FWB was far better than I had anticipated. Truth is, the thought of even stepping onto a lot to start looking at vehicles and being haggled by sales associates pushing you to buy so they make their money is unnerving. But, my sales person, Al Sienko, was completely the opposite of most I have dealt with, and he made the experience well worth it. He was informative and not pushy, funny and helpful. He worked hard to get me the car I needed, wanted, and could afford all in one. I was not expecting to leave the lot with a brand new car at such a low payment. I was pleased beyond my expectations. His follow up after the buying process has been impeccable as well. What a great asset to Toyota of FWB to have Al Sienko as a sales associate. Great job! Thank you so much!

Marissa was my first contact. She was very friendly and honest which encouraged me to visit the dealership. Once there, I entered without being swarmed by salespeople (I would have left if swarmed). Richard professionally greeted me and assigned Matt to assist me. Matt was an awesome salesperson. He was not pushy or aggressive. It felt more like I was talking to a friend and asking him questions. Overall, the sales portion was a comfortable experience. Richard reviewed my credit. I liked that it didn't take long for them to come back to me to let me know what it would cost if they financed me. I liked especially that the numbers didn't change once I agreed to buy the car and let them finance it. I never had a smoother car purchase experience as I did with Quality Toyota.

Awesome experience working with Marisa at Quality Imports. I found the vehicle I wanted online and contacted Marisa. She answered all of my questions and provided me with additional photos and information since I was calling from Orlando. I flew in this AM, completed the paperwork and drove back to Orlando. I also want to thank the Sales Manager, Nathan, who made sure I received the best rate available for the deal. Best experience I've ever had working with a car dealership...bar none! A truly enjoyable experience! Just the right amount of sales assistance. Armando gave us all the space and time we needed. He did not hover or try to steer us to a particular model or price of car. I especially liked that he evaluated each vehicle based on what we said we needed/wanted -- he didn't just listen, he HEARD what we said. He was humorous and light-hearted -- absolutely no pressure. We did not go to Quality Imports on a Sunday with intent to purchase -- but the price & financing were so good and he made it so easy that we drove home in a new car. Patrick cheerfully assisted in helping with our trade-in and getting us into the new vehicle. Ms Kim was patient and very clear about details in the finance office. Quality Imports has a real quality crew.

We stopped in to "look" on a Sunday afternoon...not knowing the dealership was open. When we started looking at the "orange" car that caught our attention as we drove by we were greeted by James. From the first contact until we were finishing up purchasing two new vehicles that day we were treated like we were the only customers in the dealership, we never felt pressured or like we couldn't look or discuss our decision privately. The purchase of a new vehicle is a major expense and both my sister and I felt comfortable with the price we were given, the amount of the trade we received on our old vehicles, and the total outcome of the experience. We both purchased vehicles that day, she purchased a Prius C and I purchased a Rav4...great cars, great salesman, great dealership, and outstanding experience. I would recommend Quality Imports to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

We came to the lot with a USAA negotiated pricing agreement. Jeremy met us at the door and directed us quickly and easily to Marisa as she was the contact listed on my form. After reviewing the sales process, Jeremy took a minute to ask what we were looking for and took us out to the lot. We found exactly the car we wanted and test drove it. We decided to buy the car and Jeremy was efficient and pleasant in completing his part of the process. Next, Brandon was excellent in his discussion of the financials providing information on our options without trying to push anything we didn't want.In all, this was an excellent experience. Over the years, we have purchased 3 cars from Quality Imports (Toyota, Scion, and Mazda) and we have been please each time with the service we received. This 4th purchase was no different. I would gladly recommend others to the dealership without hesitation.

My wife and I were in to buy a new Highlander. I worked only with the sales and finance departments (not service). The sales people were great. I worked with J. Paul Mills and Lonnie Davis. J. Paul was friendly and thorough in presenting the Highlander, which is rich with features. He was available any time we came to the facility and would always get the information we needed. Lonnie was extremely helpful while letting J Paul work with us continuously. When we ran into a snag with the finance person (Brandon ?) Lonnie was able to quickly and effectively solve the problem and complete the sale. Other than the finance issue, which Lonnie Davis resolved to our great satisfaction, we are definitely pleased with our experience with Quality Imports.

hey greg, marisa, richhard and georgejust wanted to thank you again for such a great buying experience and say you are one of the reasons QUALITY has Quality.i drove from pensacola two weeks ago, to have my vehicle valued and do intial paperwork. that was the first pleasureable meeting with marisa and gregg. well they had to order truck, gregg stated 2-3 weeks for delivery( i was in no great hurry) so i was fine with that estminate. gregg called me on thursday and said my truck was there. well i got real sick and couldnt make the drive. he offered to hold it for me.i went in yesterday, thursday to pick it up, was greated by gregg and richard, then went straight to see george and complete paperwork. i got a real shock, the interst rate and the payment was much less than the already low payment we had spoke about.that was just icing on the cake.from marisa to george there was no pressure from anyone to make a decsion, they where all informative and supportive in all ascpects of the process. i should of have got off my lazy behind last year instead of purchasing my 2011 here in pensacola.i will be back for sure for service and when im financially ready for a double cabthanks philip

I visited Quality Imports for routine service on my 2008 Lexus. I had been in the market for a new SUV for some months and I browsed though the showroom just to get an idea of what Toyota was offering. I had no intent on buying a new car that day but I struck up a conversation with a Sales Rep - Patrick Kearney. After checking on my needs and wants, Patrick showed me the Toyota Highlander and suggested that I take a test drive. To cut a long story short, I liked the car and at Patrick's suggestion, I drove it home, primarily to get to know it better, but also to show my wife. I loved the car, but I still didn't think I was going to buy it. However, when I brought it back the next day, Patrick offered me a deal that was so good, I just couldn't say no. So I bought the brand new Toyota Highlander. I am very impressed with Quality Imports, including Patrick and his managers. They made it so easy and attractive to buy the Highlander, I just had to say Yes. I definitely recommend Quality Imports. And by the way, I had been taking my Lexus RX400h to Quality Imports for service and I have been very satisfied with their work. If you live in the Destin area, it just doesn't make sense to go all the way to Mobile to the nearest Lexus dealer for routine service work.

I went into the service dept because my brake light went on! Strikes fear in the heart of every driver, I'm sure. After taking my car into the garage the nice lady came out to tell me that it was not my brake light that was on but the tire pressure light - they look exactly alike to me.They were very professional, very thorough, very kind and - No charge for checking things out! WOW!!!!! I have used Quality Imports service dept for 3 Toyotas so far: my Celica, Corolla and lately my Solara - I love you all and especially feel very safe using your service department.

Brandon treated us like we were intelligent people. He offered some financing options, even though we were prepared to pay cash, that made more sense to us. He answered all of our questions and was quick to follow up on a tag problem which we encountered when we arrived at home in Alabama.Armando was professional in every respect. He delivereed exactly what we ordered, and even managed to have it arrive several days early. We needed to resolve some issues after returning to Alabama, and he went into the dealership on his holiday off day to take care of it for us. He is absolutely the best.

I came in with a specific car in mind but somehow Matt talked me into a different one. I have had my Prius for a week, and as much as I miss my Tacoma, I really, really love my new Prius; even the color ( I originally wanted the blue one, but Matt convinced me to get the silver). The manager and Matt were super quick and got my paper work done in record time. Fastest car buying experience I have ever had, and super convenient, so everything worked out great for me. Thanks for the awesome experience. Mr. Hunnicutt was awesome and I am now a proud Prius owner! Boo ya! Both my husband and I are big Toyota fans, so a big thank you all around. I have purchased several cars from this dealership going back to Mike McGee and Bill Bland. I have known Nathan and Lonnie for several years as well.I remember when Matt came to the dealership and he assisted me a couple times when Mike was out. I had not intention of buying a RAV 4, but Matt knew what I needed in a car. He directed me to the one I purchased by explaining how it would fit my needs for space and economy. He did this with no pressure and made me feel like he genuinely cared for my needs in front of his. This was in spite of an end of month and quarter push.I am still getting used to the smaller car, but like it better with time and use.

This Dealer consistently prices USED vehicles for higher prices than they cost brand new, they wasted my time going in to look at a subaru WRX, telling me on the phone that if I made a decent offer they'd probably accept because they're trying to move the car. I get to the dealership and they expect me to pay 27 grand for a base WRX, I drove down to the subaru dealership and could walk out the door with a premium trim for that price.Now they're advertising a used scion tc (19,000 car) for 25,991. This dealership is full of scam artists and have no idea of the value of the cars they are trying to sell. I'll make sure not to deal with them in the future.

The sales team (Healey and Hunnicutt) and the General Manager made us feel welcome like old friends. We were always met and greeted promptly each of the four visits we made during the process. The sales atmosphere was relaxed, no pressure no rush to close,just offering helpful information and details to assist in letting us make choices to suit our needs. Pricing was pre-negoiated, there was no bait-and-switch nor razzle-dazzle tactics that we have experienced with a couple of other dealers that we walked out on.The finance and closing officer had the same approach. Much of the paperwork was already prepared when he invited us into his office. The closing process was efficient, fast, and pleasant.Customer Service has become an oxymoron with too many businesses in the last 20 years or so, but Quality Imports could use Customer Total Satisfaction as as their motto.

My husband and I found a GREAT deal on a used car online and called Marissa to work out a price on it before we even went to the dealership. Marissa was very nice and was more than happy to work with us on the price. When we arrived at the dealership the next day to look at the car, the salesman Matt Hunnicutt, greeted us and took us right to the car we had found online. He was very nice also and let us take our time looking over the car to make sure we definitley wanted to buy it. There was no pressure at all from him. We decided to buy it and Matt started the paperwork right away. There were no surprises on the price as it was exactly what we discussed over the phone the previous day. After that Brandon in finance, who was also very helpful and thorough in explaining things, completed the sale for us. After the sale was complete Matt took us to our car that the dealership had just cleaned. He thanked us and we drove off in our new car! They all made the process extremely easy and pleasant. I went to the dealership looking to purchase the new Mazda 6. I knew what I wanted, and knew the price I wanted to pay. Rick was great in finding me the exact car I wanted and his no-games negotiations were exactly what I was looking for. I tried working other "better deals" with other dealerships and no one came close to Ricks deal. He was very knowledgeable and I loved the no games way of working our transaction. I left knowing I got the car I wanted with the best deal I could.

I'm an Air Force wife. I was sent to the States ahead of my husband to take care of purchasing a car and home before his arrival.I was quite nervous about walking into a car dealership--being totally ignorant of the process of buying a new car and being very worried that I would be taken advantage of.The entire Mazda team--starting with Scott Baker--set me immediately at ease. Scott Baker was so down-to-earth, not pushy in the least, and was willing to patiently talk me through all the basic costs and additional options. My husband and I had settled on a 2012 Mazda 5. And Quality Imports had a shiny new silver one that had just rolled off the truck the day before. On the phone, prior to my coming in, Scott has promised to beat a deal Sandy Sansing was offering by $100. He stuck to his quote and didn't pull any shenanigans in the office once I got there. So, I happily took the car for a spin, loved it, and decided to purchase it.Scott handed me over to the other guys on the Mazda team and they took great care of me, going above and beyond the call of duty. They were so friendly. And even when it came down to the final paperwork, there were still no surprises. I was so thankful and still am so thankful for such a positive experience.

I will never purchase or do business with Quality Imports. DO NOT ever provide them with an email address, because they do not abide by the regulations concerning the Can Spam Act. I have opted out of correspondence multiple times and even complained directly to their management. I have filed complaints with the FTC and still they persist in sending me newletters that they will not respond to. This organization is a complete failure when it comes to customer service before the sale, and looking at the reviews on Google it seems the service after the sale is even worse. I doubt a company like Dealer Rater will allow this post to stay online because they are being paid by the dealership to manage customer relationships. This is why Google stopped allowing DealerRater Reviews to even be included in the review.

Trent was very patient with the whole negotiation process and answering questions.I was not sure of what I wanted when I arrived but we were able to work out a good deal. It was also the first time I purchased an extended warranty despite feeling the least sales pressure to do so.

This is the second Mazda that I've purchsed from Quality Imports. Both times, I was happy with the sales staff and the overall experience. This time, I was able to complete most of the paperwork by email, so I didn't have to waste a lot of time waiting in the dealership office for credit approval and various forms to be completed. From past experience, I also know that the service after the sale will be good.

I came in for my usual-routine oil change, tire-rotation, balance, and wheel alignment. I also mentioned that the display light was burned out on one side of the temperate control screen. Jason thought it would be something like $800 to replace the unit, but then Gerald-master technician was able to pull the box and replace just the burned out lights. My vehicle didn't take any longer than usual for the maintenance work and the extra repair was only $90.00!!! Gerald, you rock!! And Jason always takes excellent care of me and my vehicle. This is the only place I will bring my 4-runner for service. Thanks guys!!!!

I went there to have my 03 Rav 4 repaired. When my service agent told me what all needed to done, I was shocked. He said it would cost more to repair it than it was worth. It was a well used Rav4! I love this vehicle. Then Brandon Miller asked if he could help me. He told me that they had one Rav4 on the lot. He explained all the new features that the 2011 Rav4 had that my old one didn't. He worked with me and made it easy to trade up to the new Rav4. He answered many questions and stayed with me while I got all my stuff out of the old Rav. We used the USAA car buying service. This dealership was one of the three recommended in our area and the one nearest to our home. We were contacted immediately after we submitted our request online. We were met by both Mr. Meyers and Mr. Rory Tibaldo when we arrived at the dealership. Both were cordial and professional. All inquiries were answered as well as working with us and offering suggestions for financing. We expressed one concern/suggestion during the finalizing of the sale and they seemed to wish to work to correct that issue.Overall our experience was great.

We are from Birmingham, AL and my mother's car had to be serviced after encountering an oil problem while she was on vacation in Ft. Walton. She had to return home and leave her car, and upon arrival in Birmingham she realized she had left a very important personal item in her car. I contacted Jonathan Drummond in the Service Dept, who was very helpful and understanding, as he has been throughout the whole ordeal. He immediately checked the car, found the item, and arranged for an overnight Fed Ex delivery to us. It was very reassuring to let my mother know her item was on its way! Our salesman, Brandon, was very attentive to us as customers. He knew the vechicles well and answered all questions or got them answered. He remained focused on helping us find the vehicle and price that we were comfortable with, even though the process took a couple of emails, two or three phone calls and over three or four hours of test driving and discussion with him. Once we made our decision he had the car ready when we came to pick it up, had prepared the signing process so we could finish and make other appointments. The dealership has a pleasant clean and comfortable atmosphere. Every individual I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I would recommend my salesman and the dealership to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

I have bought many cars over the years and always dreaded the process. The sales people always so pushy and never really listened to what we wanted and needed. We are happy to report that our experience with Quality Imports and Trent Meyers was very, very different! His low pressure approach really caught us by surprise! He took the time to actually listen to me and my wife without being pushy, we felt like he actually cared and was not just trying to make a buck off of us. We picked out a great vehicle that fits our needs without the hassle. We did not necessarily get the price we were hoping for, but did not really expect to. (was worth a shot) He took us and introduced us to the service dept and scheduled our 1st service appt for us. Then after all the paperwork was done (it was well past closing time) he went over the car controls with us to be sure we understood everything. To top it all off, he even called us the next day to be sure we had no additional questions. We will be recommending our family and friends to go see Trent and Quality Imports for their next car!

Armando was helpful without being pushy. He wanted to get me the car that was right for me. He explained the features well and did the follow-up after purchase so I felt comfortable with the car. The only thing I did not like was the financing when the guy was too pushy about getting extended warrenty. When I told him NO he made me feel I was being stupid for refusing it. I thought it was an Option not a requirement for buying a car. It left a bad feeling and Armando apologized for my bad experience.

Bryan & Richard were very helpful and cordial. Bryan went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and that we understood what was going on. Things were very hectic and busy that day at the dealership so it took longer to process. Bryan kept us informed as to our status and apologized for the delays. In 2009 we bought a new Venza and Chris Stowe was our sales repersentive. We had come into buy a RAV4(I had, my husband had a different point of view). I had been having a little trouble with my 2006 Tacoma for some time so I decided to trade it in on a 2011 Tacoma! During my time dealing with the service department Darwin Grubbs went well and beyond out of his way to everything possible to fix my problem! This was my third Tacoma and by for the best service manager I've ever dealt with! When I traded my truck I got the pleasure to deal with salesman Greg Leech! Without Greg I don't know if I would have my new Tacoma! He was an exceptional salesman! I told him what I was looking for and he located one within ten minutes! Once we found the vehicle I told him the price I was looking for and with no argument we meet an agreement on the first try! In less than an hour I had found the truck I wanted and also got the price I wanted! I would recommend these two gentlemen and Quality Toyota to anyone! I had a very pleasurable experience! The staff I worked with was both friendly and knowledgeable. What I wanted was not available locally and they made arrangements to find a close match that had to be transported to the local dealer from Alabama. I did not feel excessive pressure at any time to make a deal. For financing they were able to get a better rate than I had been able to find locally.

I read good reviews about this dealer and decided to do my first 5000-mile service there instead of the dealership in my city that did not have as many good reviews as this one. I drove 60 miles and got there at 8am on Saturday 7/23/11. I checked my car in and was told that the service will take approximately 1.5 hrs. I had to be at work in 3 hrs and I told the service person that I will be waiting at the dealership. After waiting for 1.5 hrs my car was still sitting at the parking lot and nobody even looked at it yet. I had at least 1 hr drive back to work, so I told the service person that I need my keys back. They gave me the keys and did not even apologize for not keeping their promise to get the work done in 1.5 hrs. They do not value their customer's time at all! And I was the first one there at 8am when they opened! I even had the appointment schedule 2 weeks in advance. Will not be back there for sure...

I received discount coupons in the mail from your dealership from time to time. I decided to get an oil & filter change. I came in on a Saturday at 8AM and was third in line for service. I was treated well and was asked to sign the forms and to have a seat inside while the service was done. After sitting there 1 hour and fifteen minutes, I went to check on the status of the service. I looked outside and saw my car parked in the lot. I checked and found out it hadn't even been taken in for service. I canceled the work and drove a short distance and had the work done in 15 minutes as I sat in the car. I felt that your service dept. doesn't realize that the customer's time is as value as theirs. I will now do service at your dealership only if I have an important. Thank you

I just purchased my second vehicle from Quality imports, a 2011 Sienna Limited, and I could not have had a better car buying experience. I had been to several other local dealerships, and felt like prey to a venue of vultures. At Quality Imports, my salesperson, Bob Oestreich, without a doubt made this an enjoyable purchase. He is truely dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. And in my opinion he helped me to get the best price "Out the Door" on my vehicle vs. the most commission he could make. And he didn't forget about me when I left the dealership... a week after purchasing, his several emails to ensure all is well with my new vehicle shows his commitment to his customer. In January I started talking to the internet person Marisa, sent all my tax documents and I had to follow up 4 days later to see if they had been recieved. I also had to find out they were doing an interest rate incentive myself. I never heard another word about my financing and was tired of chasing someone to take my money. I left a message for the internet manager, Matt, to tell him about my lack of service, he never returned my call. Just purchased a 2011 today at another dealership, will never, obviously, go back to Quality Toyota, I don't see how they stay in business, the lack of customer service is appalling

250 words is not enough for me to say all that I need to about the wonderful people at Quality Imports, but I'll try. I am a young woman stationed in Fl. with the Air Force. I was in a car wreck and needed a car in a pinch. I was concerned and nervous to buy a car without my dad around for advice and help. I heard the selections around town were limited so I went to Pensacola, I should have check a little closer to home first and saved myself the time and drive. I came in on my way to the beach just to see what they had and met Trent, I wanted to a ask about one truck I saw. This experience blew my mind away. I told him what I wanted and unfortunately they didn't have what I wanted, but he was not pushy to get me to buy what was there but found what I wanted somewhere else and had it shipped in. Trent and his finance friend even recommended places that I could maybe get better interest rates at, made sure I had gap insurance and all the right paper work for registering the truck in a different state. They were patient with me and above and beyond helpful. Never once were they pushy or did any of the things I had been warned about or that I had experienced at the Pensacola toyota dealer. I can not tell you what a relief and pleasure it was to do business with them. When it was all said and done I bought my first BRAND NEW truck, I am so very excited and the best part is that it was all done in my price range and I got what I wanted. I simply can not say enough about these guys and most of all Trent (he even took a picture with me and my new truck to send my dad). So if you need a car or a truck or anything go to Quality Imports of Fort Walton Beach and ask for Trent Meyers! Thank You, Trent!!!!!!!!

Outstanding, Outstanding, Outstanding. Thats how I describe my experience with Quatily Imports. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was treated exceptionally. Everyone was very helpful, polite and very knowlegable. I got the deal I was looking for without a hassel. I would highly reccomend Quality to anyone looking for a new or used car.

The experience was great. I went in for an oil change on our 4Runner, decided to browse around while I waited. Decided to consider a used trucks, then drove off the lot with a new Tacoma. Trade in value of my car was less than expected, and the trade in value was much less than what I still owed. Overall, it was a good experience.

Came in with no appointment,didn't have to wait that long for service, very friendly employees that greeted me when I drove up. Service department answered all my questions and concerns. Quoted me fair price on all the work I needed done. Never have had a problem with the service department with price quotes, fast service, being fully informed.Thanks-

We have purchased two other vehicles from Quality Import and very satisfied with our vehicles, the service work done on each vehicle. All of the personnelthat we have been in contact have always been very nice & helpful. Armando & George are the greatest.

I knew what I wanted. I had a bad experience with another dealership which tried to sell me the car they had, not the car I wanted. When I heard about the Ft. Walton Beach dealership, Quality Toyota, and contacted their internet sales team, Marisa and Matt, we had an agreement - all by e-mail - within hours. I got the car I wanted, nothing more, nothing less. I got the price I was willing to pay. My experience was so positive that my husband bought the same exact car (in a different color) a month later, from Marisa and Matt, who delivered the car to us at our house due to scheduling conflicts. Our experience was 100% positive. No surprises, everything exactly as promised.

I have dealt with numerous Toyota dealerships over the past 20 years, and Quality Imports is by far the best. Their entire organization from customer service to sales and service are the best I have seen. Having shopped several dealers each time I purchase, this dealer is invariably the one at end up doing business with.

The lease of my new RAV4 was a joy. From the time I walked into the dealership until I drove the car off the lot it was an exceptional experience. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, very pleasent and I never felt pressured to make a decision now..... It was a three trip experience and each vist was the same. The 30 day car check was great. It was a Saturday and during the height of recall visits, so the place was buzzing. Jason was calm, curtious and very pleasnnt. He never rushed me under the circumstances and answered all of my new owner "how does this work" questions.
